Great Game!. Ive been playing Door Kickers for a couple years now since the first release and I am hoping there would be a multiplayer addition to this game soon!

Quick Look. I've only played through the first three levels but this is exactly the kind of game that I needed right now. On screen controls can be a little hard to get accustomed to but controller support more than makes up for it. Highly recommend

Infinite towers. Can you make it so we earn skill points by killing the enemies i cant even make it to the 1st floor because im one hit away from dying because i cant buy anything

This is proof that not all 16 bit, 2D retro games are good. I’ve played games that are actually good that feature 2D, 16 bit and retro style. But I guess it is not realistic to think every game that has those elements is good. This game features very difficult and unrealistic missions and anti-fun gameplay. I thought this game would be the opposite but now I regret buying it.

Worth it, but no controllers. Really great game, but there is no controller support.

Amazing game, katana zero and swat’s child. This game is really fun and with 80+ levels and more game modes on top of that there’s lots of content, devs just please add coop like the pc version

Great game but.... This game is one of my favorites. I play it on PS4 but the controls on the mobile version needs a big improvement because the location of the directional pad is too low and creates a problem when you’re surrounded by enemies on both sides. It’d great if you can move the directional pad or have the ability to use a mfi controller. Thanks for creating a mobile version though.

It’s great!. I love the game so far (just got it today) and I have found the gameplay is very fun! I live jumping down and breaking through a glass ceiling to kill all the bad guys in the room with a shotgun. I love the art style and retro type gameplay but I have found it is VERY hard to pass missions without killing a hostage or dying near the end of the mission, I wish there was some difficulty settings or an easier way to get starts to upgrade my guys. Other than that this game is amazing and I can’t wait for future updates!!

No Xbox controller support. Fantastic game but sadly no controller support (Xbox controller on ios13)

Great Game / Clunky Controls. This game is great. Superb gameplay and a ton of depth. A lot to do and will keep you busy for a while. Controls are really not good and the D-Pad is unresponsive at times. I hope controller support comes out soon. Definitely a 5-star game and worth the purchase.

Controls need work pls. Please for the love of all things living give us customizable controls. The dpad is horribly small it gets me killed so much I rage quit.

Great but one bug!. This game is very fun and colorful, but every-time I would finish a level and move on to the next, the game would crash. I don’t know why, can you please fix this!!!

Controller support ADDED!. I played this quite a bit on the PC, and was excited to see an iPad release. But once I loaded it up, I was surprised to see that controller support wasn’t taken into account. Tried to play with the virtual controls, but I just can’t find them usable. UPDATED: They’ve added and added some great controller support, so I’ve changed my review to what I now think of the experience. Thanks for continuously updating the app, devs!

Almost perfect! Pls have iCloud synch. Pre-ordered this game since I've love their other game. Just as expected, this is an awesome retro style action and tactics with tons of content. Having a blast! Dev, if u can add iCloud synch because I have several devices that I play and would love to just pick up where I left off with the progress saved. Thanks again!

Pretty deep and still very fun. There's a lot of operators which allows full tactical control when it comes to missions (which there is a ton of + different modes as well), and the skill trees + equipment give the game a lot of replayability (each level also has numerous routes to victory). The controls definitely need work though (especially on larger screens). It would be nice to be able to resize the d pad and re arrange the buttons, and there should also be the ability to add a separate jump/roll button. With as complex as this I don't think that more buttons would be unwelcomed. You also can't rotate the screen. The melee button also should not make you go though elevators, because there's normally enemies right in front of them that you try to melee and end up going down the elevator. Overall super great content though, it's very very enjoyable and well worth the money (so long as it gets updated with better controls)

Frame rate is too low. The game is good. I own it on PC and really enjoyed it. However, the frame rate is very low on my iPhone 13 pro max. I think it’s capped at 30 fps. The frame rate lock should be removed.

DEVS, PLEASE ADD A JOYSTICK. Devs, this game is fantastic, but the walking controls are very frustrating. Add a joystick or maybe a dedicated jump button or perhaps both. The option to use a virtual joystick instead of the arrows would be nice. Also, I’m not too opposed to the DPAD when I increase the size but just PLEASE make the size settings save when you exit the game. Otherwise, an amazing 5 star game.

Really entertaining. I truly love this game, it started feeling hard but as you progress that same difficulty is what makes you love the game

Controls are fixed!. If you have any interest in the game go ahead and get it. All the concerns about customizing controls and flipping the screen have been fixed. Plays like a side scrolling hotline Miami but with tons of upgrades,skills and unlock able gear. Multiple characters to play as. Again if this game interests you in the slightest I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Almost perfect. This it the most idea side scrolling action arcade game to date. Why 3 stars you may ask? Poor clunky controls screaming for controller support. And no dev interaction with its iOS side. I understand door kickers 2 is coming out... but why not have one of the best arcade games on iOS before moving on?

Really fun but no multiplayer or ai buddy’s. The game insists you can play with others but there is no multiplayer nor can u have battle buddies.

I love this game. It needs an update. If you can play it on any other platform you should. It’s clunky like any phone game is, but they can fix all the issues by making a dedicated jump button, this button would switch to the action/interact button instead of the melee button doing likewise. You can’t even drop down, which at this point won’t allow you to collect all the secrets. Controls need work. Besides a few other audio bugs and weird frame rate/lag issues it’s totally worth 3 bucks, but play it on a different platform if you can.. once they drop an update we’ll see..

Great Old School Classic. I pre-ordered as soon as I seen a guy play this game on YouTube on the pc. The game is awesome however, I have held off from playing it thoroughly until controller support is provided. Update: Listen, you have an amazing game. 5 stars worthy. Take the time to add Bluetooth controller support. I don’t don’t care how you adjusting the screen controls you do, this game is just not meant for touch controls. Your killing yourself by taking the time to “adjust” on screen controls instead taking that same time to properly implement a Bluetooth controller. Please hire somebody and raise the price to $6.99 to cover the work. Then watch your ratings rocket to the top ten.

Probably one of the best mobile games you can have. The title says it all. I absolutely adore this game, I have bought it on the Xbox, my PC, my Nintendo switch, and now on my phone. It’s a very simple game, just pick an operator and run around either rescuing hostages, or killing all the enemies on the map. While simplistic, it is quite difficult, as your able to die very quickly by most enemies(which I appreciate) You may be asking, if I’m praising this game so high, why is it 4 stars instead of 5? Mainly it’s due to the lack of co-op. Any other platform this game is on, Xbox, PC, PS4 even the Nintendo Switch, has Co-Op and multiplayer. I understand the frustration of bringing in the mode while door kickers 2 is being developed, but I feel co-op could make this port of the game even better. Other than that, I haven’t encountered any glitches or bugs to harm my experience. Overall, an excellent game, and fantastic work from the developers.

Really Fun game. 4 stars because on any other platform there is co op or online which I think would make this a way better experience.

Aiming is really needed. So I was hoping perhaps you guys could add twin stick controls to the game and make the abilities still button based, but I find that twin stick for aiming crouching, jumping, and such is highly needed. Why should I be forced to be on the same floor as my enemy to kill them? Let me aim up down and diagonal so I can be more tactical. Other than that and quite a few sound errors this game is pretty good.

Needs Controller Support. The game itself is great fun, with some decent challenges. However, it would be WAY more fun with controller support. What harm is there in adding it?

Please read you wont be disappointed !!!. You guys should make a endless zombie mode thats wave based so you start on round 1 and the zombies are easy and every round it gets harder and zombies get more health and every round its different kinds of zombies and make it so you can change your loadout at the end of each round and be able to upgrade your gun with the money you make from killing zombies and with the gun upgrades should be like maybe you can have lazer bullets or fire bullets and be able to buy turrets or even call in a back up so that you can call up a npc to come help you fight but make it so they can die and you will have to get another one if they die but all these features are only in the zombie mode or you can do a mode with endless zombies or humans who shoot back but you have to make it wave based im telling you its gonna get good results from the community I promise

I wish there were other npc swat members. I wish there were other npc swat members that follow you and help you out. I also think it would be cool that if you died you could become the other swat members.

This game is RAWWWWWWW. If you like retro games you’re gonna love this game no doubt . And if you’re new to retro games you gotta check this out!

Amazing. Absolutely epic worth every cent spent, fans of r6 siege will very much enjoy this game. My only complaint is the D-pad, hopefully soon they’ll add customizable controls/ joystick added. Also the screen is a little cut off because of the iPhones notch hopefully a patch can fix it. Definitely 5 stars when these things are addressed.

Great, but crashes a lot.. Really enjoying the game. There's a great balance between progress and difficulty. The heroes all feel different and fun to try. But there's no worse feeling than after a perfect execution the game crashes in the final room. Maybe wait for the next patch before you get too invested.

Underrated. This game is a solid 5/5, and if there’s anything I’d ask for, it’d be multiplayer. And even if you don’t add multiplayer, it’s still super fun, with all of the game modes and operators to play as!

Keyboard controls?. Is it possible to introduce keyboard controls if you dont have a controller?

This game… is AWESOME. But one issue remains. I didn’t know a game like this can be on mobile since it’s like no other but on the other hand there is one issue that remains when playing breacher with automatic shotguns or shooting through too many targets it can really distort the audio and make the sounds delayed is the only issue I have would give the game 11/10 but this issue is quite annoying hoping the developers can fix this in a another patch, although great game.

Best games. I love this game and door kicker it’s personally two of my favorite games ever and I hop to see more in the future. There is a sound glitch were it will say one thing over and over till you get to the end please fix.

Must buy for iPhone. Amazing game. Only thing I would change is for newer phones with a bezel cuts off d pad which gets annoying sometimes. Also please add way to change the size of dpad and buttons and a control map that is customizable 🙏

Don’t bother. Def not worth the price.. Get Huntdown instead. This game isn’t clever or fun. It’s just clunky and meh.

Awesome game. Great game during covid-19 lockout, need some npc team, have the other units help out to make it more fun and interesting. Zombie mode is good, probably need longer and more spawns. Still going through the story mode, but so far so good.

Good game, but there are many bugs. A very nice game, but too many bugs......the weird sounds effect appear in the level and menu...also when you select Chinese, and play the game for a while, the text will gradually became unreadable for some reason...overall too much glitches

No controller support!. I downloaded the latest version expecting controller support only to find none, basically un-playable, it’s a shame really, this game could have been great

Don’t support controller. Can’t play on large iPad.. It’s a very cool game but it’s also unplayable on my iPad Pro 13 inch without the support of controller. :(

Gaming Remote support a MUST. The game is really nice, Sound and action go very well. Brings you back to an 80’s movie sound. Only issue is playing it without a gaming remote, unlike other games. Would give 5-Star and keep it if it were the case. Let me know when you change your code and allow Nimbus.

Wow. Great game, great variety, no cancerous predatory business models. You just pay the fee and get the game, the way it should be. Support devs like this because honest products are incredibly rare in the mobile gaming market.

Wicked game and wicked cheap. very well made and fun to play, no predatory ads or paywalls you get the full game and the only feature missing from the console/pc version is multiplayer but it’s still hours of entertainment, I’ve spent a lot more on a lot less. very much worth checking out if you’re into these kind of games
