Next race button. Love watching and betting right on the app. But it would be nice if you could move to the next race without having to close the video. Once the results are posted, the next race button is gone. Would be nice to see feeds from the every track that is on the iPad/iPhone app on AppleTV. Roku and LG apps would be great too.

Easy for first time users. Easy to use and they explain all the different types of bets too

Great app!. Initially before downloading I read other reviews of the app and they were all over the place. Was hesitant to download due to seeing all the complaints on how it didn’t function properly. Gave it a shot and downloaded it and it’s worked flawlessly for me.

The New Update I Do not like. 1. I Don't like the Balance Being moved 2. I don't like how you have to scroll all way up at the top to see the minutes, it was easier scrolling to the minutes in the previous version.

Just good fun. Easy to make bets and win a little gear and there and I’ve never done horse betting but this has me hooked!

First weekend with this app and I already hate it. Pop up messages that block the navigation until you click on them, freezes constantly, what are these guys thinking? DK app is so much better.

What happened to my account login and winnings. I have used this app for some time but recently and all of a sudden, I have login issues. And customer service is total garbage. All automated. I have tried numerous times and I can’t get a live agent.

Fanduel racing. I created an account I funded the account three minutes later my account was suspended. I was asked to send documents over. I provided the documents. No response in 24 hours. I provided the documents again. No response. It’s been a week. I provided the documents five times. No one‘s gotten back to me. I have sent over a dozen emails to get somebody’s attention and all I get back is generic messages. I am not allowed to speak to someone in the chat while your account is suspended so it’s impossible to get a hold of anybody. Terrible experience. I love how they’re going to respond to this. Please email us here for your concerns but they never respond back.

Automatic Landscape Mode on tablets iPad. This app works fine on a mobile phone so why on a tablet is it mandatory to be in landscape mode? This makes the live feed claim to be unavailable but with that black box notification fully visible you can x it out and the feed comes through fine. I’ve had to do it a thousand times since I’ve started using this app. But in landscape mode that x is out of frame. This is lazy oversight. Why does this app have to be in landscape to work? Make the “feed unavailable” notification x button visible and it may work fine but in landscape mode ITS OUT OF FRAME!

Credit card fees charged with SLI-TVG deposits. Beware that I was charged a $10 cash advance fee from my credit card company when making a $50 deposit with SLI-TVG from my Fan Duel account credit card. Fan Duel has never charged me this fee. I have not received my $50 promotion deposit from them yet but was charged $30 in cash advance fees so far. Very unhappy with the Fan Duel endeavor.

Say goodbye to Alamony payments!. Well after being recently divorced I needed a new hobbie. This app came around just in time. And good news, if I lose all my money on the ponies my stupid ex wife can’t have it. Jk it’s a great app and a lot of fun.

Terrible. I’ve tried them all and this is literally the worst app I’ve ever used. Signs you out every 5 minutes or so, was just in the middle of a race when it said Face ID required and went to the Home Screen, they try to add little animations when you click on a horse rather than using there time for for more racking info….. pace, na that doesn’t matter

Easy to use. Got a nice sign up and deposit bonus through their promo. Easy to understand, made some small bets and broke even. Won a few, lost a few, first day! Had fun. I would like to be able to bet WIn/Place/Show as an option but don’t see it. Despite that, I am enjoying a new addition to my sports viewing.

Location verification nonstop-ation. Every time I close and reopen the app now I have to login and verify my location even though I haven’t gotten up from my couch for the last few hours. 😩

Hack company. They rig contests and steal money from accounts. When asked why account isn’t working,”look out for an email” that never comes. Don’t be confused by the company response, they literally have people who wouldn’t be hired to run the fry machine at mcd. Avoid this company of thieves and use dk

Great experience. I don’t usually leave reviews (good or bad) but I felt FanDuel deserves some praise due to the easiness of using the app and fast payouts directly to bank account. Having used a lot of horse racing apps FanDuel is top of the list.

Easy. This app makes it so easy to bet horses! Finally an easy platform!

No sports? No DFS? Ok, this is sort of fun. I don’t know anything about horse racing but I’m bored with no sports or dfs so I decided to give this app a try. The app is easy enough to use, and gives enough info that I haven’t had any problem placing competitive bets. Fun, well made app. Wouldn’t expect any less from FanDuel.

Let’s go!. Nice switch ! Definitely entertaining while your favorite sports are not on.

Transparency. Customer service agents have no idea what they’re talking about. I asked why I couldn’t withdraw my money and they said it was because I needed to wager through the bonus even though I already had. So I go and bet another 100 on a horse and I STILL couldn’t withdraw. Then all of a sudden it’s because my deposit hasn’t cleared. The app needs to make this transparent to the user so I’m not asking customer service agents. That’s how it is on Sportsbook so why is it different here

A great alternative. I’m really getting interested in horse racing and I can see myself getting entertained for a while longer. It’s really fun!

Streaming on laptop device doesnt work all the tim. I really do like I experience it for the first time yesterday,, I have no problem using my phone,, but when I use my laptop o could not get live streaming,, it always came up not available

Nice. It’s decent while no nba Mlb etc. quick easy although it said make deposit and they match in FD $ but I have yet to see it. Sometimes says can’t enter and wants me to call but to me should have explanation right then and there.

Sneaky and misleading deposit scams. I played on FanDuel racing for weeks thinking that they were a decent site with no deposit fees. No such fees are stated when you are making a deposit with a credit card or debit card and this is why I chose this site to wager on. Little did I know they were charging me $10 fees each time I made a deposit. Nobody would deposit $50 knowing that you’re going to get charged $10 extra for that deposit. After contacting customer support the representative named Antonio said that their policy is listed and sent me a link. The link the he presented me with was about a 10 minute long read that is not available to customers using the FanDuel racing app unless you really search for it. Please do not even consider using this sight after reading this. They are sneaky and unaccommodating when asked if they could rectify the situation. Antonio was not helpful and essentially made me feel like I should’ve know already.

Needs to use proper terminology. Instead of boxing your bet you have to hit the “ANY” tab. Which is mostly self explanatory but it’s different from the way must of us learned and completely unnecessary in my opinion

DO NOT USE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. I am an army veteran, I have used this app multiple times to bet and never had an issue, I usually make smaller bets here and there but decided to make a big bet for once of 500$, a couple minutes before the race I say no way go to request to cancel says cannot be cancelled error I try to cancel again and it down not work, race starts I contact customer support, they tell me I can prove I canceled before and there site only says I requested to cancel!! The did not work with me or anything basically just said sorry your out of luck!!!

Horrible experience. TLDR: Fan Duel happily took my money before locking me out of my account (and deposited funds). Customer support could not give me access to the account. I tried to use Fan Duel Racing to bet on horse races while on vacation in California. When I initially set up the account, everything went fine and I was allowed to deposit money from my bank account. As soon as the transaction went through, I was logged out of my account and told that I could not access my account because sports betting is illegal in my state of residence, regardless of where I was currently geographically located. That meant I had zero access to the funds I had just put in. After several weeks of attempting to get help from very unhelpful customer support, I finally just disputed the charge through my bank, since I was unable to access the agreed upon services. Fan Duel then sent my issue to a collections agency. I ended up just paying the collections agency to avoid the whole mess, so I never got my money back.

First time using a horse racing app. This is my first time using a betting app for horse racing, but it is very easy to use and navigate and I like it so far.

Make your betting app like this. This app is amazing. Easy to use. Never crashes. Flows well. Can find everything easy. Love how you can hide your balance. Make your sports betting app like this

Email spam oh mie. Gonna leave you guys very soon because this being emailed every time i open the app is completely unacceptable and you can’t turn it off. None of the other horse racing apps do that. 2 stars instead of 1 cause the app itself seems decent quality.

Fun. Didn’t know this was even available but it’s been fun. Live videos are a nice bonus so you can watch and see your bets at the same time.

Great app. It’s another awesome FanDuel product! I just wish my balance was one in the same with FanDuel Sportsbook, instead of having two different balances between the apps.

Don’t Download!!. They fail to mention that unlike normal FanDuel if you use a credit card they will charge you a $10 cash advance fee wash time you deposit. Their customer service agents are extremely rude, unprofessional, and don’t do anything to help with issues you’re having. They blame you for issues their app is having. Use other horse race sites. This is a major fail

Live Races!. Pretty cool that you can watch the races through the app

App Crashes Non-Stop. For the last week, service time out. Shuts down every 30 seconds to minute. Also most days where the app doesn’t even open at all. Extremely frustrating. When you’re making last minute bets (and can’t), when you’re watching your bets live and it crashes. Seems unacceptable at this point. No issue at all on regular fan duel. Started going back and using winners instead

Unable to open. I have been a member for a month and last night I lost my app for the races, I’ve tried for support and I have no luck, could someone help me

Horse Racing Newbie. I have never tried to bet on horses before but during this pandemic I’m trying anything now. The first big plus was the easy signup and great first deposit bonus that was very friendly for someone that only wants to put in $50. I quickly have become hooked on betting the constant stream of races that are always going on. It has a tutorial to get you started and a pretty clean interface. A few things that would make this 5 stars for me. A little more info on tutorials like for international bets and easier way to learn more about the tracks or what the importance is of things the tracks show on their broadcasts. I feel like the odds don’t always update the fastest. My biggest complaint is that the broadcast blocks information on betting on my iPad so that I can’t see anything without turning the broadcast off.

Smooth Interface. Easy to deposit AND withdraw. Just a little bummed I couldn’t directly link my bank but use PayPal is fine. Mobile navigation is great and betting is easy. Love being able to watch the races as well.

Loading errors. Is anyone else having trouble loading the app? Everytime I try to load mine. It goes to a white screen. Please help.

Inconsistent Support Staff. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I was a first time user and opened a chat with support to ask about the first time user promo, which I was told I was eligible for. A day later, my bet settles and no insurance was applied to my bet. I opened a new support chat just to find out that I didn’t apply for the promo, and the info I got from my previous chat with support days earlier was incorrect. Absolutely ridiculous support and poor way to treat customers, especially new ones. Would not have placed my bet in the way I did had I not been given incorrect information. Waste of my time and money. Will not be using FanDuel/TVG, and highly recommend you take your business to a company that has a better support staff and actually cares about its customer’s experience.

Customer service is TRASH. Don’t worry. If your account gets flagged? You have to sit in a very long line that take on average to 30/60 mins to get ahold of someone. And then they will give you an automated message. “Account team is looking into it, be on the look out for an email.” That won’t come for 14 plus days. Or just never get back to you. Hack of a company. Use DK.

Maintenance Takes FOREVER!. I placed a bet early this morning at apricot. 9:50 am and the race started at 12 noon, the system went down for maintenance right after I placed the bet and here it is already1:35 pm and it’s STILL DOWN! Don’t know if I won, couldn’t watch the race live, do your MAINTENANCE WHEN NOT MANY ARE ON NOT MAJOR USA RACES!

Not really FanDual - poor slow payouts. Don’t be deceived by the FanDual name in front of this app. They are not really affiliated and have their own rules. Payouts are slow upwards of a week before customer is granted their winnings.

Doest work on iPhone 10 or iPad Pro. Works some of the time, but win money and try to withdraw it. Won’t happen. only allows deposits. Plus it keeps logging off when trying to make bets. When I called teach support they were useless.

Difficulty with opening App. I opened a new racing account, made a $300 deposit and have been locked out of app since making the deposit., Plus all my efforts to speak to an agent to seek help have gone in vane. Very Angry

SCAM!. Made 3 deposits, 2 though debit card and 1 through PayPal. All said declined and but all 3 were taking from my account and then they held my money for 5 days! Thousands of dollars! Clearly using people money to pay off losses! This cannot be legal!

Very Buggy. It’s great when it works, but the app won’t open or crashes 50% of the time I try to use it. Not what you want when wagering your hard earned money.
