Session ended. I understand and read yall have updated the app, but its still not working.. I Downloaded the app about 8-10 months ago, It worked great for the first 2 months, then i guess Instagram updated and everytime i would refresh the reports+ page, it would say “session ended” and it would log me out of instagram. Ok, i deleted it and thought i’ll revisit it later as i paid for a year subscription for this app. I redownloaded it a few weeks ago and it was working for a week or so and it said “session ended” and logs me out of this app and instagram, again! My subscription is up in a few months, but yall may want to look into this bug!

Got me locked out of my account. Yeah well i thought it would be nice to have just because i had a little instagram for my sims game that i had the “follow for follow” written on. so i thought it would be important to have. as soon as i logged my instagram into the app it immediately notified me that something was wrong and wouldn’t let me access my instagram and the app DIDNT WORK! which i decided to pay FIVE DOLLARS to see who had blocked me and another couple things. it was this random person who blocked me and wanna know what’s funnier? they didn’t exist . they made up a person. yeah and then it locked me out of my account until i finally was able to switch passwords. don’t get it. i was so scared for a second.

Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your time, unless you want to be hacked! Fact of the matter is, every single time I use this app Instagram locks my account, and I have to reset my whole password. It’s really not worth it. I reached out to the team regarding this issue that I’m having and I never heard back from them. I encountered this pretty quickly after getting this app (this has never happened before) and paying full price.. I asked for a refund in the email I sent to which I never heard back from. Don’t waste your money. This is clearly a scam. To this day ive never heard from this company regarding my issue. And still cant even use app i paid for bc everytime i sign in and get started in using it it says session ended. Literally the worst app a complete waste of time!!!

Do NOT trust this app. I got this app hoping that it would help me clear out some of my inactive followers so I could get better engagement on my Instagram posts. The first red flag is that this app won’t allow you to do basically anything without paying for a premium subscription, which I paid for one week of. After working great for a few minutes, my Instagram app started crashing and logging me out, and then this app would end my session and log me out as well. After redownloading the Instagram app and signing myself back in multiple times, I finally decided to give up on the Reports app, so I deleted it. However, my Instagram app continues to be glitchy and keeps signing me out every time I exit it. It will now even sign me out while I am actively using the app. I figured that the Reports app could have stolen my password or something, so I changed the password, but even after that it continues to keep logging me out. If you value the safety of your Instagram account DO NOT trust this app!!

App Hacks Account. I downloaded this app and immediately regretted it. When the app opened up, I put in my Instagram Account information. And alert immediately popped up asking for me to verify by going to the Instagram app. When I went to the Instagram app. Instagram had restricted my account and trying different methods. I realize that I had to get on a laptop and log into Instagram to unrestricted. When I finally went back to the repost plus app the verification was gone. However, I couldn’t do anything with the app. As far as Unfollow, anybody, or check on anything. At that time, I decided to delete the whole app and realize they don’t even have a option. Very scandalous. Very sneaky. Beware.

App doesn't work, can't even log in.. Every time it starts updating my report, it would stop around 27% and tell me that verification is required. This would completely lock me out of my Instagram mobile app and give me an error screen every time I load the app, and I would have to log into my computer browser to complete the captcha, as for some reason it doesn't load on mobile. This would repeat a few times as I try to find a workaround UNTIL Instagram finally tells me "We suspect automated behavior on your account" and lets me back into my account. I've tried so many things to prevent it from detecting, even logging out of my IG mobile app, just to get this thing to work and it doesn't.

Works when it works…which is rarely. Bought the year subscription because it seemed like a good price. At first, every time I logged in I was forced to verify outside the app. No problem, except I wouldn’t get prompted to verify until loading was almost 60% complete and then I’d get booted. Loading takes forever, so this was frustrating. However, I am now facing a new problem where it keeps logging me out and ending my session. For two days, I haven’t been able to get ANY data or complete a load and I’ve had to relog into Instagram over 10 times. Super annoying. Help/report an issue button in the app doesn’t even work. Don’t waste your time or money here. Had less problems with the free version. Paid $30 for more problems.

Locked out of my account. After downloading this app and signing in seconds later i get one those weird scam alerts telling me i need to verify my account through insta and suddenly i get a message on insta that the page cannot upload and i am stuck there… i logged in to a different account on my own too see if it was just the other account and yess it is it seems to have locked me out of my account and my internet is working perfectly fine but for some reason will not let me get past that screen for verification… even weirder is that i deleted both instagram and this app and after deleting this one my account is still asking to get verification for this app that is already deleted !?!?

DO NOT GET THIS APP!! MY INSTAGRAM GOT DELETED.. I have never written a review for an app before, but feel the need to after this awful experience. I would give negative stars if I could. I didn’t even get the paid version! I used my instagram information to try to login to this app, but the page never refreshed - it kept saying to try again. When I went to check my instagram app, there was a notification that my account had been disabled for violating the terms and conditions. Upon requesting a review, a few days later, instagram comes back saying my account has been permanently disabled. Apparently trying to connect your instagram account to this app is considered using an automated bot to collect 3rd party data, which is prohibited. I let the near 5-star rating fool me and didn’t listen to the negative reviews. BEWARE, THIS APP IS A SCAM!! YOUR INSTAGRAM MAY GET DELETED. LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!

Hope others will review asap it’s trash. DO NOT download this app they rob you of your money. The app doesn’t work it kicks you out making you log everytime. Trust in knowing it does NOT give you accurate results. You’d think it would it doesn’t. I tried many apps and yet am looking for one that is feasible and accurate to give me the best results. This is NOT it. Be forewarned and wary of what you download. It will steal your info despite it saying it won’t. Than once trying to log into IG, IG boots you out til the point of making you change your password again and again. 😡 THIS APP IS TRASH THANKS DEVELOPERS ANOTHER APP NOT WORTH DOWNLOADING. Developers only make junk so you can easily fall for their crappy work! SMFH

UNSTABLE & DOES NOT WORK!!!. I’ve had this app for a bout a month and it did absolutely NOTHING for me. You have to pay a weekly subscription for the analytics and you still don’t get them all, especially the feature we really download this app for - to find those who “unfollow” me so I can “unfollow” them and keep spam followers away from me. The app prompts me to login EVERYTIME - if I’ve logged in once and it’s attached to my IG profile, I shouldn’t have to keep logging in. If it keeps logging out, then it’s not keeping track of the changes that are occurring on my account on a daily basis. I’ve lost a few followers and I can’t even tell you who they are. Also, everytime I log in, my IG account starts trippin’ - the screen will constantly flash with a message that I’ve been logged out, and when I log back in, I receive a message from IG stating that it noticed suspicious activity, it detected automation, and to change my passwords for added security before my account gets restricted or permanently deleted. Now how about that. Do NOT waste your money!!!!

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! THIS APP IS A SCAM. I looked at the 4.6 star rating first and thought everything seemed fine but I should have read the reviews first… After I downloaded this app on 1/9/24 because I was curious to clean my Instagram from people that have unfollowed me, just like most ppl downloading this app. I signed in and then was asked to “verify” my IG, it redirected me to IG however nothing popped up on my IG. I tried “verifying” a few times then I noticed my IG wasn’t loading and kept displaying error messages. I started to panic because I am a CONTENT CREATOR & cannot loose my IG as I’ve put hard work into all my social accounts. I immediately signed out of this app & then came to read other reviews. I deleted the IG app off my phone then I went to IG website on my laptop to input that my account had been hacked, then I immediately changed my password. After a couple of minutes I was able to sign back in. Then i turned my phone off then turned it back on and eventually was able to fully sign back into the app on my phone. The total time to get my account back was about 20-30 minutes. This app needs to be removed as it is a scam!!

My first review on an app, it’s needed.. Where do I start? It’s a Monday and the customer service has not gotten back to me one time and I have emailed them since 10 Am, it’s 8PM. So it’s probably a young kid that got over his head that made this app. Next, the account will not update, it will update to 60%-97% and then log you out and say there is an error. Every time I have logged in it also logged me out of my actual insta account. I have literally displayed being Psychotic with how many times I have tried to reload this app. The servers are grab, service is grab, I paid and still don’t have my money back, I’m disappointed. This app should not be on the App Store. Even with the amount of people that have it, judging from the trash system I’m guessing the analytics are not even accurate. Do better and do your job.

Instagram is not having it. The update did nothing. I downloaded the app and tried to log into my Instagram (IG) account, via the app, but it kept saying the password is incorrect. Then I received a message saying that because of unusual activity, IG has logged me out of my account and I would need to verify myself before my account is disabled. It prompted me to reset my password and stated a link with new sign in would be sent to email address on file. Again this was all done through this app. It’s been several minutes and I have yet to receive a link. It seems IG is cracking down on third parties accessing accounts and my trying to download this app is not worth losing my IG account.

Don’t Pay for Full Version. Of course, as with all other followers apps I’ve tried, as soon as you pay for the full (or better) version, it becomes glitchy and stops working. It’s been 48 hours since I paid for the extra features and full version, and it just doesn’t work anymore. It won’t refresh, keeps saying “try again later” over and over. Even after logging out and back in (as suggested), it still doesn’t work. For the last two days now, it’s been saying “try again later”. A waste of money. The only reason I even gave it 2 stars is because the free version I had for the first 10 hours seemed to work okay.

Requested Refund. Useless, inaccurate junk. If you purchased this, I highly recommend report a problem dot apple dot com. A bot swarm must be giving this app all the good ratings. No human who has used the app would rate it well. Every time you update it gives different numbers. The accounts listed for the different things aren’t accurate. For example, when you click on “you unfollowed,” it shows a list of random accounts with random times you supposedly unfollowed them. I know they’re random because I haven’t unfollowed anyone today and it says 30 seconds ago I unfollowed a bunch of accounts. I click one of the accounts, it says “you follow each other.” I check the app itself and sure enough we follow each other. Yet, it’s listed as “you unfollowed.” This is not just a few mistakes. The entire list is wrong. Useless, non-functional crud.

REFUND ME. I downloaded the app and once I logged into my account on the app it asked me to open Instagram to verify and once I did this stupid tab popped up and it said there was an error and to refresh the page. I refreshed the page 20 times. Nothing is wrong with my WiFi. I closed all my tabs and shut my phone off to see if that would even help. When I opened Instagram it still had the same tab that popped up within 2 seconds of opening the app. If I didn’t immediately change my instagram password through safari then who knows what would have happened with my account. Give me my $3.99 back. You’ve got hackers within your app and scammers as well cs ain’t no way I paid $3.99 to get hacked. This is the first time I’ve unsubscribed from something within 10 minutes of getting the subscription. Give me my $3.99 back fraud.

Signs me out and can't sign back into the app. This app was working fine up until a few days ago....Signs me out of my accounts constantly and now I can't sign into the app even though I paid for the Premium service. It's really annoying and I have changed my IG password several times because of this, and I constantly need to put in verification codes. I deleted and re-downloaded the app and "There was a problem logging into Instagram. Please try again soon" pops up every time I go to sign into reports. Am I being scammed? These bugs need to be addressed!

Did Not Work. I have personally had many of these apps over the years and this one was the worst in the time I tried to use it. I have a small business and wanted to see the people that were unfollowing. We hadn’t had much growth so it was very easy to track. I watched the number fluctuate my one or two daily and NOTHING was reporting on the app. Not one single time. Additionally, every time I refreshed it to see if it just hadn’t caught it yet, it took four minutes to “load” all the data which made me sign back in every time with my Instagram which then reported that there was an unfamiliar login every time. Nothing about this app was beneficial for me.

Hacked my account. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, THEY WILL HACK YOUR ACCOUNT!!! I downloaded this last night bc I wanted to see who's unfollowed me. However, after I logged in and put in the two-factor authentication, it asked for a verification through instagram, which caused my account to glitch and show an error screen. It's been over 12 hours since and I'm still seeing the same error page. I've tried changing my passwords but that didn't work, I tried deleting Instagram and redownloading but that didn't work either. I tried logging in through my computer but now the real instagrams two-factor authentication codes won't send to my phone which means they probably hacked that too so I can't log in. Absolutely awful, why is this even allowed to be on the App Store, and how are they allowed to pay for fake ratings?? This is all fake, it's a scam.

Accurate but not worth it. A few friends and I tested this out and it is accurate. But I keep getting kicked out and my Instagram keeps locking me out and I have to prove I’m not a robot. This is getting extremely old coming from I’m getting locked out and have to change my password at least two times every week because of this. I hate to want to do this because it is accurate but I might cancel my subscription and delete this app because it’s getting old I’ve had this app for three months now. If someone is wanting an app that is accurate this app is definitely it I just don’t know if it’s worth getting locked out of Instagram multiple times throughout the week.

Locked me out of IG no warning. Only had the app for 30 seconds before my Instagram immediately was locked out and couldn’t log in with no warning at all even after verifying it was me and I have it linked to my Facebook. I didn’t even KNOW these apps were “against guidelines” as I just wanted to see what the app was about. I know plenty of people who have these apps, and I’ve had one before in the past too but deleted it because it was toxic. I just wanted to see why I had a drastic decrease in followers and now I’m locked out of my account no warning and no way to fix it until it lifts. I didn’t even do ANYTHING in this app to trigger it, it was only downloaded for 30 seconds didn’t even finish importing data. What a waste.

What a bummer. I used to use the regular Reports app for years because its simple and easy to use, but then it started bugging out and I realized they since had a new app with more features. So I downloaded the new app, paid for a weekly subscription to test it out, and it couldn't even upload my data in a reasonable amount of time (many minutes), and I only have 6.5k followers. It also kept logging me out. After a while it wouldn't even send me an SMS to log back in correctly. Not even 24 hours later I deleted the app and cancelled my subscription. Id like my $4 back! Ill be looking for a new app.

Works Sometimes. For my spam account, this works fine. Loads everything (slowly, but i have hundreds of posts so it’s understandable) and shows accurate data. However, for whatever reason, this app doesn’t work at all for my main account. It used to be fine but it hasn’t worked for months. The app simply tells me the session’s been ended each and every time. I’ve tried turning 2FA off/on, to no avail. And obviously I get logged out of my Insta app on my main acc too but idrc about that. Additionally, when I try to start a new session, the app tells me to wait another 10+ hours because it think for whatever reason that it worked the first time. 🤡 In summary this is one of the least terrible reports apps, which isn’t saying much. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Using the latest app update and the latest iOS developer beta (march 2023)

Instagram Said account was compromised. I downloaded the app because I wanted to see who wasn’t following me back , and I just waited for it to load all my data after logging into my Instagram. 5 minutes later the followers app had an alert that told me I needed to verify my account in the Instagram app so I sent a text message to my phone for verification after that, the Instagram app itself was unusable and said something went wrong. so I immediately logged out on the Followers app out of fear and I pulled my laptop out and tried to log into my Instagram account and it prompted me to change my password and said my account password has been compromised. And I haven’t even done anything on the Followers app yet all I did was download it and log into my Instagram account and it instagram itself became unusable, made me change my password, and said my account was compromised. Thankfully, I am able to use it as normal now but unfortunately, I will not be able to download any apps like this ever again I’m just so nervous now.

My instagram is glitched. I’m actually very upset with the app and I should have not trusted it and I wish there was a warning about it before I downloaded it. This app has glitched my instagram following and followers number because of the security breaches the app asks for. Not only do you have to make a new password and get logged out every-time you use the app to see who unfollowed you or what not. So I’m really upset because my I can still use my instagram but there is a glitch everytime I unfollow someone my following number just increases and this makes me mad. And instagram won’t help me, there’s no number to call for support and now I’m going to have to make a new account because I don’t want to live with this for the rest of my life. I wish there was a way to fix this if anyone does please let me know. I have deleted the app, signed out, everything so I’m screwed thanks a lot.

ITS A SCAM. DO DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP I don’t know if they wanted my information or my account but that’s besides the point. I downloaded this app to check to see who kept unfollowing me like anyone person would. When I first downloaded this app I thought it was fine. Then it redirects me to instagram saying, there’s a error with my account. I PANICKED, I went on my tablet and MY BROTHERS PHONE MY MOTHERS PHONE EVEN SOME TABLETS NOTHING. But there was one way I was able to fix it. MY MAC BOOK!!! I don’t know if it would work with any other computer I tried with my gaming computer and it failed so I doubted it worked with my Mac book. But I was wrong search up on your Mac book intragram then miraculously it should let you in FROM THERE ON CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD. (Yes, it was that easy for me to get in on Mac book I thought the same thing would happen) Press settings go to accounts center press password and security then press CHANGE PASSWORD from IT WILL ASK YOU WHICH ACCOUNT PRESS THE ACCOUNT that’s been affected with this virus or whatever. I hope this was helpful good luck.

HACKED MY INSTAGRAM. This app is HORRIBLE. I regret downloading this app so much. I downloaded it and right away my Instagram app started being weird and saying it couldn’t reload newer posts and was just showing me posts from 2-3 days ago and then 5 min later I wasn’t even able to look at my messages anymore, even when I would get notifications and click them it said “challenge required”. I had to go on the Instagram website and search up what to do when ur account has been hacked and I was clicking the links it had and it would take me to the app and just show the Instagram logo over and over and nothing would load. Finally I had to do it on my laptop like 20x for it to finally work. Right when it worked I changed my password and had to re-add my email because they had taken it away which is why the links to reset my password on the Instagram website were not working for me.

Problems with Main Instagram App. Recently I got the app to see my unfollowing, but the app kept logging me out and saying my session has ended when I didn’t even sign up for anything! I had to log myself out of Instagram and then when I tried to log back in, it took me like two tries to log back in because it kept saying that there was an error. I am back on instagram but now when I am seeing my main account, it’s not letting me see people who I’m following and who others are following. Idk what to do and I hope it’s just a glitch. I really don’t want my account to get banned or restricted because this account means a lot to me and to be where I am now is because of it! I don’t want to lose everything.

Would not use again, and neither should you. Besides having to pay for a deeper analysis (which is fine, as it’s that way with most apps) This app tends to be buggy, either it continuously prompts me with “your session has expired” asking me to log back in, it ends up that I get logged out of my Instagram and am forced to verify my phone number, for both the app and Instagram. deleting Instagram and reinstalling as well as deleting this app seems to fix my issue, which goes to show some doors are better left closed. TL;DR: App is very buggy, continuously logs me out of the app and my Instagram, and overall leads to me having to delete Instagram and the app. Takeaway: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, find another tracker/account analyzer.

After downloading this app, my Instagram started glitching. I stupidly downloaded this app and while I was in the app it was asking me to “unlock this feature for free”. It then sent me to a pop up on my Instagram saying I needed to sign in. When I tried to sign in the page would glitch and would say “there was an issue loading this page” and then a button to reload the page. Every time I click on the button it just reloads the same screen. I deleted this app and now every time I try to go on Instagram that page pops up and I can’t get into it. I don’t understand why this is even on the AppStore, there’s clearly been multiple problems from other people’s reviews… I hope I can get back into my Instagram. I already got locked out of my main one.

Please do not download!. I just tried using this app thinking that I was going to get better analytics for my page. But once I paid for the premium subscription, Instagram logged me out of my profile and said I’m temporarily banned until they can review my appeal. I’m not sure exactly what this app is doing to instantly trigger such a message and action from Instagram, but something is not right here save yourself the trouble and leave this app and others like it alone. They also claim to have fixed this with an update months ago which is obviously a lie. Don’t trust this app or any of the replies you see on the other reviews on this app from this company

I REPEAT DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!. Idk if these are hackers or what but whatever this app is, it goes against IG guidelines/policy. I downloaded this app and no more than 1 minute of being on the app I was kicked out of IG and now I’m unable to get back into my IG. It’s been about 24 hours since I was kicked out or locked out and I don’t know if I’ll be able to get my account again. I’m scared that my account is banned or has been suspended. I’ve tried to change my password and I can’t even do that since it says my account does not exist. I really do not want to start all over for IG but if I cannot fix this issue, I will have to. This app is horrible and a big scam. People even says it doesn’t even work. Don’t bother paying either. You might not get a refund for it. If you want to keep your Instagram, please for the love of God, do not download this app and if you do, please do not log your credentials on the app. I don’t know why this app has raving reviews and why it’s a popular one in the App Store but it needs to be stopped and reported. This is absolutely ridiculous.

DO NOT LOG IN- It’ll HACK YOUR INSTAGRAM. *Gave 5 stars to be at the top* This app sells your information to whoever-maybe the black web, but do not sign into your Instagram from this app! They will hack and change your information very fast. After about 5 minutes on the app waiting for the data to load ( it kept failing ) you’ll try to get back on instagram only to find out your logged out & password is incorrect when trying to log back in. They changed my email , phone number & even added a WhatsApp phone number so be careful ! Only way I was able to get back into my account was by sending instagram a selfie video to confirm it’s me!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. i download this app to track who wasn’t following me back. (i’ve used similar apps before so i thought it wouldn’t be a big deal) after trying to use the app / logging into my instagram account it started saying instagram needed to verify it was me.. i allowed the verification twice then realized it completely messed up my (instagram) APP! like opening the instagram app, it didn’t look / navigate like the normal app.. and it even said “open instagram app” as if i was using something else. after deleting the instagram app a couple of times and giving it a few minutes it finally went back to normal. immediately logged out and deleted this tracker app .

DEAR LORD DO NOT GET THIS APP. this app nearly gave me a heart attack. I know this is a self centered thing to say but instagram is one of my little joys in life, i love posting and making highlights, instagram for me is a journal of my life. But as soon as you put all your info into this app you will get a notif that an unauthorized account is logging into your insta and it will log you out, and say that your phone number/email is non existent. This lasted for what felt like 30 min but realistically 10-15. instagram help center was absolutely no help at all. I guess the best advice i can give is DO NOT get this, it doesn’t even work anyways and if you normally don’t look at reviews like i don’t, just be patient. Logging in through the website on my laptop worked for me but again just be patient and try again in 10-15 min.

WORST APP EVER DONT DOWNLOAD. My account that I had for YEARS got deleted after I used this app ONCE and after I wasn’t able to get it back… had that account since forever with a built of following of old friends and many conversations that I will never get back just because this stupid app said that they updated their app so it wouldn’t violate community guidelines. I never leave reviews but I feel like this app was just such a waste of time and money that I had to save the rest of you guys from knowing how much this will f you up. I wish I had a Time Machine to go back and never download this crap. Don’t waste ur time or money. I don’t know how they have 4 stars, this has to be fake

Instagram Blocked me for 48h and Limited my Usage the Moment I started Using the App. I downloaded the app, paid for a weekly service, and when I opened Instagram five minutes later I started receiving pop up tabs with the note “we have limited how often you do do certain things on Instagram to protect our community.” I have to wait for 48h to see what will happen after that. I basically was stopped from liking peoples stories, looking at the stories, etc. I can’t even scroll to see any new posts. I reported the app to Apple and told them the app is doing things against Instagram usage guidelines (clearly!!), and I also informed Instagram about the app interfering with the profile (so they know I personally didn’t do anything, and they know which app it is). I also requested a refund from Apple. Clearly this app is doing something against Instagram guidelines, and I don’t suggest using it, if you want to protect your profile and Instagram account, and save yourself a lot of headache with reporting issues to social media apps. I can’t believe I paid to mess with my Instagram usage and my profile. What a scam!!

Warning DON'T FREAKIN DO IT !!!. It’s November 29th and I’ve downloaded this app earlier today trying to take the ease from removing accounts. When they asked to verify my instagram it completely denied it and now my account been on error since earlier this afternoon it’s now 8pm. I’m sadden to say that I should’ve read the reviews first before making this an option. By all means just unfollow everyone yourself or make a new one because these apps will get your account suspended or even removed in that matter. I’m highly disappointed and hope to get back to my account as soon as possible. I wasn’t expecting this to happen but it is something to be aware of because these app aren’t associated with instagram none at all. Instagram is purposely trying to keep away apps like these due to fraudulent behavior. please please please do not download any other apps that believes to tell you they can remove followers or even increase your following it’s not worth it AT ALL!!!!!

BEWARE THIS APP IS UNSAFE AND WILL HACK YOUR ACCOUNT. I use to use this app years ago and it was actually legit. I’m not sure what happened. I downloaded it and was immediately locked out of my IG. The email was changed and I was logged out of all devices. Luckily I moved faster than the hackers and was able to reset my password immediately. I still didn’t gain access with changing the password. I just wanted them out of my account. I had to verify my instagram with a video proving it was me to actually be granted access. Very nerve racking. Please don’t be a fool ! THE REVIEWS ARE REAL , this app will take full control over your accounts. I now have my google authentication app for all my account so this can never happen again. Shame on you Apple for allowing this in the App Store

Could be better. When I went to report a problem or suggest a feature those buttons don’t even work inside the app. The only thing I care about is knowing when someone unfollowed me, so I can’t comment on the other features they offer. However, the most annoying thing about this app is how it locks you out of your account every single time. It forces you to re log in and Instagram thinks you’re a bot or hacked and disables your account until you reset your password and then you have to do it all over again every single time. I feel like after a certain amount of times Instagram will just lock it permanently or something so this is a huge issue they need to work on fixing asap.

Instructions on how i got my instagram back. I logged into my instagram on the app and not even 10 minutes later, i’d get a “try again later” message that would continuously pop up on my instagram anytime i’d try to navigate anywhere on the app. i was scared my instagram was gonna be stuck like that forever until i reported a problem and deleted the app for a few hours. when i logged back in everything was normal. DO NOT THINK IT WILL WORK FOR YOU BECAUSE IT WONT. i deleted the app a different way than how you normally would when you’re at the home screen, and can show step-by-step instructions on what i did because i think that was the trick that made it work. settings>>general>>iphone storage>>click on instagram>> delete app have the app deleted for a few hours, maybe even up to 24, and that should help fix the problem

Messed up my account and I can’t get back in. I just downloaded the app, logged into my account. Then Reports prompted me to go to the Instagram app to verify it was me. When I clicked the button, it took me to Instagram, where I immediately got an error saying “Something went wrong”. I couldn’t close it out, the entire page had the error. I closed the app, then opened it again, and could see my account, but I couldn’t refresh my feed or access DM’s or anything. I’ve tried to sign out and sign back in and nothing works. I’ve done everything besides delete the app, since I have 30 drafts and don’t want to lose them all. This is terrible

My instagram stopped working. As soon as I downloaded this app and I logged in on my account as it prompted, my Instagram app stopped working. I would open the app and it would immediately have a pop up page that was blank and said something along the lines of there is an error. Through the reports app it said action needed to be taken through my Instagram app and had the option to open Instagram or cancel. For the first couple of times I hit cancel but then when my instagram didn’t work I chose to open instagram. It did nothing. Eventually I just logged out through the reports app and logged into instagram on my browser and changed my password. It made me do not robot verification since it said suspicious activity was occurring on my account. Definitely scary to anyone. Don’t recommend this app unless you want Instagram to stop working.

Terrible app. This app does not even work. First of all even trying to open up the app and login it already gave me problems because it’s telling me for some reason that my password is wrong when I know for a fact that my Instagram password is correct. Even logging in on my computer to the actual Instagram app it went through but for some reason it keeps telling me that on this app my Instagram password is wrong so it doesn’t even let me login. Are used to also use this app a few years ago, where it would do the same thing it would glitch out it wouldn’t be as accurate where it would tell me that these people are unfollowing me, but then, when I go on the app, I would notice that they didn’t actually Unfollow me.

Log in. The same day i got the app i payed for the pro version of the app which is a $3.99 charge weekly. The same day i got the app & in the same day i kicked me out & it never let me log back in. Don’t fall for this app + possible solution to get account back. It’ll ask you to verify yourself by logging in to your IG, however as soon as you do so you’ll be logged out of your IG and the app itself won’t load saying there’s been an error. I was lucky since I noticed how suspicious this was since it wouldn’t let me login, so then I quickly afterwards went to the web version of IG and signed in via 2 factor Authentication and quickly changed the password and went over my security details and 2 factor authentication options. It signed me out of the IG app and I logged in with my new password and everything is back to normal. So far nothing else has happened to my account since then which was 2 days ago for me but I’m sure if not taken care of, they’ll use your information and possibly change your security details so you can’t login. For my situation I was lucky enough to act fast but I’m not sure if it’ll work for everyone (depending if you have 2 factor authentication enabled and how long it’s been since you’ve been logged out). That being said please look out for sketchy apps/websites like this and always stay safe out there friends. Pls report these kinds of apps to take them down and lessen the number of people who use it

Great app, some suggestions. Love the app, it’s probably my go-to social media. Having said that, there’s two main points of frustration; It would be great if there was a way to bulk unfollow inactive accounts, or sort accounts by the last time they posted, as a way to easily clean out following lists. I’ve accumulated so many creators I follow over the years and it feels impossible to give my list a good spring clean. Generally the ‘accounts least interacted with’ list puts forward accounts I'm genuinely still interested in, but haven’t seen on my homepage in a while. Which leads to my second point - it feels like Instagram is pushing more of a mass, frequent & instant content focus with its algorithm. I enjoy Instagram for its personal, curatorial kind of engagement, and the arc towards mass content creation is kind of frustrating as it means I see less of my friends on the homepage, and also find I’m reaching less people. Pushing elements like reels & multiple stories a day makes the whole thing feel like a content farm. Intimacy with followers and creators is half the fun!

DON’T PAY. This app kept logging me out of the account and also Instagram itself so much so it posed a security threat where I had trouble logging back into my Instagram and had to change my password, the data loading was slow and not all the info was correct. My request to refund even after Apple had put through a dispute was denied multiple times.

Consistently logs me out and temporarily blocks account. This app has logged me out more than I can count, consistently making me change my password even though I’ve entered the correct one. On top of that when I go back to Instagram it temporarily blocks my account due to suspicious behaviour, which definitely comes from this app. Waste of time unless you want to keep changing your password and be locked out of your accounts every time you try to open the app.

Do not recommend. Do not use this app. I have just been logged out of my Instagram and scared me as I could no longer access it and nothing was working. To get my Instagram account back, I deleted Instragram waited 30mins-1hr and then redownloaded and logged in and my account was back to normal. Not worth the stress of losing your Instagram account.

This app is a joke. It used to work fine now it doesn’t work at all. Every time I try to load the stats it tells me to log back into Instagram because the session as timed out, makes me verify my account on the Instagram app, then I have to log in again, then tells me that I need to change my Instagram password, then the whole process starts again. Log in, load, verify, change password, log in, load.. waste of time and money.

Doesn’t work with 2factor auth. I don’t typically leave reviews but this is such garbage, one is warranted. If you have 2 factor authentication enabled and use the regular instagram app, this app will log itself out. Even worse, instagram will log you out and lock your account, citing suspicious activity - and you have to change password to regain access. Only to be logged out and locked out on both apps, over and over again.

Great App but there’s a catch. It’s a good app what it does but the downside of using this app is that Instagram instantly blocks your account. I don’t know how Instagram finds out but they somehow do. Hence I would not advise anyone to use the app if they do not want their Instagram account to be blocked or they ban you completely.

This app constantly makes me renew my password over and over again, wouldn’t trust it you will end up with your instagram account black for good or someone will get your password I kid you not I’ve changed my password 9 times just to use this app. Deleted and done! Constantly locked out of my instagram. At first for nearly a year this app has been incredible. In recent months, it has completely messed with my IG. I’m constantly being logged out and my account keeps getting locked, instagram keeps limiting what I am able to do even when not using the app and it’s so upsetting when you’re paying for a premium subscription that you cannot use without being scared to lose your account completely. Maybe don’t download if you like your security?. I downloaded it, it asked for a few questions such as linking and confirming my Instagram profile (which is totally fine seeing as how that’s the entire point of the app). I went to this app thinking it might be different because it had good reviews, but all I got in the end was the app downloading and having access to all of my Instagram data (and now I feel stupid and regret that) including my personal email and phone number and absolutely no sign on who has followed, unfollowed, blocked me, etc. Not worth your time nor your personal info, plus the access that they now have to your personal info. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I only say this in an unfortunate way as I genuinely had high hopes for this one. :(

Don’t waste you time or money. Ever since I bought the full version of Reports+ it has not worked. It will continually sign me out of my Instagram account while also requesting for me to change my password every time I use the app. The app itself and what it is designed to do also doesn’t work. It will take 2 to 3 minutes to analyze and collect data from my Instagram account to then reaching 98% to then log me out. I find this extremely frustrating especially because I didn’t have any issues with the free version and ever since purchasing the app I haven’t been able to use it.

Hard to cancel if you don’t like it. I have no opinion to cancel subscription. I spent hours trying to figure out how to cancel and I still haven’t found option for cancellation of weekly subscription. Don’t download Instagram is pending to delete my account. Downloaded it after a 4 month break from socials and when I downloaded it, Instagram logged me out and is now reviewing whether it was spam/maybe going to delete my account. You then have to send a selfie with a number on a piece of paper then they review it. It can take 4 weeks oh welllll

Got my account suspended. I have been using this app for over a year, and relatively had no issues. About 3 or so months ago, using it got me locked out of my account for a day or so but I eventually managed to reset my password and all was good. Two days ago however, I tried using it again and it resulted in my instagram account getting suspended. Its been two days and my account is still “under review” by instagram. Got a phishing alert and was told to change password. Scam App Do Not Install. As soon as I downloaded this app and logged in, my instagram instantly started showing “could not refresh,” and when I tried to change my password on Insta, it showed “challenge required error.” Not a coincidence that this happened immediately after entering my info onto this app. Luckily I have my insta on my laptop and linked to my phone number as well so I was able to reset my password. If I hadn’t had extra protection on my account I might not have been as lucky as to get back into my account. Others have not been able to do so and have been permanently deleted or locked out of their account and lost all their data. Moral of the story, please DO NOT use these types of apps as they completely take over your account and have control over it without your consent. Stay safe and be wary of this god-awful app. Scammers!!

I contacted the developer asking for a refund and they requested I take the time to send a video illustrating the problem, which i did. And even after all that they STILL refused to issue my refund and then stopped responding. Total scam; don’t give these clowns your time or money.

logs you in and then back out. i started using this app due to the other ones logging me in and then back out , this one does the complete same… idk what app to use. in the reviews they mentioned they fixed the issue but i’m still having that same issue and really i’m annoyed. im really big on who unfollowed me so with this app being trash and not working as it should , i’ll find something else. y’all need to fix this!! Logs out and locks account. Worked well to track people who follow/unfollow you, but at a price. Each time you use it, it logs you out of all your devices and if you don’t log back into Instagram and verify that you logged in within 5 minutes you get locked out of your account. I paid for the yearly subscription. Should have paid more attention to the reviews before purchasing.

Don’t get. This app caused me to get logged out of my insta and I can’t get back in. I guess my account is going to be deleted now and I use it for work! There is no way to contact insta about this but I think it’s because this app is technically a third party app and this goes against guidelines. So now I’ve lost my account. I also can’t not make another account! I think it gave my phone a virus. Not sure how this app is still up since it’s giving people viruses

You will get hacked!. I have downloaded this app several times and each time gets worse and worse. At first my instagram will glitch when I connect the app to it. I will try logging into my account on instagram and it makes me re-log in several times. The second time around the app chose not to even work. The last time I used it, I could not log back into my instagram account because it was hacked. It took so long to get my account back. Don’t use this app! It’s not safe.

Question. Love the app so far, had a question and hoped the devs could answer, for the profile view how long ago does that mean they viewed your profile? And what exactly does admirer mean? How often are they on my page? Can’t find that anywhere

Doesn’t work. Got this app because they said they had fixed the logging out issue with an update. Paid for premium, worked a few times but now it constantly causes my Instagram to force me to change my password, then I refresh it and it does it again. Also $40 just to see who unfollows you. Which is ridiculous. Can’t get a refund on the $20 I paid for already.

logging out issue. I’ve download this app MULTIPLE times but recently since october or november it has been logging me out every single time it refreshes. I deleted the app and haven’t downloaded any other app since December. I recently downloaded it since i’ve gotten a new phone but it’s still giving me the same issue. I’ve seen there was an update Jan 26 BUT it’s Feb 7 and i’m still have the same issues 6 months ago.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.. Horrible app. Such a hassle to use, and didn’t even show me the premium benefits after I bought a plan. The app kept kicking me out and saying the “session expired” when I was on for less than a minute (and that was basically me trying to log into it). I had to wait hours to log in sometimes. And Instagram kept logging me out of my account because of the app. Thousands of password changes later, I cancelled my subscription that I had for ONE day.

Not accurate. I just did a new Instagram account to see if it would say some inaccurate data and not surprised it did. Like I just made a new Instagram and somehow I have 9 strangers interacting. The reviews with the short “good” and spam reviews seemed sketchy so it was also a reason why I made a new Instagram. Also in case I got hacked it would be a useless account. Now because of the sketchy data and reviews I will probably not buy any subscriptions. Maybe one to test it out but yea.

Causes login issues. Used this app for a very brief time, because it caused problems with my Instagram account immediately. The first time I used it, it caused Instagram to put a limit on my account. The second time it caused them to lock my account for 2 days! And the last, it logged me out of my account and then I immediately deleted it!! Not a trustworthy app at all, and I have serious security doubts

Something’s up with this app and it’s not good.. Not only does the app inaccurately report unfollowers, but it seems dicey. I’m now locked out of my Instagram account and can’t even change my password. This was after Instagram threw an error when I was trying to reconnect this app, with red letter warnings about a security threat. Not sure why the connection was broken in the first place. I feel a refund is in order, but am not hopeful. I wouldn’t recommend this app.

phishy…. ive used apps like these before and just wanted to check on the state of things w people unfollowing me. after it loaded all my data I went back to instagram and it told me id logged in on a site designed to LOOK like insta that wasn’t actually! instagram said it was phishing, and I trust insta more than some random app. plus, if you scroll through reviews it’s mostly 1 star reviews, so idk how their rating is so high. the 5 star reviews also look suss, I don’t completely trust they’re not bots..

Eh…. The app is amazing and shows a lot of things but the one issue I have with it is that I keep getting locked out of my account. It requires me to make a new password but “suspicious activity has been going around your account” and its really annoying. It was good having it for 2 weeks but I would not keep this app long term because who knows what could happen.

Don’t download. I downloaded this app & logged in , Instagram immediately locked my account. I had to go through the process of getting my account back. 10 mins later I received a notification that someone in another city logged into my account & immediately changed my password & tried to change my email luckily I turned on extra back up protection to my ig account. Someone will hack ur account quickly, don’t do it!

Glitched my Instagram. I didn’t believe when I read some reviews saying that their Instagram was having some bugs or acting up but it happened to me too. I uninstalled this app yesterday and removed their login from my Instagram. Even after doing all of that, today I was surprised by my Instagram. It logged out of my account twice without my permission and when I try to watch someone’s story, it keeps showing me the same stories I’ve watched before. Don’t recommend it!

No Timestamps. Lotsss of glitches. I need timestamps of when an event occurrd like when someone unfolowed me, etc. it timestamps based on When I refresh the page. So if I hadnt used the app in 1 month and I gained 10 followers throughout the week, itll show all of them as “followed 1min ago”. It timestamps based on when I refreshed the stats which is annoying.

Keeps logging me out my account. I got got the app and subscribed to just check who unfollows me. Every time I want to refresh it says “session ended” and logs me out in the instagram app. I have the latest version (11.1) and it still seems to always do the same thing over and over again. I was forced to change my password a couple times because of instagrams security.

This app will disable your account!. DO NOT use this app. Instagram will detect the login through a third party app and disable your account temporarily or permanently. I’m trying to get back into mine and it’s not letting me. Not sure if I’ve been permanently banned or not but I can’t try it again until tomorrow anymore at the earliest. DONT use these third party apps as you’ll risk your entire account and Instagram support is all automated which means it doesn’t exist

Don’t download!. I don’t know why this app has such good ratings, but I just downloaded it and deleted it within 5 minutes. Made my instagram glitch and had to login to the app multiple times to use ?? I went to check the reviews and the truth came out. Someone replied to the bad comments saying an update was available to fix these problems but they’re not fixed. Don’t waste your time with this app. It needs to be improved

INACCURATE/DATA DELAYED.. Was hoping that shelling out $30 for the annual subscription would fix the laundry list of issues with this app. Unfortunately the only change was having $30 less in my bank account. All of the follower data is from months ago and refreshing the page does nothing. Deleting the app and reinstalling does nothing. Also, being forced to log in and out every time the app is opened is 100% cumbersome and unnecessary. Would give 0/10 if possible.

Incorrect data of unfollowers. The whole point of this app is to show your followers that unfollowed you, but when I checked they are still following me. Be careful and double check when unfollowing based on their data. Also there are constant ads that make you wait until you can check your stats, I’ve used other apps like this and they’re more precise on their data and less ads. I definitely do not recommend this app and would not pay a cent for their services.

It kinda works. It works to an extent. It takes forever to refresh and load up new details of your IG account. It logs you out and everytime you log back in your IG account doesn’t recognize it and you have to type in a pin just to sign in. I bought the subscription and all it does is crash when loading up new activity. So pointless to use since it doesn’t load anything anymore.

Do not use. Right when I downloaded this I got logged out of my Instagram account and I couldn’t get back in. Not sure what the issue is. I couldn’t even use this app because it said my session has expired when it is literally at 14% of updating my information on my stuff. Then I have to log back into the app and it does the same exact thing. Do not use this or your Instagram account will get banned.

Awful app. This app, even under the paid subscription, never updated past 20% without having an error or logging me out. I’ve never even been able to see the analytics - it just never gets past 20% without an issue. Like you, I wanted to see who unfollowed me. Instead, I payed a few dollars for a product that doesn’t work and have wasted hours of my life trying to troubleshoot it. This is the first review I’ve ever left on an app - don’t waste your time or money on it.

F this app. Like everyone else I opened the app for the first time and within 30 seconds the app closed me out and my Instagram was locked. Obviously instagrams help center is completely useless, and I’m not receiving many codes to my email so I’m just fully locked out of my Instagram forever I guess? All I wanted to do was be petty after breaking up with my girlfriend so I guess that’s what I get but people use these stupid apps all the time!!! Waste of money- App keeps crashing. I paid for premium and the app crashes every time I refresh the page. It doesn’t matter how many times I login or refresh the app, it crashes. Then in the app, it won’t even let you click on the feedback area to report the problem or give suggestions on how to fix it. I’d find a different app to use.

Helpful Tip Recovering Your Acct :). You will get kicked out of your account and unable to log back in. I was able to recover my account by deleting the content cache in my settings>general>iPhone storage>Instagram>offload app. Instagram now requires a Captcha so these apps are a scam now. Don’t make the mistake by purchasing. I was locked out for almost a week. Hope this helps.

It’s a SCAM! Don’t pay.. I am so glad I spent money on this app that refuses to update and logs me out every time I close the app. And each time I open the app, it sets off an alert with IG and it’s such an ordeal. I’ve emailed customer support multiple times and they have yet to respond. Don’t waste your money, it’s a scam and after you pay, nothing updates. It’s incredibly frustrating and I’m just really glad that I threw my money away like that. In this economy. During the holidays. What a gem of a company.

Spot on. This was exactly the app I was looking for. All the features too. Wish there was the ability to tell you who has visited your account tho like some o other apps, but at least it works !

DO NOT USE - Will Lock you Out. Downloaded the app to see who wasn’t following me back, after it told me to login, logged me out, then had me log in twice again, I opened up the legit instagram app and now I’m restricted for 5 days. WILL LOCK YOU OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT. Totally not worth it, these apps are all scams. Don’t trust the 4.7 rating, read the reviews, instagram is really cracking down on apps like this, so please use caution when downloading any of these. Unable to use app. The app connected with my Instagram, but disconnected immediately after I paid for the premium for a year and would not reconnect even when I plugged in the correct 2 factor. Furthermore, there is no way to request support on the app. In my frustration, I even went to the developer website to request help and their contact section doesn’t work either. I feel like I’ve been scammed, and my money is lost for ever on an app I will never get to use.

I get the warning that someone from Columbus OH is trying to log into my account every time. Didn’t work for me. I downloaded it and it seemed like it could be good but everything was showing up as zero so i refreshed the page and it said “updating” so i figured then it would get the numbers. it had showed me some stuff but every time i tried refreshing and it got to 30% it would say that an error occurred or something like and i’d have to log back in. i wasn’t about that and deleted it. not to mention that when it was “updating” it updated REALLY slow. not worth it.

Does not work. I do not understand how this has so many reviews. I have downloaded this app and deleted it multiple times to try and fix it and it never works. Great App. It’s a great app that gives you all the information you need. Just wish you could click directly on the profile and it would pull it up on the instagram app.

Not accurate and logs you out. This app would be cool if it would work. It never stays logged in long enough to update my data. If it actually does update my data, then it may last a day or two until it needs the whole instagram login again. And again and again and again… so between the sessions, the old data is always lost, so you’re always starting from scratch. Not sure how this app got all the good reviews. I’ve give it 6months and it doesn’t work at all!

This app permanently deleted my Instagram. I am beyond angry and upset. I downloaded this app and while it was syncing with my Instagram it straight up deleted my account. The account no longer exists. All of the photographs of my life for the last 10 years - gone. I’m heartbroken and it’s an absolute joke that this app has so many bad reviews in the comments yet is the top rated app in the App Store. The developers should be ashamed of themselves because this is clearly a scam. Disgusting.

Doesn’t work. Bought it to remove ghost followers. As soon as you log in it starts to scan your IG to get the data. Couldn’t get past 25% of the scan before it logs me out and I have to try again. Tried again. Same problem. After that it wouldn’t let me try again unless I paid for premium. I did. Still doesn’t work. I will be asking for a refund. No reason to pay for something that doesn’t even work.
