Free?. Where are y’all getting the idea it’s all free?? As soon as you open it, it wants you to subscribe. Pshhh and everything with a star is only for paid subscription, which is 99% of the features. These reviews that say everything is 100% free are bogus!!! Nothing is free!!! I’m sick of apps that charge for everything!! Who wants that? Why can’t we just enjoy free apps without paying? If I’m going to pay for photo editing software, it’s not gonna be some app I’ve never heard of! It’s going to be a reputable company or software. Don’t advertise it’s free then charge people for it. If you gotta pay for it, put a price on it in the App Store!!! That’s false advertising.

I... I would have gave this app a 5 star rating if you don’t have to pay for the best things. And when u try and screenshot your thing it doesn’t do it. I only screenshot cuz there is nothing else since u can’t save to photos. I am impressed about the no ads thing. Though I wish there is a thing where u can put in one photo then put a photo with ur self without blending it. Otherwise, great app and 100% recommended, thank you for reading this!😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️❤️

BEST APP IN HISTORY. When I got this app my first thought was: “this is too good to be true” I was scrolling down looking for something that costed money, you needed premium, or something like that. I was scrolling... and scrolling... til I met to the bottom. IT WAS ALL FREE!!!!! My head exploded (don’t literally because that would be gross) but I went bananas!!!! I got a little carried away with this app... but that’s just the beginning. I saw that you could share it with anyone with Facebook,Messages, or even Discord for FREE. Listen if your a editor for photos and things this app is for you. They had a update which put filters in. I don’t know if they were already there but I just noticed it. But seriously this app is AMAZING!!! You don’t even have to be an editor to like this app you can just be a person! There are so many options so you don’t get bored. When your out of the options the app has an update with more things. The creator of this app I just wanna clap for you and say you made a great app!!

Options available when I paid for annual subscription now gone. I loved this app and some of the creative scenes that were available. Some of my favorites were the airplane and cars. When I last went in those were now gone. I can see them in my saved folder but those scene options are now gone. I would not have not bought it if the current options were all that were offered.

Just learning. It’s amazing how much is intuitive. Will probably buy several different apps in photography. Not interested in video.

Umm whats up. I was excited to see a new app from light tricks. Got it without question and got the one time payment as I have done will all their apps because they are stone cold the best for image editing. But.......! When I opened it. I see a whole lot oh Photoleap option for templates here. Like all of them. What’s the deal. What’s so new about this. I’ll dive more into it. And I hope I’m wrong. But a far it seems not good. Was this a ploy or is it different.

Awesome, but.... I really enjoy the app an it is really cool... but I don't like how you have to press one of the design ideas to actually do a edit! It makes it hard to edit a photo in you're own way...

I almost never leave reviews but.... This photo editing app is INSANE! The amount of things that you can do with it and how quick and easy it is to use is incredible! I can easily edit my pictures and make them look like it took hours to photoshop in literally three minutes. The best part is that it auto-detects faces/bodies/landscapes for you with near 100% accuracy. I’ll definitely be paying the monthly fees once my free trial is over!

I Recommend it!. Ok so I just got this app and I can tell it’s a really good app! At first it looks like there’s no free stuff but then if you keep looking you’ll find so many Great filters

Then upon buying said app, you instantly realize that you cant even export your file with out paying a PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION. Should have read reviews. I should’ve read the reviews better the very first review made a comment that everything was free which is false. In order to save your pictures you have to pay a monthly fee or yearly fee or one time fee. I paid for one month but I’m not happy with this app at all I will cancel my subscription for any upcoming months.

Amazing app. Its a truly amazing app youre aloud to use the features without having to pay first. Thank you creators. Its a lot better being able to fool around with the features and see the possibilities rather than just seeing images and being told you can do this if you pay. Im far more moved to buy a membership from an app like this than a pay first app. Creating amazing photos with iPhone 12pro camera and this app for my virtual gallery is going to be a lot of fun. So many possibilies and ideas. Best app ever.

Coolest pic app ever!!. This is one off The coolest abs I’ve ever came across. I’m obsessed with different picture apps because I own online business and I have to take lots of pics and I will say this is one of my favorites and for only $20 a year you can’t beat that!! Thanks to whoever made it!!!!!

Requiring 3rd party application login does not serve us better!. I’ve used your products in the past and have found them fairly useful, but the requirement to provide a 3rd part application based login seems to to do nothing to serve the user better, it simply provides a the collection of personal data to be used to serve the interests of others. Very disappointing…

Can’t adjust Overlays :(. If the overlays could be adjust and/or removed this app would be FIRE!!! Any and every ow relay should be adjustable especially for a “pro” subscription.

They removed my favorite effect. Hello. They added so many new effects many of them are great but they removed my favorite one, which is the one that gives the beautiful halos and glitter tears. There’s also no way on the app to reach out to customer service. Please restore it Artleap

I have beaten the system. I tried to screenshot and then It popped up an image saying “ REALLY DONT YOU WANT YOUR REAL ARTWORK BUY ARTLEAP PRO” if I buy it my aunt is going to end up paying for it I will find a way to beat the system even tho I’m 9 and dumb I will still find a way or it’s impossible If I can’t am deleting. (I don’t hate this app I just don’t like that part) I JUST FIGURED A WAY TO SCREENSHOT IT not many people notice if you have a apple product you press the circle at the bottom 2 times and you can swipe it to close the app and if you have a Samsung you see those three lines tap on it and swipe to close the app but to use this app for free screenshot ( this might not work for every device and I know I put only 2 phones in here but that’s because I don’t know for other devices)

I’m confused about your App offering strategy. I have been a fan of Lightricks since they started up and have been buying your apps. But I’m getting confused with the rollout of app offerings. It looks like instead of including obvious features in an already existing app… You create a new app and then want a whole new payment for it. Example ...it looks like your old simple photo editor was discontinued. Now you have a new simple photo editor that has effects that are available in other apps or available in an old app. I hope that’s not the direction this company is going.

So great! But…. This is a really great app with lots of features and lots of style! I’ve enjoyed this app the first time I used it! But there’s a problem. You have to pay for all the cool features and you only get kinds you can use for backgrounds and I would want at least 5 or 6 more kinds I can use!

Cool App | Fun to use. I’ve always enjoyed the suite of apps this company makes and would recommend this one as well. The only thing I wish they would enable (PLEASE) is the ability to choose your own photos for the overlays. That would make it five stars.

Really cool app and I'm not getting paid for this one.. It has so many options you can't possibly explore them all. I know i bought a package from this company so it won't let me buy all the apps I want. I wish they could figure out what I bought so I can get the ones I own. Also it would be nice if they came up with an app that does some AI that allows you to fine tune where the lips are and eye locations. For us guys with beards and all the AI apps that make a picture sing it leaves our beards in a still position. Just some food for thought.

Idk where y’all are getting that this app is free when everything in it wants you to subscribe to something in order to actually be able to save it one way or another- which means you have to pay for pro version and you can’t screen shot anything either 🤷🏼‍♀️ not free by any means

Love these apps, but need to fix pricing. I’m a huge fan of these apps. They make it so simple to create high quality pics with cool effects, but this is the second year in a row that they’ve messed up with the price and overcharged me due to my subscribing to the package deals instead of charging just the difference between the individual app and the bundle. I don’t know how much I’ve actually paid by now. I need to call Apple because they can’t fix it from the actual company, and of course that’s a whole other problem, since it’s time consuming and a pain. I will do it, but if I liked the features any less, they would lose me as a customer.

Would Not Recommend. This app is really cool, but in order to actually save your photos you have to pay for it. Witch is a total let down. I’m sure this review will be moderated but who ever comes across this one. Save your time I thought this app was amazing until I couldn’t save any of my creations. You can find free apps that do the same thing and also can save your creations to your device.

NEED HELP -> switch to One-Time Payment License. Bought this app for $5.95/mo. Totally love it! But now I can’t upgrade to that “single payment fps lifetime that was initially offered at like $59 or something”. I don’t even see that option in payment plans. ALSO BIG PROBLEM is that I can’t contact Support via the app, because it says “please make sure your email is properly configured” W. T. F. ? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Guys please fix that. And upgrade me to the one time pay lifetime sub. I’ll be your fan. Will write a 5-star review too.

Ridiculously Expensive! No way.. The facial recognition is not that great. There are only a few backgrounds that I like to use genuinely, the rest are really silly and would only be good for chuckle jokes at best and I find the price for the app to be waaaaaaaaaay too expensive. I tried to screen shot my image and it wouldn’t allow it and I still felt zero incentive to buy the app. It needs a lot of work.

Amazing. Best photo app ever. You don’t need to pay for everything and it actually works. It has the most amazingly nag effects and I plan on making a framed photo of me using it.

What happened to the Sara Shakeel designs?. I love the glittery and ethereal world of Sara Shakeel, so I’m very disappointed to find that her “filters” disappeared from Art Leap. I have the premium, unlimited access membership. What happened to the filters?

Won’t work on my 2 Apple Devices. I paid the $59+ and installed on my IPad. However, if I try to use it also on my iPhone, it does not recognize my purchase and wants me to pay again! Is it not possible to use on my 2 devices?

No star period. I gave this app 1 star because I had to to write a review. This is like a continuing scam to edit photos. It says it's free, IT'S NOT!! They've ensured that you can't even screenshot it. It seems to be a cool app but if you can't have any basic stuff to work with I'm not paying for anything. I'm sick of these developers with the same scam. It's obvious with the "in app purchases" that you're gonna have to pay.

Good but not able to save?. I always test apps and post on Facebook to see if my friends like it or not before buying. In order to save them or export them, do we HAVE TO PAY first?!?

Only for beautiful people. Added filters are needed and different shades colors , maybe the full Purchase will allow you to make those changes but does not make me want to purchase your app

Pretty Cool App. I usually don’t like to endorse anything, however this App is extraordinary. It has allowed an opportunity to enhance special effects along with various filters to create some breathtaking images.

App is about money, not art. Most of the options require a fee to use and then it is still very restrictive in the photos that the app will read and allow for creativity. For instance, the glitch feature only works on photographs the have faces even though it could be really cool to apply to photographs that do not have faces.

No cyber Monday deals. Same discounted clickbait price no deal for cyber Monday These apps really upset me because I had bought all these apps previously befit they started charging a ridiculous subscription fee. They are the same apps but the names changed. The logos are the same. I hate that greed has taken hold of every aspect of our society. These companies should grandfather in customers who supported them and paid before they started Subscription services. I don’t mind subscription services I just hate when I buy something then they change the name and charged me again. Shame. Even if you buy the lifetime they will just change something small and stop supporting the app and make you buy again. Lifetime of the app not your lifetime. Shame shame Don’t buy this crap

Great app - no Sharing. This app is super awesome!My big complaint is it says that you can do family sharing right in the App Store. So we paid for it and then guess what -you can’t. It shouldn’t say you can if it isn’t true. I emailed them and they said maybe in the future it that’s not helping me now.

Crashes as soon as it opens. New review: The app just straight up doesn't work at all anymore. Judging by the other reviews, this might be related to iOS 17 update. The app just crashes as soon as it opens. Can't even use it at all, and I was using it frequently. Huge bummer for an app with so much potential, and effects not found in others. I hope it gets fixed soon, and if not, I hope to find a replacement soon. Original review: I'm really disappointed in this app. I purchased it based on the glitter crystal effects alone, and ended up purchasing the entire Lightricks bundle too. I love the cool effects, they're unique and creative, but it seems that every time I update the app, an effect disappears. All the glitter crystal effects are now gone for me. So if you like any of the effects, don't update the app ever. I'll change my review and rating when this is fixed. This is really unfortunate because it was my favorite effect.

Still good 🆗. I think it’s a good app to edit your photos but I’m kind of confused how to even make your photos although you can view other effects but I think photoleap is better.

WHY!. I can’t even use this app. It requires me to sign with apple, Facebook, or Google and if I Sign In with Apple or Google, my iPad will connect to my mom’s phone which means I’ll get every app, notification, email, and text she gets. And I’m not even a teenager, so I don’t have Facebook. Maybe I’m being a little harsh and I apologize for this review, but it would be nice if there was another option or two to use the app.

A scam. I paid 5.99 for the month. In order to do anything you have to download more apps. I wanted to do some photo editing. In order to do that you have to download Photofox. The apps keep directing you to pay more. It also doesn’t allow you to download your photo once you complete your editing. I will not be continuing with this app. I just waisted 5.99 on a useless app. The free Facebook apps are better than this.

Fun!. I've thoroughly enjoyed using this app. I’ve used it for photo challenges over the last year or so. My only complaint is that whenever I use the app, the metadata or Exif data is not retained. This includes date and time of the photo I manipulated.

Fun but needs a lot of work. The app is really fun there’s a lot of things you can do a lot of creativity but unfortunately at least the app is not free so that limits you a little bit.

Was worth the sub a year ago - but I won't be renewing. I loved this app when I first got it just over a year ago. It was getting regular updates with new features and I was very happy to subscribe. Sadly it seems about then that the developers got bored with it as there's been nothing new for nearly a year. What happened?! I won't be renewing next week... Very disappointed.

This app is the worst. Update: thanks for your response but it’s also not possible to use the mail icon you’ve described to report this problem. Im reporting here because the app is basically unusable. You can’t upload photos after the initial ask so the app is instantly rendered useless after you’ve already paid for it. Terrible UX. Give me my money back please.

Fun concept for absolute beginners. So, I am an advanced photo editor and was looking for an app to help some friends out who wanted to filter their photos but didn’t want to take the time how to use more intense programs. I downloaded the free version just to see if it would work and I thought the presets were fun, creative and actually a good ai generation of the photos I uploaded. I wanted to show my friends what they could do with the app so I tried taking a quick screenshot and got this encrypted photo of an octopus cartoon. I will say it was pretty clever and actually a bit comical - as a graphic designer I hate it when my creations are hijacked I get it - but to be automatically labeled as a thief isn’t super cool either… guess that’s the last time I try to advertise for this company 🤷🏻‍♀️ If you don’t know anything about creative filters I can say this app does the job.

Not worth it. I paid an annual fee of $30 for this app and all the filters I bought it for disappeared. Somehow, all the other filters are available except the ones I loved. I’d love to get a prorated refund!

NOT FREE. There isn’t one stitch of this app that can be used for free. It states “in app purchases” which is totally misleading. You MUST purchase once you download the app, or you don’t get to use ONE FEATURE!! Rip off marketing. 😡

It’s not free. I was looking for an app to create awesome pics. I seen this app and looked at the review and see the person said it was all free. So I was I decided to try it and now it’s not free. Very lil was free but if you wanted something nice then you have to pay monthly fees. Not happy

Awesome, but.... I really enjoy the app an it is really cool... but I don't like how you have to press one of the design ideas to actually do a edit! It makes it hard to edit a photo in you're own way...

No longer works. Crashes upon opening.. No longer works. Crashes upon opening on iPhone and iPad. Paid for the premium suite, but this application is not working. Please update or provide proportional refund.

Horrible. Absolutely not worth the money that I spent. The effects aren’t that great and I’m really disappointed. Thought there would be a lot more to choose from. I can get a free app with more filters and effects than this one. So disappointed.

Only for beautiful people. Added filters are needed and different shades colors , maybe the full Purchase will allow you to make those changes but does not make me want to purchase your app

Great but need help. I have no idea how to add another picture of mine to edit, I apparently need a tutorial.

Force closes. Used this app for a few years with no issues. Guessing it doesn’t work with iOS 17 because it opens and immediately force closes. If you have iOS 17, I’d wait for an update.

Not free at all. I have just installed the app and thought a free version was available. However the very first screen when I opened it for the first time tells me I HAVE to choose one of the 3 plans: 5.99, etc. there’s no option to get a free (which generally means NO payment) version. How deceiving is your description of “free”. Shame.

Wont let me use pro feature even though I purchased. I paid for one month access and I have proof, but it won’t let me make any pictures unless I purchase again. I think it’s a glitch but I don’t know who to contact to fix .

Good app, in general. It’s good but to get really good stuff u have to pay for premium. Get it though!!

Why not a combo?. An combo price will work for many people, please considere the customers that already bought the one time paid...

The reviews posted in App Store are highly misleading. One in particular that read, “everything is free!” False. The majority of what you offer has to be paid for. Instead of falsely advertising through paid reviewers, just say only a few features are free. The rest are through purchase only. What a joke...

Glitter tears filter!. The whole reason I got this app again was the glitter tears effect and it’s not even on here anymore! How in the time of euphoria?! Please bring it back 😭

There’s a bug 🐙. Hate to bug ya. But please pass this on to your ArtLeap developers ... Every time you finish working on one photo you have to quit or kill the app completely to start a new project. That’s the only way you get the prompt to load a new photo. I paid $5 or whatever and it’s worth it — but I think you should definitely fix this. Thanks! 🐙

Is amazing. I love this app because it is easy to use and it give you designs that you want by one tap of a button

Doesn’t Work. I paid $20 for the year subscription and it keeps freezing and exiting the app. I made several attempts and the same thing keeps happening. I have tried all the tricks to refresh an app and it’s still malfunctioning. Very disappointed and would like my $20 back.

Suspicious. The app stopped working after I canceled my subscription, which still had 6 months left. Opens and crashes every time since then.

Good. A nice app but not sure there’s anything new here that isn’t already included in Photofox.

Not WhatIts Cracked Up To Be. I was very excited to see the cool features from this app but for what I paid you’d expect a whole lot more than what they offer. Not worth the money! And, they won’t give you back any of your payment if you cancel early. Don’t waste your money!

Won’t connect to WiFi. Sham no internet connection message. Keeps telling me I have no internet connection even though I have a strong one. Signed up for full subscription. Tried several times. I want a refund

Nice app. Nice app. However, the review that says this is free, must be blind (or paid to say that). It’s NOT FREE. There are a few free pieces. But like other apps the good pieces are not free.

Disappointed. Paid the one month fee but could only load one personal photo. Not all templates advertised are included either. Made a nice picture and easy too. But I expected to be able to make more than one.

App will shut down. I used to love this app, it was my go to! However, since the last update I can no longer load it on my iPhone 15 pro. The app loads up and immediately shuts down.

Cool, for a price.. It’s a neat app, but anything I found that I’d want to save costs at least $5.99 a month and that’s too much for editing phone photos to me 🤷🏼‍♀️ I feel like the verbiage around what’s free is a little misleading to get you to download.

Use is limited. When I am trying to add a couple of the same category effects, it will not let me save that one and add another, it just changes it to the next chaise effect and in order to save it, i must download it and start again……. WAY TO MUCH WORK

Paid reviews. The previous reviews are lies. You have to pay before you use any features... monthly... sure they let you “play” with the features, but they make you pay to download your picture.

I just download it and it’s still waiting. I can’t wait to try this app
