Needs work. The game itself is fun, and I have enjoyed playing it for almost a year now. Lately, however, numerous gameplay issues are showing up and not being addressed. I have turned in numerous “trouble tickets “ to customer support, and their reply is “we are working on it,” but months later, nothing is fixed. I am beginning to suspect the developers have abandoned the game. At this time, I do not recommend this game, and I certainly wouldn’t spend real money on it. I do hope they will release updates to fix some of the bugs, but until then, pass this one by.

Fun but.... It needs work! You cant get any details on resource tiles for one. It would be very helpful to see how much a rss tile has as well as how long it would take to collect from it. One other aesthetic note, the high noon thing has wind sound effects, but no gun shot sound at all... must be a good silencer on the gun. I will change my rating if the developers make the changes thst are truly needed

Dead Game. Game is dead…no updates for the past 6 months….broken events not fixed…only still listed to milk more money…also if your new you have no chance against older players…find a different game…you will be glad you did

Great game, but not for the WEAK. I’ve only spent about 20$ to support the developers and I’m doing well. I’ve had no issues with power players because of the shield you can activate and also the strength of your alliance. Tips for beginners: upgrade your warehouse to protect your loot and research economy/development so you don’t have to pay to upgrade, most important thing is to join an alliance. The stronger you get, go to a stronger alliance. when there’s nothing to do, talk in the state chat to learn tips in the game! GOOD LUCK! Shout out state 25!

Pure pay to play. This game is pure pay to play. You can’t grow because players dumping money in the game will attack 20-40 times in a row. You can’t stop them because their purchased troops out number and out power your troops. They limit your resource gathering but let players attack other players as much as they want. Developers do nothing because some one who spends $7000 plus lines their pockets. All the developer does is give you some resources and speed ups if you contact them with complaints. So they just feed the pay players. Stay away unless you plan on dumping tons of money into the game or like to get attacked over and over again. Rebuild just to have it taken away again and again.

Stop. Do not download this game! It is broken and developers have no intention on fixing it! It is a waste of time and money. Hundreds of thousands of players have quit this game because developers won’t fix the issues that they have allowed to destroy the integrity of the algorithms of this game.

It’s Good, But.... Overall the game lives up to its style play, and is actually simple and fun, however after the honeymoon stage of playing and leveling up your town. You will start getting spam attacked, and it’s possible for a single person to attack your town 40+ times (or unlimitedly until you have zero resources or wall is zero). Because of that reason alone it becomes frustrating. I feel the game should make attacking a city more of a bigger deal, try to limit the craziness somehow. Like for example maybe attacking a city can be declaring war if your in a group and you attack someone else in a grp that would mean all production of resources is cut in half for both sides for everyone until peace. And people who are not part of a grp make it easier to gain protective shields however the trade off for having shields up a lot would mean you produce less troops as shield is up. But not being apart of a grp would mean you can still get attacked unlimitedly if caught whereas a grp member can only be attacked a limited number of times and even then the grp leader would have to give permission sense it would effect the entire grp. That would be a nice twist to the game.

Nice game. Need to be able to turn sound down and needs to sync across multiple devices

Fun game, lot of bugs and developers seem to ignore complaints. Title says it all. Gets frustrating with some of the bugs but still a fun game. If the developers responded to complaints and made effort to make improvements I’d give it a 5

Reconsider playing. Was fun at first. Started playing and worked town to lvl 16. Then had software update message. After update was done, lost all progress and town. Got sent to a completely different state and had to start from beginning under different user ID, I wasn’t the only one. Most people were complaining of the same problem. Keep getting kicked from server.

Avoid this game. Money pit.. All they care about is your money. Win something? Too bad it’s a glitch and they take it back. The devs answer complaints withe premade responses. Report button doesn’t work. Copy button doesn’t work. Block button doesn’t work. ‘Prizes’ are mediocre. A level 30 can’t get orange level 30 gear but there are plenty of smaller players with all the gear who ‘won’ it. Constant predatory ads that pop up in the middle of a battle. Very hard to advance even if you throw a ton of money at it. This could be a good game but their greed knows no bounds.

Great Game. Exactly what i was looking for!! This is my first online game, so enjoy talking with other players. In my opinion, the purchases are expensive, but most are worth it!!

Developers don’t respond - game is broke. I was enjoying the game and even spent money to advance my play quicker. A few nights ago, there was a glitch after an update and the game didn’t work for 12 hours, then when I did get back on, I lost many of my upgrades and strength. The game is functioning at about 75%: I contacted the developers 2 days ago and only got back generic responses. I enjoyed the game when it worked but I feel cheated after putting money in the game only to see the game not function correctly. I am in State 30.

Thieves!. Constant problems with the game after maintenance. Customer Service is usually a waste of your time giving “canned answers.” So many things still do not work...block button, copy button, report button. Only way for you to advance is to spend money and then if they screw up, all sales are final and you can’t get your money back. Nothing to see here, find a different game.

Slow to load. Why is it slow it never had an issue before what’s with doing maintenance so often annoying as heck freezes a lot On further review good game but if you discount the orange heroes it would be even better good game too many glitches

Fun Game. Better than all the other games of this type that I have played. There are mission you can still accomplish even when you build que is full. I enjoy it.

What a game. It is an awesome game. Once you start playing it is hard to stop.

Moving buildings. The game has some really good qualities, such as I can move a building. However, the buildings aren’t anchored, so every time you touch one it moves. I tried to contact support. You have to fill out a ticket, and your info doesn’t automatically populate. So here I am, I’m a decent sized spender taking money elsewhere.

Pay to play. Pay to play game. There are many who buy so the chance for game growth is very small. Constant excuses from developers, always asking for more time. I’ve played for over 2 years, game has always had major glitches which cheat players out of power and resources, to complain to developers is a waste of time, they only care about the players who are buying. So in conclusion, fun game if you want to buy packages weekly, but other than that there are many others with the same layout, make your own choices.

Nice game.. Very cool game , I would stay it still do some updates to maximize the gaming experience. There should be an option to see the other alliance profile , also there should be a way to Add different alliances as allies, union or Enemies. It will be very helpful to be able to categorize them. Also I think there should be a faster way to grow the level of the alliance. It takes forever to grow your alliance as far as building the Guild.

Developers have abandoned. Don’t play. It seems that the developers have totally abandoned this game. There are large problems and events that are broken and have been for literally months and they are making no effort to repair. They don’t even send out mail to let you know what’s going on nor do they send out compensation for the massive amounts of loss that we have taken due to the broken events. Also this game is highly geared to making you spend money, example a while back they added new better hero’s to the game however there is no way you can earn shards at all, the only way to get them is $250 per hero! The Alliance store has been broken for over a month now and that hasn’t been repaired. Many people have quit the game so the States are dying and for those trying to hold on your playing in a ghost State. We have all sent ticket after ticket and the answer each time is we are working on it.

Paused then shuts off. It won’t work on older devices or iPads that are 2 years old. It’s sad but it seems game developers and phone companies + tablets have a contract to make us pay for new devices every 2 years because it becomes obsolete. FACT. * but the game looks like fun, I’ll try it on phone then re post later. Thanks

Horrible Customer Service/Server Issues. I’ve been playing for a few months now and have even spent money on the game. I’ve found issues with the game and customer service is no help, never responds. The game is down quite frequently lately for one reason or another. It’s currently been down for 13 hours as I write this review. This is in the middle of one of their biggest events in the game.

Horrible Customer Service. The developers made mistakes during an upgrade. Players exposed some glitches and utilized it to their advantage. I’m doing so the developers banned those players. Multiple of them have reached out to get their account back and have been denied.

0 Stars if I could(Developers fraud and theft). Do not download this app the developers create issues in game so they can steal your money. You make a purchase get what you pay for then the next day they update the game stating there was an issue and you lose all your purchases and all the equipment without compensation you rebuild and the next day there’s another update and you have to start over again still no compensation that is fraud Because now they have your money and the product you purchased and you get nothing absolute waste of time and money do not download this app it is a scam.

Don’t Bother. Don’t bother even starting this game. Within a few hours of playing you lose your shield from being raided by other players. As soon as that happens, high level players raid you non-stop. You spend the majority of your time repairing what little you have built instead of actually building your town up.

Used to be a great game. I’ve been playing this game for almost two years, and while I have advanced pretty well, the game developers do very little to update the game. The game constantly lags and there are A LOT of bugs that result in many of the neat features in the game to not work at all. Players, including myself, have sent complaints to the developers and they pretty much ignore you. I’m about ready to quit soon, and I have spent real money off and on.

It’s ok. This game is very nice but it seems like a copy of Red Dead Redemption 2. The game isn’t an 18+ game like Red Dead but when I watched to ad for the game it look like one of the missions in Red Dead were they tried to blow the train tracks but it didn’t work. My point is I rather spend my time playing Red Dead.

Love this game so far!!!. I have played a lot of games like this but I love the western idea! I seem to be in a good state and not being over run by big players! I find if you talk to people they are more willing to leave you alone so you can grow! Definitely worth playing!!

Age of war, State of survival style game.. A WAR GAME. If your not into command and conquer quit now.. or you will be crying about being attacked when your weak.. it’s a WAR GAME people attack other people in war games.. with any war game get in an alliance ASAP first day.. you need support and hive. Build up what you can, then get in a better alliance.. always network up the alliance ladder that can protect the level you have become. Also the alliance rewards help free player grow faster, yes you can benefit from paying players alliance gifts, the better the alliance the more gifts to grow faster.. always max out what buildings soldiers need to grow, and your wall, before leveling up your main building. keeping those needs met, will give huge amounts of soldiers.. and a nice wall to hide behind.. don’t stay in a dead or stagnant alliance, they are like neighborhoods.. a bad one could hinder your growth.. a good one could protect all the hard work you grinned for..

I like the game but.... I love the western theme and I think it’s a good game except for the fact it isn’t balanced. The amount of resources, gold or actual dollars spent does not give much in return. To recruit hero’s you need 100 pieces (way too many) and it doesn’t show anywhere to get the pieces needed except buying them. For $50 you get 20 pieces which would mean $250 for the hero. The resources given for alliance technology is very high for the little bit of points in return. I think 100 points into alliance technology for each donation would be a lot more fair. I would also like to be able to ask for help with training my army just like with building and research. The way it is now there is too much gathering of resources and waiting for things to finish and I just started playing two days ago. I don’t think I will be able to stick with the game if it will be even longer waits with higher levels, as all free games are. I understand the developer wants to make money but more people will spend $5 for a package than they will $50 and stick with the game longer if it were better balanced.

Rip off designs. All the designs are a complete copy of characters from rockstar games red dead redemption two. Other than that it’s relatively fun besides being like your normal click and wait games, also it is very pay to play and the story isn’t really all that captivating

Good game gone bad.. Beginning in the summer of 2021, support began deteriorating rapidly. Vital components (chat, store, gold rush, etc) began breaking one after another, and remain broken. Our server went from well over a thousand active players to less than thirty. Virtually all of the money players left — why spend money on a broken game? With no revenue coming in, this game is done. I strongly suggest you find something else.

Love this game!. Love that we get to play with people all over the world and all the friends we make along the way!

Playable. Pretty decent game glad to play it not hard to gain power just only a couple of dollars and you’ll be on your way to the top

Spam. It’s not worth it. Once you level up to get past the start point, you get spammed attacked by this major account players. You end up restarted again, again. Not much of a war game, but pay or take the time to build just to be spammed attacked by way larger players that you can never reach their level. Much of a scam game. Not worth the spending.

Stuck on chapter IX western justice. It’s says follow the quest and I’ll press the quest thing and it won’t let me do anything else it won’t let me press anything it’s like it gets frozen I’m not 100% sure why it’s doing it but it won’t let me do anything after i restarted the app so many times and it will do the same thing not sure if it’s a bug in the game or not

Upgrade & lose peace shield. Why can’t the gaym Developers create something fun where we Dont get scouted to get raided then bombarded? So in order to move forward we need to upgrade town or building to Lvl.8 but wait, doing so will remove our peace shield, then we have to buy peace shields daily so we don’t get attacked/raided.! Yeah thanks that sounds like moranic I mean fun.

Very Pay to Win. No don’t get me wrong all these games are paid to win in one way or another. However this game takes it to a whole new level. There are no time attacks at all in the game. Meaning if you spend enough money and get your castle big enough with enough troops you become literally untouchable. Those Untouchables completely believe the entire server. Every time you have your trips out of your castle or on bubbled you’re at risk of losing your troops. The cost of healing is huge. So even the smallest mistakes such a back exponentially in growth. I spent maybe $300 in my first month trying to grow as fast as I could only to find out how bad the pay to win model is and now spend nothing. I’m still playing very casually as I search for my next new game. If you play, you will find a lot to enjoy about the game but do not spend real money unless you plan to spend thousands and be one of the dominators.

Eh. It’s a cute game but it is full of glitches and customer support has different excuses each time. Know that your 24 hour shield can drop well before then for NO reason. I have been talking to support for a week and each time a different answer on why that happened and I’m not the only person who has had this issue. You should stop covering up issues and be honest. People are not stupid 🙄

Very glitchy. They did a recent update and since then the game has been very glitchy. we were even kicked off the server for a few hours during a kill event so many lost everything, they did not shield everyone because they don’t care apparently. They don’t even respond to reviews which gives you a great insight. Two days since update and no iOS update only other platforms. I have spent a good amount of money on this game but I will not be spending anymore it is clear they don’t care about their players they just want the money. It’s sad because it was a fun game. Happy hunting

Fun while it lasted 2 weeks max. So I love gaming and this game started off great then all of a sudden in one night of 6 hours of sleep my town was spam attacked by the same player to the point I can’t do anything I can’t research I can’t upgrade I can’t even make new troops you get no notification that you are being attacked unless you are logged in the fact that some one can attack you repeatedly and drain your town is completely wrong it will take me at least 2 full days just to get my resources up enough to do anything it’s extremely hard to get peace shields and your “alliance” dose nothing to help protect you when you are attacked so because off all this drama and other stuff that I’m not gonna get in to I’ll be uninstalling the game

Fun game. I think this is better then most of the old west games out there.

Money pit. What a shame. A real fun game but once again if you don’t spend huge amounts of money, those who do will keep attacking and taking everything. You can buy peace shields but there expensive, and so is buying gold to purchase them. You’ve been warned!

Was good…..not anymore. The game was good for the first few months I played it, but for tha past 4-5 months….the developers have quit doing anything. They don’t fix the problems. Events don’t work. Events were removed. Customer support is nonexistent. Don’t waste your time or money on this. This game will be lucky to make it 3-4 more months

This game is fun but. I enjoyed this game so much that I made a few different characters but after a recent update it’s near impossible to beat level 7 defend the west and its part of the main campaign so you cannot progress I’m probably going to uninstall now

Better than I expected. I really didn’t think that I was going to get into this game but when I see my boyfriend playing it every single day I had to see what he was doing I ended up loving it and the game is a Really extremely fun addicting game one that can be time consuming game! one that I get lost into and I definitely get into it , my boyfriend downloaded it on my phone and I am in his Alliance and everybody in my alliance please every day ! Addicting. Love this game its compared to my other game. Def need to upgrade on the graphics because sometings are a little off and sometimes the game glitches but other then that awesome game!!!

STAY AWAY! WILL RIP OFF YOUR CREDIT CARD. I used the subscribe option for items in game. I was charged but did not receive any items for two weeks. I wasn’t very upset, I figured I could contact there “support” people for assistance. So I did, and it led to a four week runaround. First they wanted the receipt from my email, so I sent it. Then they wanted the i tunes receipt, so I sent it. I also send them a screenshot of the charge from my online banking.... then, they stated they needed the I tunes receipt screenshot again (they sent me a sample of what it should look like) .... I then realized the windows in the sample were from a desktop computer. This game is mobile and tablet only.... so I jumped through another hoop, found a computer, got the screenshot, emailed it to myself , sent it to them and then...... they told me I should consult with i tunes with any issues. I politely responded back and received a message back asking me what the issue is and if I could explain it to them. Like the last four weeks of messaging didn’t exist. I jumped through all their hoops and question dodging, and in the end I get to do it all over again. Take your time and money to an honest group of developers that are worth a dam. Stay away.

Developers Abandoned this game. If I could have given a Zero Star review I would have. It used to be a lot of fun but, since the game hasn’t been updated in over a year…. The graphics shown here on the store are NOT what is in the game. Very disappointed.

Fun Time Waster Until it Stopped Opening. I will say this game was a fun way to spend time relaxing at home while it lasted. Sadly, the game no longer loads. It opens and remains on the “loading” screen in perpetuity.

Locked. Started to play this game and was enjoying it but then it locked up at quest 4. Every time I log in it will only let me click on that quest and thus keep locking me out.

Crap game BEWARE!!!. If you want to rebuild your city and repeat everything you did before and not get anywhere then this is the game for you. I get everything done the day before go to bed and it’s all burned down and I get to start over again times everyday equals deleted game!!!

Needs more.. Needs more women as Heroines and recruits. And how about choosing a gender for the protagonist? That would also greatly raise the bar.

Needs a lot of work. Been having a lot of lags and there was suppose to be an update a week ago and still haven’t gotten anything and I shielded one day and lost everything due to game lag

Server has been down for almost a month!. No response from game developers! Has been almost a month since players have been able to access the game! No response on Facebook page! No response from customer service contact on game loading screen! This is unacceptable and theft of monies paid!

Enjoyed it for about two weeks then it became unplayable.. Started getting spam attacked and could not gather resources fast enough to rebuild.

Keeps closing out ever few seconds.. Do not know why but it stops working ever few seconds and I have to restart it you can’t get anywhere.

Stole 20k Gold. Where is my 20k Gold, really I paid money for that Gold. I purchased your hero John and you said I would get my gold back in 3 days. When the time was up I got nothing. What kind of crap is that come on do better just lost a active player. Enjoy it.

Fix the game give a update. The devs have given up, translating doesn’t work anymore for about a year now, the devs simply just given up to many bugs in the game everyone just wants a update the ones that stay and play
