Great for Beginners, Pros, and anyone in between. This app has a great wealth of useful features for anyone looking to recover from an injury or just keep their running game strong. I love the ability to track your pain levels and the dynamic stretching/recovery regimes it suggests. The videos are super helpful for learning how to perform the exercises and it’s really intuitive to use! Check it out if you’re in need of a great way to keep yourself going strong!!

Hip Flexor issues, I now have hope. I started running a little over 4 years ago I have run several 5K,8K,10K,15K, and 2 half marathons. After a hamstring tear injury, it has been hard getting back on track. Once I started back running, I noticed my hips were very sore, so with the app I make sure I do the 5 minute warm up and the hip flexor post run segment. It has truly made a difference in my running pace and I am in hopes of running a full marathon one day. I am grateful for this app and grateful as well for movement.

No more messy papers. As a Massage Practitioner/Personal Trainer/Health Coach, I was constantly writing down little exercises for my clients to do as homework. I even tried to shoot a bunch of videos to make something like this. It was overwhelming when my time is better spent with my clients. Now I have an app I use and can recommend to my clients instead of writing down little exercises on scratch paper. Great program!

Extremely helpful app. I’m new to the running scene . This app has helped me tremendously with exercises and stretches I did not know about . Very detailed and informative everything I could ask for next to having my own trainer . Also the support is super helpful if you have any questions!!

It’s good but there is always areas for improvement. I’ve had this app for a week and I’ll admit it’s going to take discipline to follow it every day. 1/2 the time I run with a group and meet them 15-20 minutes from where I live so it’s hard to do a warm up before I leave and I’m not going to lie on the cold parking lot asphalt to do it before we start running. Same goes for some of the stretches afterwards and by the time I get home I’m cold and done. One thing I would like to see instead of doing all the sets of the exercises at one time. The app should repeat the sets until you’re finished with the work out. The first time I did it I thought that’s what it did and then I had to start over when I realized it didn’t. A couple of things I haven’t figured out is: 1. I’m 50+ different days different parts of my body hurt worse and there is no way to rate the areas that are tighter than others and I can’t figure out how to change my focus points by starting over with the assessment, I thought when I purchased the premium it would let me but haven’t figured it out. 2. How to share workouts with family members. My son is training for his first 1/2 and I’d like to share custom workouts I created with him. Otherwise, I like the versatility of it.

I’m not a runner but I really like this app!!!. I’m a construction worker, I also do calisthenics 2-3 times a week but I’ve also got arthritis in my knees. I needed an app that had the right exercises and stretches that would keep me on the path to recovery and I think this is it. I also like the voice explanations and videos, plus you can pick movements that customize what you need help with. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it doesn’t write to the Apple Health app and I don’t use Starva or whatever it’s called.

Excellent. The app gives you canned "workouts" around specific muscle groups. I wish we could build our own out of contituent parts and that for every exercise there was at least one variation to make it easier and one to make it harder. Also it's sometimes confusing what exactly they mean with some reps. Strava integration reduces some friction and the price is right.

Accountability. It’s much easier to stay committed to keeping the body resilient through healing movement patterns when you get reminded with intuitive suggestions after each workout. I feel like Strava has really invested in the endurance community with this healing through movement addition to its training service

best. app. ever!!!!!!!!. Recover has completely saved my life. I’m an Olympic Trials Qualifier in the marathon and was looking for the best way to recover from the wear and tear of marathon training. Since using this app, I’ve had FAR less issues with my hips and IT band which tend to be stubborn areas for me. Training is so much better with Recover :)

Good ish. I like that I can publish my recovery to Strava, but there are hardly any free routines (I switch between two because they are the only relevant free ones for me). Seems like it should be free for me to make my own routine so I can do what my coach recommends and still post that to Strava. The best part is that I can track my soreness and that it reminds me to do some sort of recovery.

It works.. I just signed up for the Recover app last week because of some knee and hip pain while training for the Boston marathon. I have done the recovery strength exercises for both the knee and calf so far and can already see a huge benefit. There was a time before I download this app that I thought I may not make it through the 26.2 miles, but now I have hope that I can strengthen the supporting muscles for these tendons and joints enough for a pain-free run.

Just what we needed!. We signed up for an annual account so that we could use family sharing. Had little trouble getting the family sharing set up, but when I reached out to the developers they got back immediately and worked with us until everything was working correctly. We have high school runners heading off to college to run and a couple of parents who run to stay healthy and this app has been great for all of us! Love that you can pick out right where the pain is and get exercise to strengthen that area. We have had so much success with this app. Try it out, use if consistently for a few weeks, and I bet you will notice a difference too!

No more knee pain!. I’m in my late 50’s started running a year and a half ago. Started slow with waking, to walk run alternating, to all runs. Progressed in distance no more than 10% a week. Tried lots of things for knee pain. Better shoes, yoga, longer intervals between runs, a variety of warm ups and cool downs, running coach, strengthening exercises, running on grass, running on trails, and beaches. Still hurt. I have been using the app now for a month. Just finished 4.5 miles PB time. No pain. 😆Great value, short easy to follow videos. Video format talking only at the beginning then silent. You can watch the video without annoying repetitive narration. Videos continue until you are done. No need to start over. Helps in perfecting form.

A real difference maker. The on-demand tailored and easy to follow routines are paramount to my ability to fit proactive recovery into my incredibly busy routine. I just don’t have time to make routine trips to PT, nor do I always remember. The Recover App helps me set aside the 10 minutes a day for proactive that make a huge difference in my running.

All runners (and athletes) need this. Maintenance PT is essential for any runner to achieve their goals. Outside of motivation the one thing that will keep u from running and getting faster is injury. So many runners get injured every year when proper dynamic workouts can prevent this. This app showed me how to get rid of nagging soreness in my knees and Ive been running happy ever since.

the best app for runners!!!!!. Seriously. I am a high school runner who has been injury prone in the past, and has talked to some physical therapistsa however, this app literally has everything that any of those therapists would say + more and it's FREE! Obviously this doesn't replace a real doctor and it certainly isn't perfect, but as far as an injury prevention app it's about as good as it gets. Certainly pretty niche but if this is something you are into, you want this app!

Great app for runners!. I had been doing my own strength training and thought I had everything covered, but am realizing how many areas of common running injury I was inadvertently neglecting. I feel much more confident going into marathon training knowing that I’m doing a wide variety of prehab exercises. The app is very clear and easy to follow, and I especially like the explanation of why certain exercises are important. My only suggestion is more variety in core routines/exercises (including for those of us with diastasis recti).

New to the app. I’m new to the app and love this often overlooked component of training! I’m just learning my way around the app and I am using the free version. The stretches and strengthening exercises based on my needs are great! The one area that I don’t see is the forearms and hands. As a climber, I need some helpful recovery for my forearms and hands. Am I missing something? Or would you consider adding it? Thanks!

Great support. Just starting to use the app but had an issue w the premium version loading on my phone. Tech support was very responsive and helpful fixing issue. Exercises seem helpful and tailored. Hope they keep adding more, as I think I’ll move through these routines fairly weekly. Seems like a good app for runners therapy and strength!

Limited. This app has great stuff for lower body and covers most common injuries for running and cycling. However given the general name and nature of what they advertise they are very limited in actual recovery. There is hardly anything for core and most of the stuff for core is NOT recovery exercises if you have an actual core injury (such as diastasi recti or post op). And there is nothing for shoulder or upper body injuries at all. They definitely should hire a team of corrective exercise specialists and expand their workouts and library to cover those core and upper body recoveries. Until then 3 stars for how limited it is.

Great app, would like Apple Watch integration. I love this app, super easy and motivating to incorporate regular strength and mobility with my running routine. Love that it comes with a Strava subscription. The only down side is the compatibility with Apple Watch. I use Apple Watch, Strava, and MyFitnessPal for health tracking. The Recover workouts auto sync with Strava and MyFitnessPal, but as they don’t connect to my heart rate tracking on Apple Watch, they show up as zero calorie burn on MyFitnessPal.

AWFUL!!. Horrible from the start. I downloaded the app, created a profile and paid. Now every single time I open the app it asked me to recreate my profile. This when on for three days, I even tried uninstalling the app and trying on a different device. Nothing worked. I was not able to track my soreness as promised. The exercises are basic, at best. The estimated time to complete the routines is completely off. About the only thing it did do was upload a chart from Strava and send me text messages at midnight to remind me to recover. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

Stepping back up. Great assistance in building back not only physical strength but mental when it comes to training after an injury. Easy to follow, enjoyable commentary and semi close to personal tailoring/training for any level of athlete. After having a knee injury I truly kneeded the easy to follow workouts to help pass the time when I can’t be fully back out running!

Steady improvement!. I’ve had lingering pain for 3-4 years. It really only hurt when I wasn’t running. I’ve tried different stretches, rollers and massag3 guns with limited and temporary results. In the two months since I’ve begun using the app twice a week and I’ve noticed gradual, cumulative improvement. I’m really happy with this app.

Amazing app!. Incredibly functional and intuitive to use. Definitely should be in an athletes toolbox of fitness apps that one would realistically use. This aspect of fitness often overlooked (personally) until injuries present themselves. Great positive reinforcement to address proactively 😊

Convenient and effective. This is a really great app! It’s so convenient in that equipment is generally not needed, and you can do the exercises anywhere. The app explains the purpose of each exercise, and then demonstrates each of them. It more than pays for itself with only a few uses!

Nice recovery workout. I like the timer feature, and the fact that it’ll move through a work out. However, I’d prefer if it would give a cute when you should switch sides and would move onto the next exercise without needing interaction from me.

Great app. This app is great if you are a runner, or anyone who is physically active I would highly recommend this app. It quickly relieves you of your soreness with a short workout. Not only is it highly effective they also have great customer support and they are super helpful and nice. 10/10 would recommend

Helping me get more flexible with less pain!!!. As an older rider this helps with cramping and they are very convenient. I like being able focus on specific areas as well as using the pre-ride & post-ride stretches. Big difference since started using!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Who would use this?. Maybe it is just an undeveloped app but there is nothing functional about it. The voice instructions just repeats itself endlessly and there is no countdown timer or counter for the reps. It should have a start and pause button that goes through the amount of reps and it should have the voiceover say the instructions once and then be able to repeat them if needed. This was an obnoxious waste of my time and I am annoyed that it was an instrgram ad that hooked me into installing it.

Well Thought Out App. I’m running a trail ultra in a few months with lots of technical and hills. This app is exactly what I need to be fully prepared especially at age 61. I’ve run a lot of trail ultras and always felt like something could have been better prepared. I really think I’ll be as ready as I can possibly be with the help of this app. Looking forward to seeing the results!

Not working with Strava :(. This app looks like the recommendations I was sending to Strava to have an image of the body where you can keep track of your bad spots over time. I really hope it works the way I’ve always imagined it, but when I click “continue with Strava” it just opens the App Store in an infinite loop :( Hopefully it’s just a minor bug that will be fixed soon so I can try this thing out! And of course I’ll change my rating once I can actually get in :)

Great app, but the “soreness tracker” doesn't work. The app is great in providing multiple strength training plans, recovery options, and notifications to stretch after I run. The workouts take anywhere from 10-20 minutes. The free version is limited in videos, but the paid subscription is worth it! I use the app almost every day for recovery or strength training. The downfall of the app - soreness tracker. I cannot get my soreness tracker to work. I do the recovery workout, as there is no input for my soreness. I can't click on the chart to change the soreness level. I have tried deleting the app, signing out, and anything else I can think of to troubleshoot. Nothing works. I have emailed the company twice and still no response. I recommend this app, you will have to keep track of your soreness.

Great app. I’ve been using this app for about 2 months now. It’s definitely helped with areas that need strengthening and stretching. One thing I wish it had was a short video preview of the workout before I select it so I know if that’s what I want to do on any given day or in any session. Also would be great if you could get some people of color as workout demonstrators in addition to Meb. Brown people run too. Otherwise keep up the amazing work! Thanks for creating the app!

New favorite app!. I’ve been using this app for a little while now and I love it! It keeps me consistent with my recovery and strengthening. I love that you can choose different target areas to work on. The exercises are quick and effective and easy to incorporate into a daily running routine!

When you don’t want to do your PT…it’s your friendly reminder. An app for all runners (injured or not)- it makes doing your pre/rehab exercises so much less intimidating and time consuming. It is concise and gives you all the details (reps, sets, video) plus ab exercises and other strength. I was looking for an app like this for a long time and it’s finally here- simple straight forward mobile phone based PT in your pocket.

Recovery Athletics Running App is a way overdue evidence-based, user-friendly tool for runners.. Recover Athletics Running app is a way overdue evidence-based tool for runners. As a lifetime serious recreational runner and now triathlete, I have been waiting for something like this for years. The arduous task of obtaining a primary doc referral, scheduling and attending an initial PT appointment only to be handed a wordy description of what exercises/stretches my latest injury requires (sometimes with stick figure diagrams if I’m fortunate), I often feel like the experience of transferring meaningful recovery information could be more user-friendly. When I stumbled upon the Recovery Athletics Running app with the short, clear, and sharp videos specific to the injury I was ecstatic. This app is way overdue and greatly appreciated by this runner. The fact that the exercises and stretches are evidence-based from a highly credible pool of medical and PT professionals makes it a home run.

It’s Not Free. I’m really disappointed in the business practices of this app. They advertise that you’ll have access to the exercises needed to help with injuries at no cost. But once you get in, input all of your information, and have a plan created for you, you only have access to a couple videos and have to pay for everything else. To be clear, I have absolutely no problem in paying for something like this. My issue is it was not stated upfront. Please just be honest that it’s going to cost money (and how much) in your description. That way I can make an informed decision.

Has quickly helped my feet, ankles and sore tendons and muscles. Love the collections of targeted exercises. When they didn’t have a set for the peroneal tendinitis I’ve been dealing I told support and they put together and released a treatment plan in just a few days that has helped me to run pain free. Have also been helped by some of the other sets including the warmup routines. Now if I can just motivate myself to keep doing the exercises when I’m pain free!

Super useful app. With someone with extremely flat feet I’m prone to constant shin flare ups with increasing mileage. They have specific stretches and exercises catered to different parts of the legs that cause problems for runners and the exercises only take a few minutes each to complete. You can schedule what days a week you prefer to do your exercises and for what. Extremely helpful for high mileage runners to build strength and avoid injury.

Get it free with Strava it’s awesome. Finally! I’ve been looking for little post run supplemental workouts for at home or right after wherever I am at. This app does just that. Most workouts require minimal equipment like resistance band or roller. You can see a trainer doing the movements with you so you can see if you’re doing them right. Looking forward to incorporating more of the mobility into my routines.

Great app, one small request. The Recover app has been a great help to me providing stretches and rehab exercises to deal with the aches and pains of running. One request, it’s hard to see the timer when it overlaps the video of the person demonstrating the exercises because the black digits overlap the black clothing the person is wearing. Thanks for making a great app.

Best app to keep runners healthy. I love this app. As a coach and runner, I highly recommend it. The app generates recoveries based on your input. The studio is a great suite of strength training exercises and stretches as well. I’ve been using the app for 1+ month and the nagging pains I was experiencing before are gone. Now I use the app’s many pre-hab exercises to keep me healthy. I strongly urge runners of any ability to download and start using this app immediately.

Poor recommendations. When I got this app, it would make logical recommendations based on the workout I just completed and it would show how far I ran. Something changed and it recommends the same 2 or 3 nonsense workouts regardless of what workout I did. For example it will recommend a warm up after a workout. Disappointed.

Only way to stay injury free. This app is the best way to stay on top of all those little aches and pains that develop into injuries. On top of that it honestly has the BEST platform to elevate your game in running. Not only can you work on form drills and dynamic flexibility, but you have workout routines and core exercises designed by elites and curated by the best coaches in the business.

The best way to fight running injuries. As a seasonal runner, I have a lot of flair ups when I start running again in the spring. This app has been truly critical in keeping me healthy and running. Anytime I have a slight nagging pain post run, I open the app, complete the body scan, and marvel as the app walks me through stretches and strengthening that directly impacts my pain points.

All Levels of Runners Need This. I’ve always been skeptical about running apps; especially workout/stretching because they never actually target the needs of runners. But this does just that by targeting the needs of runners! Great app and easy to use, I highly recommend adding this to your arsenal if you’re serious about improving your overall fitness and avoiding injuries. One recommendation for the developers: if someone doesn’t know the area they are having a problem with, can a “click here” feature be added and then asks more details about specific area? Then from there a formula picks out the area that’s affected

If you run, you need this!. Recover Athletics is probably the best app I have found for runners (after the C25K app that got me started down this road in the first place). I have had injuries to my ankle in the past that were starting to creep back up on me. I was able to use RA’s exercises to help build strength in my feet and legs to help prevent further injury and rebuild mobility in my ankle. Definitely give them a shot! You won’t regret it!

All runners should use this with no exceptions. Every time someone complains to me about their running injury, I recommend this app. The free version is completely sufficient to decide if it will be useful to you. I upgraded to premium recently because this app has helped me feel in control of my running injuries. The workouts are short enough to not mess up your day, but I still notice improvements week-to week in my balance and strength. The Strava integration is key because the app reminds you to do a short workout when you finish your run, right when your motivation is high, and you can publish your workouts to Strava. You can absolutely use this app on its own, but I’ve been able to have my physical therapist approve routines and set up custom ones to help me recover from injuries. The app has everything you need and nothing you don’t (no ads, hallelujah). I found this app on an Instagram ad of all places, and I have no complaints because this app is perfect and it’s making my life better.

Enjoying the app! Great, quick reminders.. I’ve been using this app after workouts and I love that it uses my Strava history to suggest something that isn’t too long. I do wish it had a better timer. Something with a countdown after I switch exercises and also a light chime that tells me when to switch. Unless I’m looking at my phone the whole time, the timer right now isn’t very useful. Given some positions aren’t really great for also looking at your phone this would be a welcomed addition.

Run. Fantastic

Can’t sync Strava account. Unable to sync Strava account despite it being a Strava product

Recover app - A fantastic tool to support your training. The Recover app is a super, very simple tool to use to support your training either pre or post session recovery, mobility or core etc. Each session is short, well structured and have clear exercise examples.

Great work Strava connecting with this app.. Very happy to have this on my phone helping out.

No good. Can even log in after multiple attempts with my Strava credentials

It has promise, but is not worth a subscription in its current form at th. The app is great to help people identify exercises to help with soreness and mobility. However, for $15 a month I would except the service at the very least to integrate with Apple Watch (a companion app), send completed routines to Apple fitness, and most importantly guide the user through the workout. Instead, the workouts have a timer that counts up (if you choose to set one) with no guidance on how long to do a set once the workout starts, not a bell or other indication to alert you to move to the next movement/rest etc. I spend more time managing the app than focusing on the movement. The price is comparable to AF+, so I would expect the service to guide users through the routines. I’ll definitely come back if these updates are made, but it’s an incomplete service right now.

The perfect addition for a weekend warrior.. Stretching and recovery are two things that every athlete knows they need to do but is often cast aside due to time constraints or simply not knowing what or how to start. Recover Athletics is the perfect way to incorporate this practice into my training and has been a game changer for me. Even better it’s incorporated into Strava Premium so it’s no additional cost to what I was already paying. I’m loving the programs and getting good results from using the platform.

Alot of Potential. It’s a great concept, I like using it but do feel that there needs to be more guided workouts with more variety. The custom routine feature is a good idea but I find it very hard to actually build a routine on the app. I find you have to be extremely careful with where your fingers are because it seems very buggy and glitchy. I wish there was a way to share/learn from other users to build more comprehensive workouts. I almost think if there was a web based version of this app it would be easier to build workouts on a computer.

Great app - lower body only. Would love some shoulder and upper body routines, otherwise these are easy to follow and helpful, the format is great. Definitely my favourite app for targeting stretches.

Has potential. Glad to have this included in my Strava subscription, but I probably wouldn’t pay for it otherwise. Lacking some basic features such as set counter, and countdown timer. I also don’t think some of the stretches have enough cues to ensure that you’re doing them properly. Hopefully Strava focuses on developing this now that they’ve acquired it!

Not worth the Strava price increases $$$. Would rather have a less expensive Strava subscription.

This is better than Physio. This app is great at getting my kinks worked out. I hope they expand the different stretches going forward

Great for minor aches and pains. Really nice app for some minor twinges I have. There could be some improvements and updates for things but helped me manage some minor aches and pains

Great app. This is a fantastic app only done two workouts but very impressed with how easy to use and affective they I plan on doing it every night

Great App with UI Issues. Loving the app so far, just unable to use some functions (routine builder) as some buttons are inaccessible such as the “continue” button when attempting to build my own routines.

Simple, elegant, effective.. Recover has built an easy to use platform with customized exercises to recover faster and prevent injury. I feel like I’ve replaced my physical therapist with a daily coach in the lm of my hand.

App glitches. I love their emails with guided exercise but I had to recently redownload it and it didn’t read my account so I reupped my membership but it still never unlocked the rehab plan I want. At this point, I may be paying twice a month and still not getting access.

LOVE This App!!. I started using this app when I was recovering from achilles tendonitis. Now I use this app every day before I run & for recovery. As far as suggestions hopefully we can get an apple watch integration & a nike run club integration.

Clever app. This app is awesome! I struggle to make the time to stretch and I like that this give specific stretches for specific problem areas.

Great app! Some issues.. Love the integration with Strava. Some video playback issues in the workouts and experienced a crash once. Would recommend to a friend.

Great. I was lucky to receive early access as I attended the gbtc meet at Harvard University back in February and it’s been a great app with a few bugs but they have been smoothed out👍👍👍

Good design, but needs some work. I love the simplicity of the app and the clear and concise descriptions of the exercises. However, after entering all my sorenesses and info, it just recommends “Hip Flexor” every single day. Algorithm needs work.

Very Nice. Wide variety of exercises helpful not only for reducing soreness but helping speed and form with strengthening exercises. I am yet to sustain an injury whilst using this app.

I like the idea, but they’re missing arms and wrists.. Those are the two areas I was needing, but they’re not there. And why do you have to pick from a list? Why can’t you just click on the body?

Simple and Effective. I love the minimal design of the app, simple to follow exercises, fully customizable routines. I would recommend this app to anyone who is interested in keeping yourself fit, athlete or non athlete like me.

Just discovered. I recently discovered this and am enjoying it. I’m currently suffering from plantar fasciitis and was wondering if you could add this rehab to the program?

Game Changer!!. As a hyper-mobile athlete, warm-up and recovery has always been the biggest challenge to consistent workouts - mentally and physically. Recover guarantees I always have a high-quality, guided warm up, cool down or strength training available whenever I need it!!

Love the app.. It motivates me do strength train. I am excited for more content. It would be nice if the app track the workouts we do daily too so I remember what muscles I worked on that day.

Too much restricted. Really great, but there’s just too many things that you need premium for. But the available ones are definitely helping me.

Right ankle pain. I have sprained my ankle 5+ times in my like l. I always have a pain/soreness in my right ankle after running even just a few miles. Since downloading this app and taking the time to do preventative work outs - my ankle issues have improved greatly. Thanks!

Fantastic tool. I am a competitive runner and this app is very useful for bringing awareness to areas of my body that need rehab and then offering methods to actively heal and strengthen those weaknesses habitually. Also love the positive healthy culture of recover athletics and the newsletters they send out.

Nice app!. If I don’t know what to do fr running Strengthening this is the app for you Strava intergration great customer service pretty intuitive UI

Nailed It!. I’ve been running for a few years now and this app has helped me feel smoother and stronger than ever! I would highly recommend it to any runner trying to stay consistent in their training!

Constant Problems. I purchased a premium subscription. The app would not recognise my subscription for 3 days. Two weeks later I updated the app and it’s lost my subscription- again. No customer service. No one to contact for help. The exercises are helpful, if the app lets you in, but they’re not worth the hassle.

Must Have App. Remarkable stuff here! Super helpful for any type of athlete, including those seeking injury prevention or for those at almost any stage of actual injury. Could not recommend more strongly.

Download this app... you won’t regret it. Tons of useful exercises and stretches tailored to your specific needs, super useful posts on Instagram almost daily, and a great newsletter. Molly Seidel loves it... what more is there to say? Also Kafker, Stewart and Jimbo are total zaddies 😩💦

App is losing its value. I really loved this app but the new update is really killing me. You’re making me pay money every month for Upper Calf Stretches?? GET RID OF IT. It’s a filler exercise that wasn’t there before! You got rid of better exercises as if nobody would notice!! A lot of prehab routines were ruined in the new update. Please fix this.

Exponential Return on Investment. So great to have a resource targeted to a runner’s needs. The workouts are fast and very low impact, yet incredibly effective. Easy to do while you’re watching television or on a phone call. Highly recommend.

Great for legs. I am a cyclist but this app hits all the right spots. Maybe they could develop routines for cyclists as well—which would likely involve a little more emphasis on hip flexors and core

Saved me a trip to the PT!. I stopped running a few weeks ago after my shin splints starting acting up - sad! Stumbled across this app guy and started incorporating it's strengthening program a few times week and went for my first run yesterday with no pain! Thank you lol very cool app 👍

Good but needs modifications. I like the guided programs for each area. However, I would like the program to be able to combine trouble areas and then combine the structure of the workout so that it captures the needed exercises. For each trouble area without duplication. Currently I have to move from individual trouble area and then there is duplication of exercises.

Pretty subpar app. - Editing existing routines is hard, if you want to change the muscles being targeted you just have to make a totally new routine - There’s no way to look at individual exercises and instructions before a workout - No way to quickly sub exercises in a routine - No way to skip or edit individual exercises while doing a routine

the best recovery app possibly ever. Such an awesome tool for recovery and injury prevention! I’ve struggled with shin splints for so long but this app has given me some great exercises for rehab to stay on top of and prevent any future injuries! 11/10 recommend

Want to give it 5 stars!. Like the title says I like the app for what it is and does. I have to take a star off because the error loading video in every stretch/strength/etc… Very annoying!

So excited about this app!. Really easy to navigate and seems to have really helpful info. I love that it can connect to Strava!

Worth every penny. I love the app! Easy to use and broken down into “doable” sections. I also appreciate the sections on plyometrics and drills.

Amazing app. This app is fantastic. Ive ran every day for the past 10 years - this has totally improved the quality of my runs and decreased my injuries! 10/10 recommend.

Great app!. This is the perfect tool for people getting over a nagging injury as well as those who are injury free and trying to stay healthy. The app presents exercises in a way that is very clear to follow both visually and audibly, making it easier to create good recovery habits.

Unreal!. Huge fan of this app. Awesome way to stay on top of the aches and pains that come with distance running. Helped keep me off the sidelines this winter. Highly recommend!

GREAT app for runners. Really excited about this app. I have been dealing with chronic pain in foot while I run for years, but this app has helped me run pain free for the last couple months. 10/10 recommend for everyday runners.

This app is amazing!!!. I love all the stretching videos! I feel so much better after I complete my recovery routines. And I love all the personalized features in the app! It’s super easy to use and the design is slick!

Boo Ya!! A++. This app is great! It actually helps with my recovery process and nicely goes through the proper steps to get me back to full health to get out there and run. Highly Recommend!

Perfect for Injury Recovery. As a runner who has suffered from many injuries, this app is perfect for correcting imbalances. I am loving both the pre-hab and rehab for my injury prone areas. I wish I had something like this years ago.

LOVE THIS. This app is informative, easy to use, and fun! I’ve never felt more in control of my nagging injuries and pains. I would high recommend this app to anyone - whether you are currently fighting an injury or healthy and want to stay that way, give it a shot!

Great, Huge Potential. I’m glad I found this app. Someone clearly has put a lot of effort into making an app that actually helps you recover, which is huge for me. I love that it integrates with Strava as well.

Excellent when videos fetch. Really enjoy the workouts, but the videos fail to fetch maybe 33% of the time, which is a bit annoying when trying a new routine

Helpful app. So I’ve been getting back into running recently... I’m a very busy transgender. This app provides a clean way to track my soreness

Liked it before I was locked out. Was an early user of recovery and thought it was great. Unfortunately I got a new phone and have been locked out of my premium account for weeks now. Support hasn’t been able to help me and I’m still not back into the app. Unfortunate.

Rave Review. I discovered this app today and have only done 2 workouts, but can say with confidence that this is exactly what I have been looking for! Kudos for excellent work in creating this much needed app!

Much needed. This is all the stuff I say I’m gonna do but don’t follow through on. Their customer service is amazing and very responsive I can’t wait to see where it takes this training cycle

Great supplemental tool. This app has substantially helped me to enhance my recovery habits. W/ a slew of different analytic tools at my disposal, I’m able to break down trends of my recovery over set period of times, and supplement this w/ stretches and other useful post-recovery tips. Thanks for the help!👍🏾

Finally a runner focused app. Exactly what I needed! Love the workout variations and all seeing what the pros do. Sticking to a consistent schedule has allowed me to eliminate hip and lower back pain!

Helpful for Recovery. I like thst this app has a combination of strengthening and stretching combinations. It is nice thay they are short so I can usually find time to squeeze them into my day. Occasionally, the exercise is not explained well or the recording doesn’t work or match with the video. But overall, I like this application so far.

Good structure. I like having a structured program based on my activities and not just doing random exercises.
