Love it!!!. Santa got this watch for my 8 year old son and I’m in love with it! It’s a plain and simple and exactly what I needed it for. This is not Apple Watch so don’t go buying this watch with those expectations. The only thing I wish it could do was video call but I’m happy with him being able to text, send voice messages and pictures and ofc make phone calls. The app is easy to use. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I love the control and visibility. I love that I can reach my kids when they are away as I co parent, I can see where they are and can engage with them on multiple levels. I also love the control over who calls them ABS who they call, the notifications on where they are and when they leave plus the Sos button. Makes me feel calmer

Great features!. I love that my 7 yo son can call, text, and even take and send pics. He can set tasks with reminders, set alarms, play a couple of games. School mode is perfect because he won’t receive any distractions, but we can still call each other in an emergency. The Velcro wrist strap makes it easy for my son to put it on and take it off by himself. I also LOVE the gps tracking. It’s very accurate - shows me in the app on my phone exactly where my son is. The only slight drawback is the battery life. I had heard it would last a few days. Ours lasts 1 day. It does last all day, though, so we just charge it for a bit at night. It doesn’t take long to fully charge, maybe 1-2 hours.

Pretty Good, just missing a couple of key features.. App is very user friendly. I was able to figure out most parental functions intuitively. Can’t set “School Mode” on a schedule (have to manually turn on and off everyday), but I’ve read an update is coming for that. Only other thing I don’t care for is I’m the only one that can add/remove contacts. My wife is also classified as a “Guardian” but has to ask me to add anyone she wants included.

Keeps mom from worry. This Smart Phone was suggested to me by the City police. I am so grateful. I gave my 9 year old daughter an iPhone, but it had access to inappropriate content and the ability to purchase apps and Roblox (Robux). Apple now refuses to return your money even though the purchase was unauthorized. Take charge of your child’s safety and use the Smart Watch and make sure they put it on everyday. I put it next to her toothbrush for a reminder

Good smart watch for kids. We originally bought the tick talk 4 and we all hated it. My daughter dreaded putting it on and there was always issues with the parent app. My daughter LOVES this watch. My favorite features are the virtual boundaries and the live tracking. I wish the battery life was better but that’s one of the only down sides. I do wish you could monitor and see who my kid is talking to and when but besides that it’s a great product designed for kids to actually enjoy. Our daughter is 7 and loves that she can talk and text others.

Literally LOVE this watch!!. Was just saying how much I loved it right when the review came up so…. Guess I’ll share my love story. Got this for my now teenager when she was 12, she never wore it bc it was too “kiddy” for her Ana plus she has a cell phone. Well, she’s on punishment and no longer have that cell phone so, how do I keep in contact? Yes, this watch is even better then the phone! I can text, call, track her location, set alarms and so much more, just IN LOVE! Even while the batter is drainer, I can still see where she is, what??!! Wish I would’ve made her wear it sooner lol !!! Highly recommend for all parents, don’t care if they don’t like it, you will… and it will make you feel so much relief, get it!

Only a couple of things that they could improve. So far we’re loving this watch. There are two things that I would change: 1) if the watch sound is on, it audibly alerts every 500 steps. That is way too frequent. They should give you the option of turning off this alert without turning off the watch sounds overall and/or allow you to adjust the alerts to what you want them to be. 2) it would be preferable to be able to choose the sound for the alarm. The watch only uses a standard alarm noise. It would be nice to be able to use any of the ringtones instead. Other than those two things, so far the watch has been fantastic and my kid loves it.

Real review ‘. So I got this watch seeing a lot of good reviews, Honestly to be realistic, the watch is super Fragile doesn’t have any accessories available nor screen protectors, the screen broke the first week my son had it, and it didn’t get hit hard I passed him a basketball and it hit the watch and cracked, the most Irritating part is the app, the app never sends me real time notifications my son would Leave home or be at home and an hr later I get the notification he’s home, the tracking part, never on point it doesn’t even show close to where he is at and takes forever to refresh, turning off school mode Can’t even get me started on that, 90% if the time the app can’t communicate with the watch, we bought it for his safety and making sure he’s okay ans where he’s at but what’s the point of that if the app doesn’t function till hrs later. The only thing I can’t Complain is texting and calling is good and instant but when tracking and app function it’s a 1 star review

Hmm. I need help, I had some issues with my first watch not working but I figures it out eventually on tmobile support for 2 hours. After it worked my son lost it in the house, so I just bought another one and I cant set it up or pair it. It is just stuck on weak signal find a better spot. The pairing screen doesnt even have a chance to come 🙄 If everything worked properly its a great concept. I cant even find any reviews on someone else with a similar experience. The mail dropped off my new watch an hour ago 🫤 out the box doesnt work

Good app!. I love all of the things I am able to do with this app, except for one thing. School mode is great and makes me feel good knowing that my child isn’t being distracted by his watch, however, I’m usually at work by the time he makes it to school and I have to manually turn it on and off everyday. It would be great if it would be possible to set a time that it turns on and off. Or when he enters the school boundary.

Great watch but…. I love all the features and haven’t had any issues this far. However, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to set a boundary for the proximity notifications. You have a screenshot for that feature in this app description but I can’t find it. If the developer wouldn’t mind guiding me in the right direction, I’ll happily update with a higher rating. Thanks!! EDIT: Found it… I had the dumb. Just swipe up on the icons at the bottom while looking at the map in the app. Updated the score. 👍🏻

Some issues with the app. I’ve had this watch for a few weeks now for my child. While I do love it, I’ve also had problems with the Live Tracking and Virtual Boundaries features. I’ve reported these on several occasions in the app, but have yet to get an update. The Live Tracking feature usually (almost always) gives me an error and states it “can not connect to the watch to start live tracking.” I’ve also had the location refresh setting at the recommended 30 minutes, however, the app will sometimes go hours without refreshing and reporting my child’s location. As for my virtual boundaries, I have 3. Without fail, each time I have saved my preferred dates/times specific to each location, the app makes changes. I BEG you to fix these problems in your app!

Child’s Privacy?. “you consented to everything in the first paragraph, and the collection of your child’s photo, video, audio and text messages and child device interactions. We also collect your child’s name and age (optional) directly from you when you set up the watch.” Why does T-Mobile need to collect our children’s photos, videos, audio, and texts?! Is that not disturbing to anyone else? That’s the farthest thing from protecting our children’s privacy. Beyond that uneasiness, the battery dies within a few hours. The functions like timer, alarms and camera freeze for hours at a time. Like others have said, it would be nice to set school mode just when they’re actually at school. And the support is horrible. No one has a clue about this product. Disappointing from such a large company. Overall so far, not happy about choosing T-Mobiles new kids watch. Update - had the SyncUP kids watch since Christmas (4 months) it completely stopped working so I took it in to be checked out. $20 for a replacement under manufacture warranty. …4 months. Completely dead. And I have to pay $20?

Selling lies. I bought the watch and spent 2 hours at the retail store and the retail salesperson that sold me the watch which work for T-Mobile had to call an tech to get it set up since after I was charged for the device left there and they said the app issue will be resolve and nothing was fixed updated phone plus app itself turned off my phone and turned it back on I deleted the app and downloaded it again and nothing was fix at all and there’s a lot of reviews about issues about since August on the internet if you search for reviews so if you thinking getting your kid this watch it will be waste of money and time they are selling dreams and it’s disappointing that I bought this for my son as a birthday gift so what they told me was that I had to wait 72 hours that’s 3 days that a kid would be without his gift.

Amazing. So I bought 3 SyncUP watches and my kids absolutely loves them! It’s easy for my 5, 7 and 10 year old to use coming with games and the ability to change the watch face background to any of the preset characters. I really love the ability to track the location of the watch and ping it if I need to. They can also call and text anybody I add to the watch via the app.

LOOVVEEEEE for my 4yo. Just got this watch for my daughter because she started summer camp this year and going on trips & I was not okay lol so since chaperoning was out of the ? This watch was the next best thing. It’s free if you have T-Mobile and you just pay the $10 bill ea month. I love that I can put it on school mode so she’s not playing games on it and can call her dad and I only during that time. I use school mode during her bed time as well so she’s not doing too much with it at night. Each trip she goes on I created virtual boundaries so I know when they get there and when they leave, for camp, soccer practice & family etc! My daughter loves that she can send voice notes since she can’t text not knowing how to read just yet & we send her voice memos so she knows what we’re saying when we text her! Y’all GET THE WATC!! It’s perfect for KIDS!! I’d say if they can work a phone or tablet this is perfect for them

Not good. First I couldn’t pair the watch. Spoke to T-Mobile on the phone for about an hour, no one could figure out why it wasn’t pairing. The app was acting normal but it acted as if the watch paired although the watch never did. It was weird. Then the app stopped going into the profile I created for my Son. It keeps saying error so now the app is messed up and the watch never was able to pair from the beginning so I took it to the store, mind you I just got the watch yesterday it was delivered. Took it to the store today and they couldn’t help nor the people they called on the phone. It’s ridiculous! I wanted my Son to have this for tomorrow for camp!

Kids watch. This is absolutely the best ever.. I’m so amazed you can see exactly where your child is, including the address. The parent can also set boundaries and if the child try’s to go out of bounds, you will be alerted immediately. There’s many more features such as games for the child, can take pictures etc.. Absolutely the best ever, Thank you from a loving grandmother.

I love this watch but sometimes it gives me false updates. This watch is such a game changer I highly recommend it for your kids! Sometimes throughout the day I get notifications that “the kid” leaves his school boundaries so I go and turn on live tracking and it puts it back to normal. That is the only down side I’m not sure why it does this but everything else is great. Best purchase I’ve made for our kid

SyncUP kids. It has helped my kids with things such as by tracking their steps, calling us if they need anything (even by calling 911), texting us, and they can also take pictures. You can always turn their watches on to school mode which means they cannot take pictures ,text , only can call us, and they won’t be able to play games.

The worst app for tracking your children!!!. I’ve only had the app for three days the first day I could tell this was a mistake! It was lousy to upload and sync. I called for help and after 30 minutes the tech had to tell me to uninstall the app several times in order for it to work, then she blamed my iPhone not being updated to 17! Ok?!!! So I update the software to the latest version and now roll into Day 2 and again unable to open the app. It kept spooling. When I finally got it to open, GPS won’t tell me his exact real time location. So it didn’t update…. then I’m not able to send text messages to him. It kept coming back undeliverable! Day 3: I’m trying to find my son’s location because the school bus has a flat tire and I can’t find him. It took me 45 minutes to find my son’s location! T-mobile do better! I’ve been a customer for 14 years and I am going to take my business elsewhere. I have children I am trying to track, using your watch/ gps tracker, and it’s not working.

Great if it was not rendered useless. For the life of me, why can my kid set this into airplane mode making it unusable on his own from watch ??? Trying to set up first day -and realize I can set boundaries based on school with preset times & days but cannot have this option for ‘school mode’ setting. Guess I can set myself an alarm twice daily to manually set watches into ‘school mode’ from app. Also, with kids it would be nice to set lists into reminders. For instance rather than alarm saying ‘chores’ or ‘bedtime’ it would be nice to place lists under that rather than making 5+ alarms for each item as it is multi step and hard for kids to remember.

School mode schedule. I’ve been using this since the watch was first released. It’s nice that we can finally schedule school mode. The problem is that the scheduler doesn’t use local time zone. For me, I have to schedule school mode to start 3 hours early. And then during daylight savings time, I have to change the schedule to 4 hours early. I gave it 4 stars because the app works for the most part and has been improving.

Sync up Rocks!. My family and I recently relocated , and our two older children have cell phones. So we were looking into options for our two younger children ages 8 and 9. We have service with Teen Mobile so it just made sense! There was no wait and for the price and the relief of knowing where your littles are and having the ability to contact them and vice versa, without the stress of internet access! Whew! I cannot rave enough. Sync Up will not disappoint!

Great Tracker!. My daughter, grandson and I all love the watch! I bought it for my grandson for his 8th birthday. He likes being able to text and call his contacts and the little games. He also likes the other features, too. My daughter and I love that we can track him wherever he is. It’s so accurate, that I can pinpoint where he is within a few feet! Great safety feature!

It’s okay. I got this watch because my daughter is riding the bus this year. I like that it notifies me when she’s leaving the school. I also like that she can easily call me or 911 with 2 click. The live tracking worked on day 1. Now it doesn’t work anymore. The whole point of the watch was to see her location so I can be outside at the correct time. It’s faster than my AirTag for sure but I would really like to see the location live once she leaves her school. Also battery seems like it dies fast as well. I’m not sure what that is about.

Won’t connect every so often. So when we first got the watches for our kids every 2-3 days it would say that it couldn’t connect to random watches… until I restarted it. We lost one because it wouldn’t tell me where it was… the location is also a block off when we are at home. But when they are at school it shows their exact location. Anyway it can be very frustrating there are tons of settings but no settings so the kids/ anyone can’t turn them off… overall it makes it possible to call and checkin but the tracker kills the battery and doesn’t always work so that’s sad.

Want to love it but. It's a great idea and While I absolutely love the concept of being able to keep up with my eight-year-old daughter while she’s in school or anywhere I or my husband are not, but it’s not consistent! the updates take too long to refresh and if it’s for kids, I feel like it should be more of a live location monitoring system. My daughter has often told me she has moved from one location to a different one because I make sure we communicate like that. However the watch will still show that she’s at a different location and I don’t like that. I also have had the app show me that the watch is in one place when I knew it was not because it was actually in her room. It’s definitely not my phone because it does it to my husband as well. If I’m the only one dealing with these inconsistencies, I would definitely like to know what I can do about it.

Perfect alternative,. Love the watches for my kids (10 and 11) who need to communicate with parents and caregivers but are often too young for actual cell phones with internet and open dialing. Cell phones can get lost, stolen or broke and becomes quite a headache. I’ve had 2 of these since 10/7 with no issues until today. One my my kids watches won’t get out of school mode. I have faith the dev team will get me fixed up since these are fairly new in the market. Other than that would and have recommended to friends with kids as young as 6. Tech babies r us!!

Skeptical at First. My child has had this for about 8 months now and we love it. It’s a great way to keep tabs on him when he’s playing in the neighborhood or walking to and from the bus stop. The watch sometimes glitches or won’t take a call but always works after I restart it. In the beginning there was a problem connecting but I reached out to the support team through the app and they fixed the issue quickly. Great for tracking and making quick phone calls.

Relief. This makes mom life so much better. My son is 7 very active. I wish I had this sooner. It helps me and my son communicate and I always know where he is, it gives me peace of mind. I really like how it's on his wrist and not in his pocket cause he doesn't always have pockets. It always stays on his wrist. " I'm so cool with my new watch phone" my son. And now my aunt and 3 other friends has a kid watch. Cool thing you can share with others who have the watch too. So too a babysitter, dad, grandma can see where child is too. On mine I have access to my son and my niece. I love it when it's my niece is within park boundaries I know she is here. As to when son is in home boundaries. I'm rumbling now. Get the watch. Try it out! It works great for us. Hope the same for you. Give it time to download and at least 3-5 days before you say you hate it. Lol

No more “Just come get me”…. Watch serves so many purposes such as 1) staying connected with family/friends 2) playing in the neighborhood, I know where she is at all times 3) when it’s time to come home, I can now call versus having to go get her!! Our summer nightly routine has been “mommy, can I play for 5 more minutes, just come get me!”. Since getting the watch, I simply call to let her know when it’s time to eat or come home. She stays connected with her close friends who also have a watch. She sends daily voice notes to me or calls me when I’m at work. Our life in managing her play has become way more efficient. I highly recommend this watch for any child who fits the age range!! Watch audio is loud and clear. Calls connect seamlessly. Lastly messaging is a breeze with their tiny fingers. My 7 year old ❤️s the watch and she’s already persuaded 3 of her friends in getting the same watch…so now they’re all connected!!

Sync up watch. I love the white is a great idea my daughter so sad that she can contact me anywhere at school while she is out as well as I only thing I do not like it every other week I’m having issues with the app showing that my daughter phone is off-line when it isn’t I can still call and text her and she can still call and text me but on the app it is showing off-line Which is a huge concern because I’m not able to track where she is they really need to fix that problem I’ve only had this phone less than a month and this is the second time within a week that the app has shown off line

Well worth the piece of mind.. I did a lot of research on this item before deciding to purchase it. The reviews weren’t clear. People either loved it or hated it. T-Mobile had a terrific offer, the watch was free and they waived the activation fees. Just had to pay taxes and $10 a month. The screen itself is big for a child. My daughter is 7 1/2 but it definitely makes it easier for her to see and use. The keyboard for the text is a little awkward as well. I am the least tech friendly person I know and I had no problem setting up the contacts or using the app. Very user friendly. We were able to purchase new bands to accessorize it and she loves it. Fits great and being attached to her makes it all that harder to lose. My favorite feature is the live gps. All children should have one of there. Well worth the piece of mind it brings especially since land lines hardly exist any more.

Almost 5 Stars. I cannot figure out how to turn off the weird notification that my daughter’s watch has been off for four hours without turning off other notifications, which I want. Why would I want to know at 1AM every night that her watch has been off for four hours? I get the notification when she turns it off at 9PM. UPDATE: I appreciate the response, but I do not want to turn Watch Status notifications off. I want them to work as they are supposed to. It says I should be notified “when the watch is turned on/off, and when it’s offline for 24 hours or more.” What actually happens is I get notified when the watch has been off for FOUR hours, which is usually around 1AM. The notification I receive even says the “watch is offline and was last seen four hours ago.” So it appears someone mistakenly programmed it to be 4 hours instead of the 24 hours it’s supposed to be.

Excellent product. We weren’t ready to give our eight-year-old a phone but he needed some way to contact us while at friends houses are walking home from school just for his peace of mind and we love this product. We can see right where he is and know that he’s safe. He can communicate with his family members and receive texts from us. Let’s face it, this world is a technology world, and we don’t want him left behind because he cannot communicate. The perfect in between phone and no phone.

This is what I was looking for a year ago!!. I just Bought two for my 7 and 9 yr old. It’s nice to be able to communicate to them while in camp and after the upcoming school session. It’s nice that there’s a task option and a couple little games. It allows them to call 911 and anyone on their contact list. I got the insurance option with T-Mobile just in case they smash them up. But so far they look like they have been taking good care of them!!

Amazing!. Best purchase ever! It accurately tracks and calls and texts just like a real phone. I just don’t have to worry about my five-year-old losing it since he wears it ! We’ve had it for two weeks, and I am so in love with it! He always sends me hearts when he’s at school or a little voice note just saying that he’s having a good day or whatever. I highly recommend it to any parents with little ones! I would say 4-10 age group ! Will repurchase if anything happens to it ! Please keep making them!

Scheduled school mode does not work. I’m so glad that the school mode can be scheduled now. HOWEVER, it does not work! The watch still allows games and other features during the scheduled school mode times. The manual school mode does work and disables games and such. Additionally, please give parents the option to choose which functions the child can access during school mode. I really need the task reminding function to be available during the school day as he will need reminders to turn in homework, be ready for certain activities, bring things back, etc. While I think games and other things should be disabled, tasks is an important feature that should be made accessible during school mode. Thank you!

Amazing starter iPhone. I absolutely love the kids watch my son is seven he’s involved in sports any also calling goes to his fathers every other weekend with his three-year-old brother it’s such a nice feeling now that he can text me on his own and call me or I can call him and I don’t have to wait for a reply back or maybe not get a message at all if it goes to the fathers phoneIt gives him a little bit of independence I like that there’s no Internet he can play some games and that’s just enough I like that I can control it and it gives him responsibility and for the price it is a month it’s absolutely worth it

Great phone watch!. My only issue with this watch is the boundary alert update. It isn’t always quick. Sometimes it will update 30-45 minutes after my child has changed locations. Apart from that, it’s been my favorite so far and we’ve used Verizon and Gabb. I really like the ability to control settings and chore reminder through the app. User friendly and I appreciate the ability to add multiple contacts.

Sync up. Love love love this watch my daughter is 7 so this is perfect and at first I had a relay go it was like a speaker walkie talkie the tracking was slow and so I did some research found this watch thru my already phone company and tracking is on point One of my daughters friends actually borrowed the watch I ended up tracking it down thru the app and getting it back so it’s perfect

Features. Wish this watch had a feature that after 5 rings it auto answers from admins only so kids can’t avoid calls from parents. Another great feature would be to have full control of the watch from the app as an admin like turning on and off seeing pictures and being able to delete from app etc. other than that I do love the watch

Love it. After reading reviews on T-mobile I was skeptical about adding another $10 a month to my bill for a watch that wouldn’t work but we absolutely love this thing. It works so well. My daughter is almost six and in kindergarten so I wanted a way to communicate with her while we went about our days and this is perfect. She sends us audio messages and pictures, she can call us if there’s ever trouble, school mode turns off all of the sounds and distractions, GPS is accurate and maps are clear etc it works great. If you’re looking at reviews just get one and you’ll love it.

Thankful for this option!. As a mom of three it is super important to always be a phone call away, however technology is something iI would rather leave behind as long as possible for my kids! This is a great option to have contact with my kids while not having to worry about all the other stuff that comes with a S M A R T PHONE!

Homeschooling Military Family Must Have!. My kids wake up every morning and put on their watches. They keep track of their morning routine, chores, and what they are doing in homeschool for the day. I also have more peace of mind taking all four kids out by myself while my husband is deployed knowing they have on their watches should something happen and I loose track of even one of them. They are also able to text and talk to our family that live states away from our current duty station. Definitely a must have if you have a lot of kiddos to keep up with.

Doesn’t perform up to par. So my son has been wearing this watch for about a year and half. The location tracker is hardly ever where he is actually at. He started wearing this watch in elementary school. I know he’s there but sometimes the watch location says he’s blocks away. I know it has to do with reception of the watch but being 4 or 5 blocks away from where he’s actually at is not good. Sometimes it’s a mile away! I’ve set up the school mode but it doesn’t seem to work every time so I have to manually go into the app every morning and make sure it’s on. I’ve been with T-Mobile for 14 years and this watch is really not worth the money.

Excellent App. Excellent Watch.. finally, T-mobile came up with a solution that works. Previously I had bought a Timex connect. Watch it work briefly for 3 months and then I deactivated it, a month later when I wanted to reactivate it T-Mobile said that they could not reactivate it again which means that i paid 300$ for absolutely nothing. I purchased the Syncup Kids watch and it works great.

Less is more. This was exactly what we were looking for! Safe, kid friendly. Love the gps tracking. Very sleek looking for our big kid. Not big on screens in our home, so we love that this doesn’t promote unhealthy screen usage. Very affordable!

So far so good. I’m loving the watch and all it’s features so far. I’ll not so happy with the battery life. It was at 100% in the morning and wishing the hour it was down to 80%. So that part is worrisome because when your kid has the watch on you always want that battery holding on.

Kids watches. Easy to use once you figure it out!!We kept the first watch and gave it to our 4 yr old, so now we can track both kiddos all day long at school !! Easy to use apps!! Thank you!!!

Tracking Very Slow. I have been disappointed with how slow it is for the live tracking to start as of late. It often takes several minutes or won’t track at all, so when I’m trying to see when my kid’s bus will arrive, it isn’t useful. It seems to have gotten worse since we got the watch last December.

Missing time limit. Got it a week ago for Christmas and kids like it a lot. However, they keep texting at nighttime when everyone is sleeping . The watch needs a time limit feature to avoid this and only allow for emergency mode . Once they add that feature I will change my rating

Unable to connect. The watch is great. This app has issues. The app wouldn’t connect when we needed it the most. Never had issues until we desperately needed to track my child as it was the first day of school. Got on a forum, and this apparently happened to a ton of people. I couldn’t turn off school mode to text her because it required the app to do so. It works fine now, but I’ve lost confidence in the app’s ability to work when I need it to !!

Having issues with boundaries. The problem I’m having is having is that when my child gets on the bus, the app does not alert me that he has left the perimeter or boundary until he reaches school and then I received two text messages simultaneously one saying child name outside of the boundary and the second saying he’s inside school

Stopped working now it’s useless. The watch was great until it wouldn’t hold a charge anymore so I exchanged it with warranty exchange. The new watch would not pair and no one in store or on the phone in tech support could figure it out. I exchanged that warranty watch with another warranty watch and it still doesn’t work and isn’t pairing. I have to go back to the store again today for this as the issue is still unresolved. Ridiculous.

Doesn’t update tracking or connect 80% of the time. It is kind of useless to have an app that won’t accurately track. It shows my son still at school on LIVE tracking when he’s actually off the bus and home 30 minutes after the fact. It also repeatedly fails to send and receive messages to and from the watch.

It’s good for now.. Bought my twins a pair and one of them stopped charging after 3 weeks. Luckily it was still under warranty and I purchased the insurance since they are kids. It kind of made me worry a little but was willing to try it one more time. If it happens again I’m going to return both of them. It’s not of any use if you cannot trust that your child will be able to use it in an emergency.

Awful experience so far. Can’t set up 2nd child no help seems available. I’m so dissatisfied with the watch app. I’m very tech savvy and this app just doesn’t work well and there seems to be no where to get help. I’ve messages t-mobile and called customer service. The first watch set up easy with no issues. The second watch won’t set up correctly. I’ve spent about 4 hours trying to get help and set this up. I want to return everything and just be done with it.

Update. Love the new update on how airplane mode is not on the watch and on the parental app instead. I was wondering if that would change at all, I’m glad it did. I hope there is a feature on soon to listen into when a parent wants to on the watch to see if we are concerned if something is happening at school.

Both of my kids. It makes me feel relieved to see where my children are going. Both went out of state and I was able to get ahold of them. It worked well in California, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Washington DC, and New York! The only thing I didn’t like how the battery runs out fast. Other than that it’s a great thing to have to know where your kids are.

I feel like my son is extra protected. I get nervous when my son wonders off and I don’t see him. So through the app I can get a quick update and see where he is at through the gps. I also love that we can set who is allowed to call him and and won’t get random people calling him. I love this kids watch. It is a must have.

Phone app won’t load. For a second day now the app on my phone won’t load. I have closed and reopened and also restarted my iPhone and the app is unable to connect. The watch still works. My kid is able to call me, but I’m unable to see her location or any watch info. I don’t want to reinstall the app and lose all the settings! We’ve only been using the watch for two weeks and already running into this issue. Very disappointed.

I love this. I love being able to track and contact my kids. More than anything though-I love that they can’t be contacted by any strangers through their devices and they cannot be on the internet. I am so pleased with these watches and the app. The app runs smoothly and works well. I really have no complaints!

Awesome Watch. My brother loves his watch! I love the app & being able to control it! I haven’t had a single issue with it & the gps is very accurate I would definitely recommend to all my friends & family

Crashes on iOS 17 and bizarre location tracking. This app crashes on ios17 and I report frequently that the location tracking makes no sense. We moved a few weeks ago and the app thinks my kid is 150 miles away one sec and then at their actual location the next. I don’t get it since it should be pulling location data from LTE.

Works great! - Tricky Setup on iPhone. I struggled to pair the watch via Bluetooth to any phone we had in the house. We all have iPhones. After much effort, we got it to work after factory resetting the watch and disabling wifi on my phone. Once we got it paired though, it has been smooth sailing. It’s easy to use, the kiddo loves it, and the functionality is awesome.

Love it, but am looking for a little more…. I wish I could see what my child is doing (who texting/calling) on the app. Also the “real time” tracking seems to take a while to update. I don’t like seeing a location from 7min ago (let’s say). I prefer real time! Understanding it could be a network issue.

Kids Syncup watch. Got this for my son in 4th grade because he had a hard time at school and I needed him to be able to contact me for emergencies! I love that it has a gps tracker!! I recommend this watch until kids get old enough for a cell phone!

Literally useless at this moment. I bought a watch for my kid from the store and downloaded this app. When ever I tried signin with my Tmobile account, always getting error saying “the app experiencing difficulties. Login using Tmobile app optimized web page”. When login using the web page, I was taken to my Tmobile account page. Now I am not able to setup the watch for my kid. Now have to return the watch. Even people in the store couldn’t fix this. Waste of time.

Addition. Would like the watches to be able to add each others. Like the emergency list, wish we can add each other to each watch that way they can be able to communicate to each others as well and of course with having the parents to be able to put limits on them when they can communicate to each other’s.

Love the app. I love the app. All the parental controls are great. Only thing I dislike is it takes to long to notify when the child/watch has left an area. Yesterday 12/25 my child had her watch on and we left home and the app didn’t send a notification that she left home until we were 20 miles away from our house. That’s a scary thought!

No help on the app. You need the app to start up the watches but if/when the app isn’t letting you log in there’s no one to help. I have been on the call for an hour and thirty minutes today and no one can seem to figure out why for the last two days I get the same “can’t access this account” message . Each person says to log into T-Mobile and their app , which is all working fine. It’s the SyncUP kids app that is the issue and no one knows anything.

Perfect for kids. Of course they tell they share data with T-Mobile but they don’t store or save messages/ photos. I love this for my daughter she’s 5 and I have been wanting to get her a phone but no need to!

Still won’t let you log in with a password manager. I keep trying to use these updates, and they keep not working. I do wish this app worked, but right now it’s a total fail. I suspect that the problem is that this app doesn’t accept long passwords. It seems like a bug that this app won’t allow me to use my T-Mobile password because it can’t accept a longer password. This seems like a broken authentication problem.

Does what it’s suppose to for the most part. My only flaw is it keeps logging me out of the app when the watch dies. That’s very annoying to keep having to login. Also I can’t seem to send my child a voice note but he can send me one. He’s barely learning to read so he can’t read my text messages.

Great but missing feature. The watch and app has been great. The only thing missing is the ability to schedule school mode. Alarms can be scheduled but they do no good if you forget to turn off school mode. Add this ability and it would be 5 stars.

Love it!!!. My son loves it! He sends me pictures and they are nice and clear. I really lie the notifications when he has reach his step goals, and when I get notifications of low battery. He had other watches and this one is the winner. Get it! You won’t regret it! Battery last up two 2 days😍. It’s a dope watch!

Perfect perfect perfect!!!. If I knew how great this device was I’d never buy my 8 year old a phone. I was able to track him while on the line when the school bus dropped him off at the wrong stop. I would recommend this for all school aged kids who take the bus. And my child loves it so much!

Terrible. I’ve had these watches for over two weeks and can’t even use them. The app keeps failing to log me in. After many horrible rounds of trouble shooting with customer service / tech support the issues are still unresolved. Their suggestion is to “just keep trying” and there is most likely a system update happening. My kids can’t even use their Christmas gifts and I’m paying for them monthly.

Love it with one flaw. One big reason for buying this watch was the tracker. So I know when her school bus is close. Or if she’s gone somewhere with a friend I can see where she is….. 9 times our of 10 the last few months her watch says she’s still at school but she calls me that she’s already at the bus stop. Live tracking use to work great but now it always says can’t connect.

Love it but…. I wish you could totally disable the SOS call feature. I am so worried my kids are going to accidentally call 911. I didn’t realize that would be something you could easily do when we purchased this. Additionally school mode would be awesome if it just a watch, like no ability to call or text me. Can you put the watch in airplane mode from the app?

Good but needs some features. So far I am grateful to have this watch for my 10 year old. The text and calling is great. Needs: - I really need to be able to schedule the school mode so it turns on and off while she is in school - I would like to see if she is playing the games and how often

I love the control and visibility. I love that I can reach my kids when they are away as I co parent, I can see where they are and can engage with them on multiple levels. I also love the control over who calls them ABS who they call, the notifications on where they are and when they leave plus the Sos button. Makes me feel calmer

Suggestions. When the kid turns off the watch a feature for the parent to turn it on would be a great upgrade. Also if we could get alerts when they take off the watch.

Only one admin account is disappointing.. 4 out of 5 because the lack of 2 admin accounts, only an admin can add phone numbers to the watch from their phone, making adding numbers from a partners phone more tedious. Other than that issue the app seems pretty solid, easy to understand and use.

Poor Support & App Stuck. T-Mobile support is clueless about both this device and the app. Have been trying for DAYS to get device to FINISH pairing and setup to complete. Just spins and spins. I was originally told it takes 4 hours to setup and to just give it more time. Now it’s been two days and still same issue. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app, have reset device and nada same thing. I cannot remove the profile that is stuck to try a fresh pair. Ugh!!!

I can’t advise anyone more not to get this device or app. T-Mobile support and stores have no clue how to activate or add the watches to your lines. It’s been two days and the two watches I have are still displaying the same errors messages that the devices were not activated correctly. I’ve been on hold for hours with T-Mobile experts and representative and still no one knows how or when these watches will be fixed. There’s been several times I’ve been told to put in a sim card to a watch with no SIM card option. Save yourself the migraine and don’t get these watches.

Great watch for kids. Love the watch and the app. Easy to use. Only problem is the school mode scheduler. We set the time and noticed it was turning in and off three hours after we have it set for. The watch is on east coast time but the scheduler works in west coast time so we had to adjust the hours by three hours.

Notifications. I think the notifications come in too late. Like it’ll say where he is like out of bounds or derive somewhere like 5/10 minutes after he’s already been there. I almost feel like I should get him a phone and have him join Life360 because of the accuracy.

Almost There. Love the concept of this tech and it works well overall. There are still issues with the live tracking location of a specific spot in our town than can’t seem to be fixed. This causes an average of a 4 hour delay in updating the gps location when the watch is in this specific building. Works in real time for gps tracking everywhere else.

Last location 5 hours ago. I am having problems from yesterday, the location is delayed, the app is delayed. If I put live track, it does track but the location says last location 4 hours ago, if I turn off the phone and on, or whatever I do, it tells me 5 hours later. My daughter left with no watch today, I reseted the watch, delete the app, done it all. The app is not updating in real time.

Great phone watch!. My only issue with this watch is the boundary alert update. It isn’t always quick. Sometimes it will update 30-45 minutes after my child has changed locations. Apart from that, it’s been my favorite so far and we’ve used Verizon and Gabb. I really like the ability to control settings and chore reminder through the app. User friendly and I appreciate the ability to add multiple contacts.

Great start, but needs more intuitive app. This is the best kids watch app I have used so far. Pros Customizable pre defined responses. Ability to add lots of tasks and calendar reminders. Restrict who can contact who. Con’s Needs to be more intuitive. Adding a new watch to SyncUp App was not intuitive. Had to add the kids profile first. Editing the kids profile is not as simple as selecting their profile and making changes. Tasks and calendar hidden down in the slide bar. That should be front and center. It will get used the most.

Love it. I feel so confident of where my little one is. She’s 8 years old and I can see her in school and at home. We put the school mode and she can still call us in case of and emergency. Battery dies pretty fast if the kiddos play with the games. But you can control what they do on it. I love it and highly recommend it.

I love this watch but sometimes it gives me false updates. This watch is such a game changer I highly recommend it for your kids! Sometimes throughout the day I get notifications that “the kid” leaves his school boundaries so I go and turn on live tracking and it puts it back to normal. That is the only down side I’m not sure why it does this but everything else is great. Best purchase I’ve made for our kid

SyncUP KIDS app down!!!. The app has been acting up since the last update about a week ago. Now it’s completely inaccessible saying it can not access SyncUP services and stays stuck on start up characters screen. I’ve restarted the app, restarted my iPhone, re-downloaded the app and it still does the same thing. All my internet and network setting are fine, all my other apps work fine. Please fix this issue ASAP! The whole point of buying the watch is so we can track our kids thru this app and have peace of mind. Thank you!

Poor parental controls. My daughter loves her watch. Sadly, the SyncUP app has poor parental controls as it only allows for ONE person to have the admin/master account with full app functionality. This means I am the only one that can add contacts to the watch and other admin specific functions. My daughters mother does NOT have that ability even in guardian permissions. This is something they need to address in an update ASAP!!! The parents should have admin access and not be limited to only one parent.
