Most of stuff ur doing a very good job BUT. But Yo why is said I can not connect the network, I can use all of my app except for this one, fix that problem!!!!!!!! I can’t not even report this problem since it can’t connect the network, I turn on the network option, I deleted and redownload it again and again it just not working.

Not user friendly. These filters should be installed and available 1. Distance filter I don’t want to talk to people who are across the country if I don’t wish to 2. Languages filter how are you gonna expect two people understand each other if they don’t speak the same language?

Too many bug. Too less function compared to Chinese version.. They even charge for profile pictures.

Don’t like my music blasting. I listen to music a lot but when I open the app and my music pauses I always unpause it but when my music plays it’s always HELLA loud and even with my volume all the way down I can still hear it I always have to open the music app and pause and unpause the music for it to go back to normal

Test. Plz add more test . This app is not a dating app but a social media app with a variety of things to do. My life has been boring and this app has had me more social than the last 2 years of my life . I have faith in it

Why you should download Soul. I love this app so much and the people on it are so cool and so welcoming. If you do decide to download it, it will not disappoint.

It’s alright but still need improvement. It’s very bothering for the post that have word limits. Every other APP can post more than 1000 words. I don’t get it why this one only has 500. And it don’t count by word, it count by alphabet. Which even shorter. How could I post and share story with just that low amount of word? Could’ve increase the word amount for posting? That would’ve be great if it can. Another thing is the warning of the discussion. I understand that you want the environment to keep as safe as possible. But it’s too much safe it’s not good. Sometime just share to friend what happens near, and gave some vigilant. But it gave me a waning sign that something like if I continue to say that, my account is going to be suspend. I think there could be have some improvement too. Also one thing that bothers me is that every time I open this APP, it stop my music or the volume got turn it down if I’m not closing all the way. Could you fix this issue?

Transphobic much??? Idk-. I like the concept but, the app is a bit complicated to use. The initial quiz is quite simplistic and could be more detailed so it feels more legit and accurate…additionally when asked for my gender I put down “trans masc”… at first I was glad they even had the option for that, buuut then I went to edit my avatar, and it only had girl options, I went to my profile and it had automatically changed my gender to “female”… I immediately changed it to “male”… another odd thing is that they only let you change it once- so I’m quite upset about that, why make it an option if the app will force something else?

Amazing but needs more. Soul is amazing and I’ve met a lot of amazing people on there the only problem is the pedophiles and the fact when they are reported soul does nothing.

Accounts. This is a really good app, I don’t have much to complain. But, I wanted to make another account and for whatever happened, I can’t log back in with my first account. It keeps saying about too manny registry accounts. Do I have 2 accounts of the same email? That doesn’t make sense. I really love this app and now I can’t sign in my account with all my posts and friends. I feel so stressed trying to fix it. Please fix something like this or help me please.

Not fun anymore :(. It was pretty fun and I met cool people on here at the beginning. but I feel like the app is going to be boring and boring, people in the party room usually werido and kinda disgusting, swearing and bla bla, which i hate to hear. Meh. If your aim is to meet people, do not download this. 1, it has no English-speaking countries in the “regions” section, the “soul test” is terrible, it’s answers are very specific and unrelatable, and they don’t even get your personality right anyways! This app is also terrible for meeting people because it translates the names of parties (temporary groups) into English, even if it isn’t English, which makes you think the people in there speak English, BUT THEY DONT! Not to mention the small, idiotic, and toxic community it has, but it is only good for meeting SPECIFIC kinds of people. Do not download.

Please the app issue for iPad. It was a fun app for people like sharing the same interests, until one day I found out that the app keep crashing on my iPad, it would even run for one second literally. Please fix the issue team soul.

App could be cool but….. So this app could be really cool and a great way to meet people. However, they need to find a way to deal with the creepy men on it. That is all I have gotten messages from so far. Men asking me for my personal information. I also have a lot of people asking me to contact them outside of the app. Which I’m not giving a complete stranger on the internet my contact information. They need to add some kind of safety setting on here, or something for people who just want to meet friends and like minded people. otherwise it just a hook up/dating app. With the way it currently is, think of it like a dating app version of Instagram.

Decent and fun if they stay out of it. I don’t know how my profile got changed to male, but I’ve tried multiple times to ask them to please change it back and nobody says a darn thing And—- So basically they do arbitrary measures to stave off baddies. Horrible, no safety, privacy, anything. Hello, I recently downloaded this app to find friends more who were into anime like me. And all I’ve received on here is sugar daddies, and all grown men, I haven’t even text on girl on here. Furthermore, the app doesn’t let you choose what language or what gender you prefer like other apps, and you can’t accept requests. So anyone can text you freely which causes lots of problems. I fear for the many kids on this app who aren’t adults, getting taken advantage by guys on here because there are no safety in this app. Even when you block someone another guy can just pop up or sometimes even the SAME guy can still text you. I reported people on here multiple times and they still were able to keep there account. Also, they do not check ages, there should be a age limit to where people can be on the app and because there isn’t many adults go on there praying on little kids. If your looking for an app for real friends, do not come on here, seriously. All you would get is creepy guys and not an actual genuine conversation. Honestly hoping the app gets taken down for the safety of so many girls on there. This is probably the worst app, like do not believe the five stars, if you read this listen to my warning. And please don’t have the “developer” contact this message, you guys aren’t even checking or doing updates on the app. Take some serious safety measures instead of trying to make the app look good with “cute features.”

Too many glitches. Socially, this app is great. But it has way too many glitches with audio and rooms. And the glitch where you get messages but can't see them.

Problem. I have a slight problem when I want to post and sometimes it’s not letting me post or is loading very long and it does not post, and when I want to change the picture on my profile it would not let me change .

Great Potential. I love the voice call feature and the quizzes and interests, but I see a lot of soulers who have empty profiles. I feel like the quizzes and interest should be mandatory. Additionally, there is no way to filter by location so I keep matching with people I can’t even talk to (different language) so it defeats the purpose of the app. With that being said, this app is still a lot of fun to mess around on and has potential to be amazing.

This App is Fantastic in Most Peoples Minds.. This app has been a good thing ever since I downloaded it but I don’t like it whenever you open the app there’s a very very loud piano that plays some keys on it and even if my phone has been turned down until it’s at one volume the piano keys are so loud that they make it seem like my phone’s volume is max volume and it hurts my ears every time I open the app but other than that it’s great and if the app creators fix this loud piano then I will love the app again.

Glitched and charged me $300!!!. This game may have been nice, but when I tried to exit the purchase “soul bucks” screen I couldn’t leave and when I went to close the app out entirely, it glitched and charged me over $300 I still haven’t been able to get refunded. Be ware!!!! Not worth the risk!!! I panic every time I think about it.

Find the right people. It’s a pretty good app lots of people and stuff but if your looking for a genuine person it’s pretty difficult and it’s not really safe literally people were asking me if I wanted to be there sugar baby and two guy were trying to do some inappropriate stuff and they got pretty close even though I didn’t want to, So I do not recommend cause even if you find some genuine people it’d only be two or three and they easily can become bad and want stuff.

Gross People. I only had this for a few days but the number of creeps I found was astounding. So many people sending weird unsolicited photos. I deleted this app because of how uncomfortable it made me feel. Not everyone on there is bad. There are some really nice people, just not enough to make up for the number of creeps.

Scammers. This app is FULL of scammers and people trying to steal your information. It’s a good idea for an app but the people on there are super sketch. Also something to note is that you get like 1 million texts at a time from random people and it’s super hard to keep up with. Don’t download it unless you’re trying to get scammed constantly.

Disgusting. Okay this is hilarious. Most of the time you’re just chatting with bots, and I would have twenty people each day ask if I want to be their sugar baby. Everyone on it is a creep and it just wastes your storage. I was stupid to download it. I’m only giving it stars at ALL because I DID manage to gain some friends from it, and I’m thankful to those friends.

Great app! But…. The people you meet on the app honestly are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, however there is a bad bot problem and perv problem scattered through this app, I get like 5-15 bots a day texting me saying the same exact stuff. If you can shuffle through the bots and talk to real people you will love the experience on here!

My review of soul. Ok so to start ummm me and my S/O of 9 month now met on soul, now the app was intended for dating but it’s more of a hang out now for people who have a tough time making friends IRL. There are a lot of minors on the app but they are mostly mature and the adults are pretty chill about it, there are a handful of pervs but all the other users call them out right away and make minors well aware of who they are. there is also so much culture on the app so many people from all over the planet like Egypt, South America (all over I’m too lazy to write out each country), Europe, Africa, even Australia. This app even helped me learn more Spanish Would recommend other than the waiting music is trash but other than that it’s pretty fun :)

从来没有被逼迫删掉一个app过. soul是第一个。为什么需要实名？海外华人明明就可以跟附近的soul玩家聊。。现在被逼到国际版的soul 简陋不少。我打算也删了。。。国际版太冷清了。

Needs severe proofreading. The app has an interesting concept, but the authors made severe mistakes when writing the personality tests in English. Some of the mistakes change the meaning of the answers so you aren’t sure if you’ve answered accurately. It wasn't so bad in the basic test, but the intermediate and advanced ones were terribly hard to follow. I uninstalled before I got to the main part of the app, because the tests were so hard to understand.

Worst app ever. Never used such worst app they could block you because what you said to any other people about politic things. Get away from it. They use your data to track your activities. No Never use Get ways Run

Unexpected boredom. If you don’t use the voice chat or the word chat function, you’re basically nonexistent on this app. Won’t recommend for people who want to use this as an emotion release as well because there are many people who are “weird”. Or let’s say, self indulged. Not many looking for friends but just want to add you as their followers. Many are also just spamming all kinds of Tiktok videos or memes, so it can be hard if you don’t like any of those things. Considering the nature of this kind of app, understandable, though not my thing. Also, lots of people might to ask you to add their WhatsApp or Instagram. Most of them are just scam. Just stay away. You can keep talking with them and they will disappear in a few days as you don’t follow their request. Fake accounts are quite prevalent these days. Stay aware of new accounts that only exist for a few days and post beautiful pictures and seemingly normal name (like “Karen” “Jack” etc.). Plus, I met quite a few accounts who are racist towards Chinese. I even met one of those account on the recommended post (not the one she was being a racist). The report function seems to be useless, or maybe it does work but we just never get to see the result after we report people (which I remember is possible if we do it in the Chinese version). I believe the soul officials tried their best. But the app is still not as fun as it was previously.... Maybe it’s the user, not the app.

What’s the real purpose of this app?. Like is this app becoming a new underground black market of some kind??? Soul is originally a Chinese social app, and this English version suddenly appears seems like it’s expanding their oversea market. However, I found lots of user especially female user have been harassed as there’s always guys asking something like “would you like to be my sugar baby”, often in Chinese. As well as there’re people asking around for trading bitcion and gold investment, also in Chinese. Somebody need to do something about this, it could be serious.

To 2019. I used to met friendly people here, from China, Indonesia, Singapore,....We talked and shared the funny and sad story. Time pass by I lost all contacts, just few people I still be friend on Wechat but we no longer send messenger to each other. I know Soul in present is not safe, nicely and friendly like the pass but Soul had my memorable time. Why is my account randomly following others ?. IM NOT EVEN JOKING I don’t like following anyone but it will randomly find someone to follow

Horrible and no privacy. Yah so I downloaded this to find other people who liked anime and I’ve gotten blackmailed three times I’m deleting this app and never downloading it again be warned people

Hard to log in. Always got switch to sign up button and it is complicating for signing in.

Scammers and Mexico. The app never matches you with people in your own country. I’d love some folks from the States but no it’s always Mexico which is worthless bc I don’t speak that language. An then there’s the never ending cash app scammers. This app is a bust, don’t waste your time.

Too buggy. Keep asking for permission to access my photos.

Transphobic app. Was excited and downloaded this app right away, but the gender options quickly discouraged me from even registering. I want to give you a 0, but I can’t so I’m giving you a 1.

Very poor. This software is not allowed to send photos, and it can't appeal. If you feedback the questions to customer service, there is no reply. I don't recommend you to use it.

Fake Notifications. It gives you fake notifications just so you open the app. Very low effort put into this and it’s mainly used as a sort of hook up site. It’s targeted at minors. Horrible app

People try to scam you immediately. The interface has potential.. I like the set up and it’s a good idea but in an hour of being on there people l tried scam me twice. I deleted my account and the app and won’t be back.

Soul. I absolutely love this app - very easy to make friends all over the world

Bots and scams. Most activity came from scammers asking people to chat outside the app. Actual human don’t like to interact with other users and randomly kick people out of chat room for no reason. This is not a social app; it is full of anti-social users

I can’t register. I can’t register an account. It says due to multiple registry accounts. Is there any way I can join again?

Broken. I can’t update my about me since the save button just goes offscreen and I can’t click it to save my about me

Messes up music. Please fix the app so that it doesn’t turn music down or off when using an iPhone 😁 every time I open the app, it either pauses my music or lowers the volume a lot

App will crush after logged in. I tried numerous times with different ways to install or login. Each time the app will crush, then I can never open it again.
