Makes texting actually feasible from watch!. I love my watch, but it was honestly easier to just grab my phone to reply to messages, rather than using voice text (where everyone hears what you’re saying) or scribble which would take forever!! Smart phones gave way to full keyboards, but I always text very fast with the older phones using T9, so this being available on my Apple Watch was heaven-sent! Now I’d actually RATHER text from my watch than my phone. I feel it’s actually functional now that I’m not fighting with the full QWERTY keyboard on such a tiny screen. Thank you!! One thing, when I send texts using one of the chosen fonts, it doesn’t actually send in that font. It delivers with the same stock iOS font. Not a big deal though, certainly not worth docking a star. Just wanted to point that out because it would be cool if it worked.

Watch keyboard. I love the keyboard but it would be nice if it was added to message. So you can have the option to scribble or use the keyboard if you purchase it.

Needs work. Very lacking in features, auto correct could be added, emojis and voice capability . Trying to type on watch has a limited Realestate and hitting wrong lettering is a constant. Don’t waste your money.

Used for 5 mins. Every time you open a message it does not allow input it opens the message app on your iPhone for the apple watch to type on.

Doesn’t integrate with text screen. I bought this so I’d have an easy keyboard on my Apple Watch 5 for replying or writing a text. It doesn’t integrate with text messaging. You have to go into apps and select it. After you type your reply to a text you need to add the address. So it becomes a new text with no older texts in the chain. Garbage.

Nice keyboard app. Does what it says makes replying in the Apple Watch much easier then writing part

No swipe to text. Please add slide to text! I was under the impression that for $10 it was a feature, it would definitely be worth it and 5 stars if it did!

Horrible. This doesn’t work with the SE Apple Watch that I purchased for my son. I also purchased the $10 lifetime membership and it also was no help. Stay away!!!

Cant see what typing. For the 38mm Apple Watch, will not show anything im typing. Can see the bottom of each letter at top of screen. And there is no X button to erase anything. Might work for the 42mm watch. They didn’t make there software too good for it not to adjust to my screen size. Will find another keyboard that works

Wish I could give zero stars. Every time I hit the space key a pop up appears on my watch screen. Impossible to compose a text message with this happening after every single word. App deleted.

Overall app. I had payed 10 dollars for the “lifetime” and honestly it wasn’t at all 10$ worth monthly payment for this keyboard that hardly works well . I don’t know if I just didn’t set it up well or what but on my SE Apple Watch it wasn’t worth it at all . I really wouldn’t recommend or pay for this. Not at all what I fully expected.

Best of 5 similar apps I tried. I like the “glide” feature. Just lift your finger when it displays your desired letter. Worth 5 stars with access via a watch complication. Thank You

Does not work. This app doesn’t work.. it stated to email them if there’s issues, but it doesn’t even allow you to click on the link to email in regards to issues

I want my money back. Was looking for a watch text app. This crap doesn't even connect to my Apple watch keyboard to text. The tutorial is not sufficient. What is the point of I can't use it to text

Have to use the app on its own. You can only use the app on its own. You can’t reply to texts or anything. You first have to open the app, type your message and then choose recipient. This is not fast or helpful unless it can be built into replying to texts. At least I tried it!!! Thank you kindly but not for me at this time.

Are you serious?. I just bought the lifetime app to find out you can’t just use it on your own apps? You have to be on this specific app to send a message which means no Facebook and no replying. What a scam

Works but no point paying money when it lacks what I need. It does send through messaging, just not facebook messenging as all keyboards for the watch do. This is not what I’m looking for. Why can’t it either a, override your input settings to be your main keyboard or b, become an extra option to select when sending the message? A gear s3 has the option to add a keyboard….. why doesn’t the apple watch? I have to uninstall sorry.

No swipe feature. I thought the keyboard was suppose to have a swipe feature but I guess im mistakem and it seems like you gave to be extremely accurate in order to type on it

awful and inconvenient!. Asks you to rate app before you even have it set up. You have to read your text and then open this separate app to reply- keyboard slide takes forever because it is so small, may as well use voice text!

YOU CANT USE IN MESSAGES APP. since i had to figure this out myself, i thought everyone should know that you can't use the keyboard in the messages app, you have to first type the message out in the watch key app. also it prompts SO often to pay for premium. stop bugging people to pay $10 and make a better app so we would pay.

You need to pay if you want to use the T9 😒. They make you write a review to “unlock” and then they ask for a payment.

Why? the only vaguely useful feature is T9, and not so sure it’s anything anybody is asking for. The typing on QWERTY is as difficult as you’d expect on the tiny screen, and there isn’t any prediction. The T9 is nifty, but ugh why would we step backwards? There’s already an app out there that does this whole thing much better. The execution and design is quite good, but the feature set is really kinda useless.

Horrible. I’d give a zero if possible. You can’t just integrate and choose this keyboard on your watch. You can not just quick respond either. You have to text through theyre app so every single message is a new one. The T9 is not the one where it predicts your word you are typing which is why I downloaded the app to begin with.

Not working for my Apple Watch. So I have a Apple Watch Sport series 3 and I downloaded this and I looked and it was not there I waited 5 minutes just in case if I didn’t look well and I tried 3 times and it was not there if it is a bug please fix it thank you.

Doesn’t work right. Paid the $10 for full access to the app and every time I try to use the keyboard I get a pop up saying to purchase premium, when I have already purchased it. I’ve restarted both my phone and watch several times and it’s made no difference. I’ve “restored” my purchase on my watch and phone and it’s done nothing. I’d like for this to be fixed or I’d like a refund.

Better the Scribble. I have been using this App for only a few minutes. It is better to use the swipe the the hunt and peck. After using it I think I will use it more often. The $9.99 is a bit pricey for what it is though.

Cancel subscription. I would like to cancel my subscription and get my money back

Thieves. Junk. Intermittently works on my watch but usually locks up. Boring features and interface. The worst is that I paid 9.99 for unlimited use and then their site required another 9.99 payment or restore your purchase. I’m unable to restore my purchase and I can’t access something I bought permanently. I never write reviews but WatchKey is so terrible I wanted the word out. Don’t get suckered.

Not for texting.. I don’t even know how you’re supposed to send a text from your watch. Not because the keyboard is small but because it literally doesn’t connect to your texting app. It works fine except that it doesn’t work in the one way I need to it, for texting.

Ridiculous. I paid the 9.99 for “life” fee so I can use the app without ads, and “get the full benefits the app offers” however, on my apple watch I keep getting a message to download the app fully on my iPhone to get the full benefits of the app. I have done that and it continues to show up, I don't understand why it's not working properly. I will be requesting my money back. Not happy with this app at all. 👎🏽👎🏽

So-so. It’s pretty good and all but the point of it is to be on watch and on the watch a try premium screen is hard to take off but other than that it’s ok

App issues. I paid for the lifetime option and I’m getting ads and unable to reply back when I receive a text because the keyboard is not present. I have to go to the keyboard app and start a new conversation. Unable to use the T9 option because it wants me to pay again! This is not user friendly at all.

Save your time and money. $10 down the tube. Took forever to download to watch and it really wasn't clear if you could try it for free since it didn't appear to download. When you open the app, you're prompted with the 3 payment tiers, so even then it's advertised to make you think that you must purchase it to use it. Even after purchasing, it took forever to download to the watch. Glide does not really work as you would expect it would. The T9 option may work better. The app doesn't work within the messages app which is where most people would want to use it. You have to create the message from within the WatchKey app. Any quick and simple replies need to occur in the native messages app using the Apple message drawing board since it would probably take less time. The Vulcan web page doesn't have anything specific regarding this or any of their apps. If you're able to get the free version to download, great. But I've spent $10 for something I doubt I'll ever use now.

Bogus non functionality.. This app is worthless, and WILL NOT work until you spend money. There isn’t even a test available to see if you’re interested enough to buy it. Deleted.

not for use when responding to a text. this only works when well when you are texting someone, you cant use the factory message app with this, you have to go into it separately which is more of a hassle.. the idea behind this is supposed to make things faster to respond to people.. So again if someone texts you , and u wanted to respond with this keyboard you have to open this app then respond.... defeats the purpose in my eyes

NOT FREE but Average to good app overall.. Besides Not being free only a brief trial, Yet ANOTHER Subscription or $10 to hope it lasts a few years to get your money from using it. It works OK, but needs to be at a MUCH higher reliability with auto-correct to ask for subscription. I see WHY SO MANY people are pulling away from "subscriptions" now as only a dozen that are under $5 per month can eat away your bottom line in trying to get Decent function from these outrageously priced phones, watches, tables, computers, etc IS THERE AN APP THAT WILL YOU ONLY SHOW COMPARABLE APPS THAT ARE FREE? That's worth a subscription, but not by me😬‼️

Say it’s a subscription in the description!. I downloaded and opened the app only to learn that it’s 3 days free then I have to pay for some sort of subscription. I wouldn’t have bothered if I’d known that. 3 days isn’t enough time for me to make a decision.

Not user friendly. So I thought this would be good because I don’t like writing on the watch to text...it’s not. You have to open the app, text what you want and then select the person you want to respond to. You can’t just hit reply. Not convenient. Deleting the app. Do not recommend.

Very good, but lacks 2 highly-important features…. To the Dev: This keyboard is fantastic, don’t get me wrong. In fact, I paid for the lifetime premium it’s that good. But it lacks *auto-correct* and, even more importantly, a *slide-to-text* feature to type entire words at a time, making a single swipe have the capability to spell out a full word. Simply adding this ability to quickly swipe individual words at a time with an auto space after each word and double-space to add a period after the last word would add SO much more, better functionality to the keyboard. I feel like the description was a tad misleading, suggesting that slide to type was actually a built-in functionality, but instead the sliding to type functionality is entirely different from what one would expect. PLEASE add slide-to-type & auto-correct to this keyboard! Thank you!

Lame. It’s a free app with purchases. Ok. I can’t even use it. Every time I even try to change the font, it swaps to a screen making you pay for it. After pushing the X ten or do times, it finally goes away. Then, back to the font. Then it shifts right back to the “pay me” screen. Ten more clicks and it goes away. I seriously can’t even use the app to see if it’s worth buying. I refuse to buy it based on this. I wish I could give it less than one star.

Can’t use in iMessage app.. So I purchased the life time part and wish I knew before I bought it thay in order to use the keyboard you have to go into that app to use it & it’s got some glitches where whatever letter you press it doubles the letters, so I wasted my money cuz I can’t even really use It. But if you don’t mind having to basically use that for messages the I’d recommend. Hopefully the glitch is fixed ASAP

Terrible. I bought this app to use T9 on my watch. I haven’t been able to get T9 to work on my watch, I’ve also reached out to the customer service email that’s listed on the app. But I haven’t gotten a response, I would advise to find a different app.

Meh.. It’s fine and does work but could be better. It’s is obviously small - which is why the feature with just tapping to get the letter you want would be easier. But that feature you have to pay for.

Pointless. Cannot replace the build in text entry options on the watch, making it pointless to pay $9.99 or sign up for a monthly subscription for. Utter trash and shameless money grab. Can’t even try it out without signing up for a subscription.

Can’t use when selecting reply. The app itself worked well. Set up was rather easy but there is no option to use it when replying to a message. I wish I would of known that before I paid for the premium. I would like a refund because literally the only reason I got it was to be able to type when replying to a text

Could use some tweaks. The app is pretty cool not gonna lie but some features could be implemented like the crown can be used as a tool to move the the letters you have already typed out as if you were going back in the sentence or something. as well as a slide feature instead of the glide feature like for quick texting you can just holding on a letter and slide through all others to create a word. as well as auto correct and maybe some other stuff. this app has great potential 👍🏻

Great app. I like that it has T9 version which reminds me of the old way to text without looking. Easy to use. Gave 4 stars because restoring purchases didnt work after apple watch’s ios updates. Had to erase the app and download again. Then it started working. Still wonderful app. Hope it won’t have that glitch again.

Great idea. Live the idea of the keyboard and it was easy enough to get the hang it. Unfortunately every third word when I would hit space it would force close the keyboard, everything that I had just typed would be gone and I would need to start over.

App does not sync iphone. I paid for the app on my apple account . Then it went to watch series 6. Keyboard does not sync with Apple watch6. It keeps that I have purchased it or restore purchase I have done that several times and nothing happens. I paid 10:88 for an app and I can not get the features. I going to Apple genius bar tomorrow 3/7/2021.

Not useful. I thought when I purchased the app then the unlimited package that it would automatically let you use it from the message app and it does not let you. In order to reply to a message you have to go into the keyboard app, pick the person you want to send it to and then type the message. Too many steps. Wish I had known that before I spent the money.

There was no option to dismiss the screen, couldn’t even try it unless you forked out the money. It says you can “cancel anytime.” OK, I’m going to cancel. Tried it out. Keyboard is so small, I have average fingers and find it difficult to type. And then you have to invoke it separately. It is not part of any app, like Messages. You have to type in it first, then go back to the app you were working in. Doesn’t make life any easier.
