once again: diamonds. This app would be 5 stars for everyone i’m sure if they wouldn’t price decisions so high. I shouldn’t have to spend 25 gems on a decision to see someone special for the night or 20 on a cute outfit. They also make it hard to earn more gems. At least work with some other app to fill out surveys to get gems quicker. Having to keep stopping a story because you don’t have enough gems is such a bummer and really makes you wanna delete the app. I shouldn’t be forced to spend real money just to get gems for a fake story. It’s supposed to be fun and games. Even if the creators could have the players watch ads for more gems, i’m sure we would all be grateful for that. But so far, it looks like they have left us in the dust. I shouldn’t have to play another story horribly and use up my keys just to get 2 gems from finishing a chapter just to make a good decision for another story that cost 25 gems. I’m not happy and other players aren’t. Tabou is gonna lose majority of their players to other story apps if they don’t do something about the gems. You can’t play with a good storyline if you don’t have gems. TLDR; They’ve got to ease up on how many gems we have to spend on decisions. We barely make enough even when we convert them from coins. They should provide optional surveys and optional ads to get free coins.

Pretty good, could have some improvements. This game is so fun to play! Definitely something worth playing, I only have a few things I would change. First, I shouldn’t have to use gems to make choices, only for clothes. If you have to have gems to make choices, the amount of gems should be no more than 10. Same for the clothes, no more than 15 gems. It’s basically making you want to spend money on the app when all you want is to enjoy the game. Instead of making us pay to get more gems or keys, let us watch ads to earn more gems or keys instantly. The game and plots are very fun to follow along with, it can just get annoying with how you have to spend money if you want the story to go your way. Other than that, it’s a great app with great stories, it just needs some fundamental changes with the gem and key system.

You can’t satisfy anyone. Lack of diversity? Really? That is what I keep seeing on other reviews. There’s more options for people of color than Caucasian by far. Guess what? I’m white, and I like to be a white character on this app, and date white guys. Heaven forbid I have my attraction preferences in real life and how I like to play. There’s only ever one option for each race for the guys. The issue isn’t racism. It’s lack of options over all. There should be several options, give every story all face options, like 3 faces for each race, and let us swap hair out for the guys like other apps I play. The dress options for diamonds should be 5 diamonds each. That’s acceptable. I usually end up only buying one or two diamond choices per story, because I’m not spending cash, that would come to $2.50 per choice. No. Heck no. Maybe per story, and I would. Also, there’s no creativity in the love scenes. “Shook me to my core” every single scene. Really?

Some things I don’t like about this game is, because you have to choose diamonds for almost everything you do and I don’t like that like it’s pretty annoying when you can do what you wanna do because it’s 25 diamonds and you only have like 13 , I understand they are trying to make it good but it pretty annoying when you are about to do something good but you can’t because it’s 25 diamonds. So I think they should lower the prices other and another thing . You guys put to much time on the tickets it takes 2 hours just for 2 tickets I think it should be like 30 minutes because the suspension is killing me ! Anyways other then that the game is great !

It could be SO good!!. Only 5 stars so my comment isn’t at the bottom. This is a 3 star game. The graphics are good, the stories are entertaining, but every other choice requires diamonds. You earn maybe one each ticket worth of a story and it’ll cost you 5,10,15,25 etc, for choices, and clothes. If you don’t choose the clothes you have to pay for they give you the UGLIEST option for an outfit and then have the other characters comment on it 😂 It seems like a cheap way to bully you into buying stuff. Some people don’t have parents that will dish out money for diamonds on a game. It’s enjoyable but man that’s annoying. If you want to play this kind of game, I suggest stories, or episodes. Kind of the same thing without bullying you into spending money.

It’s good but pricey!!!. Honestly in my opinion this is a really good game I just wish that having all the other stories intertwined with each other would be awesome which in the few stories they do intertwine with the same people on different occasions,The only thing I don’t like is that you have to purchase gems in order to pick the right choices they should cut us a little slack! Like maybe give us some ads we can watch to earn gems!! Or like a bigger daily reward instead of just one gem because if you’re putting a lot of money into an app to play then you should get rewarded regardless for those people who cannot afford to purchase gems I just think it’s a little unfair I’m pretty sure a lot of people install the game realize what it’s about and they don’t have the funds to purchase so they uninstall it I was almost one of them but I only put 10 bucks into it which is the most of them are put in for any game I’ve been playing games for so long! So in my opinion they need to fix this app and make it more usable for more users!!So if the app creator is reading this please fix it please make it where it’s easier for people to earn gems without always having to purchase some thing give us more options to choose more choices without having to pay for them I don’t think it’s fair in my opinion I think it’s a little money hungry! So I really hope things change for this app for the better or I will uninstall it pretty soon!!!

Not enough ways to get free diamonds. Its a four star game maybe five but I don’t have the money to buy the diamond packs so I watch the ads to receive diamonds and it really takes me too long to finish a chapter for example right now I’ve been trying to accumulate diamonds for three days so I can pick the choice I want and I go on today I need a 25 had 18 now I have to start all over again because I go on there today thinking I’m going to move on and there’s only three diamonds and I haven’t use them I guess it was a glitch or something I really do like the app so I was wondering if maybe you guys could do something like maybe when you watch the ad could we receive a few more diamonds than just one and maybe have a bigger limit on the ads we can watch or have different ways to earn diamonds in the game I have read lot of reviews and people do like it too just seems like they are having the same problems as me I hope you take this into consideration please, thank you very much I hope you guys have a great day

I enjoy it but.... I really think the amount of diamond you have to use is ridiculous. Especially when you only get one after you finish a chapter and you only get 4 keys. I've bought a few here and there but its still too much. I also think the stories shouldn't be added until they're complete. I had going 3 stories at the same time because they wouldn't be done for WEEKS at a time. And PLEASE stop making the "free" outfit look like crap all the time. The "free" stuff shouldn't always be the worst. 🤦🏾‍♀️ i really like the app but please make it better. Add more African American and Asian characters too. Or at least give a more diverse option for them. I know whoever is behind the app can step it up at this point its already good... make it great! Edit: had to come back and say something about the length of time it takes for a story to be completed is very annoying... should let readers create their own stories after awhile..same plot gets boring after awhile. Good app though.

Expensive. The game is good to pass the time when you’re bored, but its quality is only as good as how much you’re willing to pay. Every chapter has at least two premium choices that require you to either pay money to access the actual story or pick a free and full choice that delays the story and causes irritation and the feeling of uselessness while playing. In stories you want to progress properly in, you tend to feel like you start the story over and over again until the story has to continue near the end. By this time, you would have had to spent hours playing the story, but also even more time waiting for the keys to refill. And then when you do play, the premium choices keep the story dull and delayed. If you have $100 to burn and find this fun, have at it and enjoy the game. However, if you prefer playing. Games like this for free with scarce ads like I do, then unfortunately you’ll have to suffer through hours of pointless storytelling just to get to the main plot. Overall the stories are decent and the app runs well. 3 stars for quality of the app.

Not As Good As Other Story Apps. I purchased a monthly pass for Chapters and Tabou on the same day. I upgraded to have the unlimited access to read any story I want. But I honestly am very disappointed with the very low diamond rewards. I have read about 4 stories now and am unable to choose extra scenes because of the high cost of diamond choices. It’s really ridiculous that you can only earn 2 diamonds after each chapter read and only a daily log in reward of 10 Diamonds. The non purchased outfits purposely make your character look frumpy and out of place. There are not nearly as many stories as Chapters has and Chapters allows you to earn more diamonds other methods to earn extra diamonds by interacting with the community than Tabou. If you are on the fence about purchasing a monthly pass, I would suggest you don’t bother and download the Chapters app instead. I am quite disappointed with my purchase and I won’t be renewing.

Made a purchase now can’t watch videos for diamonds. While I don’t have money to spend joining the club or any of the expense purchases, I bought a small outfit pass deal. Immediately my option to watch videos for diamonds was taken away. Anyone who has played knows what area I mean where you see ‘get free diamonds’ One tab that says watch videos and then ‘other offers’. Well as soon as my purchase went through that whole section disappeared. Customer service had a standard non answer about not being able to guarantee ads because they are 3rd party etc. But come on its no coincidence. Just shows the company punishes customers for making a purchase. Probably trying to force our us to buy more but I’ll just be deleting the game instead. It takes like 300 diamonds to do one story no way I’ll be able to do anymore without the help of those diamonds from daily videos.

Diamond issue. This game is really fun BUT the gem issue makes me take a star off. The videos are either 44 or 30 seconds and you only get 1 gem. It would be nice if you could watch longer ads for more gems. The more offers button is stupid because they always ask for credit card info and never take 15 minutes. The websites they take you too are sketchy and once I did complete one I never got my diamonds. They overpriced the diamonds and would love to see daily rewards for diamonds. The options are also really expensive ranging from 17-25 which is so expensive if you have to watch 17 adds just do have to watch more later. Other than that small issue I really like this game. The keys aren’t an issue for me and I like how they sometimes give you a daily pass.

Rereading A story. So I love this game and I play non stop so much in fact I've read all the stories I'm personally interested in, the only thing I don't appreciate about this game is the fact that since I've read all the stories and I'm waiting for more to come out I'm rereading all my favorites what I don't like is after you reread you don't get gems again after a chapter so you can't save up those gems for more premium choices in stories. I feel like even if your rereading a story you should still get gems at the end of a chapter so later on when you are rereading to have a few more I already know gems are hard enough to get as it is already which is expected the game needs to make money my only thing is keep it the same which is fine but when you reread it would be great if you also got gems then. BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD…. You didn’t hear it from me first, there’s plenty of others who have said it before…SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I’ll be honest, these stories are great! They have good plot, and enough tease and mystery to keep you there. But they’re so good they become addictive. And with any addiction, you’re willing to pay for more. The creators know this, so they price everything in this game accordingly. They play on your feelings, they know you can’t resist knowing what’s in the next chapter, so they also know that if you don’t have enough diamonds to continue (because they won’t give you any better option to win them) you’ll lay down some big bucks to get the answers. I don’t think it’s possible to get through a single story without buying anything. This game is a money making machine! It’s not just a couple dollars here and there. You’re spending 10s and 20s just to get a cute outfit for an occasion. I’ll admit, Unfortunately I let myself get too caught up in it and spent beyond more than I should have. So I’m here to tell the rest of you, please don’t. There’s cheaper alternatives out there guys, don’t waste your time and money here.

Diamonds use to be a girl’s best friend.. I have enjoyed each story. Forbidden Fruit so far has been my favorite. I’ve only had the game for a month and have made ten purchases two of which was memberships. The second of which I purchased yesterday and already need more diamonds. The diamond situation is horrible even with joining as a member and I renewed for what I don’t know. Maybe because I can read more than one chapter a day, but that only makes you purchase more diamonds. I’m starting to wonder if it is worth it. I have read five stories in one month. I’m on the Bodyguard and I’m almost at the end and I need more diamonds to finish the way I want the story to go. I don’t think I will continue to make purchases it becoming a bit much. I rated five stars because I enjoy the stories but you all need more perks at least for the membership. Then now you want let me out in the name I use in all of my stories as my nickname. Ugh!!!!

I really do love this app BUT. I love the stories and how fun they can be; however, I wish the choices didn’t cost as many gems. I understand the makers of the app want to make money but making people pay $1.99 for like 40 gems, however, I think I’d be more inclined to buy gems if the choices cost less gems. The stories definitely become way more interactive and interesting when you use gems; but when the choices cost so many gems, I’m not going to use them as often. I’ve bought more gems before, but I’m not going to keep spending money on it. If the choices were less, I would definitely be more interested in buying gems because I would be getting a lot more bang for my buck. Right now I usually save up my gems for my favorite story and then use all my gems at once. After that I don’t care to buy anymore. I think there could be some major improvements. But anyways, I do love the stories. My last complaint is that stories don’t come out quick enough. I’ve been waiting for the “new chapter” of my stories for weeks now, and I have no other new stories to start. Other than those critiques I like this game way more than other story games I have tried.

Some stuff annoys me. The game is fun but it has a lot of flaws. There’s too many gem options but not enough chances to get gems!! Earning gems by doing tasks is practically a scam, too. And you can only watch a certain amount of videos for gems and it’s not that many. There’s a lot of outfits that cost gems that are only for looks and some of them are really expensive. I wish I could play the stories and not have to use gems for the best choices. The one thing I really want to be removed is the option to see the outcome of the story, WITHOUT GEMS! I spent a lot of time reading and waiting for keys, I wanna see the rest of the story! It also takes super long to get keys but I understand that more, because there isn’t a ton of stories and they don’t want us to blow through them all super quickly. So that’s okay, but gems!!! Please make it easier to get gems or make the cost of special choices lower :^(((

Like a soap opera app (Basically like reading 50 shades of gray but with avatars). I am not one to usually write reviews, but this app is so good I just have to share it. During the quarantine situation I have had to occupy my time with little things. I downloaded both this app, and the Episodes app. THIS IS MY FAVORITE APP RN. I am so hooked on the stories. Compared to Episodes, it’s so much more geared towards adult readers. Episodes is very geared towards high school, or younger. However, the stories on Tabou are more graphic (with words. It does not show anything graphic). Even without the steamy romance, the stories are so interesting. It is so much more than your typical cliches. There are plot twists you just wouldn’t expect. My only downsides are the wait time for the keys to read the stories for free. However, the amount you can get for free is pretty decent. You just have to be patient. Also I wish there were more stories. I am a couple stories away from reading everything.

Great app! - But.... The design of this app and the stories that go with it are remarkable and well put together. However, I would recommend not adding in the gems as much- or if you do- maybe allowing the players to use less gems. I’m going through one of the stories right now and it had me use gems twice in a row and the players always need so many gems in order to get their desired outcome. Although it’s a good sell tactic to get players to buy gems, it’s not the best and highly frustrating for the players. Most players, I assume, read other stories to gain gems. Which takes a lot of time. If anything, after finishing a chapter, maybe provide us with more than just one gem? Maybe like 3 gems? It’ll help get the reviews higher and recommended much more than most of these play along - story apps.

Feels a little sexual Harrassment-ish. The stories really are great. Though, you have the option to customize the main love interest, there always is an un-customizable second love interest that gives off the sexual harassment/assault vibe. Regardless of whether you want to or not, the advances from the second love interest seem forced. (To the point of unsolicited and unrequited kisses and dates)There should be the ability to turn them down and that be that- (No further pushing of a romantic agenda if the player doesn’t wish for that) or at least, the ability to customize the character to your taste if it is required for the development of the story lines. I have felt very uncomfortable with the automated second love interest. If you say NO or aren’t entertaining the advances, why does each story line tend to force some sort of romantic rapport between the main character (you) and the mystery person? Not cool... It comes off as if the creators are insensitive to sexual harassment victims by forcing the relationship development without allowing the option to decline completely or at least customize the second love interest. Game could legit be unstoppably amazing if it weren’t for that..

Replaying stories. I actually just downloaded this app about a month ago and I do love it and I really like the stories. My only problem is that I have already read two full stories and I’m about to finish my third story. In making my decision I decided I also wanted to go back and replay one of my books but I feel like if you’ve already finished a book, it shouldn’t cost anymore keys to replay it. Lessons in Lust was the first story I read so I went back to replay and saw that it costs keys and I can only imagine that some of the options I made that costs diamonds would probably cost diamonds as well. I think that replaying stories shouldn’t cost any more keys and then the options that you made that did cost diamonds, shouldn’t in a replay. I’ve already spent about $200 on this app so I would greatly appreciate it if you fixed that please and thank you.

You Don’t Listen. You obviously don’t give two craps about what your game players are saying about the diamonds. It is by far the dumbest concept created. Well I take that back. It is no true way to earn diamonds the man goal here is to clearly to just try to collect money from players, that’s the only concept. I get it, you want to make money off of your app. But you catch more bees with honey. Find a new structure that has a balance and more people would probably feel more inclined to buy diamonds because the deal would be sweeter and worth it. If I have managed to earn majority of my diamonds me spending extra money to get more feels a lot less insulting than me gaining 3 diamonds every time I reach a different chapter that could take a while because I ALSO HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE KEYS SMH The one story I read so far was actually enjoyable. Leave those exactly how they are those are great! Just make the game a bit more enjoyable when it comes to the diamonds. Literally can hardly do anything with out them and that easily makes this whole thing just boring.

This game has some serious microaggression. So right when the game starts off you got to choose your character and the darkest shade of black they have is a lighter brown girl that I guess is supposed to be black, then you move on to picking a hair style and this is where the problem comes in it’s not the hair style them self's it’s the captions for the hair styles, so when you get to the first curly hair style it says quote on quote that “this half up do is a incredible way tame your curls”,now that was the first red flag, but then I went on to the next hairstyle, and it was box braids and in the caption it says and I quote “who said braids can’t look elegant.” Now, whether they meant to be racist or not doesn’t matter that’s why these are called microagressions. Pls fix this and find something more “elegant” to put in these captions. Oh and here is the definition of microagression Microaggression is a term used for brief and commonplace daily verbal, behavioural, or environmental indignities, whether intentional or unintentional, that communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative prejudicial slights and insults toward any group, particularly culturally marginalized groups.

Diamonds!!!. Omg I love the interactive stories that are available. For the most part, there’s good storylines. But let’s talk about these diamonds. Okay, I understand we have spend diamonds for our premium choices, however I don’t believe that it’s fair game play to have to spend diamonds on an outfit or hairstyle that I’ve already bought with either diamonds or a pass. It’s not right and it makes playing the game less enjoyable. For instance, in The Bad Billionaire I literally just bought a premium outfit for 25 diamonds not even 10 minutes ago. I finished the chapter and now when having to select an outfit for the day, the same exact outfit my character was just wearing is now 15 diamonds despite me having paid for it in the last chapter. Could you guys fix this issue please? If not it’s, fine, I’ll just go back to playing my other game.

Great stories!!! But over priced. The stories on the app are amazing!! That is why I have come back several times after leaving the app for quite some time in between. The stories are amazing and keep you wanting more! However, it is highly, highly, highly overpriced. I find myself spending way too much to enjoy the game and it’s constant. I feel like if you’re just trying to enjoy the game even for a half an hour you’re spending hundreds of dollars just to finish a few chapters because each choice is incredibly, and I mean incredibly over priced! And to get one diamond from watching a video is exasperating and you’re only allowed to get 12 diamonds in a 24 hour and that takes forever! And sometimes those 12 diamonds doesn’t even get you to a a choice that you can make and if you choose the option that doesn’t require diamonds than the story isn’t as much fun or as exciting. So overtime I tend to lose interest and give up on the app all together. You really need to be a millionaire just to play the stories, not kidding!!

Great game—More Skin Color Choices/Customizable Families. Okay I love this game and I get very invested in these stories. I’m not going to go into the issues with the lack of diamonds and the price of premium choices, because everybody else has already gone into that. BUT. The main thing that’s bothering me right now is the lack of diversity for the black characters. I am a black woman and tend to choose black characters to represent myself, so it is a little annoying when the darkest shade is a light skinned tone. What annoys me even more is the fact that the parents never match my character. It’s always a white mom/dad. Maybe you guys can come up with a way to either customize the families too, or find a way for them to just be programmed to at least have the same skin color once you customize your main character.

Diamonds and Other. Well most of the stories are good but the majority of the stories are the men treating the women like crap and yet they still want them I’m sick and tired of it the love stories need to be a little bit more realistic and I understand there are no ads and that’s good but the diamond choices are too high 25 diamonds for everything that’s ridiculous If I pay $19 I better get more than 130 diamonds that needs to be at least 250 diamonds for that price. and we need more broader storylines more sensual love stories. What woman wants to be with a man and be treated like crap and then all of a sudden just out of the blue he start having feelings for her. Also I would like to be able to change my hairstyle throughout the story and I would like to be able to repeat the chapter after I read it so I could have see what other choices I could’ve made. I feel like writing my own story submitting it to you guys so you can understand what I’m talking about and I know a lot of thought goes into it’s not easy writing a story like this with multiple choices but it’s just not realistic enough and it’s really ruining my fantasy. Diversity for family members. I absolutely love these stories and would give it a 5 if it weren’t for the lack of diversity in parents and siblings. We get to choose our characters from 4 races/ethnicities and also get a choice in the guy we want. When parents and siblings pop up in the story they are always White regardless of the race of the main character. I would love the ability to choose family members and if for some reason that’s too difficult to program at least make them racially ambiguous to some degree. I am Black and most of the time I choose the Black character but when the parents stop by I tell myself maybe she’s adopted. I know families come in all shades and they are built on love not race but it would be nice sometimes to see more characters that look like me and other people of color. Again great stories just needs a little more diversity.

Fave romance game, but…. So far, this is probably my fave romance game. I have tried several and the one I played most frequently til now has been “Romance Fate.” Pros: 1) I like the amount of free tokens you get to exchange for diamonds. 2) I like that most choices aren’t premium choices 3) The writing is actually good and grammatically correct (some other games I couldn’t even make it through a chapter because of all of the misspellings and typos). 4) I like the outfit choices they have and that you can change frequently through the game - and that they have some free choices mixed with premium ones. Cons: 1) I wish the male characters did not all look the same and that we could have our choice of not only race, but actually the LOOK of our leading men. Not really attracted to the choice we have. I read two stories so far and I believe it’s the same guy. 2) You guys HAVE to offer a greater number of tokens for what we pay for. For 60 tokens costing $9.99, I can only make what? Two premium choices? That is way too much for so little and I refuse to spend 10 bucks for two choices. You have to improve this structure. At least allow 125 tokens with a $9.99 purchase so one can get through a couple of chapters worth of premium choices (if they do choose). With this rate, you’d have to spend $10/day to get through a chapter and I, for one, refuse to do that. Please change your tiers. 3) we should be able to go back and replay a specific chapter if we choose.

Be fair with the diamonds/slight suggestion. I’d honestly watch ads for diamonds. It’d certainly make the app more enjoyable. I really recommend it bc I know it’s the money they’re trying to get out of this and you can still Offer diamonds for payments. There are some really good stories on here and I only get 1-2 diamonds after each chapter and I need like 25 for a choice i and probably a lot of people might want? That’s crazy. These stories are sooo good but my general patience is very thin and I love drama like it genuinely bothers me that I can’t get Shelby to hook up with her best friends man bc I have 2 diamonds. I have yet to find a story/chapter game the least reasonable. You want people to get your app and keep it. Just be fair. Not everyone wants to spend their money on a game. Consider that bc it’s to the point where I’m saying this mess isn’t even worth it which has brought me to uninstalling chapters and episodes one time before after keeping them about a week. I don’t want to add Tabou to that list. I have adhd, I can’t sit still and read a book so I genuinely love these apps. These stories are too good. So again, try to be fair.

Question. I love this game so much that I’m almost done with every story that it has because it is so good that every time I finish one story I have to go and read another one. I have a question how long those it take for a new story to appear? and once it appears how long does it take for every chapter to download? because I am reading a new story that it was posted and it says that the story has 15 chapters but they have only 5 available so how long it will take for them to put the rest of the chapters? I try to restore the game to see if new stories appear but it doesn’t work because I already have an account... so what do I have to do to get new stories or how long does it take for new stories to appear

Amazing. Gems? Really not an issue.. The game is definitely amazing. I love the plots and outfits. The stories I’ve played so far are definitely interesting and I would love to play more. In terms of gems, I like how their are different prices for different outfits. Of course you can pay for gems to get them quick, but I really enjoy the fact that you one, get one gem after each chapter that is completed, two, you get free ones as rewards for certain achievements, and three, that you have an unlimited amount of ads you can watch to get one gem. That way the company still makes money, and we as players get can our gems for free in exchange for 30 seconds of our time per gem. If you have the patience for that, then I would definitely recommend!

Updates + Lack of Diversity. I really don’t like how infrequently and seemingly random this app updates its stories. It does release them in larger increments (5-10 chapters at once) but I would much rather have a chapter a week kind of thing. And it would be so much more helpful to have a release schedule, because I hate having to just wait around not knowing when the stories will update. Sometimes it’ll be so long I can barely remember what happened in the previous chapter. This app is also severely lacking in diversity/inclusivity. Your main love interest is always a man and even if there is a secondary female love interest, you don’t get to choose how she looks and the screen time with her is so much lower. She’s just in general treated like a kind of throwaway love interest and the book really pushes you to the main (male) love interest. Also, where’s my dark-skinned girls??? Love this app BUT. I love this app BUT with that said, there are a lot of complains I have. FIRST OFF, the gem problem. The story lines are interesting but literally anything that makes the story interesting, you have to buy. I caved and bought 50 for 1.99 and literally was gone in a second bc every choice or outfit is like 25 gems.....like no thanks, never again. SECOND, i don’t think it’s fair when I buy a dress.....and then later on in the story, you have the option to buy the dress again....I’m sorry, but if I already buy something in that story, I think I should be able to wear the same dress later on in the story WITHOUT BUYING IT AGAIN!!!!! It’s so annoying and not fair!!!!! I really hope you see this and make options and outfits less expensive. Also 1 gem for completing a story....are you serious....come on now....give us more. If you want to have terrible reviews n ratings then please keep doing what you’re doing. At this rate I’m about to delete the app and download episodes or something....maybe even watt pad bc that’s free 🙃

Great for adults.. I ran across this app maybe about 4-5 months ago maybe longer. I love that they created a app for adults. All the stories were great to read, the only reason I gave it four stars is because I’ve read all the stories on there already and it’s been more than a few days and I keep Checking to see if there is more to read but there hasn’t been. I would love that more stories were available to read weekly to keep us readers entertained. I keep getting notifications from the app thinking maybe it’s alerting me about new stories but it never is really about anything. There’s this one story that I still have a lot to read but it’s been days and no further chapters have been available to read. That’s the only bad thing about this app is it’s lack to provide new stories and the wait for new chapters to become available.

Money Hungry. It’s fun but 45 tokens only translate to ONE gem?! Choices are at LEAST 15 gems. We only get 15 tokens a day…how do you expect anyone to enjoy playing when you can’t choose certain choices. Most of the choices shouldn’t have to be chosen by gems to begin with. Reasons games like Mechat, Lovelink, and Winked are so big and people play them is because of the ability to get a large amount of gems in order to enjoy gameplay. Ads—mini games, etc. but with what is given to us in this game it could take multiple days to choose one gem choice, unless you’re reading stories your not interested in to attain the ONE GEM after each episode. Multiple reviews have expressed their feeling about it and it has yet to be adjusted it seems. Lots of potential—but I don’t want to spend time playing a game I can’t enjoy.

It’s good, but.... I just wish some of the choices didn’t require diamonds, especially not as many as they do. I get it. You want to make money, but good grief. There are some that should just be free because they MAKE SENSE. Also, the clothes and hair definitely should be that much in diamonds (really should be free, but I’m being reasonable of sorts). Please change things. The stories are good, but the enjoyment flicks away whenever you can’t choose something. P.S. The alternate endings shouldn’t be “priced”. If they are, make them 1 diamond. Edit: You should chill out on the stories all of a sudden needing diamonds to continue the person’s dates or things along that line. Why? Because they’re more frequently being placed in the middle of the date or action. Like “Forbidden Pleasure” for example (one of the many). I thought the whole date with Liam would play out, because it was going so well, and BAM. Diamonds are needed to continue the date. This is seriously getting out of hand. It’s almost like the more reviews you get about the diamond and keep situation, the worse things get. Also, this whole 2+ hours to wait for keys is growing tired.

Extremely Expensive Gem Choices. Stories are interesting & interactive. However, to get full experience you are going to spend a BOATLOAD! I didn’t like that at all, and didn’t seem fair not to offer an Unlimited Monthly gem & key option for one set price! Most if not all apps are offering this feature! The other thing is limited stories no Fantasy & Sci-fi & Horror (that was very disappointing). I also, do not understand why a good portion of these stories paint women in very bad light making them very naïve, and unable to think & stand willfully on their own? Why are you doing this? It’s rather disgusting! We don’t always need a man to satisfy & take care of us! Some women can do it all & are complete badasses in the world! I know you could do better here on this app ok! I’m not sure I’ll keep playing due to its affordability or, lack there of! Hopefully, you’ll listen to these reviews & make changes that benefit all not just line the pocket books of developers! Fans of this app will be loyal only when your loyal & fair to them.

Scam. Save your money and time.. Super expensive to play how you would want to. You also have to choose outfits like at least once a chapter, it’s hard to choose the free option, and in this game, the outfit choice does penalize you. I’d be more cool with it if we had a currency exchange system for keys too. I have a ton of those and am out of books to read (that I’m interested in). Please for christs sake make it so that we can sort our friends/follower list. It is IMPOSSIBLE to be friendly and follow back after a certain point because you have to scroll to the bottom of the page. Or at least add a scrub bar. Scrolling laggy and I end up closing the app while mindless scrolling. You guys cap our gifts at 5 a day anyway, at least make it so that we don’t have to be the A hole who doesn’t add people back. There are better apps that have cheaper currency. Also they have sales of “buy one, get one free”, and apparently they don’t know what that means because you buy one and get something 1/4 the value added on… that is NOT how it works. Use the proper name for the “sale” instead of trying to scam people. The phrase means that when you buy X, you get a second X free, not a free Y… which is a scam anyway since they price everything 20x higher than actual video games or books. It’s pretty bad. Save your money and your time, go read a book for free or play an rpg.

Tokens gone!. I had the membership of this game for a month and it made playing a lot of fun but I decided that I didn’t want to pay 15 a month for this one game that doesn’t update the books often. This app is sold to mostly teens and younger who don’t have their own financial income to spend 15 a month on this game nor to spend on keys and tokens. During the month that I had this club offer I used it to stock up on tokens. I had close to 500 and I decided tonight would be when I transferred SOME of them over to diamonds…45 tokens for 9 diamonds okay that’s not bad but no it took HUNDREDS of my tokens and now I only have 35 tokens after months of saving up. If you really want to sell this app to teens maybe try making everything a little less expensive. Teens barely have any money let alone enough to spend it on this. It’s a great app but way too expensive and all of my tokens are gone even though it should have only taken 45 of them. Everything should be cheaper, the club offer, diamonds, keys, premium outfits and hairs, premium chapter offers as well. If you want to sell the app you should make the offers worth it

very good game but…. this is really one of my favorite games but ever since yesterday it won’t even let me play. I’ll click on the app and it starts loading but then it stops at 75% and freezes. And also the stories are great but it costs so many gems for the good choices and there’s a lot of them in one episode like even for outfits they make the one that doesn’t cost anything so ugly or boring it’s kind of annoying and for example the naughty lessons story like the whole point of the story is for the naughty lessons but you have to pay gems to actually do the lessons in the story it just doesn’t make any sense to me. if you guys could atleast make it cost less gems maybe like 5 or 10 or something would be better that would be great. other than that i really love this game ◡̈ !!

Good stories, waaaaaayyyy too expensive. Stories are ok. Could be way better, if you have a ton of diamonds. You are only started with 25 diamonds. If you want to actually 'play' and get to the good parts of the story, you have to buy all their diamond packages. Each choice costs 25 diamonds. Changing clothes cost between 5-25, there is one free option but sometimes is worse for the occasion then your current outfit and it doesn't give you the option to not change. You only get 1 diamond for completing a chapter. You can earn diamonds for completing things like pick 5 premium outfits or hair. But you only get like 5 diamonds for that. So at a minimum, you spend 25 diamonds to get maybe 5. Buying diamonds isn't going to happen because it's not a good value when broken down; with how much choices are you'd still only get to pick a few options. Each chapter has a couple options for decisions and outfit changes. Not worth it.

The good show. Diamonds. So far I really enjoy this game, however, I think it would be better if there were more ways to get diamonds. The only way to really get diamonds is to pick premium outfits and choices. How are people expected to do that if the only way to get the premium choices are through diamonds. You also get one diamond at the end of each chapter, but that is also not helpful, considering that you might be completely finished with the story before you can pick a premium choice that you want. So diamonds are pretty hard to get in this game, especially if you can’t or are not willing to spend money for them. I would recommend adding in new ways to get diamonds. Such as a daily check in, or by watching ads, or make more quests that don’t involve spending diamonds to get even less diamonds. That is all, thank you.

Pay To Play App.. Unless you're willing to drop some major cash, run away from this app. And yes I mean major. Even when you buy the VIP membership it is not worth anything because premium choices cost 10-25 diamonds and they're about 5 choices or more each chapter. So all the diamonds they give you - 120 and then 2 at the end of each chapter, get used up immediately. We all know how premium choices make the stories more fun. No one wants to be blasted as being basic in your clothes and your decision when you don't have enough diamonds to get a premium choice. All these story game apps are money hungry. I doubt the developers care about giving us a fair shot at engaging with these stories the way we want to. Watching ads for 1 diamond don't help either. You'd be better off paying for a streaming service like Netflix then the 15 dollars for this apps VIP. Buying VIP in this game really makes you feel like a Very Impulsive Person because you'll regret wasting money on a currency created to be used up within a chapter. They also claim you can have a fun experience without premium choices but come on we know that is not true, simply choosing the "basic" experience, lessens the game play. Their app even outright calls you basic if you don't do premium and encourages you to spend your own real life coins. Save your coins honey this app ain't worth it.

It’s okay.... I like this game, I do. Although I do feel like the paid options are wayyyy to pricey, especially when you only get 1 diamond per chapter. You don’t have ads that we can watch for extra diamonds or you don’t give us daily rewards (diamonds). I do like the fact the some options you don’t have to pay for unlike other story games where you have to pay for EVERY big decision. I also don’t like the fact that when it comes to clothing. When things are given or someone else in the story pays for your clothing then ALL the clothing options should be FREE! Why are we paying for the clothing options when someone else offers to buy. For example I’m reading the story “The Proposal”. In this book he buys her all of her clothing. Even though she has the choice to choose whatever she wants, why do we have to pay for something already “bought”....

Enjoyable app!. This is my favorite story choices- type app. The stories are very satisfying and interesting. The only thing I could complain about is wanting more diamonds, but diamonds can be achieved easier on here than other apps I've tried. You earn them after chapters as well as with challenges/achievements which I think is nice. They're also not that expensive, although I don't buy them. I also love that although the diamond choices are sought after, you can still get good outcomes without spending diamonds, in contrary to other apps that I quit because the whole app was focused around getting you to buy and spend diamonds. I wish there were more story options that were finished but hopefully they'll be finished soon! I'm very pleased.

Overused character art. This game is just like any other visual novel app with its uses of limited keys/tickets to read a chapter and diamond purchases for hair, clothing, and extra content. As with other apps, the game doesn’t offer you enough ways to earn extra diamonds, and of course you can pay an ungodly amount of money if you’d like to purchase more. That’s really all I’m going to say on that matter because it’s the same old song. I wasn’t surprised by that concept in the very least. So, what I’m going to talk about instead is the character design. It’s not that the characters are necessarily bad, they’re just extremely overused. Nearly every story has the same MC and LI options and it gets incredibly boring to look at the same faces in every story. What’s even worse is that most of the other characters in the stories are WAY better looking than the MC or LI options. I just find it really strange that the Tabou team has a large variety of character art, but they, for some unknown reason, prefer to use all their newer, better looking assets as side characters as opposed to the main characters.

Great, but could be better. I love the plot of the stories and the optional choices that go with the story, which makes the story become more interesting. I also love the clothing options in the story they’re so pretty. But it’s so hard to earn gems. The premium choices I want to click to see where the story goes cost lots of diamond. I only get 25 diamonds and then read the first story. And how much does my first premium choice cost? 25 Diamonds. I made one choice and then all my diamonds are GONE. I reach another good choice option so I have to read another story to get more, but later on more premium choices appear in a story. After i complete a chapter all I get is one diamond. One diamond isn’t going to support a premium support that’s 25 diamond. So please make the choices less expensive and when we complete a chapter we can get like 5-10 gems. That would really be helpful. I’n really hoping you read my review and make the gems less of a problem because that would really mean a lot to me.

Lots of potential and v enjoyable!. Been into this app lately! It’s pretty entertaining. It’s like Choices but a lot more adult and which more interesting plot lines. There are a few odd, annoying things though. It only allows you to change your hairstyle in the beginning of the game and the hairstyle you choose depends on the face. You should be able to mix and max the race and the hairstyle lol I don’t get why that’s a thing. It keeps the player from really customizing their character, and in addition I’m not going to use gems to buy a hairstyle for a game that I’m not sure if I even like yet. It should give the option to change it later as well. Also with the outfits, I totally get that most of the cute ones will gots gems, that makes sense. It’s a free app whatever, but can we at least get two free options to choose from ? The one we get is always ugly so at least give two ugly options so I can feel like I’m choosing something 😂 Also, from the stories I’ve read, the male characters that are supposed to be like dominant and attractive often are just way too forward in a distasteful way, so more awareness of jerk-like characters would be cool, but that might just be a me thing idk. Overall I really like the app and I’d recommend ! I’m hyped for more varieties of stories to come out, they’re super fun. I can’t wait to see where the app goes and how it develops! It’s probably my favorite of this genre of app, and is a good time!

It’s cool but.... I enjoy the stories and all the premium stuff, but, everyday when I try to get the free diamonds it doesn’t work. A small pet peeve. Everything about this app is pretty slick. The style, the mature feel, the presentation. But there’s just one thing that just keeps me a little annoyed. I just wish a way to customise our character(s) gender beyond presets, and the main love interests gender too. This would, in my eyes, make the game pristine and would even give it a shot at Episode in my opinion. So...4 stars, but with that option for gender control I’d would probably make it 5

Rewards. I’m a huge fan of the game but I was really disappointed that I can no longer watch adds for diamonds or to speed up the wait on keys, that was a really good aspect to the game so you can actually do some of the fun options now and then but now it takes to long to be able to use the diamonds because you only get them after reading a chapter, super disappointing.

Play through. I am really enjoying the different stories and graphics of the play through for these stories. I’m enjoying the different choices this game has compared to others. Good fun game but could be great. It’s definitely one of the better story play games. The character customisation is far superior to many others and the diversity in characters is refreshing. The stories are engaging with fun options. BUT if only the clothes you purchase could become part of a wardrobe. The basic option where you don’t have to spend gems is so awful every time and it becomes tedious having to spend gems constantly. It’s just money hungry, people would still spend real world money. Too expensive game!. The game developers aren’t smart enough because they could make a subscription and you can pay an amount of money each month and enjoy unlimited choices but instead they made it too expensive and after a round you give up! Keys. I’m currently reading the bodyguard and I love every inch of it! But I feel like waiting 3 hours for one key is ridiculous. Love this, but I have one problem. I love that this app is different to a lot of the other story apps out there, but one thing I would change is the cost of the outfits. It makes sense to spend diamonds on new and different outfits, but sometimes the same options come up and you have to pay for them AGAIN if you want to use them. I would be a lot happier if there was a closet option where we were allowed to reuse clothing we’ve bought before.

Stories are great however .... As always with these games/apps you never really can choose the decisions you want to because there has to be gems and a lot of them. I like it. Look, it is a good game and the small amount I’ve played leaves me wanting more but the only problem is, the gems are such a big part of a game, it can sort of jeopardise the experience, especially considering the pricing of the outfits etc. Following the common theme of the rest of the reviews; I would have to join in and ask for a wardrobe feature, and maybe a way to make gems only slightly more accessible. The game is nicely made and I would like to see it flourish, though I feel that would be more achievable when the issue of the gems has been rectified.

Fun game but too expensive. Fun to play, but way too expensive to buy gems. App not working. It’s a great game and enjoy playing different roles and scenarios. However the games not working, it will load up to 75% and then crash, phones been updated as well.

Interesting Stories some very wild. Great scene choices and outfits, but premium choices expensive. Perhaps an option to watch ads to get some diamonds for premium options? Overall a great game but i can only afford so much per episode for premuim.

Frightfully expensive. This game is the most money hungry game I have ever played. Extremely dissapointing and frightfully expensive. Example I purchased $15 dollars worth of gems (which is an absurd amount to have to spend on a story) and it was gone within 24 hours.. the worst part is you pay for clothes and they don’t even get added to your wardrobe you have to continually buy them every single time ... pathetic

Lying to customers. They advertise and promote with LGBT romances and allow consumers to believe that all types of variety are in this app. However they do not have any of these stories in the actual app. Not too mention all the stories are bland and repetitive. It’s 2020 and they do not allow or produce any LGBT romances which gives off a very bad vibe which I hate to say but it seems homophobic. Deleting this game straight away. Not even worth your time.

Tabou seems like a nice app but every steamy parts are for gems and if you don’t have any than you will have to buy it that’s not fair at least can you please make an update with daily gems like you can watch videos to get gems cause than you won’t have to worry about spending your money,either way is a nice game but please take my advice and put the daily gems please

It’s pretty good. I love games like chapters and choices but I hate spending gems and having to earn them. I am glad this game doesn’t have as many gem choices but I just wish it didn't have any. It’s also cool how you can earn them with achievements.

Tabou. It would be a lot better if you didn’t have to buy so many diamonds if you could earn them a easier way

Amazing App.. A MUST have!!!. Absolutely must try this! If you want a good steamy book to read where you are playing the lead interactive role, then this is the right app to immerse yourself into. And I’ve tried many. Read on for my further in depth review of why... Love these stories, the topics are what many secretly desire and could only normally dream or fantasize about. They’re brought to life by Tabou, through brilliant writing from female and male perspectives. Through the music which fits perfectly for each scene, to the graphics & being your own character in the way you choose. Each ending chapter leaves you wanting more! If i had to make any criticisms, it would probably just be that the choices presented don’t affect the actual overall story in any way. The stories are already written for one version only and you are given the illusion that you are making a choice that could turn the story to a different direction, but it’s not the case. So I think many would benefit from having their choices affect the ultimate direction of the story. Ultimately, this still remains one of my favorite interactive story apps, it’s saucy, fun, and I think the price is quite fair for the beautiful writing and effort that is put into this app.

expensive. this game could be good, if we didn’t need to spend so much money. and THREE hours for ONE key? you have to be kidding me. this game is so money hungry it’s sad. atleast make some cute outfit options for free, and maybe the choices cheaper, and make the gems cheaper and tickets, and you’ll get way more customers. by making everything expensive just makes you selfish. and if this is supposed to be OUR story, why can’t we do anything? atleast make a couple good story’s free (including GOOD outfits free, options free... ect..), in the end it’s an okay game, it’s fun and thrilling, but way to money hungry, it’s sad.

Sex slave crap. Nice avatar works and clothes but that is the only positive thing I can say about this game. It is WAY WAY WAY over sexualized and with male characters saying stuff like " I will give you the money now if u will let me use your sexy body to how I see fit." So basically"I will pay you to be my sex slave." Highly rude and disgusting. I couldn't finish the game I was so disgusted

Fun game - too hard to get free gems. The story game is a lot of fun, I enjoy being able to make decisions and feel like I am part of the story. A lot of the “better” reactions cost a lot of gems.. I am currently stuck on one asking 25 gems.. Most games give you free gems (enough to play a bit a day) in exchange for watching videos. This game however, does not to appear to. This is quite disappointing as I am now stuck at a point where I want to make decision A. which I have to pay cash for, or chose a less desirable option B.

Needs more variety. Can you give us more main character and live interest options instead of just the same few faces in only 4 ethnicities? Choosing the appearance of the love interest was hard because the same 3 types don't appeal to everyone.

Keys!!!!. I used to love this app, but now not so much😢 With the newest update I now have to wait 3 hours to get a key! When before I was getting 1 key every hour. Not to mention that I was also able to watch ads to get keys faster and to my surprise that is now gone to. Finally they also took away the chance of getting extra gems 💎 from watching ads if I don’t get this back I might just delete this app all together 🤬

Waste of time. I originally rated this 3 stars but then after giving it a 3 star rating they took off the ads in order to get diamonds. You can not read stories successfully without earning diamonds and the only way to do that is through ads or buying them. You don’t get full stories without diamonds. Complete waste of time when you start a story and can’t finish it. I would highly not recommend this app.

Too much diamond. The stories are good but there’s too much diamonds for clothes and choices. I think you need to let the choices free. Even episode are not doing that. And they said like example « I’m going to kiss you » and the person think « I will kiss him or not? » and the good choice are not free. Stop doing that is disappointing.

Heterosexual very expensive stories. Almost no lesbian stories. Its very hard and long to gain diamonds, and every plot choice is 25 diamonds. The free outfits are always made to be very ugly and to not fit the context of the story at all.

The sexism and misogyny…. It’s so irritating that the women in your stories are objectified so much, like it really doesn’t seem like the men genuinely like us, but rather they just want us for our body and own sexual desires… If I remember well, one man literally said “I’ll give you the money if you let me use your sexy body” or something like that, and that’s just so disgusting.

Getting greedy. I used to like this app a lot in the beginning but now like the rest of the world it’s become greedy. You no longer get “free” scenes or outfit choices and everything costs diamonds that unless you buy them it makes the story ridiculous and a waste of time. Even when you pay over $20 a month you still have to put the diamonds into the story if you want it to make sense. You only get 5 free diamonds from friends, even if you have a thousand friends that send you a gift. You can’t communicate with anyone on your friends list or in the comments. It makes no sense to even have it on the app. This is basically a waste of time & money to be on this app. It’s gotten too greedy. You have to pay for outfits and they cost WAY too much when you don’t get more then 5 from friends and 1 or 2 from reading a chapter. There’s no way to enjoy the stories if you don’t sink a lot of cash into the cartoon stories. Try a different reading app that won’t rip you off and only want money from its customers. Very disappointing. 🙄

So many things wrong with this. Besides the fact that they don’t bother acknowledging LGBTQ+ by only having heterosexual stories, the men are deeply misogynistic and sexist. Made a comment about essentially giving the MC money for sexual favours etc. pretty bad that several people have left reviews saying this and they have yet to change it. Want a better app? It’s good but….. I really enjoy reading these stories but now the app won’t even load. It keeps freezing on a title and won’t load every time I open the app. Also would be nice to have daily diamond rewards instead of coin rewards. I get that you can exchange coins for diamonds but good gravy you don’t get that many diamonds out of it. It’s definitely pricey for the diamonds but more diamonds should be included for the price you pay especially when it cost nearly half the diamonds to do something. Also wish there wasn’t a three hour time limit before keys are restored to continue reading.

Too expensive!. Don’t get this app unless you have a lot of money to throw away. The stories are good but you can buy a book for way less! Not worth it at all, also the matchmaker mini game is rigged. The first couple times you play you will get far but after that you get the heartbreaker card more times than not. Hopefully you read all the reviews before you get too invested. I bought the monthly subscription before I found out what this app is all about but once that is done maybe I’ll be able to read a story and then I’m uninstalling this game. Devs only want $$ and clearly don’t care what the people say in reviews. As you can see majority of the people have complained about the money issue as well. Good luck if youre not a millionaire and still install this app. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Good Stories and Choices, but EXPENSIVE. Y’all, I love a good story and the choices are great. That said, the cost of the chapters to move forward when you only start off with a handful of keys is really high. Add the cost of the outfits, which should be interchangeable from story. For example, if I purchase a premium in one story I should be able to have a closet per se and allow us to use it with any story. Because if how much each options cost it takes days to finish anything. I understand y’all want to make money. Makes total sense, but for those of us that don’t want to spending 100s of dollars on games this is a good option. Plus each choice in the story cost a lot. It just makes it to a pretty expensive game.

Great Game....Toooooo Expensive. This game has become one of my favorite pastimes so I’d like to give it 5 stars.....however, it’s way too expensive to play! 25 gems are given at the very beginning but the first premium choice is also 25 gems. The outfits are 5-25 gems. Why not lower the amount of gems used for premium choices or at least start us off with more gems?! I signed up for the VIP package and yet even with 10 gems a day I have to wait until I can collect the right amount before continuing the story so it doesn’t feel worth it. I’ve spent about $100 so far during this quarantine. The game is starting to feel more like a money-drainer than a playful reward. Please think about rewarding us players by improving the gem amount?

Too expensive/ Toxic love interests. Out of the 3 stories I tried, only one held my attention. I spent my good money for a decent experience in the hidden scenes and it was great, till I realized, I would’ve spent close to $100+ on the story if I unlocked all the scenes when it’s easier to buy a smut book for $10. The customization is limited and annoying. The male love interests are gaslighting toxic behavior....and the male LI I “paid” to view the intimate scenes with NEVER remembered it! The branching is really off. What’s the point in having people pay for these scenes if everyone has amnesia the next day. Not very realistic. Also, there’s no option to replay the story until you’ve read it in full? Mm...wouldn’t recommend, sorry. Not for the money you guys are charging.

It’s fun but…. I’m giving this game two stars because you have to pay to play. It’s ridiculous how much the diamonds cost to advance through the stories. I understand having to make money to keep the app going but at the end of the day no one has 20 dollars to pay for 60 gems, and on top of that the outfits cost 5-25 gems. This app is just a money grab, I enjoy the interactive stories and being able to choose what you want to do, but also having to pay gems for actions that go along with the stories is ridiculous. I want to be able to use this app and not have to spend an extreme amount of money. Unfortunately I’m going to be deleting this app. If the prices go down I may reconsider downloading again but as for now this app is no longer on my phone.

Needs more work. I love the stories. They have amazing plots and the app overall is pretty nice. But as much as I am hooked on the stories, I do think is unfair that almost everything costs gems. I think it should be a little more flexible like other choice game stories. They just simple have 2 options a good one that you have to pay for or nothing. That is disappointing because in the end I am the one missing out on the other part of the story. At least have a less intense option as well, not just anything. And if I’d payed for the outfit it should let me keep it permanently not have me pay for it again. I think these ideas could improve a lot this app. Specially now that is new.

meh. This game has good storylines, don’t get me wrong. But why you have to spend your diamonds on absolutely everything. I cant even get a cute outfit without paying diamonds. When you choose your outfits, they give your multiple premium options that cost diamonds, and they only give you one free option, and the free outfit is literally the worlds most ugliest outfit. Like, at least give me something that matches. Another thing is that this is suppose to be a spicy, sexually charged game, but you have to spend diamonds to access almost every erotic scene?! Another thing some of the characters decisions in the stories. In one story, the main character gets completely manipulated by a man and still falls in love with him. Tabou and Nanobit need to do better with their apps. This is ridiculous.

Too expensive. I like this game a lot but everything that’s fun costs wayyyy to many gems, and it’s so expensive to buy gems. I would be willing to spend a dollar here and there for some gems but it costs 25 gems to do anything which is basically $2.50. That’s insane. I also hate that when you purchase clothes, they come up as an option to wear again later but you have to buy them again. If you pay gems for them once, you shouldn’t have to pay a second time. That makes no sense. I like the stories I’ve read so far but the price of doing things and the clothes makes me want to delete this app.

THE GEMS ARE AN ISSUE. Ok i love this app so much- the stories are fun, the characters are interesting, it’s got it all. However, the WHOLE experience is ruined by the gem issue. You get one (1) gem for completing a story. And how much does the dialogue and outfits that- mind you- make the story actually enjoyable? 10-15 GEMS E A C H. Otherwise you will continue to lose people who play this app. i’m sorry, but it completely ruins the game play considering the stories are unplayabke without spending literally a hundred dollars. just make the game cost $5.00 if you want the money, don’t make us spend that much on 50 gems which leave in a second.

Diamonds!!!. Omg I love the interactive stories that are available. For the most part, there’s good storylines. But let’s talk about these diamonds. Okay, I understand we have spend diamonds for our premium choices, however I don’t believe that it’s fair game play to have to spend diamonds on an outfit or hairstyle that I’ve already bought with either diamonds or a pass. It’s not right and it makes playing the game less enjoyable. For instance, in The Bad Billionaire I literally just bought a premium outfit for 25 diamonds not even 10 minutes ago. I finished the chapter and now when having to select an outfit for the day, the same exact outfit my character was just wearing is now 15 diamonds despite me having paid for it in the last chapter. Could you guys fix this issue please? If not it’s, fine, I’ll just go back to playing my other game.

It’s good but...... It’s a really amazing game. The stories always leave you wanting more and its crazy how some of the stories overlap. The whole idea is genius BUT it would be nice if we could earn free diamond by watching ads or something. It’s hard because sometimes you want to do a premium choice but you just don’t have enough. All you earn is one diamond and that’s not sufficient for how much diamond the choices are. Making it easier to earn diamonds would be nice instead of trying to make people spend money out of pocket to enjoy the story the way they want. Overall the app is amazing that’s why I gave it 4 stars, it’s hard to earn diamonds and even the challenges are hard to do.

Need ways to earn diamonds. I love the game, but I’m completely frustrated with the nonexistent ways to earn diamonds except through buying them. All other games give you option to earn diamonds by watching video ads. And only 1 diamond at the end of the chapter and after finishing the whole story? Come on, I can barely get cute outfits yet alone actually get to unlock scenes (which is why any of us are playing this game) due to the outrageous amount of diamonds needed. It’s ridiculous!! Please please please either give us more ways to earn diamonds, or increase the number of diamonds given after completing certain steps. It’s ridiculous that you have to pay for diamonds just to unlock a scene. Even with buying diamonds, which is dumb, you would unlock like 1 scene and an outfit and then have to buy more. So dumb

Why?. This is a nice game and it has a great story but, why does it cost so much to advance in the story? There aren’t even opportunities to earn free diamonds in order to advance in the story. These developers are too greedy! They make these games and not only expect people to play their games, but also give them great reviews, but they don’t take certain things into consideration. Not everyone is willing to break the bank in order to advance a story. The developers should at least offer plenty of other free opportunities for players to earn diamonds or whatever currency the game uses in order to advance in the game. That way they’re still making money from the advertisements and the players are able to earn currency from watching the advertisements in order to advance the story, win win for both parties.

Meh.. I rated 5 stars but I really feel it’s about 3 stars. I love the storyline, it keeps me entertained and it’s just the right amount of adult content but doesn’t go too far. My biggest issue is not having enough diamonds to actually go about the story the way that I want to. I feel that there should be other ways to earn diamonds besides buying them and basically getting one for each finished chapter. It makes me not want to play because I can’t really do what I want. Also, if the diamond packages were less expensive I would be more inclined to buy them.

Issue with purchases. I don’t like that with this game and many like it, you have to purchase every clothing option that could advance you further i. The story, even if a character is ‘giving’ you the clothing item, and you’re still using diamonds which you don’t earn quickly, so most of that is using your debit card. I have quit playing several games because that is how bad it has gotten and I’m already straddling the fence on this one. You should be able to play regardless and finish the story. Just maybe make it to where the clothes unlock something additional or something else. I can see this frustrating a lot of people and causing them to remove the app.

I wish I could figure out how to view my account. the stories are nice, I wish there were more though because I read almost all of them. I bought the “tabou club” membership but can’t figure out how to cancel it. I reported it as a refund and it was accepted but I explained that i’m not worried about a refund, I just would like to cancel the membership. I’m spending WAY too much money and time on that app, let alone my entire phone and I don’t want to delete the app without making sure the membership is cancelled. I’m not sure if it was a one time purchase but I don’t want to take my chances.

This app is a BLATANT money grab. The game starts you off with 20 diamonds. You don’t get to keep or reuse any of the “premium” hairstyles/outfits you purchase (which range from 5-40 diamonds). The “premium” choices (which are needed to keep the story interesting/moving forward/get a good outcome) start out at 20 diamonds and only get more expensive as you continue further in the story. You can only earn about 5 “free” diamonds by watching ads, then you are offered alternative ways to earn diamonds but 98% of them are very obviously phishing scams. The cheapest amount of diamonds you can BUY is 50 for $4.99 (which is barely enough to get you through a chapter in the early stages of a story, definitely not enough for later ones). The do have “achievements” in the game that reward you with diamonds but they all tend to revolve around making “premium” choices/purchasing “premium” outfits and hairstyles. So unless you’re willing to wait days/weeks in-between chapters to try and save up enough diamonds to play, you’ll have to sink your real money into this game. With so few full stories, ridiculous prices, and an overwhelmingly average looking art style- I cant recommend this app at all. It really deserves the 1/5 stars. (I’m stubborn so I’m not uninstalling until I finish the bodyguard story I started, but don’t be like me!)

Very Interesting, Not enough Diamonds. So the stories are very very interesting!! I started while at work and was not paying a bit of attention to working! 😂 But anyway, I was very interested but it gives u so LITTLE amount of diamonds that it feels like they are MAKING you buy them because they don’t give you enough to continue the story, you literally have to wait 1hour and 30 minutes to get more diamonds if you have used them, that is a absurd amount of time to wait when a story is good. It’s like reading a great book and then at the climax there is pages missing🤦🏾‍♀️ would recommend either giving more diamonds at the end of the chapter or decreasing the amount of time you have to wait for more!

Ehh. The stories are pretty good, but almost every other story app like this gives at least two gems per chapter read and gives at least five gems when you finish a book. I get that the accomplishments sections also gives rewards but giving more for each chapter and book completed would be better than the accomplishment reward section anyway. Making choices is also really expensive and it would be nice to have two options of free clothes that don’t have negative comments in their descriptions noting about how unappealing they are. Also there’s four different races/ethnicities for the girl yet only three for the guys you choose as the love interest. To me, that’s quite annoying because I’d like to switch it up based on who looks the best, yet most of them aren’t attractive.

I love the stories!💕. I love the stories but Jesus Christ I hate waiting 3 hours for ONE key! But other then that I highly recommend. The stories are amazing and I fall in love with the character’s. Although The characters look weird. And I’ve done many of those survey things for diamonds and I never even got them😕 I wish for some things to change like waiting 3 hours for one ticket😴I think that most of us would love to continue reading the stories we love but we would have to wait 12 hours to read 4 chapters🥱 gotta admit there were many times I just wanted to delete the app and stick to my paper books🤷🏻‍♀️

DIAMONDS. The app’s storylines are great but the fact that you have to pay REAL MONEY TO MAKE A REASONABLE CHOICE IS RIDICULOUS!! There are only a few videos you can watch to earn diamonds but you only get one diamond for each video which is definitely not enough for the choices that require diamonds. I want to continue to use this app but the amount of diamonds you need to play is outrageous. Also, the other options to earn more than one diamond DO NOT WORK! I have completed multiple tasks, went out of my way to download different apps and complete surveys to earn diamonds and none of them go through. I’m very disappointed. As a company, you should really take into consideration what your users are saying. Nobody should have to spend their hard earned money on a game to make choices that MAKE SENSE. Do better.

Has potential. This game has potential but I just downloaded it and it has already froze on me twice. The price to buy diamonds are crazy expensive! I don’t think diamond choices should be an option until you reach at least the third chapter of a story. That way you’ll get the chance to earn more diamonds and have the chance to get to choose how you want the story to go for a couple chapters. We’re already at a disadvantage as players in the character creation stage because more than half the choices are diamond choices. Even watching an ad to earn free diamonds should earn you more than one diamond. I’m use to love playing these story games and happen to run into this one. I’ll give it a couple days then I’ll be back with an update. Otherwise I’m uninstalling….

Great stories but…. I really enjoy the story lines since I started playing. However it would be better if we got more of an opportunity to earn diamonds. When it comes to making decisions that would go with the story you need 25 gems I have yet to reach even 10. I think the premise behind it is to get you to spend money. Now I tell you the game is good but not that good that I want to buy gems. Also the questions we answer are far and in between. Maybe if we choose the correct answer we get gems and asking more questions so that we are more involved. Perhaps provide gems for doing certain tasks or as a daily reward. Most reviews complain about the same thing please fix it. Thank you.

Why must these story apps have the gems?. I like this app, but my one complaint is for the idiotic people that thought gems were a good idea. I don’t get why you would put them in a free game/why they’re even there in the first place. I’m stuck on every single book because I don’t have enough gems to make the choices I want. It’s very annoying to do this when the app is free. You can buy gems, but I most definitely am not spending actual money on a thing like this (not meant to be offensive). I just really wish they would either give you more gems for completing a chapter, give you more options on how to earn gems, or start you off with more gems.

I love this game but........ I love this game but if you wanna have any fun it gets pretty pricey. There should be some sort of alternative to get gems maybe watch a ad or something because I’d love to continue playing this game. Also it really takes me out of the story when I have to wait a week for the chapter to be unlocked. If we got a date or something when the next chapter will be available that would be nice instead of leaving us hanging. ⭐️Update: I’ve now been waiting two weeks to complete my story’s. I’m on Colors of Seduction & Office Affair both have been locked for weeks!!! When can I complete them??????

Fun and Adult themes, To expensive and Irritating. So, I enjoy this game for the adult themes and more intimate choices. I think the stories are really great and the one I just finished had a great storyline. But my only complaints, like everyone else, is how expensive this game is. U get about 1-2 diamonds a day(if ur lucky) but all the choices are 5+ diamonds. Sometimes when u choose the "basic" outfit, it sends u back into choosing an outfit bcus the character says "is this really the best option?" like yes bro i'm not spending 10 dollars on gems that are gonna be used once. It's super annoying, because it just shows that the game developers just care about the money. I'm going to find a better adult themed story game.

Too much much diamonds months subscription can getting unlimited keys and diamonds. Stories are totally to die for. Could be way better, if you have a ton of diamonds. You are only started with 25 diamonds. If you want to actually play' and get to the good parts of the story, you have to buy all their diamond packages. Each choice costs 25 diamonds. Changing clothes cost between 5-25, there is one free option but sometimes is worse for the Occasion then your current outfit and it doesn't give you the option to not change. You only get 1 diamond for completing a chapter. You can earn diamonds for completing things like pick 5 premium outfits or hair. But you only get like 5 diamonds for that. So at a minimum, you spend 25 diamonds to get maybe 5. Buying diamonds isn't going to happen because it's not a good value when broken down; with how much choices are you'd still only get to pick a few options. Each chapter has a couple options for decisions and outfit changes. Not worth it. I wishing months subscription can getting unlimited keys and diamonds have daily Challenge win diamonds

Frustrating. I love the idea and the stories. I don’t like that it takes forever to earn keys to read new chapters. You can watch an ad to increase the speed but only slightly and only so many times. It’s not usually enough to get a key right away. The same issue for earning diamonds. You can also earn diamonds by other tasks like taking surveys. BUT I’ve done two. Both show i earned several diamonds each but i only received one diamond each. Plus I’ve watched several videos to earn either reward and ended up with no reward. It’s frustrating because I’m not being allowed to get the full ending to one of the stories without a ridiculous amount of diamonds and the only way i can get them would be to pay a ridiculous amount for what you get. It’s sad because i love the plots and would gladly watch ads to read them.

Great app but…. This is such a good app. The stories are so intense and mind blowing . But 1 issue most of the good choices are diamonds and I miss some good action cause of this. Not to mention they are really expensive like 25 . The ads only let you watch 12 I think a day. And the 45T is a waste cause it give you 1 gem which means if you can’t buy the plan then your gonna have wait a day or so before you can get back to the action just to do the same thing over again. I had to deleted it cause I can’t get any good action besides lame kissing POV’s and I don’t wanna waste my time getting gems for one chapter so I can be stuck on the same story for a month. Like I said good app but I’m not wasting my time on rewards that is so low you couldn’t do anything with

Diamonds. I think the stories are really great but i feel like you need diamonds on too many choices and just now when i went to go watch the 12 videos for free diamonds they were gone. I wish they would have kept them because the prices they have for diamonds are a little high in my opinion and im not going to keep spending my hard earned money on diamonds. Especially when alot of the choices cost 25 diamonds each i would run out of diamonds so fast. So probably gonna delete the app because i cant finish my current book because i dont have diamonds for my choices and i have no option but to buy them.

Tabou. I love the stories they are very intriguing. However I hate that the gems are being used up so quickly. You can still make your money with the amount of players or people that tune in. Why does everything have to be so expensive or you have to use your own money. You get 1 lousy diamond after each chapter but want 25 diamonds for an outfit. I feel like the developers should start the games off with a lot of gems at least or don’t charge to many diamonds throughout the game. You have to be fair with your readers and the people that want to continue playing but can’t because of money.

Great app! - But.... The design of this app and the stories that go with it are remarkable and well put together. However, I would recommend not adding in the gems as much- or if you do- maybe allowing the players to use less gems. I’m going through one of the stories right now and it had me use gems twice in a row and the players always need so many gems in order to get their desired outcome. Although it’s a good sell tactic to get players to buy gems, it’s not the best and highly frustrating for the players. Most players, I assume, read other stories to gain gems. Which takes a lot of time. If anything, after finishing a chapter, maybe provide us with more than just one gem? Maybe like 3 gems? It’ll help get the reviews higher and recommended much more than most of these play along - story apps.

Wish I could give 5 stars. Honestly I enjoy majority of the stories but the main problems I have is the pricing, for 5 bucks you get enjoy diamonds for about two choices. And my other problem is the options when it comes to the guys you get to be with in the story. When the guys aren’t attractive, my drive to continue to read the story is gone, so it would be nice to either have more options, or not have such weird looking ones. My favorite story is definitely “lesson in lust”...but the ones I couldn’t even read cause of the match options were “color of seduction” and the recent story “Princes maid” . Both stories main character choices had freakishly big eyes and ugly hair styles. Definitely not gonna pay to role play when those are my options.

How I feel about Taboo. This is my first time writing one of these because I never do because there’s never a point. I never like games or apps easily but this game is absolutely intriguing. The stories are absolutely phenomenal once you get into one or two chapters you just can’t stop the only thing I would change is needing a lot of diamonds to purchase things that will help you and get to where you want inside the story I think that is very dumb and it makes me angry because I want to play the story how I want to and I can’t do that whenever I have to buy diamonds

Great. This app is great, a lot better than episode or any other similar apps. The only thing I dislike is that once you have four keys the time stops and you don’t get anymore. Same thing when you purchase the keys. You have to finish them in order to get four free ones. It would be better if that’s changed, at least give us more keys as time goes by. It’s 2 hours long that’s a long time. That’s really the only thing I really dislike about this game. Also, I understand you must earn money but it’s too many diamonds. At least lower them down. I purchase over 300 of them but they don’t last when you ask for 25 at a time.

I love it. I love all the AMAZING DETAIL! It’s so realistic and I love how all the choices are so mesmerizing. And I love how thee is so many things to pick from and all the titles look so good I want to read them all! Thank you for this amazing game I really do love it and so does my cousin who is with me all the time when I’m on the app she rushes over to me everytime I say I’m going to open your app so you don’t just have one 5 star dateing you have two which is way better keep up the good work and make more amazing games like this I hope to see something like this again soon by you and I hope your a game goes really well

Great app but one issue. I love the app so far and the stories are amazing. Yet it can get frustrating when you can’t wear sth or make a certain choice because you don’t have Diamonds. I mean you can’t even watch enough ads to get them. You won’t be able to watch anymore after you’ve watched a few. So it gets very annoying for some players like me who can’t pay. You either have to wait until you have enough Diamonds which takes a lot of time or you have to give up on your choices. I wish at least we could get Diamonds by watching ads.

Good stories but…. There are some pretty good stories on here but in order to really enjoy the story you have to be prepared to spend a lot of money to purchase diamonds in the game. VIP in the game is not worth it. You barely get any diamonds in a day but yet in a single chapter in one story it may ask you to select a choice that costs 25 diamonds which is ridiculous. I use to also play the app Episode where I paid $40 for a whole year for no ads, unlimited reading, and there was an abundant amount of creators on there that didn’t make you pay money for different choices. Episode got rid of all of this and now it’s basically like this game too. I wish it would change.

Unacceptable. The price of the diamond currency in this game is astronomically horrid!! I'm not spending almost 5 dollars on making only ONE part of a chapter enjoyable!! I understand that you can get free diamonds by logging in and watching ads, but it is too much money. The ads should give you more than one diamond because they can last up to 3 minutes! Also the free outfits are always ugly making it less enjoyable. I really enjoy the stories but this is unacceptable!! Either lower the prices for diamonds or make the better choices less diamonds!! NOBODY IS PROBABLY BUYING DIAMONDS OFF OF YOU BECAUSE THEY ARE SUCH A WASTE OF FREAKING MONEY!!! that's a lost of money on your end! i would maybe think about purchasing diamonds if you made prices lower! i bet many others would agree with my feelings and think that this should be brought to your attention!!

it’s all right. I really liked My Story so I decided to give this one a shot too. I’m not so sure about it so far. I haven’t really been able to connect with any of the stories, and like other people said, the outfits are rather expensive. (The first story I read had a lot of 5-diamond outfits, but the ones after that didn’t seem to have any...) I appreciate that you can watch ads to get diamonds, but the constant WebMD ads are exhausting. The other offers to get diamonds usually don’t pan out, either. I’d rather just keep the daily challenges and the regular ads like My Story has. Anyway, I’m going to keep reading and see if I can find something I’ll actually be invested in. If anything, this app is a way to take a mental “vacation” for a bit.

Okay but some issues. So the game and it’s stories is fun. I would just love if it didn't have diamonds for everything. I loved the graphics and how the characters were hot and fun. I also like how there are tons of different stories and on each one has a different ending. I love this game, but I have more negatives about it: I do not like how we have to use diamonds on everything, and I also am not a huge fan on why you have to scroll for your characters looks, instead of just dressing them up yourself. I have had not a whole lot of luck on trying to find games like these, and I have to say this is the best one yet that I have ever played.

Best of Choice Based Reading Apps. Ive done a number of different choice based reading apps like Lust, Episodes, Chapters, etc The stories on Taboo are hands down the best. You have adult content and stories meant for 30+ crowd. The Stories are well written without grammar issues and if they were written by a non English speaker you can’t tell. They don’t have that translated feel. I don’t mind waiting for the keys to keep reading as I usually only read at night anyways but the you just don’t enough diamonds to have fun with the outfits and hotter scenes. You’d have to invest outta pocket and this is why I’m removing the app. I got hooked and decided I could splurge once for diamond package which as the story progressed was like just once more. Yeah I’ve easily dropped close to a hundred dollars on packages so I could read THREE stories. I can’t keep doing it that. I’d happily pay per story $15-$20 and have all the choices unlocked for that story without hesitation but $30 per story is too much. If you’ve got more will power then by all means this is an AWESOME app. Sadly I’ll be saying goodbye to Taboo after this post.

Giving 5 stars but. I agree with top review. I would honestly only give this game 1 star. Everything requires a purchase — to keep playing, requires you to buy keys. For outfits or favorable outcomes, you have to pay WAY more in “gems” than you naturally have. There’s no way to accrue a respectable amount in the game so it literally FORCES you to make purchases. Absolutely not worth it. Why don’t you provide an alternative??? Why not watch ads, etc to accrue keys or gems? I personally think it’s a good game, good concept BUT I am deleting it because I would literally have to spend like $50 of my own money in a week if I enjoyed this game and really wanted to play it. So disappointing. Greed will not get you far.

Diversity Needs Improvement. I’ve read a few of the books and I enjoyed most of the storylines except for one. I was happy to see that they had racially diverse characters to choose from. I usually choose the Black characters but I’ve been disappointed to see that later in the story when those characters family members show up they are all White. It implies that this is the standard and it shows the developers just wanted the illusion of diversity. So I would like this to be changed if I choose an Asian, Latino, or Black character, their families should match their race. Also I continuously see spelling errors in the stories. The last one I read I saw 3 in a row, so spellcheck is definitely needed before publishing.

Great app don’t get me wrong. i love this app and i just started getting into it, the choices are sweet considering we don't need to use a EXCESSIVE amount of diamonds for the questions and the diamonds are easy to get, but the keys, we get only 4 keys i think a day? or well every 2-hours, we cant even watch a ad to get a spare key, the inly way to get another key without waiting so long is to buy premium, i'm not saying its bad i mean we get 4 keys every two hours, but that makes people so uninterested in the stories or the app in general having to wait that long, we should at least have a ad option for keys.

Diamonds cost too much. Fun to play but things cost to many diamonds. And I watch videos for 1 diamond but I’m not getting diamonds out of watching the videos anymore. I might end up deleting the app before I even finish the story. One diamond after a chapter is not enough. And when you buy a certain outfit it’s not even in your wardrobe after the scene. I think once you cash in diamonds for an outfit you should get the option of what you have purchased. Or at least have a basic style suited to the storyline for free. Like in the story the guy says “wear something sweet” and the free option was a T-shirt and jeans at least give us a plain little black dress or pink dress.

Great app but could easily improve. This app is really fun, it’s addictive! It’s fun to choose an outfit, seduce a hot guy or gal. Constructive feedback: reduce the cost of choices!! The choices are way too costly!! They should be 2-10 points max! You could get so many more players and it would be so much more popular and exciting if we could make more choices! I don’t get to fully experience the game because even when I purchase point packages they get sucked up in 2-3 choices. It kills the fun when I don’t get to buy an outfit or seduce someone because it costs too much!! Also, please add more female partner options. Depending on how the guy acts and looks, I often want a female option to seduce. It’s fun to switch it up!

Love the app but..... I am completely obsessed with this app and have spent over $100 on playing. I wish I could earn more than one or 2 diamonds by completing a chapter, and I’d prefer the choices to be worth fewer diamonds. I also do not like how I get so Into the stories and I’m half way through but then I learn that the whole story isn’t available. The app says that the rest of the story is “coming soon”, but it’s been like a month and a half and I’m still waiting to finish a story that I’ve already invested money into. I really hope that maybe some of the game creators see this and make some changes. I understand that some things have to be bought because that’s how you make your money, but the “favorable” choice or outfit shouldn’t be worth 25 diamonds try 10 maybe or lower. Thank you
