Awesome app!!. During this time I’ve been trying to stay productive and this app is so great for that! This has helped me to reflect on my day after the day is over and complete my habits. I would definitely recommend turning on your notifications. I usually don’t but this app I did and don’t regret it! They don’t send too many but not too little I also added this as a widget in the side part of my screen it allows me to create a habit from there and check off or skip habits! I love this app so much and even though there is a premium version I would just recommend the regular! This is definitely a permanent on my device. I’m in LOVE! Would sooo recommend this! ✨✨✨✨

BEST APP EVERRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This app is soooooooo helpful!!! It is great for my mental and physical health! For my mental health, it has a great mood tracker where I can talk about my day. I put in my over all day if it was amazing, good, okay, or bad. Then I say all the emotions I felt that day and takes notes and talk about it if I want to. It is great for my physical health too because it reminds me to workout! The reminders app is good but this one is so much better and has so many advanced reminder settings! This app is a must have so if your not healthy mentally or physically it probably because you don’t have this app!!!!

Beautiful app, fantastic customer service.. Can’t tell you how many other apps I’ve tried - but this is the winner! It’s beautiful to look at, simple and intuitive, and a pleasure to use. It does everything I need and makes me eager to work on my habits! What makes it truly 5-star, though, is the responsiveness and kindness of the developers/customer support! I had a minor issue, and wrote an email to sort it out - and Pedro responded in under 15 minutes (on a Saturday!) and could not have been more helpful. I’m so impressed. Highly recommend!

Cool app. I like this app but it’s kinda confusing, I don’t understand the whole skipped part of the app, it makes no sense with the fact that you cant even skip anything at all which does make me a little on edge. However, this app is helping me to remember to read and to learn German every day. It also helps me to remember to work out once a week which has been very helpful for my health and with the fact that I’m a wrestling and a softball player. It is an app that I recommend 100%

Finally, one that helps. This isn’t a just a habit tracker. It’s therapeutic tacking. Emotional tracking plus journaling plus goal setting. This “feels” so much better than any other tracker I’ve found. I’m finally sticking to a workout habit, and it’s therapeutic to write out my thoughts for the day. And it’s so nice to be reminded that day has many emotions, not just one. This helps me stay more on the positive side and not get sidetracked by the negative. This was a good investment. - from someone who rarely ever submits a review

Limited habits. I just got this app and was setting up my habits, but it won’t let me add more than four habits before I pay! I understand they have to make money somehow but can’t they have extra features that you get if you pay, instead of having users pay for making habits, which is what the app is supposed to do? I hadn’t tried the journal feature yet but if you have the intentions of using this app for more than four habits, I don’t recommend this app unless you want to pay. Sorry if this review was kind of hard to understand but I tried to explain what I thought without making it to long. I guess I will have to try and find another app.

Really Good App For Productivity and ADHD Management. I really love this app! Super great, easy, and it’s not too expensive at all! Even without subscription it has the basic features one may need to become more productive! I love the different journals you can do, and the habits! Also the stats feature is so cool! The only recommendation I wish it had was like a morning start the day thing, almost like the end of day reflection but a morning reflection. That would be so cool! But other than that this app is perfect I’ve been using it forever and it’s helped me so much! Especially since I have ADHD it helps me a ton with managing it and keeping track of things. Great job to the developers bravo! 👍

It’s good, but…. this app is pretty good, i like how i can honestly say how my day was, how i feel and why. my problem with this is that you can’t see your stats without paying for it. it’s really annoying because the reason i downloaded this app was to TRACK my mood and how i’m actually doing. i shouldn’t have to pay a ton of money for it. to end on a positive note, i like the journaling prompts and the habits i can put on there to give myself something to work towards. but literally make the stats portion of this app free please

Amazing app!. I can’t say for sure how many apps similar I’ve downloaded and none of them do it like Tangerine. I can do so much and the layout is just gorgeous. It’s perfect and I have every intention of purchasing a yearly subscription as soon as I can. I only give 4 stars because I cannot find any security features for the app. Other than that the app is amazing. One time purchase of the app would be awesome and I know the app is called Tangerine but maybe some color choices can be added as well😁, just a thought. Keep up the great work! 🧡

Love this App. Tangerine has already become a part of my daily life! I love the ability to not just track habits, but also track my feelings for the day - it really helps me stay on top of things to have concrete proof of how much better I feel on days when I’ve done all my habits. I happily upgraded to the premium version of this app after my first 3 days of using it, and look forward to continuing to use it :)

Habits Randomly Changing Frequency. I really love this app. It’s helped me keep consistent on some habits I’ve been wanting to commit to for what feels like forever. So I decided to take the next step today and add a habit. I have broken one big task into 3 tasks to do every three days. Since I couldn’t edit the two habits I already have (stupid) I had to archive them. Fine. Then I set up the three new habits. That’s when I noticed one of my other habits CHANGED it’s frequency from every three days to every day. I scrolled back and noticed a bunch of missed days suddenly. Starting to doubt myself I thought I must have entered my frequency wrong and NOT NOTICED FOR MONTHS. Yeah not likely with my OCD. Still there was nothing for it but to archive that habit and make a new one. That’s when I noticed one of my three new habits had CHANGED as well. It went to every day too. I guess you can only have two habits at the same frequency. And THAT’S NOT GOOD ENOUGH. It makes me sick too as I have found I enjoy writing my journal every day. I bragged about this app to MANY others. Seems I need to clarify to them that this app isn’t so great after all.

Better than all the rest. I discovered tangerine when I updated my phone to iOS 14. I absolutely adore this app and I am really excited to integrate this into my daily life. No more do I have to have three separate apps for my habit tracking, journal end daily review. This app does it all and even does it better. I am really excited to see how this works in the long term but this app is worth it. Currently I’m running the free version by once I use it for a little bit and I think that I enjoy it I will definitely consider purchasing a full version.

Love. I love tangerine it helps me with everything it lets me express my feelings, get stuff off my chest. I think it’s a really really really good app for everybody. They could write stuff down private journal they could track their steps or have a gopher steps that they could complete every day or every other day every 345 it doesn’t matter, how many days that’s also not 345 it is 3 4 or 5 but yeah I think trine is a really great app for anyone. You could also have a thing a time set for how much I’m working so I have to walk longer so I keep my health up so that’s why I love Tangerine.

Journaling for those that aren’t great at journaling.. WOW. This feels like a game changer. Having habit tracking, mood tracking, and journaling WITH PROMPTS in the same app is so brilliant. I have been searching high and low for an app that does all of this. This helps me unwind at the end of my day in a way that no other journaling app has been able to achieve. The prompts are quick and simple and really aid in getting you into the habit of getting your feelings, worries, anxieties, anger, etc. out before waking up to take on your next day. DOWNLOAD IT

Probably the best habit + quick journal app out there. Ive tried a bunch of different habit tracking and mood tracking and quick journaling apps throughout the years, but this one def does exactly what I was looking for in 1 place!! It’s nice to also see how addressing none, some, or all my habits affects mood for the day. The UI is super nice and doesn’t over complicate so I actually look forward to inputting each day! Been able to be super consistent for nearly a year now after discovering on product hunt.

The tangerine app give you four opportunites to express the positive over the negative The only problem I have is the 8-10 times I tried to give expression there is nothing to show I did anything This shouldn’t be happening it should have been address in the trial phase BEFORE offering it to those looking for change in their lives If on the off this is a marketing ploy to get a month to month subscription when the advertisements indicate free access to give them an opportunity to express how well it’s work-getting me to offer funds I currently do NOT have It is a deceptive offering to download and be unable to use the free app When it actually does work properly I would be greatly encourage to share the successful use of the app to address the habits I want and need to change One star was the lowest rating possible for a review that would be best represented by a zero- currently it has not helped do more that irritate me. I cannot refer or recommend this app when it has cost lots of time with no way to prove it actually works as the article suggests it will

Feeling at home. Alright so I had been using Aloe Bud for habit tracking which I LOVED but it’s more of a simple log with no stats and you have to pick from a limited list of habits/self care categories. I also wanted to be able to start tracking my moods and tying them to my activities to better understand their impact. So, within minutes of using Tangerine I immediately fell in love with the habit tracking element of it. And the app design is just beautiful, by far the most cozy and comforting habit tracking app I’ve seen. As for the mood and activity tracking, I would like some more options of feelings and activities (maybe a way to write my own). I’m going to extend my free subscription but keep it on the monthly level for a month or two so I can see how it works with my life on a long term basis (I have a history of getting overwhelmed by tracker apps so we’ll see). Overall I am feeling supported, cared for, and encouraged by this app; I feel like my self care and feelings can be “at home” in Tangerine. I do hope this app gets more exposure so they can develop more features!

This app is genuinely helpful. I struggle with tracking my mood and seeing how i’m doing so being able to look back and see that most of my days aren’t as bad as they are in my head is really helpful. It helps remind me of the good things that happen in my life and i feel more positive when i use it. It also feels comforting to tell someone when i have had a bad day even if it is literally just an app. Just releasing the negative feelings in my head helps me move on from them quicker. Seriously consider this app :))

I gave it a go…but not completely sold. I tried this for a week and like that it tracks my goals but on days when I turned off my phone before I could log the completed goals I had finished that night, there was no way to go back the next day and check them as finished. And although it is pretty straightforward to use, it is too easy to accidentally swipe something the incorrect way and not be able to undo it. I appreciate that I can journal, track my moods, is simple and doesn’t force me to use their limited list of health goals, etc. If I am going to pay the price for premium I would like to see these minor but anointing glitches resolved. I may also look for an app that allows me to set goals for certain dates and not just accomplish tasks.

Makes me want to be better each day. So I’ve downloaded Tangerine twice; once in summer ‘21, and again a few days after New Years ‘22. The entire time I’ve had it, I made improvements each day. Tracking myself makes it easier to improve. I have tried a handful of other habit apps, but I like Tangerine best; simple, straight to the point, easy to use, lots of features, and a pleasing design. The only drawbacks I’ve found are there aren’t enough emotions to choose from when recording mood, and you do have to pay to make more than two habits. Luckily, it’s quite affordable and immensely useful. I appreciate that it can be used as a habit tracker, a schedule of sorts, daily journal, mood tracker, and daily reflections. It makes it easy to tell yourself what you want to improve on, and helps you have a place to process your day and emotions. Bonus, marking of habits makes you feel accomplished. Love that sweet sweet dopamine, right?

Changed my life!. I seriously LOVE this app! It has made all the difference in my ability to create new habits and maintain them. I recommend it to everyone. I would have given five stars except for two glitches (which I have reported and hopefully they are working on them). Sometimes, while working on the app it just shuts off. The other problem is that sometimes on the front page only, it doesn’t register that you have a streak going, it will record it as ‘0’ when in fact if you click on the habit it will show your streak. When these two items are fixed I will give it a five star review!!!

Very helpful!. I’ve really been enjoying this app! I’ve had it downloaded for a few months now and its really helped me stay conscious of what I need to do and also it’s a good feeling to be able to feel accomplished by checking things off of my habit list. The only thing that would make it better is if I was able to make a “To do” list with out having to make it a daily or scheduled recurring habit. For example “send out thank you cards, or make a phone call” etc. I’m also not a big fan of not being able to delete habits after they are created, only because I had messed up and only had a task that I had to complete for a week. (Pet sitting) so I just had to Archive it. Which I do understand the concept behind why it’s encouraged not to delete a habit, and it makes sense. Over all I really do appreciate this app and the help it brings! And I hope one day some sort of daily or random “to do” lists will be created! <3

I was scrolling around and getting to know all the options and functions… when I came across the page titled “What made your day awesome” I looked for a button that I couldn’t find… so I would like to suggest adding a category for “HOBBY” because so many of us forget to do something that we truly enjoy. Another one could be “GIVING” or “VOLUNTEER” or “CONTRIBUTE” (not sure which word would be best to use) as in providing help with money, time, knowledge, donated items, cleaning a beach or park, walking a neighbors dog, giving someone a ride, jumpstarting a car, making someone smile, paying for someone else’s groceries, there are oh so many ways to give, volunteer, and/or contribute. The list is naturally endless. Anyways, thank you for listening (reading). I wish you a very happy day! Catherine

Love it!. Really love this app and it’s helping me stay on top of my habit goals! I really appreciate that habits are combined with journaling and self care data. Only thing is I wish the data on which things have the most impact on your life differentiated between what is having a positive and negative impact on your life. It would be great to see whether, say, work is negatively impacting me 50% of the time. Otherwise I think this is great for someone both goal oriented and who wants to have a better outlook on self care

5 stars!!!. This app is so amazing and beautiful! The developers really put a lot of time and effort into the making of this app, and it REALLY paid off. It is GORGEOUS!! It has been helping me out with my anxiety because i can write my thoughts down without my parents going through my phone, and i like the mood tracker thingy that you can fill out at the end of the day. I fill it out everyday on the bus home from school! I showed this app to my cousin and she loves it too! She had the exact same thoughts as me. Overall, Tangerine is a stunning, helpful app so i highly highly highly recommend this to anyone who ends up reading this!

Great App For Personal Development and Mental Health Tracking. I have had this app for a week now and absolutely love it. There are several things you can do with it like training yourself to create new habits which the app will remind you to complete if you set up the reminders. It's super easy to navigate and use. It helps track your different moods from day to day and keeps stats of what you have accomplished and haven't so you can have a better idea of your progress in a quick and easy to understand report. I STRONGLY encourage anyone who is looking to simply better themselves in anyway to download this app. I can't say how much I love it enough. I most certainly will be utilizing it for a long time!!

I love it !⭐️⭐️⭐️. I love it because it makes me feel cautious about what I’m doing everyday and making sure the habits I do are completed ! Except the one thing I don’t really like it that you can delete/skip habits . I think they should have a point system like , every habit I do I should get like 100 points or something and if you don’t do one then you should get 50 taken away so you can make sure your doing it and after you reach about 1,000 point you should get a sticker or something . Overall I love it . It keeps you doing habits and making sure you watch what is going into you body and your rituals . Also I love that there is a Built in Journal to say what’s on your mind . And you can rate your day and say what was good and what was bad . Overall one of the Best apps out there

My favorite habit tracker app ever!!!. This is by far the best habit tracker. I have tried so many different apps to try and help me get into a better routine but they are always frustrating or absolutely useless unless you pay for the subscription. Tangerine is super useful even if you just use the free version. I’m so glad I started using it and I recommend it to people a lot. I’m so glad I found this app and I hope it helps everyone else too.

Perfect Combination!. I LOVE all of the features of this app. I’ve NEVER purchased a premium feature on an app before, but I just had to for this app. I’ve only been using this app for a few days, but I’m IN LOVE. I can feel myself being more organized and feeling accomplished that I’m doing these tasks! I love that you can journal and track your mood too! I am excited to use the premium feature for even more habits!!! I hope it makes my next 12 months full of growth and mindfulness. Thank y’all for an incredible app!!

Great app but needs more customization options!. I love that this app combines habit and mood tracking! Overall, the look of the app is simple and cute which is exactly what I was looking for. I also love the ability to add the number of times you want to do a habit. For example, I have a habit for drinking water 8 times a day. Really great to be able to get that detailed. However, the mood tracker portion needs more customization options. I’d like to be able to list my own reasons for a good or bad day. The app Daylio is a better mood tracker because you can input your own moods and activities. I really hope Tangerine incorporates this.

literally life changing. this sounds dramatic but tangerine has literally changed my life. i started doing it on new year’s day of this year, and i’ve done it everyday since. i seriously love being able to get my thoughts down without using a physical journal, and tangerine is perfect for that. it also helps me with other things like taking my vitamins, reading my bible plan, and it helps keep my anxiety at bay. at first it was kind of awkward to write about my day, but now i literally look forward to it and write multiple paragraphs as if i’m talking to a friend, which helps me appreciate every day and gives me a way to look back and reflect on my progress with my mental health and everything else in my life. y’all definitely need to get this app if you’re struggling with anything or if you just want someone to talk to. but i seriously 11/10 recommended this app.

Really nice :). So I’d never had a planner/habits app before, but saw this one in a video and decided to check it out. It’s really helpful, and the visuals are really cute too. I can plan habits for every day, or multiple times a day, or once a week, etc. I can also plan habits in advance so that they’ll start on a certain day and go from there. You can also journal about emotions. You can pay five dollars a month for a premium version that includes pictures in your journal entries and journal prompts. I do wish the password/Touch ID for the journaling was free, it’s part of the premium package, so you’d have to pay for it, but other than that it’s a really helpful app, and my friends use it as well to keep track of plans or journal. Try it out!

Successful Day!. Today I downloaded this app and set 4 goals. It motivated me to complete them and it was very simple to set them. I can see this app helping me in the future! I understand that for all features you need premium, and for some people, that could take off a few stars, but I don’t mind it. I support the fact that a new app needs help to continue expanding. I am going to input these goals into my bullet journal, so excited! Thanks Tangerine! Edit: I found a typo? When I was rating my day and picking emojis, it says “Pick one of more feelings”, is it supposed to say “or”? Sorry, grammar nerd. Still an awesome app.

Love It! Just One Problem..... I absolutely love this app, I got it today because I get really stressed out and want to have healthier habits. The only problem I have found is that when I click the ‘Invite Friends’ button, it kicks me out of the app. I am aware that the new update supposedly fixed that problem, but it has not for me. I use a iPad 6th Generation, it would be amazing if the developers could fix that. Otherwise, an amazing app! Great job! I would love it if I could add my own moods to the app, and I love how sweet and mellow the app design is.

Pretty good. It’s a great app for basic self care and goal setting, very easy to use and accessible! However the anger management feature was kind of useless. The gratitude exercise was great and really made me grateful and realize some stuff. But the anger exercise was very confusing and didn’t help me release any anger at all. The questions are literally “why are you angry” “what does anger help you remember” and “what makes you release anger”. What would anger help me remember other than I’m angry? Maybe I’m expecting too much out of a free ish app but the other exercises were sooo good.

Amazing app. I really love this app, it has really helped me grow and accomplish goals. I just want to say thank you to the developers for working so hard on this especially since their a team of only two people, that’s just incredible, keep it up guys your going places. This app has helped me read my bible and pray every day and I really love tracking my mood and writing on the journal, the feature where you can say what you are grateful for or release stress or anger is really cool and I love doing those. I’ve gotten really far with Grenache lesions and I’ve been able to stay healthy and exercise every day because of this app. The UI feels amazing cozy and welcoming. I do think you should be able to add more habits with just the free plan alone, but otherwise I can’t complain at all. Great job guys you really nailed it on this one.

You can use all the features. The app is good but most reflection journaling parts are locked which I understand you need to make money some how but the things I really struggled with were locked. The history part to look back through your week or year is locked which to me defeats the point of using the app. I would like to look back on the past to see how I improved. It’s nice you can at least do some journaling but it’s not really enough. For some one who can’t pay $30 on the spot or $60 a month it’s just frustrating. I fully understand why you need to do this but I think the price might be a little unreasonable for me.

I’ve never taken the time to rate an app before but…. This app is amazing. I am working hard on self-care, because before therapy, I couldn’t even articulate what kinds of activities made me happy anymore. And even now that I’m working on self-care consciously, it’s still hard for me to remember what my go-to options are. I freaking love that I can create my own menu of self-care activities (“habits”) AS WELL AS document my mood/briefly journal. If I know that I need a moment to take care of myself, I can open the app and it eliminates the hurdle of “uhhh how do I even self-care again!? Lemme just go drink.” It helps me see the connection between self-care and my own happiness—and motivates me to keep taking care of myself. Thank you so much to the developers. Edit — some caveats and things I wish would get fixed (taking off one star): There is some glitchiness whenever I try to check off tasks. The confetti is cool, but it slows down the app to the point where I have to wait about 5 seconds before my phone unfreezes. Also, the swipe function goes off way too easily. I am constantly having to undo “completed tasks” because my finger tapped the screen slightly weird and now the app thinks I completed a task, when I really just meant to scroll down. These glitches are getting to the point where I’ve stopped using the app as much. I really hope they can be fixed!

Like this but have a suggestion. This app has been super helpful for helping me set and stick to goals. Also, as someone with depression I really like the feature of being able to track my mood and see how it correlates to my goals BUT I really really wish I had more options for recording my mood. For example, Good, great, okay, or bad just don’t give enough information or options to express the day. I know there’s the ability to add secondary moods like anxious, etc. but I wish there was more nuance.

i love it!!. i love this app! i even texted like all my friends and told them to get it!! anytime i feel like i am being too hard, or not feeling myself, this app is the place to come for me!! you can write journal entry’s, you can rate your day, you can talk about the stress your feeling and your anger or sadness, really just anything in your life! i have written multiple pages on hard things in my life, and it has brought so much peace to me! my one and only turn off with this app, is that a lot of sections cost money, but not to the pointe where it is to over the top, like there is a perfect amount of stuff you can do without paying, so it doesn’t really matter. even though i would love to not have to pay for those kind of stuff. my favorite thing about the app, is probably rating my day, like you can go in and pick emojis, and talk about your day and why you chose that emoji and everything! anddddd, there is a calandra type thing where you can go in and make goals and reminders, and i definitely feel a lot more motivated to do stuff after using this app! i would 100% recommend it!!!

So helpful but so glitchy. I love love love this app. It’s so easy to forget about habits you want to build when everyday chaos hits. I love that there are different sections for the day and that you can have some habits only reoccur during the week and not the weekend. The ONLY issue I have is that it’s super buggy and glitchy. Like it’ll get stuck and the all of a sudden complete a bunch of habits I haven’t actually completed. It’s very laggy. :( I’ve been using this for months hoping that it’ll get fixed soon but I’m about to delete it because the glitches are driving me crazy.

Gorgeous and well-designed.. I stumbled across this app on Reddit and decided to check it out. Before downloading, I actually poked around the App Store to see if there was anything similar or identical that would give me all the Premium features of this app for free. I found habit tracking apps and I found mood and reflection journaling apps, but nothing that beautifully combined those things into one cohesive app. I hope this app blows up because it is fantastic. I’ve literally never paid for an app before (especially for upgrades or extra features) and this is my first. It’s everything I didn’t realize I wanted or even needed. Thank you so much for helping me get rid of Apple’s awful Reminders app as a medium for habit tracking - this is SO much more holistic. Amazing job!

Too difficult to add habits that need to be done multiple times per day. You can’t create a habit and select morning and afternoon or evening concurrently, you have to create the same habit twice or three times (so if you are trying to take a medication 3x/day you need to create the same habit 3 separate times and select the time of day for each one 😒). Big waste of time for setting up things you want to do during both a morning and evening routine. You also can’t just edit a habit if your schedule changes—you have to archive and create a new habit and you can’t even just copy it and change the settings. This is just a huge time waster and totally inefficient. The best thing about it is the journaling prompts and recording your moods. I never even really got many habits entered because it took so long to do it. It would have taken hours to get everything entered in the way I wanted it. Also if there’s a way to export my data out of this app it isn’t easy to find. I’ve had the app since 2021 and have barely used it because of how inconvenient it is to set up, so I’ve decided it’s time to move on to something else that I can set up quickly and easily so that I can actually use. I’ve just been throwing money away on this for a long time because I wanted to like it. I’m finally over it.

Love this app just one change. I love this app because it provides mental help for free but I don’t like how in the journaling section it doesn’t allow all the journal ideas for free I personally think mental help should be cheap or free also for a lot of people those locked journal ideas are very helpful for my lifestyle and many other peoples lifestyles. But to conclude this I really do recommend this app it’s has really helped me for a while if u need to get your self together for sure download this app.

No answers to family share questions. So far this app is good in functionality with a few exceptions. I’ve sent questions via the settings contact for developers with no response. The family share doesn’t seem to work for all functions for more than one person, even buying the subscription. Also, face recognition is spotty at best and the touchscreen for swiping is extremely sensitive and checks off items when scrolling vs swiping.

Review on Tangerine app. I think that this app has really helped me get my life together! I feel that this has helped me see what I have to do and all of that. I think that it’s so functional to see when you can do it, form new habits every day, and complete them or skip them. The only downside I have come across to is that you can only do 5 habits a day, and if you want more you have to pay. You would be applying for a membership with other stuff too. I personally am not going to be trying this membership with my money. But if you are interested there is that. I think that overall this app has my best and honest review right here. Thank you

Truly Makes a Difference. I have been using the free app for a little over a week. It really has helped me hold to my daily goals. I wasn’t as consistent when I first began, but I’m getting better. I love the ease of setting new habits and quickly marking when I’ve completed an action. I like the mood tracker and note/journal. I am beginning to see patterns. I may upgrade soon to see what more this app can do. As a person who has had difficulty starting and maintaining healthy habits, I am extremely pleased with this results I see with this app.

Good App (for the most part). I never leave reviews, but I like Tangerine. It looks great, and has some helpful features. The layout and design looks great, and the journaling is easy to use. Although the habits take a little thinking to get (and don’t support breaking bad habits), I like the way it’s structured. My only big complaint is that the Premium features are kind of expansive and make it difficult to get a great experience out of the app. (I’m referencing Insights and more than 5 habits here. I’d love to have them but not enough to shell out monthly, even though they aren’t overpriced if you’re really into the app.) I would definitely recommend Tangerine, though, so if you’re skimming the reviews to look for a good habit or journal app, you should choose this one. All in all, thanks for making this! It’s been great 😊😊

Love it But..... I absolutely love this app!!😍 But I am having a problem well not really a problem but anyway. I really want to get the subscription for the app but it is a little pricey. 😳🤑I wish it was a little lower. I also wish it let you do more than FIVE habits before you have to buy!!!😠 I mean if you are going to put the app up make it a little more usable without a subscription. The more you do that the more people will want a subscription!!!😤 So please, I love this app especially during a hard point in my life because of COVID-19. Awesome. I’m a yoga & meditation teacher, and will be recommending this wonderful app to my private students many who are cultivating a home yoga/meditation practice. I’ve been using the free version and it’s excellent! Simple and easy to use and it looks great too. I love how I don’t feel bombarded by stuff, and I don’t need to spend too much time on my phone. Great concept, missing some features and conveniences. Really like the idea of combining habit and mood tracking; no other apps are doing this in this nice way. It is missing a few things that similar apps have, which I can live without but would still be great if they were added: - change time of midnight boundary so evening tasks can still show until eg 2am - timed tasks - negative tasks (eg don’t do X / for more than 5 min) - health integration (detect I went for a run automatically) - shortcuts integration (shortcuts to mark things off)

Crashing since last update. Good app but keeps crashing since the last update. Habits keep rearranging themselves which is annoying when trying to click done on one of them. Was a great app until the last update. Are you able to fix it to like it was before please?

Amazing app, highly recommend!. I love how simple the app is to use and it’s extremely functional and easy to see what I still have to do in my week. I love that you can set a frequency of “x number of times a week” in comparison to most apps that only have daily, weekly or fortnightly options. My only complaint is that when I complete tasks, they don’t show up in the “completed tasks” section. They disappear from the “to do” section but when I click on the “completed” section it says I haven’t completed anything. That is my only complaint, if that issue wasn’t present I’d give 5 stars!

What they need. They need Workouts and meditation like headspace also they need no in app purchases but it is very very good

great app, functional without a sub. the creators of this app have made something really cool - i've only just installed it but it works really well, has an easy-to-understand UI & does what it says on the tin. it does require a subscription for premium features such as data analytics on moods/habits, certain journal prompts & more than 5 habits, but still works really well without it! there are many apps that say they are free but upon installation you find out you need a subscription for the most basic of features - i'm glad to say this isn't one of them. unfortunately i don't earn enough to be able to justify paying a subscription so i can't speak on its features, but the quality of the app & the eagerness to help from the creators makes me want to support them as soon as i can. if you guys see this, please drop some info on how to donate or help you out in some other way :^] i'd like to do that if i have a bit of extra cash every now and then! absolutely 10/10 recommend, excellent work lads 💕

Brilliant - please add sound!. I love this app - it’s simple, bright and effective - but I don’t notice notifications without sound - so I have to group my notifications then manually set an Apple alarm to make me look at the screen and see them. Sound would be an amazing addition!

I don’t know how to track my steps like when I walk even when I walk with my iPad it doesn’t track my steps and my kilometres like for running and walking or drinking water like anything but other than that it’s a great app I just don’t know how to get it to track my steps and stuff like that

Love the app but..... I really like that this is an app that can track my habits, mood and enter a journal! 👌🏻 A few suggestions to improve the app. It’d be good if we can upload photos when writing an entry on about our day.. it’s annoying that for me to add a photo I need to add another journal entry. Also add more moods and ability to enter location and possibly hashtags so we can search our entries in the future. 🙂

Loving it!!. It’s really helping me and I’ve started to get excited to wake up. Great App, Functions well. This is a great app. There are no ads for using free etc which is really nice. I’m finding it really helps me keep track of my mood with the journal and setting habits helps keep motivated. The only downside is the cost for premium to get the extra things like unlimited habits, insights etc which I need but unfortunately I’m out of work so can’t afford it, so being limited to 5 habits and not all the journal features, insights etc means I can’t get the fullest from the app and can’t get all the help it could give.

Really great. I’ve only had this app for two days, and I can already tell its one I’m gonna stick with. The interface is really cute, and as a visual artist that makes me very happy! The way the habit tracker is set out really well, and very easy to use. I also like that you can add notes to you habits, to the days, you can even add notes when you skip a habit saying why you’ve skipped. Also I really commend the creators for having this app to be actually usable to those unable to subscribe. As a free user, I can have up to 5 habits, which is great. Love it, but a one problems…. I love tangerine, use it everyday totally recommend, But I just have one problem with it, and that is that you can’t change the days that you do a habit on after you’ve finished making it, because this is the case with me, my schedule changes through out the year meaning that there’s days I can’t do particular habits on. But you can’t change the days without deleting the habit to replace it with a new one with the new schedule, but I don’t want to lose my history on the habit.

Really good so far!. This app was recommended by apple to help with habit building and it’s been working really well so far! I love the “how was your day?” Notification as it helps me revise how I felt throughout the day and makes me more conscious of how often I feel with the mood tracker. The different types of journaling is also super cool and helps get the brain thinking and to get emotions out, super neat way to organise your thoughts/emotions. The only thing I could really recommend is for emoji/feeling and colour customisation. This would make it feel more personalised and accurate to how we individually feel. But other than that I definitely recommend if you struggle with creating/keeping a habit and routine.

Just the app I was looking for!. I love how easy the app is to use. It has a great interface. I like the integration of the habit tracker, mood tracker and journaling feature. Although, I do have some feedback. The yearly subscription for the app is too expensive too much. I can’t justify paying $50 per year for an app. I think a good idea would be to have a one time purchase app. Although the user would have to spend more initially, it would much more affordable over time. For the journalling feature, I would like the option to be able to write my entries with my Apple Pencil.

Some issues. I have really bad stress and when I discovered the app I felt great full and I explored the app but the fact it cost money mad me sad and I hate asking for stuff because of the money so there were many possibilities that I did not get to experience

Amazing and helpful. I recently downloaded this app and already I feel motivated to bring in healthy habits. The only problem is that sometimes it wants you to pay for premium if you want all of the ‘fancy stuff’. Even if you don’t pay you can make a free account and you can still get most of the aspects like reminders/notifications, create healthy habits e.t.c Overall, I’m very excited to see how much this app improves my well-being both mentally and physically. I love it. It’s quite a good app, it’s made me try and complete all my habits. It also feels like an online diary which helps a lot and I also love the mood checkers where u can realise anger and stuff like that. The only thing i would improve is to get a lock on the app so to go into it you would have to use a passcode or finger print, i know lots of great apps like this and i think it could improve it a lot.

Most helpful app to build new habits!. Since using the app I’ve managed to stick to my healthy routine as well as keeping my productivity level high. I struggled to stick to my diet and go to the gym for so long but now I got the support I needed. It’s also helped me to reflect on my day and set new goals and intentions for the following ones. Great App!. This app is awesome! Unlike others that are similar, it actually has a free version where you have the basic features to enjoy the app. A few feature suggestions: 1. Having deadlines on your habits. So along with you having your habits organized by different parts of the day, you could be even more specific by choosing a time you wanted to complete this habit. 2. Being able to choose which days you wanted to do your habits along with having the choice of doing it every _ days if you wanted. These are just a few suggestions! But this is a great app! And a lovely team who actually leave helpful and personal responses to their reviews! Thanks for helping me get back into doing things I love to do :D

Really love this!. A great way to build habits - even simple things like remembering to drink water and take vitamins. The mood tracker is interesting to look back over the two weeks and see that my mood is better on days when I do more of the habits.

The time zones. I love the app, but when I go to set my reminders it tells me that it is set for 18:00 when I set it for 6:00. Maybe add different time zones so people that don’t understand those other time zones can get just their time for it Great app though 9/10 would recommend

So close to perfect. i adore this app, it has been the only productivity app that has worked for me.it has everything in one place; journal, mood tracker, and habit tracker (with reminders). The free version allows access to a lot of the app and i was happy with it until I went to look back and reflect and saw that my previous entries had been deleted. I can understand the free version not having access to insights and additional features but i was very disappointed that my own simple entries were gone. Maybe at least advertise that memory is a feature of free vs. Premium.

A beautiful habit + mood tracker. I found this app through producthunt and have been using it to track my daily medication and mood during my school semester. Compared to other habit apps, I really love the design and features tangerine has in that it’s not only a habit tracker but a note taking and mood tracking app. It’s been useful for me to write down any symptoms or mood changes related to my medication and having the option to reflect on my day. I think the developer has been decently generous in offering the ability to track five habits in the free version when other trackers on the AppStore tend to limit it to three. I’ve been using the free version because I’m a student with low income but would love to support the app in the future. Like the other review, I’d like to suggest a one time payment option so that it would be more viable for a person like myself. Other habit trackers in the same market tend to go with a subscription model that I’m not very fond of but I understand the developer also needs to make an income so there’s no pressure on my end to make any substantial changes in the price model unless the developer feels like they can do so. Overall, I really like this app and will continue using it in the future. I’d like to suggest maybe giving free users the option to see their stats in an overview sorta fashion with the more detailed stuff limited to premium users. Like a compromise, I guess. Another suggestion would be customizable tracking for things like budgeting or intake (ex: The ability to enter numerical values or presets like oz amounts for water tracking).

THE BEST APP.. This app helped me get through COVID-19 by just working me through the mental struggles. It helped make me understand what I was doing to make me happy and what made me feel really bad, I eventually found out more about myself and this app helped me realize it, this is the best journal app I’ve ever had and I will never delete it.

Tangerine. This app is amazing! It has helped me a lot with little habits a want to get rid of, and it also helped me keep the new little habits I want to put in my life. As a teenager this is an amazing app. It also helps you keep track of your good days. 10/10 would recommend to teenagers ( more specifically girls ) but overall an amazing app

Totally got me doing things I need to be doing. I’ve been trying to work on my Spanish skills, study for graduate tests, and workout with more regularity. I’ve tried other habit builder apps, but none have worked as well as this one. I love that you can track your mood with this one as well. If they considered a one time payment for premium (instead of yearly) I would get myself premium for sure. App works well without premium though!

Awesome app. I really like this app. I have several mental and physical health issues. This app helps me keep track of my moods and helps me organize my thoughts and tasks that I need to get done. The only thing that would be a bonus is to be able to customize the app a little more with different themes or colors to make it more fun.

excellent:). i love everything about the way this app works. it has a beautiful minimalist aesthetic, and the way it can show you how your habits effect your mood throw mood journaling is so helpful. it really keeps you accountable. the only thing i don’t like is the paid option, i wish it wasn’t so in your face, i wish you could just say yes or no and if you say no it won’t remind you of what you can’t have by not buying. i get it every app needs to make money and i may purchase the premium someday, but it’s and eyesore to have a whole section that looks available but isn’t.

Love this App. I use this app every day to help manage my mental health. As a person with mental health concerns tracking my mood is very important. Not only do I track mood on this app but I use its journal features as guided prompts to help me think deeper about myself. I recommend buying the premium version. That way, you get the most out of the app.

Tangerine review. Tangerine is a great app to get you to start to form healthy habits over the course of only a few days. I will say something that I did not like was that some features on the app you had to pay for, which is ok but it made it seem like everything on the app was free. Other than that I 100% recommend tangerine.

Thanks. This is a really cool FREE app and I love it, I wish I could get the unlocked things in the journal but it’s ok for now. So good for school. I love this app because i can write down what I need to get done for school. I can also write down the things I need to rennet an expertise my feelings. I can write what was good and bad about my day and I don’t have to pay any money at all. I recommend this is easy to download and it just really make a stuff a lot easier😊. So if you want a free app get this app it just helps with everything✌🏼.

Awesome. This app makes me so happy to just focus on me for a minute and how I felt and what I did. Yes there is a subscription but that’s ok because it does not get in the way of anything I want to do! I really love this app and hope to use it when I I need to. Just okay. I enjoy the reminders and being held accountable for keeping good habits. It made me sad when I “skipped” a task (it was something that didn’t need to be done that day) and it showed me an “eye roll” emoji. That didn’t feel like the positivity I’d signed up for, it felt passive aggressive. I wasn’t skipped the task because I’m a bad person, it just was not something that needed to be done that day. It’s not the most motivating program, I’ve certainly used better. But it’ll do!

if u have any type of stress u need this app. soo i have had this app for abt 4 months and it has let me poor out my feelings and emotions. i feel so much better at the end of the day bc i get to get all the negative out of my system. i rly enjoy this app and i am very happy about the journalling part of it too. I do with that I didn’t have to get premium to be able to unlock some of the journal prompts. ty 🙃

Awesome, but….. I love this app! I get to think about my day from start to finish and I get to reflect on what the good parts were and what the bad parts were. The only thing I don’t like is how you have to pay extra for other things. I have not payed for the subscription but maybe in the future. The app is amazing. I would totally recommend if you are into reflecting on yourself.

The swipe sensitivity changed!. This was a great app, but it’s hard to swipe the habits now. It used to be easy and perfect. A small swipe movement and it was completed (this is how swiping works on every other app and on my phone in general). Now, I have to do the swipe movement twice and the second time with more force, or drag my thumb across the entire screen. This is frustrating because I have hand pain. This is my only issue with the app now and I wish it’d go back.

LOVED until my data was deleted. Out of no where, after NINE months of use, all of my data was wiped off the tangerine app. Nine month of data lost. Irreplaceable journal entry’s, over hundreds of logged habits all gone. I’ve reached out to the Tangerine customer service team for help to no avail. So devastating I try not to think about it too much. Nine on the of journals gone! Do yourself a favor and don’t start. Yes, apps like Tangerine are gorgeous and make mood tracking and journaling easier but is it really worth it if your data cannot be recovered, exported, or synched to the cloud?

Just wish there were more themes/color options!. I was using the free version for awhile and generally liked it. There are enough features where you could make it your only app for daily logging/habit building. My only complaint and this is just person preference I began to dislike the deep blue/purple color that contrasts with the nice soft peach aesthetic. The widgets available are all in the deep blue/purple so I wish there was other options like just a plain white, green or soft brown.

Changed my life. This app combines two of my favorite things: habit tracking, and mood tracking. I used to use Streaks, but using Tangerine has truly made a difference in how I approach my daily habits and routines. It’s fun and easy to use, works well with Siri Shortcuts, and looks beautiful. I’ve been beta testing the app for a while, and the developers are so receptive to feedback—they’ve made a great app! Highly recommend.

Amazing!!. Okay, so I’ve been looking for an app that can give you reminders, and you can journal, but basically Tangerine gets your WHOLE LIFE together! You can journal your feelings on today, and I basically come here everyday. I feel so proud of myself when I get to check off the habits that I’ve done for the day!! This is perfect for people who want to get their lives organized, or just teens in general! I recommend. :)

Pretty good, would like to give a suggestion though. The app does what it says it does and is good. Nothing more you can say. However it would be a lot better if you could maybe add a (optional) lock or password to the journal? My siblings like to use my phone a lot and it would be helpful so they don’t go looking through my stuff. I’m also pretty paranoid so it would ease me to know that I have a password on my journal.

Super cute app. I’ve been using this app for a week and I really like it. It’s so easy to create new habits. I allow notifications for my habits and because of those notifications I keep up with my habits. The app is also really pretty with cute graphics. It’s really easy to navigate so overall it’s great😊

Reminders not working. This truly is a beautiful app, I was so excited to use it to meet my goals and I didn’t mind paying the year subscription price once the free trial was over. But the reminders don’t work, sometimes I’ll get a notification, sometimes I won’t. It’s crucial for me to have reminders because I can be forgetful. So that was a major dealbreaker for me, I really wanted to love it, but I ended up canceling the free trial to find another app that works best for me.

This is the app for you!. If journaling is not for you. if self care is so hard. If you always run out of spoons. If you are always on the go, but something seems off. Like you know what your doing & where your going but the day seems a little fuzzy. This is the app for you. On the go with you since in this day & age we all have our phones on us. So like me no more excuses not to get our lives in order. Understanding habits & thought patterns help us change the way we think. This app is great for cognitive behavioral therapy aka CBT. I hope more people use this when seeking help from a counselor, doctor, or therapist. Its super simple layout, soothing color scheme’s, anticipatory design with handy notifications. Thank you & great job creators for this great app.

You need this!!! Soo helpful. One day I was walking down the street when I discovered a newspaper that said, “GET TANGERINE OR WE WILL FIND YOU AND KILL YOUUUUUU!” So I downloaded Tangerine and wrote down my worries about the newspaper men killing me. And it REALLY HELPED! Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo you know what i did? I wrote a threat of my own! If you do not find tangerine, I know where you live. No, actually. This is a joke<3 but tangerine is very helpful! :)

I enjoy it!. I’ve been wanting to record my daily thoughts whether it be random, heartfelt moments or even reoccurring thoughts that need I just need to get off my chest. But sometimes, I don’t always express myself clearly because my emotions can get the best of me at times and it just all comes out wrong. Writing/journalism helps me process my emotions and work through them accordingly 🌺 Check it out

Great app! Could use a few fixes though. Tangerine is a nice app and it encourages you to express yourself but, I think it would be nice if you can schedule habits for only some of the days in a week instead of everyday like if it give you an option for which days to have it as a habit. Overall I love this app and that’s the only that could be improved in my opinion.

Let's Take This From Good to Great!. I like the app. It helps me keep good habits. It also helps me track my mood because I have a mood disorder. I even have the widget on my home screen to keep me Motivated! My only complaint is the way that it tracks completion of habits. Specifically, if you establish a habit that you can complete on any day as long as it happens x number of times/ week it will capture that as you didn't complete all your daily tasks. It's demotivating sometimes to see the half complete days, when I know I've hit my targets. I also wish it could integrate with the Fitbit app for certain habits & goals. Otherwise, pretty solid performance!

Clean and well-designed!. I’ve been looking for a nice tracker for both mood and habits for a long time now, and most are either lacking in form or function. This one deserves so much more attention. It’s lovely to look at, smooth to use and has the perfect amount of flexibility. I just saw multiple device sync got added today and I’m so pleased! Keep up the good work :)

Great minus the toxic positivity. I got this app because I needed some support on self-care. I generally like it but the toxic positivity embedded in the journaling part is a dealbreaker. When I’m having a hard time there’s nothing more irritating than being told I should learn something from this, etc. Everything is about showing gratitude. I don’t have to feel happy. I’m allowed to feel angry. I honestly don’t have a clue what they think ppl will write for that. I’m cancelling for that reason.

Brilliant!. Forming great habits is hard and journaling has been even harder! This app makes both of these once elusive things easier to get going on and see your progress! Love the interface, love the questions to help prompt journaling, love the categories for journaling, love the mood log — so important to be able to reflect and identify why you had a great day, or a bad day or a not so great day… Wow wow wow! Love this app so much!

I’m learning about myself. This app is something different. It helps you understand your habits and moods. This app has multiple journals that log the reasons why things are happening to you. It’s really an eye opener. I mostly use the daily log, but you should take advantage of the tabs on top of the app and log by answering questions about your feelings. Great insight.

Beautiful interface, could be five stars with a few tweaks. I have been looking for something like this to provide a little reward when I complete a task for the day. What I don’t love, though l, is how everything jumps around when I check things off. If I want to catch up on logging vegetable servings and log two or three in a row, I would like it if that habit didn’t jump to a different place on the screen.

Beautiful and motivating. I’ve tried a few other habit trackers, and Tangerine is my favorite. Beautiful and seamless UI makes it quick and fun to check in with my habits daily, and I really like that you can cross them off from a long tap on the icon as well. There’s also a great flow that maps your mood to factors from the day and lets you write a note— a great way to reflect daily in an app I already use.

love, but one small thing. This app is amazing and is helping me a lot. I love the design and the features. However, when scrolling through my habits for the day, it is WAY too easy to accidentally complete a habit, and then the little toast notification (where you can undo it) disappears in like half a second. I highly recommend decreasing the sensitivity of the swipe gestures and leaving up the toast for a couple seconds longer.

Very nice app!!!. I just downloaded it and I'm loving this app so far! It's a nicely organized space where I can reflect on a lot of things and utilize during some quiet time. I have experienced a few crashes though as I was writing in the journal. It still had my responses there but it just crashed out a few times as I would type. Other than that I'm going to continue to make use of it!

I like it. The only thing I’d like better is if when you go to edit a habit you could also edit the amount of times you wish to do it in a day. I. E. If I set my habit to drink 6 glasses of water a day but I intended to type 7, I’d have to delete the habit and start from scratch because I can’t edit the repetitions in a day. Everything else is looking good so far

Tangerine. This app is so calming and fun! Now I have somewhere to tell about how my day was going and what I did. Journaling was extremely fun too, I wrote about my ideas and something I found interest in. I highly recommend it, if you try out this app I’m sorry if something goes wrong this is all just my opinion on the app.

This is really helpful to keep up with how you are feeling day ti day and i think that it is really helpful and better than all other mindset apps because you pick how you day was why it was like that was good and then you get write how it was and what you did. Password?. Hey there! I’m enjoying the app so far, and totally understand the need for in app purchases. However, there is one purchase I don’t agree with. I think a password should be free and accessible to everyone. I’m okay with missing out on some perks, but I take my privacy seriously and value it highly. I believe everyone has the right to it, especially when it comes to mental health like what this app tracks. If the password could be made free, I think I’d enjoy the app much more.

Being stressed all the time is definitely not ideal , Whether you have school , work , a personal job or preference , or even habits for you to upkeep , Tangerine is the app for you! I want to love it so bad.... Let's cut to the chase; Tangerine is packed with features. Yeah, yeah, that's great. But how WELL do they work? Tangerine is just missing some finesse...the buttery smoothness I believe we've come to expect with our apps just isn't here. Habit tracking, being able to knock things off on my watch, not "breaking the chain," journaling...boom. All the good stuff. 👍 But the clunky animations, jerky swipes, unimaginative Siri interplay, notification and alarm issues I've had, and just make it hard to truly love it.

I think tangerine is like the best app in the world. So why do you think that is because literally you can make habits that remind you like to walk a mile or some thing. And you can like talk about anything of what happened in your day and it’s like the best thing ever. I think every single girl or guy or anybody should get this app if they don’t have anybody to talk to and they can just say it all in just one app!😍😍😍😝👍🏻

It’s okay but... Like lovesmovie567, I never leave reviews but I think this one needs it. The app is okay, I like that it’s a great way to see your progress but when it comes to the habits, you can only have four and you have to pay for the rest which, I get its a way to make money but I’m still a minor and cant pay for things like that. Plus you need to pay to see your progress which is a bit sad. But with these defects, it’s still a wonderful app.

It is great. It’s a nice app to have and great of your a busy person because when your a busy person it’s easy to forget things so tangerine is a quick easy way to help you remember things. Also if you need to talk to someone about something but you are to scared you can write all about your day in the app! I hope people get a great experience just like I did!😊

Great app, performance issues. I’ve been using this app for about a year and I really love it it’s been helping me keep track of and stay on top of my habits. My only complaint is that sometimes the app starts to lag and feels very heavy. This usually happens if I haven’t updated my habits in a few days and start backfilling it, it becomes frustrating. Please look into this issue!

This app is awesome!. This app is awesome and amazing! It helps me have a basic plan of my day. I love that it’s free! I have look for an app like this that is free. I finally found one. I like that you can journal and reflect on your feelings. You can purchase extra features but I like the ones that are free as well. I have no complaints at all. Nice app for self care and journaling. I like this app a lot. It has an aesthetically pleasing UI, meaningful and thoughtful prompts and mood tracking. One feature I would like to see added as a premium subscriber is the ability to create my own journal prompts like the ones at the top of the journal screen. Overall, I’d recommend this app to anyone looking to bring more mindfulness into their daily life.

Almost love. I love MOST things about the app. The widgets are great. I use the smallest and it tells a fraction of how many habits are completed. This is very motivating for me. The layout is nice and friendly. The only thing I don’t like is that the app is very sensitive to touch. I constantly complete habits just by scrolling through and then have to go and reverse them. Please make it less sensitive so you have to swipe further to complete. It is very frustrating.
