Great Design, Unique Promos, Easy to Use. This app exceeded my already high expectations. The design is easy to use and the backend beats out the likes of DK and FD on sheer speed. There are also several unique features and on top of the standard promos on initial deposits that you could find at the other sportsbooks, they deposit money into your account without doing ANYTHING. $10 to start and another $5 on additional preference setting which takes about five seconds. The parlay feature is very cool and the separation of live betting vs pre game makes access to live betting much faster than the other apps. The discounted bets are great and the juiced props are also noteworthy. Can’t wait for the power hour! (5-6pm you get reduced odds). Great job, guys.

App is alright, customer service is lacking and very disorganized. I’m very disappointed in barstool Sportsbook. For some reason the baccarat game wouldnt allow me to place pair bets, so after contacting in-game support, they said reach out to barstool. Unfortunately I kept having to reiterate the same point three times over and all the rep keep saying the most basic things that don’t help, have you tried logging in/out?, have you updated the app, etc etc. obviously I did this before contacting support and communicated that. I even sent a screenshot of the problem and the agent once again failed to say anything about the issue, trying to say something about a balance even when I had money in the account. Complete lack of effort or knowledge. Even when visiting in person at the Hollywood casino for a barstool Sportsbook promotion, the workers were literally ripping barstool Sportsbook saying the systems don’t communicate at all and the merger has been an absolute headache. Very disappointing as im a big barstool fan and wish this wasn’t the case.

It’s serviceable. Sportsbook apps are relatively new and when they were released I signed up for multiple apps to take advantage of different promotions and to find what I liked best. For Barstool it has been an up and down experience. On the good side: 1) User interface is good not over crowded and can find different things 2) Customer support has been friendly and helpful. I had a promotion expire and they were quick to explain and willing to deactivate it. 3) The free bets last longer than most other places On the bad side: 1) The other apps I used were much clearer on when the free bets expired. Out of 6 apps Barstool was the only one I had the free bets expire. 2) I used the refer a friend bonus and the first time the person used the link and neither of us got the bonus. My friend has since decided to move on to other apps. 3) Using the refer a friend promotion you cannot take winnings out until all the bonus bets are wagered which is much more aggressive then the other sites 4) The double authentication typically fails with password entry so it takes longer and multiple tries to complete At the end of the day if it was my only option, I would use it and deal with the disadvantages since they are not miserably bad. However, since it is not the only option I will use different apps.

Good luck getting your money.. My wife won a few hundred dollars which was awesome. When she tried to pull the money out she got an email asking for copies of her bank statements and screen shots of her bank account. Seemed like a scam and someone was fishing. Especially since I won a few hundred dollars on my account and pulled it out a few days prior and wasn’t asked for that. She contacts barstool and they confirm it is a legit email from them and they refuse to give her money to her until she sends screenshots and bank statements from two different accounts. They claim it’s the state law but I highly doubt it since they didn’t do it on my account. Also fanduel doesn’t do it either. I’m assuming it’s somewhere between her being a woman and if they make it difficult enough you won’t want to pull out your money. Don’t do business with people who are quick to take your money but make you jump through hoops to collect your winnings.

Trouble withdrawing. Had no problem with my first withdrawal now when I tried to withdraw my winnings from the home run derby on the 12th I’m still waiting when I contact live support they say I have to wait until the 22nd none of the other sites like draftkings or FanDuel require a 10 day wait. Support says it’s because I never uploaded my debit card which they didn’t send me an email asking for until I asked the 15th. And why do I even need to upload a picture now when I’ve already done plenty of withdrawals but now you want verification. Also that should restart my 1-5 day waiting period you don’t wait 5 days to take the money from me. I’ve never had this much trouble cashing out I’ll be taking the majority of my betting back to draftkings and FanDuel. It’s unfortunate because this app ha some cool promotions and bets but when you can’t get your money what’s the point of using it

Worst Sportsbook app I feel defrauded.. I had one of my parlay wagers cashed out for way less than it should’ve been. First week using this app they don’t have any self-learning material to guide you through the app services. It’s just a bunch of marketing but no actual player experience representatives that you can call and ask about the app. My $400 5 leg parlay winner with odds +2800 got cashed out somehow for $1200 when it should’ve been 12,000. I work with a lot of people that I have linked to this app because I referred them pretty much for nothing because since you guys don’t even have referral bonuses. As you know here in Colorado there are a lot of competition when it comes to sportsbooks. So my request, is not just for my issues but for your new future customers that start business with you guys. Please fix your withdrawal timeframes or at least specify how long they will take because I had my pending withdrawals through debit card on hold for more than 3 days when they’re supposed to be in my bank within 30 minutes upon approval. Your “request a callback” option doesn’t work I tried many times that. And be more transparent when settling wagers. At this point I don’t know how to get in contact with someone from Barstool. Every time I go to the customer service chat they respond the same answers and send you a link to request a callback that doesn’t even work. I feel like my issue will never be resolved and all the money I was supposed to win will never be paid.

Worst Sportsbook - Customer Service stinks. There app has many issues - I have been a GREAT DAILY bettor on their application - I had brought good business (losing lol) since I opened up my account. I recently had an issue where I placed a live bet that failed supposedly due to an odds change… within seconds grabbed the updated live Odds… only to find out BOTH ORIGINAL AND NEW bets were placed (original bet never successfully showed as being processed only after I placed the second)… eventually both lost… I instantly complained about the wager only to have this Mike K. (Customer support) not give a crap about the business I brought in. He could care less about me requesting to close my account if I was not compensated. He instantly closed my account on my request. How do you lose a customer who brings you business DAILY over a measly $200?? It’s the reason why businesses fail all the time…. They did not care at all in closing my account instantly BUT they did me a favor. Thanks Barstool.

Unethical and Shady Company. So for the Super Bowl I won myself a $1000 bonus for a promotion that I entered and I could not have been happier. I prefer to save my money and am against gambling except to have fun with friends maybe once a month. Well in fine print from the $1000 I won, barstool stated that you would lose YOUR ENTIRE $1000 IF YOU DID NOT BET THE MONEY WITHIN A MONTH. This is an unethical practice forcing someone to continue an addiction after rewarding them. You are not incentivizing me to gamble, you are forcing me to to gamble. No right minded person would assume their funds they won fair and square would be taken from them after the settling of the bet. That is equivalent to your bank taking away the money you have accrued from interest because you did not take the money out to spend. I will no longer support barstool sportsbook, barstool sports, or Penn national gaming (yes I have thousands invested which will be sold on Monday). I highly recommend moving to another company that has morales and looks out for their consumers instead of finding anyway they can to take money away from you.

Withdrawing is the hardest thing with this app!!!. It’s so funny how this app can let you deposit and no problem. You can lose like crazy and that’s no problem! The moment I was able to get some of my money back now I’m having the hardest time. I was told to upload a selfie of holding my ID in which I did, after that I have not heard from anybody whatsoever besides the chat and each time I chat with someone on the app, I get told something different. I also don’t understand why there is no phone number to talk to someone. I have send numerous emails and no one has replied back! I just want my money and it should not be this difficult! I’m starting to wonder if I’ve been scammed! This is ridiculous. Ppl from the chat is telling me that me winnings is under review, I had how long does that usually take, they responded I don’t know. Well if y’all don’t know thn who does! I just want my money!!!

Bonus Scams and withdrawals. Their bonuses sound great in theory but you never actually get the money. Bet a lot of money on promos with bonuses during March madness. Made back about $500 in bonuses. First off won’t let you cash out bonuses, have to bet through once. Makes enough sense. But then it has all these fine print stipulations for bonus cash that basically make it worthless. Would need to be a Harvard lawyer to make sense or the gobs of fine print on everything. Support was of little to no help and they don’t even understand the rules as I’ve got different answers from all them. The rules don’t even follow their terms and conditions and it won’t even let me withdraw my actual cash balance that was left, let alone my bonus cash. Great app if you plan to just keep betting money and losing and never ever withdrawing winnings. Absolute scam and borderline straight theft and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible app, too many bugs. I’m a big time stoolie so I love everything the sports book is able to do with “Bet with Big Cat” or merch bets. All of that I love, don’t want that to change. To be honest these are the things that have kept me with BSS instead of using DK or FD more. The BSS app itself is absolutely atrocious. I often times have to login multiple times before it registers I’m logged in. I sometimes enter a bet amount but the “Wager *amount*” box is greyed out, not allowing me to place the bet (this isn’t just when bets are suspended or closed, that’s different and I understand not being able to wager on a closed/suspended bet). Often times takes 2-3 minutes for my active and settled bets to show up after opening the app. Like I said, I’m a big stoolie so I don’t see myself leaving this sportsbook but would like some small quality of life updates to make the experience better #VIVA

Worst sports book out there go to draft kings instead. Degenerate gambler here. This is the worst sports book app out of all of them. The app is constantly freezing and takes forever to load. I find myself constantly having to close the app and reopen it and sign in all over again. The app does not transition smoothly between pages. My active bets take forever to appear on screen if they even load at all. I couldn’t connect my bank account when I went to go cash out. It would freeze on the last part of the setup to cash out. If you want to gamble on an app, I would recommend Draft Kings where everything runs smoothly. Also, I’m not leaving you guys a terrible review out of spite because I’m a sour bettor and lose every week. I’m leaving you guys a terrible review for the awful experience you give your users. All that money you guys are making and your app is more rickety than your grandfathers wooden rocking chair. Barstool Sportsbook App Overall Good. As a huge stoolie for years, I was extremely excited for the sportsbook to finally be live in New Jersey. The sportsbook did not disappoint the hype around it and is overall a good sportsbook in my opinion. I really enjoy the interactive bet features with barstool personalities and all the merch giveaways it has to offer. The promos are usually pretty solid and I enjoy looking out for them weekly. One thing I would suggest to improve the app that fanduel recently starting doing is placing the stats and progress in the betslip during the live games. For example, say I have a parlay with Pat Mahomes over 292.5 yards, I would love to be able to see how many yards he has thrown for right underneath his over/under in the bet slip so I don’t have to go back and forth from ESPN to see how many yards he needs to hit my bet. Overall, it’s a very solid bet and I’ve been enjoying using it since it’s been live in jersey.

First withdrawal is an absolute pain. Here’s your warning.. For your own sake make your first withdrawal a small one. I tried withdrawing the bulk of my money 4 days ago. I’ve had to send screen shots of PayPal, selfies of my wife and I holding identification, and I’ve had 10+ email/chat sessions. What’s even more frustrating is my second withdrawal I made 2 days ago is already pending in my bank account. Same exact accounts involved! It makes no sense. If I could do it over again my first withdrawal would be the minimum withdrawal amount. Just a classic case of a huge company being happy to take your money instantly then making you jump through hoops for days to get it back. Hopefully this helps somebody avoid the headache I’m going though. Update: almost 2 weeks later and I finally got them to make successful initial withdrawal using a direct routing number to my bank. The process was a huge pain and for some reason they totally disabled my PayPal that is in my name in the process. They won’t give me a reason as to why they did it and apparently there is nobody to talk to to even try to fix it according to their chat/support staff. This is even after they contacted me because of this review. I’m not sure how long I’ll continue to use this app since apparently they can just decide if they want to let you use your accounts on a whim.

The worst sportsbook ever!!!. These people are the biggest scam artist in the industry!! After verifying my identity and jumping through all the hoops you need to complete to get an account, I deposited money through Play +, which is what the site induces you to do. I deposited a $1000. Immediately AFTER I made the deposit these bums froze my account for no reason. They would not communicate anything to me and I would even get disconnected from the “chat” feature after an agent looked at my account. After filing complaints with the Colorado Gaming Commission, my account was closed in retaliation. I was given my $1000 back, but it went into the Play + account, which is essentially useless. So now, to transfer that money back into my account, it’s going to take about a month because you’ve got to verify your bank, etc. It’s been a total joke. I’m suing the breaks off these idiots!!! I still was given no reason for the freeze. Save yourself time, money, and energy. DO NOT play with these clowns and tell everyone you know to get off the site ASAP!!

Horrible Company Absolute Crooks. This is the worst betting site and app I’ve ever been on. I have multiple, I mean multiple double charges on my bank account which has added up to a very significant amount of money. The app is constantly glitching and messing up during bets, cash-outs,deposits and withdrawals. I reached out to a customer service agent on a live chat about some concerns I had and she was very rude and unprofessional. After speaking with her I try logging in my account and she suspended my account while I had several bets going for no real reason. I get a email saying my account suspended because of concern for my well being!!! They will not give me access to my account at all I can’t see any of my bets , transactions or any of my own personal account info including my bank account and debit cards that are on file. I will be contacting my attorney to see what i can do about this. They are absolute crooks and if your thinking about using this app or company I would highly suggest going with someone else. I have everything screen recorded and screenshots I suggest you do the same if you use this app and check ur accounts for over charges and double charges

DONT DOWNLOAD. By far the worst app I have ever used in my entire life. Their selection of games is subpar to say the least if I could give them zero stars I would. I’ve deposited over 1300 and have never been above my deposit other than one time. Not even close. I’ve deposited over 1300 and have withdrew 140. Completely a waist of money and the casino is a joke. Their customer service is rude and the whole site is a complete mess. Keeps kicking me out of games. The games they do have are so lopsided it’s doesn’t give anyone a chance to even play. If you want to spend money on this site I suggest you walk outside throw what you want to spend on the ground. And grab some gasoline and pour it on the money and then light a match and watch it burn. It would be more enjoyable than watching it disappear like Houdini on this Sportsbook app. I would have had a better time listening to a Jessica Simpson auto tuned fart on replay for hours than to throw money at this site. Do yourself a favor and get any other gambling site other than this one. Even if the site seems sketchy and might give you rabies and an STD it would be better than waist if your money on this dumpster fire.

Worst Sportsbook Support Team. I’ve been a Barstool Sportsbook user for over a year now until I came across an issue where my payment account was comprised by another user, so my account was locked. I had to lock my PayPal account for this reason because Barstool would provide no further detail besides the fact that they had to lock my account. I immediately submitted all the documents they requested from me, and it was verified by their team but they continued to keep my account locked. I waited over a week and reached our daily for any updates but they kept telling me that in order to secure my account it had to remain locked. I had a substantial amount of funds deposited on their Sportsbook that they continued to keep locked away despite my compliance in their request without a legal/substantial reason to do so. I suggest to those who are considering Barstool to go with another Sportsbook who will protect your funds and seek to support the user rather than give shady reasons to keep your own funds from you. Two good reliable Sportbooks are Fanduel and Draftkings.

Horrible app! Don’t download! Only casino to over step and ask for a ton of identifying documents. So I seen a promotion, sign up as a new user, and you receive free $25 sports bet. Mind you this is probably the 5th casino I’ve already created an account with, IF they were to ask for identifying documents, figured all they’d ask for was my drivers license and a selfie of me holding it. I assumed this, because that’s the most any Sportsbook/casino asked me for. Need I mention; I’ve been a player member with greektown(their supposed partner) for 6 years now. I was a member at motor city(fan duel’s partner) for 1 year. Fan duel allowed me to link my accounts, and I didn’t have to send anything. These guys, have a tab created for “uploading documents” well that tab doesn’t work. You have to contact customer support, and then they give you a third party link (which is shady as sh** to upload your documents!). So your not really uploading it on the app. If my drivers license and selfie was all they were asking for, that’s fine. I uploaded that. However it gets better, they want a picture of your social security card?????? Uploaded on a third party website. No I’m good. Customer support didn’t care stopped responding too so my business definitely wasn’t a concern for them. Their loss. Shady crooks

Slots. I been trying this app about a week now, not once have a had a win worth mentioning or even telling all the people I know about this app.. not to mention spending more then enough money on here, I have yet to get credits, free plays or any of that promotional stuff. I’m gonna probably try it out one more time if I’m up to it and if it’s another loss I’m gonna just delete the whole app and never look back because at this point I’m just dishing out money just because, it doesn’t even give you nothing worth coming back and spending more money with them which is weird. They stole a win. This app is trash ‘ at first my team was up 2-1 and they tried to say that my team was losing when in all reality they were wining ‘ I logged off the app and logged back on to see that my team was actually winning 2-1 and they already considered my bet as a lost ‘ WHILE the game was STILL playing ‘ I contacted them and they made this whole excuse saying it was because they went into overtime and it doesn’t consider a win if they won in overtime ‘ a win is a win they didn’t even stay these facts under the bet like any other sports app does ‘ example : bet includes overtime ! Then when I brought it to there attention the chat member just left and tried to say I wasn’t actively chatting that I wasn’t there anymore left without even finishing our conversation . This app haves poor customer service very upset how they handled the situation I won’t be gettin on this app anymore bet 356 is were it is !

Partnership with collection agency. I made a small deposit of $70 using a bank account that I have used previously on barstool, fanduel, and draftkings. For whatever reason on this deposit barstool decided to put the money in my account but decline the transaction with my bank. They made no effort to contact me and I had no idea they did this until I started getting calls from a collection agency saying I owe $70 as well as a $35 processing fee. Decided to contact barstool to see if this was a scam and learned that they have a partnership with this collection agency and there is nothing I can do. I was not provided with any reason as to why my transaction was declined. As I said I have used this account to make deposits many times on many sites. I even used it to make deposits on barstool after they declined one of the transactions before I found out. I’m very disappointed. I’m a big barstool fan and I really wanted barstool to be the top Sportsbook but given the amount of glitches the app has and their disgraceful treatment of customers there’s just no way I can use the app again. Sorry Dave.

Withdrawal Process is a Joke!!. I use several casino and Sportsbook Apps and I have never had issues withdrawing money like I did with Barstool. It has been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for my money. Both banking options have failed several times and I know it’s not my bank because I just processed a withdrawal from Draftkings with no issues. I don’t use PayPal but this was the last option I could use for a withdrawal besides getting a paper check. So, I created a new account and tried a PayPal withdrawal that was 3 days ago and now I get an email asking for verification of my PayPal account. So now I’m sure I will have to wait another week for my verification to be accepted. I will never use this Sportsbook again. It’s funny how my bank account is fine to make deposits but not withdrawals lol. It’s a shame I have had so many issues with them because there app interface is very user friendly.

Best sportsbook I’ve used!!!. Barstool has exceeded my expectations with their sportsbook. I’ve had trouble signing up for other books due to issues with ID verification. Barstool’s customer service was very quick to solve this issue whereas other books were in no rush. Their interface is very easy to navigate, the odds are competitive, and withdrawals are easy and fast. There are a wide variety of sports, although I wish there were additional betting options for the PGA Tour (e.g. the option to bet on missed/made cuts). My only complaint is with live betting… it can take a while to lock in a live bet because the changing odds constantly reset the countdown. Apart from that, barstool has been great.

Don’t bet until major changes happen. There is a big problem with the way bets get finalized on this app. My most recent example is when a bet had to go through an “approval process.” After the approval process, my bet was altered to a lesser amount. There was no acceptance process on my end and no way for me to take my action somewhere else because this book didn’t want to handle my bet. Immediately upon noticing my bet was changed without my approval or even alert, I contacted support multiple times to have the bet canceled. The best I was offered was a cash out which pays a fraction of my initial bet. Don’t use this app until the policies, process, and support improve. As it is now, a book in person is much better to deal with. If they can’t handle your action, they’d let you walk away with your money. Barstool tied up parts of my big bets on their own terms.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.. I’ve been a user of Barstool Sportsbook since the day they launched in IL. With that being said, until this point in time, I have not had any issues or problems with them and their customer service and responsiveness to any problems that come up has been fantastic. Recently I won a decent sum of money and decided to cash out my winnings. Per their FAQ page, the timetable for cashing out via paper check says “ Please note it can take up to 14 days to arrive”. Based on my own research I have seen most receive within 5-10 days. My withdrawal was approved within hours and I have not heard back since. I reached out to their live chat and was notified by the customer service representative that I should expect my check to arrive in 3-4 weeks. If I would have known it would have taken this long I would have cashed out electronically as I probably should have done anyways. Upon asking why the FAQ page says what it says I was told “I’m very sorry about the miscommunication but that is how long it takes”. I have cashed out from DraftKings multiple times via check and it has taken 5-10 days from time it is approved. If you want your winnings in a reasonable amount of time stay away from this book. Better promotions and the opportunity to be awarded free bets for your frequent play can be found at DraftKings or Fanduel.

Scam casino. If you’re thinking about wagering money on online casino games, this is the last app you want to choose. Think it’s impossible to wager 1k on casino games and not get a single free spin? Well with Barstool it’s not! 😃.. literally over 100+ spins on multiple games and not a single bonus was given. On top of that the 1 game I actually wanted to play (King Of Atlantis) just doesn’t work on their site and they have no real reason why. I asked the 1st day why it didn’t work (seeing as how it was the only game I wanted to play) and they told me it might be down for maintenance. Fast forward 3 days later and it’s still telling me it’s not supported, yet ever other game works? I’ve played on Draftkings, fanduel, wynnbet, mgm, etc…. And it’s one of the most profitable games. Kind of weird it’s the one game they won’t let people play on barstool. And when you’re betting $10+ dollars a spin, it’s very weird to not at least get one profitable spin. The most they probably gave me while wagering that high was like 15 dollars lol.. this app is laughable. Lesson learned though. I’d give it a half star if I could. Be safe people.

Refusing my withdraw request. I talked my mom into getting this app (for the referral bonus). She placed her first bet and won and barstool is refusing to pay out until she provides the additional information (exact message listed below). It seems like they should get this background information before you deposit, because I guarantee if she lost they would have had no problem taking her money. “Hey Christine, Thanks for submitting your recent withdrawal request. We need some additional information to complete your request. Please submit a selfie with you holding an active photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's license). We will need a picture or screenshot of your Huntington Bank - Asterisk-Free Checking 0836 bank statement from the last 90 days showing your Full Name and Address, as well as the last four digits of your bank account. (Portnoy & Barstool fan) TERRIBLE SERVICE. I love what Portnoy and Barstool does and support them but being honest the Barstool sportsbook service has been terrible for me. I have been trying to withdrawal my money for 6 plus months now. They want a copy of debit cards that have expired and then when I tell them I don’t have them because they expired and old they want a bank statement. I provide that through there automated service because you can’t contact anyone to speak with personally. You can request a callback but you won’t receive the callback or the link for a callback doesn’t work. I consistently send emails explaining the situation and requesting to speak with someone but I only receive automated responses and the same links that I have done countless times. Extremely frustrated and disturbed by this. I was able to speak with a representative one time and they didn’t seem qualified for the job and made the same unrealistic demands. I provided paperwork and proof that the account is mine but they don’t want to pay me my money for some reason. DISTURBED.

Screws their customers over without concern. I’ve used barstool sportsbook for multiple years and enjoyed their service.. until I actually needed them to provide some customer service. I bet the under on the Buffalo bills game that was supposed to get 6 ft of snow, based on that entire premise. When the game changed to being played at Ford Field, they immediately moved the under/over up 7.5 pts without voiding any of the prior bets, even though it was a completely different circumstance than the bet they offered, and they moved the line on their own accord. They refused to void the bet and basically stole my money even though 90% of the other sportsbooks choose to do the right thing. Don’t trust these crooks to do the honorable thing. Good platform, but they will screw you over if given the chance.

The worst around. To warn you all, I suggest staying away from this online casino. Compared to physical casinos, this online casino has lower operating costs and offer limited rewards. This specific casino has a poor win percentages for slot play, with lower than expected win percentages and game glitches that have caused me to miss out on bonuses and jackpots. Accumulating points is slow and disappointing. To avoid disappointment, consider using a different online casino with a better track record and fair win percentages. Best Sportsbook app. This app is the best Sportsbook app, it is very easy to navigate. All sports are easy to access via the menu icons along the top of the screen. This app includes several cool features for each bet, for example you can move the line of a given bet by simply sliding a “Move the Line” toggle in the direction you choose. Barstool Sportsbook also has daily exclusive “Bet with” props that have boosted odds, where you can choose to bet with experts from Barstool media platforms. They also have other daily boosted odds on a variety of games. Barstool Sportsbook also has some unique bet promotions where they will send you merchandise (hoodies, hats, shirts ,etc) if you choose a certain bet, for example I recently bet on a football game money line and got a free winter beanie hat, whether the bet won or lost. Payouts are quick and easy. Overall, this Sportsbook app is very fun to use and provides a unique experience in comparison to other Sportsbook apps.

Barstool Sportsbook has great potential. I like Barstool Sportsbook a lot better than FanDuel, DraftKings, etc. There are three small issues I have with the app. First, the promotions do not seem to payout automatically. I have opted into certain promotions and then had to chase customer service to receive the Sportsbook bonus promised in the promotion details. Second, the app sometimes lags when updating live scores. For example, the odds will update while the score remains the same. This may be misleading to new users. Lastly, the app has closed and required me to log back in a handful of times. This was very frustrating when trying to place a live bet. However, Barstool Sportsbook has the best customer service I’ve dealt with among Sportsbooks. They are extremely helpful, polite and responsive. Barstool Sportsbook is far newer than Fanduel, DraftKings, etc. but has the potential to become the best Sportsbook with minor improvements!

User Friendly App. In my opinion, barstool has by far the most user-friendly and visually appealing app on the market. Other sites have way too much going on and are hard to sift through. Very easy to use and makes wagering enjoyable. Love the promos and barstool exclusive bets as well. One piece of feedback I have would be though is to be able to filter down on pages. For example on college basketball, filter down to see just top 25 matchups, or only ACC teams, etc. Lastly, the only complaint I have is (and this is only recently) I have had trouble receiving bonus funds for promotions. It seems to be so hit or miss if I will get them or not that I screenshot every promotion and wager for that promotion in anticipation I will need to contact support. Luckily, they are easy to work with, but never the less frustrating.

App not good!. I’ve reached out to tech support and the only solution they offered didn’t help!?!? I was told to uninstall and re-install the app. I did and didn’t help. They then suggested I use a laptop or a computer. Don’t think I’m carrying a laptop with me wherever I go so I can make wagers. DK and FanDuel were not this problematic! I switched because my son is a huge fan of Dave and the boys! I actually like them as well! But the frustration isn’t worth it!!!!! So, I’m donzo with them. I presently have 21 open bets, but to scroll through and see them takes forever!!!!! The screen literally freezes up every 1/4 of a screen as I scroll down. To get through all my bets takes forever and it’s frustrating as can be!!! When the screen freezes, it takes anywhere from a few seconds to 20-30 seconds to unfreeze. But after a 1/4 screen of scrolling the process starts over!🤷🏼‍♂️ This only happens on the open bets section. Not anywhere else within the app. BUT, I want to see my wagers and where I stand and it’s darn near impossible!!! 1 Star

Overall good app. I enjoy all the boosts and different merch give aways. The odds are pretty close to other betting apps and I have never had an issue with using the app. Always seems to load and not much maintenance when I want to bet. The one thing that is frustrating is not knowing when you are using your money or the bonus cash awarded. I have missed out on some boosts because I didn’t use my money as All money is lumped together. It is nice being able to use it in whatever increment amounts I want as other apps only give you free bets for a locked in dollar amount. Definitely one of my most used betting apps.

Awful customer service. Was part of the soft launch. Deposited $500 and was excited to use my risk free $500 bet. Was trying to figure out the best way to use it and saw an odds boost on a golf prop. Went to put $500 on it and then there was this strange, very confusing pop-up that was not clear at all. I was misled by the language and accidentally confirmed a $50 bet because apparently that's the max for an odds boost. I immediately contacted support and they absolutely stone walled me. Had a huge back and forth. They said they would fix it going forward, but that since I agreed to the bet so they couldn't cancel it. Therefore I was not able to utilize the full risk free $500. Drives me NUTS! I never intended to agree to it, if it weren't for the bug that they admitted exists! Once had a similar issue with Draft Kings and they fixed it immediately. I'll be going back to them.

Disaster. I have used your Sportsbook for over a year now and I’m starting to have problems. Before the Super Bowl this year I placed bets and won money. When I went to get my money out of my account it suspended my account saying I made a deposit not in my name (my wife’s PayPal). I took the necessary steps to unlock my account and y’all let me back into my account. I tried again to withdraw my money using my master card that is in my own name. I waited over a week for the funds to show up in my account and they never did. I reached out to support about where my money was and they told me “we will be sending you an email regarding further information.” The next email I got was telling me that my account was suspended, once again, for making a deposit using a payment method that’s not in my name. I did not even try to make a deposit again, all I’ve done is try to get my money out of my account. I’ve tried to reach out to support via email and live chat and I’ve gotten nowhere. This is all I know to do at this point. I’m very disappointed by this because I’m a big fan of the Barstool brand and at this point I’ve gotten to where I don’t even want to use your app.

Great functionality and more features than other books. The interface of the app is much better than other sports books. Picking alternate lines is way easier, combining multiple same-game parlay legs from different games is something that no other sports book has, and there are just generally more props to pick from. For the most part, they also provide better odds on games compared to most sports books. The only other one that is comparable is FanDuel. Also helps this the app rarely malfunctions pre or mid game! Overall I like this book the most. They also have sick promotional bets where you can win free Barstool apparel, win or lose. Def recommend.

App improves regularly. After switching over from Rivers app here in Illinois hoping this would be a better interface there were small differences since about a year ago. But lately there have been regular updates, sometimes causing random crashes that make you miss getting some bets in, but that is just recently. However, once the app gets back up to normal from usually a follow up update it has performed well and above beyond Rivers and Points bet as well. The one thing that could most defiantly be improved is the website, I love using the app but as far as the website or using the app on an iPad they just don’t have that figured out where it is the same ease as using the iPhone app at the moment.

Fantastic sportsbook. We have quite a few online sportsbook options where I am, and Barstool is one of the best. The markets available, as well as the number and type of promotions means I use this book virtually every day. The website is good, and the app is great - clean interface, easy to navigate and intuitive. Once criticism is the website and the app can be a bit slow to load and having the website open in a browser can be a bit of a resource hog. Overall, however, I’m super pleased with this sportsbook and will continue to use them regularly. One final note - their customer service is one of the better groups I’ve worked with.

My Review. While I have taken my talents to many sportsbooks, Barstools has been the spot since it’s launch in PA many months ago. While nothing in this biz is a sure fire “lock”, something that is always guaranteed is my loyalty to the BSS App. Whether it’s betting the Hanson (the over obviously) every Sunday, or betting the Pickem Parlay every Saturday (Ryder), 1 thing this football season that has been a “lock” is my dedication to the excellent lines and promotions provided by Barstool Sportsbook. I look forward to an exciting future of sports wagering using the app, and am eager to see what they will roll out with next. tl;dr: I stink at gambling and just want the $25 bonus cred for posting this.

Overall solid betting website. I have joined all of the Illinois betting websites and Barstool overall is pretty solid compared to the other 5. They use the exact same lines as Draftkings and BetRivers…they’re not the best but not the worst, but also depends on the event. The promotions they offered when I first joined were fantastic, but they’ve leveled off a bit since then. They still offer many daily promotions that are fun to pick and choose from, and some decent weekly promotions as well. I ran into a couple issues with disputing bets which I was a little aggravated by. One example, I wasn’t sure how to interpret one promotion they had offered, so I had an online conversation with a Barstool agent, and they confirmed that I could make a bet on a particular team and still be part of the promotion. I made the bet, but then was denied the promotion bonus even though I presented the written on-line conversation that I previously had with the Barstool agent. I went back and forth with emails and they settled by giving me a small percentage of the promotion bonus. The other Illinois betting sites would have paid that promotion off without an argument. That’s my only complaint with that site though.

Promos + Odds. The mix of promos and some of the odds and options internally for bets is great. Sure some of the UI could be better but overall I am not using the book for the experience but rather to be able to accurately and adequately place my bets. From the online casino side of things I have only had great experiences. I think that is where this really shines at times with the UI on that side of the app. Overall I would say this is 4/5 only because at times the live betting process takes a while and some of the UI. Both of which I cannot really fault the book for since it is far smaller in size and scope comparatively to competitors. If you want a good book with decent odds, nice promos, and the ability to (where allowed) play casino floor games this is for you.

Top sports betting App. Barstool is by far the best sports betting app in Iowa. I didn’t like how long it took you to go live in Iowa but the wait was worth it. Login is simple. The new user bonus offer was one of the best. Navigating the app is a breeze. The speed of the app is unmatched. Betting and live betting is very easy and the app updates frequently so you can hit a live bet when you want and don’t have to go through multiple line changes before your bet registers. I would love it if there were more deposit matches throughout the months. I usually take advantage of deposit matches every time they come out. Took my $$$ won’t payout winning bet. First thing first I’m a diehard stoolie and have placed over 200+ bets & 10k+ on this app. During the Super Bowl I deposited money via paypal and live bet the under for the game. After I placed my bet my account was showing $0 funds however no bet slip was showing in my active account which was very odd. After trying to join a live chat where the wait was 600+ long during the Super Bowl (with all the issues) my initial deposit money magically appeared after the game ended, however I was never paid out for my live bet win. I’ve joined 3 live chats, sent screenshots and was getting the run-around saying escalations department was looking into it. Finally after joining another live chat a week later they claimed I never placed the bet and that it actually took a 1/2 hr for my funds to clear my account - which is simply untrue! Money has always cleared instantly the Super Bowl errors everybody experienced was just getting bets thru. From this they offered me a complimentary $5 for my troubles which is actually quite insulting for all the money I gambled via this app. For my $$$ to go missing after I deposited it clearly my bet was placed. The app had no problem taking my money and in fact if the bet didn’t go thru why was my $ missing then?!? Because of this they lost a customer, there are too many other betting app options to use that actually will pay out a win.

They will take your money. Do not and I mean do not! Download this app or even play on this site. Go to another casino! This is a casino that has little money so they have the lowest odds of winning. Your better off going to the Borgata casino app with MGM or another that is connected to good casinos. First off you can’t even trade your points in for casino play on the app, they give little promotions with crazy play through. They will make you jump through so many obstacles just to cash out. You watch the slots literally rarely hit and you can tell the jackpots of the familiar slots do not match up with the other big casinos. Don’t put your faith in a guy that talks about pizza for a living lol. The guy has no real money to be apart of a casino so trust that you will lose on anything on here. Slots literally have such a hard time hitting any type of free spin feature, I’ve gone so long spinning on slots without hitting so much as twenty cents. STAY AWAY!

App Rating. I’ve had the opportunity to use this app for 3 months and it’s pretty good. It allows you to bet on any game that you wish. The functionality of the app is pretty intuitive as well. A recommendation for improvement is since there are so many sports to bet on, it’s sometimes difficult to get to the sport you want. There are only a few sports that I’m interested in and it would be nice if the app recognized those sports based on my action and take me to those sports automatically. If I want to bet on something that is not my core, then I would have to search for it. BTW, it took me 20 times to submit this review because of the nickname.

Trouble Cashing Out during Live Bet. I like this app because I’m a barstool fan and I love Dave Portnoy. This app gave me opportunity to cash out, and I tried over and over until the opportunity disappeared. I reached out to tech support and they explained that this was because the odds were changing while I was trying to cash out. This happened to me on 3 separate occasions (I’ve made upwards towards 100 bets, and have deposited over 1,000 dollars). I understand the odds were changing but this is very frustrating for a user and the button should not be there if it is not going to actually cash you out... I ended up loading out on roughly 200 dollars. Oh and after messaging back and fourth with tech support for about 40 minutes, they said they would escalate this issue and get back to me... haven’t heard anything sense. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry, customer is always right. Would be nice if they would look at the deposits and amounts wagers and offer some type of free bet $ for my account considering my frustrations. Looking into other apps that offer more promotions and a more reliable user interface... sincerely, disappointed customer.

Terrible. I’m not one to write a bad review basically ever. I had 3 bets over the past 3 days that I had tried to cash out on over and over again when it gave me cash out options and it just kept freezing on me. I’d go out come back and again I’d click the cashout option and it’d freeze again. I have a screen recording of it happening over and over again. I’ve used Fan Duel before and never had an issue. I tried to contact Barstool customer service and they told me the odds maker was just updating the odds at the exact times I was trying to cash out and there’s nothing they can do. You mean to tell me your odds maker was updating odds for a half hour straight, even during commercials and at half time the entire time? I even reached out to them during the game when the odds weren’t locked and they still haven’t done a thing. They have no explanation on why it’s really happening and it’s been an unpleasant experience. The customer service was terrible and I lost over $500 in 3 days because there cashout option didn’t work on a straight Moneyline bet and they just can’t do anything. My experience before this happened was good no real issues and I supported barstool over Fan Duel because of Dave and all he’s doing for small businesses but this is ridiculous, unpleasant, and unprofessional. I do not recommend this app. Use Fan Duel.

MUST READ BEFORE USING APP. A few of my buddies and I decided to give the app a try after seeing the free $10 credit they offered. They both registered in just fine and were verified, I was not. I put the same information in as they did, but it would not verify me. I continued on to the live chat as it suggested I do to communicate with somebody for help. Once I was contacted, I was told I needed to send a selfie of myself holding identification clear in the image and then send a picture of my full SSN card afterward. Finding this odd that my two other friends right next to me didn’t have to do this, I questioned the customer support on this. Ignoring my first notion about it, I asked again. This time I was replied with that they only ask roughly 10% of customers to do this. Why is this being so selective? Something is off with this app. I would not use it, stick to draft kings or fanduel.

0 stars. If I could give 0 I would . I signed up for this Sportsbook app for the promotionTMC250. I’ve done the steps it requires me to . BET $25 and receive $250 on Ticketmaster and a risk free bet $1,000 . They only credited me a free bet of $25 instead of the $1,000 risk free I was promised. Spoke to multiple agents and to no avail I still haven’t credited the correct amount. Instead of arguing they want to make you feel stupid. Some of them were trying to help and have”escalated” but that hasn’t done anything . I guess I’ll just stick with fanduel or draft kings. Terrible customer service. My fiancé and I used the same PayPal account to deposit into our barstool casino accounts, not knowing you weren’t allowed to do this our accounts were locked. That wouldn’t be a problem if they didn’t lock the accounts with our $300 in them. You would think this an easy fix right, validate everyone’s identity which they did and unlock the accounts. That’s not what happened it’s been almost a week and no help through the live chat they just keep telling me to submit documents I already have several times and even when I send them proof I have sent the documents they still don’t help. Someone from barstool please read this and reach out.

Clean and smooth interface. I enjoy the clean and smooth interface of the app. I would prefer an easier way to sort through certain sports to find a specific game when there are dozens of games on the skate that day. For example with college sports, maybe a search bar or a filter on the conference. I also wish there was a status bar for promotions to tell you when you've already used that promotion or after a bet is placed to tell you that you're eligible bet has been placed.

Best Book for Line Movers. This is a very underrated app. It’s promotions are competitive, and it gives away merchandise via promotion, which is awesome. “The Multiplier” promotions is a very good one. Unlike fanduel, you can move the line to extremes, and move the line or totals to whole numbers. This is key. If you have a team +6.5 at -110, they will allow you to buy half a point and have +7 at -125 or so. Fanduel won’t let you do that, they will force you to buy a whole point and get +7.5 at -140. Too much juice, so stupid. They offer every bet out there, and more. Definitely recommend.

Real review from large volume player. It’s by far the best sports book application. For a couple reasons. The first is the customer service is almost immediate. When you choose to speak with a live agent, it takes legitimately one minute to speak to someone. My withdrawals take maybe 30 minutes to get approved and are in my bank account within an hour which is very impressive. The application itself is very nice and allows you to do action seamlessly. I personally pair it with the Action app, and it syncs all of my bets together. My only critique would be that you can’t use bonus cash unless your actual cash balance is zero. Which is very stupid if you have a large amount of money in there. I’ve tried all the other books, and this is by far the best. The worst being FanDuel, it is absolute garbage. GIVE THIS BOOK YOUR ACTION

Worst Sportsbook App. First of all, compared to most sports betting apps, they probably have the worst odds out of all of them. Not that big of a deal that just makes me not use the app all that often. Second of all, and the reason I am writing this review, the app runs perfectly if you want to deposit money, runs perfectly if you want to bet, runs perfectly browsing, but the SECOND you try and withdraw money the app magically is the slowest app on my phone. I’ve been trying for four hours to withdraw my money but it’s basically impossible and when you contact support they act stupid and suggest it’s the Wi-Fi. I clearly stated to them that the app runs perfectly until I try to withdraw so how could it possibly be the Wi-Fi? Avoid this app at all costs. DK, MGM, FD are all significantly better and will actually pay you out.

Pretty Good App. This is one of my primary apps for sportsbooks. 90% of the time it is great. The sliders for alternate lines and points are great and make for good quick analysis. The bonuses and offers however are often quite confusing. Takes reading a couple times to ensure you know what you’re getting into (or passing on). There are definitely times I feel the app is very slow to respond compared to peer players. Querying the list of open and settled bets often takes a try or two. That said I’ve never had issues with payouts or cash movement which is always of paramount concern.

Terrible odds and terrible support. I’ve played on many apps. This app you might get a bonus on slots, if you play couple hundred dollars worth, then finally win $50 back. That wasn’t even the worse. My slot would all of a sudden go black and have couple game pieces fall down, then Eventually kick me out if he game. Seems a little fishy and rigged. Of course it never happens right away, it happens after playing for awhile when probably a bonus is going to it. They said it’s my connect, or my software or my phone in general. They take no responsibility. I’m up to date on my phone and I’ve tried it in multiple locations, with same problems..I could be a little nuts but it’s all a little fishy. I recommend BetMGM, DraftKings or anything else. I play everyday and this is the worse app for casino.

Overall good.. The app is pretty good opposed to the other major books that are on the App Store. I do wish they had a search bar to quickly find games and teams, that would be a good feature. Being able to move the line without having to scroll down is a nice feature as it allows for faster live bets. Finally the exclusive and boosts are setup nicely and are easy to access. It still has some bugs that need to be worked out but overall I think they have done a good job with the layout and overall it’s user friendly.

Love it!. What keeps me with this book versus all the others like DraftKings and FanDuel is the Exclusives bets. Only downside is when watching games I do like to live bet a lot and the bets lock up so much as the game happens or when you’re placing a live bet it’ll count down from like 3-5 seconds before placing it and the odds will change so I have to do it again. Sometimes during that 3-5 seconds the bet will lock so I don’t get it in. I do not know if it is possible to take away that 3-5 seconds but if so that would be a game changer!

Great App to Bet On. I have really enjoyed this APP especially with being able to do the exclusives and odd boosts. They also have fun boosts and with sometimes not being able to decide what to parlay, they let it become easy to participate in some of the games! They have great promotions and any merchandise giveaway comes in a timely manner and is efficient in delivery. I would like to see more Sportsbook promos in future because it does make it very engaging. I never had any problems with placing any bets or issues being able to log in which I have had with other betting’s apps.

Barstool casino. I hope this helps someone who reads reviews before downloading apps to gamble on. DO NOT GAMBLE ON THIS APP! THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE CASINO. I downloaded this app for the $500 casino match. Played $1300 of my own money without a single opportunity to cash out ahead. Got the $500 match.. not a single bonus or win above $50 on $5 bets. Time and time again spin.. nothing.. spin nothing.. spin.. ohhhh a $1 “win” do not play this casino if I could give it 0 stars I would. $1800 at $4 $5 bets and maybe 3 bonuses. Use Fox bet or FanDuel. At least they let you play.

Fun bets at great odds.. I have used many different betting apps over the past year or two but nothing is as fun as logging into the barstool Sportsbook to see what weird bets I can jump on today. They always have very similar odds to other books but use the barstool personalities to put their flair on the day! Following big cat or pres on Twitter then jumping on the bet to bet the same bet at a boost is a great time and you get to follow the game along with them. Other very under appreciated thing about the barstool sports book is how easy it is to cash out. I usually receive my money right away.

Enjoyable Betting Experience. The app offers a lot of good boosts and promos. The user experience is usually pretty seamless as well. Plus, the betting connection to personalities like Big Cat and PFT is very unique and fun. One thing that would be nice for the app to add is confirmation that your bets have qualified for promotions. Sometimes I will place a bet that misses one of the promotions’ criteria without realizing it, so confirmation that my bet was eligible would be nice. Additionally, quicker resolutions of boosts and quicker payouts of promo bonuses would be nice. Otherwise, it is a great app!

Average sportsbook app. The Barstool app and desktop site are about as average as they can be. I have used all of the Illinois approved apps and this one is right in the middle. Finding any wagers that are not the primary line or total is cumbersome. Much less user friendly than most of the others. Odds run in line with BR for the most part in IL. Barstool does accurately post promo funds which some other apps do not. No chasing promo dollars here but that may be because they offer very few promos to existing bettors. Sign up bonuses are excellent but after that the promos are awful. Worth using if you like to line shop or keep funds in multiple accounts. Couldn’t imaging this being my primary account though.

Barstool fan-but DO NOT USE. I am a fan of Barstool and enjoy all of their content, however you cannot trust this site with all of its glitches. I deposited $300 on my playplus card, when I transferred it to account, it never showed up in my gaming account and it emptied my playplus account. Over a week has gone by and I have been on the phone with playplus and on barstools support service-no one can help me. They say it’s not our fault, call the other. I’ve spent over 10 hours trying to fix a problem they created and have gotten nowhere, yet I have a $300 charge on my Credit Card that has cleared. So I’m basically out all of that money because no one can help me. Not to mention my risk free bet took 3 days to credit back to my account and a live cash out of a bet took 2 days to credit to my account. Moral of the story-stick to the books that have a good reputation.

Likely my favorite casino and app. The casino and app are great. The only issue I have is half the games that display as being available in the app say “not available in this version”. Which is frustrating. Why not just NOT show them to me at all?! That would almost make more sense. I have an iPhone 12 mini. Bad Promo/ Support. Barstool is the only sports betting app where there is no call support. The chat support is basic robotic answers and email is the same. They locked my account because somebody with a similar name and birthday has been banned. Im a first time customer. When I tried to get this handled. There is no support number I am allowed to call and the people in the chat and emails give the same response. Betting apps are usually quick on reviews, they are still reviewing me after 3+ weeks. We have social security numbers so they could quickly review my account. Once again you cannot speak to anyone. If you run into problems on Fanduel, DraftKings, MGM, Unibet the problem is settled within 2 days. Barstool plays tricks and they agents are robots.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT PAY YOU.. I deposited 1k into my account on 8/27 the day after NJ launch. After winning my first 1k bet I decided to pull out the initial deposit (responsible gambling). In a few hours was told that they needed picture of deposit method ( I provided it). They then said they needed selfie with my ID in it (I provided it). I didn’t understand why this was needed as I was told my account was fully verified after answering security questions and inputting SSN at registration but I still complied. They then reached out saying to upload bank statements ( I once again complied after arguing why all this information was needed). Within an instant my account was suspended which now had 3k in it because I had won a few more wagers. I reached out to the support email and the chain I had been communicating and they completely went silent and refuse to respond to my requests for update and to unblock my account which they did for no reason. I have now filed a complaint with the Gaming Enforcement in NJ and reached out to my lawyer. I only wanted to use this book because of its barstool association..... BEWARE.... THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU YOUR WINNINGS AND STEAL THE MONEY YOU DEPOSITED WITH.

Untrustworthy. The design of this app is awesome and the merch promotions are awesome as well. However, the promotions they have where they promise you bonus cash for every leg of your parlay that hits, or for every touchdown scored, etc, they are essentially scamming you. I have opted in to many of these promotions and they say it takes Up to 72 hours to get your bonus cash. Every single time i have never received any bonus cash and end up having to contact support and begging them to do what was supposed to already be done. If i never contacted them they just would’ve stole my money. The amount of documents you have to upload just to withdrawal your money is pitiful. I like getting the free sweatshirts but other than that i tell my friends that turn 21 to STAY AWAY FROM BARSTOOL SPORTSBOOK.

Just Hilarious!. These ball bags don’t even try to hide or be sneaky about scamming us. You deposit $200 in your account and it’s gone within in minutes. I mean guys, all these sites have the same games. So your going to tell me in Casino Holdem, MGM, FanDuel, Soaring Eagle all have the same frequency of winning and you taints claim fair play, however, no winning is happening. Slots are same and that stupid other holdem game. Not Ultimate Holdem. Idk you ante, see your hole cards, if you want to see flop it’s 2x your ante, then Turn and River are equal ante amount. I love it. I’m in Chicago and before Barstool launched I was using BetRivers. Look people this is the place to be. If u love to gamble and also receive merch bc they run promos to whereas bet cash on such and such game and if the team u pick wins u win double bc I can get a hoodie, etc. Quick payouts and easy to deal with on live chats if u ever have a problem! When u bet u also get points towards MYCASH u can use at the hotels where Barstool is at or towards cool prizes at the Mychoice mall! Not to mention the 2 for 1 deal u get when u sign up lose your 1st bet no problem they’ll give u back bonus cash!

Barstool Does It Right. Love this app! As soon as it became available in WV I jumped all over signing up for it because I had grown so frustrated with other sportsbooks. I love that Barstool let’s you deposit and withdraw directly from and onto a debit card. I really dig the “Bet With Barstool” bets. After using various sportsbooks for the past year and a half, I have to say that Barstool is by far the best one I’ve used so far. Everything seems to work the way it’s supposed to. I don’t have constant issues with the app not being able to verify my location. It runs smooth and quickly. Can’t put this app over enough!

Worth it. Adds a fun twist to sports betting. Really enjoy the app and its ease of use. In the beginning when the app first launched, there were a few bugs here and there but they’ve all been smoothed out. And when one does arise, they put out a patch for it in no time. As far as actual betting goes, it’s a great time betting on the specials with Barstool personalities. Always great listening to a Pardon My Take episode the next day after a game and hearing Big Cat talk about how his “Can’t Lose Parlay” hit the night before when you had bet it.

Solid app. I use this app for sports betting and it is pretty solid except for the live betting. It can be nearly impossible to make a live bet unless there is a timeout in the game or something. You can keep clicking and accepting changes in the odds and immediately submit again, but….good luck! Once in a while you may get lucky. Withdrawal was easy and fast. My first withdrawal, I had to submit a picture of my debit card, which I wasn’t too fond of, then I had my money within the day. Every withdrawal afterwards have been immediate. Overall I recommend that app, I am a Barstool fan!

Worst odds. After playing many casino apps and winning being a diamond player at most of them. This app is bad on the casino slots. The odds are not fair and after playing through almost 10k I have yet to win a major jackpot. This gets one star until they increase their payouts percentages on their slots. I know this because the exact same games that are through their API are with other apps and they pay better elsewhere. Especially the wheel of fortune getaway. They make the odds better if you play their branded games but I don’t want to play those. They say they do. Or throttle payouts on accounts but I do not believe them at all. I was a slot attendant at a real casino and these algorithms change depending on the time you play and also how much you have spent. This Dave guy should just concentrate on his pizzas.

Best Boosts and Exclusive Bets. Love the odds boosts, Exclusives, and parlay insurances, as well as the creativity that goes into them. Not to mention contests, either. Unmatched on any other platform - BSSportsbook really does have you covered. Array of international sports available for wagering is pretty robust, too. Live bet prices are a little inferior compared to other sportsbooks. For US pro sports, the app is very behind in prop bets (e.g. individual player), it’s too limited in the variety of players and bets available compared to other platforms. App is also clunky at times, slow or unable to load pages and refreshed live bets.

Con artists. Barstool Sportsbook is a decent app. If you like to make casual bets every now and then, it’s great. However, if you enjoy more competitive live betting, be prepared to get scammed. Multiple times I’ve had bets changed on me. Bets that go through and fail to show up on my active bets feed. Bets that get doubled. I’m sure they aren’t intentionally trying to screw people over because seems like more of a bunch of bugs with the app. What I have a problem with is that when you file a complaint, or try to get help fixing an issue with their buggy app, their customer service goes through every hoop to make sure you don’t get your money back and they never try to make things right.

Best Sportsbook on the Market. This app is great! Design looks super sleek, flows easily, and is very intuitive. When placing wagers, it gives a basic description of what you’re betting and makes payout very understandable. When registering, I had to provide extra info to meet verification requirements which took less than a couple minutes in a chat to Customer Support. Placed my first bet and even have the option to cash out early! This app is way better than FanDuel or Draftkings and I can’t wait to bet regularly on it. Great job to the team at Barstool Sportsbook!

Best SportsBook App Around. Best SportsBook app by a mile! Living in NJ I was stuck using DraftKings until Barstool SportsBook went live in NJ and I haven’t looked back since. Bet with Barstool parlays and odds boosts that actually hit opposed to competitors apps that try to stack the odds against you + free swag. Responsive customer service that actually respond and resolve your issues (I still have 3 unanswered issues from when I used to use DraftKings). The people who run the app and work at Barstool actually use it, it’s truly a SportsBook app built for the people by the people!

Barstool Sports App Feedback. I first started using Barstool because I love Dave Portney and his entire team and product because they are themselves and they don’t let others influence them. Their product is second to none and is by far the leader in the entertainment group right now. I really enjoy the app and have continued to get better with navigating different items on it. Bugs for days. Literally so many bugs that severely affect betting. Constant loading screens on both the placed and settled bets screen. Emailing the support line is never helpful. They suggest using the web version if I’m on the app and using the app if I’m on the web version to fix the issues I’m having. They tell me to restart the app as if I haven’t already done that 100x, just fix it. Even in placed bets, when games are live and I open up the live game from the live placed bets screen, when I go back to the placed bets it crunches all of the bets together and messes up the order, continues to lag, and just is an all-around issue that has been going on for 6+ months now.

Best Sportsbook for experienced and new sports bettors. The Barstool Sportsbook is by far the best Sportsbook app available in legal states. As an avid sports bettor on sites like Bovada and Betonline, I went into it thinking this app would be awful for traditional sports bettors. Boy I was wrong. It, in my book, is better than FanDuel, Caesars, BETMGM, Wynn, and draftkings. Interface was top notch, easy to navigate, easy to adjust spreads to your specific wants/needs and payouts are a BREEZE and by far the fastest. This app also provides some of the best promos I’ve seen. Between all the unique merch promos and the first score insurance promos, I was sold.

USE ANY OTHER APP. I used to absolutely love barstool Sportsbook until it was sold. I mad a bet on the masters just recently screenshots and all taking a bet on the masters. I chose yes in a bet that a player would birdie a hole in the masters. The bet randomly went away and I went to look and they changed my bet I have screenshot proof and will be calling my bank and possible legal help after I go thru some of my other bets. going thru my bets. Don’t bother contacting customer service either. They are the most rude people you will ever deal with. Their sole purpose is not to help you but to get you off the chat. They even lie that you left the chat before them in their transcripts which I took a screenshot of also. They are genuine con artists

Legit. After reading some of the reviews, I was a little skeptical about how long it would take for me to get my money after putting in a withdrawal request. It only took a day to get my $1600, which is really good. I wish they had a game tracker or play by play updater like some of the other sports betting apps. Also almost impossible to get your bonus money for the casino. For table games, you have to wager 25x that of your casino bonus cash to be able to withdraw it. By the point you do that, you’ll probably already lose all your bonus and might even be in the negative. Outside of these, I had no other issues

Makes Sunday Football Enjoyable. I’m not the one to watch sports at all…until my boyfriend convinced me to download the Barstool Sportsbook App during a promo they were doing for “easy money”. Now every time he has his friends over (all day long) for Sunday football I’m actually enjoying watching the games with them while placing bets before the games or even live betting games with the Barstools Sportsbook. The App is really easy to use and if your not a sports better at all (like me) the Barstool Sportsbook Exclusives are a great way to to opt in on and makes Sunday Football enjoyable for me. Solid sports betting app.. I have all six available sports betting apps here in Illinois. No, I’m not a degenerate—it’s a fun hobby and I like to compare boosts, promotions, and bonuses between the six different apps. Barstool is a solid entry in the IL bookmaking market. Their strength is their unique boosts. If there was one thing I’d like to see—it would be better and more clearly identifiable promotions which they have on FanDuel and draftkings. Especially for small time betters—although I have all six apps my bets are usually just $5 or $10. Overall a solid app with room to tweak some things in a crowded gambling market.

Stay AWAY from this sportsbook. They take the money from your bank account without a problem. Then when you win and try to take your money out, they cancel your request and tell you that they need a “Selfie with your bank statement, another selfie with your drivers license.” We told them that we were not giving them a picture of our bank account statement because they already had that info because they pulled from it already and they refuse to give us our money back. We then sent a request for a check because they do not need our banking information to send us a check, but they keep running you around in circles. I wish we would have read reviews before using them. I hope this helps anyone that will read this. AVOID this Sportsbook at all costs! Stick to DraftKings, FanDuel, Caesars and MGM.

Solid app with fast withdrawals. I’ve been using the Barstool Sportsbook app for a while now, and I’m impressed with its performance and fast withdrawals. Their lines are fair, the promotions are often and reasonable. “We Bet Overs” with Kayce on Wednesdays is fun. I also enjoy the correct score insurance in the NHL with a money back guarantee if your team wins. The app layout is decent, and you can see all the lines easily. If I had one complaint it would be that when you get a casino bonus or Sportsbook bonus money, most of the time, it takes it out of your available cash first and not the bonus money. Overall, it’s a solid app and seems to be getting better over time.

Dogwater app. This app is completely dogwater. Absolute dumper fire of an app. Good luck withdrawing your money if you don’t have a bank account with one of the biggest banks in the US. Won about 800$ and can not withdraw any of it because barstool uses some trash 3rd party bank Authenticator to transfer winnings. Super easy to put money in and spend it but it’s almost like they don’t want you to ever withdraw your money so you just wager it again. Not they want a picture of my bank card and bank statement papers with all my information on it, on top of that my account is locked and I can’t even access anything on the app. You’d think a mulit million dollar company could get there ish together but I guess not. 0/10 just go use draft kings or some other betting app don’t wast your time here.

User friendly with great odds boosts. Having recently switched from DK, I was unsure if the experience would be as user friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find the app is very simple to work through, find the bets in every category, and check on open tickets. The other thing I was interested in was the amount of odds boosts, which is maybe not as many as other sites, but I’ve found they are a little more spot on to cashing in on. I’ve done better than 50% on the odds boosts I’ve gone in on, which is much better than my previous record on DK. All around, great app.

Quality Sportsbook for this degenerate millennial.. This is a quality sportsbook app that gives me everything I need to successfully win and lose money regularly. The platform is easy to figure out and just as easy to maneuver around on. The only thing I would have suggested changing would be to allow the better to place a specific wager for multiple straight bets but that’s already been taken care of. Also, I was instructed to provide a review for an additional $25 in bonus cash and since I’m always game for promos, I decided to fill this out. Thanks!

Terrible App. Currently waiting for a withdraw to hit my account from 2.5 weeks ago that was approved and stated would take 2-3 days. Had another parlay bet that their computer miscalculated the payoff, I contacted customer service and they said it would be addressed. The bet won and paid out the amount that was approximately $1000 short. They now will not let me contact them through live chat or request a call back. I’ve email them about 10 times in two weeks without a single response and had to file a complaint with the Pa gaming board because there is no way for me to get a hold of them. Absolutely terrible and no sense in using them when there’s so many other better options; very quick to take your money and very slow to pay when they lose

Don’t ever forget your security questions. If you don’t upload a picture when you sign up, at some point they will ask you to verify security questions. If you get it wrong, it will become a hassle. Instead of verifying information, they will ask you to take a selfie and upload a copy of your drivers license. Banks don’t ever ask for a selfie! They will hold your money, keep you locked out and WILL NOT give you another option to get security questions correct! As far as I’m concerned, its nothing more than a DATA grab! Customer Service has been majorly upgraded! Its great to see a growing company who GETS IT and adapts to customers requests!

Best sportsbook in NJ. Ive literally tried every app and have been VIP on apps such as draftkings, fanduel, scorebet, and caesars casino. Barstool is definitely the best app due to their customer service. Whether you call or get on live chat, the rep has power over everything and never needs to “escalate the matter to the appropriate department to get a response maybe later” which is what so many other sportsbooks do. There is still a major gap between barstool’s customer service and the 2nd place runner up. I’ve put barstool as my number one app.

Casino Games Are Terrible. I played Cash Eruption, Turn Your Fortune, Five Treasures and IF you hit one bonus and have a return of $20 consider yourself lucky and cash out (betting between $1-$3 a spin). Literally should have skipped depositing after my initial $100, but they’re hooked to Hollywood Casino so I thought give it a chance. Chance given - sticking with MGM and Borgata. VERY quick few hundred lost - lol not even a little give and take. Not sure if everyone would get that, but losing does suck…..it’s just crazy when you don’t get much back and forth and a couple hundred are gone within 15 minutes. I’m used to playing for at least a couple hours with a few hundred. Anyways good luck - don’t lose more than you can afford - hopefully my experience was not typical.

Banned me for sarcasm in help chat. Im the biggest stoolie around. I was a dedicated user of the site. I even was part of the PA customers who were able to use the site early when they first rolled it out. Anyway after I was denied a $5k payout after doing multiple smaller payouts previously, they started asking for my 5yr old daughters ID since her name was also on my wife and mines bank account… I had made an off color comment about “my wifes gonna kill me if you guys don’t release my $5000 winnings” and after another few days of back and forth, they released my money and then banned my account for life due to language in their chat they said. I would’ve been betting with them throughout this whole year but now i have to goto fanduel, DraftKings or the other sites to bet even though I’d still love to get back on and bet with Rico.

User since day 1. I’ve been using the Barstool Sportsbook app since day 1 and overall have found it to be a straightforward interface. Support has overall been helpful when needed and the unique promotion and giveaways differentiate BSSB from other apps I’ve used. With the exception of the first NFL Sunday of the year when there was a prolonged outage with the app preventing many from being able to make wagers for the late afternoon games, the site works well both pre and in-game wagering. Highly recommend.

Suggestions. Overall, I like the app and the fact that bets (good or bad) are immediately graded when criteria is met. I would suggest a live single bet not be added to your ticket if the bet gets declined for line change, closed, etc OR is automated deleted. It's a hassle to delete rejected in ticket to try to same bet with a different line. I personally like lines for something like first half ncaa basketball listed out for all available games rather than going to each individual game to find the first half line. Again, I am a fan of the site and Barstool. Thanks
