Okay as a secondary comic choice but not a main source. There are some really good and interesting comics on here (and a LOT of not so interesting ones) and they update regularly which is really nice. You’re also able to read a free episode of each comic every day AND they give you free tickets to read further (up to a point). Unfortunately that’s where the issue starts to come in. Their coins are pretty expensive and don’t go very far. They used to give 1 or two free coins a day which was really exciting. They recently stopped giving coins and went back to only tickets. I’m to the point where all the comics I’ve been reading cost coins so the app is basically useless. I do keep checking, hoping the free coins will come back, but it’s been over a month and I’m considering just deleting the app and trying to forget all the comics I was so excited to read.

Meh.. While I do like some of the stories on here, I’ve been a long time user of Webtoons. I do like that I have to limit myself to one a day, and the comics on here really leave some great plot twists and cliff hangers that make you not mind the wait but hate it at the same time. I don’t like how once you’re fairly caught up in a story, you can’t even read the rest unless you either pay the coins or WAIT A WHOLE WEEK for something I had to wait on daily and save my tickets for… one of my favorite comics is Duchess’s Lo-Fi Coffehouse, and now that I’m all caught up to episode 37/51, I have to buy or wait for the rest. On top of that, I lose the episode from the week before, so I would have to use my gauge and watch an ad for the new one when I’m able to access it just so I don’t get lost in the story among all the others I’ve been reading in the meantime. It’s frustrating, and a very shallow way of baiting others into making in app purchases. I’d rather contact the author directly and buy a copy of the comic than to give in to this app and it’s schemes. Changed from 3 stars to 2 because I got frustrated just writing this review about it.

I Really Want To Like It. The stories on this app are amazing! I love them a lot and it’s a nice way to give some support to the authors. However, I hate the ticket system and the wait system. If you want to read a story you have two options; spend coins (with real money) or spend a ticket that you get for free once a day. This was great and seemed fair to me. If you wanted to spend money you could but you could also read once a day as well. That’s what I though anyways. What I’m stuck with now is waiting 5 to 3 days to read one chapter for some of my stories and the others I can’t read any other way but to spend coins. I’m not caught up on any story. I have 10 plus chapters to still read and the system is like this. I don’t understand why you would give a free ticket to read a chapter every day and then not let the reader use it. I understand wanting to make this app profitable, but don’t make it seem like you can read for free when you really can’t. They also had a read a chapter after watching an ad system too, but it hasn’t worked for me for a month. I want to like this app. I have spent money to support the authors I like. However, I’m not going to spend $50 a month to read two stories. Either make reading for free a thing you can do reasonably or just be a pay to read app.

GREAT STORIES! just 1 issue. The storylines offered in this app is what keeps me coming back on this app almost everyday. Although there is just one issue I personally have with this app and I think some users may agree with this. I necessarily am not a fond of the fact that I have to pay huge amounts for coins just to have ONE book paid for. And those coins aren’t cheap either. If Pocket Comic had the option to have a subscription every month for exclusive members, i would be more than happy to pay for it! I’m not spending $200 for only 5-7 books of infinite access. Once there’s an option of monthly/ yearly subscription, I will change my rating on this app to its full potential of 5 stars.

It’s sorta a good app I would recommend tho. I mean I like the app and yea Ik people have problems with having to wait I sometimes do to but it’s a good app to read some mangas and anime’s so I would suggest downloading it also it would help if we could comment on it like ik we all might have so much it common with these anime’s and stuff if we could just comment on it also here are some of the ones I like reading on here of ur interested ✨bloody sweet, becoming human,holy chicken scripture,I’ll make u hate me,I don’t like that smile,I’m a good kid but I still want to do it,my seat partner kobayashi,koekoi✨ect o also recommend downloading WeComics and reading sweet first love season 1&2,let me in,say yes and a world ruled by cats✨hope u have a good day<3:))))

Great webtoons and comics. There’s a large selection of webtoons and comics in this app. This app is cheaper than Tappytoon, Tapas, and Lezhin since it gives you a free ticket a day. There was a time where I just logged in everyday to get the free ticket and I ended up having around 30 free tickets to just binge whatever comics I wanted to read. They have a coin system too if you wanna read ahead or read a comic that’s not available for the free ticket as well. That’s actually kinda pricey since some chapters require 7 coins and it costs 0.99 USD for 10 coins. Not something kids and college students can really afford. But I wouldn’t compare it to WEBTOON since the comics on WEBTOON app are free on the original Korean platform. The comics on pocket comics, on the other hand, have a paywall on the original platform so I like the free ticket system better than Tappytoon, tapas, and Lezhin.

GREAT APP just a few issues. Ok first this app is great I read for hours and all the content is so good. but there’s just a few problems. First, My little sister really wanted to make a account and I let her but she wasn’t able to watch any of the things I did because it kept on saying that I already watched it. I understand it’s so people don’t try to get more free episodes but now I’m forced to let me sister read it after I do. Not only that but I have a lot of issues with the free coins I never get rewarded or there’s problems. But it’s worth it in the end I guess because this apps great overall.

It’s okay. I personally like this more then WEBTOON (no offense) but i have to pay 1$ to read 2 chapters! Like I thought it was fair but now Idk. I thought it would be more reasonable if you lowered the amount of coins you have to spend. Then you can lower the amount of coins you get. And I have to pay to read certain chapters! I feel like it’s pay to read. Maybe you can add a premium where if you pay 5$, you get for example, 30 coins a month! But you charge 5$ a month. And you could add a premium section! A premium section could be a section where non-premium and premium members could read. Except premium members can read certain comics for free! And maybe, if you have premium you can get 2x the amount of tickets daily! Or maybe an reward system for non-premium members and premium members! Also, can you guys lower the time you have to wait to watch an ad? Another suggestion: You could make an ad-free thing. You could pay 2-3$ for an permanent no ads thing. Ticket and coin system is pretty flawed. The stories on the app are really amazing BUT like everyone on here had already stated, it’s not binge reader friendly. At first I liked the ticket system but it got kind of annoying after I started reading more stories. I could get maybe 2-3 tickets a day. However, once you spend your tickets you have like 8days to read or reread the previous chapter and then it expires and you have to pay it again. This is why I like WEBTOON more. We get free episodes a week and there’s a comment section to interact with other readers. Also a lot of the coin missions are a little sketchy or over priced, therefore getting coins is a little difficult. And the ones you get for free expire in only a couple of days. I had 8 free coins, used 5 and had 3 left with no way to get 2 more, so they expired. I’ll continue to use this app but I’ll be a little mad about it.

Fun app but breaks the bank. This app is amazing and I do love the stories but the 24 hour wait for episodes is annoying af. I spent money to read more because once I start I can’t stop...I don’t really mind it but there’s different prices for different stories and I’m not sure why (for example, one story might be 5 coins per episode while another could be 9). Most of the stories I really like cost a lot of coins to watch each episode. I think this app needs a bit more consistency with its pricing, which is why so prefer Webtoon much more because the pricing is more consistent. I think I will still use and keep this app because a lot of its content I can’t find elsewhere but I don’t see myself using it a lot.

has potential. the comics are actually really good and the art is amazing too! i actually prefer these comics over the comics on webtoon. But the app itself isn’t all that. u have to wait a whole 24 hours just to watch an ad to read a chapter. which i don’t like. and even then there’s still chapters where u have to pay? like i understand there’s chapters where u can read coins but the least u can do is let us watch as many ads as we want. and i feel like that way i’d feel better about paying for coins. but anyways the app is pretty complicated and i think a comment section under each chapter would be nice! but overall the concept and comics are good and in the end that’s what matters i just think ur coin or where we actually read the comics system needs some help. but the app deserves a 3 the comics deserve a 5 so i’ll meet in the middle.

Has opportunities. This app is amazing for reading comics, but personally I think the 24 hour wait is extremely unnecessary. It makes it so that you use the app less and less, instead of getting more “hooked” into it. If we really need a limited wait time, then I’d put it at around 8-12 hours so people don’t forget about the app. 🤗 I just got it and read through some chapters, but the wait is really killing me. 😅 And I’m a very forgetful person, so I don’t know if I’ll remember to “catch up” with the app everyday. Otherwise, everything is actually pretty nice! 👍 Definitely recommend to people who are looking for some interesting digital comics. Just as long as you’re okay with the long wait. (EDIT) suggestion: if you want to make money off of this app but still have people hooked into the comics, maybe you have to watch 1-3 ads each episode? I think that’s pretty reasonable. Plus, people won’t get as annoyed when they have to wait.

Could do better. Omg I luv this game but after every episode you read can you make it where you get 2 coins if you don’t watch an add, and 4 if u do watch an add and for the timer to get a free episode I don’t get that you have to wait a whole day to get 1 free past can u make the time is maybe 2-6 hours if you can I really love this game but I don’t want to wait all day to get a free past so I can read my favorite story and the task that helps you get more coins can you add a few games we can play to get more coins cuz a lot of those choices is stuff I don’t need. But your game IS AMAZING 😍 it encourages me to read more but it just those tweaks I have a problem with. And I don’t even like to read and I don’t like anime but OMG IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS GAME GET IT CAUSE ITS AMAZING 🤩 THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CREATING THIS GAME 🥰

Pretty good except... the app is really good and i like how you can receive a ticket everyday instead of having to buy coins but it’s really annoying for ‘binge reading’, you have to wait a week or so (from the comics ive read so far they’re all about a week, idk if it’s a shorter wait for other comics so sorry if i got that wrong) for a new page or chapter to come out. yes, i understand the illustrators have to draw each scene but they should wait for it to be finished so we can enjoy it in one take and not forget about what happened in the previous chapters. REALLY love this app tho :)

Unless you’re rich, don’t download this app. It is NOT FREE.. The stories are good and will pull you in, but you’ll be disappointed once you realize how expensive it is to read just one. One season of a story could ultimately end up costing you around $40.. I wouldn’t even pay that much for a popular manga let alone these ones. They offer “free” reading opportunities but it’s literally only three opportunities a day which equate to three chapters of one story a day. Regardless the length of the chapter or anything. You get a free reading ticket for logging in, every story will allow you to read one chapter for free if you watch an ad (or sometimes they will offer a free episode for a certain period of time), and then they offer one mission a day where you could earn one reading ticket or sometimes you earn coins. Not a lot though. They offer surveys for coins but I’m not spending 20 minutes on a survey just to read one 2 minute chapter in a story. It’s basically just a way to take advantage of manga/comic lovers and drain their wallets if they get obsessed. I plan on SLOWLY finishing the stories that I’m reading and once I’m done I will be deleting the app unless they plan on making it more affordable to their readers instead of just trying to get rich off of them. I will not be reading any new stories or buying anymore coins.

Bad for binge readers.. The stories and art on here are amazing and oh so captivating, ive used up all the devices in my house to continue reading my favorites, but it’s very unnecessary to have a such a long wait. We should be able to binge read especially during quarantine where all the stores with manga are closed in some areas. It’s frustrating having to wait just to read, especially since some chapters of some stories are incredibly short. A 1-2 hour wait is fine, but a whole day and night is ridiculous. Also, we should be able to get coins easier, as I’ve had to put in very personal information for things I don’t even want, just to read stories. Binge-readers like me should finally have somewhere we can read amazing stories to our heart’s content without coins or waiting. I’m okay with watching ads for every single chapter of stories, more than 1.but please, don’t make us wait for so long. A lot of times I get hooked into a story but because of the wait, I leave the app and barely come back. In fact, I just recently remembered I had the app after weeks of not even checking in. however, if I could read more, I’d be on there all day and all night. Tl; Dr, make me watch a millions ads, fine, but please don’t make us wait, or have only one ticket. Finally, a WEBTOON competitor with even better stories, and yet it falls way behind because of the stupid wait. Please, change this.

GREAT APP! Though I do have a suggestion.. The app is amazing! I get to read amazing comics and they all have some sort of suspense and I’m loving it! It has an amazing comic, it gives me a ticket everyday, I can do little games to earn coins. Everything seems fine but I would like to request a suggestion. When I go to the offerwall I can find some things so that way I can earn a coin. I wanted to suggest something for the offerwall that might help some people like me. My suggestion is to put a like a price bar. What I mean is that I wanted to ask if you can put a little bar somewhere so that way we can choose what price of coins we want for the task instead of having to keep searching for it. If you still don’t understand what I’m trying to say because I’m a bad explainer let me give you an example. For example, let’s say I wanna do a task from 1-3 price of coins, then it should show me all the tasks that are 1-3. I hope you can design a little slide button so we can move it to number we want or you can just put a search bar thing so we can type what number we want in the beginning to the end. If someone has already suggested this please put this in, and if you already have it please tell me where it is.

LOVE this app!. I absolutely love the content on this app! I don't mind the pricing of the coins one bit if it supports the amazing artists/writers of the manga/manhwa/manhua published on it. I didn't think Lezhin (my fave manhwa app) would have competition for my attention, but here we are! I do hope that more mature material is added eventually. Though fun to read, as an adult (an older adult,) the content is quite "young." Not sure why the app is rated 17+. The adult content is the one thing Lezhin has a leg up on this app. I love that there is plenty of material for all the genres, especially my 2 faves, romance, and BL, but GL is sorely lacking. I wonder if that has to do with not enough artists/writers for the genre, or something more discrimatory. I truly hope not. I read all genres (no bigotry in my reading) so I do hope to see more in the GL genre eventually. Hopefully all that'll change in the future, but it doesn't take away stars from this app. What's on there now, though more for young teens, is outstanding.

Nice app, but I don’t recommend 😕. I like the app and all but it’s not thee best. Saying that while giving three stars probably gives the idea that I do love this app a good amount, the real reason I gave three stars is because how the app is made and not to mention the amazing comics. But my real rating would have to be a one. This app is basically a scam, it’s lets you read a few episodes then leaves it to where you have to pay to continue. You’d have to most likely spend over 10$ to unlock it all. (depending on where you are in the comic). And not to mention how each episode is like 9$ or 5$ or whatever and however much. I give you credit for the effort of creating the app but overall it’s 100% not worth it.

It’s ok could do better. I gave this a 4 star because one there is some defects and when I mean some one of the defeats would be like it would tell me u read this on another account. It angered me because I have no memory at all of ever signing in an account. Also not only that I was on guest mode since I wanted to try it out it truly angered me that I couldn’t read an episode. Also the 24 wait is a bit unnecessary a 12 hour cool down is much better and the reader will be more excited. That is all that really made me mad or just something u can fix there was some other things but that’s the main reason. The good thing about this is that u can go on guest mode to test it out before u sign in a account and then u can read then u may get an account where u can get coins or what ever etc. Also if u don’t have coins then it gives u like 30sec or lower for me idk about you tho so that’s all please improve on that.

Worst Ever. This app is the worst. You have to wait a day to read the next chapter of any series. And then you have to watch an ad before you can read any chapter, even when you have a ticket(they let you read more chapters at once). You are only "renting" those chapters so you lose access to them after like a week as well which is ridiculous. There is a bar at the top of each series that tells you when you can read the next chapter. There are some series that, even when the bar is full and says "Read Now", you cant read. 1 series im trying to read has a full bar but I have to wait, at 1st it was 3 days but now its 6, for the next chapter. That's even when I have a ticket which should allow me to read without waiting for the bar to full up again. Ive contacted support about it TWICE but have gotten no response. So there's that. You cant get help with issues you have with the app. Its super tedious and annoying to not be able to read more than 1 chapter a day without paying and to have to watch an ad to even do that. Avoid the trouble. Dont download this app.

Scam.. This app does have potential, but they are things that are blocking that. The Read for Free comics, aren’t even read for free. At some point you have to get coins to read the rest of the comics. That’s number one. Number 2, this app would be horrible for binge readers like me. People like me, aka binge readers, would like to get reading without getting disrupted. By disrupting, I mean getting a notification saying that I need to get 5 coins to unlock the next chapter. That’s really not you lure people to use your app. You have to make good deal or reasonable deals. Like a login system, so everyday when you login you get at-least 20-50 coins. There is another app called MangaToons. It does disrupt you sometimes, but their login system is very reasonable and the rewards are very good. You don’t have to make a purchase or play mini games that take up time. They do give that option, buts it’s a option.

I love this app a few problems though. This is one of my favorite apps to find comics I absolutely love it the only thing is that one day it started coming up with the same message and it kept me from reading the message just said “unknown error” I’ve tried everything to fix it I’ve downloaded it again changed my Wi-Fi and I’ve restarted my phone (im desperate) nothing is wrong with any other apps I use I’ve even cleared some of my data just to try to fix it it just won’t load 🥲. Im just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if I just have to wait a few days.

22h waiting time , adds , 7d availability? Bad platform but great comics. I just downloaded this app after I watched an add about it. Everything was great until I realized that you had to wait 22h just for another comic? The comics are well written and well drawn, but the platform itself isn’t so great. Ngl having people wait 22h so some people will buy some comics from you is kinda greedy. The comics are more well thought out then the ones on WEBTOON, but they don’t have you watch adds and wait almost a day for a short comic ( depends on which one ).. I’d recommend removing the waiting time and just having us watch adds instead. I’m not sure if this is correct, but I believe that adds do bring you in money? WEBTOON is great platform, and they have gotten a bit successful, WITHOUT a waiting time. Also, this “ 7 day “ availability for a comic isn’t really the best either. I doubt someone would take the time to read this but please, be smart and don’t waste your time and money on this app. Personally, I think reading a comic a day later really ruins the “vibe” and gets confusing.

Hooked but.... Aye seen many comments before hand with this issue here’s how you think u Guys and make this better why can’t u guys do what VRV or tubi do and play 1 or 4 ads so we can keep reading the other chapters for free? I like I shouldn’t have for a 23 or 24 hrs wait before the gauge is full before I can start reading again like that’s a waste of time I minds well just delete the app and read webtoon cos it’s free without a catch like I understand ur trying to be different it’s just so annoying having to wait for a chapter or a gauge and getting coins requires BUYING COINS so that’s why til this problem is fixed Imma have to give this app a two star sorry it’s great but annoying....:p

Why not offer a monthly subscription?. This app has a lot of amazing comics but it’s main flaw is the lack of options to read/support the comics without purchasing coins and paying 5 coins per chapter. They give you a singular ticket by logging in daily and allow you to read 2 or 3 chapters every 24 hours with advertisements. There are quite a few amazing comics so you can understand how paying 5 coins per chapter if you’d like to read more than 2 or 3 chapters a day really, really adds up. Unlike other successful comic apps (WEBTOON for example) in which you can read a handful of chapters of a comic and then offer the option of payment to “catch up” with the latest 5-10 chapters, this app only lets you read a set amount a day without purchasing more coins. I’d happily pay a monthly subscription price like I do for Toonmics comics as opposed to paying $20 to catch up on a really good comic that isn’t even complete. Why limit you user activity by only allowing them 2-3 advertised chapters for free when you could easily get a steady amount of income from users by charging a monthly fee. Millions of people are employed to the pandemic. I don’t see why an app with such phenomenal reads would shoot themselves on the foot by putting such a large financial handicap on its supporters. I don’t mind paying for entertainment but considering $10 only gets about 20 chapters worth of reading is rather disappointing and ultimately very expensive.

Was about to praise this app.... I was about to really praise this app for the 1 free chapter a day approach. It seemed like WEBTOON finally had a rival... but some of the chapters aren’t actually “rentable” with the free with ad option. It’s still better than Tappytoon that makes you watch THIRTY (30) ADS FOR ONE (1) CHAPTER!!! Especially when their ads so often don’t work. Still, very disappointed it’s not one free chapter a day and it didn’t explain this anywhere until AFTER I spent my $5 in remaining Apple Store credit and unlocked like 20 chapters. I could’ve rented the earlier chapters and used my coins on later ones... but then of course I’d actually have to keep paying every time a new chapter came out or wait like a month to rent it. So sadly, WEBTOON is still the best in the industry as far as I can tell. With zero rivals. One free chapter per week, no more, no less. And you don’t even have to watch ads for it! But maybe, just maybe, this app will eventually step up and rival WEBTOON with enough feedback like this. Especially if doing so would bring in more users and thus more money for them!

Was great…at first. I saw that for a story that sounded interesting so I downloaded the app. Started reading was hooked immediately, but then I ran out of gauges to read more chapters so I spent five dollars and got 50 coins which let me read about 10 chapters. I was so addicted to the story that I had a buying two more sets of 50 coins. But the third time I bought coins it only gave me 30 instead of 50.I decided not to spend anymore money in case it happens again. So instead I decided to use my free gauge which resets every day and there’s a free ticket that you could also use every day. Well it’s been four days now and I’ve claimed my free ticket every day and when I try to go read the chapter it says I have no way of reading it. So now I’m 62 chapters in of this amazing story and can never finish it because I can’t buy coins to buy chapters and all the free stuff they give me doesn’t actually appear

Pretty good for the most part.. This app is pretty good and I love how many selections there are and how many comics there are but, and I know a lot of people say this but, I just wish that the app maybe could mace more comics that we could read further into without having to pay or wait a full 24 hours just to read another episode. Like I’ll watch as many adds as it takes, I just wanna read more 😣. That’s just one problem that I have with the app but overall it’s pretty good and has a lot of options.

Overpriced Chapters & Long Wait Time. The vast majority of chapters are locked behind a paywall and it takes 3 weeks to a few months for chapters to become free. I have to wait 58 days for the last chapter of an ongoing 23 chapter series to become free... Even if they are free you have to watch 2min ads... but you can only do this every 24 hours... Horrible app, you lose interest in comics very fast because it takes months before you can actively read a series without sinking money into it... The structure of this app revolves around purchasing coins to read comics, if you are familiar with Webtoons, you’re not a stranger to potentially buying coins or waiting a couple weeks for chapters to become free to read, but this app goes above and beyond of being entirely useless! It’s a good app if you like to spend an excessive amount of money...

Great app with a newfound glitch!!. So I was reading empress simulation which I paid money for and two episodes so far 30-31 had huge Grey patches in the middle of them with monologue I couldn’t read?? If I’m paying for something I’d enjoy to read it I don’t know if it’s a glitch or not but I did refresh my soo and restart my phone! So I hope that I’ll be reimbursed otherwise I do love the app and have read many stories out of the past couple of months I’ve had this app I love it and have read tons of comics without flaw! I would’ve just directed this towards the manufactures but there’s no way to do that on the app? Definitely a design flaw. -Janel

Love it just one suggestion. So I love this app, it’s really nice that you get 20 coins when you first login l and it’s also great that you can get free episodes from waiting for a time bar to fill up completely. But I think that would really add to this is if you added a comment section, when I read these comics I think there so cool and would love to put it out there to let the creators know that there doing a good job and to keep on going,I also love reading feed back from other people and I’m sure the creators of these comics would love reading it too. So please creat a comment section because I would love to be able to comment and see other people’s comments.

A disappointment. I only recently started using this app and already it’s worse than when I started. You only get one free episode a day and on some titles a second free with ad. You can also use tickets to read until you eventually reach the episodes that are coin only. All of these only unlock an episode for 7 days so you can’t read the entire comic at once for free. You get one free ticket a day and can earn another through a mission, usually reading 3-4 episodes or different titles. There used to be a free coin a day as well which isn’t much when episodes are 5 coins each but they’ve stopped giving those so you can only gets coins by paying or doing tapjoy offers that may or may not go through. I haven’t found a single title yet that you can actually finish for free.

Good content. This app has really good content options that are diverse but still eye catching. I like the way the app is set up and displayed. It’s also super easy to find recommendations based on what I have been reading. The only downfall is the chapter unlock/rewarding system. You can only read enough chapters to get you hooked and then it’s either buy coins or wait out the reset to earn an extra chapter. I use two other Webnovel/comic book apps and those have really good reward systems that make me want to get on and participate in different app features. I feel like this app might be easier to forget about because of the long wait in between reward opportunities. If it wasn’t for the specific comic I’m currently reading I probably wouldn’t be too invested in getting on the app. It does have super good comics/web novels though but the wait can get a little frustrating.

There could better changes. Well, when I first got the app I saw in the reviews that you had to wait like 26 hours before reading another chapter, which kinda blows. Also, in most chapters at the end you still have to pay to read the last couple! That was unbelievable, I get that you people are trying to make money and stuff but jeez! You could at least get rid of the having to pay and put more ads. I like the idea of the app, but there are better ways to present it. I think that just a few changes and this could be the next big thing. But for now WEBTOON is still the best.

Honest opinion of a binge reader. I really enjoy the numerous stories on the site, but I really dislike the 24 hour cool down between ads. The coin currency is acceptable, but I’m not entirely fond of it. The tickets are probably the most ideal thing for simple casual readers, but for binge readers... considering I am one, I find it hard to fully enjoy a story that I can’t just read in a few sittings, I get sucked in just to be pushed back out once I’m out of coins, tickets, or ads. I personally dislike how online purchases are integral to the design of the app to fully enjoy the stories, yet it’s still fully possible to use despite the purchases. I feel one ticket a day isn’t enough, maybe two or three would be better appreciated. I do enjoy the app and plan on using it in the future... at least the purchases are fairly cheap.

Pretty good prices for coins!. I Love the story’s on this app! There is good humor and stories with more decent love tales than others! However! The tickets can be an issue! They are the only way to read a comic for free other than a event or the first few chapters being free. Eventually as you get into many of the comics the tickets stop working and you can’t read anything if you don’t want to spend as much money! The tickets are a dying hope for readers that want to continue their stories and don’t have the money to spend a whole lot! Even the people that do have the money to spend don’t want to spend money for every chapter! Especially if they can get at least 2 chapters free with a ticket now and then! The tickets are a dying hope! What a shame.

Not really Good. To be honest here, Unless you are rich and all, this app would suit you so you can spend your money and waste it as much as you like, but if you not then I highly don't recommend this app for you, You FR only receive like Idk Stuff when logging in every day, not only that but the comics mostly need coins to read and you can’t earn coins, the only way you can earn/own some is by Buying. I recommend for this app to have maybe like A task system, where there can be multiple tasks you must do to earn something, instead of like having one task and have that person finish it in like one day and earn some single ticket or so, maybe adding in more task would be better, I mean the comics are good and all it’s just that You can’t read much of it because you have to spend money, like this app is has good comics and stuff but it’s there to try and trap you and make you waste/spend your money for just an app.

Ticket and bar system doesn’t work. Ok so I have been having this problem where I try to read the next chapter of the comic I’m reading and it tells me I have to have either a ticket or a full bar in order to read. The problem is I not only have a full bar I also have two tickets yet it won’t allow me to read the next chapter. I haven’t had this app long and it worked fine the first couple of days yet now I have to wait days to read the one comic I was interested in because the app is glitched. If this was fixed I would give it a 5 star rating since the app seems like it would be enjoyable if it were fixed.

Potential but few bad quirks. Okay so first thing I want to mention is this: It IS a great app, and the stories on there are very intriguing, but this really is a terrible app for binge readers or those who have little patients. About five episodes into the story I was reading, I received a pop up saying that I needed to watch an add to proceed onto the next chapter, this is fine, I didn’t really mind it. After that chapter, I moved to the next and it said I needed to “Recharge my limit”. So I checked my limit, and low and behold was a 24 hour time limit. I personally believe this is a bit excessive and would be better to lower it down to about 30-1 hour wait. Or maybe have to watch two adds in order for the next episode. As well as the perks of buying the entire story all together at a (in my opinion) very expensive price. So overall, yes, this is a great app for those who are seeking a good story that you can read, and are very patient or willing to spend money on one story they’d finish in a night or two, but not great for binge readers like myself who have little patients and are bone dry.

It’s a good app but at the same time isn’t. This app has great, amazing even. Comics it’s just that most teens don’t have money to get coins. That’s why I give it a 1 star. I just started today and I got 20 coins and 1 ticket but the comic I was reading need 5 coins to unlock so 20 - 5= 15, next episode 5 coins to unlock 15 - 5= 10, next episode 5 coins to unlock 10 - 5= 5, and the last I got to read of said comic 5 coins to unlock 5 - 5= 0, I only got to read 4 episodes, 5 if u include the only ticket I got! The prices are unreasonable and dumb!!! WEBCOMIC GIVES UP SO MANY COINS A DAY AND THIS APP ONLY GOVES US A TICKET!!! A TICKET ONE TICKET EVERYDAY TF!!! WHAT KIND OF JOKE IS THIS??? ETHER GIVE US MORE TICKETS A DAY OR LOWER UR PRICES BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE CANT GET MONEY TO PAY FOR UR 10 COINS!!!! I HAVE SAID ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH THIS APP!!! SOME good stories, but NOT an amazing app. There are many occurrences of the stories being really short or they cut the story. This is a spoiler to one of them, but I need to know why they do this. There’s this Empress and you find out that she is barren so a mistress uses this against her in order to dethrone her. Turns out, she’s not actually barren, the Emperor faked the test results to keep the Empress safe. She starts experiencing the symptoms of pregnancy but on this app, it’s never brought up whether she’s pregnant. At the end of the original, you find out they had kids. It’s very dissatisfying spending my time and for others money reading these comics and finding out that this is how the app operates. I’m gonna finish my last couple of comics then Im deleting it. Typically I wouldn’t be that mad, but the longest webcomic I’ve found is about 178 episodes long. You get 10 coins for $1 and it takes 5 coins to read one locked episode. I know there are tickets, but they aren’t that helpful because they have a Limited use. If there’s 178 episodes that are locked, then it would take $89 to be able to read it all if you spend $1 each time or $50 to get 546 coins. I would rather buy the physical version than spend that much money to read and not get the full story. -3 Stars

Wouldn’t reccomend. I downloaded this app because it had a comic that I couldn’t find on webtoon since that’s normally where I read, Anyway I downloaded this to read the comic, It was fine the first couple of pages but then as I got more interested in the story and wanted to read more I found out you have to pay 5 coins for every page you read and that’s just super annoying to me, I can’t afford to buy coins on this app and frankly I’m not comfortable putting my personal info into a few sketchy websites just to get a few coins so I can read a comic, It’s just really not worth it to me. Maybe if you guys end up adding a feature where you can watch ads for coins instead I’ll download it again and finish that comic I was reading, But as of now I’m deleting it, If anyone wants to download it be my guest but I wouldn’t reccomend, Webtoon is so much better. Not very whale friendly, requesting point system for purchases. I think i would consider myself a whale in other apps if i can drop $100 when theres a token/coin sale in other apps. This app has potential, but it’s pretty upsetting that the main reward system is based on tickets to rent chapters, that aren't even the most up to date chapter. They’re utterly useless for me, i have 25 tickets i dont even use. At least in other apps i get points for purchasing or batch unlocking chapters, and then i can use said points to unlock the latest paid chapters or get a discount on coins. Requesting pocket comics to do the same, or at least place an exchange system for large amounts of tickets to a few coins.

Too many strings attached, with not enough pay off. Not only is this app expensive when it comes to unlocking chapters, but the wait to unlock system is way too long and only temporary. Ive also had horrible issues with chapters taking a solid minute to load, or not loading at all and being forced to back out and wait again. It’s frustrating, and breaks up the flow of reading like a brick through a window. As for the stories the,selves, there are definitely some good ones. BUT! There are some truly terrible translations on there as well. I was dumbfounded to find the quality of something you'd find on a free site with shoddy translations, with garbled text and poor grammar that made no sense at all. Plus, it wasn't for free, which means your paying full price, which is insane. I had high hopes for this app. Im so disappointed.

Had potential. I really love the stories in this app but the only thing is are the coins. I really think people would enjoy this app more if you were to do something about the coins and ads. I’ve seen a lot of ads about Pocket Comics so I’m sure thousands of other people has as well. And I’m sure you would like them to enjoy your app. So I have a few suggestions you might want to keep in mind: don’t make people wait 24 hours to watch an ad for a chapter. It’s hard enough to get coins and tickets because the surveys to get coins don’t work. I would rather watch an ad to get coins rather than do surveys and I think other people would agree as well. And if we were to watch an ad for coins I would say 5 each. This app has huge potential, but it does need some fixing up.

Neat stories but slow to fix bugs. I’ve been reading on this app for a couple months now and recently there’s been a new bug where a pop-up ad will just appear over the chapter you’re reading. It doesn’t time out and there’s no way to close it. I’ve had to close the entire app and then reopen and start my chapter over again. And it happens like every time. It’s making me want to drop the app to be honest because it’s become such a hassle to read a chapter of more than one comic a day with this bug. There are some great stories on here but if you don’t have the patience to deal with bugs just stick to one of the other platforms.

Great art and stories, horrible reading system. Webtoons has a better system, after a comic has been out for a while it’s a free read. People have to either wait to read the most recent chapters or buy the access and I think that is fair. I wouldn’t mind watching an ad every chapter. I don’t like that we only get 8 days to view something we already read and access is closed again. If we put out the time to wait patiently then we should get to continue to read the chapter! I am all for supporting artists but I don’t know how much the artists get paid out of this app. I would love if the app easily displayed that information somewhere. I would feel better about spending 10-20 dollars buying someone’s work. I don’t want the money all to go to Apple. I have one story I think I will buy and read before I delete the app.

This might beat WEBTOON. So I recently found out you get daily tickets and I didn’t know this till I started waiting each day I’ve said this before if there was a way to read or get tickets and it was there so now I give my reward which is a 5 star but what you also do to beat Webtoon is allow their to be free reading with ads or at least show which comics are finished like completed and have like comics that are new and popular which I am sure you have but like please show of the comics are either finished or preparing for another season like I am reading a comic that stopped posting episodes at December and I’m not sure if a new season or chapter is coming soon or if it’s finished. And 5 star

Kinda Disappointing... Don’t get me wrong, the app is pretty good but it still has its flaws, the fact that you have to wait 24 hours to read another episode is kind of outrages, and the fact then when I got invested into 2 stories, after awhile, it wouldn’t let me read anymore for free, I would have ended up having to buy coins to read it and I’m not in the situation to do so which was a major let down, it’s a really big turn off while reading, especially because of the potential the app holds, I recommend being a little more lenient towards readers who can’t always buy coins, It really does help aid in an app’s success, cutting off and taking away the 24 hour updates is further let selfish and inconsiderate.

UI is good but.... I wish there was a way to earn either free coins or watch a ton of ads to get to the next chapter. I’m dying to find out what happens next but the maximum number of free chapters you can read in a day is like 2. At that point I either lose interest or read other stuff. Also a comment section would be nice and interactive but I understand that maybe the focus for now is to improve the reader interface before hopping into the community interaction component. I literally have nobody to share my feels with especially if the comic is more obscure on the internet so you can’t even find a reddit discussion thread to vent lol.

Very expensive. After your very few free chapters are finished, it costs approximately 0.30 cents a chapter to read the rest of the chapters . Keep in mind, 10 locked chapters=7.00$+tax. I’m not even sure if the app supports the creators.

Getting Coins to Keep Reading. The story that I’m reading is amazing, but when I tried to complete a survey to get free coins, it didn’t work. I spent 40 minutes completing a survey and then the coins never showed up. There has to be a better way to ensure readers receive coins after completing the action

Seriously?. So many ads. Coins only episodes. No comments section. I’m just gonna finish the story I like and delete the app. WEBTOON is so much better. They have ads too and a coins system too, but at least you can scroll past the ads, or wait a few extra weeks to read for free.

stole my heart. It’s pretty decent and has a growing library of interesting comics. I can get over the watch one ad for an episode a day since I can guess the reason why. But it sucks that any episodes I unlock are open only for a week. Maybe make it so that after you’ve unlocked it once, you can unlock it again with an ad BUT you don’t need to wait a day to be able to watch an ad for another chapter. Idk it’s still quite good it’s just the temporary episode thing gets annoying since my memory is bad. Oh and the check in tickets are AMAZING!! Rip off. The first few parts of the comic were great but then they insist of playing $28.00 to finish the rest!!!! A total rip off. Especially since they get you hooked in the beginning. I can buy a whole graphic novel for that price!

Not what they advertise. They claim to allow you to “rent” episodes but that’s often only true for the first 20-ish episodes, then you have to buy coins. They claim to have a way to earn free coins but they have very few offers and most of the offers require you to purchase a product to complete them, so they’re not free. The app is fine if you can afford to buy the episodes, but otherwise it’s worthless. Really annoyed with all the misleading information they have on their website. 0/5 stars

Overpriced!!. I am not gonna lie some comics are good, but I really really wish they would change the way they obtain money. I really don’t like how we have to do stuff or buy things in order to obtain coins just to keep reading the next chapter. I definitely feel like I am being take advantage of they should make it a monthly or yearly subscription like Manta has done or at least make things cheaper for us. If it was not so overpriced I would definitely have continued keeping the app and given this a better rating.

It’s ok I guess. The app itself is Good the stories are amazing but the ability in which you read them is not good after reading a few chapters of a story you have to watch an ad to keep going Even then it’s one more then you have to pay which I get because WEBTOON does the same the only difference and it’s a HUGE difference Is WEBTOON allows you to read all the way through and only pay if you want to fast pass to more chapters that aren’t available at that time instead of every single chapter that is already been released

Love these comics. The comics are so good, from the art and the content. I really really really wish they had a subscription service as opposed to micro transactions. I’ve spent so much money reading some of these and it’s really concerning, but I like them enough that it’s a hard decision. Please consider a subscription monthly because $50+ for a single book (plus more weekly since many are unfinished) is insane, and needs to be rectified. I would give it 5 stars for that option.

It is okay but... This app is okay although for me (a binge reader) it is not as good. This is because the 24 hr wait for the tickets and ads after the episodes Some things that O think should be changed is the time between the ticket receiving, which could be cut down to about 3 - 6 hours Whoever is reading this and if they are a binge reader like me and likes to get through the episodes better then I recommend getting another app instead although if you like to wait the this is the app for you

To Expensive. I love reading Manga and I have used so many apps. But this coin system they have is ridiculous. Don’t download this app if you only want to read 4 chapter and spend over $50 to read 4 more. Many other apps offer monthly subscription to be able to continue reading the story if you are really that invested. But this is just greedy. I will be removing this app from my phone. The Manga and Comics are amazing. This is just a very bad app to read any. I would recommend Manta or Webcomics as the have an affordable subscription and they have plenty of comics to read from.

Should have monthly subscription. I love the comics and everything but for us readers it would have been really awesome if we could just pay for the comics monthly because at one point we’re just losing a lot of money here. So if you guys could make it monthly payment it would have saves us a lot and y’all would have more support. 😔. This is a really good app! It’s addicting and the stories are immaculate, but the only thing throwing me off is the 24hr wait to get more coins for free😔. Each chapter cost 5 coins and if you wanna read more than one chapter a day you’re going to have to pay actual money for it and that’s where y’all lost me lol💀. Love the stories, Tickets are really annoying. I love reading the stories here, all of the stories i’ve read so far, I find to be really interesting. My problem is how you cases the new episodes, like you get one ticket, two of you complete a mission a day and have to pay five for one episode. It takes so long and I’d love to be able to sit down for a bit longer and read and not have to wait a couple days only for like two minutes of reading. I could understand five tickets for a story, but an episode is too much.

❌Don’t get-phone will freak!. This app constantly makes my SE freeze up and overheats it. I’ve had to repeatedly force quit the app because even after leaving it, my phone glitches. My phone will not respond to any touch and will not respond when the lock button is pressed for up to 30 seconds, not even while in the app! I’ve had issues even trying to leave or close the app because it’s so unresponsive! The stories are ok on it but their ticketing system doesn’t work very well and has repeatedly given a free ticket only for it to never show up. I would not recommend using this app and find any of the stories on a different platform!

Just one suggestion. This app is very well thought out and easy to use, which I appreciate. I just wish it would implement something like Lezhin or Tapas has in which, if I have coins I can just keep reading without having to buy each chapter piecemeal. Lezhin has zen reader, Tapas has one touch. I wish Pocket Comics had something like that, that would enable continuous paid reading. That’s all :) everything else is good 👍🏼

Consider different pay structure. I get that these are premium stories but the coin and ticket system doesn’t make much sense and is overpriced. Navigating the app is a bit of a hassle as well. I wish I could just buy the dang comic outright because I’d really like to just freaking read without having to wait. I’m probably going to finish the story I’m on and just research and see if the other stories are available elsewhere. This isn’t a knock against any of the comics because from what I’m seeing they’re all amazing and high quality, totally deserving of money but I wish the platform was different.

Love this app but small problem. I love this app and have been using it for a year or 2 now. I love it but lately the ads have been getting in the way in the middle of the story not in the beginning anymore. An ad will suddenly pop up and freeze my whole screen and when it’s finally over when I go back to my place in the middle of the comic it freezes and I can’t scroll up or now. Closing the app doesn’t help cause it’ll make you start over again and then once you open to your place the ad pops up again and it does it al over

Good, minor quibble. Most comics you can actually read for free if you’re patient enough. However, it’s really annoying scrolling through my subscribed list and seeing ‘read now’ on many of them, only to click and find out it will actually be several days before I can rent it. It can’t be that I can read now if I pay to unlock because that applies to every comic all the time. It makes the alert distracting and unusable and I’ve ignored comics I actually can read because they’ve had the alert up for days.

Lost the potential…. Until a more recent update, there were daily tickets you could have and save up. Ever since they changed it to a single coin I’ve been using the app a lot less. Typically i would save the tickets until i found something I enjoyed and if i liked it a lot, i would buy the coins and finish the story. It’s a lot harder to enjoy and the new daily coins expire only after a short time… Most stories take 5-7 coins per chapter and by the time you save up for one chapter, it doesn’t feel worth it.

Great Game!. When I first downloaded it I was pretty wary because I thought it would be like LezhinComics when you need coins to read anything. But I actually think this is better than WEBTOON since it updates you story every day instead of every week you might have watch an ad but it’s just an add on because it updates everyday. I still have WEBTOON download since none of the comics on WEBTOON they have a Pocket Comics. I really enjoy reading these books and it’s nice that they’re all original!

Suddenly Stopped Working. It’s a great app overall, but all of a sudden out of nowhere a few days ago everything stopped loading. It said that the data cannot be obtained and to check my Internet connection and try again. I did and again it did not work so then I tried it again using a new wifi connection at a friends house. Again, did not work. I have tried installing and reinstalling it but I keep having the same issue. What’s even weirder is that I get the notifications but when I click on them and it takes me to the app nothing will load. I genuinely love this app so please fix this soon!

I just wanna read..... I just got this app, and it seems to be pretty well made!! But the only problem with it is how long you have to wait to read the next chapter. I love to binge read, I want to read as much as I can in one sitting. But I can’t do this on this app if I have to wait so long just to read the next chapter. And if I wait too long I get bored of the app. If you can. Could you maybe fix the adds to 3 adds? Or do what webtoons did and when a new chapter comes out you wait a few days until it’s released. So we are able to read as much as we want to.

Good but needs way more work. I had over 20 coins and just hit 6 tickets when I went to purchase more coins and it made me sign up after I did so I lost all my tickets and coins that I already had. I am now not even interested in trying to purchase coins and continuing use bc that took me over a week just accumulate. And even when I logged out to see if my stuff would return and that was not the case. App needs a lot of improving still if I can retain my coins and tickets when I create an account.

Love the stories hate the system!!😭. I LOVE the stories on this app, I’ve gotten attached to quite a few in a short amount of time I’ve had this app. But I’m very frustrated and disappointed with how I can’t continue the story without having coins and having to buy coins?! WEBTOONs has a better system, instead of waiting for every episode THAT IS ALREADY POSTED you’re allowed to catch up with a series, and you only have to wait on the author which is very reasonable and understandable!!! But waiting to read a episode that is already posted is very unreasonable and quite frankly...unfair for those who’ve gotten attached and in love with a story. Honestly if I wasn’t so attached to these stories I’d uninstall the app.

Makes no sense. I see the adds for this app all the time and I decided i wanted to try it out and see how it went. I love comics and i read a lot of webtoons likes “the remarried empress” or “ the thorn that pierces me “ and i really was interested in the comics i saw in the add. I downloaded the app and immediately i met with an “unauthorized user “ screen?? So then i click the “inquiry “ because maybe you have to asl for make an account or something and i get a big fat “unauthorized “ again?? I dont get it? I think i tried to download this app a few months ago and deleted it because of this same issue, i dont get why you’re advertising when someone cant use the app.

Love it, but. I love the app and the fact that on good stories you can read them with ads/tickets is alright, but it’s quite evil how the last few chapters you have to pay for, but you can watch ads to read every other chapter lol. If there’s any update it should be that you can just read all the way through the story with ads + tickets, and maybe the last few chapters you can’t use tickets on, and can only watch ads to read them every 24 hours if you’re still trying to go for something evil.

Overpriced and lot of wait time. The cost for 10 coins is $.99 if you look at it it looks actually cheap but once you finish the free section for the comic, it asked you to use your coins. I was reading a comic and it asked for 3 coins. If you buy ten, you can only use the coins 3 times if the cost is 3 for one comic. I like the app, but I think that it is overpriced for coins. I think that the part where I like is how they give you 20 coins for free when you first log in they also give you one ticket but once you have used up all of it, if you want to read them for free, you have to wait 24 hours just to read one comic. I like the overall app, but I still think it is very overpriced

Glitched?. I spent some money on this app (not too much), just to be able to read at a faster pace than they allow you to at no cost, and I have also accumulated 9 tickets to unlock chapters for free, and yet when I try to go any further on my currently subscribed comics, it only allows me to purchase coins to read them regardless of the fact that my gauge has been full for a week now (it doesn’t let me use it either), and they don’t give me an option to use the tickets. I reached out about it, and haven’t gotten a response, so I’ll probably end up deleting it. A shame because I was enjoying the stories.

Good app but needs TW. I love this app. I love the stories. Except I can’t believe this app would allow comics that romanticize r*pe. And there’s not even a trigger warning! I am a survivor of SA and the more I read and come across stories like these without warnings or a special category the less I want to use this app. I can’t begin to comprehend those that read or write the stories that romanticize r*pe but I implore the developers. Please review your authors better and develop the category for this “taste” in literature.

Love it, but a problem.. So, I just downloaded this app today. I saw the ads, and I got interested. So I got into this story, I read up to 5 chapters until it started saying “use five coins to read this chapter” or “use a ticket” which I find very annoying. I got this because I wanted to binge read comics, but this kinda stops me from doing so. The 24 hour wait is also way to much, if you wanna make money of this, just make us watch ads. So we can continue enjoying the app and the comics. Please please please, take this into consideration. I want to continue reading this one comic. 😂

Don’t waste ur time. STOP WITH THIS PLEASE!! Ok so the comics on this app are really good, but if your a binge read like me then Don’t get this app and walk away, literally to watch the next episode after your done with the free ones you have to pay coins which cost money, but they have this thing called a ticket which u can only use ONCE A DAY!! FR THO I’m DYING HERE WAITING 24 HOURS TO WATCH ONE SHORT CHAPTER BRUHH! if your reading this and u wanna get this, don’t instead go watch webtoons, they have A BUNCH OF COMICS AND HAVE A TON OF FREE ONES! trust me get webtoon!! Cause this is ridiculous waiting 24 hours to watch one CHAPTER!!! but the comics are pretty good not gonna lie but at least make us wait like 2 hours! NOT A WHOLE DAY!!

Why I like and dislike this app. This app is very good and the content is extremely good. The only problem for me is the long wait, I have to wait 14 days to be able to use my tickets. I think the wait is unnecessary 😅. Sometimes I forget about the app or can’t even play it. I have had to quite several stories because of the points needed and the extremely long wait. Otherwise I would be playing this way more. All in all this app is good I just don’t think the long wait is necessary!

This is a scam. I want to read these comics. You are only allowed to read one chapter a day. Then after a while you must only use coins. There are so many ads on this app that I am blown away that they keep trying to charge me even more money. If you find a title you like, I promise you’ll find a cheaper way to read it online. Maybe if there was a monthly subscription so I can read however much I want without having to pay for EVERY SINGLE CHAPTER. I highly recommend WEBTOON! It blows me away that they can afford to have all their editors, and produce anime contracts with the artists!! I would rather support a company that isn’t so dependent micro transactions.

Was great at first. I’ve been enjoying this app for a few weeks now. Starting a few days ago one of the stories I was reading updated the gauge was full and I could read the next chapter but it is only giving me the option to pay coins to go further. It shows at the top of the screen that the gauge is full and the option to watch an ad for a chapter are both ready to use but I can’t use either. It seems like everyday a new one starts doing the same thing. There’s now 5 different ones I can’t continue bc of this.

I love the app but….. I really enjoy most of the stories I’ve read and I’ve reread some of them because they were so good but as for the stories I didn’t lik, I wanna sell back because they were a waste of time and money. I wish that was a feature, even if it isn’t the full price, half would be good because (in coins of course) that way I can read more stories and save a few dollars for later.

Overpriced and Sometimes not worth the money. This app is really good and the stories are really good but you only give us 1 ticket a day and then each chapter cost 5 coin, which we have to pay for. They give us 20 coins but that only lasts like 4 chapters then you either have to wait or buy more coins and to buy the coins are not cheap. I really like this app but if I have to pay a lot for a story that’s not even that long then there is a problem, I don’t want to spend like $50 on this app but that is what they are trying to do.

Coin tasks. I enjoy these little comic series apps but this one is definitely not my favorite. It’s got some great features but overall, it could be a much better app. You can only read 1 chapter a day, after you get past the first few ‘free’ ones of each series (which I totally understand $$). I have been doing MULTIPLE coin tasks (and yes I'm completing them) only to NOT receive my coins. I’ve done them on separate days, separate emails etc. but still nothing. It’s honestly extremely frustrating. Just download WEBTOONS, if you want a good app like this.

Good comic app. Overall, I have one issue but still totally worth it. Enjoying the comics I’m reading, app is pretty clear on everything. I just have one issue. In the last update, they added missions to allow for people to get various prizes. But so far I’ve only gotten tickets as rewards, save for 1 day where I got coins. I think it’s disappointing I don’t ever get the chance to earn coins, especially since I can’t get coins any other way at this time except through the free coins. And because it’s a new feature, there’s nothing in the Q&A or whatever to explain the mission stuff.

There are better apps out there. For one, the system is annoying to use when it comes to the amount of chapters you can read at any given time. There are better systems with which to read comics. Further, it’s frustrating how the many ads this app has, coupled with how glitchy it is (ex- I’ll be reading a free chapter and all of a sudden an ad comes on for no reason that won’t go away unless I completely exit out of the app and restart it). Webtoons and Manta are overall better when it comes to comic access and don’t have the same functional issues this app has.

Can’t even open the app. I just downloaded this app after seeing some great comics online. However as soon as I open this app it tells me “Guest account authentication failed” and to press retry. No matter how many times I retry it just takes me back to that screen. I have never made an account to my knowledge with pocket comics either so that confuses me. After leaving the app for a few minutes I was given your option to reset the app and account settings which took me to the start screen. I’m not sure why it had to be this difficult to start an app.

Could be better. I recently got the app to read more manhwas and manhuas that I couldn’t find on other apps. While getting a free ticket every day seems good, it takes a while to gather enough to read more episodes. And it’s very expensive to buy coins. Maybe it would be better to adopt a system similar to Tapas and Tappytoon where you can watch ads or do offers to gain coins. Or do a system like Manta where you pay a small subscription amount for unlimited reading every month.

Mediocre At Best. The stories are interesting but only curtain stories have the “24” hour wait for a free chapter, even then the chapters take like 3 minutes to read and they’re super short. The only other way to read the chapters is to spend a ton of money on it. I guess it’s nice that you get the free 20 coins but that only gets you about 4 chapters out of a possible 60 because each chapter cost 5 coins. Honestly I stick around for the “okay” stories but the app over all isn’t the best. If you want to spend lots of money or wait weeks for a 3-5 minutes chapter then this is the app for you.

I love this app!. This is so great keep doing what your doing! I love the comics and the many opportunities you get to read them for free! And if you want to go ahead and stop waiting you can pay for the app! I will pay for the app soon but not right now! I love how you don’t force the people to buy the comics to read them! And you let them pay if they want! Great app! Keep it up! Please don’t make any changes for the daily ticket or the free add. Thanks!

Great Stories But The Cost…. I love the stories on here but to spend over $20 for 1 book that isn’t even long? I’d happily watch more adds or even subscribe to a plan that let me read as much as I wanted every month but I’m loosing interest having to wait a day to read another chapter. I hope something changes before I decide it isn’t worth sticking around. Maybe try something like Wattpad? Where you pay for a subscription to read as many books as you want but also have a section for paid stories. You can also had a section where there’s adds and no adds.

Amazing but can’t access anymore. You can read many good comics for free. That was definitely a great perk of this app. And even if it needed coins to finish the last bits of the series or to read ahead, you could get coins for free. It’s a great app that I really enjoy although recently I’ve come across an error that makes it so none of the comics will load. In fact nothing happens except the error message once I open the app. I don’t know how to fix it

Pocket comic. Pocket comics is amazing. I'm currently on episode 43 of the made and the vampire, it’s my favorite comic! Luckily, for me and a lot of other people you can only read a comic a day, I was a little disappointed the first time I had to wait a day to read again but then I started appreciating it because If I didn’t have that little restraint I could of read every comic there was on there in two days!

Don’t know about this…. I’ve had this app for a while now. The stories on here are amazing in their own right, and I’m not complaining about the one episode a day. However, if you’re like me and want to read further and don’t want to spend money on the coins there is a free coin section. The only reason I’m not rating this higher than a three is because of that. In order to get one coin you need to go through at least five different ads because the app doesn’t like to reward the coins. Truthfully, I’d suggest WEBTOON or tapas first over this app.

It’s so Expensive!. I love this app, so, so much. It helped me during my break up where I almost lost lost my mind (T-T), but this app lifted me up so I do have a special connection with all the beautiful stories. That being said, it is very expensive and I’m sure there’d be better reviews if it was subscription-based payment, rather than coins🥲. But…you will always have that special place in my heart. Until I have money for you, I’ll fix my addiction with Manta Comics-San😩😩😩

Would be better with offline. I was preparing for an upcoming trip and downloading some episodes of series on other apps to read offline while I fly. I then thought I would do the same for this, since there’s a series I fully unlocked and have been meaning to read, but it looks like offline reading isn’t available. I would give this a higher rating if I could download my unlocked series to read offline. I spend enough time with no internet that it is important to me.

Gone Downhill. This app used to be great but they keep changing their system and then don’t tell you about the changes so you have to figure it out on your own. I was in the middle of a bunch of comics and they changed the policy where instead of the 5 most recent episodes being pay only it’s now the most recent 25. Which means I have to wait for 20 more episodes to be able to read again because they made such a drastic change. It really made me lose a lot of interest in keeping up with comics hosted there beyond one or two select ones.

I’m A little biased.. These are the first manga-esk comics I’ve been introduced to. As far as Anime, I’m A harsh critic due to the amount of time and episodes I watched over the years. I just want to say, if you’re looking for something new and refreshing with A crisp artstyle and new concept to the animated culture than great news! This is the App for you. Each genre has it’s own unique set of characters that creates awesome stories that only the reader can make their own interpretations and what not.

Bummer. This app has amazing stores but the app itself needs some improvement. I say this because the schedule for the comics are off. The app has wonderful stories, i want to just read them all in one day! But unfortunately that’s not possible unless you buy coins. At first i thought that was fair because i also saw in the description of this app that there are free episodes everyday. But that’s false. I would read a story one day and it would take a day or two for me to watch it free with an add. I think that should be fixed. This app has opportunities but it’s just really difficult to use!

Costs Too Much. I am really enjoying the stories on this app. I have two other apps similar to this one, but while there seems to be more stories on this app (and many of them are better stories as well) I do not like how you have to pay for so many chapters. It’s like the app allows you to start reading a couple chapters to entice you in the story, but after only a few chapters it makes you buy coins in order to read more, and every chapter after that point costs you coins. It would be better if they were free or if the app just had a simple monthly subscription.

Coins make it impossible to enjoy the app. I like tha stories on the app well enough, but the fact that I’ve been waiting for a month to read the final chapters of a WEBTOON on this app is obnoxious. Ill probably keep it through reading GirlJock Empress but after that I’m going to delete it because I don’t have a bunch of money to finish reading a series. It feels more like a cash grab than artists getting paid to produce work. As an artist I wouldn’t post my work on this site because the reader experience is so poor that I would rather people read my work that I get paid at the expense of my readers. I hope artists on this app are actually making money from it because if not the app would be a complete loss.
