Will keep charging you but not complete your order. Be wary of using this app. Twice it gave me an error message saying it couldn’t process my card, when I tried to complete the purchase . My checking account said otherwise - I got charged twice; however customer support said they couldn’t find my order and I kept receiving “you forgot something in your cart, come back and complete your purchase.” So now I’m $50 out and FreeGifts is saying they can’t help me. I have to go through my bank. Completely turns me off ever trusting this company. I’ll gladly take my business to their competition . Btw I used their website to get photo tiles about a year ago. The photos are now peeling from the tile. Like I said, look elsewhere.

Decent products overpriced shipping (Updated). The quality of the products are good. The free blanket is more like a throw or a baby blanket. And the shipping is so high you’re paying for the FREE gift anyway. The shipping is expensive on all their products. The free blanket didn’t even weigh 2 pounds, cost $15 for shipping and took almost 2 weeks to arrive (after it shipped) Ripoff. It should be a flat rate shipping. I won’t be ordering too many things from them because of it. The products are good quality but not worth the sky high shipping price. Update: the developers responded with a ridiculous excuse of “look at how many positive reviews we have” response. The products themselves aren’t a problem. It’s the fact that this company has duped people into paying high shipping fees for these items when the actual cost of shipping is half what they are charging. People are rating the products which are high quality. When you pull back the layers, people are being deceived. The free products aren’t really free. You’ll actually pay for it in the shipping cost when the item cost less than two pounds AND it’s been shipped snail mail.

Bad printing on the blanket. I ordered a blanket cause it looked cute and the reviews said good things. I was also excited that it was free and all I had to pay was shipping. As I did more research, I determined the free blanket would be too small so I decided to pay more for the larger size. Now I regret getting one all together. The printing on the blanket looked really bad. There were weird creases over the photos that made them look distorted, as if it was printed over the creases and when the creases are flattened, the image looks extremely distorted. I wish I hadn’t gotten the blanket since it looks so strange.

Their other apps are better. For the life of me I can’t figure out why this app needs so much space on my phone. I can’t even update it anymore because I don’t have enough space on my phone, and I’m not deleting apps I use every day just so I can use this one once per month. The app has tons of bugs. I can’t pan and zoom how I want on my own pics, and I don’t care if the pics i pic will turn out blurry on something, I have an old phone with a crappy camera. It’s all I have.

Meant for Valentine’s Day. Earlier this year my fiancé was in the hospital and it was around the time for Valentine’s Day. I got the email for a free gift and decided to get him a blanket with pictures of us. Unfortunately he didn’t make it till then. Now I hold on to the blanket and I’m able to see is happy again. As hard as it is to miss him I can look at our blanket and remember the love that we shared. Thank you FreePrints from the bottom of my heart. 💕

Never received order. I would give a zero star if I could..... I ordered a photo blanket in NOVEMBER 2020 For my daughter’s Christmas present. It is now April 2021 and it never arrived. I understand the shipping is out of this company’s hands once they ship it off. (I received a tracking number that quickly became invalid)..... I’ve contacted customer service a few times for a REFUND or to RE-PRINT AND RE-SHIP my blanket. Preferably with priority or expedited shipping since it’s now been 5 freaking months but no one has worked with me to make this right. I don’t recommend this company. Many people seem to have a good experience and that’s great but my daughters photos are too precious to have been printed on a blanket that is just out there in the world maybe in someone else’s hands..... I’ve had no problem with the other photo app “Free Prints” where I just print my photos and just put shipping. But these “free gifts, just lay shipping” I will never do again. Someone needs to contact me about making this right. REFUND OR RESHIP ITEM

Photobooks and now post it pads. Everything has always been great clear photos and exactly as ordered(that may sound silly but it doesn’t always happen company decide they like a different style). NEVER ORDER HERE. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!! Do not spend money here they will take your money and not ship your item then never answer you!!!!!!!! I ordered an item back on November 28th, paid it in full. They created a shipping label for it and it has never moved since. I have tried reaching out to their customer service for 2 weeks and no one is answering me. They send me an auto message that says to reply if not received by additional days, which I’ve reached those days, and they just reply with the same message sending you in circles. I can’t even get a refund because no one will answer they just take your money and don’t send you any items!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Gifts and Free prints are awesome apps!. This a great app so is free prints it’s very convenient and is great for cute meaningful gifts at affordable prices you definitely get your moneys worth anywhere else would surely be more costly then needed. I think these two apps are very thoughtful offer a lot and is overall really worth it. I would and will absolutely recommend and continue to use!!

Don’t have high expectations. I ordered a free calendar on the 4th of December and haven’t gotten it yet it was suppose to be here on the 16th of December but when I track it. It is still sitting in the same place since the 16 of December wherever ups passed it off to usps so my family pictures is just sitting somewhere but I won’t be ordering for free no more because I what I paid for shipping I could have went into a store and got a picture calendar and paid that price and have my calendar already done and picked up so that is what I did but my concern is my family pictures is just somewhere and emailing customer service is a crock because all they do is send you a message saying they sorry for not getting your package give them some information about you and they going to look into it well I did that over 3 times and still no response to where my package is so with that being said I’m going to delete this app and be done with it but I will recommend not to us this site just go to a store and have whatever it is you want done and pay and you will have your item whatever it is you want and your photos won’t be circulating around somewhere waste of money ……. Beware of free lesson learned

Good app, good item quality.. The app itself is good. Easy to navigate and has a good selection of items. I have gotten quite a few free gift and really like most of them. I just received my free photo blanket it’s so soft. The only problem is they cut my dogs head off in two of the pics. I did edit the pictures to fit so I was a little sad. Can not complain about anything else though. The magnets and ornaments I ordered are perfect and arrived quickly. Overall I’m impressed with this app.

Severely frustrated!. Normally I have wonderful service but it is so aggravating that I have paid for an order back in September that I have never recieved I used to never have any problems with my orders but it has happened few times now and I could contact them by message and would get a response and they would make it right they would get my order re sent if needed and didn’t charge extra now I am out $29 for first order and also tracking number they give doesn’t show up from my post office and supposedly they sent out a replacement of what I ordered oct 3 rd was supposed to arrive by the 14 th but it doesn’t even give you an option of a tracking number plus they charged me $8.46 to send that one!🤬 I have sent messages multiple times asking for help or answers as to where my packages are but no response! I want to know why they do not have a phone number to call to try and get this figured out! I have always loved everything I have gotten from them and made many gifts and order every month photos books gifts tiles etc! But I may have to move on to somewhere else!

Very Happy. Got my free blanket in the mail a few days ahead of schedule. They did a very job. The blanket is super soft and my photos they printed on it came out amazing. I was totally thinking they would be grainy since the were printed on a soft blanket, not the case at all. Fantastic job to all who were involved in maligning it. I will definitely use this again in the future for gifts with that personal touch.

Slow then Fast. Once I got the photos that I wanted to use for my gift I thought I’d got a dud app because once I submitted to add to cart I had to wait and wake my phone for almost 15 minutes however if it’s half as lovely as I hope it’s worth the wait, I had no issues with leaving the app and coming back to finish but I did have some issues with flickering and glitches while I picked an album to get my photos from but I worked with it, I will update my review of the gift if it’s horrid or any issues in the future but over all so far so good

False arrival dates.. I ordered over a week ago and the company promised to have my items delivered by the 15th, it’s the 15th and my items still haven’t even been shipped yet. With that being said, I’m expecting it to be another week if not longer until I receive my items….. I will no longer be needing them at that point due to the fact it was a Christmas gift and I won’t have it in time to take with me to where I’m traveling too. Thanks for the “promised” date, now I need to figure out a new gift last minute ☠️👍🏽

Free gifts is fantastic. I used Free Gifts for the first time, and was amazed and delighted. It was easy to use and had a nice choice of items. The personalized pillowcase I ordered was so nice and was even better in person, soft and a cute design. The blanket I ordered was easy for me to design and I had a lot of designs to choose from. Both items were delivered quickly and the they were so soft, and well made. The prices were very reasonable. I know I’ll use Free Gifts again.

Disappointed.. After using this service 3 times and only ever receiving one of the three items I paid shipping for I don’t think I’ll be using this service again. Customer service was very unhelpful, mostly because they never followed up on my request for a refund or the whereabouts of my item. An item being lost in transit is out of the apps hands and I fully understand that. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to get s response or a refund. I’m taking the loss because this app isn’t giving me choice but to. I don’t recommend downloading this app from my experience.

Best Photo Printing Service. I have tried every photo printing app and FreePrints is the one that stands out! Their prints have always been perfect. Even the ones I thought would be a little dark or fuzzy. And for the first time ever, the thousands of photographs I have backed up on cloud storage, I can enjoy every day throughout my home. Thank you for making it so easy to share my children’s smiling faces with extended family and friends.

Not a happy customer. I have made multiple purchases last year and many attempts this year. However, I have not been able to purchase any more products from this app or company. Every time I enter in credit card info, the app declined every purchase and says to call my bank. There is nothing wrong with my bank and when I emailed inquiring about the issue, it took their department over a month to respond to me. Stating that I need to update the app. The app has been updated and I’m still having issues with ordering and making purchases. I’m done with them.

Free gift. I absolutely love the Prints and tiles and the books and everything but you got this free gift once a month so I ordered a blanket for my lmBFF and care giver who passed away the very next day so I wanted to give the blanket to her daughter it was supposed to be delivered on 19th of June and we still haven’t got it so now I don’t know because I’m traveling cross-country on my way to Florida because I’m moving I don’t know what to do. Better Than Any Other!. The FreePrint apps far exceed even that of Shutterfly! my family christmas ornament came in perfectly and beyond what I expected. my photobooks came in perfectly as well! (i even spilled water on one of them! but the ink never bled through the pages!! quality material!) highly recommend to everyone to try out all of the FreePrint apps (Gifts, Prints, Tiles, and Photobooks!)

Disappointed. I really love this app and wish I could’ve given 5 stars but, my recent order is soooo late. I’m worried it won’t arrive in time for Father’s Day. This is an exceptionally difficult year…and most likely won’t ever change. My oldest of 4 passed Sept. 5, 2020 at 25 years old. My husband doesn’t ask for anything ever. I wanted to surprise him with something special so I ordered a customized photo gift. It should’ve been here June 10th. Then the 12 and after that the 14th. It’s now the 16th and I just tracked it again and it’s saying it will be here tomorrow. Needless to say, I’m not holding my breath.

Digital isn’t as personal as something tangible. I love this app❣️I’ve received so many beautiful pictures and canvases that have capture the most precious moments! The options are endless for memorable decor to great personal gift ideas. The cost of shipping is inexpensive compared to the cost of developing and printing any other way. It’s saves time and money and what you get for the cost is priceless!

Love freeprints apps.. I haven’t tried the free gift yet. This will be the first time ordering from free print gifts. Now I ve been ordering from freeprints for almost a year. It’s my favorite app ever. It’s also True that your picture r free. Just pay shipping plus each time u place an order freeprints unlocks extra. I would recommend this app to everyone thank you

The gifts and prints and amazing! Everything gets delivered pretty quickly after completing the purchase! Great!. This is a terrific app. Not only do you get free prints every month, you get a free gift every month (just pay shipping, which is reasonable). I got a lovely fleece blanket with pictures of my cats one month, and it gives me great pleasure to snuggle with some cats who are no longer with me as well as some that are. Highly recommended for anyone who likes photography.

Gimmick As Usual. I humored them and installed the app, took one look and deleted. Was going to get my “ free” gift, a tiny 30”x40” blanket, and they wanted $15 for “ shipping and handling”. Folks, picture it, pun intended. 30x40! One side not even as long as a yardstick, the other 4” longer. They call this a blanket??? I call it a throw! And the BOGUS $15 for shipping!!!! That thing is so light anyone could mail it for around $5! I worked in a shipping dept. for 14 years and believe me folks, theres NO SUCH thing as a “ handling” charge! Its a phony,, contrived term, which just means you are PAYING for the product! Nothing is free! Wake up folks!! Get any of these products done at a local shop support your local businesses and probably pay way less. SMH

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on the App Store before. I HIGHLY recommend FreePrints and all its sibling apps! I will forever use them from here on out! 1) the quality is AMAZING! Much better than I was expecting! 2) the customer service is easy to use and great, everything arrived except my photo prints and within 15 seconds I had them replaced free of charge/shipping fees! 3) they make wonderful gifts for anybody, I did the calendar for last months gift and I was pleasantly surprised with just how customizable it was. All of the items I’ve gotten since joining have been top quality, affordable price and fairly quick shipping during the crazy holiday season and winter storm! Wish I would have found you guys sooner!

I like what I got. My first free gift was the mug. And WoW 🤩! That was really awesome and made me really excited for the free gift the next month. My second free gift, were the playing cards and they are cheaper quality. They will only last one night of poker. However, I chatted with the nicest customer service person that was great at showing me how to change the font and its placement. AND the family crest image looks great on the cards making the Hubs happy with his birthday gift. So the review, I’m giving them 5 stars based on the outstanding mug and the customer service. The cards are okay but more importantly they taught me to consider the products and what type of quality they could be.

Inclusivity. The Christmas ornaments that you can order around the holiday time are very cute however I believe they need to be more inclusive to all types of families for instance, if I want to order an ornament for three people I have to chose two adults and one child. Some families don’t have two parents also some families are of mixed races and genders, it would be nice to be able to customize the characters for the ornaments to suit your exact family. Lastly sometimes the shipping fees can be deceiving when you receive a coupon to order something for a discounted price or for free because the shipping is so high it covers the cost you were initially going to pay in the first place. Otherwise a nice app.

Pretty amazing app for personalized gifts!. The free gifts aren’t always applicable, but it’s still awesome as a option each month. I’ve claimed 2 gifts so far. The second was a pillow that was supposed to arrive by Aug 28th but didn’t show. The tracking number still said processing. I send a trouble ticket and had a new shipping number in just a couple days! Awesome customer service. I love the photo mug that reveals with heat, too!

The VERY BEST photo app ever!. I have been proudly using FreePrints for several years now, and I have not once been disappointed! There is no other photo app that compares. The rest of them have some “bait and switch” or some add-on that you have to buy to get your discount. I bet you know what I mean. Even the shipping rates are very low in comparison. I get their 85 free prints every month without fail. I give away Bible quotes on beautiful backgrounds. I’ve been doing this for more than 5 years, and I’ve never been cut off or “expired”. First Gift Ordered A Blanket. I ordered this free blanket for my mother in law. I was skeptical at first because I have never used it. But I was extremely satisfied, not only did the blanket come faster then the date they gave me it was beautiful. The pictures came out so clear I love it and I know she will too. Amazing can’t wait for next month to see what’s next.

TLDR: thanks for the memorial blanket for my dead dog. I don’t usually promote companies... But let’s talk about FreePrints. It’s a company that gives you 85 free 4x6 physical pictures printed out every month. Just pay shipping. But, then there is FreePrints gifts. They give you one gift a month free (unless you up the size like I did). On the day My dog passed away, I got an offer for a free photo blanket. Usually something I would ignore and pass by - I don’t need more blankets, even if it only costs shipping. Clicked on the offer and enlarged the blanket a bit (I think this was $35 total), and ordered a memorial blanket. It was supposed to take two weeks to arrive. I got this blanket one week after She passed away, on a day I was really struggling. And the pictures are fantastic, and the blanket is so soft. I get to cuddle my girl again.

I love this app so much. I really regret not using this app as soon as I was told about it. A few years ago someone told me about how awesome this app was. This app has helped me become a better person, a better gift giver, a better family member and it keeps my wallet where I need it to be, full! All of these products are of the highest quality, they are shipped quick, they have awesome people you can call if you have any issues. I will be using this app forever and ever and I let everyone I talk to know because it has changed my life for the better. Great Costumer Service. I don’t usually write reviews or promote companies. I am very impressed with all the apps: free gift , free tiles, free photo books, free prints. I had an issue two times: Once I couldn’t make my payment go through and once for not receiving an item. Both times, costumer service got right back to me the same day and helped solve the issue. Last fall, I ordered the blanket (upgraded the size). My kids loved it so much I ordered each one for Christmas. The blanket is very soft and warm without being thick and heavy. I’m happy with other items I’ve ordered. The school picture option let you use any photo and inserts just the person onto the background you choose. I used this when the kids took terrible pictures on school picture day and retake day. I’ll probably use it bc again next year.

Great company.. UPDATE I wanted to update everyone I got in contact with someone from the company and after some confusion, they made it right with me! Which is awesome as I just got engaged and will be able to use them for everything when my special day comes! I love a company who will stand behind what it tells its customers! Especially now with this pandemic going on! I 10 out of 10 recommend them! I’m very disappointed with this company. I ordered a Christmas gift from them an was told I would receive free shipping but I was inevitably charged shipping. What I ordered came in time for Christmas and was beautiful but I will never order from here again. A business should honor their word in my opinion. So just beware they definitely lie.

Plush blanket 30x40. I got the Free Gift Blanket for a friend with their wedding photos on it that I took. Being a photographer I was worried about the quality the photos may loose being transferred/printed onto a blanket but thought “hey it’s only shipping cost”. BUT OMGGGG the quality, the crisp photo, the VIBRANT colors!, the softness. Everything about the blanket was great! It’s a perfect child size (30x40”)but my friends immediately hung it up in their dining room because of how nice the photos came out LOL we were all extremely impressed with the blanket & my friend immediately downloaded the app haha at this point I assume the other products are just as great in quality

Free Prints + Photobooks,Gifts & tiles. So far this is the best app I have stumbled upon! At first I thought it was too good to be true but then I ordered a Photobook for a gift and absolutely fell in love with it and ordered one for myself, but I didn’t stop there, I also ordered my free blanket, and now that one! I love it so much I never want to use it because I’m afraid it’ll get messed up. Now I’m up late and I’ve just ordered magnets. I have so far loved every single thing I’ve received and been so pleased with the prices that I have boasted about it and 2 family members have also gone and ordered things!!

Gift not received. My order has not been delivered to me so I contacted the delivery company who claimed not to be able to track it down because obviously there’s an issue with the tracking number . I haven’t heard anything back from anyone. I’m a very loyal customer to this company and this was my first time ordering a gift and I must say i am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the services. My daughter has been asking for her surprise for days now and sadly there’s no trace of it so far! And the scary thing is her face is all over the blanket! Please assist!!

Terrible customer service. I was really pleased with this app all year. Until I tried to order the personalized calendar and the app couldn’t process my card. I wrote customer service and Corrianne W wrote me back asking me to use a different method for payment. She stated their app was having issues and since I didn’t have another payment method, I was out of luck. It literally cost $8.64 to ship the calendar, and since it was their app that didn’t work, they couldn’t be bothered to cover the cost to make the situation right. I have ordered almost every month from this app and never had a problem, but when I do, they offer zero solutions, even if it’s their error. I’m deleting this app.

Not impressed. First order was for a blanket. Quality is not what I’d expect, but it was free so - okay. The real problem is the shipping. My last two orders never arrived. In both cases the customer service was quick and responsive. They immediately shipped out replacement orders. The only problem is I never received the replacement orders either. In all 4 cases the tacking shows the package stalling in Windsor, CT enroute to USPS. I just requested a refund for my latest order that was never received.

The 30 X 40 throw. This is the best thing that’s come along in a while. Because it was free catch my attention so I worked on it for about an hour till I found photos that were clear n clean. End results ! My nephew’s family loved it! My great niece (9) and great nephew (12) decided they would each have this very plush small throw in their room for a week each. Do I have to say more? Great gift next time I’ll spend the price for a bigger throw!

Mug. My Father passed away 2 weeks ago, so I ordered the mug of myself and my 4 siblings when we were very young on the front side, my parents when they were Married, the middle side, and the back side was a picture of myself and my 4 siblings 50 years later. She is so very happy with the mug. I love all the products you have. There are so many items to choose from. I will always buy from this site. What an Amazing company. Thank you so very much.

Disappointed in Indiana. I used free prints gifts to purchase A blanket for my mother-in-law. A throw was delivered that was just a plain blanket design no pictures that we picked. I sent a message to free prints GIFs no response I sent a second message to free print GIFs no response I have now sent a third message to FreePrints gifts and I still have not received a response. I paid $33 for a blanket or throw with pictures of her family on it that haven’t been together in over 18 years. And I cannot get the company to return an email and to fix the issue. I am so disappointed I would not recommend this company to anyone let alone purchase anything else from them.

Products are beautiful , shipping and customer service is a joke.. I paid $15 for an item and $22-23 to have it overnighted. The company used two day shipping, and the item, now worthless (welcome home banner), was a day late. They persisted in lying to me despite it clearly saying it should arrive by Tuesday on my “orders” and then claiming according to the shipping service it was on time. It’s on time for UPS because you didn’t overnight it as promised and as I paid you to do! Still no refund, and customer service is still acting stupid.

Extremely aggravated. I placed an order on December 10 here it is January 25 I have yet to get it I’ve tried contacting them sending the messages I’m getting no replies. I have in the past ordered other items from you I have gotten them I actually ordered one at the beginning of January and I’ve already gotten that this calendar is very important to me and I really need to have it I’ve already wasted one month just about of a picture that I haven’t seen. I love this company. I’ve been ordering free photo tiles, books and prints for years. One the odd occasion when something had been damaged they send another immediately. Their quality is great. I’ll continue to order from them.

So happy with my order !!. Was honestly very scared to spend almost 40$ for a 60x80 blanket for Father’s Day but I’m so glad I did !!! This blanket is amazing and super soft !! I’m definitely not disappointed and the pictures are nice and clear, not blurry like I thought they would be

Order way in advance more then two months.. I ordered from this place a month ago and still haven’t gotten my product when I emailed they fixed the order to be redone but when I ask when it will be shipped they send back once shipped it will take 7-10 Business days. Holidays are coming up and now I might not have our Christmas gift. Order way in advance more then 2 months to make sure you have your product when you need it.

Love Love Love FreePrints. I love all of these apps. Great quality and delivery is awesome. Have never had a problem with anyone of the free print apps!!!! Crashes and Crashes and Crashes again. I just downloaded the app for the first time. It says I have a free blanket, but in order to get the photos in, I have to find them. Well I can not find them in time before the app crashes once, twice, three times, and more by the time I have finished it crashes again. Then I finish the blanket, pick the wrong size, and as I set to go back to fix that, it crashes again. I refuse to start over for a third time. It was hard enough finishing them the first two times I did it. 100% unhappy customer.

Amazing service great quality. I am truly amazed with them. I ordered a free blanket for my sons birthday. It was a mixup at the post office so reached out to customer service explaining the issue. They were able to track my blanket and got it to me on my sons birthday perfect . Thank you! Can’t wait to order again

Great quality, great price. Even though this is one of those business that advertise “free” products that they just include the price in the shipping costs, I’ve actually been a loyal customer for over 3 years and they don’t disappoint. All of their prints have always been high quality, arrive on time, and are still affordable. 10/10 recommend

Necklace. Very poor quality on the pictures chosen. The hole in the photo square was too small for the crappy and cheap chain that was sent to hang the necklace on… too big to even go into the hole drilled on the pictures…. The picture will hang crooked even if it can go onto the chain because there was not a separate hanging link for the picture to hang from the ugly chain from. DEFINITELY overcharged for a cheap and class-less crappy piece of so-called jewlery. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DOG-TAG necklace…. It is CRAP!’ 😡

Photo blanket. I love it!! I didn’t have high hopes cause I figured the pics would be blurry an not good quality for the price but was I WRONG! It’s beautiful an the pics are Soo clear an can see every detail! Thinking of getting my mother one cause she now wants one from seeing mine.

Awesome service. I love their products so much, but what really makes this company great is their responsiveness to questions and requests for help. Sometimes I can’t quite get something lined up right and all I have to do is ask for assistance and their editors are able to take care of it. I really appreciate the extra mile and attention to detail!

So fast!. I placed my first order in October which was for a free canvas print. I ordered a duplicate of the canvas for a gift and I’m so glad I did! They are beautiful and arrived in less than a week! I had a beautiful canvas with a collage of photos from my son’s wedding before they were back from their honeymoon!

Loved it 😍😍. Ordered a throw blanket for my mother in law for Christmas turned out great pictures were clear and perfect.... she loved it made her cry... even arrived earlier then the date it said it would arrived within 6 days of ordering it. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Thanks

MAJOR quality decline. This used to be my favorite app! The quality was spectacular and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, the last several orders have been very poor quality. Crooked, sloppily assembled, and very dark prints. It’s really a shame. I just ordered my last item from them simply because it’s the cheapest. I really hope it doesn’t come out too badly, or I’ll be officially deleting this once-amazing app. :(

Gift not received. My order has not been delivered to me so I contacted the delivery company who claimed not to be able to track it down because obviously there’s an issue with the tracking number . I haven’t heard anything back from anyone. I’m a very loyal customer to this company and this was my first time ordering a gift and I must say i am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the services. My daughter has been asking for her surprise for days now and sadly there’s no trace of it so far! And the scary thing is her face is all over the blanket! Please assist!!

Their other apps are better. For the life of me I can’t figure out why this app needs so much space on my phone. I can’t even update it anymore because I don’t have enough space on my phone, and I’m not deleting apps I use every day just so I can use this one once per month. The app has tons of bugs. I can’t pan and zoom how I want on my own pics, and I don’t care if the pics i pic will turn out blurry on something, I have an old phone with a crappy camera. It’s all I have.

Used to love. I used to love this app and would order things from it all the time. However, for someone reason, I have tried to get my months gifts and it won’t take my payment info. I chatted with someone who told me the only thing they could do is tell me to get a PayPal account and pay that’s at. I’m not making a PayPal account just for this app. I’m hoping they get this fixed soon because before it was amazing and I raved to everyone I knew about it!

Hit or Miss Unfortunately. They had free magnetic photo strips one month (just pay shipping). It was horribly grainy and unclear. I actually bought a 2nd set because I wanted to give it as a gift to comnemorate a trip. Some things like calendars are okay, but that photo strip was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately I opened that package after ordering this month's free item, a photo towel. So I have serious doubts now about whether that will actually be acceptable quality or a waste of 16$ shipping fee.

Moose’s beautiful blanket. I ordered a blanket from you in December with a photo of our Beloved Moose. He had passed away from canine epilepsy and almost three years later it still hurts ; I miss him so much. We actually put the blanket on the wall and it is awesome!!!!!!! I don’t feel as heartbroken when I look up and see the blanket. Thank you for the beautiful work of art!!

Stunning Keepsake. I ordered the mile stone necklace with my four children’s names on one side and their childhood nicknames on the other side including their birthstone in the middle. I received it today and cannot say that the quality could have been any better! The writing is crisp and clear and meets every expectation and dream I hoped for. Definitely something to consider buying!

No Customer Service. I have tried contacting them for a month. I paid for an order and never even received it. I have sent email’s and I get the same automated email. With no reply to my question’s. I tried to call but you have to know an extension and you can’t find anything anywhere. All I wanted was a cool gift for someone but instead I received bad customer service and a waste of time and money in a gift I have yet to receive. I have no hope they I will receive my a refund or my product.

Easy to use. Whenever i think of creating something special and meaningful, There is nothing else i use. i’m always pleased with everything we receive from here. thank you

Easy App. This has to be one of the most user friendly apps. I am not a app nor Computer savvy but this app makes me feel like a pro. Every product I have gotten is of Quality and well made. So get your photos off your phone and made into wonderful lasting works of art.

Love this company.. So often our phones and iPads have pictures in and on them. But having a print is a bit more about preserving those memories for future generations. I’m glad I discovered it and have been with them a few years.

Kitty blanket. Oh my Gosh! I ordered a blanket with my daughters cat as the main focal point ...I just received it yesterday. I could not believe the level of quality! All the photos printed on the blanket were pristine!...And the blanket it self was the softest coziest blanket I’ve ever felt!!! 5 plus stars!!! I will order again, again and again!!!! Off the charts amazing!!!

Great!. This is a terrific app. Not only do you get free prints every month, you get a free gift every month (just pay shipping, which is reasonable). I got a lovely fleece blanket with pictures of my cats one month, and it gives me great pleasure to snuggle with some cats who are no longer with me as well as some that are. Highly recommended for anyone who likes photography.

Family photos. My Mom loves getting the family photos to share with everyone in the nursing home where she lives. She gets to see how much all the grandkids have grown, and feel like a part of things. We love the photo books!❤️

Blanket. I received the blanket with the pictures I selected of my late husband. It is the most precious and softest blanket and gift I could ever have received. I will treasure it always. It was like Christmas and my birthday rolled into one. His death was so sudden and we just don’t know have it it all happened. So these blanket is just so beautiful. Thank you.

Products are beautiful , shipping and customer service is a joke.. I paid $15 for an item and $22-23 to have it overnighted. The company used two day shipping, and the item, now worthless (welcome home banner), was a day late. They persisted in lying to me despite it clearly saying it should arrive by Tuesday on my “orders” and then claiming according to the shipping service it was on time. It’s on time for UPS because you didn’t overnight it as promised and as I paid you to do! Still no refund, and customer service is still acting stupid.

My daughter loves it. I received photo blanket a week early, I had pictures of her fav dog that was killed a year ago, she was so excited to get it, the quality and fast service is so much better than what I expected, the low price is unbelievable, thank you so much, this made my little girl very happy, I will be ordering more thank you and have a good day

Loved the product!!. It was a gift for a friend of mine and we both loved it! It was the free blanket and the picture quality was amazing! Super soft too. It also arrived 2 days early! So within 5 days! I loved it and will keep buying from you, although some of the products are a little expensive. I do appreciate the quality though so thank you!

Happy customer. I’ve been ordering the gifts and pics from here for a couple of yrs. I have never been disappointed yet. So much cheaper then hitting a pharmacy to print up your pics and the quality is just as good. The gifts from here have been fantastic. Just ordered the free beach towel with my furbaby pic on it! Can’t wait to get it!!!

FreePrints Universe Does It Again. I’ve used all of the other FreePrints apps and everything has been to my liking. Very nice experiences from order to delivery. They have some really nice offerings this go round - this looks to be their next evolution and just from the looks of it I can tell I’m going to be using it like the others.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I originally ordered a blanket for my grandparents for Christmas through here. When I received my order, it was not right. It was a completely wrong product. I emailed the company and it took them 4 DAYS to FINALLY get back to me! They said they would resend my product and that this rarely happens. Two weeks later, I receive a package from this company again thinking it’s my product finally. It’s NOT!!!!! AGAIN, the same thing happened, I received the wrong product and have emailed them and not heard back yet. I will never be using this site again!

Never Disappointed 😆. Everything always comes out perfect on whatever you order, I’ve ordered three blankets and each one came out look just like the picture no blur or anything and they we’re so soft 😩👏🏽

Photos. Photos need to pull up the most recent date, not the oldest date from the library. I have a lot of pictures & it makes it time consuming to get back to my most recent photos I want to chose to put on a gift. It can be discouraging to just give up.

Photo blanket & necklace. I was disappointed in the photo heart necklace I ordered. The charm heart that goes on the chain didn’t have a finding to attach it to the chain. The picture was good but useless. Was a Christmas gift , can’t give the gift like that. I ordered a photo blanket / also disappointed in it ….. most likely I didn’t order it properly-the picture was too dark, face was real large…I am going to try to get one after the holidays……fuzzy looking & dark.

No contact since problem. I have always used them and never had a problem until now! Finally got on the chat line, they offered replacement or refund! I will continue to order from everyone of their apps!

Free blanket. I was highly disappointed today about my blanket I received today from free prints. This blanket was so small an adult could not us it at all!! I’m 4’11 and it’s not even the size of my towel. I know what you’re thinking “but it was free” I feel like the price I paid for shipping and the size of that blanket. It was not free!! Never again will you fool me free prints. First and last time ordering from you guys. However the photo quality was pretty nice. That’s why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.

Need a good IT person. I’ve used ur service for year. Now it is awful . It doesn’t respond to touch well. It is hard to navigate now and some demos too fast Your directions are not detailed enough and there is no one to speak to speak or text with if u haves problem. Couldn’t orders free gift & a lot of no response. I’m really frustrated plz make it easier for us to gets free gift Nd especially a tile. I’m using another service now but come back occasionally to see if things are better. Plz keep trying. Susan.

Horrible!!. I spent over 2 hours trying to fix an issue with this app and it still doesn’t let me purchase items. Customer Service option doesn’t let me send a request. Updated app and rebooted my phone over 10 times. This is just horrible. No help at all and unable to reach anyone online or through the app. Really wish I could order what I needed now I have to find different gifts from other places. Hope you like the fact you lost business because your app doesn’t work!

Absolute best app!. Found this app by accident but is by far the most incredible offer there is! Prints, enlargements, photo tiles are among some of the things I’ve ordered and they are always the best quality and unbelievably cheapest price ever found. Definitely try them and you’ll never be sorry!!

Great service.. Thanks free prints for making it so easy to keep up with family photos. Gifts, photo books, blankets. Most of all I make better school pictures because of your service. Just add some more backgrounds for the class photos. Everything I order Always gets delivered quickly.

Issues. The only problems that I have to put only 4 stars is that when you earn free gift buck it won’t let me use them. Also when you get your monthly free gift that needs to be changed because that can be miss lead. It’s not free you still pay for the item and shipping.
