Security reasons. I gave it a 4 star cause it not up to my standard but the app is good but it lacks one thing no security at all no face id to access or pin to login so someone can just open my palmpay and transfer my money out it not making any sense so please do well to look into the security as soon as possible thank you

Poor customer care. You guys should look for something to do about your customer service it's very poor Your Customer Care is so poor to the extent that you guys can solve any problem If you guys have any issues with your app and someone does a transaction mistakenly you can never receive your money or get a refund The first time was N2500 and now N2000 If you contact your customer service agents this is the only thing they know how to say👇 “ Please be informed that your transaction is still pending, however, your complaint has been escalated to the responsible unit and a resolution will be made as it is currently being worked on. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Thank you.” You guys should look for something to do about your app or you will lose customers

PalmPay is the best. I really love PalmPay and I would continue to because it has just been the best online bank I’ve ever seen I really enjoyed everything about it and I’ve never for once regret of using it. I just wish it get better even that this

No value added after receiving funds successfully. I have been enjoying the app until now I make a payment from my other bank to PalmPay, I was notified that I received money from someone but never added to my funds , I overlooked that they make some solution to it until I was send money again from two different people same thing happened again have been trying to reach the customer care support but no response from them yet after how many years of banking with them I hope I get my money back as soon as possible

Can’t access my spend and save. Hello Palmpay I have been enjoying your banking system still since December 24 that I can’t access my spend and save have done everything I can do including upgrade and updating the app but my spend and save couldn’t be access I mail your customer care and even provide the screen record of everything and your customer care number isn’t going through

Transaction failed yet no refund made to the sender’s account. I’ve been enjoying this app until now..please and Please someone sent some amount to my Palmpay account that i haven’t upgraded yet and it’s supposed to has been reversed or refunded to the senders bank probably in a few minutes time. I’ve tried contacting your customer care even called several times and the worse it your call center 😠 they never say anything audible even on loud speaker 💔💔and the call always fluctuates each time I do. Please I need response towards that and quick refund that money was supposed to be for an urgent matter concerning life. Abeg make person no die. Thank you.

Address verification is problem. The developer of this application should try to resolve issue of address verification failure because I have been trying it for months to resubmit my address verification but it keep on failing always and another thing is name Authenticator should not be permanent because this application is new and every one is not aware that is going to be use to validate their bank account name, the developer should give room to edit if the name didn’t Thierry with bank account name or all your names must March with your ID card name that will solve a lot of problem with this application.

Complaint. I would love to advice PalmPay that everytime customer is making payment.......the payment should be pending for up to 1minutes and then it should be delivered after the one minutes because many people will found out that they sent money to the wrong person so they could cancel the payment as soon as they made mistake......today that makes me send money to the wrong person,within 5seconds the money is completed and it can’t be cancelled or refunded,I would love that PalmPay should make a solution to it on how to cancel the payment after 1minutes

Transaction. This is app is good and fast but I made a transaction three days ago but it’s still on processing. I already chat with the customer service says I will get it back in 48 hours but yet it’s going to to four days still not get back my funds make una do normal ooo

My review for palmpay. I was been feed up with bank connections and I tried other mobile banking app but all ain’t that good, till I downloaded palmpay. Why can’t I request for PalmPay Debit card. Hi PalmPay, I’ve been enjoying your banking system over 2years now, but why is my PalmPay App not bringing ATM card features so as for me to request for the ATM card, I have friends and brothers that requested for the card, and they already got the ATM Card but my PalmPay App is not showing the ATM card icon(feature). Please do something about it before I really need the ATM card

App lock. I would be glad if it accepts fingerprints or password and lets the app lock itself after closing it, just like how every other bank app works.. Even when the PalmPay app is closed it’s still there, anybody can just pick up phone and access balance.. I’d love if you guys can change that so that people can be safe and happy using the app

Have an open mind to save your money in the right place. I'm so glad I chose the best way to save my money, I have been using palmpay for some years now, and I never had any issues with palmpay, it's fast for transfer and so many things like that, I wish it can be ratd more thanfive stars ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Bad customer service. I have issue with a transaction which has been on processing since Monday. I complained and the customer support asked for 24hrs. After 24hrs with nothing I complained again and they asked for another 24hrs, yet nothing. The transaction is still processing. I complained again and you won’t believe the customer support closed the chat without even replying. Is it a crime to make enquiry about my money. Once this is fixed and my money is refunded, am withdrawing all my money and am done with the app for good. I have to complain about one processing transaction almost everyday. Am fed up with all this. I won’t recommend this app to someone running a business. You will blame yourself and regret at the end of the day

Frustrated. I have been having a problem with logging in on my PalmPay account and it will just pop up a text like this “The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.” I call your customer service but you guys service is only good whenever you want to ask debtor when they want to pay up their debt But when a serious issue like mine is being table before you guys there’s nothing to do about it I downloaded and deleted the app 6 times Still the same issue If you guys can’t do something about it kindly release my own money which is on the account And you can keep your PalmPay to yourself Very frustrating Imagine if I was the one who borrow money from you guys and didn’t pay on time , you will call me almost a million times a day or even my family member because of 1500 Please if you can’t do something about it give me back my money and keep your PalmPay to yourself or those who need it

Complain. I would love it when palmpay let you enter password or face unlock before you could access your account, I don’t mean to login, I mean when ever you want to access your account, like other bank does. Thanks

Good and complain. It’s good app to send and receive payment but there is one error I seen on this PalmPay is that if you’re trying to send money to others then network misbehave it will deducted from your account and show processing in transaction history then the receiver won’t see it How may I get my Monet back

First thought. I’m ashamed to write this but since I’m anonymous I will...firstly I see the PalmPay flexi cash as where I can just take a loan and run...I opened my first account I took a loan of 4200 then I stop using it after a while the debt started increasing till it got to around 14k last time I checked....then after some while I opened another account with then I obtain another loan then I paid back tho reluctantly cause of the loan fee...but I pay it back then I got increase limit of 6k I was happy then I started seeing the real benefits of it now I got 22k limit cause have been borrowing and paying on time that’s the real benefit you can actually make yourself better with the loan

Transfer issue. Please I need to make transfer for the past 5 hours now and it’s been saying invalid pin or will be locked for two hours even when I make use of my face unlock to complete my transaction … I need to make use of my money and it’s not allowing me send after updating the app but I can receive 🥺

My card money. I recharge from my palmpay and I did not get the card and I can’t find the transaction on my history and it say done but am waiting for like an hour now and I did not see anything please I need a refund if I can’t get my card

You need to do better. I sent someone money over two months ago. The money wasn’t deposited to his palmpay account and I wasn’t refunded also. I have sent messages to your customer service but only a bolt replying which is totally abnormal. I’m sending a message and I’m getting a different response. It’s frustrated, it’s happens again that sent money from gtbank to my palmpay and a whooping #500 was no where to be found out of the money I sent.

The best app yet ⭐️⭐️⭐️. So yeah PalmPay is the only banking app I have used without having issues like overdraft constant money deduction for transfer charges and so on. I would really like to applaud this app. But you guys are missing one thing out This is a nationwide selling app and you’re telling me it does not have a dark mode really 🙁. Put in a dark mode feature that’s what I really want

Saving. I’ll advice PalmPay to put a place for a saving so you can saved your money so it won’t show on PalmPay balance and you can borrow money as long as you saved a little amount tho And transaction make take up to a little time to be completed so people can recheck if they don’t say to the wrong person I’ll happy and continue using PalmPay if they can do this

BAD Customer service!. I’ve been requesting for a tier 3 upgrade which I submitted all the required document but it keeps giving me a failed response. I notified the customer service of it but he simply told me to check back in 24hrs. In 24hrs i complained again, the guy copied and pasted the same message over again told me to check back next month. Lo and behold August is here. I contacted them again the lady just kept copying and pasting the same reply over again when i asked her why she’s was pasting the same messages again , she immediately closed the chat and disappeared. After about 5 mins I contacted her and asked her not to copy and paste anymore and to come clean with me on the upgrade and she simply told me to create a new palm pay account. Like what? That is the most unprofessional response I’ve ever received in my entire life. This app deserves a zero star. HEAR ME OUT!!!! If you loose your money on this app you’re on your own.

Glitch or something cranky. I was told to update the app to the latest version of which I did and now it seems I can’t even access some features in the app.. They keep telling me to update to the latest version which I’ve done and there’s no way I can update for a second time when it’s already updated to the latest version and you guys haven’t released any other versions yet.. I hope it’s not a scheme to cart away with my money cos I’ve got a lot of money inside the app which I can’t even take out right now..

Complaint. You guys are so annoying and your Palmpay service is nonsense . Someone sent money to my palmpay, it showed pending for over 24 hours, I got a message saying it’s failed and the sender haven’t been credited over hours now , I am so tired of you guys , this keeps happening and you guys keep taking my money , this is the 3rd time I am experiencing this issue . What do you guys see in taking people money ??? 🤦‍♂️

Transaction processing since last 7hrs. I don’t know what’s happening but I definitely think of it being a network issue or probably because of the downtime I tried to make my first transaction after the down time around 5am in the morning and yet till now the money haven’t been credited to my account none refunding I tried many way to reach the customer services but it seems they are close cos it Sunday I hope my money would be refunded in the next 24hrs as I read it on the help center

Suggestion. It’s a great and working app , I would just like to suggest if you guys could make redeeming of gift card possible on the app , yea I know we can buy gifts card there but what if we wanna redeem gift card in exchange for cash , it would be a lot better if we could redeem gift card on the app , thank you

If it comes to making bill payments, Palmpay is one of the apps that helps you to do it fast, though not without a sour side that you have to be careful about. You can pay bills as well as send and receive money with the app almost for free. So Palmpay's advantages include free bank transfers and bill payments.

Unsuccessful transaction. I made a transaction to somebody since yesterday which is successful in my account and hasn’t reflected in that person account I made compliant and no solution yet please what’s going on is it a crime to use PalmPay you guys have to refund my money back to my account if you no want trouble

Obs. Individuals needs to be watchful & careful before sending money via palm pay cause most people love the fact that, palmpay is faster in sending money, taking time to observe the account number before sending is the most reliable way!

Devil pay. This app is the most stupid app to Use .some times I wonder who created this his app,i defaulted a loan of 3000,just 3000,that won’t improve my life in any way,they actually locked my phone and I was wondering,when you loan someone 3000 and you lucked the phone up,you locked my business phone for days after I made the payment and the charges accrued to it they still haven’t opened my phone ,it’s more like a fry on to fire case after all this I had to pay the charges accrued to it ,they still haven’t opened my phone ,If I see any one write and positive comment about this people,ogun destroy the person cos it’s a devil pay

You lie about the food items you putting in your app they are not real. I order and they gots me debited and didn’t give response I called those number there I was told they did not make any payment to them can you see that since 2 days I’m making complaint no one to respond

Give me my 500 or else. This app is very bad i just downloaded it two days ago and it is already giving me problems I was sent money and I have not received it the sender called his bank and they have sent it so PalmPay were is my 500 OPay has not given me this kind of problem since I have been using it now I am asking my self who sent me to download this app See if you people don’t give me my 500 by tomorrow I am going one all your platforms to report this a making sure all the people I know stop using PalmPay

Privacy settings. I enjoy using PalmPay and I also enjoy having my privacy even from my friends people will mostly open your bank apps to poke nose in what is not the business and that was why I set my account balance to be viewed only with my Face ID but this evening I opened and it worked without my Face ID I check my settings to see if I could reset it but I just can’t please teach me how to reset I looked at all the settings options but nothing seems like it 😞

Not impress with your services. I have been having issues trying to get loan just because I lapse on my last loan payment, for almost 2 months now it’s been the same message that I should continue using my account but not entitled to access a loan, but I know people that lapses on payment of there loan and palmpay still gave them access to loan but mine as been unable to access loan for more than 2 months now please I will like to delete my account because it’s annoying, let me know that I don’t have a palmpay account there are others that will gladly grant loan

Scam!!. This app is a scam I have made several transactions for weeks now and it said completed but the receiver has not received any of it. I contacted customer care and they said the issue has been resolved but I didn’t a refund neither did the recipient receive any money. Avoid this app, they’ll rip you of your money!!

Your luck. This banking app is doing nonsense now I guess it’s about to crash. Cause I’m trying to move my money out for days now. No report no feedback just pending. It’s gonna be your own luck if they do the same to you. I’m deleting this account ASAP. I’m tired of calling and no one pick also lodging complaints to computer and not direct customers service agent. Good luck

Transfer was successful but never got the credit from PalmPay. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with the service from PalmPay and the customer support service lately , I personally made a bank transfer of #40,000 to my Paga Agent account on the 18th of April and till today I’ve not gotten my hard earned money refunded despite several calls, emails and text from the customer support team. PalmPay even requested for my statement of account of my Paga Agent account which I provided and yet I got no positive response, it’s a sad experience to know how this is really happening and today makes it one month since my money was taken from me illegally with no explanation. I’m a good and active customer of PalmPay and I trusted their service but with what has happened to me I must say I’m very disappointed with the quality of service you rendered to me as to get my hard earned money back to me . I might be forced to report this case to the higher authorities via the CBN complaint sector because it’s more than two weeks since my money got hanged and I’m been tossed around by the customer support team because I asked for my own money from your company. Thanks and I hope this review gets to the appropriate department for assessments and investigation.

About flexi or whatever u call it. It’s better you stop it, if I am not taking any load frm you directly, then I don’t see why I should be having debt of what so ever amount, And the worst part is getting uncountable calls from your agent or so to pay back debt I knw nothing about , I feel it’s just a way to embezzle people’s money , stop it , if people need to borrow money from you they should knw how to go about it directly nd not all this flexi palava . Auto payment and over charging. It’s a good bank app with varieties of options . I would gladly recommend this app for anyone if just two things could be fixed .. they over charge especially when you sending to apps like Opay “like why would you charge above #100 to send to Opay . Sometimes when I deal With small funds . You guys charge about 20 to 59 naira : that’s too bad and also the okay card service provided on it . We borrow and we going to return it . Stop making auto repayment and taking cash meant for something else : this will only make one ignore the bank app for as long as you don’t have the cash . There would always be transactions going in and out just chill till we hit the repayment button . We deserve that privacy at least .. I hope all this could be changed

I was actually referred to this app by a friend though and I just wanna say all thanks to PalmPay for the successful and stress free transactions so far. Because honestly with PalmPay I was able to quickly do one or two transfer to anyone I’m having transactions with and actually it’s been a smooth, easy and successful one so far. SCAM ALLERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I am disappointed on IOS and GOOGLE Play stores for publishing this app , I give palmpay 48 hours to attend to my case and resolve it for I will write the worst review and much convincing enough to drive new customers away from this app, I made a transfer since 16th September and it was successful with a reciept but it have not been recieved in my Opay account, I have been battling with ur customer care and they keep telling me it will be resolved after providing a lot of things they ask for I’m not happy right now it’s been almost a week

Why can’t I get a loan without the ok card. The app is great and I love banking with PalmPay and I have received some hundreds of thousands with PalmPay and I have also bought data and airtime with the… But why can’t I get a loan to solve little issues on PalmPay ?Please there should be a way for a quick loan without the ok card please

More work needed. My reason 4 giving u guys 3stars is cuz I cnt buy data or recharge cards to other networks apart 4rm d num I use in registering my PalmPay acc, which is nt fair. Charges. Everything on it is cool and perfect except charges. The charges on transactions are too much How can you guys be charging over 200# for 25,000 transactions while normal bank charge on 26#.. You guys should work on that if you still want us to be using your app

Upgrade on Tier. I love everything about PalmPay but the only problem I’m having is when one is upgrading the tier! Please plan should accept our Nation Id card and let it go! But upgrading the tier is so hard

Problem. I was introduced by a friend to setup this app which I did. I sent 5k to the app that same day I opened it I was on tier 2. Trying to open this app for the past 2 days now. USELESS BANK. A bank that can’t help it customer when they need them I mistakenly sent one to someone and it’s been weeks nothing from a whole bank. Ruined everything. Everything was going fine and seamless till they started making me borrow loans unconsciously using baits to make me borrow loans, and started calling my phone threatening to ban my number and account. I deleted the app after paying the loan. I’m only downloading it again cause someone sent me money there. Will delete it again

About upgrading to get high transaction limit, please I have a BVN linked already(sibling)and don’t match with my NIN, so I’ll want to get to settings and put my direct NIN and BVN(I have mine now)and it has to bear the same name I guess that’s why the recent BVN don’t match with NIN… please help

Tier 3. I suppose to give 5 stars but am not happy with what you are doing As your app very good i submit Tier 3 application but you don’t accept it and i talk to one of you Damilola she said they will attend to me but you refuse to accept my application i have try it like 8 times now you don’t accept it and i can’t even submit in anymore it keep saying failed & they don’t let me talk to customer service again

Poor. This app has one of the worst customer support service of any app I’ve ever used, I try to purchase data but it keeps telling me I’ve reached maximum purchase when I haven’t even bought one. When you contact customer support all they do is tell you to try later. They don’t even try to fix the issue. The app at first seems good but I am seriously starting to regret using it.

Why is flexi deducting my money?. I don’t understand why will palm pay be deducting my money all in the name of flexi? I did not borrow any money from them but they kept on deducting my money and treating me on the phone for what reason? Because I’m using there so called bank I don’t understand what all this about. Great mobile money app. I’ve never had any problem using this bank app. PalmPay network is the fastest compared to other banks. My transactions go through instantly when sending or receiving money.

It’s nice to have a place to run when in need of an urgent money but the load period is just too short I’m glad I don’t owe and my limit as been increased at least It’s just the loan period that’s the problem 7 days is too short if it could be extended to probably 2 weeks I mean for the kind of interest palmpay collects they should be able to extend the loan period, the interest rate is high after all Other than that everything is okay…. I hope this review can be attended to asap 🙏

Transaction History. The app is fine and all but am so annoyed with the fact that we can’t see our transaction histories from our account please do something about that

PalmPay, the best!!!. I so much love PalmPay, they’ve been the best…. And I’m for real here ever since I’ve been using PalmPay since late 2019 It has been my new bank, y’all should continue the good work cause you’re doing wonderful

Debit without crediting. This is the fifth time I’m funding my PalmPay account with other banks i get debited but the money will not reflect in my PalmPay account, I tried calling no response I even message and tagged them on Twitter no response. Please PalmPay find a way and credit me for all the five transactions or reverse the money thanks

Complaint. I love Palmpay but you should please take things easy with defaulter for like 3 days, you shouldn’t be calling on due date. It’s should be up to 3 days at least before you start calling

Fixed Savings. Let the fixed savings stay fixed and unbreakable until the due date

Scammer. I want to use this moment to do something about a customer service Called 432_Benson He is a scam and I have a prove of our chat and I’m sue you palmpay for having a scammer as a customer service

Satisfied. I wish PalmPay could have an atm card, for easy and seamless transaction. I had to apply for the QR card, but the useage is limited to only PalmPay and other micro bank app.. we want more from PalmPay, I can’t swap or change to another platform if not PalmPay.

Advice. I will love to advice palmpay to increase their security services on the app… someone might be making a use of your phone then decide to open you palmpay app without your notice… the palmpay app supposed to have an security lock

Frozen. Palmpay is the most useless app I ever come across,my money got frozen for the past two weeks and have been calling them everyday to unfreeze it,those fools ask for different identity verification which ℹ proves them….till date no response if you’re not capable of using an app on the play store I guess you just shut the app down….they can easily freeze account but find it hard to unfreeze it…. History. The app is pretty good but I changed my phone and the history is not showing anymore on my iPhone 13 please can you get a solution for that asap

Attention. I applied for a loan and the loan was given to me then I paid off the loan 3 days after, but am still getting notification to payoff the loan I already paid for. Please do something about this because I don’t understand it keeps telling me to repay my loan thank you.

Tier 3 issues. I want to appreciate PalmPay it’s a great mobile app and transactions are fast and easy but I have a problem with my upgrade from tier 2 to tier 3 it’s been days and haven’t been sorted out please look into this support 🙏

Flexi credit. My Flexi credit loan was 2days overdue and I paid off my debt only to get my flexi credit frozen due to long time over due, so 2 days late is “long time over due? Crazy app Same with flexi cash, they initially disabled it and tell me to keep using PalmPay for transactions to get it enabled back, meanwhile I’ve been using this crazy app for over 2years now

Excellent. You’ve never seen app with cash back like Palm pay. The layout graphic is great. I’d suggest your engineers work on a site to trade crypto. Or maybe a different palm pay (Palm Trade) app that enables crypto trading. I’m sure with this innovation, you can be rest assured of Nigerians patronage.
