In app options. Can you guys add more features to the pizza customization feature in the app ? The special instructions part in particular. As is it gives you the choice of “ square cut “ or not. It would be nice to be able to type a message in this category so if you would like to sub a topping for a different one, or other special requests ( usually available over the phone ). The app offers a lot of convenience vs. calling in orders, but it defeats the purpose if you’re limited on app functions.

Fraudulent. As an ex employee I had “bought” into this concept. After 9 months of working with them as a store manager I decided to move on. They are a bunch of liars. They over work and take advantage of their management teams at the store level. I don’t know why this application gets such good reviews right now. I had saved up over 7000 points with them. When I went to get my discount on fuel “1.54” per gallon off up to 20! Ha, yeah right. Put my number in at the pump, points went away, so I went in to see what the deal was; they told me I would have to call the support center. Called the support center, they told me I would have to have a receipt. The receipt I received didn’t show any of the points. They were just gone! I’m telling you they are a scam. They treat their employees like &$@! They claim they are the 5th largest pizza chain the in the US. “Info I was told at my interview” Where is that proof? I can’t find it anywhere. They have a turnover of about 2 months. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Sounds good up front, just a headache full of more lies at the end. Ask an employee if they “really” like their job...

Rewards not being honored. I can’t write a review for the pizza—the app wanted a review immediately after placing my order!!! I used my rewards to pay for the pizza —well, $12 of the total. What I have noticed previously and then again today, is that we don’t get credit every time we purchase from Casey’s! We go to Casey’s every day—multiple times per day—and purchase everything under the sun and getting gas—and we sign in for rewards every time we buy anything!! When I looked at our rewards points, I noticed that we aren’t credited with rewards points for purchases!! I’ve asked several times about this and have only been told that they don’t know what’s going on. I wish someone would look into this! If you are going to offer something, then honor it!! Otherwise, it’s just bad business practice! And probably illegal!

Poor service again. Went to pick up large pizza in Sheffield and had to wait for girl to box up donuts for someone who wasn’t even there yet- pizza was cold by the time somebody else boxed it up- poor service in that particular store- not the one I normally go to- went to pay for two bags of chips that were on sale yet when he scanned it regular price came up- guess it’s up to customer to keep track of specials- not Casey’s- not first time it has happened but

Grew up on box cutout coupons. At first when Casey’s did away with the box coupons (collect 10 for free pizza), I was pretty ticked off. I thought it was a complete disbanding off the pizza box coupons and I would never get the sweet reward that comes with cashing in(we all know how exciting that is. I quickly found out however Casey’s had just created something even better- the app, which included an easy ordering system and all the points. Plus it’s better because there is daily offers and deals, combining the pizza purchase with everything else I already bought resulted in getting more free pizzas quicker! Way to go Casey’s!

Great Store and people.. This store is wonderful. It is always clean and well stocked. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Patty and Francesca are very kind courteous cashiers. The manager; Sherry Schuman is always working to keep the store clean. I see her sweeping outside, shaking the big mats off, emptying trash, picking up trash, doing whatever it takes to keep the store clean. I am so glad to have such a nice clean extremely friendly store to go to for our pizzas, snacks, delicious pastry’s and treats and wonderful fountain drinks. It is definitely a gold star store with a triple gold star staff!

Caseys south is the best!!!. The staff at this store is amazing. They remember everything about my food and convenience item orders, how i like my purchases bagged, and are always on top of making sure to communicate to who they need to to make sure these things are available. My kitchen orders are not only consistently accurate and on time, but when they arent swamped my order is usually EARLY! They have amazing customer service everytime, even when they are busy. If they are stressed at work they do a great job of hiding it. There are 10 other convenience stores in town that i can think of and 99 times out of 100 i will go to them, even if its not closest to me. Who do u talk to about getting them raises?!

App is almost useless. This app says it takes Discover card for payment and does not. It also says it takes Apple Pay but apparently not if you have a Discover card backing your Apple Pay. It won’t let me put in any requests (like lettuce in the side of Taco Pizza which is really critical for delivery), and half the time (including today) signing in is not available so I have to check out as a guest, which means earning no points and unable to use my rewards. Today when I submitted my order after going to find a non-Discover card and filling out all my information to check out as a guest, it said it could not build my order. Why? It was a single pizza, nothing complicated or sold out or special request. I love the pizza but this app needs work.

As soon as I burn through my Casey’s cash I will never. As soon as I burn through my Casey’s cash I will never use Casey’s general stores again I am tired of watching cashiers play on their phones not do their job the store looks like crap and the attitude I went to one cases in Herrin a lot. That is where 90% of this happen at one point I walked into the store for people in a little bitty office laughing and cutting up not a care in the world come to find out one of them inside that office was the regional manager I stood at the counter for five minutes and just listen to them I don’t care if gas is $.10 more just down the road that’s where I will be going

Eh. You know what’s convenient? Ordering pizza from an app. You know what’s not convenient? Having an app that makes you log in literally every time you want to use it. Which means opening up a password manager and dealing with layers of two factor codes. Most other apps have persistent log in. And then when you log in you have to read everything. I also love the pizza, but at this point pretty much every time I order via the app, they’re not even putting it together until the time the app says it will be ready and I end up standing around for 20 minutes which defeats the whole purpose.

Fast, convenient and helpful. Need a pizza, soda and a side but not up to to talking to a real person? Or are you too wrapped up in binge-watching your latest show to drag your attention away to place a call? Sick of poor connections ruining your order? This app answers all of those dilemmas. Place your order, customize your food, write a quick laudatory review and still have time to brush your hair before you have to pick up your pizza. And, hey, every 10th pizza is free. No messy stack of box tops cluttering your shelf space. Go fast. Go easy. Go digital. Go to Caseys. Here for good.

Casey’s app. Once you get used to it , not too bad. However. When first started using it ; it was not clear that if you had box tops you had no choice but to use them first time you ordered pizza. Second problem. Was we were ordering pizza custom taking off mushrooms. It was not clear that you had to Mark cheese or sauce Otherwise it comes without them. Who orders pizza without cheese or sauce. Also very hard to use special offers like school sells buy 1 pizza get 1 smaller pizza free. No place to add those types of things. My suggestion is a list of things you have to do to and how to do. Them when you download the app

Just terrible. Casey’s bought out Bucky’s here in Omaha. Bucky’s carwash app worked flawlessly for 7 years that we used it. Casey’s app is a complete joke. Can’t pay for anything through their app. Been trying to buy the carwash membership for a month now. Keeps giving message “Unable to Process Payment”. Called, emailed, nothing. Was told to go back and use Bucky’s app for carwash. Only problem is they disabled the carwash membership feature. Why would you kill a working app and launch a new app that doesn’t work? Major failure. Fire the idiot who launched the app, sue the app developer for a crappy work. They cost Casey’s thousands of customers. We switched to a different company for carwash and points. Never going back to Casey’s. Thousands won’t!

Ordering a pizza. I m not pleased at all when ordering a pizza on the Casey’s App. Seems like every time I try to order a pizza, there’s always a problem with trying to specialize the order. This time it was just trying to order a Lg 1 topping pizza. ( I wasn’t able to order it & not get the BOGO deal ) buy a large pizza & get a 2nd large 1/2 price. When I went change my order & choose the 1 topping pizza, I wasn’t able to add a single topping. So, I would change it back to a large 1 topping pizza “ customize “ & I could get the order I wanted, just not get the BOGO 1/2 price. So, I end of spending more time trying to get my order rite on the Caseys App. & waste more time then needed.. I wasn’t able to order the way I wanted to again this time. So, Caseys loses out on a 2nd pizza order & my 2 kids won’t get there pineapples pizza. 😞☹️

It is 2020. Imagine: It’s 2020 And a popular place to order pizza has an online app. You think “perfect, an easier way to order during the Corona Virus Outbreak. You see a 25% off deal on all large pizzas! Awesome! Sadly the app, nor any quick googling can find out how much a large pizza, or breakfast pizza, or specialty pizza cost. 25% off, but 25% off what? How can it be I cannot see the price of my order before I actually place it to start being made. Yeah other than that it’s a great app!!! Just being able to see price first would be awesome!

Old pizza coupons. WhenI tried to set up my Caseys account it said that my mobile phone number was already being used. So I used our home phone number. The coupons that I turned in at the Caseys store in Cedar Falls never showed up in my account. I called customer service and they could see them under my home phone number but couldn’t move them to my account. The lady said that she would forward it to someone else who had authority to do this. It has been almost a month and they still haven’t shown up in my account. My dealing with Caseys is over. Shame on you!!

Best reward system out there!. Casey’s is guaranteed to beat all of the other leading gas stations out there, when It come to their reward program. They usually always have a deal that someone is going to love! Wether that be buy one get one soda/candy bars. Or even buy to get one half off. Their pizza is amazing! Even better the employees are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel like they know you! Even if I move I’ll still be a loyal Casey’s customer! Also last thing. Anything Casey’s brand is just as good or better than the name brand snacks/drinks.

Service is good. The pizza. It’s always good. Usually. The Casey’s by my work it is hit and miss with fresh pizza normally it’s been there a while. But maybe two out of seven times it’s fresh and that’s good. Not saying the pizza is not good when it’s not fresh but you know it’s always been fresh. Now the Caseys by where I live. They always have specialties single slices out all the other caseys. I’ve been to they hardly ever I’ve never seen that. So that one is the best store in town.

Casey’s app. This app is absolutely repulsive. I’ve made account after account with this thing specifically just for the rewards/option to order food from, and each time I have the repulsive app tells me “We’ve removed your phone number from your account, you need to add a new number.” It’s absolutely ridiculous, being able to enjoy these rewards/options being available isn’t satisfactory in the slightest. I’ve tried getting the support team to fix this, but I can’t even get a response from a single person, considering I’ve sent emails, tried calling the support team, etc. Its not worth your time, so for anyone seeking something useful, this isn’t for you.

Touchy/glitchy. Apps like from Papa Johns and Chick-Fil-A have huge advantages over this one in that their apps encourage me to place orders through the app and pretty much never have had an error. I only use this app because it is the only way to get the deals. But I have gone epsewhere when unable to make the app work. Once I have been tempted with a deal (say 2 large 1 toppings for $8.99 each) I will not be paying full price for the deal just because it took 4 attempts for the order to actually get to the checkout stage (3 to do auto-login with saved credentials and one more when it acted like it didn't like an item added to the order that had no customization).

Casey’s Rewards. I absolutely love my local Casey’s! They turned my everyday purchases into some really great rewards! So far in the few months that I’ve been collecting points I have received $33 worth of in store purchases FREE! Imagine getting to the checkout with an armload of products, expecting to pay around $40 and after applying my rewards points/Casey’s cash and walking out paying just a little over $7! Keep it up Casey’s! You’re creating lots of LOYAL customers

Existing accounts and rewards not working!!. I visit my local Caseys almost daily!! We order pizza online all the time!! When I go to my app and click on rewards. I get sorry error occurred! I even went in and spoke with my Caseys manager and we tried several different ways with same end result! It won’t auto sign me up the rewards but it won’t let me enroll as new either as it states email and phone number already registered! It really stinks cus the large boxes no longer have the punch option to save for a free large!! 🤬

Go back to being the Casey’s we loved!!!. I am close to being through with Casey’s. I & my family have been loyal customers since it came to town— early 80s—? We always seek out Casey’s when we travel. But… you’ve taken away many of the food items we liked (pizza bread), changed others(chicken bites- now fewer, not in the cup, & increased price), changed logo & title (getting a little big for your britches?) & now, charging for air in tires?!?! Last straw. We’re not buying Casey’s gas or snacks any longer; still forced to get pizza for our Sunday night pizza picnic for family but thinking there may be other options. An old phrase is “dance with the one who brung ya”—- you have changed partners & I, for one, don’t like him. Please rethink how you have moved away from what has made you successful & brought us to you. I miss Casey’s General Store!

Grain Valley Location. I drive from Buckner to Grain Valley for our food orders. They are awesome! Buckner really needs some work and we need that location open past 11 o’clock since we have no other options in town. I feel bad for the people without vehicles to drive out of town to another gas station. I’ve had to leave out of town on an empty tank of gas one night for an emergency. Luckily I made it to a QT. Hope someone can look into this.

App will no longer let me sign in…. I used to be able to use this app and it was wonderful. I love Casey’s pizza and enjoy it every time I get it. But suddenly it stopped letting me sign in. I tried changing my password, but that didn’t work. Tried a different login method and that didn’t work. Tried creating a new account, but since I only have one phone number and it is already attached to my current account, it won’t let me. When I try to login like I. The past, I enter my email and password and the sign in button turns darker to show it was clicked on, but then nothing. No screen change, no anything. If I go to the home page, I am still being asked to sign in. If I try to order through the app, it is all fine until I go to complete the order, when it tells me again to either sign in or create an account. Yet I still have access to the notifications the app sends me (the special award messages inside the app), which even have my name listed. Very frustrating. If it still worked, I’d give it a full 5 stars….

Availability. I would give this five stars IF the offers were actually available at my Casey’s. I know that is not the app’s fault, but it is annoying when there is a free offer or $1 item and my Casey’s doesn’t have it. I like the APP, it works fine, although I do think it deducted more than it should have when I used my Casey’s Cash a while back. The cashier said what I didn’t use would go back into my account but I don’t think it did. I will keep a closer eye on it from now on.

Doesn’t always work if you want to pay on the app. Me and my husband use the app a lot and we both have different phones that are different brands. If you want to pay with a credit card online it will never go through and if your paying with a debit card its 50/50 it works. Other than that it’s a great app once you get so many points you can use Casey’s cash and use it to buy anything in the store or for gas.

App stinks. Love the food. Love the service. But the app is not user friendly. We’ve had several issues where our local store never received our online order. I just attempted to log in to my app and it advised that I was attempting to log into a disabled account. So I attempted to create an account, but was told an account already existed and to try to log in. Once again, I attempted to log in and was advised the account was disabled. I attempted to get support and they advised me there is no account under my email, but the ph# was tied to my hubby’s account. So....what does that have to do with my email and app account and their system that says I have an account but that it’s deactivated? Not a thing other than the fact that the issue is on their end and they don’t want to be bothered to fix it. I therefore deleted the app.

Nice to get a deal. I like the app and appreciate that the offers rotate and there’s a reason to look for new deals. We order a lot of pizza, so it is nice to not have to track with pizza boxes anymore. I miss the part of the app that tracked coffee purchases and gave you a free coffee after your 6th purchase. I will admit, I don’t fully understand the points. I see I can redeem them for Casey’s cash, but I am not really sure how to do it (I suppose I just need to try it). Overall, I am giving the app 4 stars because I think the layout is a bit wonky. It is hard to find offers (new and saved) even though I’ve used the app a lot. I think it could be laid out in a better (more intuitive) manner. Overall, I appreciate that I can get any kind of a reward or deal - so that’s awesome!

Needs “Order Ready” Updates. I use another very popular pizza company’s app and it tells me when my order is done. Every time I order pizza from the Casey’s app and come to the store when it tells me to come, I have to sit around and wait 15 to 30 minutes. That’s a fail! Ordering pizza is only half the battle and that seems to be all this app can do. If I want to wait around 15 to 30 minutes, I’d walk up to the counter, place my order, and wait.

App issues. The app would be great if it actually kept up with points. There’s usually several months of delay. I’ve emailed Casey’s, thinking my points weren’t collecting. They emailed me back explaining the issue and my points magically appeared. Now, several months later, it’s the same song and dance with no fix. Is this a technical error that no one has bothered to fix, or is it a tactic to prevent people from being able to use their points? Either way, it needs to be fixed. Lastly, at every Casey’s I’ve ever used it takes entirely too long to pump gas. It takes several minutes to go through all the prompts to be able to even pump gas. Then, once able to pump, the pumps are the slowest pumps in America. The summer time it’s not so bad, but in the winter it’s unbearable and I’ll go somewhere else.

App. I have had the Casey’s app for a few months. Had an account set up and used it several times. Today i was going to order a pizza and opened the app and it said I had to update it so I did. Tried to sign in and it didn’t let me. I tried to get a new password and it asked for my phone number. When i gave that it said that number was assigned to someone. Duh. So to order the pizza i signed in as a guess. So now all the months of using the app and being a member is gone. Thanks.

Pizza order. The pizza order was the second in a week that we ordered half one topping and the other half another topping. This order was incorrect just like the first one; however, this one was also missing the pepperoni altogether. Usually really pleased with the pizza from Casey’s but not so pleased with the last 2 orders that we have made. May be awhile before we order again as no attempt to make it right was made for either order.

Caseys App and Casey Rewards. App freezes and deletes order causing you to log back in and start over. If you pay at the store when checking out the card machine asks for your telephone number to add Casey’s reward points it causes the transaction to fail. The clerk attempted to subtotal multiple times but the system kept failing. I was told the new Casey Rewards system has a lot of bugs and to call the home office if I wanted my points added to my account.

Account Hacked/No Security for App. My account was hacked and because there is a LACK OF SECURITY I couldn’t see where or even when someone logged into my account. My credit card was on my account and someone had placed almost a $50 order on my account using my card. At a location away from where I live. My credit card was not stolen it was on the app. I RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR CARD OFF OF THE APP!! There is NO type of security what so ever on the app and so when someone logs in it doesn’t tell you. I keep getting request in my emails to reset my password, that’s obviously not me doing it.

Cant sign in... "An error has occured. Please try again later." Been getting that when trying to sign in for the past two weekz or more.. Usually never have had any problemz with the app and since I live near a Casey's it has been/was my go to convenience store as I'd often take advantage of my rewardz or pointz but being as I haven't been able to I've just been going to Dollar General instead.. If they don't release an app update soon to fix this issue I'll more than likely be uninstalling the app and taking my business elsewhere instead..

Poor Service. I used to app on a work stay ordered pizza like 12 to 15 times in 3 weeks. I ordered pizza when I got home. Added a new address for delivery but there system is weird. I didn’t realize it didn’t update the address I get a call from the hotel I stayed in while out of town. But at that point it was too late to cancel my order. So I thought since I ordered so much from them that I could get a refund for the pizza since I was miles away and didn’t get to eat the pizza. I used the online form and I get a reply they says since u didn’t cancel the order the store manager is unable to refund. They did not offer me free pizza or comment on my concern with there app. Just refused to take care. I am truly disappointed I went to there store today and used my reward number but felt like a idiot for spending money there. Wish they would treat me right for a honest mistake.

App is bugged and needs fix. I don’t know if it’s me or the app but it’s causing me trouble. I’m supposed to be saving money but I’m paying in sanity. I can’t even login anymore. The email I use to login is still active, and I’ve changed my password and type it in right and still can’t get in. I don’t know what the deal is. I’ve changed emails and password and keeps saying it’s wrong. Also, back when I started to use it, I’ve been tapping the button “keep me signed in” but never keeps me logged in and it’s annoying. I’m giving up on it if it doesn’t get fixed. Please help.

Way to go!!. Since I’ve had the Casey’s app, it’s truly been rewarding, no pun intended. Also, the particular Casey's I go to is located in, Bicknell, IN. So far, every employee has been friendly, helpful, well with customer service, and have done everything they could to answer my questions and satisfy my needs as a customer. The manager is also very kind and she does work to help her employees out. That’s something rare anymore. So, I’m basically giving a shoutout and saying big kudos to Casey’s!! Thanks so much for all you’ve done and I know will continue to do. It’s been a pleasure being a customer and the bonus app added to my happiness, is icing on the cake!! Bad attitude. Pizza was great! Cashier was excellent! Someone in the back had a “Bad Attitude”. I walked in exactly when the APP stated the pizza would be ready. I checked with the cashier who was told they were just making it and it would be 8-10 minutes. I waited patiently. In the next 10-15 minutes she checked 2 or 3 more times. The lady in the back rudely informed her she only needed to check once and to back off. The cashier apologized to me for the comment. The pizza took a full 20 minutes from when I walked in the door which was way past what the APP said. The cashier did discount the price.

Best Pizza Ever. Always the best pizza and best customer service, staff is always friendly and courteous, and they know you by name. They don’t seem to have a lot of staff turnover, which is nice to see the same friendly faces every time I visit this store. Both locations are in close proximity to my house and I visit this store, the Ohio street store discards their donuts at 9:00 so if I want a late night snack I can always count on them to have some sweets!

Awesome App - Super Convenient. I love the online ordering and how the point system works. I just wish there were more variety in the deals that they offer and I wish that they would add some other snack items like maybe Haagen Dazs and aloe drinks to the options as well as different grocery items. It makes sense that they might not have it all the time but it sure would be convenient to be able to add it if they did.

Tip. Would like to write in my own tip them out I think it’s kind of crazy that I can’t write in my own tip when I feel it is my obligation and light duty as a consumer to over tip if I choose to because they are working hard in this pandemic and they deserve more money and I can’t put it on a credit card and that should be an option when it is a A contactless society that we are living in and you do provide that service and I don’t feel comfortable handing them money and they have to hand other food to other people I think you need to readjust the service on your Internet and app because I think they deserve more money than what they get for tips they work hard for their money they do a great service and they work hard for it that’s all I have to say on this matter

Customer service. Pizzas always take much longer than estimated. Sometimes you can arrive at the stated time and the pizzas have not even been started. On a separate note, there are sometimes only one cashier at the front with long lines (not fair to the angry customers that have simple purchases to make and not fair to the frustrated and helpless cashier who is getting attitude even though they work as fast as they can). I am a long-time fan of Casey’s, and this is a new store, but disappointing so far which seems to be a leadership issue more than local employee’s. Time to step the game up and we still love guys!

No option for half n half. The app doesnt have the option to choose half n half. We’ve been told by Casey’s to put half in the special instructions. At least 50% of our orders, the pizza maker doesnt see the special instructions and we get the incorrect order. I reached out to Casey’s directly and all they did was apologize and offer a free pizza….. thats not resolving the issue, thats a bandaid fix. Fixing the issue would be adding the ability to set half n half in the app, not asking in the special instructions. Casey’s should hire some better software applicstion developers…..

LOVE Casey’s even with a few glitches. Overall this app is amazing and you can accumulate rewards quite quickly. Fairly easy to put in orders as well. Only downside is I’ll randomly get glitches where I can’t access deals or my points and up until recently was happening for a long period of time I haven’t had the issue in the last week. That is the only reason I didn’t give it five stars. Otherwise enjoy the fun sweepstakes and free points!

Terrible service. Ordered my pizzas at 6:15 2 mediums one pepperoni and one taco. Went to pick up at 6:30 my confirmation email said they would be done at 6:35. Was told they didn’t hear the buzzer that they had pizza orders that they would get them in the oven rite then. Told me they would be done in 10 or 15 minutes. Showed up to pick them up once again at 6:50. One of my pizzas was possibly in the oven cooking but they hadn’t even started making the other one. Was told maybe another 10-15 minutes. Was given several excuses, buzzer not working, new employee, first night by themselves. Either they shouldn’t be working alone yet or need to figure out better time management. Maybe even offer something for the screw up. I normally don’t complain Iv worked customer service, Iv worked in restaurants, and Iv work for Casey’s. But that was ridiculous. I will never order pizza from the Casey’s on state street in Jerseyville again

Ordering pizza. I dislike ordering pizza this way because your app lacks the ability to truly customize my pizza. For example, if I wish to order a supreme pizza but I do not like spicy meets I think I should be able to change out the pepperoni for ham and sausage for more beef. It’s the same amount of meat, the same number of of toppings. I don’t understand what the problem is here! It shouldn’t be that big of a deal if you truly want to sell me a pizza. When your only cost you three to four dollars to make a pizza is it that big of a deal if I change up the toppings a little bit to suit my own needs? You have a good product but you could definitely make it better to suit your customers and truly make you the best pizza there is. Do you have a great pizza I love eating it and I used to be able to do this when I could phone in an asked somebody they saw it it’s no big deal. I wish your app would do the same. Also I would like have the ability to have my breakfast pizza mixed… ie bacon and sausage on the whole pizza.

Can’t Sign In. I got a new phone and tried to sign in. I have the same number but to sign in you use your email. I guess I never associated my email with this account. So then I try to create new and add my phone # and it says phone number already exists which is true it’s mine 🤦🏽‍♀️ My app inbox still is my name but I cannot see my rewards. They should make it to where you are able to sign in via phone number as well as email too.

Love the rewards!. I’ve had the Casey’s app for several years now and love being able to redeem my points I earn to get money off of gas or something inside the store. I love how often they have free stuff that can be redeemed in the app. The scratch and win games they do sometimes are great because you can win a free item to redeem or points towards gas or something inside. I definitely recommend this app!

Could be easier. Please add a way to recognize me and my usual delivery location. Every time I open the app I have to type it out. Seems like an easy thing that could be fixed if it would just recognize it was me before that step. Also I’d love to be able to use my finger print or face recognition instead of typing in my email and password each time to log in. Just needs to be modernized. This is our favorite pizza for delivery but other apps are way more user friendly!

A needed improvement. This is a good and handy app, but needs some updates. If you don’t choose a store location from the beginning, you can go through a whole order and have to redo everything at the end when it asks for store location. It needs to direct customers from the beginning to select this.

Error message. I have had the app for a while now but for the past few days it won’t let me sign in just keep getting an error message try again later. Deere and reinstall the app and still won’t work. If your gonna have an app it should work properly

Best Casey’s writhing 4 state radius. Being a small town it’s not hard for this crew to be friendly and hospitable. I stop here for all my gas, breakfast and I also order pizza and chicken here atleast a few times every week. They know exactly how I like my pizza and they never disappoint!!! 5 stars from this guy! Support your small town!!

Never works right. Select deals, follow the app directions, and after entering all of the requested information it always says “Not eligible for deal” even though the app gave all of the options to select from. App also will not let you update credit card information when you get a new card and will not save card information when you add a new card and tell it to save for future use. Many other issues experienced over last couple of years.

Love it!!!. Honestly the best app on my phone so convenient since I have a 6 month old and can’t always sit on the phone to order bc she’s either screaming or napping absolutely the best thing ever I live by this app as I’m constantly ordering stuff from Casey’s and all I have to do is answer my door or hop in the car and pick it up which is so easy for me 110% recommend

Top notch service. My Casey’s crew always takes good care of me and my family when we stop by for a visit! Every team member of the Pekin Indiana store has always treated me and my family with the best customer service and friendly attitudes! I highly recommend you make them you one stop shop!

Casey on 71 and Cornhusker. Order pizza on Sunday at 8:15 with app stating will be 8:40. Arrived at 8:45 was told pizza orders running late. I finally received my pizza at 9:05. I received no notifications on the pizza being delayed. Only one girl making pizza and management sitting and organizing discount labels. I’m sorry as a manager if you have a department that is running behind you pick up the slack. This way you can keep your customers happy and the business running smoothly. I usually go to Casey on Magnolia Street which operates more efficiently. In the future, that is were I plan on making my purchases.

Make change location obvious. It is hard to find the way to change location to order from. It is hidden in the change menu which looks like it is only designed to change delivery location. Then one needs to change delivery type to get the stores to pop up. You need direct specific buttons or links at the top of the page which are independent from customer location and store location.

Problems placing order on app. I had problems placing my order. Kept saying “Something happened. Please try again later.” Kept trying and finally received message that my order had been completed. When I went to check out, I had 6 pizzas in my basket. Removed all but one. I hope it worked because I have had trouble previously when going to pick up my order, no record of the order was there.

Lack of customization options. I wish I could do 2.5 stars. The app is good for ordering pizzas and stuff. Just some of the customizable options seems to lack options. Like when you customize a pizza you can either have marinara or no sauce. No options for any of their other pizza sauces. And some of the toppings don’t show up. And there is no area for special requests like having your pizza cooked well done, the only special request you can do is square cut.

Latest update, can’t play Summer Of Freedom. Ever since I was forced to install the latest update, the Summer of Freedom no longer works on my phone. I can open it, but can’t select 2 of them. When I close the app & reopen it, app tells me I can’t play for another 24 hours, even though I never got to choose 2. It’s happened several times now. Please fix & extend the summer of Freedom game.

Longer wait times. 3 stars do you to longer wait times when using the app to order pizza. If I call the location they seem to get on it right away. Every time I use the app it will state 30 to 45 minutes. However when I show up I usually have to wait an extra 15 to 20 minutes. Maybe the app is not the problem but the way the employees are notified? Maybe they get notified right away and it’s a staffing problem? I just wanna use the convenience of the app and not have a long wait times

Caseys Tipton Iowa. We wish to thank the staff at Caseys in Tipton. We stopped for a rather late supper with our granddaughter. All of the staff was friendly and the store smelled so clean. There were 2 younger men working in the kitchen who were very friendly, patient and accommodating. They had Excellent customer service skills. This is something our society doesn’t see much of anymore. A BIG shout out to this store and its staff!

Love it, but screen time is the issue. The app so far is absolutely fantastic. However I’m having issues with the age rating. There shouldn’t be any reason this app is rated 17+. Since you can have a car with gasoline at the age of 16 with your drivers license. Not to mention you can also use rewards for other things such as drinks and items in the store. I honestly think the rating should be changed to at least 12+ if possible.

Would be 5 if it weren’t for. I love Caseys General store as someone who didn’t grow up from this part of the country it was a real shock , at first I refused to eat anything from a gas station but finally agave in now it’s my fav pizza place (Iowa no pizza lol) as for the app I feel violated that you choose to track my information across other apps and use small print and language that clearly no one is going to understand prior to accepting the download you have access to everything besides the diagnostics of how your app works ?? Seriously wouldn’t you want to know the bugs or no wait money follow the money .

Pretty solid but. This app works fairly well. No big issues other than the one I’m currently facing. If making a good order, the app needs real-time updates. It quoted me 45 minute wait for a single topping large pizza (which is already too long). When I got there, the store hadn’t began to even work on it. They quoted another 20 minutes. Having the app update or are least tell me that the order is number 2,000 in the queue would be helpful. Definitely having updates would be helpful. Youve got the technology, just do it now.

Great App. I love using this app to order food and view deals. I also think Casey’s rewards are awesome! This rewards program actually does reward you, unlike some stores where you have to spend hundreds of dollars just to earn $5 off! Since signing up last year, I have literally earned over $100 in Casey’s cash. It’s so easy, I can’t imagine why anyone wouldn’t want to sign up and start earning cash or fuel discounts.

Missing points. I saved up 7-8k in points since they don’t expire until you redeem them. I logged back into the app to redeem the points. After logging in I went from having 7-8k in points down to 300 points. I’ve messaged the company to find out where all my points went to use them and sure enough NO reapply back! I’ve messaged them once, re-emailed twice and still nothing! I’m very unhappy with their service. As for the app itself, it’s easy to navigate.

Less than mediocre. The first time I used it my order did not go through. I waited and waited outside for my curbside delivery. I finally donned a mask and went in. A manager had to do some work to pull up my order, which meant me waiting even longer for the food to be cooked. The second time the app wouldn't load at all. I thought maybe the cell service was bad so I opened other apps to check. They loaded at lightening speed. I had to call inside the store to tell them I was waiting outside. My order was brought out 18 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.

What is this. I did like this app when it started, but now it’s buggy. No access to the messages - (I do have the latest download) and won’t allow me to populate my payment from my iPhone. Business practices - they’ve stopped delivering most of the time during the day which I guess is ok because we just get meals for groups from local businesses now and my family and I know they won’t deliver during the day on weekends too. Woof. I like their product but they aren’t getting it out.

Going for 5 stars???. Nice app, would have given five stars if when ordering from the app would let you know if no item remained at store. This would have saved time not only for self but other customers and the cashiers time as well. Good overall experience but that’s how it could have been 5 stars

Online ordering sometimes frustrating. I ordered online and tried to say to use Casey’s cash when prompted but then the order didn’t go through. I reordered and it went through but not sure if it took off my Casey’s cash or not. I guess I will find out when I go to pick up in 15 minutes

Pizza. I ordered a pizza and put specific instructions for light cheese and extra pepperoni (that I had to pay for). When I got the pizza I didn’t check it because obviously the receipt was mine and how hard is it to make a pizza. And when I got home I realized that literally none of the directions were followed. What’s the point of getting the option to customize an order if it’s completely disregarded and still get charged for things I did not get. 👎🤬😡

I love Casey’s and the app and stores, but…... ….everytime i try signing in when i’m not on a Wi-Fi network, it gives me a really frustrating error saying “An error has occured. Please try again later”. My Data connection is fine too with all 4 bars full and LTE when trying to do so. The only thing that fixes it is being connected to a Wi-Fi network which is really pretty darn annoying and especially inconvenient at times. I do love the scratch and win option though and the pizza was definitely pretty good for my first time getting it.

Glitchy. I keep getting notifications or reminders that there’s a scratch and play promotion going on now but when I open it, a scratcher begins to pop up and a second later it’s gone. I look to see if it’s in a new window, but it’s not. Then the game tells me I can only play once a day and to come back. So far, I’ve tried this 3 times over the last few weeks that the game exists because it’s frustrating and I may just give up. I won’t keep glitchy apps. PS: I did the update before I opened it, so no mean comments like I didn’t try+

Please improve the app.. It’s too difficult to change the pickup time to ASAP and have it stay that way; it keeps changing back to over 24 hours from ASAP. In-store doesn’t honour in-app deals? Why? If customers are going to have to order from the app or lose their discount, then make it easier to order in-app. Haven’t you guys beta tested this? Tried ordering for all kinds of different times and days? I really can’t be the only person who has ever tried to order in-app.

Pizza Lover’s. Casey’s pizza has always been the best , beating out Pizza Hut and Dominoes. The last time we got pizza from Casey’s it was not good ⭐️⭐️ only . I believe the dough was old and products were passed or close to “use by date “ . I managed a Pizza Hut for years and know the difference. I ordered today in the hopes of it being back to “THE BEST “. I will let you know !

I love Caseys. I love Caseys for numerous reasons. They have fantastic coffee; and their coffee mugs are the perfect size for my car(s) cup holders and for my microwave at home (hot tea at home) Pizza ~ oh my gosh; fantastic and they sell it fresh by the slice ! Everything tastes great. I work the midnight shift in a fairly small town. I probably eat a slice of pizza three of my five weekly shifts a week. Subs: made fresh to order. Fresh veggies and monthly specials add variety. Fits my budget well. Hours: we have two Casey’s in town. One closes at 11 pm but the other is open 25 hrs. Perfect! Clean and friendly ~ the store and the bathrooms are always clean and neat. The workers are friendly. Both my kids joined the Air Force ~ AZ and one in NM. When they come home they crave Casey’s pizza and coffee. (!!!!!!) Caseys app: makes everything just more convenient and nice deals as well !

Getting better. I honestly did not care for the Casey’s App when it came out. It’s getting much better with more deals now. “Deals” are easier to find now and I like the Casey’s Rewards program. No more having to keep track of box tops either, easy since I use the app to order my pizza. Still making great, fresh pizza too!

Convenient and Fast. I would order food with this app even if the food wasn’t as good as some of the other places in town, just because it’s simple and efficient to use. Problem is that combined with the fact the food is better than most places in town then I order from them way more often than anywhere else! Great pizza!

Online ordering not working. Tried to order a pizza, breadsticks and wings tonight. No matter what option for delivery or pickup or pay online or at store nothing was working. It would tell me my payment wasn’t working. Ended up ordering through DoorDash which is more expensive. Not the first time this has happened. Definitely need to fix this problem. I feel I should be compensated the amount that I had to pay on DoorDash which is outrageous comparing them to Casey’s prices. I do not recommend using this app or even going to Casey’s anymore.

Has all the essentials!. Fairly easy to navigate. Has all the the right functions. Suggestions for 5 star from me; 1. Move redeem car wash button to front opening homepage. 2. Add a function to find Casey’s with car washes. Right now you have to search locations and click each individual store. Not very user friendly when you’re on the road.

Lack of Ingredients. We like Casey’s pizza and enjoy it whenever we’re able to order. My husband has a serious allergic reaction to red meat though so we always order pizza with chicken, and there have been several occasions where received a call after ordering and paying for the pizza only to be told the store was out of chicken (or sometime another ingredient). I wish the app would inform before ordering or at least provide some sort of credit back for the inconvenience.

Half and half. The app is easy, quick and convenient. I like the way I don’t need to put my information in every time. Also, the app keeping track and automatically receiving the 10th pizza free is great. However, it would be nice to have an option to do pizzas half and half. Something to think about in future updates.

Error message. I’ve updated the app and it is still telling me “sorry a problem occurred” no matter what I’ve done. I can just open the app and the message pops up, or just be looking through offers/menu items and it still pops up. I’ve used your app for years and never had this issue. Please fix this

App crash???. I’ve heard from others that they also r unable to log back into their Casey’s app. It worked fine and I loved the app till one day I was logged out and unable to log back in. I seen multiple posts on fb that others have the same issue. It’s been a month now. Why is it not fixed?

App doesn’t work.. I downloaded the app. Can’t add my in-hand remaining box tops to my rewards because the cashier said my number isn’t in their system. I hand the cashier my phone and show them that all my information is right there in the app. Every time I click the rewards icon it says Something went wrong. Please try again later. We get the same message in the app when I try to view past transactions. It’s junk. No one has provided any answers or help. I’ve reinstalled the app numerous times. Nothing. I get confirmation emails when I order, text and email offers, but apparently I can’t use the rewards.

Great app. I truly enjoy using the Casey’s app to order pizzas or see their specials of the week, instead of calling a already busy person. The only thing that I would like to see differently is a place where you can leave a small note. Like for us, we like 2 marinaras with out bread sticks, but the only place to even type that is on the carry out instructions which get missed more times then not.

App logs you out and won’t let you back in. The app was fine 2days ago but today can’t get logged back in. When i try to it keeps telling me there is no account to my email. I have tried to contact support but that won’t even work.. I need to use my points for gas discount for this trip but can’t now. Have reinstalled the app multiple times and nothing works. The app already did an update last wk, So why doesn’t the app work and let me log in ?!?

App updates. Every time you have an app update it throws you out of your account making it impossible to us if your away from home where you keep your account information.. when you make adjustments to your app you should take in consideration of your customers or users needs.

Store needs new training on customer service. I called in a order and the clerk that answered. Took my order, knew right away that it would be messed up because she had to yell across the store to ask the kitchen my questions. Being on the phone with a customer was no different then her being at home. Used plenty of curse words with me on the phone like we new each other

Deb needs a raise. Deb has many years of experience at Casey. And she goes above and beyond for all of her customers! We live 1/2 a mile from Casey so we are there about 4 times a week and every time i see Deb working i am appreciated for every dollar I spend there. She’s knows me and my husband on first name basis, I will never go to another Caseys, and feel as appreciated as I do at the one here in North Sioux City. Thanks Deb!

????. They just put in a Casey’s near me finally. I downloaded the app and I definitely enjoy all the extras with it. I was super stoked about the donut giveaway, but after I received my email to get my reward the app has crashed. I hope it is fixed soon. Even though I didn’t win any donuts, I am still happy to receive 100 points, when I am finally able to log in again. Hopefully the problems get resolved because this app is good.

Not great today at Glenpool. Usually great place and great service but several issues tonight (out of non-sweet tea -I was told they didn’t get delivery on it): icee machine was out of order and when I went to get Coke (pop) it was just carbonated water (2nd time that’s happened). To top it all off the pizza that I ordered at 2:50 to be ready at 4 o’clock was prepped but not cooked when I arrived at four. Not sure if just new people or what’s up but disappointing trip tonight.

Deletes my Account on its own?. Open the app one day and it says I need to log back in. So I do and password was wrong over and over. Finally I just reset it. Once this is done it tells me to add a mobile number???? Which is wrong because that should have been always in there since it’s what you use at the stores. Long story short I try to add my mobile and it kept saying the number was used in a different account. Makes absolutely no sense to me. After some more messing around and getting my number to finally save it shows all of my points are gone and back to zero. What an absolute joke of an attempt to make an app.

Casey’s Quick Yums. We absolutely love the Casey’s app! It is so easy to navigate and place your order for pizzas and other deals available through the kitchen. We also love how we can earn and use rewards points for gas in the car or convert it into Casey’s cash. I have always been a big fan of Casey’s since moving to Iowa forever ago, but am an even bigger fan now. Thank you!

Fix the app!. I used to love ordering pizza thru the app. User friendly and convenient. About 4 months ago the app stopped working. It won’t let me sign in. I was also receiving emails about changing my password. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded to see if that changes anything. Just nothing! But I think the part that bugs me the most is I’ve seen nothing from the company addressing this issue which clearly is a wide spread issue. That shows me how much my patronage means to them. Fix the issue or at least tell us what’s going on!!

App doesn’t store credit card info. Our credit card expired several months ago and both my husband and I have tried to add the updated card information. The app does not save it. Now, we have to enter our card every time we want to place an order. It is a real pain and very frustrating!!

Ordering and paying at store. Thought you should know when you order online and then go to pay in the store the tot given online is off by $2 in the store. For some reason unless payed for online I always get charged an extra $2 for driving in, paying for it and picking it up. It’s disgraceful and wrong. Every time it’s brought to the managers attention they say they can’t do anything about it. That’s at every caseys in Osceola.
