What’s wrong?. It’s acting up and won’t let me save even after I paid for a subscription package

It's scam. They give the option to pay for life and 3 months later they take away the privilege and do not return the money

ALWAYS kicks me out!. I’ve had this app for years & I have HAD IT! Every single month I have to contact their support thru IG since they don’t have an option on the app. Every month I get kicked off the app, have to go thru them to get back on! It’s maddening! Super cheesy templates too! I only use it for a handful of “normal” classy slideshows so I don’t have to spend time in creating by hand when I’m in a hurry. Done with this dumb app now though!

Update!!. My problem was resolved, although for a second I thought I was getting scammed FocoDesign came through and restated my subscription !!!! Thank you!!!

Could be MUCH better. The system keeps kicking me out saying I need a pro subscription when I ALREADY have one and clearly see on my subscriptions area in the App Store. I need someone to contact me. There’s no email. I like the variety in this app, but I would like to see the ability to add more text to different templates (some you can’t) I’d also like to be given different sizing options so it can be used in more than just a story format. Changing the speed and taking out the number of pictures would be useful as well.

Crashing too much😞. I used to love this app but lately I can’t save my videos, the app crash almost every time 😭😭😭

Don’t leave out on early users please. Hey team, We have been loving this product and trying to promote as we can. We have been using all the templates and designs and all of a sudden it is tagged as “Premium” templates requiring subscription without the option to “restore subscription” as well. It will be great if you can allow your early users as it is.

Great content- terrible app :(. I love the concept so much that I gave it 4 stars… despite the many flaws in the programming. I’ve been able to make some really awesome designs however I would’ve been able to make more than double that if the program didn’t constantly freeze, rendering finishing impossible. I don’t pay for many apps- I would’ve GLADLY paid for this one and been a loyal customer and user if they put the necessary effort required to make this a fully functional experience. Hope to see changes in the future- I haven’t given up yet!

Rubbish. Totally rubbish app. Shows me a pic of the image I created ready for Insta, ha it posts it a different size to the preview. It auto takes bits out of images I don’t want it too, it’s slow, total waste of money, wgg he at a rubbish app Don’t get this app
