This is a good and great app to use to track stuff like you can track your moods your self harm records your heart rate or even how early you get up, some things you have to pay for and for the people who really need all of the trackers if they are willing to pay then they can pay the app isn't forcing them to pay but if they need more then 4 trackers they may have to pay but that isn't a forcing app. I also like it because it's not focusing on one thing to track and it gives you options on what you want to track it's amazing
Aggravated andy - I like it, but it could use more features
I like how this app tracks things. It makes keeping up with moods and habits incredibly flexible. All it really needs is notes, export options and more organization features. Stats and numbers only tell a small part of the story.
Grouping habits, routines, moods, timers, etc. would be helpful in navigating a long list of things to track. Adding notes or images when checking off an item as something of a micro journal would help in reflecting on moods and habits, making it helpful for managing mental health (depression, adhd, etc). The habit and mood trackers I currently use allow csv and pdf exporting options, which makes it easy to add to Day One or share with my therapist.
Also, this isn’t a vital or essential request, but a true dark/black/oled theme, possibly with custom colors, would make the themes of this app more personal and enjoyable to use.
Like I said, the strength of this app is in its flexibility, but it’s missing some important features that would get me to switch to this app.
Crazy_qwerty - Amazing habit and mood tracker
I was looking for the app that would help me with my depression. I meditate, take medicine, hate myself and try to lose weight. And finally I found one app that allows me to track all I needed. I don’t need one timer app for meditation, another one for pill reminder, another one for mood tracking and something else to track my weight. Hope it helps to feel better and understand what exactly makes me so lonely and depressed.
Lara the iPhone Lover - Not worth a paid subscription!
In theory this is a great app for tracking all kinds of info, but it does NOT import any data from Apple Health like the settings seem to indicate it should. Therefore, you have to manually enter such info! It does export TO Apple Health, which is ok for a handful of items, but the majority of info in Apple Health like my fitness and nutrition info is coming from other apps and I certainly don’t want to enter them again in this app. If they can fix this bug then it would be great, and I’d bump up to 4 or 5 stars and pay the subscription.

Don’t we always just say hi to everyone we meet but inside we are not so good? For me that can be true and then when I stop to ask, how do I feel? I am not really sure. About me provides evidence of what I am really feeling based on the past. I can’t wait to dial in on the things that are important to me and then look back at the reality! Thanks for building this.

Great app to track both mood and habits. I found gym exercises are better for me in the morning than in the evening. I feel more happy and energized all day long after morning fitness. On another hand, evening workout makes me go to bed late.
Definitely recommend About Me to track yourself.

Okay, hear me out yes it’s a great app but I just wanted an app that would actually care for your health and not the money yk,i dont know personally if you do care about the money but i just wish it would let you have all the ones you need but yk can’t have everything am right😅? it may sound rude and I’m really sorry about that❤️this app isn’t for me and I hope you can’t understand that it’s a good app! But it’s just not the one I’m kinda looking for! Good luck though🥰✨!

Hello, this app is very good for taking care of your mental and physical health but I need to say, that I think you should be able to keep track of at least 5 things without the premium. I think this would be a better app if it was like that.

I really like this app. I just downloaded it but I can barely do anything on this app because I try several stuff on here but most of time it says you have to get premium which is Kind of annoying so I would like if they would put cost money because I was really mad but still think it is a great app.

I love the idea of being able to track moods and add a lot of different feelings that I want to stay on top of. For me, I like to focus on productivity, happiness, staying calm and getting enough sleep—so this app is perfect for that!

Livietish - Why can’t I add a tracker?
Downloaded the app cause I need a tracker. The default the app comes with about your mood is decent but I wanted to make my own. I would get to the choose what type of tracker you want page and it would freeze. I tried editing the default tracker however you change the type of tracker. I tried a few different solutions to try to get it to work and nothing.

you have to pay to get more achievements and I have anxiety and depression and it really hurts. I got this app to cure it and I come up to it saying you need to pay for more achievements. It should be free because people out there are actually in pain.

I loved this app, it gives you reminders and a wide selection of trackers however I accidentally deleted my progress and there isn’t any way to get it back so I do not recommend.
