NO Customer Service. I had the monthly subscription, but a week before the 2023 NFR started I upgraded to the $119 yearly subscription so we could watch, after the first day it would tell me I didn’t have the subscription when trying to watch but if you look at my account it showed that I did, I called and emailed customer service MULTIPLE times but have not received any answers from anyone in over 6 days now and we still can’t watch the NFR…

Buggy and hard to cancel. I tried to watch the American last night and this ap was not cooperating. It would restart several times, or just freeze. I wasn’t able to watch my husband’s ride, and now I’ve spent several hours trying to figure out how to cancel it. Still haven’t been able to cancel it, I guess they dont want to make that part convenient for people.

Not good quality. I hope cowboy channel management reads these reviews . We got the cowboy channel to watch live streaming PRCA rodeos. The production crew on the grounds seem to have troubles all the time we are trying to watch Lakeview rodeo and they don’t even have the announcer just playing music. Picture quality seems to be outdated affect like 1984 movies. When the camera pans left or right he gets all blurry and then takes a while to focus by that time The rider had finished, other rodeos it’s constantly buffering but our Netflix account comes in solid. Get you’re acting gather cowboy channel!!

The best sports app period. Unbelievable finally something that does what it should and does what it says and says what it doesn’t. The app is awesome for any crazy rodeo fan like me I promise you won’t be disappointed. I’ve bought others in the past ProRodeoTV and was garbage. This app is great for the HD picture and will even let you re watch slack performances. Who else does that? I’ll wait.....

Cowboy & Cowgirl Channels. These are the only channels we watch with a cartoon channel and a local news we watch of a morning. My husband and I enjoy the rodeos I have a suggestion for you to please pass on to the guys her put the children on the sheep for the mutton busters. Please have the sheep turned in the direction the sheep are to go when the gate is opened and have silver part of the gate on the ground covered with dirt so the sheep doesn’t JUMP over it. It hurts my heart for those babies not to even make it out of the gate until they are thrown off. If I could have found a way to email you I would not have used the review column. Anyway WE LOVE THE CC+ both of them!!!!!!

Wonderful. It is fabulous to have the ability to watch good, clean entertainment that supports our free country and family. My family and I enjoy daily the Cowboy Channel. As a parent I have nothing to worry about if my kids are watching TV on the Cowboy Channel!

Hard to watch. Rodeos are getting harder to watch with cutting out or slow footage, cameras are alway looking elsewhere than where the chute or horse are, scheduling shown online never matches what’s available on the tv channel and then you look at their lineup and it’s totally different than the online schedule. If it were to change I could see paying for the online subscription but at this point I guess I’ll just look for results on the prca site

Disappointed. Bought this app just to watch the NFR. I’m sorry but if you’re going to charge these kinds of prices you better make sure it is functioning properly, have support available, able to cast to the tv, and make sure the picture quality is top notch. I have been emailing support and got one generic response during the whole NFR. Round 9 half of the rodeo I couldn’t even see any runs or rides because it was so blurry. I watch on Wi-Fi and nothing was wrong with the signal. I checked other apps. The casting option was available before round 1 and then it vanished after the rodeo started. Has not reappeared the whole rodeo. I have never had another app give me the kinds of problems this one has and again if you’re going to charge these kinds of prices this app better live up to it.

Apple TV App is glitchy. The Apple TV app will sign you out on its own but won’t give you an option to restore your purchase thru the app. Instead it sends you to a sign in page to put your login. I never had to create a login on my IPhone when I made the purchase to begin with a year ago. Needs to be fixed ASAP

Not happy!. Way to many adds and your don’t get to see the arena feeds. You don’t get to see what is happening in the arena when something comes up. I pay to see the RODEO not just some of it. I think you folks are to worried about what the snowflake’s may have to say. But we are the ones spending the money to see the show. So what give’s with that. Adams Ranch Melstone,Montana

Rookie Roundup. I think the idea of the Rookie Roundup is AWESOME. It gives the cowboys and Cowgirls a chance to shine and not have to compete against the well seasoned veterans of rodeo. I’m sure everyone will be giving 100% to win $$ to help them move up in the standings to make the NFR, which I think is something in everyone’s dreams. Thank you very much Patrick Gottsch.

Loves everything cowboy or girl. I love this app but the only thing a hate is that I can’t watch things live because you have to buy it and my mom and dad won’t let me get it so I thought maybe I’ll delete it but then I thought no I’ll keep it and see if y’all take it off but y’all didn’t do imma tell y’all that can y’all please take it off so anyone can watch live without paying please

Feedback. Love y’all’s 100 rodeos in 100 days. Just watched our hometown favorite Ty Harris from San Angelo, Tx. at Cheyenne Frontier Days. I’m quitting the NFL, MLB, NBA. Go woke, go broke as far as I’m concerned. I’m a huge fan of the PRCA and NASCAR for 3 reasons. Y’all pray and show the National Anthem and great entertainment. P.S I bet not one of those cowboys takes a knee either. Love it!! Stick with what got you there, remember that, because this is going to catch on. Thanks Cowboy Channel!!

Needs casting fixed. Love the folks at CC+ but when you try to cast/Chromecast (ie Cheyenne) it broadcasts some other archived videos like horse training and ads etc. Soon as you stop casting, your phone goes back to the correct live feed. But it will not cast the live feed of the rodeo you’re trying to watch to your tv. Please fix this!

Most frustrating subscription I’ve ever had. Every year, EVERY YEAR I pay for the yearly subscription exclusively so I can watch the NFR. And every year there is problems. I miss most or all of the first round and this year I’m still having problems on the second round night. It won’t work on my phone app or my Samsung tv app. It is so wrong that they make this the only way to watch the NFR, charge almost $100, and then have such poor coverage and service. Also tried to call their customer service but it’s so busy they can’t answer. It says to leave a message and they’ll call back but then it says the mailbox is full and you can’t leave a message! I’ve sent an email. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Regarding my subscription to the Cowboy Channel Plus App:. I watch the Cowboy Channel plus app every day on my cellphone. I watch RFD on my television. My provider is Direct TV. I do not get the Cowboy Channel on Direct TV. I have been a subscriber to the Cowboy Channel plus App for several years. I plan to renew my subscription this fall when it expires. Thank you for providing this service. I love to watch all the rodeos that are available on my cellphone.

Horrible!. Every year I subscribe ONLY and SPECIFICALLY for my 80 year old Father to watch the National Finals Rodeo and EVERY year there are issues! Year over year there are problems… they raise their prices pretending that the problems are going to be solved for the next year, but no. Sad that there is no alternative for people who live in rural areas and have no access to cable. And since there are no alternatives, I reckon I’ll still keep trying for my Pop’s sake.

CC Review. Love this Channel, love the App! It’s educational, inspirational and allows me to stay connected to the Western way of life no matter where I travel. Great Opportunity. If you’re not able to go to rodeos and watch them in person the app is perfect to watch them on. We are not able to go watch a lot of rodeos and this gives us the opportunity. This is about the only channel we watch on TV. Thank you so much for providing this app and the channel on satellite.

The cowboy channel. Ever since I was a kid probably about 3 or 4 years old I always wanted to be a cowboy. So bad that my mom bought me boots and hat. Now at 70 I still wear them all the time. But best of all I now have the cowboy channel to watch day and night, and the archives brings back memories of my childhood. Night 2 nfr plus Cc. Tonight I was very upset with coverage. They don’t put the names of the cowboys, nor do they show a clock for the timed events. And to top it off the last few bull riders were not shown. I watched the CC regular coverage and it is so much better. We will see how night 3 goes. I’m sticking to the regular cc. Plus I’d definitely not worth the $99.

NFR frustrated. I’m frustrated We were able to watch round one through three and since then it won’t allow me to watch any more rounds. App just goes to show that I need to upgrade which we did. So I try to go through upgrade again and it says the upgrade is due in December of 24.

2021 NFR FAIL !!!!!!. What a waste of money !!!!! The only reason I subscribe to your channel is so I can watch the NFR LIVE !!!! For some reason for 2021 it would not stream at all through Apple TV so my family this year had to watch it through my phone - that was real nice, thank you for that !! Everything else streamed just perfecty fine except for the live rodeo. I complained over and over to you and I wasn't the only one having these issues and not once did someone acknowlege this or fix the issue for the whole 10 days !! Thanks Cowboy Channel for ruining a broadcast we look forward to watching every year. Your not getting anymore of our money !!

Cowboy channel. I love the cowboy channel but I would like to know if you are going to have the national high rodeo and the little britches rodeos on your channel for 2021. My 2 grandchildren are in it and I don’t get to see them ride only in a video so to watch them on my big tv would be awesome. Thanks Cheryl Holmes

Save your money. Watch it later if/when it airs on the tv , and if your just itching to waste your money , just get a month sub to see if your going to like it , because if you get the annual and don't like it , to bad for you , no refunds !! I have to “ log out “ of the app to “ log back in to watch a streaming rodeo . Oh and your paying a sub and thers still commercials .Ridiculous !! Not worth the trouble nor the hassle !! You've been warned .

Minimum Value, Maximum prices. Super expensive for the NFR package…also tried to charge $100 for just the NFR, then when the NFR got close they offered the annual subscription with the NFR included for $120. No option to resume where you left off, searching for rodeos is a nightmare and basically useless, won’t download on Samsung TV, constant glitches, minimum support, and just clunky all around. You would think they would have made a single improvement over the past 3-4 years. The owner always does these super cringy commercials with his family and I get a greedy vibe, and it shows with the zero effort to improve the app.

Edit. I forgot to add This app is amazing and works great except for the NFR. I have currently been watching San Antonio with no problems from the channel but when I was watching the NFR it was pretty bad it would all of a sudden freeze or get really fuzzy then it would work fine again. It might be because of all the people trying to watch live, because I would watch the junior world finals and it would work fine, and I am currently watching San Antonio with no problems so take that into consideration. Also if you watch the NFR replays it works better but it’s not the same. But overall this channel is great not to mention if you watch on your phone you can see the PRCA standings, circuit standings, rookie of the year standings and more. I would still recommend downloading on all your devices!

Rodeo fans. We have had season tickets for the NFR for 20 years. During COVID we have relied on cowboy channel for watching the event which is terrible!!! The announcers don’t tell us the score attained by the contestant because the cameras immediately scan to fans. We subscribed to watch the rodeo and hear their score not to see the fans waving at the cameras…. We will cancel unless this is corrected. It’s a sports event, not a reality show. Look at you analytics, more tv time on spectators. We pay to watch the event. Thank you

Still horrible.. The app (Roku and iOS) for this service is nothing short of terrible. If this was a free service it might, MIGHT, be acceptable. But for these steep prices? I should at least be able to watch a rodeo (NFR or otherwise) without complications. The horsemanship show selection is also minuscule, as is anything not PRCA or association finals. If it isn’t a big name rodeo the quality of video looks like it was filmed on a calculator. User interface is unintuitive and lackluster. I wish I could find something positive to say but after subscribing for two years now, I’m giving up. There should have been improvements by now.

Stop cutting off one rodeo to go to another. We subscribed to your channel because our son PRCA bull rides. We can’t always go with him to watch, so your channel should be a good option for us to get to watch him ride live, and is the best option for the rest of our family and friends to watch him. Why in the world would you stop showing one rodeo before it is completed to cut to another rodeo that hasn’t even started? Interviews and a grand entries are okay to watch, but that’s not why people watch your channel. We watch your channel to see the rodeo athletes and animals compete. If it’s a time management thing, maybe you should cut out all the acts. They are neat to see, but how about you show the athletes, all of the athletes, that paid to be there, rather than those who are being paid to be there, and who are not actually competing.

Poor Video and User Interface. The video quality is grainy whenever there is action. The audio is varies widely, ranging from inaudible to very well done, from event to event. The app does not save your place if you pause the video, which gets to be annoying. The iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV versions are all different, which makes it tricky to find the event you’re looking for. Quite expensive for a sub-par app. Hope they can fix it! It would also be great to have a download option, so events could be watched offline.

Lousy way of doing business.. Pat, I don’t have to do business with outfits like your so I won’t be renewing my subscription. You have more than doubled your price for the same package that we were told would automatically renew annually, without warning or explanation and I think that’s a lousy way of doing business. Don’t tell me your prices have increased so you’re forced to pass those cost along. If that were true you’d still offer a subscription that included the NFR. I’m sure most people will just swallow the increase in price and renew but I for one can live without your cowboy channel.

Barnett Review. We love your channel, and will support you in your effort. You need to know that the quality of your app will ant doing so well, and streaming on a smart TV is less than par. We were fortunate to watch all 10 nights of the NFR, but it is likely the only time we didn’t have problems, or it froze up. Again, we want you successful, just need to have a better platform. Shawn

Nope. I won’t be renewing, the camera work is so crummy on some rodeos it could make a person sea sick, no sound at all on some rodeos, missed runs because cameraman is looking at something else. Every year the NFR is a hassle trying to watch for the first several performances if you can watch it at all, you’d think the Cowboy Channel would anticipate this and not let it happen year after year during the NFR. I was already considering not renewing because of all this but you made my mind up for me when you let Steve Kenyon go and replaced him with who?? Sorry but you can’t back pedal after a move like that coupled with all the other aggravation of just trying to watch my sport.

Subscriptions. I am very upsetI’m disappointed in the Cowboy Channel.I subscribed last year for the $99 a year subscription, which included the NFR at about this time of the year! My understanding was it would renew annually unless I canceled. Today with no further notification when I went to watch one of the rodeos, I got a pop-up that said I needed to subscribe again, only this time the $99 annual subscription fee DOES NOT include the NFR. The cowboy channel has no way to get a hold of anyone to inquire about this change or explain why the subscription that was supposed to be ongoing and automatically renewing did not do so! I have loved every minute of all the rodeos I have watched this past year, including the NFR! However, again, I am very disappointed in the way my subscription has been handled!

Wonderful viewing. This is one of the best steaming channels out there. Gives me the opportunity to view all of the events from around the nation. I praise the developers for having the insight to make this venue available for all western life and event viewing

Two thumbs up. I recently found this channel really enjoying it. Only thing that needs a little work, camera timing. Occasionally announcements are not shower what are being talked about, like the secondary or behind the scenes footage. But keep up the good work. Appreciate the content.

A Disappointing Experience. Our TV provider doesn’t carry the Cowboy Channel, so the app seemed to be a good way to watch the Wrangler NFR this year. There are just to many options that make it hard for one to sign up for a $75 way to watch the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo easily. I signed up early. The $75 dollar NFR premium was paid, but on the first day of the NFR I kept getting the message that I needed to pay a $75 premium to watch the Wrangler NFR. After an hour I finally figured it out, but there seemed to be two people talking constantly at the same time. After an additional half hour of hopes that the sound would clear up I closed the app and turned off the program. For the first time in a few years we will not waste our time and any more money watching the National Finals Rodeo.

Enjoying the cowboy channel. I very much enjoy this channel just have a little confusion about how to get it on my other devices and if I have to pay extra if you can let me know appreciate it

The only channel I need!!. Love all the rodeos and THANK YOU for EVERYTHING RFDTV and The Cowboy Channel have done for our way of life!!! The cowboy channel is all WE need!!! SIDE NOTE: I wish every rodeo could have Justin Rumford as the barrel man and entertainer!!!!!!! Justin in my opinion is BY FAR the the best barrel man/clown you can have at your rodeo! If i have choices of rodeos to watch, I always start with the rodeo that Justin Rumford is at!!! Thanks again Patrick and your team for bringing us the Cowboy Channel and it is nice to have television that we can watch as a family!!!!!!

Television coverage. I understand that it is difficult when starting a venture. But, there is way too much confusion as to scheduling times for your programming. I have gone to a program several times, and found it is not on. You all are doing a good job, and I love it! But just need to get the feeds to rodeos more consistent. Example is sound problems, picture problems. I have Directv, so I purchased the C C app and watch it through my iPhone on t v. Keep up the good work. Thanks

Special cowboy moments. I would like it if y’all had a way to go to the videos for the positive vibes. And how we can all over come battles. I have lost a wife in a wreck on her way to a rodeo broken back raising a 4 year old daughter. That stuff is golden to guys like me

Takes your money, makes you talk to a robot.. I paid for a monthly subscription, tried to watch something five minutes later, and it’s asking me to hug a subscription again. I hit restore purchases, and it just shuts the app down. Go back in and it still wants me to buy a subscription again. How can y’all make sure that you can take people’s money, but not make sure they get what they’re paying for?

No nfr. What channel last night paid for it can’t seem to get on it. Try to reset my password to verify myself won’t verify me so I can’t watch the rodeo. I’m sure it’s just because y’all were overloaded but I’m still not being able to watch the rodeo so don’t know what I’m supposed to do can’t get a hold of anybody. i’m very disappointed in the IT department there. I don’t understand how you only have it on one channel and then you’re not allowed to get the channel after you’ve paid for it hopefully you’ll have it fixed.

“Free” with subscription. I was watching the Fort Worth stock show which, like last year, was supposed to be broadcast for free via the Cowboy Channel. There is no way to watch it without subscribing that I could find. So I broke down and paid $10 to watch the Mustang celebrity freestyle, and then it stopped working right when they got to the final two contestants. 30 minutes after the show ended, it has still not started playing again. I tried restarting the app and my Internet and I am fairly certain that the problem was on their end. I plan to ask for a refund, but I also want everyone to know that there is no free showing as far as I can see, just a sneaky way to get you to subscribe to their stupid channel.

Cannot add multiple devices. Unlike most modern streaming services, you cannot add more than 1 device to a single subscription, and for a family of 4 that doesn’t work very well. Other than that they do provide great entertainment and allows me to keep up to date on the big rodeos I care about.

Cowboys Names. I paid for a subscription to the Cowboy Channel because Rodeo is the only sport I watch! I grew up rodeoing with dad & brother! We were very good friends of Roy & Gene Devers from the Texas Panhandle! It upsets me the announcers can’t get a simple name pronounced but can pronounce a harder name! Cody Devers not Deavers & he’s not from Peyton,Tx it’s Perryton,Tx! Please think about his grandma ,family & friends that are very proud of him! Thank you for your time!

Very disappointed. I have been having a terrible time with the Cowboy Channel Plus App today. Started off playing great and now I can only go a few minutes and just sits and spins. All of my other steaming services are working just fine so not an internet issue. The picture quality is terrible and I have tried to restart several times just to even get it to play. Love the idea they are trying to make the rodeo available to a wide audience but have been highly disappointed today and am at a loss of what to do.

PLEASE MAKE YOUR APP AVAILABLE FOR TVS!!. I don’t have cable because who has cable anymore? So for the past year or so I have had to buy an annual subscription to watch the NFR. No big deal. What’s annoying is that you guys haven’t made your app available to download on tvs. I have to airplay it or use an hdmi cord from my iPad to watch it. Which distorts the quality. It’s just tedious and annoying. Please just make your app available for tvs. Specifically Samsung. That would be great.

Great option to access the NFR BUT.... The app crashed in the middle of calf roping...on the first night. Please fix this. I don’t want to buy a Roku!!!

Keeps us in touch. It’s a game changer as far as keeping up with friends and family. We’d love to see more NIRA coverage as every parent would enjoy watching their kids at college rodeos.

Why aren’t you showing the NFR on the cowboy channel. I perched the cowboy channel to watch the NFR you advertise all week it would be broadcast live and you are not showing it I will probably cancel the channel

Thank you. All I can say is thank you! Cowboy Channel is awesome to say the least. All the best rodeo coverage and the app is so well set up to watch everything over and over again. Also love all the extras on the app like the rodeo video section to watch videos from the Cervi roping from years past. As a team roper from Canada I love all the app has to offer especially in this past year with limited roping and no rodeos on this side of the border. This is the best thing since sliced bread! 🤠👍

National Finals. Two nights in a row of waiting to see the Canadian Boys ride SB on live feed. Two swings and two misses. Will be cancelling my account. 99$ wasted and won’t be repeated.

NFR !. I pay for the regular channels through my satellite pervider plus I just bought the cowboy plus so I can watch the it an can’t get either on my device so disappointing that I paid $111 dollars Canadian can’t watch anything

Regret buying. We have had this from the beginning of December and cannot log into it nor is there a option to report that it isn’t working. Terrible terrible service.

Don’t reset your password.. Love the rodeos and all it does for the sport but horrible customer service. Don’t try to reset your password as it will take you a week, as their platform for this sucks.

The cowboy channel and app. I’m so frustrated with the cowboy channel and app I’ve paid for it and I’ve been very patient and still nothing it won’t let me login on the app or the website and keeps telling me to purchase the packages they offer when I’ve already paid them! Not happy at all and it’s NFR the biggest 10 days of rodeo in the year!! Very heart broken!!

Wasted $100. I got the CCT to watch the NFR I paid for the live stream pass and everything than I go to watch live and nope not aloud. What a waste of money just before Xmas

Cannot login cannot reset password. Signed up and cannot access it. It is sure quick to take my billing information without a glitch! Not a good service already!

No rangeland derby. When I purchased this app I expected to see the whole show but that’s not the case I’m seeing rides that were on at a different time. Really not that impressed with it.

Cowboy channel customer service. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered and have been talking to other people and this opinion appears to be very common!

Double Charged Awful Customer Service. Double charged for my subscription and now they won’t respond to any of my emails through their support team. It’s been 12 days since they acknowledge I was charge twice and now will not communicate with me at all. Disgusting service.

Good customer service. Had an issue with not being able to access subscription content after renewing. Contacted customer service via email and they had me fixed up in record time.

Not very happy at the moment!. Just trying to get TCC on tv is a huge challenge. Was trying to watch it on my iPhone and the picture is all blurry or it’s froze up. Can’t even watch it on the phone! Really ticked off at the moment!

Sound. Hi, Not sure what is going on with the cowboy channel but the sound system “SUCKS”!! Totally muffled and disgusting to listen to! Don’t know if you are streaming shows but all the rodeos and shows are muffled! Wasn’t like this before.. I will be canceling my subscription along with a lot of other people I know!! WNFR. Every year I pay $150 to watch the NFR and every year your app crashes. Where’s my discount?

Another year of wasted time and money. This App blows. Trying to watch the NFR from Canada is so annoying. This channel never works and yet we still have to pay $100 USD to miss half the rodeo anyways. Where exactly does this money go? I’m ya not to upgrading their technology. Get better.

Unable to reset password. Subscribed to Cowboy Channel Plus for parents over the holidays. Went to login and received a message indicating they had updated their platform and to do a password reset and a new link would be sent to me via email. I have now made 10 attempts to reset my password and no link has been sent to my inbox or my junk folder. As a result I cancelled our subscription.

Wont allow log in. I have tried multiple times to watch the nfr after paying 100 dollars for it and it just spins.... I tried logging out and logging back in and now it just saying wrong password this is extremely frustrating after paying all the money to watch

Worth Watching. Watching Cowboy Channel Plus is worth it because I’m able to catch up the Rodeos anytime anywhere worldwide including Canada.

Constantly Crashing!. It’s a lot to pay for a one year subscription to this, when it’s constantly crashing and I have to either restart it or hit play over and over. It doesn’t matter what wifi I’m connected to or if I’m using my cellular data. It does it, so I know it’s the app. Fix it please!!!

Glitchy. Paid 0ver 1.00 for the year. Tried to watch the NFR. For three night now it have been glitchy wavy and freezes. Thought it could have been my internet it wasn’t as everyone of my friends that have the app says the same thing. It’s happening to a lot of customers from what I understand. Will not purchase again. Very aggravating to say the least.

Paid for “everything we got” not working!. Paid for upgrade in November and watched round 1 fine, round 2 only on our phones it worked. Now it’s not working at all. Showing I didn’t upgrade. I sent receipts and screenshots showing when we paid for it

Unable to view a decent broadcast. There is a constant delay and interruption when trying to watch the rodeos live. The camera work is needing definite improvement. And the commentary is constant. Talking and not showing the action of the rodeo. Very disappointing to see such a sub par presentation for a channel dedicated to the Cowboy way and all of the fans.

Poor Quality of videos. Y’all have got to work on your video/audio skills if you plan to keep charging $10/month for this crap. Additionally, the AppleTV app is laid out poorly. It’s hard to find any of the past rodeos even by search. Some aren’t even named except with a date (May 22, 2020). Would love to see more steer ropings too. Love the idea just poor execution.

Cowboy Up! Cowboy Channel!. I love this app, I watch live rodeos with it, there’s a few problems though I wish the layout was a little better, kind of like bulls in one sections broncs in another. I don’t use it for the NFR because I don’t stay up that late working, as well as I can watch it at home and record, no biggie Keep doing what your doing I love this app and I love the cowboy lifestyle!

Poor transmission. Rodeos lock up due to poor service regularly when other programs on my tv work flawlessly with the same WiFi. I also just purchased my renewal which is the mainly the reason I have the service to watch the nfr and now it’s an additional 100$ for the finals. I’d like to cancel my service.

Not bad. The app isn’t bad but could do a lot better on schedule. Yall have three TV channels but only show CC times. Should also have a schedule for RFD and CowGirl channel Be good to also add a schedule for when the rodeos will be airing live.

Bad signal every night. I would give a 5 star, but this week the broadcast you had from Caldwell Idaho was terrible, every night there was a signal issue, and a bad picture. I have DISH TV and this was the first time all year where I was truly disappointed in the broadcast, always issues and bad signal, and pictures that don’t go with the voices. Sincerely Angie

Love, love, love!. Love this channel so much! It’s pretty much all we watch anymore! They did an amazing job showing the NFR! Loved them showing the opening ceremonies and the buckle ceremony. We also absolutely love that we can rewatch all the Jr World Roughstock World Finals and see the future of rodeo!

Cowboy channel + app. Not Happy!. We bought a subscription in February and wanted to watch the Burrell, Ne Rodeo and couldn’t get the stupid app to realize we had a subscription. It kept telling us we had to by a subscription. So not so sure we will buy another subscription. Is there a number to call to get this fixed.

Unsatisfied. I have experienced dropped programs several times and will not restart, Houston finals unable to find after it dropped, just unsatisfied. The truth is I have long supported this channel and this year I have not been impressed. While I am complaining I would think for the price of the app the NFR should be included. I don’t expect to renew my subscription . You have let me down more than once

Cowboy Channel. The guide on tv leaves a lot to be desired! It needs to be more definitive, it doesn’t tell you enough ,like when a episode is a bull riding only! Watching the Denver National Western , in the semi finals, the broadcast cut off the Bull riding before it was over, 3 nights this happened! As much as it costs to have the cowboy channel it should be better!

Great shows but production a little off.. Fort wort stock show for example, the lips don’t match the sound. And really notice when rough stock riders grab with other hand and 1 second later the 8 seconds sound. Thought would get better but still is lack luster.

Proud of this app and network. In a depressing time in our country and athletics. Proud that I can tune in to all the rodeos and programs and listen to athletes talk about God and Country; where athletes still respect and stand for their country and creator!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

Paid for a Package That Isn’t Working. Paid for the NFR package, but right off the bat the back number ceremony won’t play on the TV app nor my mobile app. I have been trying for several hours now. I’ve also submitted an email for assistance but have not received a response yet. I keep getting an error message, but every other video I open plays just fine.

NFR. Updated which doesn’t make since for you cuz now I’m paying you less fir the year but the problem is, you took my money, says I have annual subscription but it keeps telling me I need to upgrade. But when I go to upgrade again, it only gives me option to down grade!!!

Very Disorganized & Won’t let me cancel. I’ve tried hitting the cancel subscription button several serval times and nothing happens. So I’ve tried calling at least a dozen times to cancel and no one ever answers. So I email… and you guessed it, no answer. Also not the most user friendly. Definitely in desperate need of an update on both the site and customer service.

I wish I didn’t. This cost way to much money for such a poor product. The is seems like it only compatible with my phone. I can’t get it on my smart tv without sharing my screen on my phone. Navigating the app is miserable. It is NOT user friendly whatsoever. Very disappointing. Hope they make it better. Definitely WILL NOT RENEW my subscription.

Terrible app. Pitiful excuse for an app never updated until weeks after something happens the videos constantly stop so you’re always having to hit play. Hit play hit play and I do not understand why I pay more by the month than the one annual payment yet I’m not worthy of all the programming it’s truly a joke

Garbage. This app is a rip off! This is the second year I’ve paid for a subscription only to log in and not be able to watch the rodeo I’d like to see. I keep getting looped back to the subscribe page and when I restore purchases the app kicks me out completely.

Buffering. Since the last update in June 2021 I can’t get it to smoothly or continuously stream a program live or recorded with out continuous buffering. Not currently getting my money’s worth.

Contact. Contacting the cowboy plus channel is horrible. I was signed up under another email and was not able to contact the channel regarding my membership so I created another membership with a different email. Very disappointed in this process. Would use another if one existed. Take care of the people who take care of you!!! Long love the cowboy.

North Texas Rodeo Queening. Blah, had tickets to go to the festival and watch our friend who was competing for Rodeo Queen . I was sick and could not attend. The live streaming shortly into the shortly in the beginning shut down and said that it could not play and it was an error never was able to get it. I subscribe to this channel just to see this tonight. I will be hopefully getting my money back for this app.

Horrible to find live rodeos. ZERO STARS AT THIS POINT!! Won’t accept my comments unless I give more stars. Took forever to find Prescott last night. Tonight mom doesn’t have volume at Cody. My tv app won’t play, my phone app won’t play. $100 for this!??????

Wish it was applicable with google chrome cast.. It would be nice to be able to mirror this with the google chrome cast to watch in a bigger screen. That’s the only downfall I have with this app.

Cowboy plus. I have been a member for some time. I do NOT understand why you can’t get your stuff figured out. Not sure why I pay for something that just KEEPS telling me No signal. Why can’t you get it fixed. All summer was the same thing. ?????? Not happy with your constant. No signal!!! Ever unhappy nickname is taken. What does that tell you??

Glad I subscribed!. The amount of information and videos on this app is amazing! Easy navigation to find what I’m looking for. Results of American slack performances have been provided quickly. Really like this app! Kudos to the Cowboy Channel and Cowboy Channel + team.

Paid for NFR and it’s down 2 nights in a row. The only reason I would pay 99 dollars for the cowboy channel plus is to watch the NFR and now two nights in a row you have technical difficulties and I can’t watch it. I’m going to ask for a full refund if you don’t get your act together for the third night.

Love it!!. I love being able to watch all of the different rodeos around the country. Now I have added several to my bucket list to see in person. Thank you Cowboy Channel!!

Subscription. I subscribed at the first of the year with the understanding that the NFR was included, now you’re telling me I need to pay more to get the NFR. Number of rodeos this year is not what was promised either. I sent an email asking about it and have heard nothing. Like the concept, but I’m not sure I’m getting what was promised.

So disappointed!!. Paid for this, not once, but twice!! Tonight is says I don’t have a subscription after watching the NFR for the first 8 rounds! Wants me to resubscribe again!!! No way am I paying another $100. Get it figured out cowboy channel, long time rodeo family and very bummed we can’t watch the last 2 rounds of the NFR.

The app is not working for me. I’m paying a monthly fee to watch and keep up with my contestant friends and the rodeos. My videos lock up, stop playing, black screen, no sound etc…. I haven’t been able to watch a complete rodeo all the way through. I like the app but it’s not working for me. O and it’s not my phone I have the best and latest new phone. New iPhone 12 Pro Max

Wishful thinking... Love the content. The app isn’t very good. Lots of bugs and issues. May just be on my end I don’t know. Wish it worked better for what I pay for it.

Can’t watch any of the videos. The videos stop every 5-10 seconds. I have tried watching on my iPhone, iPad mini, iPad, on different WiFi etc with the same results. Live the content but can’t stand constantly hitting the play button 15 times to watch a 2 minute video. The live tv and shows work fine.

Stolen money, no subscription. I paid for a monthly subscription, the money was immediately taken out of my bank. I have records to prove this, but every time I try and watch a show it says “please subscribe to watch the cowboy channel +” and prompts me to pay again. I’ve tried emailing, calling, & this has been by far the hardest company to get ahold of. I just want a refund by this point

Rates. Very disappointed that I now have pay an extra fee to have the NFR. That’s one of the main reasons I subscribed the last few years was so I could watch the NFR, since I don’t have the cowboy channel on my provider. Sad. Very sad.

NFR. Please keep the cameras on the area and not on the crowd. Something happened in the second round Friday night. I don’t care about watching the crowd

App missing features. The Apple TV app is great. The Roku app needs some touches. But the iPad app is a dud! No favorites, offers different programming than the Apple TV and simple looks like someone miss the planning meeting! The people programming the Apple TV app needs to walk down the hall and clue the IPad people in on how to develope a better app.

The Cowboy Channel is THE BEST!!!. I’ve been a subscriber to the Cowboy Channel for about two years and I love it!!! If you enjoy rodeo and the western life style the Cowboy Channel is an absolute must! I highly recommend it!!!

Paid for the NFR but Can’t Because App Crashed. Nothing like paying $100 to see “Content Unavailable” and a spinning wheel for the past hour and a half. Tried calling support and they say to email them and they will respond in 12 hrs!? The first round of the NFR is now and I paid $100 watch it, so frustrating.

Cheyenne Broadcast. I really enjoyed the Cheyenne coverage, but I would like to see the contestant roster for each day and also like to see the standings for the week, as they play out. Thanks and keep it up.

You don’t get what you pay for.. The quality of this app is atrocious. Constant glitches, constant issues. Screen goes black half way through a rodeo, the video quality is from the 90’s half the time. The only reason we pay for it is for the NFR. Get better Cowboy Channel!

Rob Smets. What and interview!!!!! Great man. He used to come talk with us at halftime at our football games in shamrock Texas. I always looked up to that man and always will. None tougher!!!!!!

Looking for Better. Just disappointed. They had no titles of who was in the lead, no scores, no earnings, kept showing the crowd rather than the contestants, so you wouldn’t always see the horses come out. I got watch it but didn’t know who was who etc. hard to follow.
