An app should not be publicly launched until it is stable.

Terrible live streaming. Got the paid version and still can’t live stream world cup matches. It says that something has gone wrong try again later. Disappointing!

Best app in Bangladesh. Please keep smooth transmission for the sports channels, especially during EPL, La liga & UEFA matches. Also, notifications before important football will be appreciated.

Cant play Game on properly. Whenever i open the game on portal this notification appears with a cross sign on the screen The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. It used to run just fine but this problem is happening recently . Try to fix this bug .thanks

Make it responsive. Please, make it responsive so that desktop version is also available. Zoom doesn’t work if It is run from a desktop. Move window button is useless in desktop version, I am not going to upside down my desktop or laptop and watch it!

Opening errors. Sometimes this app doesn’t work. It takes too much time load and after that shows an error.

The app has no back option in subscription page. This is so annoying.. the developer has done a big mistake

Full screen. Make the app full screen for ipad.

Can’t view in full screen. I barely use toffee just because of I can’t view any channel in full screen Please fix it

App is horrible and slow. The app is horrible, it loads too slower. There are frequent quality drops during live stream. Sometimes live streams does not work and keeps buffering. This is not the right platform for a tournament like the World Cup.

awful app. I hate to say that, I paid for this app but can’t watch football. Can’t use wifi but I paid for subscription. Can’t see because of maximum audience reached!, they didn’t mentioned any limit number of audience while selling subscription. We can’t ask for refund. Banglalink is joke.

Worst possible live tv. What’s the point of a premium subscription to watch fifa matches if it can not be even accessed by a stable wifi network? After paying your subscription fee one expects to have a seamless and easy experience with the streaming. And your servers are not even slightly prepared to handle the pressure of so many people availing your services. You guys have the money. Then why are you being so meagre with your servers goes beyond my understanding. The user experiences of logging in through the app or the website is the absolute basic thing you design when you put out a service. There is issues with multiple click and the user journey is an absolute mess and insanely perplexing.

live video issue.... this app is good but the problem is it just keeps loadingno matter how fast ur net is. i bought Premium to see some channelss and its just too laggy and slow. plz fix this bug of loading...its so annoying to see the balck screen every time when watching live.

Not streaming. I am using tofee for few month and using it on iPhone and my sim is Gp but from 4/5 days it’s not streaming at all , I can’t even watch a single channel..Whats going wrong ? Can u solve the problem..

Worst experience. It can’t run a live match for 5 minutes straight. All you need to do is exit the app then enter again to watch for another 5 minutes. Very poor experience with this app. I don’t recommend this app to anyone.

Very disappointing situation. I brought subscription FIFA World premium for one month to watch world cup. But now lm not able to watch world cup. Showing me that, "You are trying to watch outside of the Bangladesh " but Im in Bangladesh and Im not using any vpn or other’s.

No Sound. I have the installed the app in my iPhone X & can stream all videos very smoothly but unfortunately facing sound problem. I can't find the sound in any video.

Limited viewer. Whenever important match is going on, they will show you “maximum membership reached”, even if you are using premium one. So annoying!

Bad app and even worse customer service. Bought a 30 days fifa subscription. Got confirmation on transaction. But no subscription received. Mailed to banglalink directly(with proof)because nor the app or the website has any customer service option. Received a call from random banglalink number, the dude said he is from bl customer service asked for my ip address and told me they gonna resolve the issue soon. 3 days gone total radio silence . Mailed them again, they call my within a minute of hitting the send button and ASKED ME TO KEEP TRYING!!! I constantly tell the dude nothings working and he said it is working and i should keep trying!! The dude subtly hinted me that i should buy the subscription again! They even sent me a confirmation mail acknowledging my issue is resolved (even though i kept telling the dude its not!)

Always loading. When ever important match on server crush Loading and loading

Miniplayer should be optimised. The mini player is very frustrating to cancel. To close it has to be swiped right. But the problem is to swipe too full. Just a normal gesture swipe should be able to close the mini player. But in this case it is not. Please make it so that just by swiping a little the mini player closes not swiping full right.

Sound doesnt work in silent mode. Overall nice app. But when in silent mode sound doesnt work. Fix the bug asap. Thanks!

They are just fraud!. I have payed for one month fifa live premium, and the premium one doesn’t even play. Sometimes the free stream plays, but premium one doesn’t play at all. They are just fraud.

Buffering problem. After update this apps, facing huge buffering problem.

No sound in Iphone speaker. Earphones and Homepod works. After installing the app feom App store, I did the registration. Now any channel I open it streams, but no sound untill i put an ear phone for share it to HomePod. Why?

This is a great app but It is not optimized for iPad screen, I am not able to use it in full screen on my iPad 9th gen, Please try to fix this issue as fast as possible. Says "Failed To Verify Your Identity" After The Recent Update. Please fix the recent update, when i try to open the app it shows a pop with the msg "Failed to verify your identity" !

Suggestion. Make the app transaction and motion smoother also keep updating the app with new features.

Worst Server System. They are streaming Fifa World Cup, but doesn’t have the proper server to stream properly. They also don’t have any mechanism to seamlessly stream when thousands of people are in the server.
