Joey Swarner. Iv had these for a few years. I am down to one camera do to corrosion issues. I recently purchased tactacam reveal cameras with the rechargeable battery. They are great cameras but really don’t seem to last much longer before I have to pull the battery pack and take home to charge. They also have built in solar panels that don’t seem to help. I really do like the muddy cameras but just tired of buying batteries and not getting them to last more than 1 1/2 years. I own my own property and plan to purchase around 6 more cameras to keep on my place year around.

No support. I bought two muddy cameras I was never able to use it it would not connect to the server so the other I got it connected it worked fine until this app had an update then it showed it was not connected so I tried to reconnect it but now it says it already connected to another plan. Ok that seems fixable but now comes the one star issue I call support they said don’t call back we’ll call you waited no call back again same thing ok email nothing I’m stuck paying these people with no way of closing the account DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Customer service. I experienced that customer service is plain non existent. After emailing multiple times with no response. And calling multiple times only to be told “we see you on our list and someone will reach out to you in a couple of days.” At this point I said forget it I’m cancelling and not signing up again. After waiting months only to be told we saw you on our list and someone will reach out to you in a couple of days only after I actually got to talk to a real person? No Thanks, I have other thing to do with my time and money instead of paying for a service that works under half the time and trouble shooting constantly. Hopefully others have or have had a better expirience.

Not working. I spend a good amount of money on cameras and plans for said cameras every year, I expect them to work however mine have not been working lately! I pulled the memory card and put a new one inside it about five minutes later it said I had 160 new photos however none ever showed up, the memory card I pulled won’t even register in my computer to see the pictures. I tried other cards and they work. Guess I just pay for nothing at all, I’ll be switching back to old school non cell cameras very soon!

I’m a big customer of this product and definitely recommend in the past of everything that has happened I just want everything to be what you expected it to be so happy with the results but need clarity on the past… need help on staying with a company through the bad times to make things right in the future… can’t forget about what happened and what was promised to customers

Great but not perfect. Been using the game camera and app for a couple months. The images are clear whether day or night. My complaints are the camera being triggered when animals are outside the cameras view. Also the camera has starting not sending notifications as I programmed it to, it did at first but has become random. Overall I’m happy with it, not happy with $20/month for unlimited, but that’s not the camera that is the cell provider.

Good trail cameraI. I have used Spypoint cameras almost exclusively. Recently because of a promo offered by Huntstand I acquired a Stealthcam. I like the Stealthcam better. Why? Photo quality, ease of use on the app and most of all Stealthcam notify’s me when I have an update. Updates are above all else easier to access with Stealthcam. Downside to this product is they do not offer a free photo package. Spypoint offers 100 photos every 30 days for free. Even at $5 a month with Stealthcam for their basic download package, it can get very expensive quickly if you accumulate cameras.

Will not sync with phone. UPDATED 2 YEARS LATER WITH SECOND CAMERA DO NOT BUY STEALTHCAM. Waste of money. App never works and customer support is nonexistent. Total trash. Worked for a bit then had to have a software update. Has not worked right since. Have not gotten pics since March or can communicate with camera since March. The Camera works as a normal camera but the cell aspect is horrible and this app is no help. Either is their customer service. If you are getting this as you already screwed up and got a stealth cam. Take it back if you can. If you can’t sorry.

Doesn’t work all the time support is horrible. Support doesn’t respond or responds weeks later. One camera takes pictures when it wants to. Programmed for 4 minutes. When it takes pictures it takes pictures at 2 minutes many times. Many times it doesn’t send pictures that are saved to my sd card. Not happy. One of the 3 cameras seems to be working okay. It missed a lot of deer pictures that are right infront of the camera. I saw them when I was hunting. The camera never took pictures. I am going to use all 3 cameras as stand alone cameras and buy 3 Tacticam Reveals.

Most improved. The last years experience with stealthcam has been nothing but good. It is far more reliable than it has ever been and I would say it’s on par with Tactacam. The plan managing and updating on this app is much easier than Tactacam‘s. My one complaint is not being able to change sensitivity of the cameras but other than that, I am very impressed.

Worst cameras and app. If your reading this because your thinking of purchasing muddy cameras. Don’t. I’ve had nothing but issues. Bought the 1200 photo package and was told I’ve hit the limit with only 600 photos. I was forced to purchase the unlimited package. And when you call customer service, if you even talk to anyone, they’ll tell you that tech will call back. We’ll I’m waiting on 2 months and I call and call and leave my number for a call back with nothing. Doesn’t even send me notifications anymore. Save your money and go with tactacam. I know I am

Features. Please add features to where you can see how many photos you get each hour of the day in a bar graph format Please create a feature so when you go into a camera to view new photos, it takes you to the first new photo vs having to scroll down through all of the new photos and guess where the new photos start.

Can not get camera to work or a representative from customer service. I got the new Matrix camera followed the instructions yet it would not send photos. Returned it for another Matrix camera that’s doing the same. I did the reformat process 3 different times, called customer service several times. Finally got someone on the saying it must be the new update and took my number several days ago saying someone would call me back to help get my camera going. Yet the 2 older muddy cameras I have work properly as always!

Patients is the key. I’ve been using the cellular camera since they were introduced and just like every other product on the market, they all have their own issues. I myself enjoy seeing what out there when I’m not there. With out having to go out and pull SD cards. There been a lot of complaints about their customer service department, my experience with them has been very positive. I’ve learned to be patient and someone will get back with you. We all should remember that it wasn’t customer service that did the APP UPGRADE, it probably was someone higher up within the company, but customer service are left dealing with outcome. We should cut them some slack. It’s taking some time but in my opinion the cameras are getting back to normal before the app upgrades.

Do not buy Stealthcam. I have 6 outdoor game cameras from Stealthcam and I have had a series of problems with them over many months and I have tried in vain to reach them by phone, email, website submission form on many, many, many occasions and they have never answered their phones or answered my inquiries. Currently I cannot even use their app to view the cameras that I pay a yearly subscription. I can’t even ask for a refund for service I have not received. I’m looking for the company to contact me. At this point I cannot recommend any consumer purchasing their products which are unsupported. Considering the number of complaints against them on numerous forums, perhaps a class action lawsuit would be the next resolution.

Camera issues. Hello, my name is Chris and I run an outfitter here in Oklahoma. I have ran every brand of camera out there but have used mainly your product for the last 3 years approximately. I love the convenience, price, and quality of the pictures but unfortunately have had several issues with the cameras this year and some in years past.. It seems like most of your cameras that are being made now only last about one year if I’m lucky. Just this year alone I’ve had to buy and replace probably 20 cameras. Some of them were brand new and some were cameras purchased last year that would just simply quit working. Not so much worried about the waisted activation fees but I am concerned about the reliability of the service and quality of the cameras. Having to buy and replace cameras each year is costly and time consuming. I run over 30 cameras almost year round and must have reliability and cannot afford to have down time due to network overload or other issues. We have enjoyed your product and hope to continue using it and recommending it to our clients. Thanks.

Metrics and Customer Service is Poor. 1) when you share a camera, the person who it is shared with cannot see the metrics showing the times an animal is at the trail camera. While they do have a neat graph that can be filtered on tags such as “hog” or “deer”, that shows time of day when the animals are present; only the owner of the account can see this. The only way to give them access is to share your password, which includes complete control of the account. 2) I had to find the metrics and graph on my own. Calls to customer service for help with trying to figure out how to pattern animals met with that feature is not available. It really is, they are just ignorant of their app. 3) I have never had an email to customer service responded to. 4) They say they will get back to me after a phone call and never do. 5) The desktop version does not allow filtering the metrics via tag. It also displays in a tiny pop-up. What is the use of a giant screen if you’re going to limit my view to a 4 in. square??? Somewhere behind this app is a good developer that understands hunting. However, whoever is allocating features to customers is clueless. I want to like these cameras and app and they just make me mad on a regular basis.

The part time trail camera. The stealth trail camera does take good quality pictures. But seems to be a little slow at times on capturing the pictures. Another thing I have against the cameras, they supposed to take a test picture ever day. One is set at 1:00 am, an the other is at 4:30 am, it will sometimes be days before it takes a test picture an yes I have it set on daily. And the reason I named this post the part time trail camera is cause it will go days an no pictures, and all of sudden pictures will start flooding my phone. Some pictures will be as old as five days when uploaded to the command app. To answer the question some might ask yes both cameras have good service and I have good cell service at all times. First time I had experienced a problem i was lost nothing on google or the stealth website to help me out. So I done a little digging on Facebook and found a group called stealth cam problems. Boy I was shocked quickly realized next year I am going with a different brand.

Nice camera but App is not. The camera we got has good camouflage and nice photo quality. Only thing I don’t like is the app. I took several tried to subscript the plan but it keep saying transaction failed. In addition, I cannot get the app to do push notification. And I tried with 3 different phone. I knew many people has been saying that the CS is bad but that’s not the stuff fault. It’s the system that make you wait on the line for so long. The lady who pick up my phone has been very nice and helpful. Sara help me get through the process very fast. If they fix the app, stealth cam is not bad at all.

Stealth Game Camera (Command Pro). This camera is absolutely a game changer to your hunting season. Just last week I was hunting a stand without a camera while monitoring my stealth camera as it went off I was able to get down from one stand and move to the other in the rain and take a buck. This camera is a must have and sends the picture within seconds of taking the photo. Highly recommended. Mike Jones (Buckinwoods)

Great Camera. The camera’s pictures and options are great. The only thing that I dislike is the battery usage. A set of batteries do not last long maybe a couple of days if you have a lot of pictures uploading. I understand that you can set your camera for a once a day upload and that will help with the battery but who can wait? I want to know if my buck is there now lol I would recommend this camera to family and friends and have done so.

Great buy. The only problem I’ve had is I hooked up my muddy camera to a solar battery and delayed subscription for several months. Followed instruction and it started firing pictures from that day as taken. I went in and adjusted to downloading twice a day. The first download was 2400 pictures and had to up my subscription. My bad. Pics are great. I’m in northern Arizona and have been able to ID coyote, deer, javelina and even bobcat both day and night. I also caught a hummingbird and a hawk mid-flight. Everything works perfect. Update: been working fine for a while. The last few months, when the downloads come, one in the morning and one in the evening, at each download, it sends two or three downloads instead of one at each set times. They could be a minute or two apart. Not sure if it is due to updates or what.

Solar panel doesn't charge camera etc. I have mine up in a tree in a spot where no one can steal it but it's a lot of work going up there so I decided to install the solar panel with it the camera last just as long as if it did not have the solar panel I have to keep going up there and changing out the batteries. Also I pictures on the camera that I cannot access for some reason. The whole experience was a letdown. I just really wish I went with a different camera. I did an entire day on research before picking this one at Costco because it was a good deal and I wish I went with one more expensive one that actually worked. I paid like six months of service just in hopes that they would fix the glitches but to no avail even after calling customer service. If I could I would give zero stars

Way more reliable than MoultrieMobile. I have been using cell cameras for the past 4 years and started out with Moultrie cameras and have upgraded since then to newer versions. I purchased my first Muddy camera last year and purchased another this year and by far the reliability of getting a picture and batteries not needing to be replaced every week or two ( my muddy cameras have been running since June on same batteries !!) a reliable platform and easy to use platform has me hooked. I will be giving away my Moultrie cameras ( wouldn’t feel right taking money for them) and be purchasing another before years end and probably multiple units next year..!! Thanks for producing a great reliable product..!!!!!

Works well. My only problem with this product is customer service. Calling a phone number and waiting for someone to call you back is useless. A friend and I were putting out cameras well over a month ago and had some problems with the ones he had from last year. Needed help and still haven’t heard from anyone. It was in late September and not a word. Out of everything that’s my complaint.

Well thought out App. I have one stealth cam camera cellular. And two Browning cellular. This app is much better than the browning app. And the data plan prices are better with more features like unlimited HD downloads. They also allow video GIF images depending on your plan. Super easy to set up. I will be getting more Stealth cam or Muddy cameras even though my Browning cameras are better as far as capturing images and other features. I just like this App much better.

Garbage. I’d give this crap 0 stars if I could. The app randomly logs me out and will not let me log back in despite, uninstalling, reinstalling, and power cycling the phone like the app says. 4 out of the last 6 cameras I’ve bought randomly stopped working and I’ve been repeatedly calling customer service and get a “someone will call back within 24 hours” for 2 weeks from someone who speaks English as a second language. Spend your money on something American and understand that you get what you pay for. Nothing like having almost $1k worth of cameras and not being able to see any pictures during the rut, yet I still get charged for each camera plan in the app.

No one will call me to resolve my problems. I used to get great customer service and seldom had any problems with my cameras. Since the last updates, however, one of my cameras only sends my scheduled photos every few days rather than daily as it’s supposed to. I have great signal and ample battery. I have called Customer Service three times and no one from tech support is available to help me when I call. I get promised that someone will call me back every time and the last time wa told my call was escalated. But, no one has called me back yet. Yet I continue to pay my monthly bill. Hopefully someone will call..

Log in issues. Even though I have the “remember me” box checked on the login screen. And I use the thumb print, I still have way to many issues and times where the app makes me enter my password. Not exactly what you want to be fumbling for and trying to remember when you’re up in a tree. Then multiple times I’ve entered my password and it tells me it’s incorrect and yet I don’t have trouble using it on my laptop. Please stop the login on the phone app! As hunters, we’re probably trying to see where deer/game are moving at other locations, while we’re at a different one.

Let’s talk about it. For starters, this is my second year using these cameras. I love the picture quality, I love that I can adjust shutter times, I love that I can share clear pictures with others, I love the website. I’ve seen multiple other pictures from other brands that have 10 times worse quality. I’ve recommended these cameras to multiple people. My little brother just purchased two yesterday. I don’t understand why people are saying these are the worst cameras because I would purchase more in a heartbeat. So why am I giving a 3 star review??? It’s bc of this update. You know the old saying “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.” Welp that goes to this situation. I don’t like I cannot refresh my cameras. I don’t enjoy that I can’t see my sd card memory anymore. And I would really like to go back to the old app

Garbage customer service. I have two of the fusion cameras one worked for three weeks and then decided to freeze up. It is stuck in between erasing the SD card and a software update. I called customer service at least five times. I waited on the phone for 42 minutes and then I decided to email them while I was on the phone. I sent three other emails with no response. I called one more time and after 15 minutes got a hold of somebody who said that tech-support would get a hold of me within 72 hours that was two weeks ago and I still have not had any contact from them. The one camera that is still working seems to be doing OK. It doesn’t miss pictures however.. I don’t think I will ever buy from the GSM outdoor group just do to the customer service.

Only buying this brand of camera. I have several of their cameras and I had one that the battery pack would not connect , no questions asked they replaced my camera. Absolutely the best customer service!! Now my sons and family know to only buy their cameras cause they stand behind them. I went and bought more just for this reason. They are willing to go the mile I will go the extra mile and spend more money on their products.

Batteries dying too fast. I have two cameras, one works great but the other’s batteries die too quickly-like in a week or two. I noticed some corrosion on the battery connectors but cleaned it off the best I could but they still die quickly. Only the four middle batteries die while the other two do not. But the biggest problem is the lack of responsive customer support. Despite calling and emailing, I get no response. That is a problem! No matter how good a camera or app is, when you can’t get anyone to help, that’s a huge negative.

Really good camera when it works. I have purchased probably 14 or 15 of these cameras. They work excellent until around the time you have to change the batteries. Half of them continue to work well, but along about the year timeframe they seem to stop working consistently and break down. They have quick trigger catch most moving animals, but my biggest complaint is that they break down earlier than what they should. Some I have had stopped working within 4 to 5 months. I have two cameras right now that I’ve had to take off the land camera change the batteries, they still don’t work. the monthly fee can be reduced to five dollars or increase to $20 a month for unlimited pictures. I think that these cameras should have a warranty for two years because that is how long I think for the price the warranty should be..

Happy not happy. Terrible customer service I have left numerous emails and a phone call and never got anything or any type of help I have a Fusion x that is not working as it should I have done everything that your troubleshooting says to do and it is still sitting there with SIM card pending format issue for 3 days now have distributed it or anything

Battery issues. The stealth app is good. The problem that I have is my stealth reactor camera is going thru batteries every 4 or 5 days. My fusion camera doesn’t do that and there 80yds apart. I’ve tried lithium batteries and the reactor camera still eats the batteries up. When the batteries get low . The app will start sending me several pictures that are 3 to 4 weeks old. I’m going to call stealth and see what they can do about reactor camera. Thx

Trouble at first. I couldnt program cams to go off and come back on. They would go back to 12:am to 12: am and not take any pics. I went back to all day setting and they worked. I am very happy with the quality of the pics. We compare around camp and stealth beats spypoint on daytime and especially night pics. Last year 2 of my cams decided to take 5000 pics in 1 hr. I tried to delete but could not. I had to drive 6 hrs. to delete them. All in all Im satisfied now.

Time delay. I like the 4 Stealth Cams I have very much but I have a couple of issues! Both with cameras and tech support. My cameras seem to have a lapse of anywhere from 2 to 3 or 4 hours before my pictures come thru! They are all set for instant upload! My issue with tech support is that I have sent numerous messages and have yet to get a response back and some of them were sent in August! What’s up with that?

Photo review needs work. Highly recommend incorporating a non sliding photo review mode. It would be extremely helpful to look at the same spot on the screen and transition to the next photo while looking at the same spot. When swiping through photos your eye naturally locks on to the moving image. Just two simple arrow buttons on either side of the screen to press and the next photo is displayed, no movement. Other than that it is a good app and I will improve my rating if this changes.

Easy!. If you’re looking at reviews to debate on purchasing, BUY IT! By far the most user friendly I’ve tried. Pics come quickly to my phone. I can change settings from my app, even switching from picture to video. Shows battery so I don’t have to check them randomly and end up missing deer. Night time pictures are very clear and bright. No taking the card out to bring it in and check! The service plan is very affordable. $20 a month, worth every penny not to walk all the way out there every other day. Service signal has been great as well, especially living in rural country side. Currently saving up to buy a second one for another part of the woods.

Stealth and muddy cell cams. I was hesitant to use cell cameras, with the payments I couldn’t justify it at the time. After running into the situation of being extremely busy with work…. They were immediately justified. I’m ready to sell and my regular cameras and buy more cell cameras. The time saved with cell cameras is 100% worth it for me!! Only reason for a 4 star review is because one stealth cam had a faulty battery termination. 30 seconds and some cold solder later I was back in business. I’ve found the command app to be very nice and well laid out, and easy to understand features.

No HD Downloads | No Customer Service 👎🏼. Pros: •Camera has solid picture quality •Cell delivery function works well for standard resolution images •Easy to change camera setting remotely - picture/video, single vs multiple burst, camera delay etc. Cons: • No HD downloads • ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - can’t ever get through when calling, the email they have posted on the app gets returned as undeliverable In 2021, HD downloads worked fine, I was pretty happy with app/camera. 2022, something changed, after you pay the $$ for the images you want, you generally wait until the next delivery cycle for your HD pictures to get uploaded to you. For the past two season now, every picture or video I’ve tried to get sent to me, the image comes back and says HD video/picture failed… not this time, but I’ve also had it where the pictures I tried to upload had their file corrupted, and I lost the images altogether. Not ideal if it’s the one good picture you got of your target buck. For the money, I think the camera and app do a decent job, but it seems like the product could be 10x better if they would just make sure it does what they say it will do.

Poor Customer Service. I own 2 of the Stealth Cam Deceptors. Both started off great and one is still working fine. However, the second one back in October began draining batteries out of the blue, within a weeks time is was dead. This happened over and over after confirming settings. The problem then began when trying to contact customer support. I would call and go through the queuing process to my issue only to talk with a answering service that would take my information and issues and tell me someone would call back. Well after several days and no call I called again and then again for about 4-5 times. Finally, in mid November I got a call and was simply just sent a new camera and a sorry. Well once again that replacement is failing and not synching with the network. Once again I call and no return call service again and again. Very aggravating and not to mention I’m still paying for a service that’s not working while I get NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

ID boxes too small. Get rid of or fix it.. Good app, has a lot more features than I actually use now. Maybe later. The new boxes around the animals helps in some low light conditions but more often hinders seeing the whole animal when they are more than 10 ft away, especially don’t like that I can’t see much of their heads due to the outlined box covering most of it.

Command mitigator. I purchased two of these, hoping to set them out in my yard for my wildlife. I thought it would be nice to have something that would connect to my cell phone. I set up my account and it says to push the sync button so that you can look at the photo to make sure it’s working properly. On the cover the box, it says plans as low as four dollars a month they aren’t they start at five dollars a month per camera I could not find anywhere, if you could hook two cameras to the same plan or if you had two different plans, but regardless, when I tried hooking it up, the app is terribly difficult to navigate You can’t look at the plans before you put in your credit card information Also, you get so many videos (depending on plan )and so many photos per month again depending on the plan however, there isn’t any way on the camera to set up for videos or photos If you use more than your plan coverage, they charge you $.25 per video There are no instructions telling you how to set it up for video versus photo there’s no button on the camera itself to decide which you want either video or photo I tried to go back through their app to cancel my plan order, and there is no way to cancel your order. You can’t find your account because it says that your email address is incorrect even though they sent me a email confirming my account set up Very frustrating big waste of time

Can’t get any help on a new camera that stopped working. I own 6 stealthcam cell cams 3 of which are now working for their 3rd hunting season. I purchased a 7th camera in the beginning of October and set it up then put it out in the field. It worked great for a week, then quit working. I tried to reset it remotely then drove 3 hours to go try and reset it in person and had 0 luck doing so. I searched the app for any help and couldn’t find anything. I call the help line and wait on hold sometimes for over an hour and never get to speak to a person. So I’m thinking that I have wasted $140 on this one. Pretty sure that I’m not going to be purchasing anymore of these cameras.

Price needs to be shown FIRST. I had to go through all the steps, got them all done and still no cost shown. I had no idea the camera would cost, to begin with. Then when I down loaded everything, it still showed no cost. When I got to the final step, it wanted me to add a credit card. I backed out and went to the internet and searched for a price. $20 a month. I’m not a hunter. I have animals that are being harmed and I need to catch who is doing it so it’s more of a one time thing. I have 4 other game cams that don’t cost a thing to own so I’ll stick with them.

Not worth it. I expected more. My camera will show 3 or 4 bars of signal and I won’t get a picture for 5 or 6 days (including the daily test pic). So eventually you have to walk really close to the camera to get your pictures to upload. My 2nd camera took forever to sync to my account, like weeks and weeks and multiple calls to customer service which have huge wait times. Now that the camera is synced, it doesn’t work correctly. Will not take night pictures at all. Where the infrared should work, I get solid black pictures. Totally not worth trying to fix the issue. If I get a daytime pic, awesome if not oh well. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone.

I like it when it works….not so much now. I liked it when it was working. Now my pics aren’t uploading when they should and when I try to use the app on my iPad I get a screen that wants me to rate the app. There isn’t anyplace to click to close that screen. I sent an email to support about it. They responded back 2 times with no solution and then ghosted me.

Fusion cameras. Cameras have great photo quality. I’ve noticed that they do not catch everything that walks in front of them. I’ve watched deer feed and get spooked by hogs at feeders. Deer had pictures. Hogs never did. Sometimes it’s the other way. I’ve had deer I was watching from stand and never got pictures. App is okay. Seems to be crashing a lot lately. Right about the time deer season started.

Cell service cancelled all my uploads. Free version was great. As soon as I started paying for the cellular plan, all uploads stopped. Sent an email but no response. Give me my money back....

Great Camara, Great Tech Support. Purchased this camera new and the picture quality is outstanding. Had a few concerns and questions and tech-support called me back in a timely fashion and I was talking to a lady named H and she’s very knowledgable and very pleasant to talk to. A+++++++

There must be better. Every day it takes a picture of the same spot with nothing in it. It is a waste of money!!!

Great customer service. Used to be a spy point customer but decided to switch over to stealth cam. I am so glad I did. I have 4 cellular trail cams and just purchased my fifth one .Went up to my property to do an update on them but unfortunately one died and will not turn back on.Good news is that stealth cam stands behind their product. They told me that after sending them proof of purchase they would send me out a replacement .This is why I decided to purchase my fifth camera. The lady that works in customer service was amazing, super friendly and most of all her time to help me. I believe she goes by H .Not only are their products great but H in customer service is super helpful . Definitely recommend stealth cam

Stealth Cam Command App & Camera. This is my first Cell trail camera and I love it. The app is simple to use and the photo/video quality are excellent. No issues connecting to the cell network (Northern Ontario) Thanks Stealth Cam for being a huge part of my scouting!👍🏼

It’s not working. I have to frequently delete the app and reinstall it because it freezes, it will not load pictures and says please try again and I’ve waited a week just to see but unless you delete the app and reinstall it the new pictures will not load, otherwise I like the quality and it’s too bad it has this glitch witch is so annoying.

So far, so good!. I’ve been using 2 of the Fusion x cams for about 2-months now. They were very easy to set-up & synch with my phone. I love all the extra weather data provided & the ability to switch between settings remotely. Picture quality is good and the sensor appears to be working well & have a pretty good range. The only thing thats not great is the video quality which comes out more like a stop motion video.

Pretty good. Overall I like this app and service. It’s a bit expensive after the USD is converted to Canadian dollars. I’d prefer to have a few cameras set up on the same app. If you want a solid trail camera with night vision then give it a shot.

Stealth command app. Very user friendly in field or at home. More should be this easy.

Manifest sucks. On our 5th,6th7th? Manifest… they always work until battery runs low, then never reconnect…. Don’t recommend!!!!!! But at this point the fusion has no issues ? Fingers crossed it holds out , I know it’s not a app rating, but anybody that has this app is in the same boat as me, you have one of the stealthcam products, and good luck getting a hold of them!!!

Cameras are ok, App is frustrating. Cameras: Bought 2 cameras in which I need to pay +$20 EACH for a month to upload photos. One camera works good but doesn’t always upload until hours later when I have it set for instant, and the one that does upload instantly doesn’t work at night. So I wake up to 30+ photos of a black screen (contacted support and have yet to hear from anyone). So, it takes 30 photos of the tree moving in the wind during the day, or 30 photos of a black screen at night when the animals are most active. I’m paying $20 a month for a camera that’s useless and no support to help me, so I’ll be canceling that one for sure… Video: When I want to download one of the photos to an HD Video, it puts in a “request” to download it which can either take 20 min, a whole day, or just says error and won’t let me download it at all. There’s been a few times where it downloads, but then the video is suddenly cut short to 1 second. The worst part is, I only have a certain amount of video downloads per month and then I have to pay per download and it doesn’t always work. Photos: Like I said, the one camera takes good photos and when the video does download it has great sound and quality. Just too bad the other camera doesn’t work.

Quick and easy!. Simple to setup, connects and sends pictures quickly. So exciting when a new big buck shows up on cam and you know about it right away!

LOVE THIS NEW SETUP!. Setting my camera up was so simple with this new app! Within minutes of taking my Stealth Cam out of the box, I had it sending pics to my phone! Bring on the BIG BUCKS!

New Camera link up. I bought a new fusion camera. It would not link up. I spent 4 days on hold for a couple hours at a time trying to get help. Final I phoned a different number and begged them to help me. They sent me a new camera. It won’t connect either. I now have 2 useless cameras and I’m afraid to phone and wait on hold for 5 more days. My first camera linked up to the app easily and works well. Not sure what the issue is, I just don’t have that much time in my life to waste to find out

Fusion cameras. I’ve been using the fusion cell cameras for two years now and they work amazing.

Poor timing. App worked great until they decided to do an update right in the middle of the rut and now none of my cameras will load…. Great timing

Wildly expensive. Zero customer service. My last year with them. Zero customer service response to my email. Stupid expensive and overall I’m not impressed.

Works great. I had another game camera from another company and it failed to work consistently and the app wasn’t the greatest in the world but this one has proved to be excellent in all aspects. Very satisfied

Not impressed. First off, customer support is non existent. No one ever gets back to you. “We’ve created a ticket and someone will get back to you” . Called twice , wrote 2 emails and its been a week with zero replies. Im having Issues with setting up cell cameras and getting data plans so I just have 2 cameras sitting here collecting dust, when they should be out in the field . I cant even rate the app because I cant use it do to the cameras not being able to be set up. If I could give negative stars to stealth cam as a company I would. Save your time and money and buy something else.

Next level. Thank you! An app that doesn't just show the photos, but has actual useful added features! I run several cams in multiple locations and the fact that I can tag specific bucks and then sort my photos according to the tags to show me exactly the best times to be in the stand is epic in itself!

4 stars. This is my second season and it seems to be pretty solid. Only complaint is every once in a while it won’t send the default picture and/or one of the 2 times it’s supposed to upload, but sends it the next day. Overall it’s pretty solid and I’m satisfied

App Notifications. App Notifications stopped coming up after the last update. I have to go into the app to determine if i have any new pictures. It used to send me a notification saying I have images to view. Need to get this worked out.

Stealth Cam Review. As of lately, the cameras and the App are not working well. We get two notifications for the same sets of images. For a few days we did not receive notifications of new images. Had to open the app to find out there were new images.

Camera. Ok so I rate this camera a 5 star I have had no problems with this but one the one thing is that I can’t seem to find how to make it only send me pictures when there is eight tall dear there

Customer service. I’ve been using the muddy manifest cameras and really like them BUT I had an issue and the customer service is awful. I’ve been waiting on a call for two months and still haven’t received it to help resolve my issue. I have 5 of these cameras I pay for every month and two that have a yearly subscription one of which is the one at question. Hopefully someone in the front office sees this and reaches out.

Better, I guess. Ever since the new app, my notifications have gone from 2:minutes to 3 minutes. Using it as home security, the extra minute it would certainly make a difference ! Also, it would be nice to be able to arrange the cameras on the app. I had to add cameras, but would like them in a different position.

Sonix. Awesome camera with great quality….forogt the camera in the woods for a whole eastern Nc off season and went right back in the woods a couple weeks before deer season with no problem! App is so easy to use also

Camera eats batteries poor customer service. One of the three cameras I have eats batteries. I called customer service who told me they were going to replace it. It was never replaced. I tried to call back to customer service and the wait times was over an hour and still never got to a person.

Shongelo Pride. Takes great pics! Enjoy the upgrades to the command app. Customer service is awesome on fb messenger not so much on the phone. But the directions I’ve been given have worked both times I’ve had issues. The response back on messenger was fast and right on point!! Happy Hunter!

Does what it’s supposed to. Could be better needs updated quite often and seems to crash sometimes and not be able to log in all the time but it works great most of the time

Backwoods hunting club. Great performance, battery life and picture quality. The only complaint I have and I really wouldn’t call it A complaint is that I get logged out of the app and I have to log In again every couple weeks

Happy With Everything. I’ve used a handful of different app and camera over the years. This one I’ve had the least amount of issues with, and I love how the cameras are incorporated into HuntStand.

Customer Service. Very Hard to get any customer Service. I have called several times and on hold for over an hour. Once I did speak to a person they quickly and easily replaced the camera that Stopped working with the warranty and has continued to work great.

Year long review. This is a great app. You can see multiple cameras all in one app. I have not had a problem with this app at all and love being able to control everything from one place.

Camera blows. Muddy manifest Camera stops taking pictures after like the second day of being out I’ve had to go into the woods and mess with it as much as you would have to go in to check a memory card better off saving your money and just buying a memory card camera $20 a month for a camera that doesn’t work half the time doesn’t make sense.

Customer service. Your customer service isn’t good at all. I’ve called and called for days and being on hold for hours and finally got someone to answer and they couldn’t help me and said that a technician would call me back in 24 hours. That never happened. I left numerous emails with no reply!!!

Great camera.. As I'm writing this I'm hopeful not to jinx myself but I'm on my second fusion pro and other than the server being down at times haven't had any trouble with my cameras. Looking to purchase another in the near future.

Good…could be better. Love the cams love mostly everything offered by you stealthcam. I wish the app was a little more user friendly I feel like it could use an update so it was quicker to view pics. I also wish it was app layout was more customizable. With that said I still love the products just keep improving!

Old app better. I liked the old version better. The pics take so long to upload to view the new app is very time consuming and doesn’t work as effective and efficient as the old app. Unfortunately it’s our only option and does work and shows pics

Picture delay. My camera is in a great signal location and sometimes I don’t get the pictures for over 24 hours I have it set to send immediately sometimes it does sometimes it doesn’t I even have a daily check in photo set and I don’t even get that daily

The best camera app so far. I’ve done a few different cell camera plans. When it come to coverage, operation, and cost, Stealth Cam has been the best for me. Also REALLY like you can share cameras with other users. That’s a fun feature. Being able to kid a buddy that has a little one coming in or bragging about the monster coming to your spot is a riot!

Favorite App. With the new changes and added features they have recently put in, this is my favorite app. More of a scouting tool than just a place to check photos. The new technology has really stepped up the app.

Works well. Can be a bit of lag in the cellular think it’s mostly a combination of Verizon and speed of the cell software in the unit. Pics are good but tend to be horrible if there’s a slight bit of fog. Overall they have been very good. However the solar panels are good but not very durable

Stealth cam. The cam works awesome. I’m in Michigan and cam worked awesome. Even in sub-zero weather. I leave it out in rough conditions and hasn’t let me down, even when Frozen through the winter the last 2 years. Scott Bronkema

Best camera purchase. Love it pictures are clear even at night which is hard to find in a camera I recommend to everyone I know

Stealth cam. I purchased 3 cellular cameras and only 2 would send pictures back to my phone. I figured out that the antenna was broken in the package as I was unboxing it. I tried multiple times to reach customer service but nobody ever answered. Other than that the cameras are great. It would be nice to have a video option that didn’t buffer.

Bad customer service. I have two cameras with them and they only work half the time and they are brand new the reason I know this is because I have been hunting and been out there when there are animals and it should take the picture and it don’t. I emailed them about them not working right twice and never got a reply back but other than that it’s not to bad.

Good but not. One camera gave us problems with the battery dying so fast! We even changed locations multiple times. The other cameras were good until the batteries died. When we swapped them out, 3 of them we haven’t been able to get started for some reason. We have called and still no luck. We have updated our payments, checked our membership, and updated the app.

Good, but some areas for improvement!. The APP has worked very well, for the most part, for the past year or so. However, the latest update on 3/3/23 (or so) caused the Notifications to stop on my iPhone. Now, I have to open the app to see if anything has occurred, and I have 9 cameras! I don’t get the sound nor the number indicator icon on the APP icon like I always have. I’d call Support, but that’s always a 4 to 5 day ordeal trying to get a response.. so I’m passing this on in this review. Please get the Notifications working again, I depend on them during the hunt. AB

Horrible product and horrible app. Cameras work intermittently and anytime they do an update plan on your cameras not working. Cameras last a year of two tops. Some cameras get moisture inside of them some just take super pixelated photos and their customer service is absolutely horrible. I purchased my cameras from stealth camera and they wouldn’t look up the purchase after sitting on hold for an hour. Extremely disappointed in stealth cam and started switching brands this year to phase out this trash.

Great quality & even better price. The Stealth camera has opened my eyes to a new way of hunting & I am very happy with the quality of pictures it takes & the easy access the Apo has & all the functions in the App are super easy to navigate in & even better quality!

Battery life and trigger speed. After several months of using this camera the batteries don’t last any longer than two weeks. I’ve tried both regular and lithium with same results. The trigger speed is slow and I catch the back of most deer passing it. Easy operation and setup but not very dependable. Work great when it works ! But that’s seldom !

Low Budget System. One or two cameras worked well, picture quality was good. Adding several more cameras, the service went south fast. Of course more money and suddenly no pictures and mass quantities of blank photos and bad photos. Often takes hours to receive photos. A great one to two camera system.

Cell service. Wish I’m able to have better cell reception on the mountain in restricted areas so that way I don’t have to hike all the way up the mountain to check cameras be nice to have it sent to my phone. maybe some sort of antenna booster or attachment of some sort

My opinion. I have truly enjoyed this app but what really made me like it even more and tell my friends about it. One day I was in the middle of the woods and called customer support because was having issues and they were absolutely great! Helped me and got everything fixed.

Good Features + ok cellular connection = good camera. Features are better than most. Sold image quality. App seems to have glitches more frequently than the competitors. Not all pics get transmitted upon physical SD card review. Very tricky pricing structure for data. Unless you go unlimited. But you pay for it.

Get what you pay for. Camera works when it wants. Sometimes it doesn’t even send pictures when animals walk by or when they’re standing in front of the camera. Other times it’ll just send multiple random pictures of nothing. Like I said, you get what you pay for! App is easy to use if you need to look at camera details, billing, etc.

Best purchase ever. No more having to go down and swap out memory cards every few days. I always get the pics soon after camera is triggered. The cameras always work and the pictures and videos are very clear

The known and unknown. The cameras give a very good quality picture You have the ability to pinpoint your camera location as long as you are near it,it would nice if you could see where it is from anywhere if someone was to relocate it without your permission.

Deer Camera. I’ve enjoyed keeping an eye on the cameras. You can never TRULY predict what animal will show up at which stand but being able to watch multiple cameras with multiple Blinds helps plan hunting better.

Quality and stability. The most reliable camera ever used. Battery life is very impressive. Night vision that you can change from black and white to color. Muddy Maxtrix is the iconic field camera.

Easy to use. I’m not very tech savvy and this app is very simple to use. I’m able to monitor my food plots and deer trails 24/7 so I know how the deers movements are so I can figure out which stand location I should hunt. I only have a couple days a week to hunt and these cameras help me make the best of it.

App slow to load pics. The command app is good but the app takes a long time to load pics and slow to load when returning to gallery from viewing photos from a specific camera. I also feel there should be a group or bulk subscription/plan for guys like me and my son that have 30 cameras

Muddy operation. These cameras failed within two months and after trying for a week there is no response. Pretty pathetic. A huge rip off to this point. Both cameras are no longer functioning and no support available. Actually giving them a one star is to much. The only reason is they did operate for a month or two. The next thing is there are no available nick names for this scam you people are running.

Help center. The cameras seem to be working okay with minor problems but trying to get help with a problem is difficult to say the least,I have only had stealth cam cameras for 3 months and have called in and left 7 messages with call back phone number and have not received the 1st call back, I am trying to change my 58 cameras from Spypoint to someone else but sorry to say it won’t be stealth cam even though the camera is working fine.

Stealthcam. Camera works really well and batteries seem to last quite a while. It does take a few minutes for the camera to send the photos. All in all very happy with my camera purchase.

Lack of customer support, billing issues. I was overcharged, took three payments out in one month, and called and she said she fixed it and was issuing a refund that I never received. While dealing with this issue I asked for my account to be suspended but looked on my credit card statement that I never use and seen that I had been charged for the last eight months of service and when I call, I can’t get anyone that’s willing to help at all. I’m told that “the technician will return your call” but no call.

Excellent. Really great cameras for the money! Out of 14 I believe 2 have went haywire. Cell service is sketchy but are able to get pictures fairly consistent!!! Great value!! Data is reasonable but could stand an a better price point for multiple cameras!!

Camera. Been three months and you haven’t sent me my new camera would hate to switch service due to lack of service skills
