Decent app, could easily be improved. We used the mini link, an iPad, and a large ring light for a photo booth at our wedding reception and were pretty happy with the results. We were a little worried that some guests would struggle, but it went pretty smoothly and was quite the hit. There were a couple of annoyances and missing features that I’d love to see addressed, the most obvious of which is that pictures are mirrored even in the printout. Fortunately I can clean up and reprint the ones that matter, but it was annoying that the signs we had as props showed up in reverse. It is normal to use a reverse image for preview, but the instax app should save the image in its proper orientation. We used the Instax Camera mode for the photobooth, though I’d love to see a dedicated mode that simplifies things even further. The mini link is capable of some nifty features, but these are mostly useless at an event where instructions need to be short and precise. I’d love a mode that makes it even easier to use in this type of situation. Lastly, I’d like to request an additional timer option. For photo booth use, 10 seconds is uncomfortably long while 2 sec is pretty short. 5-6 seems pretty ideal.

Works perfectly fine. Not gonna lie i got scared when i saw the bad reviews since this is kinda expensive. I didn't even read the instructions lol. Common sense, i just charged the printer and long press the turn on button then it connected and it worked so pretty!

Read!. I love this app! Makes it fun to print pictures, and is a great souvenir for family and friends. Playful interface and really easy to set up. Cool free frames and designs. Also, can print a special scene from a video. Really cool! Would recommend. 👍

Why I love the camera. It’s so convenient and fun I can take family photos from my phone just in a click of a button I love it it has really helped with my scrapbooking everyone to get this Polaroid camera

Printing issues. I got this mini instax link printer for Christmas 2023 and I tried putting film print in it but it does not let me print anything at all. Says I have 0/10 film but I just bought a new pack and I keep going thru film really fast and honestly wasting too much money.

Does not connect. I was so excited to finally receive this product, only to find that it does not connect to my iPhone XS. I have tried updating, resetting, and turning off pretty much everything on my phone, yet it will still not work. Please fix the connection issue!!

READ THIS. Hi so everyone is talking about charging it but at first I didn’t know how so I will tell you on the side there is a little thing you cans pull out then you can see where it needs to be charged I used my ear bud changes because I could not see it in the box hope this helped bye

This is amazing. I’ve been using non stop because of the quality and easiness. My insta film camera scares me to use because I don’t know the outcome. But using my phone pictures assures me that the film won’t be wasted.

Great app. I got a mini printer for Christmas and I choose this app for it, when I opened it up I was blown there is so many stuff you can do for just one photo you can even have 8 photos in 1 Instax! The app tells you how many instax you have in the printer and what percentage it is at. You can change the background for a fun look although I do wish there were more backgrounds but it’s okay. You can even do a collage picture with a bunch of different photos, or you can do a simple print. You can do more then on take for the picture too in fact you can get old pictures in your old photos and new photos! Love it!. Really great! I got this as a gift and I loved it! Prints out very clear and concise photos. The quality really depends on how much editing you do. The app was easy (and fun) to use. My phone connected with no issues and I have an iPhone-7. The mini pictures made a really cute family album!

My Mini Print. I love love love it! I had bought a different ink-less printer in the past that could make stickers but the images always smudged. I love this picture printer because I can make mixed media books: collages, scrapbooks and add my drawings/doodles to the pages and writings (a story of the pics) with these mini pictures. Mini captures of mini moments in our lives! Awesome idea!

No option to access photos. When I want to print photos from my own gallery I get a message saying I need to allow the app access to the photos on my device and offers me to go to the setting for the app, but there is no option to allow access to photos, only Bluetooth and camera. Will not even allow me to access the camera DESPITE allowing it access to do so. The app worked fine a few months ago when I last used it, don’t know what happened.

Straightforward, easy to use. I first purchased a in stacks Polaroid camera with the mini images, but I realized it wasn’t always easy to just bring the camera along all the time so I found one of these printers at Walmart and downloaded the app that is compatible with it and literally I can go through and print any photo out on my phone and turn it into a masterpiece.

I FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK. after calling customer service and them telling me to “wait for an app update”, i finally decided to just look at the manual and figure it out myself. i have an iphone 11 pro and was really bummed out when i first bought the printer in december only to find out it wouldn’t connect to my phone. so yesterday i plugged it in and let it FULLY CHARGE. and went to try and connect my phone and it WORKED. the quality of the pictures were okay when i printed it and the app was fairly easy to use.

I never write reviews. Honestly getting this poloroid printer was the best purchase ever. And the app is so easy to use. Everything is quick and easy AND most of it is free. As someone who wants poloroid pictures you can hold (without the camera) it’s perfect. The editing and filters are honestly perfect tbh. Usually I don’t write up reviews because I’m lazy. BUT THISSS

Wastes too much film. I don’t know if it’s a defect in my printer or the app but any time I want to print something it starts to go through then an error message pops up saying there was issues with the film. The only way to get the message to stop popping up is but removing and reinserting my film and then it’ll remove one of the pictures as it thinks it’s a film cover. Out of a packet of 10 I probably only get two actual pictures. Kinda bogus to pay $100 for a printer and an additional $12 for film only for two pictures to come out. I can’t find an email to reach out to Fuji film in hopes to get a replacement for this printer or a refund.

Best for our memories. This is best media to enjoy our memories if we get an EMP bomb ( no electronics- we lose the internet and all emergency connections online- meaning we need 1980’s tech( ham radios, landline phonelines connected like cable tv ) With this is like investing in gold - with photos in your hand - they’re real. Everything digital ( bank accounts will not be available ) phone photos will either be gone or not assessable until satellites signal’s fixed and power stations(years) Save your photos people!

LOVE THE NOSTALGIA. Growing up, I always loved flipping through my parents’ old picture album, reliving their crazy young life through their Polaroids, and only imagining the kind of life they had through the moments caught on film. I’ve always wanted my kids to have that kind of feeling of nostalgia someday when I’m older flipping through my photos, when technology will no longer matter to me. I want to have these solid memories to hold onto one day for my kids & grandkids to wonder what crazy things I did growing up. I’ve always loved the nostalgia behind a Polaroid. And I love that this device allows me to print off any picture I’ve ever captured on my iPhone. It is incredibly worth it!

Can only ask for. Love this app & how it’s so fun to edit a pic. It’s also really fun to use and share with friends. As soon as I seen an update with new frames I was very excited to see/try them but unfortunately when I went to check all the new frames all they had are all holiday related, as someone who does not celebrate I was hoping for more casual winter frames.

Love it. This little printer was a gift from my husband. I have been using it for a few years now and the quality has not deteriorated in any way. I love using it. The app makes it so easy. Even if you’re bad with technology, you can still use it.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!. I really recommend this printer, especially if you hate having to bring a big heavy camera everywhere. It is a great way to give away instax pictures as a gift, and I can use pictures from 3 years ago! I really think this is a great product, and I was scared that I shouldn’t have gotten it at first because of seeing all the reviews, but the problem with that is because they weren’t using it correctly. You need to charge it for almost 2 hours and it will connect to the device immediately. Please don’t judge this by the reviews. Also, I don’t think the quality is that bad, I was comparing the quality to the quality of my instax camera, and I have to admit that the printer doesn’t turn out as good as the camera, but the quality is still good. That isn’t a problem for me anyways because I usually just put it on my wall, and you can’t see the difference when it’s up there.

Better before the Update. Useless without ICloud folder capabilities. I was literally printing last night and everything was perfect. The following day, the app updated and it’s horrible. The folders were simplified down to the most basic folders. I can no longer see the shared iCloud folders I have created with others to print photos from all parties in real time. I would have to download those photos to my phone and track them down, assuming they don’t get scattered back into the chronological order of my Recent folder.

Love my Instax printer!!. When I could afford to buy the paper for it I used it all the time but the paper has gone way too out of site for me to buy with me on Social Security! Now I only can buy paper for it every few months if that often! But last time I used my printer it still was working great!!

Such a nice app🥰. I love this app so much. I downloaded so many photos and I was able to print them off on my mini printer and hang them up on a board so I can look at all these photos and remember them. This is the best purchase of my life I feel like getting the app which you need to with the printer makes it so much nicer and the things print out so smoothly just make sure you don’t shake them because if you do, they’re gonna come out smudgy so I feel like if you just let them sit it’s so nice and you get to do fonts and stickers on your photos, which I absolutely loved. I’ve done them for so many of my photos to make them hysterical because of the funny sayings I put this is such a good printer and app. I definitely recommend.🥰❤️❤️❤️

Easy & convenient app. The app works great with my Instax mini printer. I take a pictures from my phone, pick the exact one I’d like and it prints. The printer or film is lighter developed than the original picture which is disappointing but I’ve found this with other instant mini printers also. Wish they could do better in this area as the manufacturers of the printer or film whichever it is. But this app is easy and convenient and I haven't had any problems with using it.

Great investment. My mini link cane yesterday and I was able to print a couple of photos to test it out! Thank god the App connected with my phone, since I’ve been reading about failing to connect issues for other customers. The App can have better UI and maybe a guide to all the modes.

Instax Link Wide printer — does not print. My first experience with Fujifilm’s Instax has been pure disappointment. The new Wide printer connects to my iPhone 13 just fine, but it does not print (status light cycles through a few colors then back to idle). The app says there’s a firmware update available 0100 to 0104), but then says that the Instax mini link app needs to be updated to support the printer. This is the latest and only app available, so… Support section on the website just links to an FAQ with no additional resources. Not helpful.

Very easy to use. It’s such a user friendly app! It lets you edit your photos before printing which I think is a necessary feature to assure that your photos’ coloring is better. I also like the feature where you can make a collage and print it as a polaroid. It saves film.

Suggestion. Love it!!! I just have one suggestion. Before we print our picture is it possible for us to see it in the color it is gonna print in? I printed three of the same photo but one of them but the color for the text didn’t show up as it did in the app so the text isn’t very visible.

Print quality back to normal - thank you!. Updating my review because Instax fixed the print quality issues we were having after the June 2021 update. This July update has us back to printing successfully and we appreciate the response! It’s unfortunate that it took a month and quite a lot of wasted films (aka money) but it’s fixed. I will say that I really wish that the prints didn’t lose all detail in the lighter colors. The range of colors on this printer are super limited and I don’t know if that’s due to the app or the chemical processing itself. The results are at times disappointing, especially with skin tones. All in all the prints are charming in a retro way. It has its limitations but I’m happy to have it! Hint: buy the film in bulk if you can. Price per print is much more affordable this way.

Works well, pretty much nothing wrong with it. It took about an hour for my bluetooth to connect but it finally worked (i have iphone xr). Once the printer was fully charged the bluetooth came up and let me connect. The app works nice and it easy to understand and to print and the photos come out pretty nice. Only one problem is sometimes it says “connection lost” or “timed out” and it disconnected my bluetooth and i have to wait like 5 mins for it to connect again but it doesn’t happen often.

Buggy App. I was enjoying using the printer, which I received for a Christmas gift. The app is now very buggy and unresponsive. I can connect to the printer with no issues, the battery is charged, and I have film in the printer. It’s just a matter of nothing happening in the app when I tap on different things. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and the issue persists. It’s like the app is frozen.

Instax Mini Polaroid Printer. I absolutely love this little portable printer and being able to print a photo literally anywhere and anytime I want. It’s so fun with all the different frames and features in the app and you can have a physical photo within seconds!

Instax. Very handy tool !!! You can use it for live camera from the phone or just pictures in the gallery. I love this thing so much I’m super happy I decided to purchase it. It was worth the price for the quality on the other hand DO NOT waste money on the Canon mini printer it’s garbage I purchased 3 of them because it had the same issue every time when I purchased it had weird blue green marks on all my images and I thought it was a me issue maybe there wasn’t any ink or something..I’ve bought them and I wasn’t able to return it so I spent $300 on trash. So I highly recommend Fujifilm instax a bit cheaper and way better.

Read the Instructions!. As many of the reviews on here are about their phones not connecting to the printer, I had the same issues. My phone would not connect to the printer for about 30-40 minutes. This was very frustrating and I thought i had to return it. However, it wouldn’t connect because I didn’t have the printer properly charged. I read over the instructions that came with the printer and it says it on the first few pages to make sure that the printer is properly charged before using!!! I charged my printer for like 25 mins, wasn’t fully charged, and when i tried to connect it again it worked !!

Absolute must for holidays. Love this! Had a Polaroid but you don’t get to edit and wasted expensive film . This lets u crop and not waste film on bad pics. Used to clip Polaroids on twine and put on tree. Just be careful of lights. Film is very flammable. Great gift or party favor ! Easy to use.

Worth every penny!!!. This is by far one of my favorite instax buys. I own 2 different model instax mini cameras and have tried 3 in total. The instax mini link is worth every penny. Taking my mini cameras everywhere during a trip isn’t always convenient. Having the opportunity to be able to go sit in a coffee shop or the hotel room after a long day and conveniently printing my photos makes me so happy. On top of that the quality of the prints exceeded my expectations.

Zoom keep reading!. I got it to connect without any problems but when I go to instax camera it keeps Zooming in!!! I unzoom it goes right back wth Since I got a response and it helped this will be going from four stars to five stars. Thanks

INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY IMPORTANT!!!!. My grandma gave me this printer as a birthday present and at first it wouldn’t connect to my phone. I read the instructions after trying for like an hour and I found out you have to fully charge it before using it! READ THE INSTRUCTIONS PEOPLE!!!!

Pretty solid. I just wanted to print out basic photos, but they do have some cute filters if you are looking to add a little spunk. I wish there was a way to “save” a draft. There are no holds which is the only reason it gets less than 5 stars

Love my instax & the instax app !. I have both the instax mini & instax wide I love them both don’t get me wrong the instax camera is great for those who know how to get those great pictures but I prefer to choose pictures from my camera roll and print them out via my instax with the instax app which is great for adding fun stuff like borders, stickers and lots more! You can even take your favorite moments from videos and print them out as a picture. It also allows you to be able to do any editing or touch ups on your pictures giving you just what you need to make all your pictures your own masterpieces to share or to keep.

The best!!. I love this printer! Great for giving to people, and you can print more than one of the same photo right then and there! Very fast. It does print out a bit brighter than what the pic actually looks like, but you can edit it inside the app to be a bit darker so it comes out just right! 100% recommend

Amazing!!. I love this so much, it has helped me be able to capture my he most important memories in such a special way. With all the features who needs a professional photographer! I would highly recommend for everyone.

Still garbage. Update fixed the problems they introduced two versions ago but the problems with print quality that existed before still persist. High quality images are compressed in a way that leads to horizontal striping in the photos. I’ve wasted $20 printing out test images to verify this across multiple photos, phones, and versions of this app. I really wish I could get my money back for this printer… or to the devs… reach out, Ill help you fix this bug for free, your image resizing algorithm does not work properly. Online and phone support is a mess.

Fantastic. This is an amazing app that’s easy to use. Connecting the device is easy and the printing is efficient. I’ve created many Polaroid images now that I love. I have a whole box full of them. One thing I wish this app had is more options in terms of editing. Maybe more filter options or edits such as sharpness, coolness, warmth. Doesn’t have to as intricate as the iPhone editing tools but having more variety would be nice. (Also a tip for beginners: always make the image slightly darker for it to come out as similarly to the original as possible)!

Emoji/sticker addition sizing edit. It’s very easy to make it very very very big. But kinda hard to make the stickers small. There’s no reason I need my sticker so be 4x bigger than the frame. It need the slider to make it easy to make it smaller and not so much bigger. This is my only complain, otherwise this app is amazing!!!

Extremely annoying error. Ok so I started using this printer my mom got since she didn’t want it anymore. It actually worked great until at some random point it started to cancel the prints and my flim cartridge was at 9/10 and the printer was at 100, when I explained this to my mom she tried it on her phone and it worked perfectly. Its definitely a app issue and its confusing. I’ll update this if it starts working after deleting and redownloading

TERRIFIC!!!!!!. My mom got me this mini printer 2 for Christmas and I’ve been using it SOOO MUCH if you want to print stuff on it you have to have this app otherwise there is no other way to print stuff. It’s way better having the printer because when you have the camera you can’t really tell how it’ll come out but you can take a picture on your phone until you like it and not lose a lot of instax!! Doesn’t print photos nice. It doesn’t print the photos as how they originally look. You need to adjust the saturation, contrast and brightness just to get a decent print

Review. I love the printer my favourite thing is how you can get a perfect photo that you took on your iPhone and then you can print it as a poloroid it is perfect for photo walls

Not bad. Works well in that it connects to the printer and gets photos printed. The selection process is a bit awkward, slow and repetitive. App seems to concentrate on fancy borders, stickers etc instead of ease of use, speed and user experience.

An absolutely five star app!!!!. This app is great so far I haven’t foundAnything wrong with it. This app allows you to print photos that you’ve taken on your phone with good quality and add fun emojis words stickers captions and even put frames around them you can even put more than one photo in one picture. I highly recommend Downloading this app immediately!

Doesn’t honour hidden albums.. If you have a hidden album, it doesn’t honour the setting if disabled in photos settings.

iOS 13. Can’t connect

it’s awesome:). honestly , it’s a great app. but a few minor things is that sometimes it would crash but i guess that’s just my phone LOL anyways have a good day and stan harry!!

tbh pretty good. it’s easy to use and prints out good photos with filters if wanted i like it because i got to print out photos directly from my phone and it’s great!!:)

Colour on screen doesn’t reflect how it prints. Can be hard to get the pic the right colour as the picture on the screen doesn’t accurately reflect the colour it comes out

New version did worse. The update resulted in lower and really bad quality! The printed polaroids are pixelated even with high quality original photos. Bring back the previous version!!

Don’t know what happened with the update :(. Latest update seems to have stuffed up my printer. It was working perfectly and since the update, pictures are not printing properly. Black lines everywhere and isnt in line with how I’ve cropped an image

Decent with some bugs. For the most part I don’t have any issues. However, occasionally my app will bug out and show that I have 0 prints left despite there being film inside. That means I need to re-insert an already open pack and lose a film each time it happens. I’ve lost a film on 4 different occasions now. I hope the devs will give us a button to manually force a print even if the app says 0/10 to try to counter this issue. Thanks.

Great little printer. I love this little printer. Despite its tiny little pictures that it produces. There still very sharp. I like it. Because it allows me to use my Fuji interchangeable lenses on my Fuji camera. So don’t let it’s small size fool you. This little printer with Fuji instax film “delivers” !.

Great app!. I recently downloaded the app and printed out a fee pictures to test. Really pleased with both my printer and this app! The app has some amazing add-on and editing features such as text, colors, contrast etc. absolutely wonderful.

Sticker functionality??. No problems with the app itself, everything works fine. But the reason I’m writing this review is because I got a notification saying sticker functionality was added. I can’t find this functionality anywhere in the app and there’s no mention of it whatsoever in the app or on the official website. I just want to know what this mysterious sticker functionality is!? Nevermind, I think I know what it is now.

Wont connect. Been trying to connect this to my new iPhone 15 for weeks and it doesn't come up with Bluetooth in the app to connect it. Not a fan

Good but. It works good. But sometimes, the pictures print out with more brightness than what it shows on your phone.

Can’t get it to connect???. It won’t connect to my Bluetooth I tried all the troubleshooting and it still won’t work

Problem linking two phones. The features in the app are great. My only complaint is when two people tried to link we suddenly couldn’t get the camera to show up in Bluetooth anymore. I solved the problem by linking through the camera settings itself. I couldn’t find this solution on their FAQ.

Obsessed. I carry this everywhere I go. It’s so easy and convenient that it just takes 3 minutes to print the cutest photos. I even bought the square one for bigger photos.

Edits won’t save. The app is good but when if I’ve edited a picture outside the app, the edits won’t save when I select the picture in the app. Pictures tend to print with more of a “green” tint so I edit them with more “pink” to colour correct. I have to screenshot in order to save the edit I’ve made, which reduces quality. It be nice if edits outside the app could save for this purpose.

Love the instant picture. I love having this on hand and we can print and edit picture immediately.

Needs more editing features!. I will still continue to use this, but i still wish there were more editing features! At the very least more sticker options please! I would change this to a 5 if i could just draw

My printer. The app is good but sometimes hard to make everyone in a photo fit. It also doesn’t print dark photos very well but lighter ones are perfectly fine

Useful. I can print whatever I want print from my photo. It’s good and better than camera Instax.

Difficult to use. I have been trying to create a custom frame for an hour. The app suggests I can draw on a photo before printing, but the menus are confusing, the prompts are just wrong and it seems I can’t even draw an arrow on a photo… great hardware but horrible software

Great app, but needs more. I love this app and its use for printing the pictures but the frame print does not have frames that are normal. There is only holiday while there should be simple ones like a border around the photo like a real frame

I got it to work!!. I’m not gonna lie there was a bit of frustration while setting it up and connecting, but I finally got it to connect, and the Polaroid turned out great!

Best Investment. This is by far the best investment I have made…I love being able to take the photos from my phone and print them on quality film!!

Obsessed.. My only fear is the ego I’m feeding, and the money I’m spending on decorative display items to pair. It’s also helping me keep my pictures more organized.

I need help. I feel like it would be a good app but my instax link doesn’t connect to my phone at all I have an iPhone 6s and I heard it’s supposed to work with my phone

Print que ?. Love my printer regardless but is there a way to make a que of a bunch of diffrent pictures you want to print so you dont have to print one by one and wait for to print out

Doesn’t work.. I am so upset and disappointed by this app and printer. It will not connect with my phone via Bluetooth or wifi. I have an iphone 8, up to date on ios. Nothing works. I waited so long for the printer because it was on back order. Got the app only for it not to connect. Nothing shows up indicating any sort of connection. Not in my phone settings. Not in the app settings. I was so excited for this only for it to not work.

Bugs make it impossible to use. I love this app and I use it for my business, but the bugs recently have made it almost impossible to use. The app is really slow or just doesn’t load in general sometimes. I hope they fix it soon.

Instax. I love everything about this bluetooth printer/ camera and the mini polaroid pictures are adorable

I love it. I’ve been printing all the pictures for my baby photo album. I must say this was one of the best purchases I’ve ever made . I absolutely love this printer and i intend to buy one for my niece as a Christmas present.

Perfect!. i was worried that the app might not connect because i have an iphone XR, but it runs smoothly and works perfectly!

The app wasn’t working. It didn’t connect to my printer and I just got it from the store and it wasted one of my inks that I bought 🤦🏽‍♀️ it was a birthday present

Love it!. I’ve been using this along with my Instax printer for about two years now and it’s worked perfectly for all my needs so far!

Best printer. I got the for Christmas and have already printed around 40 photos. It is so addictive and fun and great for giving others photos.

Won’t Connect to iPhone. Beyond frustrated at this point. The printer simply will not connect to my phone. I’ve restarted my phone and printer, redownloaded the app, charged the printer all day to make sure it’s full, turned Bluetooth on and off…but it won’t even show as a device to connect to.

Photo quality deteriorated. After updating to the latest version, the photo quality has turned SO bad. All my images print blurry now. Please fix this. So many films have gone to waste. I’ve tried printing from two different printers that I own, and they both print ugly and pixelated photos after I updated the software.

AWESOME APP READ THIS REVIEW!!!. This app is great,the reason the rating is so low is because people aren’t charging their instax printers before trying to bluetooth them like the instructions say. Got it as a Christmas gift and it’s been great 😌

Photo not developing the right way at all. Whenever I print it out, it always sized bigger despite me making sure that the photo is in the right position in the app. It would say I have no film or I have all 10 films despite there being less in there. There are also large strips of lines going across horizontally. I honestly tried looking up what is wrong with it but I can’t find anything that’ll help.

Easy Use. This app is really nice and easy with lots of options. Wish the picture quality was a little better but creates an authentic tint to picture I suppose!

Instax All The Way!. My best friend got me the pink Instax mini link 2 and it is so fun! I print all my favorite pix of BTS members all day! It’s easy to use and prints fast! Get it, you won’t regret it!

instax printer. it’s a really fun great app, you get to chose any of the pictures you want to chose. you ahah to charge it and you can only print 10 pictures. all though, i didn’t expect them to be this small, i though they were just gonna be pic normal pictures. it’s the same size as a instax camera, but you get to print your own photos which is very cool. this is a good, worth product and is very worth buying!

Doesn’t dispose black film. I got one for Christmas and I read the instructions, fully charged it, loaded the film as the instructions said . It said it had to automatically dispose a black film when loaded , but it never disposed anything . I tried printing a picture and it said “ paper was missing. Please add paper and try again (178)” . Could someone please tell me what happened, what should I do ? :(

kinda upset I didn’t get to print out the last pictures. At first it was working but then when I was left with a few cards they just came out blank and never showed up with the photo I tried to print out.

Instagram mini app. I absolutely love this app I love making little pictures with big memories 💕

This app is amazing. It prints fast and works well but the only thing is that the quality of the photo gets a little bit pale. Overall great product!

Used to be ok, now unusable. If you want to try and find any pic from deeper in your camera roll, this app is awful. Also, if you are in photos and try and print direct from there to this device, it won’t ‘find’ the device. It’s too bad since the printer is actually pretty nice.

Good app. It does what it was designed to do and does it well. As a UX designer myself there are something’s about the app that feels outdated or geared towards children but over all it’s functional.

How great the app is. This app is amazing that you get to edit design your pictures that you create and then print them out on Polaroid I love this app so much🥹🥹😀😀

Fun gadget!. Sometimes it struggles reconnecting to my phone. I find that I have to plug it in, get it charging, then it will work. Just a bit annoying that something “wireless” has to be hooked up in order to properly function. Other than that, it’s been great!

New frames. I think you should add new frames frequently to make the app mor fun and so our pics dont all look the same i go on the app when im not using it to print any pics and look at the frames and i am disappointed when i dont see any new ones Please add more!

Works very well. I just wish that I could zoom in when it’s not perfectly straight on the Polaroid.

Great Printer. This is a great printer for scrapbooking and other DIY projects. Easy for kids to use or adults. I absolutely love it! Will definitely be buying more products by Instax!

ERROR 181. I received this as a gift and was super excited to use it. When I went to print, I got an error 181 message, resulting in an all black print. This happened 6 times in a row so I wasted 6 prints. Each time, I made sure my device was properly connected to the printer. I have emailed them using the inquiry on their page and still have not gotten a response back. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

I love this app and printer!!!!. I just got this printer for Christmas and it was probably my favorite gift!!!!! I love it so much because it’s so easy to just hook up to the app and start printing!!!!! They print so fast and turn out looking sooooo good!!!!!! I LOVE THIS APP AND PRINTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor picture quality.. I was so excited to get this in and print out pictures from my iPhone! I printed out my first picture and the color was way off. I tried another and same thing. I am really bummed that the picture quality is horrible! My daughter has the camera and the pictures turn out great with it.

will not connect to my iphone XR. I have been trying for multiple days and my NEW iphone will not connect to this printer, battery is fully charged and yet the device will not connect. I’ve looked through reviews and others are saying the app will not connect to theirs either. I’m so frustrated because I was so excited to get this cool device, but now I have 3 sets of film and no way to use it. Disappointed.

Satisfied!. Love my Instagram printer. Got it for Christmas. Love the filters and frames and able to customize each picture.

Read this. Ok so I read all the comments and you HAVE to charge it for 2 hours and it’s so easy to print but you need the film

App no longer recognizing my printer. I have used this printer for less than two years, and it no longer is recognized by the app. The printer is charged, my Bluetooth on my phone connects to the device, but the app says it is not connected and will not print anything.
