Great service, app has some issues. I love EveryPlate so far - great value, flavors, and recipes and some ability to customize are awesome. I do have some difficulties with the app (updated iOS on iPhone X) The rewards tracker seems to have vanished. Almost every page has text overflow issues which run off the screen. The one reward I’ve received “free upgrade up to $9.98 value” isn’t clearly applied - is it for a premium meal, an add on, a customization? How does EP define an “upgrade”? There is no actual discount listed in that week’s cost breakdown. I do really appreciate loyalty and rewards programs, but if I don’t know how to use the reward it’s a little pointless. Also making it simpler to report ingredient issues (happens with any service like this occasionally) like with Hello Fresh would make life much easier than having to go through a customer support agent. Refine the app experience, and we’ll be at 5 stars!

Good service and easy app. I’ve really enjoyed EveryPlate. I’m a college student, and cooking for myself has always been a challenge for me because I just never learned how to. Whenever I do cook, I feel like I always have to buy ingredients and produce that go bad before I use them again wasting a lot of money/food. My girlfriend and I decided to split the cost of a weekly box and it comes out to $5 a meal for both of us which is GREAT. It’s so much cheaper than eating out and even cheaper than going to the grocery store for every meal. You get exactly the amount you need for two servings. It’s forced me to learn how to cook, and I actually really enjoy it. My gf and I have also really bonded over cooking the food together. To give some lip service to the bad reviews, sometimes one or two produce items won’t be entirely fresh but it’s not a huge deal and hasn’t really impacted the quality of the meals for me. (would be nice if they could fix this, though) When the food arrives, it’s usually freezing cold and the meat has always been fine. Overall, it’s been a good experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Life changing. When I’m wrong I admit it and I was a sceptic when I order but this has changed my life. I only give honest reviews and most the time don’t review because of the time it takes but this is life changing. The meals are really great ( coming from a meat and potatoes country girl) I mean a really great. My husband and teenage daughter were telling people about it before I even had the table cleared. We all cooked together because it was so easy , fun, and Meals we had never had before everyone wanted to be part of the new menu. My daughter and husband were fighting over leftovers for lunch tomorrow (yes enough for dinnner and lunch) . Amazing Food and this will absolutely be our dinner plan from now on. Thank you for making cooking dinner fun again and for allowing us to try delicious new recipes. ❤️🍽🥰

Missing Box. I loved this meal prep service until I didn’t! My delivery days were set to Saturdays. This past Saturday I did not receive my box so I decided to wait until Sunday, no problem. It did not arrive on Sunday so Monday when I arrived at work I called. I was told by a rep that my box would be delivered by 8 pm that night! I got home a little after 8 and still no box! Tuesday morning I tracked the box via UPS and it stated it would not be delivered until Wednesday so at this point the box is useless to me seeing as my next box (from a different company) was being delivered on Saturday. I still called and was told that UPS was no longer delivering the box but FedEx was and the delivery date would be Tuesday by 7pm. I told the rep I wanted to cancel the box and was told it was in route. Again, got home a little after 9pm and still no box! Again I called Wednesday to cancel my box and was told again could not cancel once it was shipped. My box was finally delivered by UPS(not FedEx) on Wednesday at 5:30pm. Three days I was told my box would be delivered and the last day it was. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor but my call was escalated for one to “call” me in 24-48 hours. In total I received a $25 credit which meant nothing to me! Needless to say I will not be using Everyplate EVER AGAIN!!

I can’t afford to keep paying for the mistakes. The food is so good so I hate to write this but not once has my box been right and some Times is late so I end up spending my money budget on this and I have to buy stuff missing or I’m sent the wrong meat it’s like they throw stuff in my box at random and they don’t ever follow the recipes but I’ve gotten six boxes now and the last three boxes I don’t get to pick my food because the app and website is down I’ve tried several Different browsers and different phones so it isn’t mine and then last week they sent me the wrong food and I finally called instead of the live chat and they told me sorry we can’t over compensate so I had to argue to get my money back because I literally spend my Grocery money on bacon and mayonnaise it’s been a fight since I’ve Started so this week will unfortunately be my last and I wanted to keep it so bad but I can’t afford to keep paying for the mistakes :/

Best Company Ever. I’ve never been treated as well as I have by any other company. EveryPlate customer service is 5/5! It’s even more than five stars, honestly. They go above and beyond. I was super broke and forgot to skip one of my boxes. I realized a day after cancelling closed and I was able to chat with someone and she confirmed a cancel for me and put me at rest. I was so grateful. $38 meant a lot to me at the time. And just tonight, I reached out about a box that hadn’t showed up. It had been delayed which I was expecting but then it never showed up. Not Everyplates fault but the customer care chat agent immediately looked into it and applied a credit to my next box. Thank you EveryPlate for being so good to your customers T.T I really appreciate you!!

Convenient and Tasty but Need More Portion Options. Been using EveryPlate for a few weeks so far and overall I’m really enjoying it. My only real complaint is that I wish they didn’t only have meal options for 2 or 4 people. I am a single bachelor so I’m forced to pick the 2 meal option and most times I eat the entire meal for 2 and i’m not even that big of a guy. I don’t see how these are meals for 2 unless they are two people on a diet or just small people that don’t eat very much. I enjoy the convenience of not having to grocery shop and the meals are so tasty but it’s twice as expensive for me because I’m eating for two. Just beware of this if you eat a normal to large amount of food, the portions usually aren’t very big on most of the meals. I only have enough for leftovers occasionally.

Game Changer. Over the last 5 years after having kids I have ZERO interest in finding new recipes or meal planning. Heard about meal delivery kits from our neighbors and was skeptical. We had tried a few in the past but we felt the portions were too small (we love to have leftovers for lunch) for the price. Everyplate is truly affordable and we almost always have leftovers for lunch the following day. We are trying recipes we would never have picked out on our own and everything is delicious. My husband and I went out to dinner at a fancy restaurant the other day and we weren’t even as excited as we normally are because we’ve been eating super tasty food at home. Feels like restaurant style meals every night. Best part, is that my littles love to help. It really has become one of the most enjoyable parts of the day!

Best thing I’ve ever done. I’ve been using everyplate for 32 weeks straight. I cannot even begin to explain how much money I’ve saved. Getting 6 meals a week for $66 (total) is incredible. I also love being able to choose my meals each week, makes me feel ✨wealthy ✨ lol. It also takes the guess work out of the week. If I went to the grocery store and got ingredients for specific meals, I still have a hard time making them during the week and end up eating out. But for some reason, with everyplate and getting the exact amount of ingredients you need for each meal, delivered to your door each week for meals you chose, I make them every day. Anywho, you have to try it. Changed my life.

I need to file a BBB complaint. This is a sleazy business. I tried to order a box from them for which they put a hold on my credit card (only comes through as $1) initially. When the full amount was posted, it was over twice what I had agreed to. When I was frustrated with the difference and told they could not fix it, they refused to cancel the order despite it not having shipped. In dealing with customer service, they were completely unhelpful, drug their feet until the order was finally shipped days later, and actually resorted to hanging up on me several times along with not following through on empty promises. I never raised my voice or was rude in anyway, although I’m sure you could tell I was frustrated after awhile. Never in my life have I had to contend with this level of incompetence or possibly full on deception. In this economy, these things matter and it’s sad that this service has resorted to these corrupt methods.

Not Worth It. The all is great, but useless because EveryPlate is not. I desperately want to give EveryPlate a good review, but I can't. Although the meals are delicious and the recipes make it easy to prep/cook (especially as someone who never cooks) and the prices are great, every week since I've started, maybe 8 weeks, I've had a problem with the products. Every single week. The first week one of the packets of chicken I got was bad and therefore, unusable. The second week I got ground beef and all of my meals were chicken. The 3rd week a zucchini that came with it was already going bad before I could use it. And every week thereafter I've been missing stuff in my box. The entire purpose of this is to save me the time of going to the grocery store and every week I have to go to the grocery store to buy the stuff they neglect to put in the box. It's ridiculous. They won't even offer you a refund or send you the products you're missing. They just give you a credit towards your next box which is useless because the next box is missing what you need. I strongly urge anyone who reads this not to use EveryPlate. A great concept that they can't follow through with.

It’s great most of the time. If your need anything on the account changed like an address then don’t trust the app but call their customer care instead. Also the meals taste amazing but the portions for the price for feed a family of 3 is not favorable but at least the option to add it but I also don’t think it should cost 50 to 100$ each week that’s just a lot of money to spend. And most of the time the items are fresh but not always which is frustrating especially if the ingredients that are molded are an essential to the recipe and then that point what was the point of buying $50 to 100$ worth of food a week from not even getting all my worth out of it. So this app and it’s services are just okay but mostly for those who have the money to throw away like it’s nothing definitely not for the everyone. Oh and the recipes are super easy to follow and are in big print font and has photos.

Started Off Great. I have yet to receive a bag of food that doesn’t have something that has gone bad or that has the proper portion size / weight. I wanted to try something other than Blue Apron. At the time, BA was only allowing a maximum of 5 meals. I initially tried Every Plate and even switched to the parent company, Hello Fresh. Every Plate started out fantastic. But, eventually, I started to receive meat portions that did not weigh as it should (the packaging says 10 oz, but it was really 7-8 ounces). In addition to that the veggies weren’t weighing what they should either. Then, the veggies were bad and definitely not fresh. I switched to HelloFresh and experienced the exact same issues. Only now, I was paying more for Hello Fresh. In addition to the vegetables being under weight, I had to peel off, or a cut off, or throw away so much of them. It’s pretty disgusting and impossible to get full if they are not sending the right portions, let alone afraid to eat the found or unable to it it due to poor quality. I am going back to Blue Apron. They now allow 2 boxes to ship, so I am able to get more meals for the week. The meat quality was good. They were just miss labeling the portion size. I actually had a food scale and it was almost always underweight.

Lovin’ IT. The price for this service isn’t outrageous. Nearly consistent or chewier than going out to eat. Of course it’s always cheaper to do your own shopping. But that takes time, and you aren’t left rotting food that you need to toss out. Because you didn’t use it all for a meal. Be it carrots, celery, broccoli, lettuce. This service gives you the exact amount of groceries you need for each meal. It gives you the option for really savory meals, or quick and easy meals that can be less than 30min. A lot of customization. If you haven’t learned to cook. This teaches you with its recipe cards. You begin to learn what you can do so one day you can do your own meals somewhere else that you learned from the cards . Highly recommend

Great!!. I’ve tried a few different meal programs and Every Plate is the best so far. There are 3 major reasons this food program is amazing 1. The price is the best- $48 (includes shipping) for 4 weekly meals for 2. Every other program is at least that price for 3 meals. 2. The food is amazing and fresh- all the other companies may pack each meal separately. Every plate keeps the meat separate but every thing else comes in a box and you separate it. For that price that’s not a problem at all!! 3. I’ve learned so much- I’m 49 and I’ve been cooking for my family for 28 years now. I’ve had Every Plate for a month and I can’t tell you how much I’ve learned so far. I can actually say I enjoy cooking again. I was getting tired of cooking the same old stuff all the time. I like my food very plain and everyone else loves everything. I was afraid I wouldn’t like the food because I’m boring but I haven’t been so happy with our meals in years. Also I want to say I have chronic pain conditions that keep me from doing a lot. Sometimes cooking dinner can be hard for me. But with everything planned out it helps. Having all meals take 30 min is a life saver. Thank you for making me happy to cook for my family again!!

Never received my box after I was delayed over 48 hours. I was excited to try this out, as it’s hard to find time to go grocery shopping. My spouse and I chose our meals and waited I til it was supposed to be delivered on Friday. We didn’t receive it. Come Saturday, we still didn’t receive it. On Sunday, still nothing. I decided to check in with customer service to see what was up and apparently our box had been damaged beyond what could be delivered two times. I understand that once it’s shipped it’s out of their control, but I should have been made aware of this so I could go grocery shopping to feed my family. Since this was the first box I ever ordered I just decided to cancel my subscription because it was a bad first impression. They did give me a full refund though so I appreciated that. However I am very upset that I wasn’t made aware of the issues surrounding my box delivery. Had they made me aware when it first occurred, I wouldn’t have canceled.

Beware scammy. Here’s the deal. Every plate is an affordable box and it’s actually has some nice recipes. My family liked it. We don’t always cook so we can’t use a box every week or sometimes every month. We would like to use the service but they are scammy. We ‘Skipped’ the weeks we couldn’t use the box. But they sent boxes anyways. Every few weeks a box would show up that we did not order. And they would charge us for it. We caught on. This is a bad business model to do that to people paying for your product. We don’t go for any more scammers. We cancelled. It’s good to try a box for free if you can do it with a promotion and then cancel. Just cancel. Cause if you don’t, you’ll get charged whether you like it or not. Bad company customer service -called and explained what had happened and they didn’t care. No thanks-I like to do, people I respect. I don’t respect EveryPlate

Great until it wasn’t. I’ve had Every Plate for a few months now. In the beginning I loved it. The food was fresh, not too expensive, and I genuinely enjoyed the meals. However in the past few weeks I’ve been having more and more issues with damaged products. I’ve gotten moldy garlic, damaged onions, damaged zucchini, opened meat packages, etc. Customer service is amazing when it comes to reporting any sort of issue and they are more than willing to give you a credit for the damaged items or even a refund. Today was my last box for awhile. I received my EveryPlate box with a piece of chicken that was not even in the package and everything was soaked in chicken juice and ruined. Customer service helped me out and gave me a full refund for my box but I am just getting really sick of having to make customer service reports nearly every week and then having to go to the store to replace whatever was damaged. Summary: I loved it but it’s becoming more of a hassle than a help. Hopefully the food quality will go up in the future and I will gladly order again! The service is great, the price is great, the people are great, but the food stopped being great. Also the app is wonderful and very easy to use/navigate.

Saved my Elderly Parents’ Lives!. My Father is 94, my Mother 91. I cared for my Mom and Dad who almost died in Jan 2022 from CoVid 19. In Feb when I had to return home I began sending EveryPlate each week using the meat and veggies options. Before CoVid I noticed my parents eating meals that were too small and the ingredients were often “old” or wilted. They also live 20 minutes from fresh groceries. I believe EveryPlate makes a dramatic difference in my parents physical and mental health by providing fresh food and a plan! In months they have had only one recipe they didn’t care for… and we can no longer send burgers- my Mom enjoys eating but struggles to feed herself- burgers don’t work. With those adjustments I sincerely believe EveryPlate is one of the reasons my parents are able to live in their own home with caregivers. I have lowered not just the cost of groceries but the hassle of planning dinner meals. Plus, with my father finally strong enough to stand and cook again, we recently prepared a recipe together! For months caregivers have prepared Every Plate meals which made every dinner meal easier for all! I congratulate Every Plate on outstanding service, tasty food choices and easy to follow recipes! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Bad costumer service. I called, because of something unexpectedly happened to me and had to change my order. My call was answered by Alisha and she was very unprofessional, acting like she was the only authority there. She didn’t even try to help. Acting ironically kind of making fun of me. She was really rude. I don’t understand why they would have someone like that working for them. I’m honestly thinking of stopping this service. I have 3 family members soon to start buying from this company, but if they have people like that I don’t want to recommend. There are many other food services out there and I don’t need to be mistreated. I left a message on the phone survey, but no one seems to care. I real want something to be done about this. We don’t need any more bullying in this world and specifically for something as simple as just trying to help someone. I did call again and the next costumer service agent was more helpful, professional and respectful.

Affordable and good recipe’s. It’s cheaper than most meal plans and the fresh ingredients, recipe, and minimalist packaging leaves little to no trash and waste. Their portions sizes seems larger than other meal plans. The only problems are limited and simple app design. The app seems to log out any time you clear running apps. The app could use a list of all ingredients needed for each delivery. Currently you have to select each meal one at a time to check if you got everything, which makes the app feel slow. It’s low cost per meal is around $7. They offer multiple discounts and meal shares that get you both money off your next delivery and some get their first delivery at cost of shipping. It would still be cheaper for large families to buy from local stores.

Thanks for wasting my time. 1. Charged my card before i completed my order. Why not charge your customers after we see what the food options are? I didnt like the options and didnt want to continue butthey already charged my account. 2. Contacted customer support to cancel shipment and subscription. I received confirmation that it was cancelled. But a week or so later my card was still charged. 3. Contacted customer support again and assured me plan was cancelled and charge will be refunded. But email i got after the chat stated my plan was cancelled but last shipment will be sent in a few days. 4. Contacted support again and assured it will not be shipped. 5. I tried to remove my card from the app but wont let me because its the only payment option thats saved in the account. Why do you need my payment info when my subscription is already cancelled. I have a feeling that i have to contact customer support again because they can still charge my card.

DON’T DO IT-COMPLETE RIP OFF. 1. I signed up with a referral promo that said $105 off. I then find out they apply a total of 105% in discounts spread out over multiple meals and it is actually ‘up to $105’ —sneaky scammy rip off #1. 2. I get my first box and half of the onion and potato’s were rotten or close to it. I find out I was billed and extra $10 for a ‘premium meal’ that didn’t show up on my original receipt. The premium meal is a 10 oz steak that is supposed to be two servings and couldn’t feed one person. —scammy rip off #2 3. Call customer support wasted an hour of my time with two reps giving me a generic email to send my complaint to saying I would get a reply in 30 min. Over an hour later no reply still and both reps just hung up on the call. The box they give is about $7 worth of actual food, the recipes are basic, the veg quality is stuff a grocery store would throw out and I wouldn’t be surprised if that is where they source it from. TERRIBLE RIP OFF SCAM AVOID.

Terrible. I am not someone who usually writes reviews but this one is so bad. Not sure if the app is bad but the service provided surely is. I started with this as my first time purchasing a meal delivery service because they offered a really good price per serving, the recipes seemed like they would be good also so I chose 4 to start with and waited. My first delivery should have been July 24, 2020. It didn’t arrive on that Friday and I started looking for some tracking information. Despite being told I would get an email when it shipped I didn’t and so I tried the contact us option. I was forever waiting with no response from anyone. Then I realized there was an app so I downloaded that and it did provide a way to track my shipment. Tracking said would deliver on Saturday until about 8pm and then it changed to pending with no reason or explanation why. So around 11am on Monday my box of food was finally delivered and guess what. Nothing is cold or even remotely cool. So now I’m back trying to contact customer service and when I call the phone number says their having issues and to chat on the website. Try that and no response there either. At this point I just want my money back for all this hot food you sent me.

Terrible Customer Service. I would not become a customer with this company! The customer service is unaccommodating. I had been a loyal customer with them for 30 weeks and had a few orders with missing item. I even had a box sent to me upside down because the bottom was not probably taped leaving a few of my items damaged. Recently we had a few vegetable items we had to discard because they were not fresh (moldy, squishy, and/or slimy), but we made due with what we had. What finally broke us was when we forgot to skip an order. This was the first time that we had ever done this. I called immediately. Our orders were placed every Monday night and I called 7:00am Tuesday morning when I realize the error. They informed us that they are unable to refund and stop the order due to them working with a 3rd party. Nothing could happen. I cannot see how this can be when we are refusing service 3-4 before shipping of any products. They shipped our meals on Friday so the package can arrive Sat. This is terrible customer service because that is a lot of money and food that will now go to waste. And the fact we were loyal to them and they were unwilling to keep a loyal customer after a simple error that anyone can make and tried to rectify. Immediate cancelled our subscription due to poor customer service. Unfortunately, refusing to refund in this case just doesn’t make sense to me and, honestly, we were dealing with ingredients that were not coming in fresh anymore.

Started off great…. Initially, my husband and I were impressed with EveryPlate but as the weeks turned to months we found the quality lessened and lessened. Mainly in the veggie department. Veggie were beat up, bruised and sometimes rotting at the time we received them. Many weeks we were throwing out things such as zucchini, peppers and tomatoes, rubbery carrots and occasionally a gouged up onion, immediately after opening the box. Also we got tired of the same style of meals. Same brown bread, same brown potatoes (I’d never thought I would ever be sick and tired of roasted potato wedges!), same brown meats and sauces. Each meal was beginning to look exactly like the next. Blah. We will be trying their sister company, Hello Fresh, for now. We could be inviting the same problems and the same style of menu, but we shall see. Maybe since the cost per meal is twice as much as EveryPlate, quality will be better. I suppose you get what you pay for. The whole concept is great for busy people or those that stink at meal planning such as myself, but I am cancelling my subscription.

Absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this food delivery box. I wish I would’ve signed up for this sooner. I have a very child-like food pallet, and barely any cooking skills. this has helped more than I ever expected! It’s honestly crazy how good these meals turn out, when I have never in my life made these dishes. Also.. the lack of groceries I need to buy is such a huge benefit. I used to stop at the store everyday to grab whatever protein I was cooking that night. (That’s my fault, of course I could have planned better) and this has completely taken that away. I went to the grocery store today for the first time since last week, And I had to try and think of things to get. I left with wine and coffee 🙃 it’s just so easy. The shipping is insanely fast .. like it ships on Friday and delivers on Saturday when I chose Sunday. Literally can’t ask for more ??? Love this so much. I recommend it x1000

Poor experience. First, we had an issue, not receiving our first box. They did fix the issue and give us a free box but then when we did receive our first box, and it doesn’t seem to be very high-quality fresh produce and some of it went bad with an only a couple days like our cucumber, tomatoes and potatoes. Yes that’s right the potatoes!!! we just started getting this and if the produce continues to be low quality we’re going to cancel. They send you food that’s going bad it’s kind of sad when you get potatoes. Something that usually takes quite some time to go bad but you find they are mushy and leaking everywhere within three days and your cucumber and tomatoes Are molding and then you have to go to the grocery store to replace the items anyways just not worth it and they really don’t give you very much quantity wise so not only is it low quality it’s also low quantity, we are getting ready to switch over to hungry root instead, which is more of a grocery and meal plan that seems to be a little bit cheaper so we’ll see how this goes first and decide if we want to switch after a couple more boxes and see how it turns out and hopefully the bad produce isn’t a common occurrence because I understand sometimes even grocery stores to a certain type of food or item in quality condition even though it was three different produce items maybe just because they were in contact with the potatoes could be a reason and if things change, I will come change my review.

Good selection of meals. There is a good selection of meals and pretty good variety. We have enjoyed most meals, but twice our box was delivered a day late. I understand this is a delivery problem, but both times the vegetables were smashed and went bad quickly, probably because they had been sitting on a hot truck for several days. I had one box where there were moldy vegetables. I contacted the company and they reimbursed me. Otherwise my only complaint is regarding the lengths of time they list on the recipe cards as a guideline to how long the meals will take to prepare, I have been a subscriber for months and every meal takes 2-3 times longer to prepare than the guideline they are giving you. They should consider that people subscribing to these boxes are not professional chefs.

Disputed Charges. I got a call from EveryPlate today informing me that the box I had canceled had been delivered for the past 3 weeks to an address I had moved from AND were kept by the new resident. AND they want me to pay for it. My mail has been forwarded, I had canceled EveryPlate and was not aware the boxes were still being delivered. Because mail is forwarded none of our mail has been going to our old residence, until EveryPlate. I asked EveryPlate for a full refund since I was clearly not the one who had received the boxes. The person residing at the home the boxes were delivered to called EveryPlate and told them, they had kept the boxes and not returned them or tried to find the appropriate owner for 3 weeks. EveryPlate offered me ½ box credit to make up for the error. But due to the fact that I canceled the subscription, moved and forwarded my address AND someone else kept them, I do not feel that is fair. EveryPlate declined to do anything further so I have taken the matter up with my bank and disputed charges. EveryPlate initiated the conversation, they called me, they knew there was a problem and were happy to offer me ½ a box for free for 3 boxes I didn’t even receive nor order. I clearly was not expecting any deliveries from EveryPlate to miss 3 weeks worth of meal delivery. Don’t sign up with them, canceling is a disaster.

Rewards don’t work. I’ve been using EveryPlate for a few weeks now, long enough that I got their rewards. Even though it said I had the free promotion, it still charged me an extra $10 with my meal even though it said my reward was redeemed. I called and they said that even though the app said that I had earned it I could not use it yet and they would not credit me the $10 back. Well I called them again this week with the exact same problem and the phone call dropped 10 minutes into the middle of our conversation with customer support still struggling to understand my problem and they never called me back. I’ve given up. Any comment to this review by EveryPlate should include me getting my money back or you’re just wasting more of my time. EveryPlate is a fine budget option for meal delivery to help people learn how to cook, but the app and customer support are garbage and will take your money and not resolve your problems.

LOVEEEEEE. I used hello fresh for a little while and saw an ad for every plate. I signed up and realized not only do I get 4 meals instead of 3, it’s like $20-$30 cheaper each week! And it’s the same meals and same recipes. The only difference I’ve noticed is the way it is packaged. Hello fresh comes with each meals individually packaged with all the ingredients. EveryPlate has all 4 meals ingredients ll in one bag, so you do have to separate them out. But I don’t mind doing that at all if I pay $20 less! And less packaged and waste too! I def recommend this to any single person, or couple who work long hours or just hate grocery shopping! This has changed my life and I am forget grateful companies like this exist. If i could personally thank the founder, I would and cook them a meal lol

Amazing food . Bad app.. They honestly deserve 5 stars for the food alone. I can’t cook, I’m super picky , and impatient and order out ALOT. The recipes are super easy , yummy ( even the veggies 😶) , and easy to cook, I’m starting to get the hang of things and getting a little adventurous with tweaking the ingredients to fine tune it to my liking. It’s way cheaper then the other places and def just as good or better than restaurant sit down food. It’s really nice not having to hit up a drive through after work everyday cuz I’m tired or being lazy . I recommend getting a peeler and 1 good knife and a shredder for these recipes. Some basic ingredients are needed frequently and not included , like butter , salt and pepper. Most of these meals are less then 30 mins to make. You get recipe cards that are well made to last and COME WITH PICTURES for us visual learners. (IT REALLY HELPS) . but the app has worked maybe twice. Slightly annoying but the website on a browser works just fine and super easy to navigate. The two time my app worked it was also easy to use. FIX THE APP!

Great for me!. I have thought about this for a long time and finally signed up after a friend did. It is only me so I eat one and freeze the other. If I have 2 chicken meals sometimes make both the same night and put in the fridge for the next night. On nights when I am super tired I can just grab dinner from the freezer. They have all been good out of the freezer. So much better than going to a drive thru. I love that I can skip as much as I need too. I sometimes travel several weeks in a row. If there wasn’t the skip option I don’t think I would have signed up. I do buy an extra zucchini if my meal has it. Because zucchini shrinks and there is not enough for 2 meals in my opinion. I usually add a carrot too because I love cooked carrots. Always plenty of potatoes. It is actually cooking and takes 30-45 min. So worth it.

Good food, bad app.. The food was good and customer service was passable, but while the app description claims the app makes it as easy to manage your meal plan as it is to prepare one of their meals, this isn’t actually true. In a glaring oversight, there’s no way to cancel your plan through the app. They make it as difficult as they can to walk away. This is important to know if you’re only planning to use the service for a little while. You also can’t schedule a set period of time to skip your deliveries if you’ll be away for a while; you have to skip each week individually. Not a huge deal, unless you forget a week and have to deal with a week-old box of groceries molding on your doorstep right when you get back from vacation. Last, but certainly not least, I changed my payment card to a dummy number because I was having trouble logging into their site to cancel and I was afraid I’d forget to skip a week, yet despite being unable to collect payment, they shipped the food anyways! While this may be a nice feature for someone living paycheck to paycheck who needs an extra day or two to pay, it REALLY needs to be an opt-in service. I didn’t want the food, yet I’m stuck with a bill because someone decided on my behalf that they should go ahead?? No. ASK first. It’s a good service for a budget meal subscription, but know what you’re getting into.

Want to be a great cook??. EveryPlate is much better than Hello Fresh and it’s less expensive and EVERYTHING tastes delicious. I’m getting 6 meals and paying $62. I would get 3 meals at $59 from Hello Fresh. Every time the recipe would have carrots, I would get rubbery carrots every time. With EveryPlate, everything is so fresh and robust. The carrots are fat and look like someone just picked them. I’m now a rebound chef in my house. Everything I cook is good and gobbled down. I can apply these cooking skills and techniques to cook other things and I’m overall a better cook. Also notice the recipes in EveryPlate. You are mainly using natural ingredients to make food taste delicious. Everything is fresh. Now I’d like more variety in the recipes since I’ve already cooked so many

Really good meal delivery service!. I’ve been getting EveryPlate for a while. The recipes are really good for the most part. My kids usually always like everything I’ve made. Everything is mostly fresh but I have gotten some things that were needing to be used first before they went bad. I like how on some meals you can swap proteins or sometimes vegetables. Here are my cons: between this meal plan and another one I had been using I definitely gained weight despite choosing lower calorie food. Almost every recipe has some form of starchy carb like potatoes, rice or pasta. You can’t swap out carbs so there are virtually no low carb recipes. I will say that if they could have more low carb recipes that they would be almost my number one preferred meal delivery service!

Tasty, affordable meal kit!. I decided to give EveryPlate a try because I wanted to alternate with Freshly (Freshly is great too, but sometimes I want real rice and pasta 🤣). I've had three weeks of 10 servings so far. Most of the recipes I've loved. Some were OK, but even my least favorite meal was a lot tastier than my least favorite Freshlys. I enjoy cooking, but the PLANNING and shopping is tedious to me and I get stuck making the same meals over and over—enter EveryPlate! It's lovely getting the ingredients in a box in front of my door every Friday. It stays cold and fresh while I'm gone at work. And then I have several recipes to choose from for the week. So far all of the meat and produce have been fresh. I was missing one tomato from one box, though. I didn't miss it for flavor, but I did miss it as something I paid for. But that's the only "bad" thing so far about the service. I can obviously live without a tomato and it's still worth it with the rising cost of groceries (and gas!).

We live this.. So from the first box to now our 5 th. We look forward each week to new dinners to try. My son who hates everything has learned to love trying new food. And to make it fun. One week he picks out all the meals and we have to try it. Than the next week it’s my turn. So far there has only been one dinner we did not like but other than that we have enjoyed it. Some meals we’ve gotten say spicy and it not so we have had to add our own spice but this has really helped cut my time shopping and spending money needlessly. And the sides and desert and now the breakfast items. We have found our happy place. One last thing. I found it helpful. So once my box arrives I put each meal and all ingredients into a lg zip lock bag along with the recipe card I pull it out and everything is ready to go. And cooking and clean up is quick which means more time to spend eating and talking. Thank you EveryPlate. Life long members.

Impressed. I’ve been getting every plate for many months and have never received a box that wasn’t perfect. Items are individually packaged a fresh as you would pick out in the store, yet you don’t have to buy a full bag of a product where often the rest is not used so it’s more economical doing it this way. Even though some choices don’t sound all that good when I make them I’m always surprised how very good they are. I have told 2 friends about this service and each live alone but they now feel they are getting a full balanced meal and the save the extra for later. Price wise you can’t beat it as going to fast food now a days costs much more than a full meal here. And the portions are also perfect and my husband never feels like he wants more and I often give him a bit more as he’s bigger than me. You should try it and you too will be surprised. You get to choose your menus for the week also. I cancelled my service for awhile to take a break, but came back as it’s a great service. Also saves trips to the grocery store!

Terrible customer service! Lost money!!! They don’t care.. Avoid at all costs! I have been using them for a couple months now, and the second box that I received was completely damaged but within less than three minutes over a chat through the app, it was resolved. Today I got a box, that I paid a lot of money for, and received the meat, some tortilla shells and a sauce packet the size of a ketchup packet from a fast food restaurant. No other ingredients and customer service over the chat were no help at all and just kept telling me that it was sad that I was in this situation THAT THEY CAUSED! So basically I’m screwed and I’m gonna have to spend more money now at my local store for ingredients that I’ve already paid for but didn’t receive! So the first time they make a mistake, they’ll correct it and be very nice, but the second time they make a mistake they’re basically just like “screw you, that’s sad to hear.” I’m gonna complain to Better Business Bureau as well because this is absolutely intolerable. You got my money and you’ve got my ingredients I PAID FOR. Don’t even bother with this company!

App is fine; service itself is terrible.. I have no complaints about the app itself, aside from the fact you get redirected to their website to manage your subscription or get support. I’ve had few issues with customer support; with few exceptions they’ve been prompt to respond to my requests. The issue is with the EveryPlate service. For several weeks in a row my delivery was off by as much as two days. I had one delivery not even arrive; fortunately I was able to quickly have my money refunded but that didn’t help the fact I then had to shop for food at the grocery store (this defeating the purpose of this service). One time they didn’t include the right recipe cards for my order, but that’s when then app came in handy. I was able to pull them up and cook everything without issue. The final straw was when my delivery arrived this week. I was missing all of the spices and seasonings required for my recipes. Now I like to cook and cook a lot. I subscribed to this service so I didn’t have to do all the planning and shopping. I have plenty of spices to make up for what they didn’t provide, but it was just one inconvenience too far. TL;DR They’re less expensive than pretty much all the other food subscription boxes and now I know why. You won’t get all the ingredients and you may not get them in time.

DO NOT ORDER/UPDATE 5 mins later. I have the first weeks ENTIRE BOX in my refrigerator due to the fact of an unexpected illness we had to leave state for. I cancelled the account because this is just not going to be convenient for us. As soon as I did, they CHARGED my act for a box that’s not supposed to be sent until 5 days from now and won’t refund my money. And to top it off I can’t talk to anyone u have to do that nwirh the BOT thing that is of no use. UPDATE I just got done talking to Colby from everyplate and he immediately cancelled and refunded my money for this last box. Not 5 mins after sending a message. Very impressed with customer experience. Have to change to 5 stars even though I still have an unopened box I have not tried.

I can adult now.. Wow. This meal kit has changed my life. It says it doesn’t make you a chef but having these SIMPLE meals to cook on the regular has really increased my confidence in the kitchen. Flavor isn’t compromised with the simplicity of each meal and the veggie ones are honestly usually my favorite. I saw another review that suggested a couple tools to get (peeler, good knife) and ingredients to keep on deck (eggs, flour, sugar) but I keep the recipe cards as the weeks go on and truly feel I’m getting a good base knowledge of cooking skills. The app is easy to use, the choice became a bit repetitive but I don’t mind. My biggest complaint is the price does impact, to me, the quality of meat. I stay away from the chicken. But, of three meals each week, I usually select a pork a beef and a veggie and I do like the chicken sausage still.

Worth it. I’ve had 17 boxes so far, and more on the way. Truthfully I love this subscription box. I really do pay way more when I go to the grocery store compared to this, and they’re SO easy to make. My only issue is that I wish they had a few more recipes to choose from per week. But all in all it’s a great service. I’ve had a few issues with meals going bad or just singular items going bad and they always make it up to me, usually by crediting my next box which is good. And I like how the customer support is 24/7 considering my fiancé and I get off work LATE so we cook later than most. If you’re considering if you should try it out, do it. And if you don’t like it you can ALWAYS cancel very easily or skip a week or a few.

I get charged on a Monday for over $60 and I call to cancel whatever this subscription was. Now this was Days before I was supposed to receive the food and they DID NOT want to refund my money. Saying it was to late to cancel because the order was already sent to the food company. This is 2022!!! A simple email would’ve been good enough for this order to be canceled, it’s not like they have to send a message in a bottle that will take weeks! They offered half my money back and was promised a call from a supervisor, which I never got. To top it all, when i got the food one of the ingredients was open, it looked like it was slashed with a knife! If they weren’t careful with a simple ingredient I can’t even imagine how unsanitary they are with the meats!!! Be careful when buying these meals, there are plenty of other better meal prep sites. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Delicious food! Need to fix lack of tracking.. EveryPlate has changed our lives! As an avid cook, I had meager expectations about the quality of the meals. Nonetheless, I wanted to give a meal delivery service a try. Eating the same meal 3 or 4 times a week for years now had our dinners lacking variety. We are on our third week now. Each meal has been BEYOND delicious. The deliveries have been on time (or early!), and the selection of meals has been fantastic. My only complaint is I don’t ever get my tracking information. Luckily, my husband is retired, so it’s not an issue for us, but it could be a problem for those who aren’t home. Having no idea when the food has been delivered could present a myriad of problems. It would be nice if the tracking info would auto-populate within our account (and the app). Other than that, I have no complaints and will continue to order six meals a week. I look forward to years and years of delicious meals!

For Busy Adults. I don’t have to sit down for hours and figure out what my family wants to eat for the week. I don’t have to waste my time walking around the grocery store trying to figure out what and how much to buy. EveryPlate takes away the guess work and it save us so much time with meals. Not to mention, since the food are portioned, nothing goes to waste. I just seriously wish they would do something about their packing because it SO MUCH PLASTIC. All in all, I recommend it. It is great for busy adults, it is the cheapest food kit I have found out there, and the meals are delicious too. Best part is that since it comes with instructions, my teenager actually volunteers to make dinner.

Horrible—Would Rate Negative Stars if Possibe. First loved loved loved the first box. Food was delicious and easy to prepare. Time for the second box (with an upgraded meal choice for my birthday) never got a shipment notification. The app showed as delivered. Went outside, could not find the box anywhere on my property. Contacted customer service and they immediately refunded the box WITHOUT asking how I would prefer a remedy to their system error/mistake (I still wanted the box as it had my birthday meal selection in it). I told the representative I still wanted the box. He/she said they could resend the box but the soonest they could have it delivered was August 26th (today)….again so shipment notification. Contacted customer service again…..the box was not sent. We will credit your account for our second mistake. At this point I’m done. Customer service is not US based and language has been a barrier no matter which way I have attempted to contact them. Ten days without a box, now off to meal plan/grocery shop when I had every hope that this was one chore that could be taken off of my shoulders for a period of time. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Skip Hello fresh as they own EveryPlate. Disappointed, irritated, horrible customer service experience. Steer clear.

Love—have suggestions. Meals are always delicious and easy. I would love if there was added functionality with preselecting meals. I would love to be able to state if there was an ingredient that I didn’t want in my preselected meals (ie I don’t like salmon, and i don’t want to end up wasting a meal if I forget to go in and select from the menu) If I could just check off major ingredients I don’t want, that would be great! You could even limit it to a certain number of exclusions if it would get too complicated. But some people have allergies or dietary restrictions that are pretty major. Also, if I’ve marked a recipe as 4 stars, let that rating show up when I’m selecting meals! That way I remember how much I liked it and those ratings will actually mean something to me. If I only rated one star, don’t put it in my preselected meals. This would make the app so so much better.

Feeling fueled & fulfilled !. Since becoming a mum and being pregnant 3 years in a row I’ve been exhausted and started losing my motivation to cook especially having a fussy toddler. I’ve tried two other companies , one was amazing meals but too many ingredients and dishes to clean, second was already made but I would have the dish once and not feel like it again wasn’t satisfying. Then I relied on just doing grocery shopping but food would often end up going off in the fridge and wasted I started to rely on picking up takeaway a-lot more. I’ve now came across every plate on a group chat and been using it for 3 weeks. I can’t explain how happy and grateful I am. the meals are so delicious, easy to make whilst looking after little ones even my toddlers starting to eat little bits and I’m feeling inspired again. Family Winners. I tried similar meal boxes a few years ago but at the time, they weren’t a good fit for our family. With the price of groceries going up, and having gone back to work full time, I thought I would give EveryPlate a go and it has been a pleasant surprise. The meals are relatively quick (most ready in 25 minutes), and have easy to follow instructions on large instruction cards. I was able to pick and choose meals that I knew my whole family would enjoy and the flavours are amazing! I also bought a fruit box which had more than enough fruit for us for the week. I’ve found it to be really good value for money and saves me time as I don’t have to plan, I don’t have to shop, and when I start cooking, I don’t have to measure out ingredients or quantities, I just grab everything listed on the card and start cooking.

Brilliant everything at your fingertips. As a busy mum working full time with 2 teens this is a lifesaver for me! Everything is there and it’s convenient, healthy and straightforward to follow this has been a load off!

This was great. We liked this meal and even our 7 year old ate it. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the recipe card has a picture of a bowl with spinach but it wasn’t on the recipe and not included. I did ad some that I had but it did confuse things for a bit.

German pork schnitzel. Absolutely delicious . Everything was fresh and tasty. Meat portion was so big, I ran out of the bread crumbs half way through crumbing . Not really a problem, as it was a basic pantry item. We both throughly enjoyed the whole flavourful balanced meal.

GREAT!. I never leave reviews for apps and when I read them I’m very iffy about them. But when I say this is the best think I have ever paid for in a while I mean it! So convenient and the meals are great and aren’t tacky and are filling! Worth every single penny! Would recommend!

Yum. I’ve loved the meals so far. The kids have had a great time helping out- the instructions are so great and easy to follow. My only negative observation: I was shocked to have been charged $20 on top of my order… with no warning of this happening. After having to investigate why this might be I realised that you must get the 3 meals they choose for you- you can’t choose from the menu or you get charged a ‘personalised or customised’ fee which is a shock- that has never happened before with other companies.

First time subscriber. Wow - what great value. Food was fresh and the recipe card so easy to understand. Dinners made in about 30mins. Not complicated and gave satisfaction with the end product. Love it. We love how easy this is for us, both working parents with 4 kids this is a huge tome saver and money saver for us. The only thing we can complain about is they do need more recipes as i feel it is a bit repetitive! But we have been doing this for over 6 months now and have never been disappointed.

Recipes. I have enjoyed every plate and the recipes have been mostly enjoyable. I do understand that due to the current situation it is hard to source some ingredients and I don’t mind substitutes sometimes, however I have received some ingredients that have not been of standard. Some of the ingredients have been rotten or nearly rotten and can’t be used. There has also been missing ingredients for the recipes. I would also like to ad that my boxes are not being delivered correctly. I have put instructions for delivery in the comments on where I’d like the box to be left but the delivery drivers are not following them and I’ve also had boxes left upside down. I have security cameras on my property which shows the drivers leaving them in the wrong place, taking photos of their delivery where the box clearly states it’s upside down and they still just leave it there. So I’m only giving 3 stars for my review for this reason.

Worth a try for inspiration. There is a lot of salad (lettuce & 1 tomato or lettuce & a grated carrot) and chips and somehow nearly everything has 1 x carrot. Also unless you order (&pay more) for premium dishes you won’t get much other than mince (pork & beef) & chicken and not much of that either (unless you add & pay for more). It’s worth a go to get ideas on spices etc and certainly more expensive than if you shop yourself but that is a given as you are paying for convenience. That said I still have to grocery shop each week to buy extra ingredients to supplement the endless boring salads & chips and to increase protein portions.

Possibly a bit dodgy. First plate was delivered at midnight which is kind of stupid if you ask me, I got home 15 minutes after it was delivered and box was gone (nothing has ever been stolen from our property.) Called up every plate the next day and was credited for the meal and discount that would only be applicable after my initial discounted trial runs out. Person on the phone sounded like they’d be through the same conversation 1000 times. Idk if they do it on purpose but now I have to wait another week for my first meals and if I want my money back I have to pay beyond the trial period. Hopefully the food is actually decent but for now not too impressed

Whole family loved it!. My mum gave me a voucher and we ordered a weeks worth of meals which were delivered to my workplace with ice packs to keep everything fresh. The portion sizes are generous and there was SO MUCH food in the box!! The recipe cards are easy to follow and the quality of meat was excellent. I’ve been wanting to eat a bit healthier and I’ve never liked salad but tonight we made the panko & sesame crumbed pork with wedges and salad and for the first time in 28 years I actually ate a salad the dressing was too good. Will definitely keep ordering very happy with the whole process!

App doesn’t work. I open the app and it directs me to the website. I’ve requested a new password but when I click the link it takes me to the website again and logs me in. App won’t work. Please help.

Awesome!. Honestly it’s SO good & just makes life easier.. it’s healthy, it’s making me eat vegetables which I don’t usually like so that’s a nice bonus! I’m busy all the time & this just helps save so much time & money, because I’m always putting unhealthy things in my shopping basket so this helps reduce junk food intake- I’m also on a diet, need more healthier food which this place provides as well as help with portion control. I’m learning how to cook new things too! The fries turned out awesome!! Instead of killing animals for no reason & watching their poor meat deteriorate on the shelves in supermarkets- by ordering like this it could reduce unnecessary killing. Would like to see the whole world get into this kind of ordering for food!

Reporting Problems. I have 2 problems; ingredient missing and ingredient damage. 1. When reporting the issues, it would be good if we can tick more than one box. 2. Hopefully I can receive an email addressing my two issues.

Every plate meals. My opinion is that the meals are great but there should be a phone number to call. I needed to contact them regarding a payment that wouldn’t go through and I couldn’t speak to anyone and it was cancelled.

Easy & Extremely Fresh and helpful for busy mum!. I’ve just got out of hospital with a newborn baby this app/plan was recommended to me via my pregnancy app thought what have I got to loose give it a go for a week Was a little dubious as have tried over meal plans and been bored and let down by there lack of freshness must say after just my first 2 meals I’m happy with the not just ease of the recipes, the variety and freshness and even my 11 yr old is able to jump in and take over cooking if I need to tend to Bub so thank you!!!

Paula. I am absolutely loving Every Plate . It is so cheap the meals are delicious and it takes all the stress of dinner time away . While using my air fryer most meals only take 30 minutes so it’s great to use after a long day at work and knowing that after work you can just go home and all the ingredients are there ready to go is a real game changer.

Takes the pressure off thinking & saves you $$$. Cost of living increases, used by dates less than ever, stressful jobs and time poor meant I was spending hundreds a week and throwing it all out. I’d fill a trolley and have no idea what I was going to do with any of it. This has taken the pressure off thinking, the meals are full of flavour, they last the entire week and I have even increased to 4 people now so our lunches are covered too. I’m a terrible cook, and have never eaten better. Literally a game changer in so many ways. Thank you

Not as great as people rave. Meat mostly expires 2 days after delivery so you have to cook promptly. Veg doesn’t stay fresh having to replace carrots and potatoes with my own. Swapped out pork for beef on most meals due to not liking pork paid the fee but was given pork anyway. Will try a few more weeks to see if it gets better if not will be switching back to my original provider.

Fussy eaters. Family of 2 Adults and 2 children are thoroughly enjoying these meals. Im loving cooking again recipes are easy to follow and so quick. I have an audience when im preparing dinner which has never happened. Less food wasted and so cheap on the pocket. Should’ve started sooner that’s for sure👍🏻

Unprofessional. Two weeks in a row ‘Every Plate’ have cancelled my food order on the day it was to be delivered. This is highly unprofessional after we were promised last week after the inconvenience that it would arrive today with no late cancellation, giving them the benefit of the doubt we went ahead to place another order for today which never arrived. For someone who can’t leave the house to go to the supermarket - let alone click & collect (We missed the cut off time again) as we were assuming our food would arrive on time. We will not be ordering through them again.

Lifesaver. I get sick of choosing what to make for tea and wasting money on food that is bought and never made into a meal. Every Plate just makes life easier. I don’t waste food and I don’t waste money, win win.

Loving this meal subscription box!. Really enjoying EveryPlate! I have used all the others (hello fresh / Marley & spoon & Dinnerly however finding every plate the best value for money!) The recipes are easy to follow & it takes the hassle out of having to meal plan every week, my family is loving all the new meals. My only downside would be I always need to get extra protein as it’s not enough for my husband.

Highly recommended. My husband and I love the variety of yummy meals that have also made us try new foods. Dinner time is much simpler and our weekly grocery shop is so much easier. It doesn’t feel the chore that it was to write up our weekly menu and shopping list, and cooking is easy with EveryPlate meals. The other meals we cook each week can be our long-time easy family favourites. The app has been easy to use and no problems with delivery. SMSes keep us up-to-date with the time to expect the delivery and as soon as the delivery has arrived. The ice packs are good enough to keep the food cool for a few hours if the box is left in the shade. Other advantages for me are less decisions to make each week, and less chance of food wastage. Some of the meals for 2 are large enough for leftovers for one person the next day.

First order. I have absolutely loved my first order for 4 people. The food is fresh, instructions are easy to follow and food is very tasty. My family have enjoyed some different meals and I will definitely be ordering again!

Can’t cancel via the app. The app is fine to use you can do everything sign up select your meals and it works fine until you want to cancel then you can’t use the app a clear sign they want steal money off people who can’t work out how to cancel even the help section doesn’t explain that you can’t cancel in the app

Review. We got two tiny potatoes for ten shepherds pie I had to had more. What I would to see is rather than those satchels of seasoning too included actual seasoning. Eg. rosemary, garlic herbs. As I am aging I can’t tolerated flavor enhances, Artificial flavours and the other goop that’s how’s into your season satchels. My son how ever dais he enjoyed the meals which o tweaked.

Review. Super convenient, affordable & easy to cook. This is super helpful for me & my family’s lifestyle as we are busy with our 4 month old daughter so it just takes the stress off me each night on thinking about what’s for dinner. Love the variety of meals & they offer extras I’ve personally only ordered dinners as one extra they do offer are fruit & veg boxes for a decent price but I live close to a fruit shop so I prefer to go there otherwise would love to order the box to if it was convenient for us. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Be very careful of ingredients. If you have any food intolerances or allergies be very careful as the ingredient lists are incomplete when you order. I had to throw out some of the food as it contained ingredients not listed on the website/app. They were listed on the packaging when it arrived, so I’d already paid. Waste of time and money. Never buying again. Lesson learned. It’s also impossible to speak to a human in Australia. They don’t exist. You have to call US. Yeah, good luck with that.

Garlic steak. This was the first meal I cooked in over a year, working 59 hours a week has taken it toll, on my health and eating habits. Then I came across first plate, this week is the start of the new me, starting with eating the right foods that are simple and fast to cook.

Highly recommend. I used to hate cooking; I still kind of do but honestly EveryPlate has made it easier! I really love it.

Great value and really tasty food. We are a family of 4 and we have found EveryPlate really good value compared to other meal boxes. Plus the kids have been eating the food which is awesome. I’m not an amazing cook and even I have been able to do it.

Please add a checklist after a delivery :). A suggestion to add a checklist option in the app after a delivery so you can go through the “shopping list” and tick ingredients through the app - that would be awesome. My partner and I are currently drawing on the recipe cards but we wish we didn’t have to so they kept looking nice in the recipe folder we make with them haha We legit recommend this to all our friends, the value alone is the biggest win for us let alone the ingredients are actually fresh and firm AND not to mention we can just pause for a week if we aren’t going to be home, no fees. Customer service got back to me within the hour when I had 1 missing stock sachet (easy fix) and they credited my account without me asking. Everyplate Everytime. Absolutely stoked with the quality of ingredients and the quality of service provided both in terms on delivery and customer issue resolution. A very helpful and friendly resolution team available 24x7. The meals and weekly menu is also very diverse; lots of healthy, vegan and protein options. I’m also getting the hang of cooking better myself thanks to a very straight forward and curated menu. Value for money and can skip weeks where I don’t need the boxes in advance. Very satisfied customer, give them a go !

First time order. I changed from Hello fresh it every plate as the meals seamed to be more family friendly. However in arrival of my first order, I had one set of chicken breasts missing and the lettuce was already soggy and two out of four of the zucchini’s were mushy. I tried to follow the self help and talk to us now prompts on the app but was not user friendly or helpful and kept taking me back to the start of the menu plan options.

Compassionate & truly helpful. Iv never felt so blessed! ☺️ Funds are sometimes tight, and if you haven’t paid by a certain time they don’t cut you off from putting a meal on the table. I’m truly blessed with every experience iv had with this company and have much preferred these receipts to other like competitors. 8/10 stars Thankyou for being a big part of our meal times.

11/10. I got my first Everyplate box right after I moved in with my boyfriend a month ago, and I’m on my fourth one now. He had no basic ingredients for anything already in his house, and this seemed a lot easier (and cheaper) than buying some of everything. I had to buy flour and oil for the recipes that need those, so that tells you how little he had already. Surprisingly, he did already have salt, pepper, and ketchup, some of the other ingredients you need to keep on hand. He had nothing because he has a very busy schedule and was living alone and getting food delivered pretty much every meal, and I used to partake in the delivered junk food before I moved in. We spent so much more per meal on food that was so much worse. Other reasons I love Everyplate and plan to continue to get it are the meals taste amazing even made by me (previously the world’s worst chef, but I’m improving with the help of this box), I’m learning new cooking techniques, and I’m trying and loving foods I wouldn’t have eaten otherwise. 11/10, highly recommend

Healthy and satisfying.. My son and his fiancée raved about these meals; I can see why. I received my first box today. My husband and I tried our first meal tonight. It was fresh and delicious. The instructions that were included were thorough, and were easy to follow. The meal was hearty and flavorful. I especially appreciated the nutritional information, and that the portions were controlled, but reasonable in amount. As I have a tendency to over buy and cook overly large amounts, this is a big help. Meals are easier to plan. And I love the convenience of weekly delivery. This service is fantastic!

Delicious food. So far I have had 13 boxes and only had two problems. The first was a couple missing ingredients and the other was a damaged box. Both problems were handled well and I received credits towards my next box. The food has been surprisingly delicious. But it definitely takes longer than the time it’s supposed to based off the recipe. The other thing I would like to see is a way to order from a “FAVORITES LIST “ that would help with the cooking time and continue to get the food you want. I don’t always remember to check my order before it’s too late to change it. But all said and done I like the service.

Loving cooking again. I have been getting these meals for almost a year. I only get them about every three weeks - which is a great option that you can skip weeks. I consider myself a good cook, but I have learned how to make more sauces, caramelized onions (which amazingly I had never made), and have experimented with more flavor favors, spices, lemon/lime zests than I ever have in my decades of cooking. It is beyond affordable, it comes amazingly packed even in the hottest of weather, and I have Not had one meal that I did not completely nor has my husband. Love the recipe cards. Great instructions and pictures for visual aid. Give it a try!

Phenomenal customer service, great food, easy to follow recipes. EveryPlate is the best value you’ll be able to find. The food is great, you have plenty of options on the menu, and the recipes are pretty quick and easy to follow. The app is user friendly and easy to use. When we moved, I forgot to change our address on the app (100% my fault) and two boxes were sent to our old address. I contacted customer service and they refunded me without question! As someone who works in customer service, it’s nice to be on the other side and treated so nice!! Very grateful for everything they do!

Great food for a great price. We have been ordering for a while and I will say I like the ease of a few meals a week. The box arrives and I like how the meals are easy to prepare. Compared to other prepped meals the plastic and waste is limited. I will say at times the produce could be in better shape but it all still tastes great. A few times in very hot summer days the boxes came in a bit of disrepair and I was worried that the meat was not fresh but the meat was still cold. I feel that they keep the cost down by limiting the amount of packaging. I would recommend this company.

For the price, we are very satisfied.. We’ve been happy with most meals. Variety is decent for being a budget brand. I wish there was a way for the ratings to carry forward and either show up in future weeks or even hide poorly rated meals so you don’t accidentally get something you hated but hadn’t had in three months. Also, the delivery lately has been getting later and later. Last two weeks it’s been almost 10pm before it arrives. The first several months it always arrived in the middle of the day, and that was during the holiday season.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would not recommend this meal kit service to anyone! my first box never arrived so i was hoping the second box would be better. my second box arrived late and all the ingredients were spoiled because they put one singular ice pack in the bottom of the box. my meat was warmer than my refrigerator and the produce looked like it was a day away from being spoiled. all the ingredients were thrown in the box so it wasn’t organized by meal. i got a box from home chef the same week to compare and home chef was fully insulated and organized by meal which made cooking dinner at night after work much easier. If anyone reads this i cannot stress enough! do not choose this company, i originally picked it because it was cheaper then other companies but now i understand why.

My new daily menu. I am a competitive cook, and I love to rustle up random ingredients and cook weekly meals that fill the belly and are light on the wallet. Every Plate takes care of that for me! I’ll cook their meals they send me for the week, then cook random weekend meals, but their recipes are unique and keep you interested all week. Love the variety, love the recipes. They’re easy and quick to cook. However, I would love the option of extra protein per meal. They give you upgrade options for sides and such, but I’d love it if they had a “double meat” option, or even a “double veggie” option if you’re carb-conscious. Very good meal plan for the money.

Two week review. I like the recipes and I like that everything is measured out, with no waste. But, I don’t think I can get past the meat quality. I would just never buy these chicken breasts, pork chops or the ranch steaks that they provide. The chicken is fibrous and crunchy in some spots, and I’m not talking about breading. These are those ginormous steroid filled chickens, where one breast is cut into several pieces and is still called “a” chicken breast. The pork chops were 1/2 light pink, normal pork loin and 1/2 really dark red meat with that wavy line of fat dividing the two sides and the ranch steaks were tiny fatty steaks inconsistently sized, which affects cooking time. They are just really poor quality meats, in my opinion. For this reason, I need to end this program. Unless they have a higher grade of meat offered. And, I would pay more, because I really like the recipes and set up.

Best price. Delivery always on time this is a great meal plan. Never was really into them until I moved to a quieter town with Not as many options for restaurants and groceries so decided this would be a perfect way to eliminate having to go grocery shopping which I’m not a big fan of., I’m really good at making up my own and cooking. However the way the recipes are written out I feel are a little bit too wordy. It could use some bullet points to separate each step. it’s almost a paragraph underneath each picture. If you could just put some bullet points and one liner of what to do I think that would eliminate the wordiness and lengthiness of the recipes steps. Also more variety I’m getting the same exact meats and recipes every week. I’ve mentioned it before and I’m still getting pork chops.

This company steals $$$$$. I have had 11 boxes delivered and there was an issue in every single box. From mold to having the ice packs full melted and the meat unusable from being 80+ degrees when I got the box. I had to call customer support every single time. I called and spoke to a manager to cancel was charged again. Was refunded and two weeks later they charged me again. Asking for a manager is a joke. I asked over 15 times in one call. They continued to tell me no one is available however there hours are from 6am-11pm est. I called in at 7 pm est. This company will continue to charge you and give you rancid and moldy food. Better ensure you are watching your accounts to make sure this company isn’t stealing your money. Was put on hold and once again was disconnected

Great tasting recipes!. But Every Plate has more to me… new blends of flavors, introducing me to fig sauce, Thai Spice Sauce, Tuscany Sauce Blend. Their clear instructions that make me a more flexible cook, and more efficient, are terrific. Not wasting food… since I’m cooking for one just having the exact amount of asparagus. (What am I gonna do with an entire bunch… eventually the half bunch you didn’t need will wilt.) The portions are just right, from the size of the meat servings… 5ounces, to the number of potatoes, and greens. I hope I can keep up with the cooking! It’s not yet something I leap to do; although I do enjoy it while I’m doing it. I’m going to have to see what I was spending in foodstuff before Every Plate. Should be interesting.

Disappointing!. Hi sent a note to you and I have quit EveryPlate. It has been disappointing. I gave it three boxes so I think that’s a good try. Are used to be with EveryPlate about 3 1/2 years ago I had to quit because of changes our food requirements. So we’ve had more changes and I wanted to get EveryPlate a try. I really enjoyed my membership when I used it. This just isn’t doing it for us. Small amounts of food, complicated directions, soft tomatoes in my box. Just a few things that were wrong. most disappointing was tonight’s meal I had. There were two carrots, very small that 4 inches each. To feed two people? Unacceptable. And I’m not buying food from you too silver plate after I fix what you sent me. Yikes things have changed so sorry I am quitting these. Do not send me any more.

Not for families or working parents. This meal service is a joke. The portions are ridiculously small for 4 people and it’s actually less convenient than me just planning my own meals and cooking throughout the week. If I were shopping I’d buy pre shredded carrots and minced garlic, not do this by myself. It’s asinine to market this to busy working people as a convenient weeknight meal plan when it’s literally the opposite. My daughter and I were literally laughing as we unboxed this. I don’t understand this service at all and am glad that I didn’t waste anymore money on it. Literally no working mom would benefit from all of the prep that goes into this. If it’s supposed to be convenient make it convenient by pre slicing the veggies etc and make the portions real Human portions.

App = 3 stars; service = 5 stars. The application is fairly robust but missing a key feature — rating and then prioritizing the past dishes you’ve ordered when selecting future meals. At least a favorites button would be easy enough to add to the app. That way customers could reorder the meals you liked instead of risking a new one they'd rather not try. 80% of the dishes taste good to great (7.0+\10, though we haven’t rated any above an 8.7. We keep all the paper recipes that come with them and rate the dishes as a family after eating, weird? Maybe. But it would be nice to have something simple in the app to do this.) All dishes are relatively quick and easy to make. Instructions are well written and simple, so it’s hard to get them wrong.

Terrible service!. Sorry about this review, I hate to write this kind of reviews but this is well deserved one believe me. So, I was very curious about meal kit services and I wanted to give it a try and I chose Every Plate for my very first kit. I wanted to be delivered on last tuesday. I got an e-mail on Tuesday afternoon and it was saying my package will be delivered on Friday and it’s on the way. I was frustrated cause I made my plans and depended on this meal kit. And the other issue was the box was gonna be on the road more than 3 days and that means the things on the box will not be fresh enough and I can’t even imagine how chicken and beef was gonna be. So I cancelled it and requested to get my money back and I didn’t want it to be delivered cause there was no point for that. Customer service representative was quick and nice. So, this is not a reliable service that you can rely on. Just saying. Thank you

My free box. So far made one meal and the ingredients were amazing! I was skeptical at first and I have never tried any meal delivery services before, but thought of trying it. However I couldn’t ignore the opportunity to try a free week when my friend sent me the free box. My husband is a very picky eater and he couldn’t stop raving about our first meal this evening. I have to agree that I was very impressed with the flavor of the vegetables especially! I felt that they must be grown we’ll just by the flavor of them. Anyway definitely loved our first meal so hopefully our other meals will be just as good.

Bad experience, cancelled before third package. If you order this looking to save time and money then you might want to look elsewhere. My meals ended up being 5x what they advertised and $11 delivery fee and they take a long time to prep cook and clean. My order comes in one messy big box on sunday nights too late to make a meal (the only day i know i’ll be home) and i have to sort through 30-50 ingredients. the steak options are very poor quality, stick to veggie or chicken. I listed no pork in my preference but 3 of the 4 meals had pork. Customer service is a joke and there’s nothing they can ever do for you even if you call 5 days before your delivery date and when you ask for management they tell you that’s confidential information. no thanks, i’d rather pay a $1-2 dollars more for takeout and not spend 1 hour cooking. this is my first review ever and unfortunately have nothing good to say.

Chat doesn’t work. Chat doesn’t work in app: cannot view the chat button or the chat bar to write. Please fix that in next app update. Otherwise easy to use and find everything you need. Easy to skip weeks and select meals. Better than other “weekly meal delivery services” apps I’ve tried. Don’t bother adding “add on items” though: always missing and always charged for them. Happened all three weeks in a row since a new customer (the ranch steak and shredded chicken). Otherwise no missing items but added items like honey? But good food and fast and easy to make for a disabled person who finds cooking fun but difficult for one person.

First Box!. Wow! We’re off to a great start. Ordering was super easy and an enjoyable experience, there are so many meal options to choose from. Ingredients arrived on time, packaged well and produce & meat was fresh, not frozen! The prep and cooking instructions were easy to follow. What a huge time saver and overall money saver. No trip to the store, no gas or wear and tear on you car. Best of all our first meal came together perfectly and it’s was delicious! We look forward to preparing and eating our next meal! So far so good, will definitely recommend to others!

Just okay :/. I have enjoyed the ability to come home and I have the food already available to me. I’ve kept the recipe cards and plan to make them again in the future. I’m giving it a 3 because I feel the product is just okay. A couple recipes have been amazing! However, multiple times produce has been broken, bruised or unusable. We called about it and they said it doesn’t usually happen, but it has happened 2/3 deliveries so far. One box, one of the liquid packets burst all over everything as well. I also wish there were more vegetarian options. I have had to skip a couple weeks because there was only one or two choices for it. If I didn’t like one of them, it didn’t really make sense for me to get 3 of the same meal. The meals that were really good though, were perfect!

The box that I didn’t order. I have downloaded six different subscription mailboxes, apps, and I was researching them. A week later I got a knock on the door and there is the box for EveryPlate. I must’ve completed enough of the process where they made a chefs choice. I was a little upset for a minute that I must’ve made a mistake and didn’t realize it. I decided to cook one of the meals and it could’ve been any easier I made the (Silky Burst Tomato Pasta) it was amazing, so easy to make. Ingredients are fresh, not frozen. The instructions are beyond simple to follow. For what? I thought it was a mistake. Turned out to be an incredible meal. And I’m going to continue with EveryPlate.

Don’t waste your money. I just had spine surgery after finally being released from the hospital, but still on complete bed rest I thought this would be a convenient way to receive fresh meals prepared thinking I could just pop them in the oven and they’re done, wrong they come like a bag of stuff skimpier then what you might get free from the food bank, nothing prepared, not even sliced, chopped or in anyway simple, pure garbage, the one meal I did waste my time with wasn’t even edible, my dog wouldn’t even eat the meat, but good luck trying to cancel, me being all doped up fresh out the Hospitol didn’t realize once I placed an order I was trapped into an automatic withdrawal every two weeks even though they failed to find my address after the first delivery so now they’re just robbing me. I swear don’t waste your money on this one

Food is fantastic. Execution/customer service not so much.. 2 weeks in a row I’ve had an ingredient packet torn open and spilled. First week it was sour cream. No biggie, will just use some of my own. Next week was a Tunisian spice blend. Not something I have laying around my kitchen. I reached out to customer service to see if I could have a replacement mailed to me and was offered a $2.99 credit and a list of ingredients for it. Kind of defeats the purpose of why I pay for this service... I really want this to work because the recipes have all been delicious so far, and overall fairly inexpensive for a really convenient service. But I’m not giving the majority of my grocery budget to a company that cuts corners on customer service.

Best delivered dinners we have tried so far!. We’ve tried three other delivery meal services. The healthiest one… What is our least favorite. The most expensive one was like restaurant dining… But almost twice as much as EveryPlate. I think every plate is almost like Amazons experience… They have figured out the right price… Fine-tuned the delivery materials and process… And deliver a quality meal at a very fair price! Our only challenge is that most of the meals contain a large serving of potatoes. And they are delicious but we do not want to eat potatoes three times a week. Perhaps squash? Or beans… Or if you could order twice the carrots something like that…

Enjoying it but... I really love every plate it’s easy to make and so much variety, but I do not want free boxes to give away . I do not have but a few people to give them to and actually they don’t want it. I would rather you give me discounts for my meals or you can give me free meals instead. It’s getting a bit pricey lately since I added 2 more servings with my plan and there’s really only 2 of us. I’m just 2 more serving so my husband can take it for his lunch. How about free meals or discounts? Please don’t send me anymore free boxes, it’s just more trash to get rid of.

Delicious. I have learned a lot about cooking. I’m so happy I found EveryPlate. It’s easy and fast but very flavorful. I didn’t know I could cook this well. I also like how I can skip a week when out of town. Their packaging is well done. I save a lot of money then going to the grocery store. EveryPlate gives you the exact amount of cream cheese or beef stock etc. I got so tired of having to throw away my cream cheese and different items that I didn’t use often and they would go bad in the fridge. Price is way better than their competition and just as good.

Never get notifications. I’m signed up for all notifications, but we never get a reminder to choose our meals, and we also don’t get a notification when the box is delivered, nor do they knock on the door. We live in a city so the food just sits out in the elements, ready to get stolen, unless I check every 15 minutes on the day it’s supposed to get delivered. Ridiculous. Also, there’s a bug with the login functionality to access the agent chat, so it takes me forever to troubleshoot every time there’s an item missing or damaged. After 13 boxes I finally convinced my partner to cancel our subscription. The food was fairly good but the customer experience issues just weren’t worth it.

You have to try this one. So after trying a few others I decided to try every plate. I like the pricing so I thought why not. I’d had issues with spoiled food, bad deliveries and items missing like my whole meat pack from the other companies. So far every plate has been very consistent. Only item missing was a soy sauce pack. Not a big deal had some in fridge. I love their choice of meals. Even though there is at as many as other companies the flavors that I’m getting are FANTASTIC. tonight we had sausage meatballs with roasted carrots and potato wedges. Let me tell you if you can win my husband over you have made a miracle. He loved this meal. Thank you

Best meals. This is the 3rd company we tried so far and by far the best value and quality. I get to choose how much salt, spices I put in. They suggest how much but everything starts out fresh and raw. The portions are good unlike restaurants that I’m missing less and less. We add extra squash and potatoes and other vegetables to stretch some of the meals. We have been buying from them for 7 months and unless the quality changes we will stay with them for ever. The 10 meal plan costs about the same as what going out once with my girlfriend to a restaurant. I’d give the value 10 stars if i could

Chef training. We have been getting meals from here for a few weeks. We are eating better meals and not blowing the budget. Love that everything is in the box for making the meals. The direction cards are extremely helpful and actually teach you how to cook . I have learned a lot and my husband is able to cook these meals like a trained chef! Thank you for taking meal planning to a whole new level for us. No more walking the isles of the grocery store trying to plan meals while shopping for specific ingredients. This takes all the think work out of the process of daily meals.

Give it a few weeks and you’ll be a chef!. I started off thinking it might be too much work. I’m not too good a juggling plates and having so much going on at once. It took about three weeks of 3xper week meals and now I’m a pro (sort of!) Every dish has been fantastic. I feel like a chef. I keep thinking that I’m bound to get a bad one but I haven’t yet. The balsamic chicken dish is the closest I’ve come to being disappointed. Not because it wasn’t good but because compared to the others I’ve made it was just ordinary, very good but ordinary! I’ve tried 3 companies and this one by far is the best. The meals are generous and selection is great. I love this program.

Scammed by Customer Service. We got a coupon for a “free box” from a friend of ours that uses this service, so we made an account to try it out but it turns out that the first box is not actually free, it’s $87 for the two of us. We didn’t want to pay that much for what they were offering so we CANCELED OUR ACCOUNT and then they CHARGED US ANYWAY! We called customer service to figure out what happens and he said that while he sympathized, there’s a hidden part in the terms and conditions that says you have to call otherwise the cancel won’t go through?!? This is a scam! Do not buy. After I made this review they did contact me and refunded me the amount that the coupon said it would cover and they closed my account.

Guacamole burgers.. This dinner turned out amazing. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and quality. I was thinking that I’m not going to like this. I like guacamole kind of. And love burgers. And thought these can’t be good together. But I’m going to try and be open and try it. And omg it was amazing. The only thing we changed up was we didn’t use the chipotle seasoning as it was very spicy so we used different seasonings. Really looking forward to trying the other meals. And plan to continue to order. Makes sense for yeh price quality and taste. Highly recommended.

Only do it short-term!. I have EveryPlate and HelloFresh. They are the same company. EveryPlate doesn’t do the separate bags for each recipe like HelloFresh does. Both were doing a great job and then HelloFresh deliveries started showing up late. They won’t give you a refund. It’s always a credit that you can’t use until the promo you are on is over. EveryPlate was better. Then it started. Late delivery, ingredients were not edible (browning slaw, broken and smashed vegetables, ginger that had seen better days). Again, with the credits. How about you give people their money back so they can go buy the ingredients they can’t use rather than making it easier on your company. It seems when you show them loyalty, it’s over!

Subpar🤷‍♀️. I think for what you get in the box it shouldn’t be as pricey as it is. Of course you would go to the grocery store and typically pay the same amount, however the recipes I got gave little leeway to alternate ingredients for my eating habits. Yes, there was provided substitutions but those would cost extra to add on or I would have to go out my way to buy them. Also the fact that nowhere did it mention that that there were ingredients that you had to buy for the base meal, they are typically things you would have at home, but as a college student none of these things were accessible. I would love to continue to do this service, but I think I’m going to just stick to recipe cookbooks.

Great overall. The food is very, very good! I have not been disappointed with a recipe this far. I love the convenience of having the ingredients shipped to me, and it’s fun being able to pick out delicious recipes! The only reason why I didn’t give EveryPlate a 5 star rating is because they don’t separate and organize the ingredients by the dish like Hello Fresh does. I understand that they probably don’t do that because you are essentially paying for that extra perk when you join Hello Fresh, however to me that is the difference between a 4 star rating and a 5 star rating. Overall, I love the service, love the recipes and will be sticking with it!

Super easy!. I started using Every Plate after watching an influencer talk and share about it numerous times in their videos. The promotion was great and I was a little hesitant at first because I had looked into other meal services and passed. I am so happy I did it! The app is super easy, love the flexibility of choosing my own meals + add ins and skipping a week whenever I want with out penalty. Very happy with the cost, the quality, and the quantity! I am not a great cook and these meals are easy to follow and make. Maybe I’ll be a chef someday after all ;) dinners are very easy and planned which is helpful with a family and schedules!

Great Service, Limited Options. I started with every plate to get into the routine of making my own food instead of wasting by eating out/straining my budget. I love that Every Plate has meals that don’t have a million ingredients and would be pretty cheap to purchase and make on my own. They have also been pretty great! If I could give their customer service 10 stars, I would. I use the chat whenever ingredients are delivered with defects (has only happened once in 3 deliveries) and they are super responsive and solution oriented. My only negative review is that this service has very few vegetarian options available each week (1-3 meals). I realize it’s because the list wants to have a little bit of everything, but I would love to see more meatless options in the future.

Bring Back the Skip This Week Button!!!. EveryPlate’s service is amazing. The food has enough variety to stay interesting and they continue to add flexibility to their menu options. But the app has been a disappointment and only worsens with time. It’s a great way to make meal selections and changes without having to navigate to the website. But instead of adding functionalities they are REMOVING features. Case in point: they deleted the “Skip This Week” button. I rarely do this, but now, I have to visit the website to skip a menu instead of being able to tap a button in-app. This does nothing for the user. It only worsens my experience by adding a tedious step. If they decide to improve the app’s functionality for its users, I’ll improve my rating. But removing features for your own financial benefit to the disadvantage of user convenience is just silly. Why have an app at all?

Best Meal Deliver service ever!. We have tried at least 7 different boxes and EveryPlate is by far the most affordable but the produce is way fresher then any other box. My son loves helping to pick the meal and then cook them. We do the family meal Choices and it makes it so easy to try new recipes you would never think of. And even better you don’t have to worry about filling your cupboards with ever spice and item bectheu send you everything except salt, pepper, butter, milk, oil, the normal stuff you have. And with the price of groceries I’m saving so much money!

Decent recipes, Subpar ingredients. I’ve been using this service for about three weeks. The recipes are easy to follow and are filling. My biggest complaint is the low quality of the produce. In a recent order I was missing the vegetables for my meal. Within a couple of days the carrots for another were in sad shape. They could be bent in half without breaking. One of the zucchinis was tiny (about the size a thumb) and rotten. The only other complaint I have is every meal is carb heavy. I would very much like to see low carb/low glycemic impacts recipes. Fewer potatoes and rice in exchange for double veggies or other alternatives. I’m fine with paying a premium for this option. I’ve asked for someone with the company to contact me without a response so far. I’m hoping this review gets their attention. I’ll give it another week or so and if things don’t turn around I’ll cancel the service. I had high hopes and feel very let down.

Def better than HelloFresh.. I don’t think EveryPlate gets enough credit, so far I’ve had meal/grocery deliveries from both HelloFresh, EveryPlate and imperfect foods. I wholeheartedly believe EveryPlate is an amazing option they give about the same portions as HelloFresh with the same consistency however SO MUCH CHEAPER and like I said the meals are so similar! Also when you deactivate they want to know why and they call you instead of spam you with constant emails! I really like them I think if you get referred to by someone you get a credit so that’s cool too

We’re on our 4th box!. We love every plate! The meals are great sometimes I choose them but we enjoy when I forget to pick them before they ship and we get surprised, we haven’t been disappointed yet! The portions are great, my kids enjoy the meals! We had a shipping/package issue with our 4th box and we were credited to get our next box free! Customer service was amazing. We’ve only had to contact them this time and it was resolved pretty quickly and the representative was apologetic and nice and helpful. Shipping and delivery is always on time and everything is always cold like it should be. No complaints!

Strict Policy lost you good customers. I skipped every week for the next 4 deliveries since my family will be traveling. But, I then receive a charge on my account for the upcoming week. I informed customer support immediately after seeing the charge, but they were unable to cancel the order no matter what the circumstances, supposedly. I even said I would be fine with the charge being towards a box for when we return, but still a hard no from EveryPlate! Totally unacceptable as now there will be a box of rotting food on our doorstep when we return! I’m going to guess that we’re not the only people that have experienced this issue so maybe think about being a bit flexible for longtime customers if you want to keep them.

Love it. I received my first box tonight and made one of the meals. It was excellent. My oldest daughter uses this, so that’s where I got to try it and everything I had at her house was also excellent. I just wish they would offer meals for a family of five or six, because as her kids get bigger, she has a family of five, it’s not going to feed everybody. My other daughter also used to use it but that’s the issue she ran into as well. A Family of five, there just wasn’t enough food so she had to discontinue.

Good food terrible delivery service. I have been a customer for the over four months. Started out wonderful, not sure what is wrong, but lately ingredients are missing, produce is rotted, and I never received a box I paid for this week! They marked my account as delivered, UPS has no way to help me and I am out 67 dollars. Excuse me but that was my grocery budget! I had to borrow money from my son to eat this week! We are just getting back to work from Covid! I am canceling soon because them blaming UPS and UPS blaming EveryPlate is not feeding us this week! There are so many other food delivery services out there ! Will nit recommend these people to anyone. Ever

What I like/dislike about Every Plate. I love that I get to try new dishes, that I wouldn’t try otherwise! I love the convenience too! The only thing I don’t care for is the inability to quickly change the “type “ of choices you get week to week! If you change, for example, from Classic to Easy Plate choices, it takes 2+ weeks for your plan to update! There has been a few times that I can’t find three things that I feel will work for my family, but I have to choose regardless or I have my choices pre selected! More flexibility with options would be great!

Going on 3 Years!. We have used Every Plate for nearly 3 years now. The recipes are easy to follow and delicious. We’ve always had great customer service when there is an issue which is very rare. My husband & step sons have been learning to cook through Easy Plate and they really enjoy it! I’m excited to try the new Nutrish & Delish menu for some lighter options! They offer a variety including vegetarian options. The only think I would change is having rewards for customer loyalty like a free box every now and then. If you’re looking for an affordable meal service give this one a go!
