This is a cheat. It won’t take an image of the area I want. I just wasted my money.
DON’T GET THIS APP. Paid $12.99 & I can’t even get it to scan. No contact information to reach anyone for help & no option to cancel. Bank will be cancelling payment.

Waste of money. I have an iPhone that does take good photos but the scanning part is not picking up my rash, maybe because I have freckles and it’s trying to scan those?? Also when I go to look at the last scan it glitches and isn’t opening it up .
Unreliable. Ended up with shingles app said swimmers rash -apps never diagnose things correctly
Waste of $$. Not reliable at all. Identified the same rash multiple times with different names, and different confidence levels. Not worth the download. I’ll try and get my $12 back haha

Rash ID. The “AI” worked very poorly, with three out of four alternative diagnoses being almost silly. The app was only marginally batter than similar, but free apps. Getting and using symptomatic information would have probably improved the results.
Glitch. Wouldn’t know what to review- won’t let the user past two swipes of start up info and just stops . Charged & can’t use
Literally useless. It wont scan, it says its one of 10 common rashes. Zero ability to distinguish. Utterly dissatisfied

Ceiling Identified as a Wart. I just turn on the app and camera was facing the ceiling and it popped up that it was a wart. No, it is a ceiling with a lightbulb. Also I had it read a rash on my child’s back and it identified it as chickenpox. I am not sure it is but the description had misspelled words and sentences that didn’t make sense. I do not trust this app to give me accurate information.
The Worst App. This app doesn’t work. The screening process is the worst. This app needs a total overhaul.

Inaccurate every time!. I purchased this app because I had a rash pop up on my back after being at the beach. I assumed it was heat rash but thought the purchase of the app was worth the confirmation. I scanned my rash and it came up with chicken pox. I knew that was incorrect so I tried again. The second time it said scabies. I felt that most likely inaccurate, so I tried one last time. The third time it said melasma. I finally decided to go to the doctor after a week without improvement and it is, in fact, a heat rash. The only thing accurate about this application is that it will give you inaccurate results every time! Don’t waste your money!
WORST APP EVER. This app was a waste of money and time!! All of these results were false!!
Terrible. I have two rashes (my leg and arm) and they are the same rash, yet this app gave two different results for each rash. And the results looked nothing like my rash. Not only that, the tap locator thing is wack. It wanted me to tap like off the screen. Total waste of money and a total waste of my time
Terrible. 3 different scans on the same rash came back as 3 different diagnosis, none of which are accurate. Don’t waste your money.
Awesome App!. My daughter had ring worm and this app helped us figure it out when the pediatrician could not! Wonderful app!
Lifesaver. I had an allergic reaction to Aleve and this app helped me figure out what was going on and tray my symptoms. Not sure what I would have done without it!

Not reliable. A friend asked me about this app, so I downloaded it to test it. I had a small rash on my shin that I took a picture of and the app told me it was a tick bite. I don’t live in a part of the country where ticks are. I am a physician, and this is definitely not a tick bite. I then took a picture of my nipple (I am male) and it also told me it was a tick bite. I love the idea of an app like this. Unfortunately, this one is not reliable.
Doesn’t work well.. It worked two times but it would not scan anymore after the two. Todays technology is not good enough to be accurate.

RIP OFF!. Listed a rash that was for KIDS and did not itch or burn! My rash is on fire and itching like crazy. I took a better pic and tried again….same results. I used the app for less than 20 minutes & they refuse to return ANY of my money. DO NOT PURCHASE!
Zero help. Did not help identify the rash at all. The results that came up were completely inaccurate. I read the info just out of curiosity and it was also not very informative even if it had been that particular rash…which it was not. After I took the first scan, I could not get it to scan again for a different view of the rash region. This app might be helpful if you have lived under a rock and don’t know how to identify basic, common rashes but you would probably be better served just opening up a random parenting book or doing a Google search for free.

Total waste of money. It’s doing none of the things it advertises… I’m getting NO diagnosis and I have scanned several places. It isn’t showing any of my scanned pics so who knows if it’s even scanning. I feel like this is a total rip off and I am requesting a total refund!

Not a reliable source. I scanned the same rash 10 times and each time it gave me a different answer. Once looking in the images catalog I realized it only semi-matches your picture to theirs. Unreliable and inconsistent.
May be a scam/way to collect body images you don’t want them to collect. I had a rash and wanted to avoid a trip to the clinic. Open the app, followed instructions, and the app said it was scanning my body… Then nothing happened. So it now has several minutes of pictures of my body. And there is no way to contact them for tech-support. No way at all. I have filed a claim but just want to warn people.
Don’t waste your money. Gave me a different diagnosis everytime. Going to the doctor tomorrow. I’ll be surprised if it “guessed” right any of the times.

Completely unreliable. I had a rash that my doctor said was poison ivy. Before going to the doctor, I tried this app. It identified the same patch as impetigo, scabies, poison ivy, ringworm, and a few other things. Basically, it scrolled through all of the possible rashes in the app and randomly attributed the same rash to all of them. Wish I’d saved my money.
Don't Buy It. I took several scans of the same rash, on the same day-each scan gave a different "diagnosis". A total rip-off.

Useless. I snapped several pictures of a rash and each time the app gave me a different answer. In a time when youre struggling with a health issue you don't need further uncertainty.
