Disappointed & Frustrated!. I tried it and decided not to use it. I realized I didn't need it because it did not do what I needed or thought it would. I deleted it and at some point noticed a charge for it. Somehow I had mistakenly and unintentionally paid for an annual subscription. I also discovered I could not appeal or get out of the subscription or even change it to monrly or pay for what I had used. I communicated both with the app developer as well as with the Apple subscription service. Very frustrating and disappointing experience with both. I discovered I could only cancel the auto renewal for the annual subscription.

Cancel subscription. I have tried several times to cancel my subscription and it doesn’t work. Please cancel my subscription ASAP. Thank you.

Just purchased the life time package!!. App not functioning properly, and it’s keep limiting my deletes to one or not at all. To which I select the (already purchased) option I am brought back to the first page with no response or error correction whatsoever?!! Utterly useless product please be advise to fix this major inconvenience or people will be forced to take action for a faulty product in the Apple app that doesn’t live up to the standards Apple consumers expect when paying a higher price, or nonexistent quality product.! That just proves the capitalist pigs only pushing out subpar products for a quick buck! Not at all concerned about the customers. This is what’s wrong with America today among many other shortcomings that impede this country’s true potential, value, and idealistic standards.

Bait and Switch. I’ve paid for a couple of months and I feel like Radpony has stolen my money. The app APPEARS to work on the unpaid scan prior to subscribing. You’re able to control SOME of the scan and cleaning on addresses ONLY. The app WILL NOT allow you to individually choose photo functions UNLESS the subscription is DEAD and needs to be reactivated. Upon paying for the app subscription and choosing to have that data “cleaned”...the app locks down and appears to be in a state of perpetual scanning. When I have PAID FOR it...the app does NOT work. I believe the positive reviews and 5 star votes on this app. Total scam. Not sure how this is legal. Once again...I’m not basing this on a trial membership. I’m speaking of more than one PAID weeklong membership. Fix the app or give my money back.

A little helpful but way over priced!!. I deleted it within the first two minutes I got it, it kept wanting me to pay for everything!!! I know I don’t have to pay, but if I don’t I can barely do anything! And I don’t get the point, if you’re phone storage is full why download another app?! I mean, I get it. It will help you clear out phone storage, but you can do it better in settings. Or delete the stuff you want to yourself or it might delete stuff you don’t want deleted!!! My point is, it’s ok but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Doesn’t work. This app cannot figure out what duplicate pictures are. It is suggesting that pictures of airplanes and lighthouses are the same thing. It’s flagged so many things as duplicates it’s impossible to review them all. Also despite clicking the toggle to enable the free trial I was immediately billed for the subscription.

Takes Longer Than Manually Deleting. It might just be my phone but this app takes minutes to delete 10 selected pictures. It’s also slower selecting pictures manually than in Photos app. In the Photos app on iPhone, at least you can drag and select many pics quickly.

Ehhhh. Uhhh it’s ok but I wouldn’t recommend it I think is should all be free like I am 7-13 (not saying my exact age) and I get a lot of notifications that I need to free my storage so I got this app and it’s whatever but why do I need to pay?!?

Boost cleaner. Amazing app very good at cleaning your photos and speeding up your Wi-Fi and check your speed. I recommend you down a little bit

I chose continue with ads…. Once I opened the app, it immediately asks for money and offers you a few different options and then put a very small button that says continue with ads. Well big mistake, the ads are very long and if you skip it you don’t get the credit. Had this app for 5 minutes before I installed. Goodluck 🫡

Money grabbing. I wanted to get a cleaner for my phone . Downloaded this app then find out to do MOST things you have to subscribe and pay through the nose for any service. I pay enough for apple products I should not have to pay every month for something that used to be free. I deleted it. Not going to be sucked into it.

Horrible app and money scam. You have to pay for every single feature. You watch an add to “unlock pro feature” but then get hit with a screen telling you to pay a monthly fee. If you’re looking for an app to clean your phone and help with storage space, this app is not it.

I want out!!. How to stop this app?!?!? I tried to use the 3day trial and it did absolutely nothing! I have gone through the entire app looking for the unsubscribe button and do not see where that could possibly be! I definitely do not want to be charged for this app because I will never use it again! Big waste of time!!

Did exactly what i downloaded it for. All I needed was something quick and easy cuz I was haveing weird virus problems this app did fulfill that objected plus I downloaded this years before but forgot about it glad I remembered

Disappointed. A few seconds ago, I tried to run this app using the free version. When I selected clean, a pop up appeared with an ad I had to watch in order for the app to function. When I selected “watch ad,” a message appeared saying “no ads available now, try again later.” I will delete this useless app as I post this review.

Total rip off. I paid the “one time fee” of 9.99 for vip access and it did literally nothing for me. Any time I tried to use the app, it would bring up the option to upgrade to pro, or to start my premium version, in which case I would click on restore purchases and then nothing would happen. It’s literally paying 10 bucks for absolutely nothing. Total rip off of a product and company.

App messed up phone. The contacts were supposed to merge duplicate and keep information. It erased important dates, contact information and still showed 3 of the same contacts within the phone book. I would NOT recommend this app to anyone!

Waste of your time. The app looks nice and clean but it does not deliver what it promises in the “bait” that it’s “free”. After it scans for your duplicates and you try to actually “clean” them it keeps circling back trying to force you to pay for the premium service. It is perfectly fine that the developers are trying to make money but they should put an upfront price on the fruit of their labor, compete with others fairly and not resort to the “bait and switch” strategy. That only frustrates and chases away potential customers who had the initial trust to try the app.

Doesn’t do what it’s meant to; too many ads.. As stated in previous reviews, DO NOT GET THIS APP. It literally doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. I click the “clean” button and each time I get an ad. After I wait a few minutes, it doesn’t go away. There’s literally no “x” or anything. It’s just littered with ads, and nowhere to go after. Ads are understandable for any app; developers need some form of revenue, but when you put ads in your app, do it tastefully. This just defeats the entire purpose of having the app. This is a waste of your time.

App Doesn’t work. Bought this thinking I’d have the three day trial, although says I am charged immediately. Have attempted to run numerous scans but the app keeps crashing. Attempted to report to Apple but was directed to developer site who can’t actually receive my complaint. Stay away from this app. If anything changes, I will gladly update this review.

Plain and simple, don’t use it. Terrible app. It’s incredibly cumbersome. You might as well do the work of cleaning yourself your phone files manually. It is NOT only NOT fully automated but it makes you go through THREE manual steps PER PICTURE (thousands of duplicate ones) to get to delete them. Other apps you just click once and all your duplicate files are gone without such incredible waste of time!!! Don’t even waste your time downloading this terrible app. Deleted.

May NOT recommend using this again. I can’t believe how many times I tried to use this application ok it’s just littered with advertisements okay? And whenever I click clean it pretty much does almost nothing and instead forces you to pay for the application instead, I understand people need the money to keep updating and supporting the app (talking about developers here) but WHEN YOU TRY TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE PAYING 4 DOLLARS A WEEK FOR THE APP *THAT IS PROBABLY GOING A LITTLE BIT TOO FAR* either use another storage cleaner or optimizer or turn off background app refresh, and/or otherwise tap offload unused apps and your good to go on you’re guys end instead. And DONT FALL FOR THE SAME TRICK I DID AS WELL ITS A MARKETING TRAP, I wouldn’t recommend this enough.

About this app. It’s very benefit to download this app some times my IPad heat, lag but for this app. My iPad is not lagging and not heating too much thank u guys for providing this types of application apps ♥️♥️

It’s good but. It recovered a LOT of storage in my device but it also delete old photos form the past that I had and it took 2 hours deleting a quarter of what was all deleted

Cleaning. .I just down loaded this app and so I cannot rate it fairly when I know nothing about it or how it’s going to do. Once I’ve been on it for a while I’ll be more than happy to rate it again maybe much more favorably. Thank you for your time and for your app.

Doesn’t work for duplicates. The only reason I downloaded this app was so that I could have duplicate photos and duplicate screenshots removed. Unfortunately I have a lot of photos and screenshots and every time I attempt to clear them the wheel just spins and never does anything. Am I missing something? I let it sit there for over 15 minutes and it didn’t do anything other than look like it was processing.

Ads and pay to use. First thing that pops up when I opened the app? An add. Then when I go to use the functions another app pops up. Not only this but I couldn’t do anything without paying for it. Maybe just ask for payment to get the app instead of making it littered with ads AND not being able to even press a button without being directed for the premium version.

Frustrating app. Everytime I try to compress large format videos the counter takes me to 100% and shows the number of videos. I go to delete copies and immediately it crashes. I’ve tried this over 2 days and at least 10 attempts. I went to write customer support and the email wouldn’t send. I had to reboot the app. I don’t think I will renew the first week.

Awesome. It is working really great and the way that they made it to clean your storage is good I mean like it doesn’t take away any photos but the ones you don’t really need

I can’t unsubscribe. If I could Give these up negative stars I would I have tried to unsubscribe for at least a month now. I started off with a free trial then decided I didn’t like it so I Canceled it. Or so I thought come to find out it won’t expire until July 2023 which IS RIDICULOUS!! The up is not worth your time and money!🤬

I may upgrade IF…. I downloaded and purchased this app the first day of the trial, assuming that I would get the premium status to clean up my messed up photo apps. Nope! If you plan to buy, wait for the expiration of the trial. The first clean up was miraculously fast and it said that all of my photos, on the computer, was checked, duplicates removed. Sounded great! I was so happy…until…I tried the next day, and the day after that and…you get the idea, I tried to run my newly acquired photos for duplicates and the system just did nothing! It did say that if I wanted more features, I should enroll in premium, which I had! Additionally, my account shows that I have. But it showed 3, 2, 1 remaining days on my free trial! So, play with this while you are on your free trial (you won’t be able to do a subsequent cleaning anyway) and then, buy AFTER the trial expires. At least I am hoping/expecting that I can use another sweep then. I’ll check back and let you know. I’ll be either changing this review to a wonderful 5 or a don’t-waste-your-money 1 star. Grrrr!

🚫🚫 IT REQUIRES A FEE TO USE 🚫🚫. Never made it past the intro screens before hitting the developer’s fee wall. It escapes me why anyone with a shred of intelligence would pay $120/year to sort and organize their digital photos…but hey, some people have more money than intelligence. App Developers should be required to disclose the app’s fees in the App Store listing, viewable BEFORE downloading!

Eh. First all those screenshots of the app in the store...it looks nothing like and does t do what it's showing. It doesn't help pick the best photo. It's awful at recognizing duplicates. It doesn't delete the duplicates I want half the time and it crashes. So glad I only paid for a week. This needs some work. I do like the ability to compress the videos.

Missing notes info from contacts. I this is basic. 1. My contacts before installing your app. 2. Used app to get rid of duplicate contacts 3. Contacts missing original information 4 want original contact info back. I emailed several times over the last 4 days. Either u can fix or you can’t. Waiting for your response. recently used the app to get rid of duplicate contacts. In the process it cleared eliminated notes and information stored in several contacts. How do I restore or access the back up? How do I resolve this? Ty

Unusable. The adds (for the subscription level version of the app) that pop up constantly made this app unusable. I literally cannot finish a function because it keeps interrupting what I’m doing. Doesn’t exactly make me want to purchase the subscription version.

Not happy with being charged!. It is one day into my FREE trial and I have been billed 19.49 AUS for the month when I wasn’t planning on keeping the program! I’d like to know how I will get this refunded back to my account? Had no option but to write this in a review as THERE are NO contact us options under the “contact us” option in the in app menu. I have cancelled my free trial and subscription 2 days prior to when the first billing date was scheduled. A bit sneaky and would highly recommend at this stage to not opt into any subscription with this ap. They say they offer a 3 day trial when in fact they bill instantly! I want my 20$ back please.

Could be better. So far I have not managed to get it to delete my duplicate contacts. It keeps hanging. Could be more user friendly I suppose.

It’s a scam. This “cleaning software” only cleans extra pictures and contacts, how is this useful?

Disappointed. This app is hard to figure out it identifies duplicates etc but nowhere does it say what to do This I annoy very impressed with it.

Disappointing. It is misleading that the free trial isn’t applied when selecting the weekly option. The app is not user friendly, either giving the option of deleting a lot of photos with no review option, or showing duplicates of photos where you then select which ones to delete one by one (which I don’t need an app to help me do). Was much better using another app so I am disappointed to have wasted $ and not just tried out on a free trial.

Waste of money.. I wasted 18$ for nothing for this application and it crashes every time when I opened. I called them at that time itself for refund they can’t give because it’s a third party application. There is no customer care to contact them.

Complete garbage. This app messed up my contacts so bad I had to reset my phone from the cloud!! Grabbed the oldest data and replaced the new contacts with old crap.

Don’t even do free trial. This is one of those apps that will auto charge you after the free trial with no way to undo it if you don’t unsubscribe in time. Worse they designed the app to make it nigh impossible to get your money back by not having the ability to contact them. No email, message, nada. So do yourself a favour and skip this app it’ll save you $50.

Rip off. For much less than $23 a month I can have Norton 360 plus VPN & virus clean . These guys are doing the highway rubbery for something that should be free almost since they get access to your photos & info which they can resell as a lead to other business. Big B.S

Stole my money!!. This app lies to you about a free trial!! As soon as I first opened it I was prompted to start a 3 day free trial. When I clicked accept I was immediately charged almost $13! This app is garbage. I was just trying to make room in my iPhone because I already have so much apps on my iPhone already but this stupid app wants to play I don’t know why anyone would make apps like this with out making sure that whoever made this app actually completed the whole thing

Beware!. They advertised that you will get a free trial. However, they just charged my card. When I reached out, no one at the company responded. File a dispute with Apple and the credit card company if this happens to you.

It’s not even free. Just make the app with a price. There is literally nothing you can do with this app it just looks like it’s free so just make the app cost money. This is a waste especially if you have slow wifi and are waiting for it because it’s just a “pay to use app”

Not happy. I went to subscribe to a 3 day free trial and it immediately charged me 11$ and now I’m over drawn in my bank account and my bank has charged me a 34$ fee . I am on maternity leave and have no income and now I can’t pay my bank the money that was stolen from me .

Not so great. This didn’t clean my phone at all I had to pay but I didn’t want to so I decided to delete it but still good graphics

Time consuming and crashed a lot. Made some errors on almost 50 contacts and was having problems with app crashing. I like the concept, but this wasn’t going to work for me using my iPad.

Did all the work myself. I literally hand deleted everything myself. After much time and energy spent on my end the program never let me know if I freed up space. I’m deleting this!

Scam. I wanted to try this app but they force you to subscribe during the “free trial”. You can’t use any of the features. They tell you “Watch this ad video to use the app without a subscription” but the ad traps you and won’t let you exit.
