Quick Review. I’ll keep this simple for anyone seeing if they should download it. I downloaded, deposited $500. I tried out the $500 risk free bet. Put all my money on a soccer game. The bet won and I cashed out. My withdrawal was in my paypal in an hour. The user interface is very cluttered and there’s a lot going on but can’t hate on a sportsbook that made withdrawing that easy.

STAY AWAY. BE WARNED stay away from this Sportsbook, it’s not worth the hassle they put you through to make a single bet or withdraw my own money when I don’t want to bet at their book anymore. Just let me take my money out without jumping through your security hoops. It’s the same exact bank account I deposited with but they won’t let me withdraw it with out ID bank statement and a picture of my debit card ?? How does that make any sense, you didn’t ask for any of that when I deposited though, right?? Joke of an app STAY AWAY

The Worst Sports Betting / Casino App. I’ve had multiple technical problems with the app. Too many to get into, but to be fair I think they’ve made strides in correcting. What they haven’t corrected are the pathetic “casino bonuses”. As an example one promotion was a casino bonus of $10 for playing $50 in real money. However, in order to convert the $10 into real money you need to wager over $1000 with that initial $10 ($1,040 to be exact). It would be the same thing as going to a casino with a total of $10 in your pocket and being told you have to be able to win enough with that $10 to be able to wager $1000 or you have to leave. Draft Kings (and others) often give $5 and $10 casino bonuses that are just what you would expect. $10 = $10. I’m happy to leave FOX. I recommend never signing up for it.

HORRIBLE DON’T DOWNLOAD!!. This app is the WORST, most JANKY, most HORRID customer service!! For all the Sportsbook and poker apps that are out now I would recommend you use ANY of them that are not THIS one! Site has been down for the past 3 days where you were not able to bet, manage bets, or pretty much do anything! Chatted with a customer “care” representative named Jessica and she couldn’t care less about her company causing the problem and just kept bringing out those small font technicalities as reasons she couldn’t help. It’s absolutely ridiculous and will never use the app again.

Welcome1 Bonus Trap!!!. I downloaded the app for sports betting and casino games. However the WELCOME1 bonus is only usable in the casino. My mistake I suppose, however the terms and conditions are deliberately vague. The playthrough requirement to turn the bonus funds into “real money” is very restrictive! You have 1 month to playthrough and you have to wager thousands!! The worst part is after playing for a while, your original deposit becomes “bonus money” as well!!! You can’t withdraw it, wager it on sports or use it for other promotions. I found this out the hard way. After my account balance dropped below my original deposit, I figured I would just surrender bonus and get back the portion of the deposit I had left. Nope!! My bonus balance went to zero, and nothing went to real money. Contacted support and they would not help. They explained that the original deposit had been converted to bonus money, and when I surrendered the bonus, the money went away. Poof! Gone! The apps not bad, but the bonus is a trap. Terms and conditions are deliberately vague and misleading. They are clearly more concerned with getting new accounts with teaser bonuses than actually retaining customers.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I set my girlfriend up with an account months ago.. A fewdays ago we both won money making the same bet. After trying to withdraw the money a message appeared that our accounts were shut down and we couldn’t withdraw the money until a security investigation was done to make sure we weren’t the same person. I sent them a picture of my drivers license, a picture of my most recent utility bill and then a picture of me holding my ID up to my face which I got no response too. I then sent them another 4 emails saying that I needed my money and I still have not gotten a response !! This is by far the worst site to use I highly recommend draft kings and fan duel over this site. Once this is finally resolved I will be deleting the app and never using them again. DO NOT BET WITH FOX BET THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!. Wow! What can I say? I have tried to give this service a fair shot. In just over a week I’ve needed to reach out via Twitter on three separate occasions to have my funds released / bets settled. My latest experience started at 730am this morning as my bet won but again never “settled”. After waiting two hours, I contacted their twitter support again. After another hour I received a response stating that they see my bet won, but a “technical glitch” was preventing it from settling. They were supposedly looking into this and informed me that I would have access to my funds ASAP. After 6 more hours of not hearing anything not having my bet settle, this time I was informed that because the app is so new they are working through some issues. Now I’ve been told my issue was “escalated for resolution”, but it may not be resolved for another 12+ hours so I should reach out tomorrow. NO THANK YOU! That’s three issues in less than a week. Three strikes, you’re out!

7-day hold on a withdrawal. I use 9 sportsbooks and decided to give this one a try and I will never use this book ever again. My initial deposit of $10 warranted $50 cash bonus to play through. I played the $50 on blackjack and made it up to $380 and I achieved the 100 redemption points. So I chose to withdrawal this amount and I’ve now been waiting a full week for them to lift the hold on this withdrawal. They claim I need to wait 7 days for my initial deposit of $10 to clear. HELLO!!!! It’s cleared my bank cleared that on the second day! So I’m on day 8 and today they claim I’ll be able to withdrawal my money, let’s see… I’ll never use this book again. It’s not fast. Not smooth. Can’t move your money in and out like you can with Draftkings, Fanduel, BetRivers, PointsBet, Caesar’s and so many others…. Awful book.

They are idiots. They banned my account 6months ago because I accidentally deposited 500$ instead of 50$ tried to get my 500$ back out and they gave me the ring around for 3 days till I could finnaly get it out. They stated that the app is not for making money, I asked, then why did you create the app?? Banned instantly there a bunch of idiots running it and I get security measures, but that’s way out of line I’m still banned all because I made a deposit and a withdrawal right hand up to god. Screw Foxbet got FanDuel, Betmgm or DraftKings not these clowns.

So far another GREAT WEEKEND. Absolutely another great weekend playing in this App... Actually went against my last post? Did decide to place the same amount I start on FoxBet with? Lost it within minutes. As I previously stated. As of this moment I am up a few hundred dollars betting the same way on the same games on FoxBet. If that’s not enough to show you? Well you can learn like I did? Wasting your money. I’ll stay where they do pay! Oh and it’s so nice when you sign in and it tells you that you’ve had a bet settles (sports) since your last login.

Garbage. I won money on another fox app, which was supposed to transfer to FoxBet. It did not. I sent a message to customer service and got a reply that it would take 7 days. I waited the 7 days, no transfer. Eventually, I deleted both apps without ever collecting the money. Today, I decided to try again and downloaded the FoxBet app, except I can’t log in. I reset my password using my email, but still couldn’t log in. I tried resetting my password and logging in 3 times, verifying that all my info was correct, no typos, but no luck. It’s been a total waist of time.

Very unfair practices. Scores might or might not be correct? How are you supposed to make an informed bet? For information purposes only? To do what with make bets right? Lost thousands on this site but now finding out the hard way I can’t rely on what scores they show on screen. Just not right I can’t believe that is acceptable, you make bets based off scores and odds they show and then come to find out They are not actually accurate sometimes. I’ll lose My money somewhere else.

Shady Bonus Promotion. Don’t believe the risk free bet promotion. They don’t put the money in your regular balance if you lose but instead give you a free bet for the amount to use on sports only. So, no poker. The main reason I opened with Fox(Poker Stars). I play on multiple sites with no issues. A “risk free first bet” up to $500 was the promotion I signed up with. You’d think that means the bet is RISK FREE!! I’ve received deposit matches, free bets bonuses from Fran duel, draft kings and barstool. I know how they work and have had No problems. To be fair those sites do credit with “free plays” and restrictions on how bonuses must be used but They are much clearer on what the promotion is. Example: they match your deposit upfront and then you can risk the bonus however you want but must risk the bonus before you can withdraw. Granted I still can use the money I lost but would have played totally different. I contacted customer service and they wouldn’t do anything for me. With the all options in Michigan and all the offers from other sites...bye!

Fun, easy to use. Good odds, alright odds boosts. You can also win a lot of money on slots in casino if you get on it at the right time. Only reason I gave it a 4 is because my bank (Bank of America) doesn’t allow debit card transfers, only PayPal or bank transfers. So, when you win your money, you can’t withdraw anything for at least a week or when the money settles. By the time the money settles, you may have probably already spent and lost your winnings along with your deposited money. So it’s great for once a week.

Horrible customer service. Issues with software. Recommend FanDuel or DK.. This site is Bull. Constant issues. Win a hand of black Jack, don’t get paid, now I have to wait 72 hours for them to fix it. On top of that I can’t do anything else. I was at a good table in BJ and got booted then couldn’t get back in. Thursday Night Football is tonight, I can’t place a bet on it because this app is garbage. And on top of that, they won’t give any type of inconvenience bonus. And this IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I’ve only been using this app for 2 weeks… App is trash. I have gambled through (not lost) a lot of money already as well. A lot being about over 7-10k in 2 weeks and they can’t give me any sort of bonus for these issues. The first review I read about this app is accurate. Horrible customer service. I highly recommend FanDuel or DK over this absolute nonsense.

Best Sports Betting & Casino App Out There. I love this app. I use both the sportsbook and casino and both are extremely fun and easy to use. First, I like that blackjack has multiplayer so you can feel like you’re at an actual table. Its extremely smooth and well paced. The sportsbook and promos are great as well. I deleted my other betting apps (FD and DK) after using this for a week. By far ahead of the competition in both sportsbook and casino.

Sketchy. I mistakenly deposited $500 into the Pennsylvania App instead of the Colorado app where I live. I immediately noticed my mistake and requested a withdrawal so I could deposit it into the correct app and now my $500 is being held hostage until I provide a banking statement with address, a picture of my ID and credit card via email none of which was needed to deposit the funds. Now they are threatening to “confiscate my $500” and to top it all off there is no customer service department to call. STAY AWAY use FanDuel and DraftKings they are much easier to work with and less likely to attempt to steal from you.

Keep your money far, far away from Fox Bet. As many others have mentioned, the app is very glitchy when trying to place bets, especially live bets. This resulted in an incorrect (and losing) live wager being placed for me. I immediately contacted support about getting my money back, and was essentially told “too bad”. They more or less robbed me and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, while acting aloof the entire time. Lowest level of customer service possible. I will never bet with them again and urge others to stay away.

Where’s the gaming board lately?. Not a bad site. I mean stay away from promotion crap it will just give you anxiety and stress. But overall the site works the way an app should. But I’m concerned about casino! I’ve been gambling for many years and I can say with certainty their games/payouts are fishy at best! It doesn’t appear these sites are regulated and they are hands down stealing money.. We expect the house to always come out on top but we also expect fair play. I have won some good spins but something isn’t right.. it’s almost like I feel like I’m in a place where everyone has to be equal. Meaning that it feels very very controlled. I feel like luck is not a factor here at all.. It’s rigged absolutely rigged and I know it! What a shame too cuz I would give away thousands if I knew one day I stood a chance. Oh well I’m done with all online apps.. The sad thing is even if they didn’t cheat they would still make money! But for us gamblers we know their little game and I hope they continue to lose customers until they decide to play fair and realize no one wins when they control their games to the point where seasoned gamblers can see feel their communistic behavior

Horrible for sports betting. First of all they don’t give you many bonuses compared to other sites. When they do they don’t ever apply them to your account unless you reach customer service which is a Twitter account . They take away any bonuses you received if you try to withdrawal any money. Was locked out for a portion of nfl football Sunday and worst of all they have lower payouts and boosts than everywhere else . This site seems like it’s ran by a couple of teenagers in their basement not a major company ... I’ve recently switched to another major app and it’s miles better . Do yourself a favor and do the same

I recommend using FanDuel. This site is fairy new so they do not let you withdraw your money after you win. They make you wait until your money clears; which sometimes takes days. In the meantime they want you to lose your money back. The application glitches sometimes and I’ve had bets be put in that I didn’t bet. I didn’t bother asking for a return of my money before the bets went through because I’ve had issues with their support team as well. They do have some different bonuses and boosts that are better odds than some of the bigger and more sophisticated sites. This is the only reason I still have the app. Not a horrible betting app, but not a great one either. 3 out of 5. If you’re wagering large amounts of money, use FanDuel or DraftKings.

Something is fishy. By far the worst Sportsbook/casino app I have used. I am in the middle of Michigan with full service and it continuously seems to be searching for my location… and once it does find my locations games don’t want to load, ironically this happens after I start winning or place a withdrawal… I want to keep playing but the app physically won’t let me. I have went through and restarted my phone and allowed full access to my location through the app.

They will not pay out. They will say they are investigating your account and hold your money. They just straight up deleted my account with my money in it because they said I had another account I made for a different sportsbook (but they bought) so because they had bought out a smaller book that I used like once a year ago, they told me I was trying to cheat them and stole all my money I had when I requested a withdrawal. This should be illegal. NEVER BET ON HERE. I’m pretty sure they are being “looked into” but with all the money they have I’m sure nothing will happen

LOVED THE APP AT FIRST. This app was great at first. Offered great odds boost and so many chances to play. Then I tried to access my account and it said I had been locked out. Not only that but to access my account I needed to send a picture of my photo ID, credit card, a recent utility bill, and a recent bank statement of my credit card. I’m trying to do some light gambling not apply for a rental unit. Again it’s a shame because I liked the layout and the offers of this app but after this I think I’ll stick with FanDuel and DraftKings

Fox Bet. It’s so great, I’ve been a member for a longtime now. I really enjoy it. When I have a problem with something you guys always take care of it pretty quickly, just tonight I had issues with deposits and playing my favorite gorilla kingdom game with being away for 2 weeks my account had some issues when I tried using it and you guys corrected the problems. Thanks so much.

Use your other preferred betting/casino/poker apps. I could get super opinionated and discuss my frustrations with the app itself, but I’m sure there are some people that do very well on this app. In my personal experience, I started off well on the casino/poker site but that quickly took a turn. It is extremely difficult to do well on any of their casino games, I’ve faired much better on DraftKings and Fanduel. I get it’s considered “luck”, but based on elongated time playing you should theoretically be close to even after playing for a long time. I have spent the same amount if not maybe a little bit more money on this website and am down much more than the other sites. Could be a coincidence, but in my experiences it shouldn’t be this lopsided. The other major concern is app maintenance due to several bug issues on the app. There is a long downtime and a few weeks ago they had a downtime of about 3 days. Needless to say, I would rather use other major Sportsbook apps, but obviously everyone will have different results based on experiences. Maybe it’s just really insanely bad luck, I just hope everyone else gets it better than I did!

This is my first app review ever written. Gamblers ! If you gamble, I am telling you to NOT sign up here. I signed up for 6 Colorado books to abuse their promos, this was the only book who was an absolute nightmare. Their fraud/kyc team is so intolerable , do not waste your time. Send ur bank statements, ssn, ID, your great grandfathers diary —and they can’t piece together you are not a criminal. Don’t waste your time trust me. Betfred, DK, FD, your bookie on the street, stay with them. This company will fail and it’s so obvious. They don’t even have a customer support phone #..u literally have to deal with it over email.

Buggy. For the 2nd time I have qualified for a free bet...was given the free bet, and the app won’t let me use it. Every time I open the app it says I have a free $10 bet for college basketball...but no option to use it. On the bet slip nothing shows up. Both DraftKings & FanDuel make the free bet process real easy. I would like a $10 credit if I can’t use the free bet that I placed a $10 bet to get. Secondly - their casino promos are terrible compared to DraftKings & FanDuel. Those other sites only make you play through a bonus to cash it out. Fox Bet has crazy play through rules.

2 big issues keeping it from being great. 2 big issues keeping it from being great: 1) only works in landscape on the iPad. It’s 2019, really? The iPhone version supports portrait. Guessing this is lazy development. No other excuse I can think of. 2) logs you out way too often. I’m watching football on Sunday and like to live bet. No reason I should have to log in every time. If I used it in the last 15 mins, I should be good to go. Just silly and inconvenient.

Needs a lot of work!. The old Colorado version seemed to work fine, but they appear to have merged into this one. It does not work seamlessly with Win Terry’s Money app. I do the Denver free entry, and my winnings should show in this app. One week it did; this week it didn’t. It also shows me promos from other states (it has to know where I am to accept bets). It allowed me to put a bet into my bet slip during the TNF Denver v Cleveland game, but wouldn’t let me use a promo. It told me I had to make a deposit (not part of the promo), and then I realized I couldn’t place a in-game bet. Shady! No way I’m depositing money into this site.

The best. I’ve tried at least 10 other Sports books/online casinos. This is the only one that gets you your money almost instantly. Customer support gets right back to you thru chat. Email takes time so if you have issues try to use the chat feature. All in all if you’re serious about betting this app is seriously worth a shot!

Good functionality/fun to use. I started using with a promotion, put little money out, back when Brady was still a Patriot and have been using since without putting any money in for two years. Only feature I would like is to bet on any NFL games whenever in the same year, normally just one week of games available, Draft Kings does at least two weeks of NFL games available to bet but parlay features are not as good as Foxbet.

Trash Sportsbook. I’ve used several sportsbook platforms and this one is the worst hands down. Bonuses don’t issue properly and you have to go to what seems like 5 different screens just to do one thing when it decides it actually wants to give you a bonus chest. They’re currently running a MNF bonus where you place a $10 min bet and get a $5 free bet. I placed a $50 bet and the free bet shows that I didn’t meet the criteria yet even after opting in first. I’m not interested in sitting in a chat room with customer service when other apps work just fine.

Support Staff Is Absolutely Horrible. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the support staff for FoxBet. They ask over and over again for verification documents EVEN ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PROVIDED and they only ask when you try to withdraw. They don’t care at all that you’re not verified when you lose a bunch of bets and they get to keep your money but as soon as you try to withdraw they ask over and over again with unprofessional emails that honestly show a lack of command over the English language. They ask over and over again in broken English for documents which are NOT needed and/or have already been provided. Absolutely ridiculous. Have not experienced anything as bad as this with any other sportsbook app.

Clunky. The app feels very clunky and not pieced together well. I feel like the app focuses too much on animations and imagery of the fox sports people (howie, terry, etc) which makes it seem very gimmicky. Everything also seems very cluttered and not easy to navigate. Additionally, the cashier portion could use an over haul. A huge pop up saying my balance is 0 every time I sign in is also quite annoying. App could definitely use some work. In the meantime I’ll stick with the other sports betting apps.

No same game parlay. You cannot parlay in the same game. Example: eagles +3 and the over. Is not available to parlay on one ticket. You have to make separate bets for each. Sometimes they have boosted odds that allow you to bet same game parlay as the example mentioned but not all games. HUGE BUMMER!!! That is the only thing I did not like about this app otherwise I would give this app 5stars. Also has to uninstall and reinstall once because it was glitchy....works great since the.

Customer service is horrible. I tried to make a bet after a few months of inactivity, so rightfully so I was flagged as suspicious especially because I was using a new card. Regardless, the deposit of $250 went through and I was charged for it. Long story short, after over a week of 30 emails the security team would NOT unlock my account. I could not withdraw my money and they wanted a PDF of a bank statement for a bank that literally does not offer them. PDF converted files were also not accepted. I only got my money back and account unflagged in spite of practically begging them to tell me what to do after I threatened to take them to the better business bureau/ small claims court about it, which magically got my security issue fixed within five minutes! Don’t touch this company with a 10 ft pole, they do not care about you. Stick with DraftKings, a reliable company.

Very Unethical Practices. I would give this app a 0 if I could. They offer no promotions that are worth anything for the consumer. I bet on sports a lot and I win. Before, I won some and lost some but ever since I started winning they started being shady. I started winning bets and they settled them as losses. If I never checked the results I would be out of money but I did so they had to pay me. Once it was time to pay up they took at least a day to put money in my account. After I withdrew a large amount of money I kept a little over $100 in my account. The next day I logged in and I had $0 in my account. Foxbet will steal money from you if you start winning. Now they’re saying I I have negative money in my account so if I were to deposit money they would take more. They are thieves. Do not use this Sportsbook, use DraftKings or FanDuel, they care about their customers and offer better promotions.

Horrible Casino. The casino is the worst online besides SugarHouse which is connected to Betrivers somehow. They say the games are random but it’s almost like it picks random accounts to win at certain times. I’ve literally put thousands on n can’t win on any game no matter what size I bet or how much I keep depositing. Then once in a great while you’ll get on and no matter what game you play you win. Problem is that night happens once a month if your very lucky. I’ve been to many casinos n if you play a machine enough eventually you can hit. You may have to put a lot of money in but that’s not even possible on this online site. I know cause I’ve tried. If you don’t believe me reach out n I’ll show you my account! Stay away from this site!!! Oh and Sugarhouse!!!

Thought it was cool. I thought their free bet promotion was pretty cool, until I did it. I read all the terms and conditions of course, but no where in there does it say you’ll have to wait 2 weeks to get your free bet. My first bet was 500, I lost, but the only reason I made the bet was because of the promotion that said I’d get a free bet worth the amount of the first bet within 24 hours. But then you have to send in documents, utility bill debit cards, IDs, bank statements, all the identity verification stuff. But I thought that was super lame because they let you make the bet in the first place? If my identity wasn’t verified, why was I allowed to spend 500 on your app? Well then you have to wait for their team to verify you, which Takes a while. Then when they verify you, they don’t mention the free bet. So you have to get back in their chat. And then chat doesn’t know anything either, they have to escalate it for you. All I’m saying is, if you want to try their free bet promotion, you really just shouldn’t. Fanduel, DraftKings, and barstools identity verification is much faster and smoother and doesn’t even take an hour. I spent the 500 over a week ago and I still have no clue when I’ll get that free bet back, even though they advertise that you get it within 24 hours of losing your first bet. They lyin.

Good sports betting book. I was a little nervous to try this book based on some of the recent reviews. I only do sports betting, not casino games like some others mentioned. I have experienced helpful customer service and immediate withdrawals from Fox Bet. I recommend them.

Awesome app but.... FOX Bet is a great app; I’ve actually won on here a few times so I can vouch for that. Customer support is helpful and responds quickly. The odds on bets are slightly higher than what I have seen compared to other sites so that’s a bonus. That only “flaw” with FOX Bet is that you can’t bet on more than one thing for a given game/contest (no same game parlay). If that gets added I honestly would have no use for other sites that’s how much I enjoy FOX Bet!

Inferior product, scummy practices. Stay far, far away. Draftkings and fanduel are light years ahead of this app. More importantly they at least display clean ethics. I deposited $100 in the foxbet Sportsbook this morning. I then saw my “real money” was $0. Why? Turns out I was “lucky” enough to have received a “bonus” of $100 fake dollars that can only be used in their online casino, and my deposit also turned into $100 fake dollars. So, my $100 of real money deposited turned into $200 non-withdrawalable fake dollars on which I’d have to play online blackjack hundreds of times and win in order for it to turn into “real” money again. Stay. Away.

I’d give 0 if I could. This app and website worked for a while and then it was saying it couldn’t find my location didn’t matter if I was on the app the website or the computer software. I contacted support and received an email back that I needed to make sure wifi and location enabling is on. Told them twice that I did and no other apps that needed location were having any issue what so ever. Didn’t hear anything so then they send me a customer support survey so I complete it telling them it’s been a week and the issue wasn’t resolved nor did they contact me back about fixing it. Then after the survey I get an email for my log files. So I send them my log files and after about two weeks it works. So I get on the app deposit money after I made sure it was working correctly and as soon as I deposit it says can’t find location. Tried it on all theee platforms again knowing the same thing is going to happen.. no luck. So I withdraw my money and I’m going to delete this app. Don’t even waste your time trying to get a fix unless you want to wait a month for it to work thirty minutes. Go use other casino apps that actually work.

App is Horrible, Customer Service is Worse. The app is full of bugs. First, if you forget to log off one time, you’ll get a “hanging login,” which means the app can’t confirm your location, and you cannot place any bets. The only solution is to email customer support, as there is no method of resolving it within the app. Second, live games and bets do not update accurately, if at all, meaning live bets are extremely difficult to make. To get any game/bet updates, you have to exit from the app and go back in. Very frustrating and inconvenient. Lastly, the customer service is horrendous. If you have any issues with a “free bet,” good luck getting it resolved. I dealt with a customer service rep named “Ross”, who was condescending and useless, and his only response was “free bets are a gift” and refused to do anything to resolve my issue. Do yourself a favor and use a legitimate app like DraftKings. Don’t waste your time or money on this one.

Confusing Book. Locked my account from deposits, withdrawals, and placing bets because my bank card expired and I typed in the CVV not realizing I had not added the new card yet. They wanted me to submit all kinds of documents instead of just letting me delete my expired card and add a new one. Better betting apps out there. Dont waste your time or money, i downloaded 5 apps when online betting came to Michigan, fox is by far the worst. The promotions are awful, make sure you read the fine print every time, they change at anytime. The odds are not great, the “boost” are just sucker bets. And worst of all the customer service is awful, i was told a risk free bet was in play, only to be told after i placed the bet it was not a risk free bet. The only reason i bet was because i was told it was risk free and was set to expire. I provided screen shots proving i was told it was eligible and risk free. Save your time and money, try draftkings, fanduel, or bet mgm. The layouts are better, there are more offers and better betting options(parlays, layouts, props, and better odds)

Racket. Don’t use this casino, so many better options. I won $600 in the casino but they won’t allow me to withdraw the funds for a week due to their “clearing policy”. The money I despoiled has already been debited and paid for out my bank account and they’re still making me wait a week to withdraw it. Awful App and Awful Experience. I reached out to customer service over 10 times in 10 hours. Never received a response. I was unable to place a wager on the game I wanted because they took too long. Their customer support team either doesn’t care or they are located on Mars. I have been unable to access my account for about a half a day. I have had countless problems with things as simple as trying to login. Would absolutely recommend using Draftkings, Fanduel, or any other sports betting apps. Do not use this app!. Tried this site because of the ads but never again! This is the only sports book where you have to wait 3-4 days for a deposit to clear before they allow you to withdraw. Essentially this is a tactic designed to keep your winnings on the app longer and thus greater opportunity to bet and lose. It is a shady tactic and I would recommend trying fan duel or draft kings which pay out in as little as an hour.

Location checking issues. This company needs to invest in the reliability of its servers and infrastructure. Whatever mechanism they use to verify you’re in Pennsylvania works most of the time but when it doesn’t work it doesn’t work on this app or on the website on a computer either. It’s not a matter of my settings being wrong as WiFi and location are enabled and other gaming apps like FanDuel work fine for me when this one doesn’t.

What happened?. Fox Bet was a great app at one point. I used it along with DK and FD. Now it is horrendous. Very slow load times, and constant pop ups saying about logging in when I’ve been logged in. Seems like the developers decided to go elsewhere. I’ll check for good promos (rare) but other than that I’ve abandoned this app.

Stay the hell away. Awful app. I deposited $500 through my bank and was not made aware until after doing so that I would need to wait 7 days before being able to withdraw my funds. Costumer service, App and website really bad. The app and website by it self it’s very good and easy to use, however, I’ve been having a problem with both on finding my location, tried everything and couldn’t get it fixed. Worthless Garbage. Like nearly all the other sports betting apps, Fox Bet is total garbage. It is bug ridden and User Experience UX is atrocious. As a PA resident, I was signing up for the $1 promo for the Eagles/Seahawks game. After entering in my PA address, it comes back and tells me it could not verify my New Jersey address. How does one allow an app like this to make it to Production without testing and QA? It’s mind boggling. Anyhow,I’ve deleted this app from my phone and just chalk it up to another bug ridden app that seems to have made it to the App Store.

Slow, glitchy. Very glitchy. There is a significant lag with every action, especially placing a bet. It often spins for a minute or more without accepting. Not good for in-game betting with the odds frequently changing before the bet is accepted. You often need to close the app, re-open, sign in again, then it typically works within 5-10 seconds. Play with the free $20, but it’s not ready for real money yet.

Frauds.. They give you a promotion of $20 for making an account and then match your first deposit up to a $100. What they don’t tell you is that after you deposit that money you may lose it. My friend made an account, deposited the money, placed a few bets and won them! Totaling over $300. It’s been days later and they can’t withdraw money because the check didn’t clear, when actually the $100 was out of the account in a few hours!

Bad customer service and withdrawal process. I use multiple betting apps and this has to be the worst as far as withdrawals. lol be been missing multiple withdrawals and when I reach out to customer support nobody responds. Do not download. I signed up and deposited money and then they suspended my account to verify my identity. They required multiple personal documents and would not let you black out any personal info or numbers to keep your information safe. Once they verified me again I tried to withdrawal my money because I did not want to give them my business. They cancelled my withdrawal and asked me why I was doing so. New Customers Be Aware!!. I wish I could give this negative stars. Don’t let this place scam you. Let me share what happened to me. Trash. While I understand this is a wagering app, the casino is a straight rip off. It seems as though 98% of the time I’ve played blackjack, the dealer makes. It’s just too convenient for the app as it seems to wait until you make bigger wagers to make 20 or 21 when it’s first 2 cards add up to 15 or 16. If you want to bet sports, go for it but you can’t parlay multiple bets in one game which is also nonsense. Above all, do NOT play blackjack as they will burn you almost every single chance they get.

What a scam. They claim in the email to me that it is completely random hands. Very hard to get your money. They will make you jump through hoops like no other Sportsbook. First they make you send a copy of your debit/credit card with some numbers covered. Then they make you send a copy of a divers license. Then you’ll wait till the “approve” your withdrawal and wait another few days for you to finally get your money. Use any other Sportsbook than this one.

Blackjack feels rigged. Sports betting is good. Blackjack feels very rigged. Many times the casino will give you great cards to start so you get hooked then absolutely wreck you for days after. I’ve had this happen on so many occasions and plenty of similar experiences online. I think I’m up in the long run so this isn’t a spiteful review just an honest take. I’d avoid.

Wrong state?. I deposited $300 into my account, but the app won’t let me play because I’m not in New Jersey. In the description, it says the app is available for those in several states, including mine (Michigan), but there’s nothing I can do. Can’t change my bank information. My bank recently merged with another bank, and app the app will not let me change my information, if I’m reading the app correctly it says swipe to delete the information however I just drag my finger across devices my screen and nothing happens.

Decent book but unfair casino games. The Sportsbook itself is pretty good. They have competitive odds especially on alternative spread markets. Stay far away from the casino though; their virtual blackjack games are completely rigged and do not pay anywhere close to the theoretical RTP of a basic strategy blackjack game.

Dumb. Tried to withdraw 100 bucks it said that it would use the same method that it used to deposit your money I used a credit card and you go to withdraw it asks for a routing number and account number doesn’t ask for credit card number so I put that in and it wouldn’t accept it and just kept telling me my account is unrecognizable so I tried changing my deposit method and it wouldn’t let me so I have 347 bucks in my account that I can’t do anything with what a joke of an app.

Plenty of Better casino apps. This app is adequate at best. I’ll start with the promotions. Worst promotions of any betting app. Free $10 when you bet 10 but they don’t specify the odds have to be better than -100, which isn’t great. All casino promotions are scams on this app. Bet $1 get $50 free but that $50 is locked until you play $600 worth of casino play. Use MGM or Fan Duel, far better of a platform and better odds.

Horrible service!. Live chat is completely horrible! I don’t think they actually help you… what they actually do is send you links to terms and conditions which you’re already aware of. Horrible customer service. My fiancé has been trying to reset her verification questions for over a week and no one will help her. All you can do is send an email and wait for at least 2 days for a response. I don’t know why it is so difficult to reset someone’s questions. Very glitchy hard to get help. So I placed a bet on one of their “boosts” and one of the players didn’t play so it should have been voided. Instead the app just changed my bet to another boost. When contacting support they were rude and blamed me. After speaking with several people they finally sent it to someone higher who voided the bet saying it was an error on the system.

Fails when start from sleep. Every time the app is ‘opened’ from sleep it freezes, does not update ‘my bets’ etc. Have to close the app, then re-launch it. Tried to report a ‘quality issue’ but couldn’t enter the issue because it’s a free app.

Worst Sportsbook APP. This is by far the worst Sportsbook app. I have used numerous other apps and this one is by far the worst. Not user friendly and poor quality service.
