Love this app!. There’s so many great things about this app. I must mention that I sometimes have problems with keeping the app open on my Apple Watch but I learned a way around it. The app will foreclose on its on. I also would love if the volume could be louder than the maximum amount. The audio is somewhat too low when watching videos on my Apple Watch. Other than those two things I love it!!! I’d definitely recommend buying this app. It’s worth it! Hoping the developers can fix the issues I mentioned, overall dope app. I have found ways around my issues but wish I didn’t have to in the first place.

As of 2023. this is the best video apps for my watch. I am one of the early adaptors for this apps and it was barely working for any video upload to the watch specially anything longer than 1 minute. with the current 6.x version. this is now legit! now i can build folders of my favorite videos to my watch! love love love. awesome job here!

Amazing but could be more…. Developers. Add the option to overlay the time ontop of the video so I can just have this as my watch face please. I’ll put my video on loop and so long as the time is on the screen, BOOM! Amazing watch face!

Greatest app to hit the apple watch!. Downloaded a few long Youtube videos just to have something to watch at work, can’t have my phone but this is a perfect fix👌🏽

It just works. Ok so the Apple Watch is cool But one thing is it doesn’t have a video player at least not a very practical/accessible one The only way I’ve seen so far to play a video is one you get in a text basically meaning anything you wanted to play on your watch you’d have to send yourself (or have someone else send it to you) So obviously that’s not a very fun to do every time you want to watch a video on your wrist So this app comes in for $2 and changes that You can even playback audio through the watch’s built in speakers something most apps refuse to do for some reason A few gripes I have though: You can’t download videos directly from the watch you gotta transfer them from your phone using the phone client There’s no fit to display option but there is a zoom option so if you want to watch a nice long movie on this thing for whatever reason you might want to get it in the correct aspect ratio or it’s gonna be rather unpleasant You can’t connect a media server to it So if you just wanna stream your stuff from your own home media connection You can’t really do that But other than those things this time is just a media player for your watch It’s basic, gets the job done and almost feels like what an official stock video player on Apple Watch would look like

So far so good. I just got this app a few hours ago so have very little experience. I was able to play an audio book on my watch which is really important to me. But this review is more specifically about support. I still have to figure out how to put an entire folder of mp3 on the watch (book chapters). But what I couldn’t figure out is how to delete a chapter after I listened. I sent a note to support and within a few minutes got an answer. So definitely stars for support!! (I might look at you tube to see if there are tutorials on adding the whole folder of audio or I need to add them one by one.)

Best Watch Video App So Far. The only app that allows you to load videos from your phone to view on Apple Watch. I download full length YouTube videos and load them onto the watch for later. There is no YouTube browser on watch or any supported video streaming so this is the best alternative.

Best video player for Apple Watch. Love the app. The only one on the App Store that actually let’s you fast forward and rewind videos. I just wish you could make the videos full screen instead of voomed all the way in other than that great app!

Videwatch. I love this app I use it all the time, I just wish it would automatically play next track/video instead of having to go back and open up each one individually. Other than that it sounds great and video quality is awesome!

So far so good!. I’ve been using the videwatch for a few days now, and so far so good. I have not had any issues with it and I like the way plays.

The best Apple Watch multimedia app. It unfortunately doesn’t support YouTube, BUT it still is the best you can get at the moment. Has volume control, playback control, and even Dropbox and URL streaming support. I. Love. It.

Does what it says. Let’s you move videos from your photo role into your phone. Would really like a way to skip ahead in the videos though, then I think it would be perfect. Otherwise great way to get videos on your watch :)

Request. Im using the app for a while, it is great but it would be more useful if we can rotate the video to landscape mode.

Listening while I walk. I really enjoy downloading tracks from my files that are original music that I could listen on the Videwatch app. I really enjoy also downloading other music from other sources that I have that is very convenient to use on my watch. Thanks for your product.

AirPods. The app is really great! and i like the idea of this being one of the apps that uses the watches speakers, however, i would really like to see an update with support for airpods! i connected my airpods to my watch and then went to watch a video and the video still played through the speakers. overall, the app is definitely worth it!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!. The 2 dollars for this app was absolutely worth it! It is very well thought out, and every option you could possibly want is there. It is clean and easy to use. Finally my music plays through the Apple Watch speakers, and I can have all my files on the go! Thanks!

Where’s the back button. Like the title says. Where’s the back button. EVERYTIME I do something to a video I gotta close out the app just to get back to the home page. Smh.

Keep supporting this. Just noticed it hasn’t had an update in 8 months. It still works on my series 8, watchOS 10. I use it frequently to watch tv shows while I’m at work and can’t use my phone, gets me through the day as I just chuck my AirPods in and glimpse at the watch every now and then. I would love to see this app keep being supported, the only thing I want is for it to be easier to add videos to the watch. Sometimes it just gets stuck on a loading icon and I would like it to be more informative about the progress of the video being added, like letting me know a percentage or time remaining or something. Great work love the app, works as advertised.

Fantastic video player for the Apple Watch. Does what it says quite effectively! Impressive. The initial transcode and transfer takes a while, but that’s to be expected. Very pleased.
