Helpful and convenient. My chart portal is very helpful and convenient. Using the portal I am in control of my appointments and after visits summary. It’s also very effective way to communicate with healthcare providers. I always received replies to messages I sent through the portal. E checkin saves time and is very convenient. Strongly recommend to anyone able to use it.

Amazing staff. Lacks has amazing nurses and doctors who make you feel like they are truly there to help you and not just get you in and out… on to the next patient. They have really great communication letting you know how long each treatment will be that you’re coming in for. The only thing I would say is sometimes they are a bit slow on prepping meds. We made a point to make it to each appointment early so we didn’t have to wait for labs or wait for meds to get mixed but it still never failed. Time after time we’d end up waiting for meds and we always arrive as early as we could. Still really like the groups of doctors and nurses at this facility they really do work hard to make sure you have what you need and that you’re doing well through your infusion.

Excellent App for my medical records. This app is an excellent, portable way to view my medical results upon completion of all testing results as well as share my results with my various doctors. I have been using this app for a few years and it has been a life saver! Additionally, when my mom fell I’ll last year with dementia and renal failure, I was able to have her testing results immediately available since I was her care manager. I was able to share results with multiple doctors who otherwise didn’t have her information. Same with me. I went to my primary care doctor yesterday who ordered additional testing. It all came though within hours on the same day- I already have a call into my doctors to review the results with me. I can’t say enough about this app and medical resource!

My Chart. My Chart is an amazing system that allows greater communication between patient and providers. Not only that but for the first time ever the patient has access to their own health history and test results. The patient has the ability to easily view any and all medical summaries, observations and test results. In the past it was possible to ask for a certain percentage of your records to be printed and then given to the patient but this rarely included any and all documentation provided. My personal favorite about the system is the easier access to communication between my doctor and myself…and no more sitting on hold waiting to be connected. The only downside that I can think of are that electronics/internet systems possibly replacing human employment??? I love MyChart and think that whoever designed this system must be very intelligent.😁

Good & bad. I really love the speed with which I get test results and notifications. Oddly, I often get more questionnaires after I’ve already completed one or more. I have a high failure rate at conveying messages to my doctor. I’ll go to messages and write a reply, but it always comes back with a notice that it did not get to my dr. and I have end up having to call, anyway. I love Dr. Jennifer Dulaney and will gladly deal with computer issues as long as I can still be her patient!

Not user friendly. Some of the information is helpful, but it’s incomplete. The inability to remove reminders for things that are no longer needed is frustrating. I still have a front-page reminder to get my first covid vaccine even though I’ve now had three doses and my first one was a year ago. I should be able to delete/remove that alert. It’s also frustrating that I can’t add my 12 year old child’s chart to my account.

Great app except…. I think MyChart is very useful and easy to utilize. The one function that seems to have recently been deleted is the ability to see whether a sent message has been seen. I felt this was a great piece of information for the patient to have. Without it, many people I have spoken with feel a certain amount of anxiety wondering if it was read.

Test results. I recently went for a check up with my primary care physician. I had to leave a urine sample for testing and after doing so I went back to the exam room and within three minutes I got a notification through my chart that the test results were done. I had the results before the doctor entered the room Amazing!

Disappointed. When did healthcare become so lazy? Want to talk to billing? Send a message and pray you get a response. I sent a message, after calling and being referred to send a message. It’s been over a year and still no response. Lazy! I’m glad I have the sense to talk to my insurance company so they can battle it out. If you aren’t glued to your phone, you miss doctor appointments because no one calls to remind you anymore. Lazy! Your doctor sends you a referral? You have to be glued to your phone and check regularly. Online scheduling is hit or miss. I’m so disappointed with St Joe. I have been going here since I was a child and I’m ready to switch to UofM.

Makes Communication So Easy!. As a patient, I appreciate the quickness with which I can see lab results and important messages from my providers. And because I’m a Agey Boomer, I have a few chronic conditions and MyChart is a great way to keep track of med refills, reports etc. And as a provider at a system that uses Epic, I appreciate that my patients have such access to their health care documents. It makes us all better consumers.

Best thing since Velcro!. My Chart patient portal is a great communication tool between my medical providers and myself. My questions are answered quickly and my test results are posted for me to view. I love being able to fill out questionnaires before my appointments saving me from having to arrive early. The portal is not just for the young, l am 75!

Best Care. From the greeting at the information desk to wheel chairing me out the door to go home I was cared for by caring, pleasurable, nice, friendly staff. Every care provider including reg clerk, and then all my preop care providers. All that helped my primary nurse were awesome! I Loved their attitudes! Im sorry i can’t remember your names! In Post op Natalie and Greg awesome! Of course Anesthesia doc and CRNA, and Dr Morrison and her resident! Thank u all!

So far this has been a wonderful tool. I learned to use My Chart for all of my healthcare, which within the last 6 months become so involved with first time multiple conditions and further complicated by Covid. It enables me to contact Doctors, Nurses, Urgent Cares and see results online. No duplication of tests and face time visits are important especially during the pandemic. Time efficient too. My Chart is available in Michigan and Florida with intercommunication between. Very reassuring for my husband and me.

My Chart can do more !!. Prior to a doctor’s appointment I am sent a request to use MyChart to recreate my medical history, update all health details, etc. Why bother? When I get to my appointment I am re-asked the same questions I already answered. I think it is great that I can communicate to my doctor all of my issues … lets educate the doctors and staff to use MyChart as we do !! In trying to post this comment I am asked for a “nickname” and so far everyone I put in is already taken … give me a break !!

Great app. Really love this app and all my medical files are just a click away no matter where in the world I travel! Easy to use and I love being able to send messages to my Doctor and staff. Saves my time and theirs! Since I have a couple of different providers it’s wonder being able to have all my records as close as my cell phone.

Review for App. I love using this app! So far I have no negative things to say about this! It is so helpful to get a message in the system without having to call and be on hold. Be able to schedule an appointment, get test results, see upcoming appts, see what bloodwork is due etc. I hope it also has had a positive impact on the staff! Karen

Best Care. The system having all my medical records in one place is comforting. It used to take so much time to do paperwork. Now it’s all there. One place for all my medical professionals to see. Every professional has been wonderful to see. I recommend the app and the MyChart experience! Life has been easier using the refills, messages, payment and appointments.

All my Doctors in one place. I love MyChart, because it keeps track of all my appointments, and procedures, and results. I especially like the prescription and allergy section. My favorite one is the ability to contact my Doctor at any time and have a response back within 24 hours and usually less.

Wonderful Tool. In general I like using MyChart. It provides useful information and is an effective means for contacting my PSP. The only complaint I have is that there is no way to send feedback to the software company or whoever controls the program. For example, I continually - to this day - receive messages to schedule my Covid vaccine: there is no way to submit a response that I have had my vaccinations administered by another medical entity.

It’s SPECTACULAR!!!. It makes scheduling appointments, contacting your doctors, as well as your medical records and everything!! I LOVE IT!! I’m sure there’s some things that could use improvement but I’ll let you know what else possibly.. thanks for being so awesome at caring for your patients and making them feel wanted and cared for! Now I need a new primary care that makes me feel like she couldn’t care less about me:(

Epic is Epically awesome!. Never used MyChart until the first wave of vax was made available to me in March. Just returned from visiting my daughter Miah whom graduated college and her first real job is with Epic. I now have played around with the app way more just because my daughter is involved somehow. Truely an amazingly well executed app and the Epic campus is 5 stars as well! If I could rate them higher I would!

My children. Now that my children are all over the age of 12 I no longer have access to all of their information. I have called the doctor’s office and they said I as their mother no longer have access to test results or medications that they are on. I asked if I could sign them up for their own portholes and they said no because they are minors. How are we supposed to see any test results or request appointment if I can’t do this through the app? If I have to to call the office, why even use the app? I understand privacy, but they are under 18 and I am responsible for their bills. This is just wrong.

Makes Medical Care easier. Medical care is my important to me, but it seems like every time I need to find something out. I have to go online and research myself however, with this app, I am able to connect with my doctor and get answers to medical questions without having to search the depths of online which has good information but also very bad information if you don’t know what you’re looking for. This app has made it much easier for me to connect with my doctor and get referrals set appointments and review past results of labs.

Best thing ever. I love it. Never takes long to hear back from them when u ask a question, never takes long to get script sent in as well.. EVERYONE is so nice & helps if they can, sometimes go out of there way to help.. best Dr’s & Nurses & interns I’ve ever delt with.. when I go in the once at the front fest are so friendly & helpful.. :0) THANK YOU ALL ;0) Jill Crane

Health portal. I like the fact that I can see all of my results quickly (usually within the day that a test was done)! What I’m don’t like is when I see a dr. from a different entity ( Trinity vs Spectrum) I get both reports but both don’t look at the things other has entered, which I thought was the reasoning behind having it all in one place. I got my Covid shots last Jan and Feb through Spectrum, but I still have a notice from Trinity telling me that I need to make an appt to get my Covid shot. Why? And I can’t do anything about it.

Ok but some flaws. The app is very useful and has streamlined a number of functions that previously were difficult. However there are some flaws such as the inability to add a saved payment option on an iPhone XS because the save button is blocked by the nickname box. Also, using online check in doesn’t work (I checked in and the office didn't know that I had). Also there is no positive confirmation of check in nor a way to see that the check in had been seen. I would suggest having a status indicator that shows the user the steps of a check in, like check in submitted, check in confirmed, nurse received, nurse on the way, etc. that way if the front desk missed it you can see that and call in and not need to wait so long. I think it would also be helpful to have a broader set of subjects when communicating with the medical team. Such as adding prescription refill request, new prescription needed, etc. currently the only option is non-urgent medical question but I bet the docs would appreciate a little more bifurcation of issues.

Excellent Resource. Whoever designed My Chart did a very thoughtful and thorough job on making this app easy to use and complete. I love that everything is in one place and that I can even schedule my own appointments without enduring the lengthy waiting periods of the Access Center (last time it was 20 minutes!). It provides a very easy way of communicating with my doctor's office and I can see my test results immediately. I love this app and this service! Thank you!

doesn’t recognize all providers. Very frustrated because it would be nice to have a record of my Covid vaccinations. It was hard enough to get them in the first place. Keeping track of the dates and kind of vaccines are important, I hope. My last vaccine was at the Rite Aid in Pinckney. However when I went to enter the name Rite Aid in the search link it wouldn’t accept it, Didn’t recognize it. There is no space for a question regarding tech-support in their myriad of options. In addition, it seems to collect the same information over and over with no obvious purpose.

The Best Hospital I’ve Ever Been At. The staff is phenomenal. They are very attentive and quick to act to your every need. They are kind and caring. The Doctor here has taken more time than any other doctor that I have had and willing to take the time to explain what is going on. I feel the doctors and staff go above and beyond to make your experience a lot less stressful. You really know you have some one caring for you. I would recommend coming to this hospital to anyone in need of care! Thank you everyone, I am so appreciate for all of you. And thank you for your care! Lucille Lynne Swan

It would be nice if the answers could be retained. I have had some procedures completed recently, and while it is convenient to fill out forms prior to an appointment, the fact that I get asked the same questions over and over and none of the answers appear to be retained makes the whole process extremely annoying. Please change the form so it has some sort of storage capability.

Nice to have results if tests. If i didn't have the results of my test I would be worrying. Not that they are perfect results but better than i thought. Now I have some information to discuss with my Doctor before I see her. I am thankful to be able to read the reports since I wasn’t sure exactly what the test would cover.

Dr Ian Singer. Thank you so much for calling and talking to me today. I truly appreciate all you do for me. You are a very kind, listen and always answer all my questions. You help me more than you know. I would recommend you to everyone I know. Again thank you for taking the time for all your help. You are an amazing Dr. Thank you, Martha Stauffer

MyChart app. This app helps me immensely. It allows me to communicate with my doctor and nurses about medical questions and test results very quickly and gives me peace of mind. Appreciate the app and my doctors and nurses who update my charts and communicate regularly on here with me. Plus I get pre doctor appointment sign up information and reminders of appointments via this app. Thanks, Jerry

Everything, everywhere, all the time!. It is very nice to have a complete record, that is easy to access by me and my providers and have it so available to update. I really enjoy being able to message my doctors and get meaningful, personalized responses so we are making good decisions about my health in between visits. Sometimes in lieu of a visit. I appreciate the reminders about visits, prescriptions and procedures scheduled. And the ability to do self check-in makes visits so much easier! Making payments through the billing system is really a much less stressful process. The bill and insurance info are available, I get reminders and my credit card info is stored so I just hit a button or two and it is done! Only thing easier would be if I never had a bill! Thanks for providing this tool. Don’t jet it get outdated or cumbersome.

Great app!. This app has been extremely useful to me in the last couple years, as I have had surgeries and unexplained medical issues recently. I’ve had access to my blood work, medical history, nurses for my questions, and prescription refill requests, among other things. It has helpful beyond what I could have expected.

Great App for medical. The App is so much better than previous ones Trinity has used. This way I get to contact my doc directly rather than calling the office and trying to explain what I need to a nurse who has no idea who on earth I am or what’s going on with my health. I love that I can request med refills easily through the app. I get appointment reminders, I can make appointments, can see the test results and can even email billing when there’s been a mix up with BCBS. I’m telling you that this app saves me time on the phone and is absolutely the way to manage your health. When I caught Covid, the app allowed my doc to stay in contact with me while I was isolated and because all the docs you see regularly through Trinity/Mercy are listed, I was able to send my Neuro an email letting them know I had to cancel due to Covid…and given I had no voice at the time, the email ability alone was worth it’s weight in gold! If you’re a Trinity patient I highly recommend this app.

MyChart so easy and informative. I love MyChart, the ease of reading everyone’s notes, because you are hit with a lot of information in the hospital or when your loved on is being diagnosed; so you can read to make sure you remembered everything. You can look up medical terms that you do not understand. It is a really great system.

Easy to use quick results. Love that I often get results before the doctors have a chance to talk to me so I’m ready with questions. Even when I was in the hospital I got the results before the doctor came to discuss them with me. Easy of asking questions of the doctor or for refills is wonderful

Digital isn’t always the answer. I have a situation where the digital process is a mismatch. I have a need to take my PMC doctors referral to the first available specialist, regardless of insurance network because this need is due to an auto accident. If I had a physical referral I can take a piece of paper to any ENT and ask for first available appt. This system is making me wait until an unseen (to me) specialist calls me when available. Because i don’t have to stay in network I should be allowed to take my referral anywhere I choose.

Review. The reason I gave the review one star is because I have an awful time with the setup for medical info due to the fact that we both need separate accounts and to get to either my husband and myself is always a challenge that doesn’t work out. It’s not an easy task and I don’t understand why we cannot each have our own info separately! Why is it always an issue getting our own information? Can’t someone set it up so we can just go into our info and not have to go through hoops to get there?

Emails. I used to be able to see when staff read my messages but now that function is not there. It’s very helpful to know if/when a message has been read as it at least shows the sender someone has opened it rather than wondering. It’s especially helpful if the patient needs an answer. Now I have to call the phone nurse to find out it was viewed. It adds more work to the patient and nursing staff. Will you reactivate this function?

Surprisingly useful. I haven’t had any problems. The information is well-organized. I value being able to view and re-view my records. It’s simple and easy actually, as long as the institution keeps up their end, it is a big improvement over nothing! It even seems easier to have written messages and responses from caregivers. I can think of some improvement ts with the app, but the main thing is, what is there works!

SOOOO helpful. Never dreamed this would be so helpful for me but it’s so nice to have bills/payments, rapid test results, upcoming appointments as well as dates & summaries for past appointments and all past and present meds right in one easy to access place. This is like a file folder of my medical history right on my phone.

Awesome. I love the way we get our test results back quickly we can read the doctors note and keep up on our Health it helps a lot in knowing what to do and what you looking for I know it helps me a lot and I love the way I can text my doctor and I get a response in a very short time

Dr. Rodriguez is outstanding.. Finally a doctor that listens to their patients. I have suffered with anxiety for many years due to the results of high-risk suicides in my family and friends. Dr. Rodriguez sits down with her patients and listen to what they have to say and what’s going on in their lives and how they’re feeling. Dr. Rodriguez makes her patients feel like they’re not alone. I have nothing but great respect for this amazing hard-working doctor finally a doctor that will listen to their patients and not treat them like they’re scum of the Earth if they didn’t have money.

Epic Failure?. Having been a spectrum patient in the past moving to Mercy Health and coming back to Spectrum for pain management and spinal care, I find the coordination or linkage with a Hospitals is wholly and totally ineffective not only was the implementation at Mercy and epic failure but information is still incorrect on their system while your system carries information that is outdated and is still calling and giving me reminders for stuff that I don’t even have those doctors anymore. One thing that seems to be pretty effective though as you find a way to rattle on for $20 statement with emails texts and messages in the portal so perhaps I’ll pay the $20 and maybe you’ll get your act together

Love the “MyChart” program. I wasn’t sure about the MyChart portal at first. I think everyone is exhausted with businesses and service providers of all kinds creating “self service” programs, advertised as time savers and convenience enhancers for the customer/patient/member/client, but unfortunately too many of those arrangements don’t really perform as advertised and the general public ends up feeling like, once again, their time and convenience is the last priority on anyone’s list. In this case, however, my initial concerns and misgivings proved to be misplaced. The MyChart portal has proven to be a huge benefit for me in managing and tracking every element of my health care experience. Whether I’m scheduling an appointment, checking on various test results, or just trying to remember some detail of my health profile, I have found MyChart to be an invaluable tool and resource. Thank you St Peters, for initiating this innovative and helpful program!

Keeping you in touch with your medical team. Using this app helps you keep your doctor updated on your behalf. It’s hard to get appointments sometimes and this will keep the doctors in the loop. Yesterday I had some medical tests and the next day you see them on your my chart. I highly recommend getting this app. It also gives you a record of all your procedures.

Update is unbearable. Have you tried to call a doctor’s office recently. Wasted 20 minutes on hold. Well if you already had this app they decided to update it and if you already used it as a patient they were too lazy to transfer your history. But that’s not even the worst of it. They added two step verification which doesn’t recognize you. Yes it’s a guaranteed waste of time. I have to do the pre office visit update and you get a link to go right into your chart and answer all the questions but if you want to have the system allow you to change your password there is no option. Finish the survey, log out and you can’t log back in. Do yourself a favor and call them with two phones till you get what you need. Soooo disappointed.

Peace. Having all of my records, medications, history and physicians all in one place brings me peace. I appreciate the ability to make appointments, ask questions, view results and pay bills all in one place. Most importantly I love that all of my doctors are seeing the same information.

Great site!. This site puts all my medical information in one place, making it easy for communication with my physician. Also, I can share this information easily with physicians to whom I am referred. Although I am not proficient with computers, this site is easy to navigate.

My doctors are not listed. This is a very frustrating app. Yes it sounds like a great idea to have everything at your fingertips. But it is not. The links that our doctors had before my chart was invented, it was very easy to send them a message or make an appointment. But now you cannot connect to them unless you make a phone call. My chart does not have any of my doctors listed. I called the helpline and they say that they will tell the IT department and someone would get back with me and nobody ever calls.

Better communication with all docs. It seems that most of the doctors and medical facilities are starting to use this app and it is certainly more convenient for them and I appreciate the fact that it’s being used by many of the doctors across the country thanks

My Chart. I am most impressed with the information provided and how quickly visit summaries and test results are posted. Also the apt is quite easy to navigate and offers many options for obtaining information and exchanging messages with medical staff.

Test results at your fingertips!. I am very pleased to be able to view my blood draw results right away. The charts make the results easy to read and understand. It is also very convenient to be able to see upcoming appointments!

Prescription Refill application. It makes absolutely no sense as to why I can request a refill on several prescriptions including narcotics and controlled substances but a non-narcotic prescription I have requested numerous times before states is not able to be refilled through MyChart. So I have to call it in or send a message. This has happened on a couple of my prescriptions and is nonsense.

All my Doctors in one place. I love MyChart, because it keeps track of all my appointments, and procedures, and results. I especially like the prescription and allergy section. My favorite one is the ability to contact my Doctor at any time and have a response back within 24 hours and usually less.

Awesome. I love the way we get our test results back quickly we can read the doctors note and keep up on our Health it helps a lot in knowing what to do and what you looking for I know it helps me a lot and I love the way I can text my doctor and I get a response in a very short time

False medical information constantly, not once, years.. I’m not sure who looks over everything.. but you have healthcare providers that are not taking care of NOR putting in the correct diagnosis’ or med list. This is uncalled for- as it is unprofessional and I shouldn’t have to do your companies job to make sure my information is correct and when I tell my doctors they dismiss me. Shame on IHA for not paying more attention to their own Business.

Great app for connecting with my doctor!. Really convenient and easy to navigate. I haven’t had any issues using it. Way better than having to open up a site on my phone just so I can send or see a message/health file lol

MyChart. I love this app. I can ask questions without going through a phone tree and waiting on hold. I can fill out questionnaires from home and even pay my co-pay online. I had an MRI and was able to set up payments I wax comfortable with. This is handy tool!

User friendly. This app is extremely, helpful and user friendly. I have my kids attached as well so it makes seeing past appointments and communication with our doctors very easy

My Chart review. There are WAY too many reminders and repeat questionnaires for rehab participants. I get texts, emails, and reminders. There are so many I sometimes just start deleting because of multiples. A week before, day before, day of, and last minute reminders just overfill my mail, causing automatic deletions and reminders to be destroyed. Overkill does not beget compliance, but the opposite. It’s time to back out of the My Chart useage.

Looks good, doesn’t show 99% of available doctors in your area. I almost just made a trip to Florida (I’m in PA) for a gastro doctor because the ONLY ONE within the entire state of Pennsylvania is booked until December. Come to find out if you just go on the website versus the (iPhone) app you can see hundreds of doctors within 20 miles. I had an appointment booked over 400 miles away because this app had a glitch, an no one besides my best friend was able to figure it out.

Review. My complaints are 1) concerning the login: i use3 devices, an ipad, iphone, and a computer for using this app. When i log on from a different device i have to select a new password. At my age it is difficult to remember them. Could this be improved? 2) No Provision for printing documents and 3) No provision for upgrading or correcting documents or disputing information

Easy to use quick results. Love that I often get results before the doctors have a chance to talk to me so I’m ready with questions. Even when I was in the hospital I got the results before the doctor came to discuss them with me. Easy of asking questions of the doctor or for refills is wonderful

My Chart is vital for patient communication!. Thank you for continuing to advance and standardize My Chart as the important link in patient well~being and communication that it is! Continue to validate it’s ready access, usability and relevance for patients to ensure fullest use with optimal quality user experience in mind. Thank you! ~ Patti Magyar, RN, MSN, JD

Visit & Testing Information. It most helpful to have visit summary and testing information immediately available after the processes and as stored medical as historical data, and for future personal reference.

MyChart. This app useful however the endless, repetitive reminders about upcoming appointments are extremely annoying and disruptive. Also navigating the menu can be frustrating. There’s nothing intuitive about it. I give this app three stars because it’s slightly better than listening to the prerecorded blah blah when calling the doctor’s office.

Would like the ability to print out info.. I really like the app but when I am required to have a list of my current medications it would be so much easier to print it out and I have not found a way to do that from the app.

Trinity health. This is so difficult to use. I was issued a new credit card and could not access how to change my information. I tried every category on the menu and tried many times within a category to find a way to input. “ BILLING” definitely has no sub category which allows it. Also, how available is a contact phone number? I sent a message for help but, how long will it take to answer??? I also tried starting from scratch like I was a new applicant.

Test results. I am frustrated by being unable to print test results for sharing with other practitioners. Other practitioners may not be technologically adept at using the sharing function and request paper copies

Peace. Having all of my records, medications, history and physicians all in one place brings me peace. I appreciate the ability to make appointments, ask questions, view results and pay bills all in one place. Most importantly I love that all of my doctors are seeing the same information.

New user. I just started to use it right about the time you uploaded . I find it very useful and easy to use, especially for a 61 year old. The only thing I would like to add is in messaging, there should be a way to upload pdf or other files

App. No one ever told me I needed to download the app. I tried for days to enable cookies through your emails without success. I finally called my doctor’s office who referred me to the hospital. Even then it was very confusing until I was told about the app. I wish I had been given the instructions at the time of my appointment over a month ago.

Medical file in one place. I like having access to my medical records in one place. Having the ability to review past lab results is very helpful. One suggested improvement. Have the ability to have a read receipt when submitting a message, so you can be assured it was read.

Trinity my chart. Trinity my chart is great. You can receive your test results, your billing, message your doctor and a lot of other neat things. It’s easy to use. I enjoy using it and understand it too, not confusing or complicated. Again Trinity my chart is great.

Patient portal. I love this feature as I can ask questions, reorder meds, request appts, without those annoying long hold phone calls. A doctor or advocate can answer when convenient so their day isn't tired up with nonurgent issues.

Karen

Great app - seamlessly integrates & keeps me organized. I really appreciate how everything is in one spot: doc notes, med lists, procedure estimates, upcoming check-ins, message docs and admins with attachments and real time test results! Extremely happy with the care I receive all around here and this progressive app

Apple Health interface. I do not see if/or where I can select to have my blood pressure and other health information imported into the app. Right now my doctor takes a picture of the apple health blood pressure measurements. It would make it easier if they could be imported. There is an option in Apple Health do do this.

App is similar to many but my Doctor using it makes it great. Features are similar to many other apps, but the fact that my doctor actually uses it to communicate with me, and read my results as well, make it amazing.

Lab results. There needs to be method to put several lab results on one sheet of paper, rather than individual results on one sheet. The current way of printing out results is time consuming, cumbersome, and s waste of paper every time I have to bring results to a provider outside of Trinity Health system.

Really enjoy the app. It is very easy to navigate and use. I was able to review test results and have access to my office visit results and directives, right from my phone. I like not having to store and keep up with papers.

Personal preference. It is not visually impaired friendly. Does not have the features able to make larger change the colors etc. It’s an inconvenience that I have to get a verification every single time that I sign on. Not easy to work with making appointments does not have a feature or just a standard recheck so it’s just easier for me to call it in the app in time could be useful but at this time thumbs down

Billing. I just paid my bill online and didn’t see anywhere to check to see what services I was paying for. It did state that I had a previous balance and I had not received any notice of a previous balance. I had seen my doctor and had lab work, but I had no way to see what this charge was.

Repeated questionnaires. All of the information (from the 1st visit) is in my charts and is added to by the Dr and staff after each visit and each Dr or Specialist visit. I really don’t see the need to continue to fill these out for follow up visits or rechecks or rehab visits like 3x a week. To see a Dr with a new or different symptoms I can totally understand, but not each visit for the same condition.

Clean up this app!. I had a surgery last year in February and it is still asking me to make out my questionnaire for the surgery in December. But I made out the questionnaire in February 2022. It is still telling me how much I will owe for a test I had in August. But I paid on the day I went for the test in August. This gets very confusing when I have this test done every six months. My cost can be different do to how much is paid down because of out of pocket costs. Clean up app

Wonderful. It is so easy to get access to all my prescriptions and my upcoming visits. I thoroughly enjoy this app. I do noticed that one of my prescriptions is not listed. I had two phone conversations with Maria, the pharmacist and all her notes are there for me to review. I’m very happy with Dr Alvarez and with Holy Cross Agewell Center.

My Chart. I am glad to have my chart, it is becoming more user friendly and I am able to find what I am looking for easier now. Nice to be able to check in at home. Thank you for all your hard work putting this together, I know it has probably not been an easy road so thank you. Steve Henry

Prescriptions re-order. On my chart we could order our prescriptions through our doctor and this one we cannot do that. Just wondering why now it promises to call the office
