Unbelievably unhelpful customer service. Seriously. Fix your app, Reef. And your crappy customer service. Parked in a parking garage and the app was being glitchy. So I figured I’d try paying as I was walking out the door because I wasn’t expecting it to take so long. It continues to be glitchy so I haven’t been able to pay and it’s been hours. Now Reef customer service tells me that it’s my fault and now I have to pay the full daily rate of the garage versus the discounted, flat rate that’s supposed to be provided by the app. And this is with absolutely no warning from the app or even an email that the app is currently having technical difficulties. Had I known this, I would’ve just parked on the street.

Paid for parking, got ticketed anyway. I would assume attendants for this company just don’t bother checking. I paid for 90 minutes of parking and received a fine for “not having paid.” Don’t bother with the app. Better yet, find a different place to park. I’m going to do my utmost to avoid ever using this service again. If I could give a 0, I would just for the inconvenience and irritation. Pointless app.

Is amounted to nothing more than theft.. If you try to use this app in a parking lot it jacks the price of the parking up by 10 or $20. If you’re willing to walk and pay in the boxes you’ll get a reasonable rate. For example the lot I usually park at costs $11. That’s if I put the card in the box. If I try to use this app it wants to charge me $23 for the day. This is just pure theft and it should be removed from the store entirely. In fact someone to hire a lawyer and shut these thieves down. Reef might be the absolute worst app I have ever dealt with from the Apple store. And Apple if you’re listening if you keep allowing apps like this in the store I’m dumping Apple entirely. Your stupidity is not worth me being stolen from.

Excessive. This app should easily be in a browser. Or even better yet should be in the kiosk at the parking location, and the app should be the last resort or if you frequently use it. Instead, as a one time user I need to download the app, in a poor service area (inside a parking garage), waste my own data, enter all sorts of information they’re probably going to sell or more than likely become compromised, just to park my car for an hour. I know that this review isn’t remotely helpful for anyone because you don’t download this app because you want to, but because you have to.

Sudden issues. I’ve used this app multiple times with no issues until today. Today the app is charging $8 more then it costs to park in the lot all day. I used it two days ago and that wasn’t the price then. Had to use the kiosk instead of the app.

Decent app with one flaw. The app functions well in general and it’s easy to find where your parking. However, it always ask to confirm your vehicle in a tiny pop up that I’ve missed once or twice and not paid for parking. Luckily the attendant was forgiving but poor design right at the end.

Reef App. Since I downloaded this app both times it did not work , it says an error has occurred . Then I go to pay at the Kiosk and there is a line . It’s very annoying and time consuming ! Also it is hard to determine how much time you will use , like yesterday I decided to go to the movies , this app did not notify me time was up so I could add time , I couldn’t figure out how to add time , didn’t know if it would overlap , basically , don’t like it doesn’t work as well as Pay by Phone or Park Mobile

Useless. I’ve had several tickets because this app fails often. You pay for parking, come back ahead of your time being up and a ticket on the windshield. Open the app to discover tht “an error has occurred” and no history of you making the transaction. Just use the pay box at the lot and avoid this app.

I’m trying to pay for parking. The designers of this app don’t seem to understand that someone might be in a hurry. Parking is like that. Despite asking for my lot number, no matter how many times I entered that exact number, they kept suggesting street addresses that were several states away. Recognize a lot number for cripes sake. There’s this thing called GPS that can give you some help there. And USE APPLE PAY!!! Forcing me to dig out my credit card and enter all the data for it when I’m now late because you wouldn’t accept the lot number just shows how little you understand you potential customers. The only good thing about this app is how it reminded me how many four letter words I know.

Will Overcharge in Error and Harass. After paying for parking, I still received a “Notice of Violation” from REEF. They provided two ways to dispute. I followed the first and emailed with proof of payment; I received an automatic response indicating they would not respond for 14 days. The second method to dispute required written dispute within 14 days. I sent a written dispute. They did not confirm receipt of either. Instead they sent a harassing second “Notice of Violation.” They have no number to call and no one responds via email. Park somewhere else.

Scam no Stars!!!!!!!. I had to use the REEF app to pay for parking in Portland Oregon. I paid for 24 hours and renewed for 24 more, only to get back to my car and have a ticket for $49 or $88 if I did pay immediately. I have spent five hours s on hold with both parking enforcement and REEF trying to prove that I paid. REEF updated my payment fro the 16th of July to the 17th of July so that my receipt doesn’t prove my payment on time. I am so frustrated. I went to my bank app and screenshot my transaction proving that I paid on the 16th. I’m currently on hold again with REEF so angry. I’m ready to just pay because of the hassle!

Ticketed after paying. The app works until it REALLY doesn’t. After paying for parking I was still ticketing for “failure to display valid receipt” even though paying through an app provides zero physical receipt and half the time the app fails to save details of your digits transactions, only telling you you’ve used the service (#) of times during the month.

This app is a joke!. In the past 6 weeks, I have been to Merrick Park at least 5 times to shop or to eat at one of their restaurants. Each time, the app has not worked. It simply spins then says error. I tried to call for assistance & got a recording. I tried connecting to the free Wi-Fi at Merrick, turned off Wi-Fi to just use data & still nothing. It has made going there a completely unenjoyable experience. I do not need to go there & spend my money to stress the whole time about the possibility of getting a $75 parking ticket. To top things off, I went to the machine, which always had a long time & was amazed to see the price was cheaper per h or t than what the app had quoted me. That is scary. This company needs to be investigated!

Terrible app. Found myself subjected to this app when trying to park for an event over the weekend. App kept glitching, takes forever to load, took many tries to get it to acknowledge the correct parking lot and then to accept the vehicle info. I’m now at home on a strong wifi connection trying to delete a vehicle and it still keeps glitching and giving error messages. Don’t use if you can avoid it!

So far so good. Downloaded this app one night so I could park on the street at a broken meter. It was quick and easy and very reliable.

How do you enter the space number that you’re in?. I downloaded this app for the first time and it didn’t give me the options to enter the space number my car was in, or how to fix the exact street I was on. I didn’t feel confident at all that I was paying to park on the right street. This app is really lacking compared to other mobile parking payment apps

Can’t pay for multiple vehicles; prices don’t match signage. Had to use this app when parking my vehicles in a nearby lot while my home garage was being cleaned. I needed to park my car and moto but it only supports one vehicle in a lot at a time!? Why??? The prices in app didn’t match the signage in the lot — it was much higher and no ability to pay for the whole day, just hourly. Maybe the lot’s fault, but at the end of the day I’m still annoyed regardless of who is at fault. Finally I tried to call customer service for a bug I was experiencing and no one picked up. There was no estimate for how long I’d wait. Or even if they were open. Totally frustrating. I just want to pay for parking!!! Just feels like a trick.

Got a parking ticket. I used the reef app and it said that my time had started and said that I currently had a $0 charge. I have a pending charge on my card from IMPARK HANGTAG COLLINGSWOOD NJUS for $0.01. I shows that I have 1 transaction in July 2023 and today was that 1 transaction. Now, when I click into it, nothing shows up and I now have a parking ticket because of it! How am I supposed to trust to use the app if things like this happen?!

App designed to get you a ticket. Watch out. You will do everything correct and the app will tell you that you have paid for parking and then you’ll still get a ticket. The design is flawed intentionally to ensure they get more failures to pay. Always go back in and screenshot everything. I am battling a parking lot vendor over this right now. Lucky me, I took screenshots.

First month review. So far I love it! No issues with it yet, but sometimes it gives me free parking, so I’m a bit skeptical about that, because no where on the app does it say that they do/have any discounts… I’m just hoping that I won’t get a bill, or towed…

App doesn’t work. App won’t even let me pay for parking, was noticed every time I tried that I was charged 1¢ (?) but still each time I got an error message and couldn’t pay to park. Tried to pay off my partner’s app but he somehow properly used the app for his own car and you can only pay for one car at a time. Seems like an big and unintuitive oversight since the app only works occasionally.

BUG FIXES PLEASE!!!!. I believe this app has the potential to be great. i work in manhattan the lot is right across the street from my job. however, my app wont find this lot so i can pay for it, but 3 of my coworkers can and paid for it and i got stuck trying to find another lot. Please fix these map issues. if you search for the lot it will pop up in the search but cannot click on it to pay.

No support. This app is quick to take your money and inadequate for specific site conditions. It is not well supported to resolve its issues. Transactions fees too high for value. The app has no way to address discrepancies between the posted rates on parking sites. Fees per transaction are high compared to other apps.

Doesn’t work. App was listed at a garage that didn’t seem to have the service. Horrible experience, after several attempts to use app I had to give up and just walk back to the garage. Don’t bother with this one! And now it won’t even allow me to submit a review with my own name/nickname. What was the point of asking for one?! There’s more than one Eloise in the world!!

This app appears to be a scam…. Their webpages don't even open within the app every single one of them has a broken link. They also do not let you edit your own license plate if you made a mistake. Unlike PARKING KITTY which I've used for years in the Portland metro area, the mobile app does not allow editing of any license plates. And God forbid you make a mistake entering payment information. You can't change that either. I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to get to customer service and they don't pick up. Avoid this app I believe you're going to get scammed.

Do not park in any loot that has REEF. App is glitchy after several attempts to purchase more time and error issues I proceed back to parking lot to use physical booth, Car was being towed.. Reached out to customer service of course in another country.. Where they have you do a run around provide you with a number to a section that is closed, Called back and they provided me an email to which of course are not responding through out the weekend.. These apps Im sure get payed by linking with local towing companies who prays on the app crashing and not working and waiting at the lot to tow vehicle its a shame and should be illegal

Not a good Parking App. This app needs a lot of work to become a good parking app. It only allows one car per account. It has sent me countless duplicate emails with my latest receipt. The address on the app and the mission were mis labeled where I needed to park. I can’t delete my credit card info without putting in another card since there has to be a default card. If this app fixes all those issues above I may use it again.

Slow Cumbersome Incomplete. The app is really slow to load and access menus even though I was on full bars of 5G. I was unable to enter a spot number only a license plate and the license plate I had to manually enter it wouldn’t take a picture. I entered it wrong the first time and now it won’t allow me to delete that vehicle. When I went to pay I received a quote time out error and had to start all over again.

Paid and got a ticket. Paid 20 dollars for parking and still received a 75 dollar ticket for “not paying”. Called customer support and they said there was nothing they could do, that sometimes there’s glitches in their system. They told me I had to go on the app and email customer support with a picture of my receipt to get the ticket taken care of.

Was charged every other month. I parked in Sf in one of REEf and I did not know my card was charged $50 every other month for almost a year now. And when I called the customer service they said they don't know and can't cancel. I did not subscribed nor agreed I checked my email and nothing came out. Never park in this parking anymore. And I lost a lot of money for nothing 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Can’t delete vehicles.. I started using the application last week, and it worked fairly well. This morning, I realized that I had entered the license plate incorrectly. I tried to change it, but the system would not allow that, so I created a new vehicle with the correct license plate. I said that as the default and expected it to be able to delete the incorrect one that did not work. That seems like a very reasonable thing to have to work in an application this type.

Ticketed even though I paid. This has to be one of the biggest scam apps out there. I park in a lot that has this app controlling the usage. I download the app, I put in my information, I pay for my time and then I walk away. I come back and there’s a ticket. A ticket for $50. I contact support, try to get it worked out but all I get is “Sorry we can’t help you. You have to take it up with Lanier Parking.” Which by the way is APART of the Reef Network. So I pay $10 to park THEN get a ticket for a place I already paid for, and I’m forced to pay $50 in citation. This is one of the biggest scams I have come across. Not to mention the horrible customer service. Don’t park anywhere that says Reef and if you do, be wary that you may still get a ticket and their support won’t do anything about it. Time for me to talk to my lawyer.

Cool app if you like paying for parking, getting a ticket, and arguing with support!. Reef will take your money, show you are parking in the lot for how ever many hours, and some parking attendant will come over and ticket you anyway. Wanna dispute it? You’ll need to fill out forms and submit 1 photo showing the physical parking ticket and your digital payment. Not tech savvy? Not sure how to upload 1 photo with a screenshot and a photo of the ticket? Too bad, pay up! Customer support is a JOKE. Did the attendant get the wrong license plate number, car model, state? Too bad - you have to pay either way. I’d like to say this only happened once, but it’s happened 6 times between me and my partner! Whoever runs the engineering department at this company should be fired and forced to take my phone call.

Horrible service. Horrible customer service, I paid on the app for parking and when I got to the location they wouldn’t let me in to the Lott because they said I would need to pay an extra 50 dollars for special event parking even After I already paid for the parking. I asked for a refund and they said I needed to contact customer service. Reefs customer service is horrible, I’ve emailed several times and have gotten emails asking back several days later asking for information that I’ve already provided multiple times. DO NOT USE REEF

Very helpful and easy to use. It can be confusing to find parking. There are so many options and you don’t always know what is the right one for the best price. I love using this application and highly recommend it for anyone searching for parking.

Pricey. I was contemplating whether I wanted to touch the dirty meter or just get the app. So I got the app and bruh their pricing is OFF. The meter shows 11 hr parking for $10 but here, past 8 hours is $15 and past 12 is $20. Plus like a .50 cent fee. I’m not that cheap but I was already infront of it and it could be useful for someone who’s short on time or would pay for being a germaphobe so to each his own I suppose. That extra $5 I saved can buy me another bottle of Sani. Big pass for me XD

Absolute piece of garbage app. What an absolute piece of garbage app! I have downloaded it three times this morning (as advised by their customer service) and even changed the form of payment twice, then deleted, entered and re-entered my license plate and it keeps crashing before the payment is completed. At this point I am just praying my car doesn’t get towed while I am at the doctor’s office with my son and unable to move the car!

They’ll lock your car in and you have no way to get help. Yesterday I parked in a REEF lot. I paid at the kiosk, but needed to extend my parking duration so downloaded and used the app. When I later returned to my car @ 7pm, it was locked in. The kiosk was inside the locked area so I called a number on the sign on the locked fence. Long story short, four different support lines later (they kept passing me to other people) I wasn’t able to get my car back. I spent $120 in ride share rides to get home them back this morning. Support told me that not only could they not find either of my transactions (looking up with my account info and license plate) but that wasn’t their lot. When I returned this morning I confirmed it is a REEF lot and does not indicate anywhere that it is not 24 hours. (Google also indicates it’s a 24 hour lot.) I took photos and have sent to support, but don’t expect much based on my experience last night. TL;DR: Park at your own risk. Be prepared to use rideshare because you may not have access to your vehicle and their support is a waste of time!

Verification system down: told to “park somewhere else”. My city just switched over to Reef for parking downtown. Downloaded the app and got the part where it wants to verify my number with a text. After two attempts and waiting 10min for verification (now late for my meeting), I called customer service. The guy told me the verification process is down and to “find another place to park” LOLOL. Thanks Reef. Mistakes and bugs happen, but your terrible and lazy customer service is astounding.

Confusing. I’m at Atlantic station in Atl. Why have parking meters with lot numbers when you only can use the physical meter and a card. What was the point to placing a sign to download the app when there was not any way to put your parking spot number?? So when I paid on the app, I was really paying for a lot two blocks away. 🙄 I paid again at the physical meter to avoid a parking ticket. Just pay on the meter the app is a no go.

Parking enforcement doesn’t seem to know about this app. Tried it twice, received a ticket both times. The enforcement agency could always resolve this when contacted, but officers on the street just don’t seem to know about this App. Wastes time, and customer. Support can’t do anything but tell you to contact the enforcement agencies yourself. If you’re not using this regularly, just get a paper parking receipt instead.

Citation. First day I’ve tried this on-line I’ve got a ticket. When I called the citation office they cannot even locate my purchase until I gave them my last four of my credit card and the purchase number. Convenient but somewhat inconvenient because of the citation. They voided the citation though

This App is Insanely Frustrating. I never leave bad reviews but this app was nearly unbearable to use. The load times are insanely long. When my parking was about to expire I tried to add time and it would not go through. It acted like it did and showed the “completed payment screen” but my parking time continued to show only a few minutes remaining balance. I tried this TWICE to no avail and we ended up running back to the car to move it. So frustrating to use and every screen takes FOREVER to load. Still not even sure if I’m going to be charged twice for no reason.

Scam Alert. Lots claim to be secured/monitored/patrolled, they are not! I was told by the owner that not only are they not monitored, but there is no security or patrolls at night. They wouldn’t even refund my parking cost after my car window was smashed and my items stolen. On top of that, I was hung up on by the owner after he confirmed that no he wouldn’t give me a refund, it’s not his problem, they are not liable. I should have listened to the other reviews saying how unreliable this company is, hopefully you listen to this one. Your car (and you!) are not safe!!

Clunky. I’m standing in front of the pay stand a d see the sign abt credit cards and cash no longer accepted “for my convenience”. So I try to download app there - perpetual spinning wheel - insufficient bars. What’s a person without a smart phone supposed to do? Then I get it downloaded and come back. The map/list populates and shows I’m only .25 miles from the lot. I’m standing right in front of the machine! Your GPS function needs to improve

You guys are crooks!. Don't advertise the mobile app if you're just gonna give people tickets. I've already had to pay you guys more than 150+ dollars with all the fees and fines I've been getting because I used the app. I shouldn't have to talk to customer service to get my ticket voided. You guys should be able to look and see whos paid with the app or not!!! False advertisement!

Love this app!. Love being able to find the right lot and pay from my car instead of waiting in line at the kiosk. Was out to dinner and got a reminder to extend! Saved me from getting a ticket.

No ApplePay, no Password Manager??. This app requires that you set up a new account (no sign-in with Apple/Google/Facebook), requires a cell phone number, requires a credit card number (no ApplePay), and doesn’t allow you to use 1Password/Keychain/KeyPass to set up an account. Utterly abysmal experience. I parked across the street and paid with a different app after downloading and starting to register. UI has weird graphical hiccups too. Unacceptable in 2020.

Got a multiple tickets because of this app. I highly do not recommend this app. It often froze up when I went to click extend parking and then would appear to have processed the extension but actually didn’t. In my area, the parking is $9 a day and for more than two hours in the app, it’s $9.35 - so but if you chose the wrong random time for that $9.35 and it froze while you were extending the parking - you'd get a $44-$88 ticket. I had thought I was being responsible during COVID but turns out it would have been more responsible to use the meters while I had to work. TLDR: the app is unreliable and even when you pay for all-day parking by the parking lot price, you are not actually paying for all-day parking.

Use another app. This app is horrible. It couldn’t provide the correct price for parking in the lot that I used it for so ended up overpaying. Equally as horrendous was the customer service experience. Since the customer service line seems to be barely manned, used email. Ot has taken 4 emails over a month plus to finally reach the final step for a refund (still no refund yet). Days and even a week go by between email response. Got so frustrated today that I stayed on the phone to get a person (it didn’t disconnect for the first time in five tries) who balked at processing the refund over the phone not once but twice referring me to email. Stay away from this app….

Useless. Can’t find a single. Not happy that I had to hand over my information only to find out I can’t even use it. This shouldn’t even make the App Store

Don’t use if in Canada. You don’t have parking in Canada so why did the Impark Canada website force me to use this app. There’s no way to remove my credit card and no way to cancel my account from in the app. Huge frustration.

Completely useless. Bought and paid for a parking pass for Rogers Place in Edmonton using the website. No way to log in to that account on the app, and it doesn’t import the QR code. “Add to Passbook” feature on the website is broken (modern iOS Wallet doesn’t recognize the outdated format). Absolutely useless and kept long enough only to review then deleted.

No lots shown?!. The app doesn’t show any lots for Edmonton even though the website does, and the Roger’s Place website show Reef as the preferred parking provider.

Does Not work. Just read all the other reviews- clearly no one is reading them at impark, because it still doesn’t work. Amazing to me that a company would allow such a bad app as their primary method of getting paid. Easier to just find a different parking lot then to use their system. Deleting

Wish I could give zero stars. I was on the map and it keep say “oops there are no lots near by” in an area which I have seen several lots on the website, which was one of the reason why I got the app was to be able to see or book at those lots. What a disappointment …even as I expand to whole of Toronto, same error msg shows!

No lots in Edmonton. Impark machine wasn’t working, not sure if it’s too cold or something, saw the sign to download this app and I can’t find a lot in Edmonton.

Does not work with websight bookings. In a day and age of technological capabilities it is sad that this app does not pull up the parking bookings completed online via web browser. Have not used the app yet because of this, makes the app pointless for me. 2nd star for what seems like a good foundation to build on but needs some serious work

Sucks. What a waste of time. I have to book my reservations online through a computer because the App shows zero parking sites yet the website does

Won’t bring up any lots. This app is useless, doesn't bring up any lots anywhere in the city I live.

Only works once in a while. The app and desktop don’t work together, help line is only for the app, no help line for desk top, purchased parking on reef desktop doesn’t sync with mobile app.

No service. Customer service is nil. Sent 4 emails to customer support line…weeks later…ZERO reply. Why bother to offer support if no one at reef reads them? Do better!

Garbage App.. Won’t recognize lot # and can’t find its own lot on the map

Totally useless. The app cannot find parking in Calgary, which is useless. If you find yourself in an Impark lot, there is an option on the app to scan ticket, but the ticket issued doesn’t have a QR code, so that feature is useless too. IMO this app is digital pollution.

Worst app ever. Worst app ever. Can’t find the lot I used, can’t add time to existing meter.

Not working. The app isn’t working. I hope there’s a way to delete my account and remove my mobile number and email address from your database.

Doesn’t work in Toronto. No idea if it works elsewhere, but the app finds literally zero parking locations in Toronto.

One star cause I have too!. Waste of an app Enter a lot number and says “no lots” near by. ALSO no way to remove your information “security and privacy” issue.

No support in Vancouver BC. The Impark Website says to download their app, Reef. After doing so, there are no locations in Vancouver, Canada. Is it the fault of the app, the developer, or Impark? In any case, poor advertising and communication.

App does not work and customer service. App does not work. Deleted and reinstalled. Does not show any lots on my phone. My desktop shows all the lots. Tried calling the phone number and it hangs up on your call. Fail.

Does not sync with online account/Parking spot not guaranteed. Prepurchased multiple parking to ensure I could park where I prefer. Have two vehicles registered. App shows no reservations and no vehicles. This company relies on phone calls to make changes to your account. Simple process like switching vehicles cannot be done electronically. Why bother with an app? Other issue is that parking is not guaranteed when purchased in advance. Defeats the purpose of using this company.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Terrible app suggested by Impark for me to manage my monthly parking pass. Could not locate any lots in Calgary with it so it is useless. Not sure why this is even being recommended for parking. Asks for email address and personal information from users to start as well. Deleted immediately.

I’m literally in the lot and but says there are no lots nearby. This thing is useless. Location services on. I even tried putting the lot number in the search bar.

What’s the point?. What’s the point in downloading the app and adding a credit card to a system that doesn’t allow you to pay for parking. As I sit in the emergency room with 20 minutes left on my meter, I’m wondering why. I downloaded this right from the website but was not informed by Impark that there’s possibly a different app to use as the RUH in Saskatoon does NOT use this app

It works, barely. Took me over 15 minutes just to locate the lot I was already parked in and add my payment method. App kept loading/timing out, requiring me to re-enter my info. I’ve used other parking payment apps and this is by far the worst one.

Unable delete my credit card from wallet. You can not delete the existing card from the wallet. Which is very annoying. I don’t like to save my card every where or likes to delete it after the job is done. This app is not letting me do. Please fix this

App periodically deleted historical transactions. Needs to have better app design to transfer transactions as this is the second time in this month that the app is down and deleted all the stored information

The worst. Terrible on boarding experience with zero auto fill for things like credit card and personal info. Took forever. Froze up on me. The name of the parking lot I was in wasn’t on the map, only the address and I had no way of confirming I was picking the right location until I went forward. Hate it and never want to use it again.

Slow. Very slow a lot of errors while using the app. Unable to pay for over 30 minutes because the app wouldn’t load my card information. Now trying to remove my card info it keeps erroring.

I can’t delete account. I can’t delete account or change phone number I only got this because they shut off pay at station and now I can’t get rid of account with out leg work of emailing customer service

Impossible to Add a new car with the same plate. I have been trying to add my second car with the previous plate’s car I used to own. The app doesn’t let me add this Sendines car. It tells me “you have access your car successfully “ but is not being shown on the list”

Don’t use this App. The App is bugged and won’t show me my receipt despite being charged for parking. The attendants at the parking garage say they need the receipt number to validate my purchase, but it is inaccessible. I tried to call support and was on hold for an hour with no one answering before giving up. The app is useless and their customer support is non-existent.

App doesn’t work and being overcharged.. I parked in a garage using this app and they charged for entire day of parking instead of the 30 minutes requested. The app doesn’t let you see your receipt. The machines at the garage didn’t work either.

Doesn’t support Apple Pay. In the five minutes it took to download this app, sign up, and add a payment I got a 100$ ticket. Ive been to lemonade stands that have better payment options and support. Get Apple pay or at least hold off on ticketing while we use this cumbersome app.

Terrible. This app is very user unfriendly. Couldn’t figure out because there were no street signs on the parking area and got a ticket for $45. Many other cars were in the same position. Had tickets placed on there windshield. I tried working with the app for 45 minutes. What a joke!!

No support. I accidentally typed my tag number in wrong and couldn’t understand the support person on the phone. It took almost two hours to get an email response from support, and because there was no way to buy parking for my actual vehicle, I got a ticket.

No weekend rates!!!! Boo!!!. I’m getting charge the same rates for a weekday parking spot as a weekend parking spot it’s costing me twice as much money to park on the weekends to go to work this is BS I hate this new app and I’m getting charged a convenience fee $.35 every day it’s going to add up to at least 100 bucks over the year they are taking advantage of us due to the coronavirus and is not fair

Do not use this app. After a one time use, I received 20+ emails with the one time parking receipt and I tried to call the 1-888-number listed from their app and waited over 1 hour with no response! I also emailed them to stop emailing me- even changed my email address and STILL getting these emails!!

Frustrating to say the least. The App is just frustrating. When it comes to payment there is always an error (server error). And there is nobody at Reef to help. The help line of Reef is useless as well. They have no clue and are unable to provide help!

Finding a parking lot is tedious and no Apple Pay in 2023?. These problems have been solved by lots of apps over and over again. Really unfortunate to land on a spot where the app supports nothing. I would have paid at the machine if it worked. Would have been faster and my personal information wouldn’t be on their servers.

Dangerous to trust if you don’t want to be towed. All pay machines are closed in Seattle due to COVID so you have to use app. App is plagued with bugs and does not work frequently, stating you “must use machine”. This makes it impossible to pay when parking in high traffic areas with a strict tow-away policy. Good idea but way behind in execution; effectively cutting off parking near many local businesses.

Basic feature missing. If I could give this poor excuse for an application zero stars I would. What the heck are you doing Even making an app that won’t let me auto complete my debit cards and credit cards from my wallet? And then apparently doesn’t even work

Bad. Do not use this app.. I would put zero stars if I could but the process was garbage and they don’t help when you have questions. My car got broken into and they decided they would ignore everything I asked them.

Monday. This parking lot service is so affordable and convenient! It saved the day (on a Monday)! Thank you so much for making it so easy and accessible to park with you guys!

In operable.. Would rather not have to pay 5 dollars for parking or park in a more sketchy area where the parking is not 5 or more. Says this parking lot is closed when I’m parked in it and no sign says closed. Just confused as to why I’m in able to pay for an obviously open parking lot spot.

Over complex for a parking app. Why do I need to register when I’m in a rush for something? Why I have to validate phone number given I provided email address? Why there is no option to signup with Apple or Google? Why I have to type in the credit card number when paying instead of Apple Pay? Why the process is so much more difficult than a parking meter? This app is horrible as it introduced so much complexity but not providing any actual reason behind it, it should just be an app where you type in plate number, chose payment method and duration, then done.

Difficult to navigate and Edit. Not user friendly. Its not user friendly, specially for old people. Difficult to edit and location is not. clear. I would not use if it was not the only option at Merrick park mall in Coral gables. I do prefer the street app for parking in CH

Costs more than if you pay at the lot stand. I can park for $12 if I go get a ticket at the credit card stand in my usual parking lot. To use this app, it costs $15. I don't mind paying a little extra but $3 is esy to much of a premium.

App Install Freezes. Tried to install the app and it constantly errors out yet I received an email saying my account had been created. However, the app doesn’t appear to have a way to bypass the signup process so you can sign in directly.

Affordable. Easy and great way to pay for parking! Not to much considering I’m a college student and was about to pay $150 for parking at school and have no where to park on campus.

Super Buggy. Downloaded app to pay for parking in Seattle Area - multiple errors in trying to enter my information and then could not complete transaction due to more errors. Tried again on WIFI later and still buggy. Useless

Zero customer service help. App is awful , called customer service and zero help “ our system is down a call back , no sorry , no nothing . “ I will use spot Hero in NYC reef stinks ! Invest in customer service who is helpful and your app stinks - tried to log in 13 x and still can’t from 330 pm til 7om still not fixed !!!! Worst

Everyone makes mistakes, some people try to fix tjem. Finding parking and paying were easy. Unfortunately the entire lot had been rented by a film crew and was supposed to be closed. Now because I could see the crew trying t move my car in the morning, I was able yo rescue it from being towed or impounded. The film crew was very apologetic and helpful and even showed me where some parking was open. Reef, however, having sold a spot they did not own was impossible to work with on refunding the parking. If they stand behind their product, this could be a good app.

Missing locations. Two of three parking lots in downtown Portland were not available in the app. Had to go from one to the other and had to use the machine at the second lot or I wouldn’t have been able to park there either.

Cannot delete card info. Cannot delete my payment info. These apps get hacked all the time, so I would prefer that they let me delete all payment info rather than holding my credit card information hostage.

The WORST!!. Customer service is in India and very difficult to get anyone to fix an issue. The response is to uninstall the app and try again. No way to view receipt in app or online. I prepaid for 5 hrs and app kept ticking saying I had paid for 16hrs!!! Stay away! Don’t use Reef!

This is a time consuming app. The site bounced me off twice and finally accepted my payment. I made me 15 minutes late for my meeting. Whoever made the decision to use this app for this parking lot needs to have their job re-evaluated and ask them how much they got $$$$ under the table to choose them.

I just want to park my *#%&@$ car!!!. Why do I need to take 15 minutes to download an app and load all my personal info including my phone number so you can sell my info to a 3rd party to make a little xtra. We left and found 2 hour parking after 10 minutes of dealing with this dumb app!

Not a good parking app. It only allows one car per account. We work at a place where this is the only parking option and we need to park multiple cars with the same account (which other parking apps allow), but not this one because of this one car per account restriction.

Window of time. Nowhere does the sign or the app say how long you’re paying for parking, even when you’re being asked if you want extend your time. It would be nice to know how much time you’re paying for.

Some glitches are there to be fixed.. I tried to park my car and pay using app, unfortunately it is showing me a popup with the message unable to find the merchandise. I cannot pay using app. I am facing this same issue since 3 weeks.

Errors. I tried repeatedly to use the app and the vending machine to no avail at 1005 Main, Portland. Others in the que had same problem. Our concert begins soon. All other nearby parking is full. I hope we are not going to be ticketed because of machine malfunctions. This app and this parking spot have worked flawlessly for me during past Sunday concerts.

Hard to find lot on map. I downloaded the app and paid for 4 hrs of parking and then given a ticket because I clicked on the lot closest to my gps dot and it apparently wasn’t the lot I was in. So I am out my parking fee and I have a 45$ ticket. Not happy. But I like the idea of the app and lots available.

Worst app ever!. I would give this app 0 stars if possible. I have used other parking apps and never had a problem. I spent about 15 minutes trying to pay for my parking before shopping, but kept getting error messages and ultimately was unable to pay through the app.

Time expired. The app was easy to set up, but I did not get a notification when the time was about to expire. I now do not know what to do because the time expired and my car is still in the garage.

Can’t pay my apartment parking. Website says use this app. Mobile website won’t work because web coders they hired are trash. Can’t pay my parking on app because people who designed that are trash. Whoever is in charge of digital at this company needs to be fired.

Scammed. Purchased parking from Reef like I would normally do with other parking apps, except when I got to the location, there was no parking lot! I also got a fraud alert on my credit card for the purchase. There’s a reason this app is not used widely like SpotHero. Stick with them.

Needs Sign In with Apple and Apple Pay. This was really annoying to set up an account, add a payment method while trying to park my car in a rainy day. This app desperately needs Sign In with Apple and Apple Pay. I have used other apps that make the process of setting up and paying much easier.

Nicholas. Nick helped me out my whole time at Reef! He was super helpful to me and my girlfriend find exactly what we were looking for! Super cool and nice guy I’d recommend to anybody.

Latest update. The new initial home page when loggin in is not as intuitive as the previous one. A bit confusing about what I needed to do to get going.

This app is a scam. Simply put. Don’t use it. No account history. Fails to save your receipt 99% of the time. Paid for 4 hours of parking. Came back to a parking ticket. Went into the app only to see that there was an error so I can’t even view my receipt to prove that I paid for the parking. Absolutely terrible

Frustrating. When purchasing time it won’t show me the cost of that time before paying. It also won’t display when my time is up or my transactions posted. Overall glitchy and frustrating to use.

Time remaining V.S. Time of Day. One of the useful features for me, was visually seeing the exact time of day, my current parking session expired. Yes, I can calculate the exact expiration time from the remaining time left on current session, but why not show both instead of completely eliminating time of day feature?
