TERRIBLE. When I originally downloaded this app, I never had any problems. It takes forever to load now, and always gives me the notification to go in like something in Instagram due to third-party apps. After constantly trying to follow the prompts, it never works and I have to log back in and do it all over again. It’s never up-to-date. It’s showing me things from last year when it did work. It’s a waste of money and time; I’ve spent a lot of money in this app only for it to still not work. I have tried to reach out for assistance and still have gotten no support. This app honestly is not even worth $5.99 a month more like $.50 a month. This is a farewell to you all.

Eh. Not a terrible app, but I have some problems. I was using it to see who unfollows me but then one day I noticed all of a sudden 6 people “blocked” me so I decided to see who, since that’s an option. FIRST problem is, the people who “blocked” me, didn’t even block me !!! They simply had deleted their account, but it says I’m blocked. ALSO my brother has me blocked which I knew before I got this app, but it doesn’t show ??? So the blocking is inaccurate !!! The SECOND thing wrong is they trick you into paying ! It says the app is just a couple dollars per month so I selected that, but it really took over $20 from me for a years subscription !!! But other than that, the app is okay. If you’re wondering who blocked you, I would NOT get this app !!! But if you’re trying to keep track of who unfollows, it’s good.

Refund. I payed $23 for a year on this app to see who views my page. (Just got declared as a 3rd party app last week I’m assuming on Instagram since I’ve had this app since December, so yeah waste of money). I could care less about followers or likes but I can’t detach my account from the app because if I log in I could get banned for longer for "using it". I would like some sort of refund for this issue, even if it’s partial. I’m done using it because I constantly keep getting banned from everything on Instagram. On a side note though, this app is very good and it works like it should and I’d highly recommend if Instagram wasn’t difficult

not sure what’s wrong with my account. putting 5 stars so it can stand out but 0 MF STARSSSS!!! this app is horrible don’t buy it after i got it the app kept glitching and i had to keep logging in, then 10-15 mins later my instagram wasn’t working and logged me out. i can get in but nothings loading and it keeps saying “challenge_required”, my facebook also says my account is restricted but hopefully it’s actually restricted and not hacked or deleted and it’s showing up as restricted. if i am i’m not sure how long i’m restricted google is saying usually 24-48 hours but depending on what it is the time can me longer and instagram support is no help at all. along with how i’m guessing it took off my email and phone number that’s linked so no confirmation links/texts are coming to my phone. i pray that my account is only restricted so i can have my stuff back and learn a lesson because i will never be using this again & you shouldn’t either!! i don’t understand the point of hacking in the first place when you guys gain nothing from doing it. and i will be reporting this app to instagram and apple so everyone’s aware. not satisfied at all

So much potential. ZERO customer service. I truly loved this app at first. It was the most straight forward and well organized to see who doesn’t follow you back when you want to do a large cleanup. And I understand you can’t mass unfollow. People can abuse any app they want and it will inevitably shut them down. So I expect that. But I know the rules of Instagram, and I never unfollowed too many in a day and this app would shut you down from using the unfollow service with no discretion. I get being disabled for a day or two TOPS. But it’s been a week and I still can’t use this service. I pay $6 a month, which isn’t cheap for an app. So if it doesn’t work, there’s no reason to pay for it. If it was free, sure I get the bugs. But I refuse to pay for a service that I can’t access.

Waste of time. I seem to keep downloading this app, or derivatives of, and have the same frustrating experience. It’s incredibly slow to load, it’s not great that you have to turn over your credentials to an unknown party, and it really doesn’t do anything that you can’t do in Instagram itself. Each time I wanted it to help me remove all the bots and spam accounts that I followed thinking I was being courteous, but it really can’t do that in bulk. It’s still one click per account just like IG itself. Furthermore I’ve tried to stay within the daily limit yet all the unfollows don’t stick. So I just wasted my time and possibly compromised my account. I thought maybe the reports would be insightful but they are not. I found nothing but a reorganization of data already on IG. Maybe this time I learned my lesson.

TERRIBLE. i only clicked five so you can see this but DO NOT GET PLEASE i almost lost my account bro. i downloaded the app i logged in and when i went to my instagram it wouldn’t let me log back in for 5 minutes i would just get a pop up saying “you’ve been logged out” but it would go and come back so fast i couldn’t click log in and stuff. even when i deleted and signed out of this app it continued until i thankfully had another acc signed it so it didn’t glitch that one and i was able to re add my original acc. please be careful you could loose your stuff!!!!!!

Incorrect and misleading. Firstly let me just say one thing that makes me upset about this app. I regret paying for the subscription because it ticks me off and wasted my money on this crappy app... Every single time I log into the app it always logs me out and I'd have to sign in again on Instagram it would make a report suspicious activity going on. I downloaded this app last year to keep track of my followers and I came back to see if there was any updates that changed this kind of problem. However it still remains the same It's very disappointing.... and another reason why I don't think it's inherently correct because I could tell who blocked me on instagram and I tested it on my other acc just to block myself and when I opened this app it doesn't show who blocked me ....

Removed important features in paid account. I have an annual VIP account that included options to view new and lost followers as well as the function to remove in-app. Aside from The fact that it takes closer to a minute to load about 1k followers, the app refreshes every time you either remove someone or leave the app for more than a few seconds. I’ve reset and restored the app twice already with no success. Feels like a bait and switch. I’ve reached out to support FOUR times and have not heard back. Once to request additional information and assistance and upon no reply, and seeing really that the app no longer has the features I initially paid for the yearly subscription, proceeded to request a refund 3 times. No response. Update: My paid Features are all back as of 2/5, but I had to constantly refresh the app.

First it was great, now it’s BAD!. I’ve had Reports Followers as an app for years but just recently I purchased the VIP package. I’m currently using my Instagram to network and seeing who unfollowed me, interacts with me the most and my stats seemed great. Yet my 1 reason for purchasing was to unfollow accounts efficiently. NOT everyday or in mass amounts (I don’t have THAT many followers). The first time it worked GREAT! 190 people who weren’t following me, UNFOLLOWED all at once. It’s been over 2 weeks and I’m not unable to unfollow any accounts using this app! I get the same error message and NO support from the app. I can unfollow accounts directly from my Instagram so I know it’s an issue with the app. I find it highly inappropriate and wonder if it’s a bait and switch tactic that I was unaware of, where certain features are accessible at first and then not anymore. I’m highly disappointed and considering requesting a refund. It doesn’t do what I purchased it to do.

Love App, highly recommend. Have used multiple analytical apps for Instagram. It’s best so far. Very engaging and uncluttered interface and very simple to use. Keep up the good work!!!! Very user friendly, shows great data, follow and unfollow feature works great. Find out who visited my page! Get to know my who your instagram visitors and who has blocked me. Find out how many new viewers my Stories has attracted. Track the dynamics of likes and comments. Find out which post are the most resonant with the audience. Who unfollowed me or deleted like or comment. Find out my best followers and not following back users. Great app to gain insights and determine good IG strategy. The apps very useful to see who unfollows me, that’s what I use it for. I think it is the best app for Instagram and it is very useful. I suggest you to download it.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. 5 STARS TO STICK OUT this app isn’t accurate at all. it’s never update date on a day to day basis. also it’s sole purpose os to get your money. that’s why they make it impossible to cancel a subscription in-app. btw, there a renew purchase button. DO NOT CLICK IT. it will automatically take money out of your account without a warning pop up or anything. it’s also extremely slow to load, and will force you log back in and change your password for no reason whatsoever. over all, this is a terrible app. do not download it.

This app is a scam. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!. I’ve had this app sitting on my phone for months without opening it until recently I did out of curiously to check my followers. I knew from using it before that the app doesn’t work properly and would always kick me out or mess up my actual instagram account by logging me out. The app itself is known to be incredibly slow and occasionally does not match my actual number of followers, which defeats it’s whole purpose. When I had opened this app again recently, I experienced the same problem of it kicking me out so I decided to delete it. When I had checked on back my instagram account, I nearly had a panic attack and thought I had lost my account since the instagram app completely glitched and gave me an error message that they couldn’t find my account. I had to complete a verification setup and tried numerous times to delete and download the app until I was able to log in again. I also was subscribed to a monthly plan that I didn’t even realize I was subscribed to. I am glad that I deleted this app and would not be downloading it again.

Only dates 4 so it sticks out deserves a 1. This is the only app I downloaded for because i hate when people follow to then unfollow I been trying to use the app all day today and it tells me it doesn’t work Then when i get on Instagram i got a notification that someone logged into my account and that i would have to change my password then it showed a picture that wasn’t my location( before it does tell me that some has logged into my account and does show my location but this time it was different) then i can’t log into my instagram without changing my password. Once i finally do i’m blocked from instagram for using a app that “gets me likes and follows” they banned me for a week. Like i stated above this is the only app for instagram that i use DO NOT DOWNLOAD if your going to be unfollowing a lot of people

This is a scam, avoid at all costs.. I’ve been using IG since it first launched. My account has grown a lot so I decided to download this and pay the extra fee for the followers report. In the course of several years, it has never ONCE worked. There are question marks in every field, and when you tap on them, the app freezes and crashes. This is a scam. I highly discourage anybody from downloading this app in free or paid form, it is arguably the worst app I have ever used. It tells you how many followers you have and THAT IS IT. 🗑️🚮 Update: I just tried to open IG after using this app, and like many other people have mentioned, IG has now crashed and refuses to allow me to log back in. STAY AWAY. I’m reporting this app to Apple as it is nefarious and needs to be removed.

Not working for Apple. This app is horrible. I refreshed it exited app and came back to see if it would work it takes a CENTURY to load. It’s okay. But once it does it still doesn’t even function right. I wasted 20 bucks on this terrible app and it won’t even let me unfollow people as conveniently as it makes it seem. A lot of other features are stated there that you can do it but it doesn’t even allow you to do it, like at ALL. I even waited a century for it to unfollow 452 people out of 452 people... it didn’t budge. I figured since it was so much I was trying to unfollow at once that it was acting up... but I decided to close the app and unfollow 1 out of 452 people... and it took the same amount of time... and it still didn’t register that I unfollowed them... it says it’s registering and never does. And this is only ONE simple feature of many that lies to you. It’s all just fancy and looks nice so I decided to get it because of the reviews but it’s just AWFUL for iPhone users. I’m not sure how it works on other phones but it’s awful for me.

Prob should read this before buying. The app isn’t accurate at all. It doesn’t know the difference between blocking, unfollowing, and someone deleting their account. So the blocked section is rarely accurate but people stay deleting their accounts so it’ll shuffle them into that category. Also it’s said that someone had unfollowed me but when I checked the real app to be sure, they were in fact still following me. So the app is basically useless. Although I did get it to see who’s looking at my page but now I doubt that data is even reliable. Probably just puts random people in that like my pictures or looks at my story lol. Luckily I discovered all this in the first month of my subscription so I won’t be renewing. In fact I’ll be deleting the app and attempting to find a reliable one. Hope this helps someone save money haha

1 star. So this can stand out on the reviews but really a 1 star. 0 if I could. So I pay for this app because I was curious as to who the 7 accounts were that blocked me.. (or so it says). It tells you how many but you have to pay to unlock it. So I did. So it shows me those accounts. What it doesn’t tell you is if a person deactivated their account temporarily, that counts as a block. A few days later, now the app only shows me how many followers I have, how many I follow, story viewers and how many posts I have. All the other options disappeared (like blocked or lost followers or new story watchers,etc) So stupid. That’s stuff I can see on my own Instagram. Waste of money. Skip it.

Good work, great app. The app is really easy to use and simple. Notably better than other apps like this. Would recommend to anyone wanting a little boost in likes and follows! Highly recommend. It’s so interesting. Does everything I need it to, now I can know the status of my followers and posts. likes. What I Like it the most is that it can track the deleted followers and likes. (only have it 4 stars so that it would stick out) imma be honest i was superrr hesitant about this app bc i couldn’t find any bad reviews about this app but it’s actually super good. it has exactly what i needed and so much more. there is an excess of ads in the app but the X usually pops up a couple seconds after the ad shows up. they do show certain things that you can only access if you get the pro version which doesn’t seem very expensive. overall i definitely recommend that you get this app :)

SERIOUSLY DONT GET THIS. i got this app just to see if someone i used to be friends with was looking at my account and it made u buy the premium to do that. it SAID it was only going to charge you like two bucks per MONTH for this plan so i decided to say okay and pay the two bucks for this month and then just cancel after the month was over. well, it charged me $25 for the YEAR and it didn’t say it was gonna do that at all. i canceled right away but it still charged my card and now i can’t get that money back. also, every time i clicked on something in the app it booted me out so i couldn’t even use it properly to see anything. and on top of all that, suspicious phones from all across the US are trying to log into my account and i keep having to change my password. PLEASE for the love of god don’t get this. learn from me.

It logged and locked me out of my account. I just want my account back Everything was fine until I logged in on your app it started advertising the packets and told me I had been logged out because Instagram needed a verification that I was human I went to Instagram and it said there was a problem with my request I then tried to log back in through this app and it told me challenge required and it just stays on a white loading screen forever please help me I would truly apréciate it I've had this app for a while and never had a problem until today. DONT GET THIS APP I used to see this as a 5 star app. I used to use this app sometimes and didn’t have much problems with it. The only thing that would happen is that it would log me out of the instagram app on but after I logged in I was fine. Now I have downloaded it after months and suddenly it logged me out right I thought no big deal it’s gonna let me log right back in. NO when I open up the instagram app, I get a blank page that has a warning sign and says we’re having some technical difficulties saying “somethings wrong” I deleted the instagram app hoping it would return back to normal but it didn’t, it still doesn’t want to work. DONT get this app it will log you out of your actual instagram account and won’t let you log in. Please fix this I thought I was getting hacked

It’s Good. When i first downloaded it, it actually glitched out my whole entire instagram for three days. I even payed for it and it still was super glitchy and made it so i couldn’t view any of my followers. I eventually deleted it and emailed instagram to get it fixed, and it finally started working again. I redownloaded it, though, because all my friends have this app and it works great for them. i had to repay, which was annoying, but now i’m kind of obsessed with the app lol !! but today it’s not showing the “profile viewers” anymore, which is the best part of the app. I really hope they didn’t get rid of that in an update, because then there’s not much point for this app unless you want to make sure you’re not following people who don’t follow you back :/ if that comes back, though, then this app is pretty cool and worth the money.

It’s Not Updating Data. This is a good app in terms of the kind of data it is gathering, but there has been an issue lately. I wanted to contact some customer care about this, but there doesn’t seem to be any contact. Even the feedback option in this app doesn’t work. I hope someone gets back on this issue. I bought the monthly subscription yesterday morning, (Central Time) and the updates were perfect for a couple of hours. However, after some time, it didn’t update anything. I tested it by blocking my account from another account I have, and waited for sometime. It still did not update. Once this issue is fixed, I’ll get back, and give this app a five-star. Kindly do get back on this issue. Thanks!

You have angered the son of a Shepard. This is so it could stick out it’s really 2 stars I downloaded the app and decided to try it out for a month, paid the $5.99. Also note I have deleted and downloaded the app twice trying to fix it. So... How it went from 5 to 2 stars 1. Takes forever to load. Why that’s a problem: I use it on one of my smaller accounts under 5k followers, I have accounts over 10k and up, if it takes 8 mins to load for 4K followers how long will it take for my bigger accounts. 2. It’s a jealous app. Lemme explain, God forbid I switch to an app for more than 30 secs, to text, or answering a call, because then everything refreshes and the app is unusable if it isn’t fully loaded up. Once again bringing me back to #1 3. It doesn’t work 8/10 times. I’m cleaning up an old page so a lot of people to unfollow. At first I tried to do 100 at a time, and it would go soooooooo slow then stop halfway, I’d be forced to refresh. So I said maybe I should lower the # and go to 50 it moves just as slow and doesn’t even load. Okay refresh. Remember each time I refresh see #1 for details. I try small numbers it doesn’t even load. 4. I paid for this app. If it was free I wouldn’t even be here. But I paid for something to work I expect it to work. Just know I will not be renewing service. Edit 10/26 I’ve once again deleted and downloaded app. Your support button doesn’t even work, I want my money back.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - Does not accurately track follower statistics. I’ve been using this app, paying the VIP subscription for months, and have yet to have it accurately report my follower statistics. I use the business version of instagram and am able to see how many followers I use / gain, this reports followers app has NEVER aligned with the numbers / accounts instagram has reported to me. Not to mention it just keeps showing the same 2 profiles have unfollowed me, even though the app says 4 people have unfollowed me?? Which again, is not aligned with the true numbers my IG app is showing. Not to mention the load time is 10 minutes at least for your data to load…your inaccurate data that is. I’m sure there’s an app that works better than this one, and I recommend you do your research to find it.

Has potential to be a 5 star Insta Tacker. Does the sole purpose of being an IG follower tracker good, but comes with a set of flaws which is why I give it 3 stars. I paid for the full year subscription to get access to who unfollows and other key insight for my account. Where my aggravation lays is in how long it takes to load any data. Previous apps had all the data instantaneously, but this app has me waiting around for up to 6 mins just to load info. If you leave the app for even 10-15 seconds while it’s loading info, it completely restarts and you have to wait even longer. This is my biggest annoyance followed by the fact that I paid to see who unfollows me, but the doesn’t even track who unfollows. It always says no data even though I clearly am losing a handful of followers. If the above could be fixed, then I would say it is a 5 star app, but until then I don’t recommend anyone to pay for a subscription and would say you should potentially look elsewhere.

Download to Lose your Instagram. Was pretty excited about this app. I recently moved out of my hometown, so I knew I’d be losing a lot of followers (a.k.a. people I would be no longer relevant to) and wanted to Unfollow them back so I’d keep the people in my life who mattered. Within two months of using the app, Instagram had suspected a “third party user” which was confirmed to be this app, and totally locked me out of my account. I have no access to the account I’ve had for 7 years, an account I follow my deceased father‘s private Instagram on, so now I can never look at those pictures on HIS profile again. It’s been months since this happened, and I’ve made a new Instagram, but pissed…is an understatement. I hate this app, I hate the developers, don’t download it.

Scam. It’s unfortunate that most of these unfollow apps aren’t really different from one another I’m finding in my experience. I’ve found some to be free as long as you sign up for a future payment. However, these apps that say “Free” is generally a false advertisement. Who is really interested in views? I know that I am only interested in who’s providing mutual respect and interest in my content and what I’m posting. Who wants to follow another person or account that isn’t mutually interested in yours? If an app like this can’t provide this at a reasonable price or at least provide a free service that can sell the user’s further amenities without withholding the soul purpose of why they downloaded it in first place… —And that’s to see who’s unfollowed at a free coast! Then, perhaps the app developers might want to rethink their profession, approach, or the design of these apps… At the end of the day, it’s not worth to me and I would assume many other people to know who’s unfollowed at the prices required. I also assume most people who do pay are not aware of the price. I believe if the unfollowed information was accessible at a free rate consistently and not temporarily, and offer other special information, Amenities, and services. This might influence individuals to desire to pay for services. However, I don’t see this as a good design, and I question how app developers are making any income on such terrible software design.

Bad app.. Ive been using this app for so long. Before they even had a subscription base. I used it when it was free. Now I bought the premium for about 3 months or so. Let me tell you don’t waste your time or money. This app is a hit ir miss. At the beginning I would have trouble all the time. I would log in this app and then my instagram would log me out. It was consistent. I would log back in into Instagram. And this app would log out. It’s frustrating because I paid for premium EXPERIENCE which I am not getting. For a little bit it would work. I was able to stay logged in for both apps but it’s becoming to much of a hassle. I would definitely bring this rating back up if I would to get my money back. Why bother. There’s so many other apps that offer the same experience but I would say there all a scam. I was worried that my information would be stolen because Instagram asked me to verify and it pops up with people all over the city. For example I’m in Denton area in Texas and I would get confirmation off a device from Dallas or forth worth or just any other place other than my device. Wish you could get a service that’s actually what you were expecting. Overall is don’t waste your money

Honestly not THAT bad. The app was not horrible. I did buy the membership thing on a whim, so I was successful on tracking unfollowers, people who checked my page, etc. It was good for some time and it did work HOWEVER if you log in to this app, you need to make sure that you have extra security on your other ig accs. I have a finsta, regular insta, and dump acc - only my finsta and regular insta are secured. The app basically sold my info and people who buy followers (gross) were able to basically buy my photo dump acc. It was a nightmare and i had to log out and change passwords for everything. By the time i had finished securing everything I had followed like 400 people. So, this app is good if ur just trying to check unfollowers, but unless ur other accs are secure, don’t expect this app to be completely safe.

Almost had my account deleted. I’ve used this app for almost 2 years, and always worked fine with showing who unfollowed me. However there have been a few times these last few months where as soon as I exit the app and get on Instagram, Instagram will say there was suspicious activity on my account and I would have to re log in. It wasn’t until today that I used the app in the morning and everything was fine and when I went to Instagram it completely logged me out and removed my account from my phone and wouldn’t let me log in even with my two factor authentication. I was having a small panic attack because my account had fully disappeared and wasn’t letting me log in on my phone/ computer and it had never done this before. Especially with all these pages being deleted/ hacked on twitter and IG these days I was even more nervous. Luckily I got access back to my IG and I deleted this app and will never take that chance again!

Was good at first. I don’t know what made me chose to spend a yearly subscription on this when even a month subscription wouldn’t even be worth it. Was good at first let me see all my unfollowers etc and it was very slow but I’m patient so I could get past that. It seems to move so slow that even a patient person like me loses it. Then a few days after I paid $25 for a yearly subscription (I know I’m stupid) most of the good features it had just disappeared. Now I can’t see my unfollowers, etc. it just shows me who I’m following and who’s following me. Like I can’t already view that from the Instagram app. I don’t know how to get my money back as I’ve tried contacting them and I’ve clicked restore purchase but it doesn’t work. Waste of time, energy, and patience :)

It’s a good app but…. It really checked all the boxes for what I was looking for in an Instagram analytics app. There’s many great features like seeing people who have removed or blocked you, being able to see all mutual followers, etc. HOWEVER, Recently I have deleted this app. Unfortunately, the last two times I tried to log in and use this app, I was promptly logged and locked out of my Instagram account, and was unable to log back in for a week. (2 times this happened). I gave it a second chance but now I am too scared to risk it again. I don’t know if they fixed this but, I really don’t want to get locked out of my account forever.

Don’t download this app!!. THIS APP DESERVES ZERO STARS BUT IM USING 5 STARS SO IT CAN PEOPLE CAN SEE THIS. I never leave reviews but after losing my Instagram account I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what I did. I had this app for about 5 months and it worked fine however about two days ago I log into my Instagram using this app and I got a notification saying there is suspicious activity, after that I tried to log in my account and my account was completely logged out I tried logging back in and was not able to , after contacting instagram and nothing worked, I create a new account but thinking Instagram was the issue, I logged into my new account with this same app and the same thing happen again it said that there’s a suspicious activity on my account and I almost lost my new account too, please DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, IT USED TO WORK BUT I THINK ITS BEEN HACKED OR SOMETHING.

Not really much in the app.. Useful for keeping track of your mutual followers and whose unfollowed but that’s just about it. The whole whose blocked you and profile viewer things are dumb and not worth spending money on to upgrade the app. This is mainly because the app can’t really distinguish between accounts that were deleted and disabled vs an account that’s actually blocked you. The profile view portion also doesn’t do anything besides give you a list of accounts that have viewed your account. There’s no data on how long ago or how often those views occur. So the only thing of real value or meaning in the app is just keeping track of followers. So don’t waste your money unless you’re testing if it actually works or not like I was.

dont download this app. i had no issues with the app other than when it takes forever to load, but the other day i was signing into this app too check my followers, and when i signed in it completely disabled my insta account. i thought it was very wiered but i thought since i did nothing wrong i would send a request to un-disable my account and instead instagram denied my request saying it wasnt my account, and it COMPLETELY DELETED MY ACCOUNT I HAD FOR 6 YEARS. all of my memories were lost and it all started from me signing into the app. im not sure what happened, since i never posted anything innapropiette, but i really suggest anyone reading this to not download this app or any other sketchy app to check followers becasue it is not worth the risk of losing your whole account. im saying this so no one else made the same mistake i did

I downloaded the app because I had just opened an instagram account, I logged in my my insta account, to see/do most things you have to pay 5.99 each month, it showed who was following me, and who had blocked me etc, I was tryna figure out how to “gain followers”, and ended up “refreshing” the page, it said to confirm I wasn’t a bot and had to go through the instagram app and like a picture, I went to the instagram app, my account was suspended, I would not download the app if I were you, I would give this 0-1 stars only putting 5 stars to be at the top for people who look at the reviews.

Not for ppl w/ ADD Takes FOREVER to load. Btwn followers and ppl I follow there are about 5-7k accounts I interact with. It took this app 15 - 20 whole minutes to fully process and generate a report. This might not have been such an issue for me if I’d known that I would need to set the phones auto Lock Screen to “Never”... as each time I tried to let the app process (and ended up walking away) bc it was taking so long)... I would come back and swipe the phone open to find the app would just start the process again each time... This would also happen if I started using another app or replied to Msgs while waiting. So I turned off the auto lock and watched in agony as it took nearly 20mins to tell me that for the week I had it and attempted to launch reports it never read my IG in its entirety and therefore had no info to compare.

This app is a scam like the rest. Gave it 5 stars to stand out but truly doesn’t deserve any. I’m just a curious person and I like to know who unfollows me. I’ve learned with most of these 3rd party apps not to do more than view analytics and do all unfollowing or whatever through instagram or risk your account being suspended/deleted. Once I logged into this app it immediately logged me out of my IG and then claimed that I would have to “prove I’m not a robot” on my IG account in order to get access to the app but, when I logged back into my IG account everything was and is completely fine. Honestly all these 3rd party apps to see who follows/unfollows are scams. Definitely never ever waste your money on a subscription and always read reviews before downloading. unfortunately I think my nosey days are over because I can’t find an actual reliable 3rd party app that isn’t trying to scam folks, SMH :/

….sketchy. I noticed people were putting 5 stars but actually had bad reviews. I checked the negative comments and I became intrigued. so I downloaded the app. It makes you check this thing off first where they explain that they will not steal any data and make sure we’re protected. I had to input my instagram information and verify with my phone number. As soon as I logged in, it kicked me out. Then I quickly check instagram, and I was logged out of that too. Mind you… I used to use unfollow instagram apps before and I would get kicked out before and nothing would happen.. but for some reason this time I just felt very sketched out. So as soon as I logged back into instagram, I changed my password right away JUST in case. I do not feel a lot of trust with this app… so I will be deleting it. Call me paranoid but if you have personal information that you don’t want to lose or get exposure of, you should consider what exactly you’re giving your trust to.

Inaccurate reports, bad developers’ costumer service.. I paid for a year subscription and the paid features stopped working a few months in. Not to mention they were never really accurate to what my IG was showing. When I reached out to Apple they were unable to process a refund because it had been past the 60 days and when reaching out directly to the developers they failed to even respond. Later on I was logged out of my actual Instagram which presented a whole other number of challenges. Ultimately this is not an app I would recommend. I would still like my money back at least from the point after the app stopped working. I’m starting to think that won’t happen so I’m at least trying to save others the headache of going through the same thing.

Amazing App. I absolutely love this app! It tells me all I need to know. I signed up for the yearly subscription and It’s so cool to see who viewed my profile, who blocked me, ect. I am a little in shock right now tho... I’ve noticed that literal famous people have been viewing my profile. For example, Ariana Grande, Tony Robbins, The Talk CBS, AND Rudy Pankow!!! I know, it sounds surreal and I honestly don’t know what to believe. I’m convinced that there’s some type of glitch in the app or maybe I’m being tricked ahahah!! Anyways, the app is amazing in general and I recommend it to all influencers. I just need to know if all these famous people are TRULY viewing my profile before I go and freak out, please ahahah!

SCAM & HACK **DO NOT USE**. I don’t ever write reviews, but after my experience with this app, I felt the need to warn others of the fraud and malicious activity.. I downloaded and paid for a year worth subscription to access all features. Unfortunately the initial data provided was completely outdated and every time I would try to refresh afterwards, it would get stuck and not provide updates. After several failed attempts, I decided to cancel my subscription and delete the app. Only after this point, I started having issues logging into my Instagram account which became locked due to suspicious activity and was completed blacked out with error message bugs popping up. **PSA: It will be impossible to access your account or settings through the app. Use the online version of Instagram to reset if hacked.**

It’s a Good App. It’s a really good app. It does work, but does sometimes run a bit slow. The only other thing is that some features like who unfollowed or who blocked doesn’t seem to work, but not following back seems to work. Also, responses to any questions never reply. But all in all, the app seems to show me who has unfollowed by looking at the feature “not following back.” The other features that don’t seem to work might be because of the type of phone used or they just don’t work at all. But I’m pleased with the app. I do recommend it.

What Happened?. I had this app when I was in HS. I’m 26 now. Not happy with the changes its had. You could easily track who has followed and unfollowed you in addition to who you don’t follow back or who doesn’t follow you back. There would be minor glitches or small issues with the app but not enough for me to stop using. Now however, the app constantly logs you out as well as out of your instagram account. The app crashes and refreshes on its own. You no longer can track who has unfollowed you for free. You now have to pay a subscription for features that used to be free. Doesn’t really make sense to charge for features that were free at some point. The app has lost its appeal to me now. Will be removing and finding something else.

Love it but would like chronological order. Love the app and the new features it adds on. One thing that I would love to see is chronological order on the lists. Profile Views? Show newest to oldest. New followers? Same as well. I hope developers see this and add that in asap, this is something that would be super helpful! Reason for 4 stars is because I still have issues with the app logging me out so I have to log back in also everyone I reload it’ll show the same stuff I saw last time logged in but with 0min. So if I look at lost followers, it’ll show old lost followers and new ones but they’ll all be seen as new with the top right saying “0min”

Pretty good!. So, the only real issue would be that the amount of people I’m not following does not match the calculations of the followers I have and don’t follow. For example let’s say I have 407 followers and I’m not following 357. But yk how on Instagram it tells you how many people you’re unfollowing and for me it was 51 people! But when you do the math it’s 50 people. So when I go to the app to see who’s not following me back it says nothing but it says down on the bottom that’s I’m not following 51 people. So that’s where I’m confused at. I don’t know if it’s the app doing that or something else? Because it’s happened is many times where my followers count and stuff have frozen on the ig app and seems fine in this app but it’s just the calculations don’t add up! Not WORTH DOWNLOADING. Literally I’ve had this app for a YEAR and all of a sudden nothing is being updated for me. It literally shows the same thing every single time I log in. I had people unfollow me and I can’t even see who did because it shows the same 25 people and not the new ones. Too even look at who blocks you, you have to pay to even see it. I like to have the same amount of followers and following and I need to know who to unfollow. It’s honestly an annoying app to have cause when you go on to your Instagram account it logs you out and you have sign back in over and over while using this app. It’s not worth having and I’m pretty sure there’s other apps that works better without having to look at the same thing when you’re trying to look at the same unfollowers instead of an updated one.

Don’t waste your money. I have paid to have this app for a year, I’ve had it about a week and I have to constantly log into Instagram. Now I just can’t get onto the app to unfollow people. So I’ve paid for something that I can’t use. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again and it is not downloading properly. How do I get my money back or get it to work? Absolutely useless!

Not worth upgrading. Inaccurate data, doesn’t tell you anything, not worth the money. Users who blocked you are just those who have temporarily deleted their accounts. Doesn’t tell you when people have viewed your profile or how many times. No order in engagements section, i.e. “least likes given” has no order and doesn’t tell you how many likes. Some people that showed up in that section I know have liked quite a few of my photos. Not happy I upgraded

BAD. I downloaded this app expecting to be able to see everyone option without a fee. I logged out and deleted the app and when I go on instagram it unable to see who I’m following. I re-downloaded the app thinks that it would resolve the problem .. however now I can’t see any of my data on the app and still can’t see who I’m following on Instagram .

Had account immediately suspended. I don’t know if these apps violate instagram’s terms and conditions but I had my Instagram account immediately suspended when I logged in. I had no strikes on my account that I’ve held for over a decade. An appeal gave me my account back but I highly recommend not using this app.

the app changed?. this app was my go to, i recommend it to multiple people too and it always delivered what it was supposed to. while checking it today, i realised that the options that they used to have have completely changed! there’s no more “lost followers” and all the options it says it has anymore. extra disappointed and dissatisfied with updates of this app

Barely works. Occasionally it’ll work for me but most of the time it’s stuck in error, tells me to try again later or just logs me out of my account. Not at all worth the money, pretty shocking it’s even still available as a subscription considering how rarely it works.

“Refresh failed”. I paid for a yearly subscription and it was working fine for the first month but after that it just went downhill. Everyone I opened the app it logged me out and now it’s stating “refresh failed” I’ve also logged out and logged back in a few times and it still isn’t working.

Not very happy. This app is good but it is very misleading with the prices, it makes it seem like you get to may every month around $3 but it charged me $39. I wish it would be more clear because some people might not be happy paying that amount. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. I used this app very frequently a couple of years ago. Back then everything worked fine, you could see other peoples pages, your photos and videos, everything you’d see on your normal Instagram. But I just renewed my subscription for an entire year so I could get some information about who interacts with my page and I cannot see anything. Tried cancelling my subscription but I’m in for an entire year, in the very least you’d think you’d be able to see your own posts but you can’t. anyone going to question this? I need help!!. Okay so I download this app because I had been losing a lot of followers and wanted to know why. First of all, how do any of us know this actually works and the app isn’t just using random followers names as “viewers”?? How does this random app even find this info? Anyone else going to question it? Also, when I downloaded this app right away I logged into my insta account. The app says I have 0 followers and 0 everything, even though I have hundreds of followers??? Can someone explain why none of the statistics and numbers are showing up on this app when I connected my account? I’m so confused?? developers can you answer me?

Payed $20 for this garbage. I purchased this app about 2 weeks ago. At first it worked as expected. It had some minor issues like for example when trying to unfollow people who don’t follow you back, it would just stop working in the middle of process and you would have to close and open the app again. Or it would act like you unfollowing people but if you try to refresh the page you see that you haven’t unfollowed anyone. But today I noticed that I am not able to follow/ unfollow people at all. When I try to do that I just receive “we restrict certain activity to protect our community “ What ????? Why would I pay $20????? If I can’t do anything! The app is full of issues!!!! I payed my money for nothing! For garbage that doesn’t work!

Worst app experience I’ve ever had. I downloaded it and payed the dumb $6 payment just so I could mass unfollow people on Instagram. It was very tedious clicking each and every account to unfollow, but I was okay with it. Then, when I tried to do it, it failed and the app closed. So I had to sit and click through all the accounts again... and then when I left my phone for it to do it’s work, the app closed right when my screen turned off. Took up an hour of my time for nothing. Horrible. Also, what’s the point of this app if it takes just as long for the app to unfollow people as it would to unfollow people manually?? The developers of this app should be publicly executed, and I want my money back.

Big conflict. Since Instagram has been doing a lot of updates for security purposes Instagram makes you confirm it’s you and change your password when ever you log into this app. It’s annoying and makes the app basically worthless. It wasn’t like this before but again, I think it has more to do with Instagram than this app. This has been a problem for months and I’ve seen y’all replying to other complaints saying that it would be fixed. Be real, is this going to be resolved cause it’s been MONTHS (I can understand if it’s not since it maybe a problem outside of your control, so BE honest)

It works but Instagram makes it difficult. This app does work but you can’t use it daily or else you’ll be logged out of Instagram and the app. Ur Instagram account might get on their radar. I use the app about once a month and haven’t had issues like I was having previously. Do not use it daily and before you use it makes ur you go into into Instagram and like content watch videos before coming into this app.

Ridiculous waste of time. I literally got the app for 5 hrs and deleted it. Why? The page takes forever to load! I could go to my local fast food restaurant, have my lunch there, come back, and the page STILL won’t be fully loaded. I’ve tried other apps in the past that took maybe 1-2 minutes AT MOST to fully load up my data but this app is just ridiculous. Sure it tells me some things when the page is finally loaded but even then, over half the features require you to pay. The developers clearly need lots of things to work on for this app, starting with the loading time. Fix up the app first and maybe, just maybe, I’ll consider downloading this again.

Disabled my Instagram account. Just downloaded the app January 12th & as soon as i logged into the app with my Instagram account it disabled my Instagram account & i run a full business & now am scared that i wont be getting my account back with everything I’ve built on it due to this app disabling it !!! Idk what this apps problem is it’s very poor app no good business downloading it unless you want to be disabled from Instagram DO NOT RECOMMEND USING !!!! Hopefully any new downloaders see this

Lost my insta account. I got the app and it asked me to log into my IG account. it kept glitching and saying error so i logged out and changed my password. 3-5 hours later, after working perfectly fine, the error page came up again and even when i deleted the app and logged back in, nothing was loading and it didn’t even allow me to log out. When i went to log in through my laptop, it started glitching again through the website so now i can’t even go to instagrams help center because it keeps glitching and refreshing. i have to make a new instagram account after 10 years of memories that i didn’t save anywhere. would not recommend this app :(

Instagram hacked due to this app. 0 stars, wanted this to be seen. I downloaded this app, inputted my Instagram login info to use the features, and immediately had my Instagram account hacked. I have spent the last week trying to regain access to my account and it is not possible. I have now lost my account forever thanks to this app. This app is awful, untrustworthy, and should not be used if you care at all about ownership of your accounts.

0 Stars. App runs you in circles. I used to use this app a few years ago and it worked no problem and was pretty great. I decided to try it again, I logged in once and it started loading then kicked me out and kept having me log in over and over and send security codes that didn’t work. A huge waste of time. I wasted too much time trying to make this app work. It even forced me to change my password for instagram saying it was incorrect when it wasn’t. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! WASTE OF TIME. Also I’ve payed for the VIP before when I could log in to the app and it’s not much different from the free version, the only difference is you can see is who viewed your profile. Don’t waste your time or money on this app.

Disappointing. When I 1st downloaded the app it took forever to load to 100%. That was the 1st problem. I thought maybe it was my phone or internet/wifi service, but it was actually just the app. If I’m not on wifi, it won’t load at all. 2nd issue is I chose the ONE TIME purchase of $5.99 to see additional info (Who viewed my profile, who blocked me, etc…) and specifically selected the non-renewal option. As fate would have it, it put me on an auto renewal, randomly charged me the $5.99 but won’t give me access to that info. I emailed the app developers and haven’t heard back. Looks like I’ll have to eat the $5.99 but if I were you, I’d try a different app. This one seems a little sketchy.

Don’t recommend at all. I downloaded this and them the moment I logged in signed up it switched to another setting of ig like if I was on google or something couldn’t switch back to like if I was on the app I deleted the instagram app and this app and it started saying something went wrong then I waited a couple min and eventually it worked I thought my ig was hacked into or something and that’s what I’m still thinking currently bc a day later it logs me out and says something wrong with the hazard sign from this app and it’s weird because I thought I deleted the app and everything was good I don’t know what I did wrong but even after deleting this app I’m still getting logged out my instagram

Account getting disabled. Y’all need to be careful with this app. I’m not sure if it has done this before, but I would use this all the time and I’ve noticed( last I used it was like 5mo ago?) with each use Instagram would start noticing. They aren’t careful with covering it up, so now my account got disabled for using third parties. I’m not sure if a few days or hours. Forgot to include that it did this right away, my account was like at 9% scanning, yea not even worth the consequences. And even if you do manage to login you still have to pay for many of the services. So is it even worth it? I’m my opinion this app is pretty much dead. Good luck.

Fake Information. So I subscribe to this app to see who unfollowed or block me. But the list of that this app created were people because those people were still following me on the IG app itself. I figured this out by not clicking unfollow on the app itself and instead I went to the IG app and checked to see if the information they gave me was true and it wasn’t. I don’t understand the need to report false information. You’re basically stealing peoples money and making them think that what you’re reporting it’s true. My suggestion to others is to not click on anything via this app itself and just head to the Instagram app if you want to see if someone really unfollowed you

App doesn’t work like it used to. I have had this app for a long time and it used to work perfectly fine. Now it is extremely buggy and glitchy. Can’t even get it to work. At first I logged in and everything looked fine, then I was told to log in again for instagrams new recaptcha or whatever so I did, and then the app just goes back to home. It’s an endless loop of this and I just can’t get the app to work. I just spent 6 dollars to renew my subscription and I can’t even get it to work. If the developers can get this to work just like before I would give an easy 5 stars but I feel like I just lost my money.

Not a bad app but it randomly kicked me out. Like the title says. I think this app is accurate so it’s not bad, but my second time using it it refused to let me login because 1. I was suspected of being a robot and then 2. until I have the app feedback. I have only used the app once at this point and it’s refusing to work until I give feedback and rate it? I’ve hardly even got the chance to use it? The thought process is ridiculous to me. Now the app is refusing to work and let me log in. I have subscribed to it and paid money and it simply will not allow me to log back in. It does not say I have a wrong user name or password, but yet I am not allowed to sign back in.

Not working properly. While IG has updated the privacy settings; paying for an app that doesn’t report anything is a total scam. Developers, if you’re still trying to sell this app…update your privacy settings to comply with IG. There is no way to contact you. The lame message to “wait for IG” to provide verification and then this app will work it is not true. I’ve attempted for almost a week and this app does not provide any insights…and same message continues to appear on your side. I’ve already verified my account on both sides (IG and your App) leading to only being logout of both automatically. YET payment was already retrieved and unable to get a refund for a device not tendered.

“Who Block Me” doesn’t work. I liked the app a lot at first. It helped me unfollow the pages that weren’t following me back. Unfortunately now that I paid the $5.99 upgrade to see who has blocked me, I realized that it was a waste of money and only shows people who have deleted/temporarily deactivated their accounts. It wasn’t worth the purchase and it doesn’t even show me deleted likes or comments, I had my sister test my theory out by deleting one of the comments under my Instagram pic, and there was still a question mark next to the “Deleted likes/comments” … please fix, would have to move on to another app.

Would give it 0 stars if possible!. Absolutely scammed me, downloaded the app, let me log in without a problem. Then continued to let me purchase the subscription without any issue and literally a few seconds after purchasing it just boots me out of the app and will not let me log back in. It keeps on saying that I am putting in the wrong password even though I clearly know that’s not true. Horrible app, please do not waste your time even downloading!!!! Update apparently it was a bug and now let me log in, but will leave my rating at 1 as the app will still not work, when “loading” it just stays still at 54% and will not move from there. An absolute joke of an app!

Takes MINUTES to load. So the app does what it should, it scans your IG and basically compares it to yesterday so you know what new followers, views, followers you lost etc, and it’s kind of interesting to see those stats but unless ig but also can’t be good for your mental health. by biggest gripe is the fact that is costs money every month, and that it takes minutes to load, and if you’re screen times out you gotta start the process all over again. I don’t even have that many followers and this app just took 3 minutes to show any stats. After the free trial i’m done with this app.

Beware. Don’t download this all. All of these apps are sketchy and very dangerous to your e Account, I’ve used this all before to quickly clean up some unnecessary follows and quickly delete the app. This time seconds after aug big in it logged me out of my account and changed the password. Luckily i we’d anticipating this could happen and made quick actions to retrieve my account back thru forgot my password and email. I honestly felt like i was fighting for the account back bc the email links were expiring very quickly. Losing your Instagram account is just not worth it after all the hard work we put in to build a following. I don’t be using ANY of these types of apps ever again.

DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!. Gave it 1 star.. wish I could give it 0. This app has been logging me out of my Instagram account and now I keep getting “unusual activity”. I changed my password already and it continues to do the same thing. Please do not waste your time and download this app and fall for it. I just wanted to get the app because I was curious. Don’t let your curiosity win. It’s scary because I had almost forgot the password I had for the account. One of my friends told me that she uses influxy. So if you really want an app like that get that one because this one is going to nothing but take your information and make you get logged out of your instagram.

Okay. It’s a good app I only got it to check who unfollows me and it has worked for very long until 3 days ago maybe more that there wasn’t an option to see who unfollows you. All it shows is “Total Followers”, “Total Followeing”, “Story Viewers”, “Total Posts” and “Active Stories”. I deleted the app to see if it could be fixed but that did not work at all. If there’s anything I can do to fix it please share because I might just delete it at this point.

Terrible App Lost Everything. Hello , I downloaded this app 3-4 months ago on my iPhone. It’s pretty accurate after you refresh when you first log in. However o deleted it for sometime 1-2 weeks and then reloaded it. Once I reloaded it I would receive error message, suspicious activity etc. Last night after I re download the app it logged me out, made me update my password then logged me out of all my accounts. I had two-factor on and all and authentic app. Now my user name says hit found, can’t loo up using phone or email and had to restart my whole page. I deleted this app and I I’ll never use!!! Smh

It made Instagram delete my account. The app was fine and really enjoyable at first bc you can anonymously watch people’s stories and i even paid for VIP once to see who viewed my profile etc. Recently in the past few months, it’s been kicking me out every time I log in because of instagram new captcha feature. Today when I logged in, it only took 10 secs for me to be logged out and when I returned back to my Instagram app it said my account was suspended and that I needed to do a selfie verification or else it’ll be permanently deleted. This app isn’t safe to use unless you want to risk your account being permanently deleted

It was good and first then disappointed. This app was very good at first but I looked at my login info and someone was logged into my account so I changed my password and I signed in again then the app was working very good until when I opened instagram it popped a fake page on my page and I thought it was real and I thought instagram was trying to warn me it basically said “There are people trying to steal your account a app for more followers blah blah blah change your password for secure we got you covered” I was not suspicious at ALL about this I really did think it was REAL then it logged me out my and password wouldn’t work so I decided to go QUICK to my emails to change my password way before they did good thing I got my account back I was so scared

Frustrating. Is it just me or is this app laggy and non functional? Loaded my information. Tried unfollowing some of the people that weren’t following me back. It worked for like a few people then it started freezing , I got pop up ads and it wouldn’t let me unfollow anyone else. I would click and click but nothing but a frozen app. At least give a message if there’s a limit to how many you can unfollow. I thought there was a limit to being a free member so I paid the $1.99 to get the extra access. But every time it either freezes or it gives me the message “loading , please be patient.” I was patient for an hour and the loading didn’t move from 0. How does this app have so many good reviews when it’s not even working properly for me? I literally just wanted to unfollow a few people and it won’t let me, I have to close and reopen the app and it still doesn’t work. Hopefully the $1.99 I spent can go towards fixing all the lag & freezing issues. Till then, I’ll be trying something else.

new update is terrible. i got this app to see who unfollowed me. and i loved it at first, you unfollow me, I unfollow you. but now with this new update it doesn’t even tell you anything anymore. all it tells you is how many people follow YOU and how many people YOU follow. as if I can’t go to my account and check, I don’t need an app for that. i follow lots of people so it’s very convenient to know who unfollowed me just in case I need to unfollow them as well. but now i don’t even know. so it’s false advertisement at this point!! I’ve never had troubles with it until now. like i said i got this to see who unfollowed me, but now there’s no purpose for me to have it downloaded . 🤷‍♀️

Deserve 1 only tryna make it stick out. Downloaded for the first time and it crashed almost immediately after checking who doesn’t follow back. Next, going back to my Instagram, they signed me out. Idk if they tried to take my account but I got really scared cuz everybody account getting hacked lately. Terrible! Almost locked me out of my IG account!. Kept logging me out of my account and Ig kept suspending me saying there was suspicious activity. I have another that that I have used and this has never happened. As soon as I switched over. It kept saying I needed to certify it was me. It was sooooo slow and was telling me certain people weren’t following me when they were. If it was a free app sure no problem. But if I pay for something I would hope it didn’t have so many issues.

Took away my instagram account. I lost my instagram account trying to enter into this app. I literally loved my instagram account it had so many memories and now I can’t log into it. I want my account back💔 I hate you I hate you so much this isn’t fair I had so many memories in that account I loved that account so much and your rigged app logged me out i don’t even care if I’m being dramatic. I seriously hate this app so much. I had so much love for that account I don’t know why so don’t say anything I just loved it because it reminds me of last year and all the people I hanged out with and talked to I had so many old posts on that account that made me laugh and made me happy and some even made me cry. Multiple features false or not working. I’ve had this app for a while and today decided that I would pay for the premium version. Never had an issue with the free version, and just used it to watch unfollowers. I wanted to see who’s blocking me, and who had deleted comments or tags. Upon paying $23 for premium, I was surprised to find that not one of the supposedly “blocked” accounts had actually blocked me. Tried it with my second account, same issue. Furthermore, neither the deleted comments nor the untagged posts showed up. It just says “no data,” and that’s False because I know I’ve commented on posts before and those comments are no longer there. Terrible app. A scam if you will. Do not waste your time or money.

Really 2 stars. I gave it 5 stars so people would actually see this, the app doesn’t work on my main account it just says “refresh failed” but it does work on a second account I made, you’ll more than likely get a new log in notification and it will be reported as using 3rd party app and you’ll either have to change your password or you get a warning or your account will get banned.

I got hacked. So I’ve had this app for a while but didn’t like using much simply because it wasn’t accurate. It wouldn’t refresh properly and would say people weren’t following me back but when i sign into my Instagram they were? The only accurate thing was the numbers moving when i lose followers. Soo recently i made an online purchase for this app soo i could use its full benefits. As soon as i paid and i would open the app and it would keep kicking me out because the actual Instagram kept restricting me saying weird activities? Then out of nowhere i can’t sign into my actual Instagram account because i had been hacked which was weird! And i still can’t use my Instagram

not working. i really loved this app!! but when i would check if that person was really not following me back, the actual app said they did while this app said they didnt. and it happened a whole bunch of times. Also this app seemed to have logged me out of my own account several times. i deleted the app that way i wouldnt get hacked or logged out again. and i havent. please dont get this if you want ur account deleted or hacked. just go theought ur following manually to check who doesnt follow you back. i know it takes a while but its better than getting it deleted.

Good at first but experienced a very weird bug. I downloaded this app and it was working great for the first couple of months, however when I had to log back in, because it forced logged me out, it started saying I lost 0 followers (when that wasn’t the case) and said hundreds of people weren’t following me back (which also wasn’t the case). I checked on my regular Instagram and all the people the app said wasn’t following me still were. I tried deleting the app, logging out of it, but the issue continued to happen.

Goes back to basic setting even with paid membership. I’ve been using this for a month now with a paid 6 months membership… it seemed it was working good until I noticed it went back to basic default setting which I wouldn’t need cause I could check it out directly on Instagram. The lost followers, blocked accounts are gone. I’ve deleted, refreshed, “restored purchases” but still to no avail on getting back before. It would only “upgrade “ me to 70% annual membership on which I’ve already signed up for half of the year which means I’m be paying twice. No response with the feedback I’ve sent. I’m just thinking this is how they scam people by wanting information to be charged more than once.

It’s not showing me who unfollowed me and keep making me log out and make new password. I’ve been using this app for about a months and right now it’s not showing me who unfollow me on Instagram so it kind of bothers me and it also keeps making me log out of the app so I have to keep logging back in like five times a day and about three times I have to make a new password and log back in and it’s kinda annoying

technical difficulties.. I have heard that this app is really good but when i first downloaded it it’s supposed to load to get your data and everything but it always stops loading at 77% for me and adds keep popping up. I’ve closed the app many times and even restarted my phone but it still won’t load. so if there’s anything you can do to fix that it would really help. My friends use this app and are having the same difficulties right now but other than that they said they love the app and it’s the best one yet. I’m not hesitant about it because i’m not sure it’s safe.

If I could put 0 I would and here’s why. After searching for many other options to replace this app due its ads and connectivity issues when it came to picking up from where I left off, I decided to come back to what I’m used to and finally commit to the yearly premium plan. After paying I noticed that I can no longer sign into my account on the their platform. Oh joy. Now they have my money for no reason and my “account” is tied to them for a yearly plan with no benefits. Their features work well for me but lord knows that if I cannot access what I’m paying for, you people will hear from me forever. Your rating must be destroyed if it’s the last I thing I do before I die.

Does not work. Began using this app to clean up my Instagram account. It worked for a few days then began logging me out. I have two factor authentication set and work in cybersecurity, I’m not a novice. I’ve tried logging in dozens of times with the appropriate codes and it claims something is wrong. I’ve asked friends who work at Meta if they’ve modified security settings or any other changes that may be at fault and I’ve been informed nothing has changed. There is no “captcha” request as this app claims. It should simply log you in once verification has been completed. Subscription cancelled and deleted.

Wrecked my Instagram app. I would give 0 stars if possible. This tracking app completely ruined my Instagram app. Every time I open Instagram now, it doesn’t load anything and says “error occurred”. Which only happened after downloading this app (which didn’t even work for the record). This tracking app did the same thing after I put in my login information. It kept closing out of the app by itself or saying an error occurred which is now happening in my Instagram. Avoid this app is possible. I think it’s a scam for your login information and it will ruin the Instagram app. I’ve redownloaded Instagram more then 10 times now and it works up until I login to my account, then it goes haywire.

Not What It Used To Be. I’ve had this app for a few years now, at first it was great and I had no complaints. I paid fo the subscription because it was a great app at the start. A few months ago I attempted to open the app only to discover that I had been logged out. After logging back in I was completely logged off my Instagram and my account was almost closed for safety reasons. I tried reaching out to the support team numerous times and have gotten no response to this day. I subscription is due for a renewal and I have no way to cancel at this point. This means I will be paying for an app that I can’t access or use in any regards without jeopardizing my Instagram account. Do not get this app unless you want to lose money and your account!!

I use to use this app long time ago so now I got it again and I pay for my month I didn’t think nothing bad cause before works good, but no now say that my ig is incorrect so I go in with my facebook, the app is not showme nothing and I pay already but now they say that I have to pay again, I have the payment in my banck account but the app is not working and Soons when I open the app if I check another app the sección is expire. There are probably better apps out there 👎🏽. I downloaded this app because the one I originally had stopped working. I saw this one in the App Store and saw that it had over 50K downloads. So I download it hoping that it was gonna work. But this app was worse than the other one. Absolute trash in my opinion. It keeps signing me out from both the tracker app and Instagram. It can’t refresh to give me accurate readings of who unfollows or views your page because it keeps signing me out. And when you get signed out, it literally erases any reading it gets. So idk, maybe it’s just my phone but this app isn’t worth it.

Unauthorized charge. I wanted to subscribe for the monthly subscription and was charged for a yearly one. I have written you at the contact email you’ve provided to others with the same issue and still haven’t been written back. I still haven’t been contacted or had my email replaced. ***update: If anyone has issues getting a response from this company, go straight to Apple. I gave them enough chances to try and contact me and finally searched something like, “issues with app in Apple store”. Found a link with Apple in which I was able to file a claim and finally got the problem solved. Hope it’s useful to someone if you’re truly having issues.

As soon as I logged into the app, Instagram promptly detected it and imposed a 7-day block on my account, leaving me unable to log in or perform any actions. I must caution fellow Instagram users to approach this particular app with skepticism and exercise caution before logging in. The consequences of doing so were severe for me, as I have to endure a full week without access to my Instagram account right in the middle of an event I’m supposed to promote all week. While I understand the desire to boost engagement and expand one's reach on social media platforms, it is crucial to choose tools and applications wisely. In this case, the app failed to deliver on its promises and instead triggered unwanted consequences that resulted in a significant inconvenience. Remember, it's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to the well-being of your online presence and social media accounts.

Somehow paying full price made it worse. I had the free version for over a year and it worked fine, if a little slow at loading. But I decided to get the full year subscription to access more data since I had had a pretty good experience till then. I bought the upgrade, and now I cant even access the free data anymore. Every category just either says 0 data or just keeps loading with no results. And any attempts to reach out for help with the app is met with the response that the device/app does not allow for email, and therefore I can’t contact support. All attempts to cancel the purchase through the app has failed as well.

They use your information. Ever since I downloaded this and logged in my Instagram in this app, I had 3 random unknowns users I’m following. I had never followed them meaning I never pressed to follow. I have a small amount of people I follow, I know who I’m following authentically. Those miscellaneous 3 users have over 3k followers and they aren’t following anyone. So from what if seems this app uses your login information to help gain more followers for other Instagram users. I believe this goes with any other other Instagram app tracker. I changed my password but don’t download shady apps like these, it’s not worth it. Especially if your giving them access to your information.
