Strange Has information saved from wayfair account. Yes you read that right, i have never used this app, even on any other device and when i created a NEW account, it showed me “recently saved” and showed familiar items. Looking into it i found these the same exact items i have saved as favorites on the wayfair app. They are practically the same app and offer the same products. The user interface is okay and the things they offer i can get somewhere else for a cheaper price. I do not trust this app or wayfair anymore.

Best site ever. I absolutely love this site. I have gotten all my furniture for my house, minus living room furniture, cause the struggle is real when you are short which means you have to sit on it to be sure your touch the ground! I just moved and didn’t bring furniture other than the stuff my grandmother gave me. I have furnished almost all of my house from this site!! I have recommended this site to family and friends! If I had the money i would order more! Oh let’s face it, I have purchased an area rug and outside lighting!

Beware- won’t price match/shoddy customer service. Purchased a bed 4 days ago with their Black Friday “sale”. Today the bed is still on sale and an additional 25% off.” ($182). They refuse to price match. So I am reordering the bed, paying $138 to ship the bed that arrived yesterday, so I can still get some sort additional savings. I won’t order from them again, that’s terrible. Black Friday sale pricing should be your best sale price. **update/reply to below** I did contact customer service several times and was told they have a policy not to price match.

Order. Very easy to order from the app.

Be careful. When you order something here they don’t even have it in stock but pretend they do and keep lying for a mo th that it is coming but never comes then finally tell you. We never had that table in the first place. Just be careful!!! I fell for it. I order 1000 of dollars if way fair no problem. As long as it’s not labels birch lane you should be ok.

Christmas wish granted!. This spring, we will be moving into our beautiful new home, in Ontario, Canada. And thanks to Birch Lane, we will have lots of white sparkly solar lights, to festoon all of our trees.

Excessive robot verification. Every time i click to search for something i have to verify that I’m not a robot and then it comes up “no results”. I just use the website where i don’t have that issue.

Rating the app … not the stuff they sell. I do not understand the 4.9 rating for an app that doesn’t let you filter by product details like size, color, etc. It’s crazy that you have to look through page after page of dressers (long ands short, tall and skinny, French provincial to modern, and light, dark, and white painted wood) to try to find what you are looking for. You can’t even sort (or filter) by price. No thank you. I will shop elsewhere.

3D Tool Useless. I tried to use the 3D numerous times, I have gotten assistance from others to make sure it’s not a user error and it will not let me put the products in my home!

Discount code NOT. It would not take any promo codes this is the second time this has happened. If your not going to honor them then don’t say you do. It’s on your site.

Promo code and shipping. The app refused to let me select a shipping address without explanation. It would just say “oops, something went wrong”. Then went the web browser to order and it wouldn’t apply my promo code - it’s say it was “applied” but it never applied it to my total. But at least the web browser told me one of my items was unable to ship to Minnesota. So once I took that out of my cart it let me select a shipping address... and the promo code keeps deleting itself out of the cart. If you have make sure it gets re added.

The app is ok. It’s funny Birch Lane spelled and published a coupon code with a typo. Some items were on sale with extra 15% off. The coupon code was described as “SURPRSE”. I tried using it during checkout but it erred. Then I tried “SURPRISE”, it worked!! Kind of silly for a big company making some rookie mistakes.

Unable To Sign In. When I try to sign in I get the message “Oops! Something went wrong!” I get the same message when I try to sign into Wayfair and Joss & Main.

Coupon code. Received a coupon code for 15% off but it would not work on what I was ordering from their site. Finally saw the small print, that blended in with the coupon background. Very sneaky!
