Thug Life Review. I have been playing this game for three years now and I still love it. Sometimes I think I’m trapped in a particular territory but then I’ll have a chance to play for a couple of hours , pay out a couple bucks and then I’ll kill it!! The game had problems in the last 24 hours but it didn’t rip me off and I finally got out of territory 103 and now I’m in the luxury hotel!! I’ve gotten many friends drawn to this game of Thug Life and it’s loads of fun!! Keep on changing it up as we enjoy this game!!!

Please fix the app. I love this game but I can’t invite anyone of my friend and I can’t get extra spins because it won’t let me invite anyone I have been playing this game for months and I play everyday and pay for spins sometimes but it’s not any fun playing alone I have it connected to my Facebook and all and I can’t share on my Facebook or anything plz can yu fix this or I’m going to have to move on to a different game I can play just fine on the Facebook game but wen I go to the app to play I’m playing alone I’m not even getting my free spins for getting all the cards like I said I love this game and would love to stay playing this game in the app as well just need to be able to invite ppl and play with my friends like I can on Facebook

This game has to be fair between people in different tier levels!. Yo how the heck does someone get so many shields!!?? Iv attacked the person(friend) 8 times in literally 2mins got lucky to get all guns and someone that person has a shield every single time. It happened the other too with the same person(friend). How do you just a star tournament and already at 130 stars by the end of the day. Not fair how someone that is barely starting the game can be getting all these stars for the tournament, while Im around level 30 and hard to even get 20 stars. Makes the game stupid and not fun anymore. Im so far ahead of this person and she’s already at 130 stars because the low tier is so cheap for stars to win a tournament. So dam ridiculous!

John R. I’m having such a good time playing along with 4 other family members. I’m glad to see that you have dropped those players that are no longer playing but where heading up the leaderboards. Such as 2 players that where ahead of my Stars but haven’t played in several months. We want to thank the designers for a great game and entertainment. As of lately there have been several glitches on my game, my wife’s, & my daughters. I know we have reported that we where having problems and you will address them as you have in the past. Myself, wife, & daughter have won more than our shares of tournaments, as we do spend a considerable amount of time in doing it. Once again I thank you for a job well done. Don’t waste your money in Spins.... I have purchased spins a few times and when I use my spins there was many times times that it would freeze during an attack or raid. It was so annoying because I had to close out the app or messenger and start over. Which meant I lost points to get closer to the rewards. I reached out to the creators and they responded with... “ If you find that you get errors trying to attack or raid one specific person, then this is an indication that a friend is probably temporarily blocking you through Facebook or Messenger in order to gain a gameplay advantage. This can make it so you are unable to attack or raid them as the game tries to respect Facebook's privacy features. This is absolutely not the intended behavior and we do consider this an abuse of game mechanics. We plan on addressing this very soon, but in the meantime please do remind your friends to play fairly.” I’m not sure how true this is because it has happened when i was attacking my husband who was playing next to me. I asked for some sort of free spins or coins. They literally only sent me 20 spins! They couldn’t even send 50 spins. Lol but oh well just don’t waist your money on this game right now.

Remove me. I stopped playing because you kept sending out messages to all my friends. And they still didn’t stop. I want to play the game but not at the sacrifice of friends. If I want to invite someone from my friends list I will it’s embarrassing. Your sending it out to a Director of a company that’s in my friends list. So I deleted the app on my cell phone. When you stop doing that I will return and make purchases. But ever time that I have returned it starts all over again. I love the game until that started happening.

Trying not to complain. First I want to say that I love this game but... there so many issues with it that it makes it hard to play and then I think about deleting it. If you guys could just fix the crashes and the game freezing and missing spins from friends . That part I’m not really worried about but all the crashing and freezing is starting to get annoying and it makes me think this game is gonna give my phone a virus 🦠 it’s a great game and I enjoy playing it but I don’t know if I’m gonna have it for much longer if it continues with the problem. Thug Life. I don’t get options to even buy spins! I don’t have any characters available in the game whatsoever and I downloaded the game from App Store but Facebook actually cut the game off or closed the page is what Facebook said no longer available!! I really don’t think I want Facebook messenger controlling the game!! Especially if I don’t have options that most of the other players have!! I had to restart the game after I had worked so hard getting as far as I had in the first game! I had just won a bunch of spins and built up many levels to have to start all over again!! Thing is I had to create my Facebook account to even play the game again?? Please fix this issues!!

One more time and it’s deleted and uninstalled!. I’ve played this game since it’s launched. Always enjoyed it. Recently been having issues with the multiplier. I had my x3 on and need ONE MORE RAID to get 3k spins. The raids were 14 each (with the x3 that’s 42) I had 1760 out of 1800 raids and had 30 spins lefts, (with my x3 on I only had 10 spins to use). I used one, got an attack, went to use another and SOMEHOW it dropped down to x1 AS SOON AS I HIT THE RAID!!!!! Now I have 1776 of 1800 with this heist ending in 4 hours and no spins and I sure as heck won’t spend any money now for it to get WASTED! I’ve “stolen” spins from everyone already today and no more ads, basically this game knows how to screw people over. This has happened numerous times and it’s annoying. But it seems to just happen “conveniently” I enjoy this game but it’s not worth the headache. If this continues to happen I will uninstall it and find something else to consume my time and money. :(

Needs upgrading, fix bugs it’s unacceptable. I honestly don’t know how this game has this many starts, but it’s not worth it. I made to inform them I’d be writing this comment/review. So unfortunately I spent money on this game. Worst, if the weekly challenge is to raid people you’ll get about 10 raids out of 50 spin and what makes it worst is when you actually go to carry out these raid the whole thing glitches so you lose that raid, probably have to exit the game so that raid and spin so just down the drain, it was a great game to past time, but clearly the developer don’t care anymore. Fix the game go back to the drawing board cause this isn’t acceptable. But hey if you’re looking for something to past time and frustrate you in the process of that. Then this is the game for you 🤷🏾‍♀️

Card Collection. I don't understand why I don't get stars when I purchase cards. 98% of the time the cards are repeated. I don't think it fair to spend a lot of money on cards we can't use. I mean isn't the purpose of spending your money on cards to complete the stacks and earn spins? This needs to be addressed bc we're just blowing money away, after I just had the most difficult time stealing it! I'm a Thug for life, but don't play with my money or my cards! You also need to remove this game from messenger. Most of my friends who no longer play continue to get alerts bc I've stolen their cash it destroyed their territory. They get annoyed with the alerts and continuously ask me to stop playing. Is there anyway this issue can be addressed?

Love the game!! Could use a few fixes.. This game I play everyday and I love it. There are a few things I’m having issues with the messenger connected to it blowing up my inbox and have to delete one by one. I’ve had a few people unfriend me due to excessive messages. Also if you made the spins starting out a little .99 to 9.99 have different options like other games I’d actually purchase. It doesn’t give an option to purchase from the Facebook app either. Other than that this is my Favorite game.

Rip off don’t download!. I must admit this game is very addictive! & after a while I found myself purchasing coins. I spent over $100 & it kept freezing on me every time it was time to win a big spend & that’s how my money got wasted. The app is a joke to con u, the more u play the harder it is to reach another level. & it’s made to where newer ppl can just come in and tear down ur territory back to back repeatedly. After u worked hard to obtain that Level & u gotta work harder to get back up there. Then it’s harder and harder to get spins again. I need a reimbursement, it started happening so much the glitching the more spins I won & the more money I spent. I had to start screen recording. I need an reimbursement Thug Life! Very upset wish I could give this a 0 star!

Too many problems. I used to like this game Its actually fun however there are too many issues. Don’t even bother spending money in the game to buy spins etc because it is a rip off and the games crashes so you don’t even get what you pay for. The game takes spins that you don’t use for no reason. It also will exit out when you do a raid or attack not giving you any points. Or will crash and freeze in the middle of the game. Not only that but today I log on to play after winning 250 spins for completing a tournament. When the new tournament starts over it’s says I have -11 stars. How does one get -stars is there been new rules added to the game! This game is cheating people especially if your taking peoples actual money and not fixing issues! The prices for spins and coins is not reasonable by any means. I have been playing this game for awhile it’s addicting and fun but at this point the issues are becoming such an ongoing thing now that I’m just done with it.

Problem after problem. I don’t know what you people are doing to people but SERIOUSLY ! You spend money buying spins , hit the 10 or 20 times button and when a raid comes up u only get a 2 or 300 raid ! Come on ppl this has happened to me sooooo many times even on a 40x’s bet ! As others have said if you hit the big spins it takes forever to get to hit the next spins because you don’t give out the whatever it’s called when the triple guns come up to get you to win the next free spins instead you let it hit raid after raid and which pays u absolutely NOTHING ! Come on people get it together ! The way I look at it I’m I should get about 10,000 free spins and a million in coins REDICULOUS how this is going especially when people are going through enough in this world already !!!!!!!

Spare yourself the annoyance. I enjoyed playing the actual game but the fact that I got hundreds and I am not exaggerating of messages on messenger from this game was ridiculous so I deleted it and the messages kept coming so I blocked it and they keep coming I now have over 1,000 messages that say Attachment unavailable from this game because I blocked it I don’t see the actual message just get the notification that someone is attacking me then notifications unavailable and there is no way to turn it off since I blocked it I can’t even reinstall it to shut off notifications it is ridiculous I am to the point I am ready to just delete messenger all together because I think that is the only way to get rid of the notifications which would be sad because that is how I stay in contact with my out of state family!!!

Great game, except for glitches. Usually the game works well and is very fun to play; however there are too many times where I have tried to raid or rob someone and the screen has simply frozen. In those cases I have had to close out the system and go back in; however I lose the opportunity to use the raid and I lose that particular spin which seems unfair. Also, there is one particular person that the system will not allow me to rob or use revenges on. Every time I select that person to revenge, it goes right back to the original selection page which is annoying because she steals all of my money and I cannot revenge against her.

Another Update #3. Please fix the freezing I’m losing raids now. I’m not getting any. Ok. Now I’m a little more upset. I do appreciate you guys giving me the extra spins for my troubles. But why does it keep happening. My phone is updated and everything. I had a multiplier of 10 got my raid and it froze on me so I couldn’t raid the other player And basically I lost a 100 spins. This has been happening to me too often even on my attacks I’ve lost over300 spins because I’m using multiplier 10 and 20. Can you please fix this issue. Even others in my squad has been complaining. I love this game but it’s becoming even more frustrating when I lose what I’ve worked hard to get. I would appreciate a response if possible. Money Money Money. No it’s not an ABBA style game, these people here just want your money and they want other people’s money fast. They make it so that you need spins and if you simply pull your friends off your messenger listing and send them invites you get a percentage of spins. Plus all of these invites build up inside peoples inboxes and they have come back to me complaining to stop, yet the game shows they are playing but they say they are not...? Of course if invites don’t work you can charge away! Buy as much as you want BUT they know how much you are buying because the program changes as you try and build up spins. It gets increasingly difficult to win the more spins you amass, it’s just a money pool for these people, STAY AWAY!!! They probably won’t even post this lol but it’s very true!!

NOT HAPPY!!!. I used to love playing this game. One day about 2 weeks ago it got all buggy. Started taking multiple spins as I was spinning after awarding me with the 900 free spins that I earned. So my 900 spins amounted to about 25 spins. Since then I’ve had 50+ spins for a week and half and the game WILL NOT let me use them. It’s clear that my spins are full but when I press the SPIN button I get the prompt either to purchase 200spins, Invite friends to earn spins(which I’ve already done twice but the way) or watch a video to earn spins. Since I played in through Facebook I thought It may be different if i downloaded the app but it was not. I’m going to give this issue 2 days before I completely take the game off my phone.

Love it. I got an invite to this game. When I first opened it, I thought it was dumb. Out of sheer boredom, no other game to play at the moment, and to irritate the person that invited me, I played it. It’s so addicting. It’s so much fun. I kept looking for a feature that I could turn off notifications when you play with others, because some of the people on my friends list that played, I haven’t seen or spoken to anyone in 10 years or more. Not only did they not care that notifications were sent, but I was surprised at how all of them were playing as often as I was and having as much fun as I was!! I think it would be fun if there was a feature that gave us a “Thug” nickname. Because I am the farthest thing from a thug in real life!! Actually, I was trash talking with another player, and looked up the definition of “thug” on urban dictionary. I was surprised at the answer. Wasn’t what I thought. Totally fun and addicting game!! Love it!!!

Lots of issues. As a avid player ( daily)... Top player on my board by thousands over the second place player... I positioned myself to collect a ton of spins, and now can not even enter the game. Black screens every time I try & open it. Tried, phone, stand alone computer, and lap top. Now you have to play through Facebook instead of the app???. This the second issue I’ve had. Around a month ago, I had someone block me from collecting group spins. Went to collect, and they were gone. In a 24 mill prize I stood to collect a large portion of the board, but was blocked from collecting anything. So a few weeks past after I registered a complaint, I was offered 100 spins. What a joke. I stood to collect much more. Thug Life, I suggest in the future you take care of your avid daily players. Do Not start playing this game. You will regret it.

Love this game. This game has been my favorite but lately i have been getting really annoyed, ive had alot of people join on facebook because of me and I rarely get my spins that I deserve from them joining. Also if i spin on 3 guns sometimes it freezes and i have to close the game completely it is so annoying especially because Ive spent money on this game before. I just want the stuff that I deserve or some credit towards the game because the lagging in the game is ridiculous sometimes and my phone is brand new so i dont see it being the phone

Kinda wrong. I’ve been waiting for the chance to review this game. It would be a great game, if they’re whole intention wasn’t to get you to get more people to join. So no matter how much you play for free or even if you pay for spins you’ll spend most of the time here aggravating your friends with thug life post. And you get very little reward for doing so seeing as how a star for a bag of chips or a bigger set of handcuffs can cost 78 million points or more. So play at your own risk. I’m back on today to see if I’m truly right or if I was just angry cause things weren’t going my way. We’ll see. I will give more stars or less on the next review. Let you know if I’m definitely right or if it’s all in my head..

To much spam. The game is fun but entirely to much spam sent to other people. On a consistent basis. Every move I make they are sending something to someone even if they aren’t players of the game. Which’s makes me not want. To play because now I look like a spammer. Sometimes I receive messages saying someone attacked me and I know for a fact that they aren’t even playing the game. Send out spam ok it’s own just to do it and I really just rather not play. Also I downloaded the app like it said to get a “free 100 spins “ and never received them. Other games with less headache and spamming wold be better

Issues with this game. Not only does this game freeze often but it literally blows up your contacts in messenger, which is super annoying. Also, as you get up into the higher levels it cost a lot more to complete your room but yet you don’t get an increase in spins to help even it out. Or at least let you have the option to choose how much you want to bet. Now, with the new squads. There have been many times where I’ve had 8-10% even more invested sometimes and I hardly ever get my portion of the free spins. I have paid many times for spins and even paid many times to go further in the smash and grabs. I’ve been playing this game before the app was created. Please fix these issues or I will be deleting this game.

Betting automatically changes depending how many spins you have left. I am a fan of the game but yesterday there was some kind of update and now I notice the betting changes by itself. I bet high so I win so how much I bet should be my decision and not dependent on the number of spins I have left. I'll be betting 100 and then as I use my spins up the betting goes down to 40 then 20 then 10 then 5 then 3 then 2 then 1 and now I don't hit the goals as I would betting more and thus not advancing as I should have therefore winning more spins and coin to keep playing. This game makes me so UPSET!!. This is not even me getting mad that I lost and my base got destroyed. I had a lot a spins and lowered the bet like I usually do then I leave the app come back and multiplayer is at max and I don’t notice so I keep playing and I swear it took like 1 minute for me to not only use up all my spins but only come out with 5 million coins. Cheats. This game cheats you of spins,raids,and attacks. I’ve counted up to 20 spins or more to get one or the other and not receive nothing. Now they changed things makes it worse like the bonus spin it’s gone and the 30 min for extra spins. They also need to add something that can hide your stash while you’re playing.. I like the game but I hate it as well lol I’m not going to stop playing because of the problems but wished there was some good changes. And when I put names down to get the extra 3 spins I wished it wouldn’t disturb the people with the pictures of the game they get mad... Thank you!!

About to delete. So after playing this game with its many glitches and still being understanding after many taken away spins and soooooo many taken away robberies . I still downloaded the app thinking ok ok they may have fixed the many glitches. now it’s time to be great😂😂😂😂 yeah right they start sending me 50 million notifications (Oh now I’m reminded of the full face book messenger notifications 🤦🏾‍♀️ ) every few seconds literally ( I’m not kidding) so I just turned off notifications (easy fix right 🛑 wrong). Then they stop my 5 daily spins until I turned it back on so I thought I rather have 5 less spins then millions of notifications. So after about a week I noticed they also stopped letting me get my extra stuff for passing friends in the challenge unless I turn on my notifications. So I guess that don’t want me to be great. I guess I may have to delete since they owe me spins and robberies they never fixed although I reported them and now they owe me everything else. I have put mad time in this game but new games are created every day. I hope they stop being greedy and sending all these notifications to messenger and our phones before people quit. I love this game. Can you please disconnect this game from Messenger. I get so tired of my messenger inbox being full and the only way I can empty it is by deleting them one by one...plus my friends are tired of hearing their phones go off! I want to keep playing the game I just don’t understand why it has to be connected to messenger. I really like playing this game but there are some glitches. Starting with the latest I joined a squad however I did not receive my portion of spins for playing the game...this has never been an issue for me until now...what happened to my spins for help to complete my mission with my squad? Also there have been times when I have received the guns or money heist and never got the points added to my win. I’m not going to stop playing but I do need these glitches fixed...earning spins is how I keep playing the game besides the money I have spent buying spins. Also for the money being charged you guys are not offering enough spins. 200 spins for $9.99 it should be 1200 spins. Just making some suggestions. Please fix the glitches so I may collect my prizes owed to me. Great game!!

It’s OK but needs improvement. I wish they can fix some things in the app such as not having the web bar at the very top if can get rid of that that would be nice also messenger has to blow up all the time it’s really annoying. After I get done playing with the game which is about an hour 20 minutes my messenger thing shows 42+ new messages why I don’t want to click on every conversation to get rid of it awesome some of my tournaments I joined do you supposed to give me more spins but they don’t so I don’t know what the plan is about that but but I like this game it’s a good Facebook game it’s one of the only Facebook games I played says the second game I play on my phone the other one will be a bit Life. I’m very upset, I love the game & it’s very addictive but in the beginning when played via Facebook messenger it always froze after a few robberies & theft parts costing the spins and losing out also on the money from it due to the glitch and having to constantly exit out and restart the game and on the app it does the same but not as often but still is unfair because from glitches I’ve lost out on a decent amount of coins and ALOT of spins!! Which has made the game extremely upsetting & aggravating Also, it has had me refer friends to play for spins & as you exit it offers even more spins to send more requests and ups the anni but then when my friends join I only get the low minimum which makes me feel EXTREMELY scammed into getting you guys new players!

Thug Life. I been playing this game for 5 yrs straight and the more boards you pass the more they add on to the game they don’t tell you what you have to do on the board after it changed you have to figure out all the moves yourself I even have a aunt who started playing and she’s getting frustrated because she doesn’t know how the game goes so I have to coach her and stop cheating on the boards that you have to turn over irs like y’all make the siren go whenever y’all want to that’s not cool I’m still number one nobody has ever got number one from me I hold the number one position. Also when you have the raccoon playing with you and he eats on of the “X” the points add on for it but you will notice when he eats another the points go back from when he ate the last one. I don’t see how you all have to rig the game especially when a person is gaining a lot of spins and points. Just let the game so you can keep gaining your rewards

Stop spamming. This is a great game and it’s 1 star because of all the spamming. There needs to be an option to allow someone to post if they want someone to know if they attacked or raided a person. It’s very deceptive in making some of your friends look like they play when they don’t and I get you want more players but spamming people will not encourage more people to play. I know someone I play with that said their cousin stopped playing because this game constantly spammed their messages. No one likes that. I’m sure if you received 100+ messages, you would be mad and trying to find a way to block the game entirely. Why punish other people who don’t play this game by spamming them unnecessarily with every attack, raid, steal, etc.? That’s essentially what you’re doing

Something has changed !. You used to be able to earn plenty of spins with this game but something has changed and it’s not a improvement at all! It seems to be set up now so that if you need to land on a steal to earn spins then you might maybe land on it three or four times when in the past you would land on it plenty of times. The people that are controlling this game do want you to think that the game is rigged so they let you land on the opposite of what you need plenty of times! For instance if you need to land on steal then you will land on attack a bunch of times and only land on steal maybe a handful of times. What I liked about this game in the past was that you could actually win a bunch of spins but now you cannot! I hope that you will return this once very good game back to how it used to be.

Some suggestions. I love playing the game but PLEASE can it not be connected to messenger. My inbox is beyond full and it’s a pain to delete one by one and my friends/family get mad because they say I’m sending them stuff when I’m not...I’m just playing the game. Also, the pop-ups are tooooo much!! I can see one or 2 maybe but every time I switch screens it’s like 6+ pop ups everytime. It’s excessive. I’ve also not gotten the spins from adding to my squad and where did the hideout go? It just disappeared. I’ve been playing for months now and the only way I understand how to choose what card I want to add to my collection is when I move to the next level. My card collection is accruing although I can’t seem to complete a full collection. Always missing like one that never comes up and the collections seem to have all changed so I don’t know where all my other cards went. I also think you should be able to increase your bet whenever you want. If I have 100 spins and want to bet 10 or 20 I should or even only 50 spins and I want to bet 2 or 3.

Great game but the notifications. You keep switching back and forth with the notifications. I do t need a message myself stating what I’ve done to someone I’ve played against... They only need the message... when I’m on a roll and attack and raid many.. I’ve got over 30+ messages stating what I did. I KNOW WHAT I DID. The opponents only need to get them or I only need the messages of what happens to me... Not very little thing I DO. I’d will come back and change this to 5 stars if you switch it back to where I’m not receiving messages for what I did to other players. Also, there is only one glitch I have to complain about. When I land a raid or an attack, I get the spin of death and it doesn’t continue. I lose that play and that spin... that definitely needs to be fixed. I can’t wait for the crew to be available. Love this squad thing you have going... work the kinks out and I think you’ll have a great app over all.

Fun at first... now it’s not!. Too many glitches. Your spins do not rejuvenate fast enough before your territory gets blow to heck.. Makes it almost impossible to get to the next level when you’re in the higher levels. Not to mention the prices for things get really expensive. You can not build fast enough or get money in fast enough before someone blows up your stuff. The game freezes when you go to raid or shoot up someone’s territory. Only way to get the game to come to, is by getting out of the game and starting over, therefore losing that raid or shoot up, and then you lose that spin. The shields are meant to protect your turf, but even when you have all 3 shields people are still capable of wrecking your territory. Huge glitch there! What is the point if it’s not going to work correctly. None of the videos work for extra cash or spins. You can only borrow spins 1 time a week from friends...... There really is a lot about this game that is making me want to delete it. I’ve heard the same complaints from other people. It was fun at first. Now it’s not.

Love/Hate. Love the game!/Hate the pop-ups and loading etc the game gets stuck constantly and you lose spins and coins constantly! I have business wi-if @ gaming computer and an iPhone 11 Pro Max with 512 gigs! I’m no techy person but this is the only app or game that give me any trouble! I do use an IPTV App I get thousands of movies and channels, I have no issues. This being said, the pop ups are ok good nice in a while not every single time! Upgrades. I really enjoy this game. At first not so much but it grew on me. I play it in my free time as I am a mother of 3 kids and I work. I really love the new editions that as been added! Disappointed. I feel that the spins are way too expensive to purchase!! Also the smash and grab, I payed to get another chance and just ended up losing. I feel like this app all in general is way to expensive, and it will cheat you to try to get more money out of you!! Also I got close to winning 5.5K spins, I needed 5000 robbery’s which I stayed getting on the game all day and even watched adds to get closer to it, I stayed loyal to playing! Messenger overload/harassment/spam. Going to try to keep this short. The game is allot of fun, but..... the messages that get sent to messenger is out of control! I can’t play without Harassing my friends. There is no way to stop it, It’s overloading their messenger and mine. I mean it’s so bad that Messenger and Facebook may need to be contacted to have the game removed. Not to mention the game freezes often when raiding or attacking resulting in lost spins and coins and real money if you purchased spins and coins. While on the topic of raids and attacking, it would be great to choose who to raid and attack seeing how the game chooses friends who don’t play anymore. Probably because of the glaring issues listed here. Also the pop ups that appear is excessive. The game has potential if the above issues are addressed. Wont spend a dime in, in app purchases due to these issues.

Don’t Gaslight Me. This game is addictive I’ll give it that but it’s flawed. You can’t turn off the Facebook messenger option because my inbox is flooded with notifications from the game after I turned them off and on. When I finally upgraded all the territories, the next level up took me back to upgrade the same territories for more coins to upgrade them again, there was nothing new at all. When landing on raids or attacks of 2 specific people it would not allow me to raid them or attack them but take me right back to the spin wheel or allow me to choose to attack someone else. My spins I used to attack or raid that person is then taken and I’m not reimbursed. The cards are pointless you can’t do anything with them. And $5 for 1 gold spin is obnoxiously arrogant. When you use revenge it’s never in conjunction with your active multiplier either. And the multiplier I had set mysteriously disappeared once I ran out of spins and chose to wait. And getting in touch with customer service to fix any of this is a joke I went to message them on their Facebook page and it was unavailable.

Messenger annoying. Can you please fix this game so I do not get tons of Messages in my inbox? My friends that don’t even play get the same annoying messages filling their Inbox. I am very disappointed that you accessed my tContacts and show posting their names as Players and they are not and don’t want the annoying messages as I play the game. It is also very annoying when I am online in other apps and your messages keep popping up and interfering and disrupting what I am doing. One other complaint is you removed me from the game and started giving me notifications that my “platform” was disabled because I made some changes and I had not changed a darn thing. Admin. I have sent 5 emails to admin to fix my app, no response. There is a notifications tab in the app to see attacks, they need to stop the feature that spans your entire Facebook (completely different application) inbox with the game, which makes other people on Facebook report you which gets you banned from Facebook or at the very least they block or unfriend you and many people have lost real life friends because of this issue. Stop spamming people’s inbox ffs!!! Even after deleting app it continues even though you don’t play 🤬

Very addictive but full of glitches. Good but lots of glitches and no way to contact anyone to complain, also no way at all to remove people from your players list or stop the ridiculous amount of notifications. It’s addicting. I only have a few problems with the game so I’ll start off with that. Ok so when I try and raid someone about every 5 turns my screen starts to load and I just wasted a spin and can no longer use it because I have to log out of the app in order to play. Another downside would be is that you have to wait so long in order to get more spins and it’s only gives you 5. Furthermore, I will watch the ads to give me bonuses or gifts but it never gives it to me. So now that the bad is over here is the good. It is so much fun to play with friends and is very addicting. Game got removed from my phone. I’ve been playing it for a few months now and I go play yesterday and I find out it got removed, I still have the app on my phone but it’s not letting me open it or anything,

Quirks. This game is great like any other, a game of chance. Other players can steal your money even with shields, when a raid happens or they can attack you 12 times in row. There is an option to join a squad but sometimes there is no payout, which is a draw back to the game. It should notify you. There is no explanation place on how to play the game for new comers. How can one make their own squad? It would be nice to have rewards given to those who earned it.

Love the game.... 1st from FB then Apple app.... As promised if they we’re to fix the join squad on the Apple app as I had on fb I would give a 5 star rating. So there you go. :) It’s a very interesting game with combinations of spin the gain rewards, intrigue to go on people’s turf to raid, and moving up on different projects. I miss playing with some contacts I had but I was beyond fed up, and so was my friends to get messages from Facebook messenger. We tend to avoid looking at messages cause we know it’s the thug life message. But our important messages gets loss in the 50 messages in a day. From the Apple app, I don’t see my friends or contacts but at least I’m not being bombarded AND not bombarding my friends to play when they don’t feel like it and almost hating the game because of all those messages. Freezes UPPPP!!’. This little game was a lot of fun when I first started to play . Now since the release of the app I freeze all the time, when you come back from being froze you have less points and no rewards I have lost a ton of points and to date have not heard of any improvements which is a shame. It’s absolutely absurd it never did this before but now when I’m gaining massive prizes it’s all of a sudden losing connection. Where is the recompense for the losses incurred on the players part ? Needs updated. So many things in this game have stopped working right. When I try to hand off my squad it won’t work. I can’t ask friends for spins because it is stuck on you can’t ask that person right now. When I go to attack it will bring up a menu of everyone playing and you can’t do anything so you loose out and you have to close the game and start again but meanwhile you have lost your attack. It’s gotten so bad if it doesn’t get fixed I won’t be playing it anymore!

Was fun. Now just frustrating. It was great until later maps. Now it’s too expensive to repair and you can’t progress because you don’t get enough coins to even complete repairs each day. Then there’s these ppl that constantly attack you. In one day I went from second place with 170ish stars to negative 20 stars and haven’t recovered since. Buying spins is double what I feel it should be. . And that would still be a bit much for what you get. Maybe don’t have the system default to just your friends and let you attack anyone that is in the contest with you. Also since it went to an app instead of Messenger the useful result per spin rate seems to have been dropped. When you only get one attack or raid in 20 plus spins it seems rigged.

Spins!!. Since this is a Pre installed game on my phone, the least you can do is fix the glitches. It freezes during attacks and raids, the spinner will continuously spin until I exit out of the app, IT STEALS STACKS REPEATEDLY, must I continue? If this game is a reflection of 2020, then I understand!!! Check the system NOW! I stayed up all night playing this game, accumulating 12 stacks of 70. I used my 1200+ spins to complete stacks, as my target to get the bonus spins was not obtainable. I return to the game to steal spins from friends to find I only have 1 stack and the total collection of stacks Increased from 70 to 100!! THAT IS UNFAIR! My team is OWED THE 9k spins and those members, including myself should receive extra spins for the stacks lost!! Now I have ZERO spins and 1 STACK out of 1200 SPINS!! ABSOLUTELY IRATE

Broken App with no explanation. I’ve been playing this game for quite a while. I don’t have Facebook on my phone so I was using the app. Much like other reviews lately, I continued to get the error message and to log into Facebook. I decided to delete the app and try to download again... now all of my previous play is gone and I only have an option to play as a guest. I firmly believe the quality of your customer service can make or breaks companies. Since there is a complete lack of response from the app dev or anything posted anywhere with info or explanation, I’m deleting the app and moving on to a new game. It’s a real shame because I was enjoying the app.

Love the game. Works great most of the time hate the pop ups wanting me to get more spins or what ever slows it down meanwhile I get attacked and lose coins or property. The cards don’t make sense as far as how many coins you need to spend. So for bronze @ 5.2k coins you get 2 cards. 16k you get 4 cards and 29k you get 8 cards. For 16 k you should at least get 6 cards and 29 should be 10 or 12 (you know a value pack!) instead that is No value and you get ripped off you end up with duplicates hundreds of duplicate cards worth nothing. Why not have a trade in value or trade with others I spent coins on a chest and get all duplicates worth nothing.

Tired of freezing. Tired of game freezing everytime I try to send a bribe. If I can’t bribe correctly , then I can’t steal spins from my friends. Also I think a week is to long to wait for the free spins. Also, lol, I only have so many friends that will play. I don’t receive my free spins when friends accept. When I started playing the ppl playing was 9.7 million. Then in just a very weeks you dropped down to 7.3 million. I’m sure these are some of the reasons. Today you are back up to maybe 9.3. Stopping the notifications. I enjoy playing the game except for I now have family and friends who are telling me that if they get anymore game notifications form me on this game they are going to delete me from fb. I have no options or control to stop these notifications to certain friends that it shows are playing the game but are not. Every play I make shows up on their messenger. This is also irritating because I have all these messenger messages that I don’t want to show up. I will be forced to stop playing and delete this game. You need to give options to not give notifications to certain people.

Game hijacked Facebook messenger. This game is fun and addictive, but each time I’m attacked-Facebook message. Each time i attack -Facebook message. Each time i send/receive spins- Facebook message. Each time i log on/off Facebook message. I have over 100 friends who play, and it’s frustrating because i use messenger to communicate with other people, and their messages get lost in the nearly 1000 messages i get from this game a day! Also, anytime you send/receive gifts you have to individually click play for each person, sending them a Facebook message. Also, you can’t use messenger to effectively communicate with people who also play the game... it’s ridiculous.

Help me get back to the game today!. Why can I not get to the game today April 29? I have always gotten to it by tapping one of the notifications on one of my Facebook friends messenger accounts. But today the white worry wheel circle will not complete the circle, it will only get to about 98% and stop every time so I cannot get back to the game that I have played for hours and hours every day now for over a month! Can someone please help?! .

Revenge. I don’t like that people can attack me 30 plus times and when I hit the revenge option next to their name it don’t allow me to get revenge, it just bounces me out with the message the best to time to attack is within one hour and of course I don’t get credit for the revenge spins...this needs fixing!!also it’s glitching...the missions for attacking to fill up the bar to get rewards it’s stuck!!...I don’t get credit for the ones I have done!!.i will never get rewards at this rate

So irritating!!. I’ve been playing this game for awhile and now I’m very irritated with it. I have a whole bunch of complaints! 1. There’s a stranger who keeps targeting me and I can’t attack back. How can he attack me, but I don’t have the option to attack him?! 2. The challenges used to be really nice (i.e. earning lots of spins & money), but now the challenge payouts are for a few spins and hardly any money. 3. I completed several squad challenges and didn’t get the spins I supposedly earned. 4. We used to be able to play via the Thug Life app, but now you have to play through Facebook messenger. It’s way too slow! 5. There are way too many pop-ups and ads. Is it really necessary to have 8 pop-ups in a row? 6. I’ve noticed that the number of players have decreased from 11 million at one point down to 7 million now! That should be a clue that something is wrong! I’m so close to deleting this game if things don’t improve ASAP! It used to be fun, but now it’s just a source of frustration!

Too many pop ups!!. This app is terrible because of this reason. I use the messenger version because the AppStore version pops up 5 different things prompting you to spend money on extra spins and buy coins and all this and that. You also get the one that asks you to invite people. Please include an option that would turn these off. ALSO please turn off the feature that increases your bet multiplier the more spins you get. I should be able to sit at 10x bet the whole time and not having to worry about it increasing when i get more spins.

Issues. I really like the game it was great but now it’s starting to slow down if not stop with letting me progress. It’s to hard to get three guns or three raids. I just played used all 60 spins and couldn’t get three guns to get closer to bonus 425 spins. It feels like the game wants to control how fast you can win or not win at all. I see other people fly by me and stay at top of leaderboard. Why does it get harder to get bonuses. The games was great in the beginning but to hard to get anywhere now.

Freezing and glitching. There’s nowhere to contact support ? I take any game serious I’m very competitive but how can I stay competitive when I’m about to attack someone who I have war with it freezes on me making me lose my spin and attack ! Yesterday I had just finish completing a stage fireworks came out like always when u pass a level but someone attacked me at same time and guess what ? Lol it made me stuck on that level how when it said I had passed even the fireworks animations where going on ! I’ve lost so many spins due to glitching should I go to coin masters ? Plus I been recruiting for this game I guess I’ll invite them to coin master cuz here there ain’t no customer service at all

Messages!! So annoying!!!. I enjoy this game, but I have a complaint... there are several people that don’t play that get messages ( the game sends them when you raid or attack) that don’t want to be bothered. Isn’t there something you can do about this! I’m so sick of being yelled at by people who don’t play the game for sending messages that I didn’t send! Just because they may have clicked on a message from the game doesn’t mean they are playing! I thought by downloading the app and not playing through messenger I could solve this problem, nope... didn’t help! PLEASE solve this or I will stop playing and delete the game and app!

Common Complaint. I originally thought to give this game a five star review but changed it due to the harassing text in messenger. I really enjoy playing this game with those that also WANT to play. However, it targets everyone and their inbox. Please, Remove it from messaging to those not willingly playing. Don’t make those that font wish to play an option to raid or attack. I want to keep playing and would consider purchasing spins if it were not attached to Messenger. However, at this point I’ll likely stop playing for this reason alone. You have tons of reviews that have the same complaint. How long and how many will it take for the developers to just listen?

Fix and update the app. Not sure what happened but app was not working I had to delete it....tried to reinstall it but it was not showing in the APP store now that it is back in the APP store I downloaded it but it won’t connect to my Facebook it is not even giving me the option to connect to FB please fix I don’t like playing it from FB it dont look and feel the same. Still giving a 5 star rating because I love the game but please fix the App quickly thank you.

Thug life. My experience with the credit card aspect was horrible . It has been a two months of pure scam and unauthorized charges being removed from my account ., I called Apple over six times , they say contact Thug Life ..I loved the game , I held the number one spot for five months , but I will not allow any game to steal money out of my bank account., I would like to be reimbursed , please. I had to remove your game app off my phone .The unauthorized sales , still continued. I’m not going to lie , I do miss the game but your business side is bogus and it impossible to get any type of customer service support or satisfaction.. I hope , some satisfaction will come out of this post .

Thug life has severe glitches in the game. I have to agree with almost done it has cheated me at of spins constantly. I’ve been cheated out of spins and invites continuously. I like playing your game, it helps me pass the time during this pandemic, but do use me and don’t reward me when my invites join. I have that as my #1 issue. My 2nd issue is I was recently cheated out of the biggest spin reward I ever gotten 3000, I hit it with a multiplier of 80x, and you know what it did when I hit it - it buffered and would not stop to the point I had to cut it off and restart and resented. Just so you know I’m 60 years old with a master’s degree.

My Experience. I enjoy playing the game because it’s addictive, and I’m competitive. My rating would’ve been a 4/5 if not for some internal issues with the game. I play the game through the app more than Facebook, and I preference this in order to provide clarity. The game freezes more than I like. I just encountered a new problem which is the misrepresentation of my stars that are located in the upper right hand corner. I had 1870 last night, but upon playing the game in the morning I now have 1702. Overall the game is “cool” despite my god mother decimating my territory often lol.

Fun. I like playing thug life because it’s different than the other games I’ve played and it’s a fun game to interact with friends. Even though your not directly playing them they know you’ve raided there stash. I didn’t even know there was an app for the game though, I started playing it thru FB and just happen to find the app. It took me a while to figure it out without any directions at all but once I did I really like the game. Thanks for something different than I’ve played before.

It has potential. I’m sure the messenger issue has been posted, my problem is the spins and shields. Why cant I use all of them? I spin and get shield after shield but can only use 3, I should get cover from all of them. No matter what “frenzy” is going my amount of raids and attacks fall dramatically. I had 150 spins and only 13 were attacks or raids which means I didn’t collect anything to earn more prizes or play my friends. I’m about burned out on this crap.

Slight Annoyance. I can’t tell you how annoying it is to have to close 5 different pop ups after you run out of spins. Every single time. As if we don’t know the option to watch an ad (every time) and that we are all out of spins (ever time) etc. it’s pretty annoying. Otherwise i could rate this higher. Also i wish the notifications stayed within the game instead of messaging every single person and me having to go through my messenger and open or delete every new message with people I’ve played with.

Information. I like the game, I just need more explanation. You have to go on Facebook or search out other players to understand things. There is no information, like I have no idea what the cards/chest do or ho. I used 50 spins once and the wheel didn’t land on 3 of anything after 50 spins, seriously, this is not Vegas, I’m not winning cash money. I have also have friends to join after I invited them and I never got the free spins for some of them.

Yes it would be good if you took it off messenger and just live it on the app it’s a fun game but would be more enjoyable if you dicing have it on messenger and ask those post to face book it’s nonesence you should keep it privet you should have to post it so everybody know what your doing in your spare time that is a low blow I don’t like that part at all I like playing it but I could do without all the post

A little suggestion. I really like the game. It’s fun to play my only suggestion is to get more spins in less time. Most games have it take an hour or two to get full amount. I know it’s because you are trying to get people to pay for it. But I think you should think about that because I feel most people need the money to take care of their families especially in this time. I will probably stop playing the game if it takes an hour for 5 spins.

Please fix. I love playing this game. However there are a few things that could be changed to make it better. Whenever you attack another person please stop sending messages. When I get off the game my messenger is ridiculous. I don’t see the reason for the cards if you can never finish a collection. I like the star tournaments but you are at a severe disadvantage when you are further up in the game. It would get more stars when you purchase items so you can stay competitive with other players.

Love the game. Only thing I don’t like about it is that it sends people a message even in the middle of the night. It seems kinda disrespectful to those who probably don’t mute there phones at night and have to hear that dinging sound from messenger once someone starts playing or has destroyed their property in the game every 2 seconds. Every single time I build a building it wants to share that I’m in the lead constantly all the time I’m getting irritated and I’m about to delete the app and I spend money on it!!! Just like facebook-Where the Bonus?. Hi. I play this on FB and I enjoy it enough; It serves its purpose and passes the time. I do have to admit I have no why you made it in to an ap to down load. It wastes time and space on my iPad. I was hoping if I down loaded it and played the ap, there would something extra...maybe other little games or items to collect. I hoping maybe those who played the ap would have other ways of collecting coins, or something... Nope. It’s just the same game. Wast of time and space on my device, since I play it on FB, only with stupid pop ups.

DO NOT CONNECT TO FACEBOOK!!!. The fact this game uses your Messenger to communicate everything you do is ridiculously horrifying. Why the need to bombard another app???? Play this game for 5 minutes and watch it take over Messenger. Absurd!!!! To enjoy this game don’t connect to Facebook or it will take over Messenger. It’s fun to play with friends but not at the cost of filling up your message inbox. There is no way to stop this through the game. Your friends will eventually block you from sending messages because that’s how annoying this game is. It’s fun to play, but not at the cost of annoying your friends. All though there are many complaints about this, the developers haven’t put in one ounce of concern to change this nonsense.

I use to love this game. They took almost every dime I earn over a six month period of time all my spins from 1 million they left me with 5000 how and why would the game creator do that and they didn’t just do it to meThey did it to everybody on the team not worth playing 80% of the people stop playing the game and went to coin master I earned every spin that I had and they got taking from under my feet not fair or right i’m pretty sure they’ll be a lot more complaints to follow after this one since there’s no way to get a hold of them I want back what I earned I’ve won 30,000 spins so many times and they left me with less I hate this game not worth playing anymore

Fix the game completely.. Im tired of getting cheated out of my spins and all these bugs. There’s no reason why on raid frenzy’s that i should constantly get attacks rather than raids and vise versa. It’s annoying when i use more than 50 spins even with a higher bet multiplier and not get a raid or attack when i MOSTLY NEED IT. Also, sometimes when i get a raid it goes to the selected persons territory and then goes right back to the slot machine screen. I don’t appreciate getting cheated out of my spins. I really like this game, but, I don’t play as much as I would or want to because of all the unwanted messages my friends and I get from the game sending them!! Thug Life is just like real life, you get ripped off.. I love the game even though I don’t have many friends to interact with. With that said, when it comes to the raids and attacks they only work half the time therefore I’ve not only lost my spins but have to exit out of the game and go back on losing out on money as well. Hideouts aren’t working and tournament offers keep popping up on all of us and when we do post to Facebook absolutely nothing happens. These things need to be fixed and it would definitely make this a 5 star game.

Automatically Increase bet by 40. I use to be obsessed with this game( via Facebook) before they made the app. So much better than Coin Master, so I thought! But since I've downloaded the app whenever I win spins, the game automatically ups the bet by 40 bet multiplier. Which causes you to lose 40 spins in one click. Whenever you rewarded spins from playing the raid & attack frenzy. ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU PAY ATTENTION TO THE BET MULTIPLIER WHENEVER YOU WIN SPINS!!! That's ridiculous,sneaky and very under handed. I've gotten over 30 people I know to play this game. But to see the developer become conniving or greedy is a turn off! So many people are complaining about the same thing! A lot of issues. 1st why can’t this app connect to my FB?!? Every time I wanna play with my FB family I gotta go into FB gaming which makes no since when I have a app right here with no option to connect to FB, and you need to take the game off Messenger ITS REALLY ANNOYING to everyone that plays on my friend list and myself. The game is fun and addictive but omg there’s been so many time the game has cheated me out of raid and attacks, you will spin an attack or raid and sometimes, no most of the time it will freeze and you’ll have to restart the game. Poor Tech Suppor For The App. I like the game but I really hate that it sends tons of messengers to all my contacts and they text me mad saying I'm sending them lots of IM which I know it's not me so disconnect the game from the Facebook messenger it's very annoying and the game keeps freezing up and I keep losing my points and spins. I had to delete the app because it wasn't working for the past few days not sure why you don't get the app up to date and fix the bugs it has don't get me wrong I like the game but you guys need to do better in maintaining the apple up to date with no bugs and glitches. Disconnect the game from the FB Messengers that is very annoying for friends and family.

Spins & Fb connect. I don’t like that it changes my spends automatically from 2-3 to 80 wasting my turns. It’s done it so many times when I have over 1,000 spins. Once I realize, I change it back to 2-3 spins. But all my spins are gone. The spin multiplier should not change on its own, I feel like your stealing spins at this point. Now I get a white screen when it’s trying to connect with fb and nothing it’s just frozen. I deleted the app and reloaded and I still can’t move forward. I want my money back if this doesn’t get resolved.

Fun to play but can be annoying. I actually enjoy playing this game and attacking those who are also playing it. However it can be extremely annoying too. You get a raid and it picks for you who you’re going to raid. The your friends on Facebook who have tried it and didn’t like it are now constantly getting messages that you had attack them and there’s no way for you or them to stop messages being sent. After awhile that’s gets very old and extremely annoying!!! If that could come to a stop, this game would be pretty good!!!

Enjoy the game but. I enjoy the game and play daily but why is it that certain people if you get an attack or raid you lose the turn automatically? It closes out from them and you don’t earn any points towards the challenge or any money. I’ve lost numerous additional spins to this especially in raid mode where you can’t pick you opponent. Sometimes in attack I can’t pick either. One person in particular if I get in attack mode it automatically prompts me to pick someone else. But it pulls them like 10 times or so before it finally switches to someone else. Please fix. Otherwise I’m satisfied.

Crap!!!. I have been playing this game for months. It’s been really fun until whatever happened a couple of days ago. The app no longer lets me get on and if I go through Facebook it freezes up and I lose spins, coins, and points!!! I decided to write this review after I lost my second attack and 200 spins and this isn’t the first time it has happened!!! This is crap!!! They don’t give you an email to contact support either. Fix it or shut the game down!! You are stealing people’s money and not giving them what you are supposed to.

Game play. I love this game but in the beginning we were only playing with friends. Now these random people are able to attack and raid on us. We can get revenge but they never come up for us to raid. I don’t like this at all. Also I enjoyed playing the game through the app why did you remove that part? Today I only see random people in the revenge section. I see my friends posting but when I log into the app it’s telling me that my friends aren’t posting. This is really starting to bother me

Does not work well. I have spent a lot of money on this game because I enjoy it! But I am tired of them messing up my account, double charging me, or charging me and I don’t get anything! Plus I counted my shields once and I had like 25 but after I was attacked 4 times it said I was empty and people destroyed my page. Why spent money to supply your page with things when it doesn’t work or cost you double. I am ready to delete

Can’t log in with Apple ID no Facebook Acct and stuck on that login page.. I always login with Apple ID and for some reason or another Facebook login came up and won’t allow me to switch over to Apple ID login. It’s very frustrating to say the least I really enjoy the game, but haven’t been able to play on my iPhone in 3 weeks because of their issue. Please fix my account so I can get back to playing this game. I would normal give this game 5 stars, but the current problem has dropped the rating for my experience.

This game cheats you!!!. I joined this game and was really having fun playing! Except when you get close to the big Spin jackpots it will freeze, not allow you to watch video to earn more spins, or that when you get anywhere near the big spin jackpots it freezes until time runs out! This has happened several times as I approached any giant spin jackpots! For instance I had 3994 of the 4000 I needed to win 5,000 spins, the game froze when I had 6 hours left to earn it and it wouldn’t allow me to go any further! But then once time ran out the freeze was over!!! WHAT A RIP OFF! I’ve deleted & blocked this game! It’s BS, you will NEVER get the big pots, it’s a set up!

Won’t sync. My game stopped working on the app. It said not available at the moment please play it on fb. It said they were both synced. The one on fb is correct but the one on the app on my iPhone is all the way to the beginning and it says GUEST. I messaged y’all for help agile back and got no help. If it says guest only toucan sync them together. It has no where I can put my name on it or anything to re add all my friend. Please help me with this big problem please.

Fun but annoying. Sooo I love this game BUT I cannot stand that it picks random people who don’t even play and then it MESSAGES them in messenger! Why does it have to do that?? My Facebook friends keep getting upset over the ridiculous amount of messages they get about this game when they don’t even play! Shoot I even get annoyed with the amount of messages I get from the game itself in messenger. Can this be fixed? I mean do I have to be friends with someone to play? Seriously? There are enough players that we could play with each other without bothering other people that don’t play games!! Love the game itself though
