One of my favorite games but Sandy in customer support is no help at all!. I have played these games for years especially Coin Master! Unfortunately today while playing Pet Master there was a technical error or some may call a glitch. While playing the game something happened and when I would win spins the system didn’t account for them. I probably lost close to 400 spins. I actually spend real money in this app through in app purchases so I decided to reach out via email regarding the issue. I have to say that they were really fast to respond but I was told basically Told by Sandy that I was lying and that they checked on their end and no mistakes were made. Not trying to be a KAREN here but to be told I’m lying is irritating. I’m a grown woman and have no reason to reach out and lie. (First email ever also my first review ever) I will continue to play the game but I have spent my last dollar supporting the app through in app purchases. I know that I’m just another number but instead of Sandy trying to help she lost revenue for the app. Sorry

Hello Whenever i spin on my iphone and get steal the game freezes why?. Hello Okay so i installed it and was working perfectly but when i get steal the game freezes and closes i have iphone 8 plus with ios 16 but i don't think the issue from my phone please get us a fix or please get me back my steals coz every time i get one the game freezes and i close my game and open it again and steal is gone

Fun. It’s great till I changed from droid to iPhone. Now it won’t go past the loading page.

My favorite game. This game is fun, there are games within the game that are just as fun, especially the dice game. Theres a lot of freebies in this game so you wont be out of spins very long.👍🏽

Where ya at PM IT. I’ve gone to the Pet Masters page and joined. After playing Coin Master for over a year I was hoping this would be better incorporating the good from that game into this game.. But there hasn’t been a entry on the PM page from management since the twelfth of last month. Sure would be nice for a few spins and or coins now and then.. Otherwise people will leave pretty quickly!!! If things get better then my score will definitely go up..

Michele. I was finally able to join my friends in playing this game. It hasn’t been available here until recently. I’m don’t trying because it never loads for me. It’s not my internet because everything else works just fine. Very disappointing.

Debatable.. Love the game but really wish we had teams to join and tournaments to take part in. Otherwise it seems boring and pointless and the people I raid or attack look fake or made up.

Slow to open. Game taking forever to load

Issue with screen. Im playing on my ipad pro 2020 model and the screen on game is so large i cant buy chests or get out of certain sections please fix scren display for bigger devices

After the latest update. After downloading the latest update I now can not raid, attack or play the dice game as the app closes when any of these things happen.

Awesome Team. The app itself is easily addictive and fun to play, I personally had issues removing someone from my friends list however the help team were so professional and very helpful! I got constant replies all times of the day and they were super nice! Would 10/10 recommend ♥️ Please Please increase the amount of dice, how quickly you get them or how easily you get them!! I am constantly let down by the events because by the time they’re over I normally only get to roll twice 😢😢

Update has ruined my enjoyment of this game. I loved this game and would play whenever I had a spare moment or just wanted to relax but then I agreed to the update and now I’m ready to just delete the whole game altogether. Barely any wins now and only win when the max bet is at 3 or below so again no real wins and now just annoying to play.

Love the game but………. Although I love the game I find it very frustrating that you go to bed and wake up with your village totally destroyed,you spend so much money over and over and there is no protection for you, need more shields

Pop ups.. I absolutely love this app. My reason for giving four stars instead of five is because there’s too many pop ups. And what I mean by this is every time you go into the app, all the sales pop up every time. Every single time I run out energy as I like to call it has to pop up about sharing the game. It’s tedious and just annoying having to press “X” so many times.

Friends disappear. I love playing this game but why do every time I send cards to my friends they just suddenly disappear in my Leaderboard and they wont receive the cards that I’ve sent them?

I love this game :). Fun to play against friends, the animations and the UI are on point, cute characters and straightforward gameplay.

Thumbs up. This is a fun game. It would be great to have an option to trade in duplicate cards for coins or dice without using Facebook.

It demoted my progress. I liked this game a lot until it literally demoted me almost 20 levels. Not too sure why it did that, as it was linked to my Facebook. My cards are all still there but now I’m back at village number 7 when I was almost at 30.

Pet master is pure awesome. I’ve been playing this only since today and I’m at hippo beach. This game is SOOO fun! Try this game!

Teams. I like this game a lot it’s lots of fun , but the Team option has said coming soon for months and months . It would be way more fun if they ever get the teams running .

Love the game, but frustrated. I love playing this game, but I’ve invited multiple friends and they followed the proper instructions and I never got any of my rewards from it. It’s frustrating.

Ok. The game is fun to play but every time I leave my house and try to play on the go it tells me that I have no internet connection when I have a cellular data connection and the wifi option on my phone gets turned off when I leave the house! Is there anyway to fix this

Loading issues. Anyone else having issues with pet master loading I have been trying to open it since last night and it just keeps loading I have even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it several times.

Pet Master. I love this game

So many issues. I have bought in app purchases and support never resolves the issue (so lost money when I spend a fair amount) always has glitches, always loose internet and rarely have spins unless you spend money. Coin master is a better of the two that they make. But more diappointed in the lack of support

Gave my mom a seizure. My mom has epilepsy and the ad had flashing lights and gave my mom a seizure. Worst idea ever, no need for any compensation or anything of course, but please consider changing your ad to remove the blackout part when you scratch the card

Game. So, I shared to my Facebook each stage I passed yesterday only for the game not to show each village , it only shared my saying “ play pet master” how annoying because coin master shows the village you accomplished I shared five villages from pet master and no villages appeared

Game is boring. They’ve said it will get better but they took away dice from the spinning wheel, the prize for completing villages is lame and teams have been “Coming Soon” for over a year. Zzzzzzz

Was good until it stopped working. Was having fun with it until it stopped loading randomly. Would just get stuck on the loading screen and wouldn’t start up.

I’m very disappointed in this game!. I am a huge fan of coin master so when this came out and friends and family started playing it I wanted to join. I downloaded it a few minutes ago and I keep getting kicked from the game, I’m also losing all my data and has lost 200k already just from being kicked! I am very disappointed and I hope this gets fixed. This issue is happening with our other family member currently who just downloaded it!

Time to delete the game!. Devs have changed the odds, removed the dice from the wheel and lowered the number of dice you get on the map to 5 from 6 They changed the 60 spin spot on the board to 40! Just an attempt at increasing their profits I guess! Put the dice back on the reel! Well it is quite obvious you have no care for the community! You will not see another dime from me. I have deleted the game!!

More upgrades please. I love the game, however I wish updates came quicker. I have 130 dice I’m dying to use but I’ve completed the boards and don’t want to waste the dice until new boards come up. I also wish there was something we could do with the spare cards besides trading them. (Trade for spins money or chests)

Addictive Game!. Such a fun little game....I love the extra board with the dice just an added bonus. One thing I do wish to add is that I never understood why, having a multiplier on while on a raid, if u pick a chest that has spins in it u still only get that amount....it doesn’t get multiplied like everything else?!🤷🏼‍♀️

Bug/Problem with coding. If there’s going to be a building event make sure it’s for all accounts not just some I have 2 accounts same level same spin and prize amount but one has a build event and the other doesn’t and it’s not just one that one account
