Easily the most frustrating part of my work day. Is when I have to clock in and out using Gusto Wallet. My company switched from Tsheets earlier in the year and I lament that change everyday. The app takes forever to load even when wifi signal is strong but working in a shop with steel beams and metal siding wifi signal doesn’t travel that well. I have a wifi booster right beside my station, but even when Im in the same room as the router I often find myself watching that sanctimonious little porker trot in place while I wait for this barebones app to load. Besides that, the app will often not recognize when I clock out which creates payroll issues because every so often I’ll open the app in the morning to find that its kept me logged in from the day before. Lastly, Im not interested in some app-centric bank account or cash card, but there is no way to get rid of the two ad bubbles advertising the card and bank account.

Good app but once you set your payment split there’s no going back.. My company uses this as their way of payroll the app has been good for it and I always get my checks timely however when I first set up they account it asked where I wanted my checks sent i put 500$ to gusto and the remainder to my bank. Now I have tried to update this every week so that it can all go to my bank account and not gusto and for the past 2 months have been unsuccessful able to change it and it is quite irritating at this point. It’s like it’s only willing to send the money to gusto. If this can be fixed and I can just update my split I don’t see why this app can’t have five stars but that’s a huge disservice.

Finally a step closer. I use my cell phone all the time for work related things and mobile apps make it much easier. I would like to see all of the same features on the mobile app. Request time off and clocking in and out would be nice first though!

Horrible customer service. As a bookkeeper, I have happily used Gusto for about 5 years. About 6 months ago the knowledge of their customer support team deteriorated and they seemingly have put in multiple road blocks to solving clients’ problems. I currently have a support ticket that has been open for a full month. I can’t get them to escalate it. All I want is a 10 minute conversation with an expert in their platform. Then this issue could be over. Their rules only allow me to talk to their first tier customer support team.

Stealing from my rainy day fund. Went to transfer money from my rainy day fund directly into my bank account and the error message they gave me was that my account number didn’t match my routing number. Yeah right, none of my other accounts have this problem. Instead I was charged a percentage to transfer the only way it would let me, onto my debit card. What a scam.

5 star app 1 star service. The app is really easy to use love it. I’ve been a gazelle member for over two years five stars on the app. The customer service on the other hand is horrible. I’ve been attempting to get a new card mailed out to me for the last three months can’t get a hold of a live agent I’ve already spent over $600 in the last four months transferring money wish their customer service was as good as the app

Missing some features that online has. Hi, while this seems to be a great app so far. I’m really waiting for it to be compatible with all the online features. For example, why can’t I upload expenses on the app instead of needing to do that online. Seems like a no brained. I will give it five starts when it’s up to par with online

The most frustrating app I have ever used. This app is not user friendly and with the help/ support line always being closed, if you have an issue your screwed. Tried calling customer service line multiple times through out the day and the message said they were closed, went to the support page and was run around in circles for hours. I finally solved my own problem with no help from the customer service or support page.

Helpful when the website is broken. The only reason I got this app is because tax document downloads on the website are broken, and I can’t wait the several business days they say it’ll take just to respond to my support request. Luckily, viewing and downloading of the documents works in this app, but it looks really bad on iPad. Definitely not meant to run on anything but a phone. Also, the login didn’t bring up the normal interface for using a saved password, so with the app open on my iPad and my password open on my iPhone, I had to type out one of those crazy passwords that gets generated when you tell iOS/Safari to generate a strong password. Not sure why the login form wasn’t recognized as something that could be filled in. This app saved the day when the website was broken, but I doubt I’d use it on a regular basis.

Horrible customer service. My card was locked for insufficient funds. “Banking compliance made the decision to end the Gusto Cash Accounts banking relationship with you. I had advocated for our banking partners to unlock your accounts to allow you to link an external bank account but that was not approved. The bank has closed your accounts and is mailing you a cashier's check for the accounts balance. It will be delivered by USPS mail delivery and should arrive within 10 business days to your address”

Love Gusto. I love Gusto so much. Every company should use them. I love their UI and all their beautiful design. On top of that it’s so easy to fill out documents, retrieve paystubs and tax documents, save money and budget it accordingly, and keep tabs on all of the companies other stuff. I think with time, more integrations, and the addition of features Gusto could CRUSH ADP and all the others. It’s just overall a way better experience in every way.

The opposite of Gusto is Apathy. I have some reservations about this app. While it was a good thought, it is a bad idea, there are several issues that need addressing. For me the app tends to glitch quite frequently, which is frustrating and affects the overall user experience. This needs to be resolved as a priority. Second not all the features on the desktop seem to be available. For instance, I couldn't find a way to upload expense receipts, which is a critical function for me. In conclusion I have concerns about the app's data privacy. I'm not entirely sure about the extent of data collection and usage, particularly what kind of cookies it's adding to my phone. Clear information on data handling is essential for It feels more like a time-waster than a time-saver. I’m forced by a client to use this app for payment, not entirely sure why the decision was made to have us use this, it’s frustrating.

In love. I am absolutely in love with gusto, and they have perfected their concept. The only thing I wish I could do is see where my card is because I’ve been waiting for a little over 2 weeks for it to arrive, but then again it’s Christmas time and COVID. I am leaving my job soon and I am going to refer gusto to anyone I can.

Do not use gusto. Worst company ever they put a lock on my card I called fraud and they said it wasn’t fraud and to wait till the customer service is open which is only 8am -2. When I called I waited for 40 mins only to be greeted by an extremely rude man telling me that it was fraud on my account ?? And couldn’t answer any of my legit questions but insisted I listen to him as he told me things I already knew and he would cut me off every time I tried to explain my situation in a defensive tone. Don’t use gusto I’m a banker for 7 years and I would never throw the policy in a customers face or belittle them because we put a hold on all their money that they need to live.

Not at all helpful. I wish the company I work for didn’t switch to this. Honestly not at all helpful. I called them because of fraud being suspected on my account and they didn’t help me at all. Literally was told you provided your card info to this site even though 7 unauthorized purchases were made in your name that’s something you’ll have to handle yourself. I can admit fault. They were not at all helpful not even with giving the merchants number. I’ll stay with my Cashapp and Wells Fargo....even PayPal is way better.

Moving in the right direction. I have been using Gusto for years. The app is another step in the right direction. As I process payroll for about a dozen companies on the platform I would request 2 new adds to the app now that there is time tracking. Geofencing and ability to switch between companies. I have people that work for more than one business and being able to toggle between businesses on the app would be extremely helpful just like you can online.

App/company. I cannot stand this app/company I will be taking my business elsewhere for payroll my paydays have been altered so may times , and I have to tell my employees, y’all shouldn’t toy around with people money , bottom line is people work people get paid. Then one of my workers account was requiring some documents which he provided and they sent him through the ringer, he sent all the required paperwork and still till this day his unable to access his account. Just terrible

Highly recommend for companies!. This app is not only easy to navigate, but it also has so many great features that many other apps don’t even have! It’s definitely seems more efficient compared to other app platforms👍🏼

Finally!. I’ve been hoping for a Gusto app since I started using the service and am thrilled to see it finally come to life! I was prepared for a bare minimum app but, like all things Gusto does, it’s perfect. The attention to detail and inclusivity of 99% of the things you can do on the website is impressive. A solid app for a solid company! Thanks for listening & delivering.

Uh oh !. App is overall super accessible and user friendly. However, I was having connectivity issues with the app so I deleted the app and tried to re download it, but it will NOT download. No message or anything. Just will not download. I see there was an update 6 days ago, and that’s about when my issues started to happen. Any ideas? Hellllpppp

Saves the day. GUSTO cash out option. Has truly saved the day- ability to still pay a bill on time rather than wait for pay day. It’s such a great service available that I truly have been grateful for.

The Best. I have been involved with several different payroll companies and this one is the VERY BEST!! So easy to use, I feel in control of the monies I earn and how I want it deposited. Easy to look up pay stubs, can’t say enough about Gusto except I love the Little Piggy bank logo❤️

We have emergency expense(2-3 business days). Hey gusto, just a novel idea an option to do an instant debit card transfer to your personal bank account because trying to receive your gusto debit card through (expedited mail) had been like waiting on a package shipped from China though fedex. If you can’t add an instant debit card transfer to our personal bank accounts, at least fix your grammar…. You need new terms for “expedited mail” and “emergency transfer”. Expedited means fast. Emergency means there’s got to be some sense of urgency. You fail on both definitions.

This app ruins peoples lives. Just looking at the reviews seeing how many other people have had their money effectively trapped in no man’s land by your app. Unacceptable how many times this has happened. This could very easily be solved by requiring banks to be linked before money is moved into a gusto account. It would be so easy to fix. A very simple change in order of operations. People assume that because Gusto already has their Bank info that it will already be linked (why if you already have direct deposit can’t you link to my account) My guess is that your aim to to make it so difficult for people to access their money that they will just give up and forget it.

Update. Since the update a day ago a few of us at our company can log in but then it goes as the employer has to approve us again and no place to clock in !! Very annoyed never had a problem with it until it updated

A bug?. It’s been like 2 days since I’m trying to move money out to my own debit card, but for some reason I cannot link my debit card and it keeps saying “oh no something went wrong” which I have no clue, even tho I’m filling out every info for my card correctly I still can’t transfer! Thanks,

Gets the job done. For the most part, it works. It gets the job done and shows me all the information I need on my paycheck and taxes. I’ve found that manually putting hours is difficult as tends to glitch. You have to scroll to the time you need because when you try to type it in it either sets it to twelve or at the hour. It’s frustrating.

Constant Bug. It seems like no matter how many updates are released the “break” settings in the time card don’t operate at expected. I. This current version when I input a break the system does not recognize it, so I have to delete the break entry and insert it again for it to confirm my shift with a break. Please fix.

Great app. I have no complaints about Gusto. Everything works great. They do a great job of easily managing money especially when it come to managing direct deposit accounts. And making savings goals has made it so easy to save up for different things. I’d love to see support for Siri Shortcuts so I can clock in with my voice

Days ‘til paid is a joke. Acts as a wall between you and employer who pays incorrectly.. Didn’t get paid until after I was done with temp hire. Not paid time-and-a half for excessive work over 8 hour days? Where is the accountability? Is this a built in barrier employers use to make it harder to file grievances for inaccurate and delayed payments to temp workers? Kinda feels like insulation seasonal companies would use. 123 easy as ABC to avoid employees seeking legit pay. You know who you are. Gusto in some cases you are basically a moat around greedy companies and their money. Where is the link saying: > I have a concern about my paycheck or hours?>My time or overtime is inaccurate. >I would like to submit a concern about my paycheck to my employer. I couldn’t find it. If it’s there and I missed it it’s VERY well hidden.

Love Gusto. My company had been using a competitor for time tracking and Gusto for payroll. We decided to try the time tracking option. We have several “projects” that we need to keep track of daily. It would be awesome if there was a “switch” button instead of having to clock out and back in. Otherwise it’s a great app! GLane00

Some benefits, but frustrating also.. Since my company started using Gusto for payroll, I get a lot of emails from Gusto that I cannot unsubscribe from, and my direct deposits happen on payday anywhere from 8am to 5pm, where before I would get my deposit between midnight and 9am. There are some pros to using the gusto app, but the cons are frustrating to say the least.

Do not use this app.. My employer sent me a paycheck in October. I didn’t have a bank account yet, so it sent the money to some JPMorgan account. It made this account for me. I can’t access it. I tried logging in through their website but they told me the account number is invalid, AKA doesn’t exist. You’re supposed to be able to transfer funds from one account to the other, but this feature also Does Not Exist. I’ve looked everywhere. Website and app. It’s not a thing. The help guides are a lie. I’m glad my employer had to let me go after my first paycheck now, because that’s $150 I’ll never be able to get back.

Horrible Customer Service. I signed up so that this company can track payments made to the contractor I used. Gusto knew from the beginning that I will use historical payments- yet, nobody thought to inform me for months that no 1099 will be generated at the end, since this did not apply to historical payments. They let me know, by accident and after I started searching for information, 2 days before due date. This is ridiculous. Great idea and kind of easy to operate but need to do a real maintenance of all the accounts, and to set clearer rules.

Poor customer experience management and miscommunications. They discontinued Instant Cashout (a month or so earlier than they promised which I’m sure was not appreciated by people trying to adjust for money they were due for repayment on previous advances) but they still advertise it as a feature in the app images here on the App Store which is literally false advertising. It’s been a year. You haven’t been clear about your instant cash out plans since the day you announced you were getting rid of the feature and you guys still lack the professionalism to update the app images (and left Twitter replies on read from people angry about the sudden change to cashout during your own conference. who is your community manager?)

Used to be an amazing app. This app was great but now I cannot see what’s in my spending account or in my rainy day account. I cannot go in and request time off or anything. Called the company they put me on hold for 30+ minutes when they finally came back they said they were still trying to get ahold of someone and asked me to hold again. I asked them to give me a call back…and still no phone call back! What’s the point of this app if you cannot do anything in it or see anything?

App is great, countdown to paycheck not so great…. I love how user friendly the app is, especially the time tracking functions. As a payroll admin, the loading screen with the walking pig and “your next paycheck is in … days” is extremely frustrating when it comes to new hires, who haven’t logged hours for that “next paycheck” status. Very misleading for them, and then we often get an earful or they assume we simply didn’t pay them because the pig said they were getting paid and they didn’t. It would also be nice to have the option to add a photo through the app vs. getting on a computer. Definitely worth a 5 star rating if the pig would stop telling employees when their next paycheck is coming.

You have no right to be forgotten with GUSTO. I had to use this app for a brief 3 week temp job as required by the employer. After my job was completed I reached out to GUSTO to delete account. GUSTO conflated keeping tax documents as required by law with my request to delete the account. I then asked GUSTO to provide me the information in the user agreement where they state that once you use their service you may never opt out (including unsubscribing from emails). GUSTO didn't have this information available as it isnt part of the user agreement. So basically your personal tax info etc is open to hacking indefinitely is someone knows your email and can figure out your password. I now have to compel them to fulfill my request possibly by legal means. I would have never had used the app had I known this. Additionally their "customer service" is not located in the US so if anything goes wrong with your paycheck good luck rectifying that. I have sent 7 emails and got nothing but canned gibberish responses which only makes me more concerned about my personal banking and tax info. User beware with this "service" as it is not worth the trouble or risk of identity theft.

Love the Gusto app!. Mobile app is so much easier to use than the website. Way more UI friendly and convenient. Especially now that they’ve added time tracking, I can do everything from within.

Bad UX and poorly tested. The testing of features like hours entry is poorly tested. You have to add your hours for the day, save them, then go back and edit to add a break. Trying to enter hours and break together doesn’t work, so I assume it wasn’t tested. Now a new behavior has been rolled out where you are given a pop-up to sign up for their spending account after you enter your hours for the day. It’s extremely annoying, especially if you add your hours for the week all at once. The UX is poorly thought through.

PTO via the app is broken. I put in for pto a Thursday thru Tuesday using the app and an iphone 8. The app should have charged me for 24 hours and ignored the weekend. However it charged me for 40 hours which included the weekend. After many weeks of back and forth with support, the only solution was for my admin to reverse the payroll, fix the vacation days and resubmit. Which would have been a nightmare. So we chose to leave as is screwing me out of 16 hours of PTO. And I don’t think the problem is fixed with the app.

Poor Customer Service / App Not Working Corrctly. When it comes to people’s money you better have the kinks worked out before you launch. This isn’t a fun gaming app, this app is meant to track and mange TIME AND MONEY! After a week of no email response from customer service, I felt the best way to get their attention is to address my problem in their public forum. The app is not accepting documents at this time. Documents that are necessary to get paid. Neither my boss nor I know whether I will actually receive a paycheck next week, and I can not reach a human at Gusto to confirm, we’ll anything. You get 2 stars because the app design is awesome, but functionality is low at this time. When these problems get fixed, so will my rating.

New customer. I had some initial problems that had me very concerned about my company using this service for my paycheck. However after a few hiccups the company was very responsive and did an outstanding job with communicating with me. As soon as all of the hiccups were addressed they reached out to make sure my account was setup to receive payment as scheduled. I am excited to work with this company after my experience.

Not worth it.. To set this up the app clearly requested the authorization to credit or debit your account. If hacked they will be able to empty my account. If they go belly up they can empty your account. No other app I’ve worked with has requested authorization to debit. Second this apps policy can deposit your money at anytime over the course of the day. Even after business hours. Every like app I’ve worked with the money is available Friday at the start of business. Meaning it is possible for any auto payment to hit prior to your check deposit. Technically if it was too late your money may not be available until Monday. No thanks.

No stars. Switched to this from another payroll system January first. Difficult to use. Does not break down the information I need for other reports. Two step authentication process, completely annoying and unnecessary. Would never recommend this system to anyone unless they enjoy a constant headache. Uninstalled the app. It was useless, didn’t give me the option to edit the punches of my team. Can’t wait until we dump this for a new system.

Super user-friendly!. My company uses Gusto for payroll and I love it. I opened a bank account with them and it’s super user friendly! You can have up to six accounts I believe it is and I have an account for each of my bills and set it up so that it automatically allocates for my bills every time I get paid before depositing my paycheck into my other bank. This way I don’t have to worry or think about overspending money that’s meant for bills as all the money for bills has already been taken out. It’s made managing my finances soo much easier!

First review I’ve written since owning an iPhone. Well, I’ll start off by saying this app sets itself aside from other payroll types by being extremely easy to use and incorporating functions that make life easier. Whether you’re trying to submit a time off request or pull up a paystub or perhaps you’d like to check out your benefits all of that is at your fingertips. I wish I knew a start up company that I could suggest use it so that I could collect their $600 referral bonus, I digress.

User friendly. The app is very user friendly. But I would prefer to stay logged in rather than continually logging in every time I interact with it. For something that I have to use a minimum of 4x a day, I spend too much time trying to log in. Also geo fence is way off. The geotag place my place of work about 100 yards away from the actual location. So, every time I clock in or out, I have to explain why I am not at an authorized work location.

Add time tracking please!. Glad to see there is a mobile app for Gusto now. Will be great to check my paystubs on the go. However the biggest need is for a mobile version of the time clock. My employer uses Gusto for time tracking and clocking in and out is a constant hassle because I have to log back into the website and select the right company every time. Having the app log me in with Face ID and let me clock in and out with a tap would be a dream come true.

Efficient and easy to use. I would recommend gusto to anyone , based on my own experience using it for the past couple years. I love the ability to create separate savings goal accounts and name them whatever I want! Also being able to split my direct deposit up into multiple accounts based on dollar amount or a percentage, really has helped me start to save and not even feel the pinch, so to speak! Awesome job Gusto ! Loving it in Vermont 😊

Used to love it. This used to be very useful and I loved everything about it. Due to recent updates, it is now limiting the amount you can cash out to $250. Time Tracking!. I have recently downloaded this app and love the platform. It is easy to use, understand and the layout is fantastic. Gusto is a great company and allows for our company to time track. This is the ONE feature that is needed to make the app completely useful.

Needs More Features. Great for employees to see paystubs, tax docs and splits between accounts. But why doesn’t it allow you to add/modify tax info such as withholdings, dependents, addresses, phone numbers etc.???? Those would be SUCH HUGE bonus features!!!

Amazing Financial app !. This app and all of the people running and supporting it are extremely helpful and cooperative, never hesitate to help out when needed. And the app is very easy to use and just an all around delight

Trouble. Having trouble with this app. It’s never precise when counting down the day. I usual check and it all ways changes. It can say 10 days left till next pay check. I check the next day then it says “2 days left for pay check”. And when it says pay day today I never see any difference it just restarts the countdowns

Terrible Experience. This app has not been working for me at all. It’s stuck on the main loading screen and doesnt go anywhere after. It just magically signed me out of my account and i cant clock out now neither does the app load up. Im connected to wifi and all my other apps are working fine. Please fix this, i have money saved on gusto wallet and i need to be able to access it ASAP. I dont want to take legal action but if it comes to it i will.

Awesome service. My employer uses this for our payroll and I was in a pinch and just got $200 wired to my account start to finish in under 2 minutes. I’m thoroughly impressed.

Dual factor authentication. Kids’ boss used my daughters phone number for dual factor authentication and there is no way to change it through your account login. Called customer service and they had to open a ticket and now I have to wait 1-2 business days for a call back…. All because I need to change the account phone number. Stupid.

Worst customer service ever!!!. Had this app for months and couldn’t get passed the landing page. Had repeatedly emailed support for help. Had to screenshot and email it back four times so they could “forward it to our support team”. Each time I never heard back. (I repeatedly asked for someone to respond and never got a thing) This app is as useless as their customer service. I deleted this waste of time.

Can’t clock in. Usually the app works great. Updated it today and now I can’t clock in/out or add hours. Those buttons are just gone Edit: The problem has been resolved.

Adding hours. Every time I go to add hours, I set the time I clocked in, then I set the time I clocked out. The time I clocked in then changed to the same time I set to clock out. Please fix this, I have to reset the times like 5 times before it does what I tell it to do.

Very Helpful. I’m glad we are moving beyond just having the web app. Would like to see time tracking. Wouldn’t mind an Apple Watch option for that too 👌🏼

Love it but…. Love how well the app works for its current use cases. PLEASE add expense entry so I don’t have to email myself pictures that need to be saved to a file and the uploaded on my desktop. Phone camera to Gusto Wallet would be the dream!!

Worst App and Support Ever. None of the supposed features in the app work. You can not use cashout, savings, or spending. It tells you everything is set up but then won’t let you use the features, and makes you submit you info over and over. Support is a joke too. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days, and have not heard anything from them. Don’t bother with this terrible app unless frustration is something you enjoy.

Lunch Button. The app is great overall, there is a new bug that appeared in the summer of 2023 that causes the lunch to not save until you post the time of the entire day. Then you have to enter lunch a second time.

Outstanding. Gusta really is a true helper with cash advance and also the other helpful tools they have on the app.

Terrible. Startup time is very slow. I'm ready to clock in and I have to watch a pig walking on a splash screen for 15-30 seconds When I accidentally forgot to clock out and needed to correct my timesheet the app was fighting me. I would enter the time I needed and it would change it before I could tap save. It took me five minutes and many tries to make a correction that should've taken 30 seconds. I'm a software developer so it was not user error.

“Time” function disappeared. On my coworkers app, the time function disappeared and she cannot clock in or out. How do we contact gusto with that issue?

Gusto Wallet Rocks!!!. I started using Gusto throughout my last Covid Testing Job and let me tell you, I always got paid a week before payday including holidays. They also raise there Payout percentage every time. I’d recommend it to those Gold Diggers that need money on the A$ap.

App issues. The app itself is great. Easy to navigate and understand. However it won’t keep you logged in and doesn’t remember your email or password to make logging in easy. You have to type in your email and password each time you log in.

Great and easy to use. A nice simple app that helps you track your incoming money and keep your payments nice and organized. Also helps you save if you choose to.

Need ‘a copy from previous day’ for time entry. It’s a decent app for most parts. There’s no way to copy your time. So, you have to manually enter the time and breaks. Super annoying.

Latest update…. I’m a trainer and I need to log hours for different services I offer. The most recent update removed the ability to select those services and now I’m forced to use the website to enter in services and hours. Please fix this.

Gusto wallet review. App needs to display wallet on home page. It’s much easier when you can access the more essential reasons gusto was created. Needs to be easier to access your money and move your money without an up charge when you have to use the app.

Keychain integration could be better.. It’s a bit stilted compared to other apps. Wouldn’t just auto fill a suggested password. Had to jump through a few hoops to not only get it to take one but to confirm it.

I need help. I know I never registered this yet app yet and I was putting I say $20 per paycheck on it so that should be $60 on it and it is registered to my old phone number so I’m trying to get it activated So I can take the money up and don’t even know where to start

Technical Issues. I never had any issues with the gusto wallet app. However recently when I’m inputting my hours, it will not save my break time and duration. It’s such a hassle to fix my hours two times around.

Good feature set, speed could use a boost. Overall happy with the app, but I feel it’s a bit sluggish even on my new phone. I also wish it had widgets or even just options to jump right to the time clock with a long press on the app icon.

False Advertising. Advertised that if you get their spending account card that you can get paid up to 2 days earlier. I signed up just for that reason and it was early for a few paychecks but now I just get my direct deposit on my regular payday anyways. Then my spending account balance reflects the deposit late and I can’t pay my bills.

Face ID. overall love the app! this is where I receive pay from my employer I only wish It had Face ID to make it easier when checking my balance or pay stubs on the go.

Doing great work. Gusto is a great app. It’s mature, has a clean interface, and is useful. I tried the Gusto Checking service because of the great interest rates advertised but it doesn’t support downloading transactions into a budgeting app.

Allow sign in using work email. I download this app because I wanted an easier way of tracking my hours instead of always having to login through the website. But I tried logging in using my work email and I couldn’t. So I deleted this app. So I will use this app when I can login using my work email.

Fraud number. I have been trying to contact this number for 5 days straight and every time it says your phone line is closed. Than why would you block my card if your phone line is close to fix the issue

Payment comes in after 4pm. Pros: Best customer service. Cons: I don’t get until after 4pm….it’s so frustrating. There’s an option to get paid 2 days early….but I would prefer to just have my money deposited into my account at midnight. I’ve been on gusto as an employee for 6months now and have been getting hit with interest fees on credit cards bc payments come in after noon. Very annoying.

Widget?. Great app! I do love having everything on my phone. But could you make a widget to clock in and out? That world make everything even better.

What is this??. Never heard of gusto till today because of my company. They won’t allow you to connect your cash app , Venmo, PayPal accounts which is dumb because most people use these apps. I’m not bank friendly so for anyone in the same situation will have the same issues unless there’s an update that will allow you to connect these money apps.

Does anyone else have such a problem or it’s just me. Maybe it’s just my phone but the app is loading so slow it took me 5 minutes to clock in 😅

Awful. This app is awful it doesn’t let you access your money for up to five days after you receive it which is stupid and then you have to put it into one of their accounts before even putting into your own bank account it’s the dumbest app ever seen or heard of

Never get paid on time. This app I have been getting paid through this app for a couple months now but it has its pros and cons good thing with this app is you can access a lot of things bad news is we never get paid on time and it happens every time like today supposed to be my payday and it is saying your next paycheck is in four days and this happen every time

Apple Watch Feature. I really wish there was an Apple Watch extention so that I can clock in and out without having to go on my phone. This would be a really beneficial feature to go about routie without any distractions.

Loving the wallet. I love the ability to take a cash advance and also just the ease with which I can check on pay day arrival and previous pay stub info. It is so easy super happy with this app!

The app is great the support is the worse I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been trying to get a new card for about 3 months now and every time I get to talk to someone either on the phone or text , they know absolutely nothing more than just what the automated responses are , they don’t speak very much English and it’s literally all people from India that have not intention of being helpful .

Needs improvement. The app is a great idea and has some good features but customer support is absolutely horrible, it’s a huge pain to switch any type of benefits with them. They play back and forth with you and whatever insurance company it is while the ins company does the same thing. It could be a great app but right now it’s pretty close to a hot pile of dung.
