Still to know avail. Received an email response from support team assuring me the bugs were fixed and surprisingly the app worked fine, for 3 days, now we are right back to where we started unable to use without purchasing the - already purchased multiple times - app. Deleted the entire app, I’m out, fun app if it ever worked, running on iPhone with no prior issues until iOS update 15 and beyond.

No photo capability. It is quite a disappointment that the developer falsely advertise photo functionality. I purcased the presets and the app doesn’t allow me to take photos. Even after purchasing preset films, you still have to take out a subscribtion to allow photo taking. The app only allows one minute videos.

Promising - But there’s the fine print. I’m a happy owner of 2, soon to be 3, Moment lenses and, after catching a well done promo I had hopes for some fun experiments with Rtro. Oh but wait.... There’s a subscription to unlock the still camera? Or $2/ filter. Really? Come on Moment, you could do a little better with ‘free’ features. I wish you the best with the app. For myself & what would likely be only occasional use, paying for yet another ‘subscription’ means my experiment here is over.

Fun app. Paid for a one month subscription to try it out. This app lets you shoot one minute, Vine-style videos using retro filters. It’s a fun app and a cool way to piece together a story. Pros: A selection of filters that are really different from one another. The ability to shoot a minute of separate clips and piece together automatically. Exposure control, lens switching, anamorphic support. Cons: A majority of features I like are behind a paywall. You have to pay to remove the watermark or try more than two filters. There’s no way to switch filters in the middle of shooting a story. This is a feature I’d like to see in a future update. Glitches: If you are in the middle of shooting a story for too long without saving, the filter will switch back to the first one, Aria. Since there’s no way to switch filters in the middle of shooting, this is a problem.

Great app, anamorphic desqueeze, not quite stable yet. Edit: Crashes seem to have been fixed finally. (One star ducked for now, it was broken for a while after all, otherwise great app, can recommend.) Initially I got some very good-looking footage, and even acquired a couple of looks. I used it with an anamorphic clip-on lens for really cool wide-screen video. Past couple weeks the app crashes when opened, and the latest few updates did not address that. Initially thought of getting a perpetual license, but for the time being happy to have saved a few bucks and going to cancel monthly subscription after one month.

Errors. Weird glitches where the half the screen goes black and then take a picture with the picture moved up and a black box on the bottom. There is an option for no watermarks on pictures but cant seem to find one for the video, which seems weird to not have for people that are paying for the subscription.

Ehhhh.. So many apps are out in the store that can almost do the same things. I will say the filters are SUCH a good vibe and I love them but like... the watermark... I would just like to pay a small fee to take it off. I don’t want a whole subscription. Also the “scroll” for the opacity/strength for each filter is kind of in a weird spot and hard to actually increase/decrease. That needs to improve!

There is another app for cheaper!. So there is another retro camera app called retrocam and it has literally every exact feature as this app...minus hidden charges to access full app...retrocam is wayyy better than this app and its cheaper...I highly recommend getting that app instead as they seem to be more focused around the customer’s ability to use the app and not focused around making money off you.

Watermarks and frame rates locked behind paywall. You guys should make the frame rate adjustment and watermark settings available for purchase a la carte. They are locked behind a subscription paywall. It kind of defeats the purpose of allowing each look to be available for purchase separately, just to get a paywall popup when you want to adjust the frame rate or remove the watermark. Imagine buying a filter then when you use it you can’t set it up the way you want unless you subscribe. Then it defeats the purpose of buying that filter in the first place because the subscription also unlocks the same filter... except this way you end up spending $2 more for the exact same features. Kind of stupid if you ask me. If you’re going to provide one-time purchase for filters they should include all settings to modify them.

beautiful design, easy to use. this app is so much fun! great interface and tons of very well designed features and looks... a must have to add some flare to your instagram stories (or if you just miss carrying around your old school VHS recorder)

Looked great while it worked....now it works!!. At first the app was crashing every time I opened it unless I put my phone in airplane mode. I am using an iPhone 7 Plus. Otherwise, the filters look really cool and the customization also made it feel like I can make it my own. I really like this camera! I love the feels you can get with it just for everyday life. Thanks Moment for listening and updating so quickly!

Filters that feel like part of the story!. Most app filters feel like an obvious overly of the image or video you are capturing. These filters really feel like they are a part of your content - burned into the capturing of your digital “film” and helping you tell a unique story.

Everything is Subscription. Pass!. Let me start by saying, I love moment! I’ve used their lenses since the early days & they only had a couple, and I just recently purchased EVERY LENS available. So I’m not afraid of spending money. However, I am NOT a fan of subscriptions! I love trying things out and giving detailed reviews. Give me a purchase option and I’ll give a fair review. Until then, you get one star, and it should be zero.

Continuous is a plus. I’ve been wishing there were an easy way to make a video with multiple clips without having to put them together in post, so that’s great and I’m sure the filters will be cool, but I’d never pay another subscription for it. It may be the way of the future but besides Adobe and internet/tv etc. I’ll never add anything else as a subscription payment.

This app screams Moment!. Big fan of Moment, own several lenses. I decided to download the app to see where they were in the digital world. It's exactly what you expect from them. Trendy hipster type filters and simple layout which is great! They're selection is amazing and filters are very well executed. Unfortunately I ended up deleting due to "Membership". Having a membership for filters is ridiculous, also the one time purchase of $50 is silly.

Amazing! iPad App?. What a wonderful and vibey app. I have been using moment gear and apps for a while and they always deliver. With the addition of importing footage to the RTRO app it would be really nice to see an iPad app as well as other options to sort videos besides most recently edited. Thanks for another wonderful app!

Difficult Choice. I'm a fan Moment gear and the main camera app, this one leaves a little something to be desired. Extremely limited test app and the only other choice is a subscription for a month. I think it's fair that we all hate subscriptions. I get why to use it, but without a full trial of the app, 24 hours even, I hate the thought of having another subscription that I just forget about and cringe every month paying for an app I don't want or need. A full free trial for even a day would take away the possibility of regret. It's just the feeling of I don't know what I'm paying a subscription for, I'm not allowed to get a feel for it, I'm going in blind. I really considered paying full price for the app but again, I can't justify spending $50 on something I can't try out before I buy and have limited to no recourse to get a refund if I don't like it or it doesn't meet expectations for spending $50 on a single app. Other concern is I spend $50 on the app and the promise of updated looks. How long will that go on? At a moment's notice that can go away and I'm left on the hook for the pricey app without future support.

Amazing!!📽✨🙌. I am loving this app!! It gives so many creative options and feels. My current favorite for shooting clips on the go for social media. I am hoping there may be an option in the future versions to use these as filters for other videos in my camera roll or something like that. For more thought out photography and videos I am an avid fan of the Moment app, and all the versatility it provides. It would also be cool to select moment lenses through RTRO as well. These film effects with the Anamorphic lens..🎉🙌That would be awesome! Thanks for another great quality, and super inspiring product, Moment!! :)

Buggy... iPhone 11Pro is not older iPhone!. App will not move past “Exporting Story”. ‘Hang tight this will only take a minute’ message must not mean 60 seconds. I’ve reported to RTRO Support but they only said they will look into the issue. No follow up response or update. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled app... and was charged again when I restored purchase. Very Frustrating! 😡 Update! Moment response was they are working on an update for OLDER iPhones... mine is an iPhone 11Pro. Did I miss a bunch of new iPhones???

Like It so far, unsure of long term. I am a big Moment fan, and have lots of lenses and equipment. I adore their videos and instruction, so I jumped in this right away. I’m enjoying this app and intend to really take it out for some fun test drives, mostly for family use. The filters are interesting and I expect more will be coming. I subscribed for the year so I can give it a good tryout, but will just wait to see if it is worth renewing next year. Subscriptions are insidious, I’d prefer to pay up front. If the app continues to improve and add features and functions the subscription may be a good value, but time will make that clear for me. Like other reviewers, I would love to see the option for longer videos and to switch filters within the videos. Overall, great addition to the Moment roster!

Obsessed!. As a photographer, these awesome filters are a great way to further express filmmaking in my everyday routine. I love how I can use different focal lengths beneath the filter, and change my frame rate! Super easy to use, and I love being able to put an entire post together with different scenes into one video. Highly recommend.

Watermarks & Subscriptions!?. Can’t remove watermark unless you subscribe! The subscription payment model undermines all the work you put into the app and makes it feel like a cheap Retro Camcorder app from 5 years ago. Compared to your other high quality products this is very off. It feels like the Moment “Mobile-Pro” brand was used to sell some old failed app made for middle schoolers.

Doesn’t work properly. I’ve subscribed to edit an existing video and it doesn’t allow me to export it, app just crushes everytime I try to do that. Moreover the same situation happens when I try to send feedback. I wanted to check tips (maybe I just missing something) and it asks me to login and then just doesn’t proceed with a further actions. I like the filters, but I can’t do what I’ve paid for, so would like to get a refund.

No Flash/ Hard press big. So far I like that app and they have great filters but I haven’t found the option to turn the flash on in anything. Can someone help? Also when I try using the hard press option to track a subject it closes the app.

Moment’s creative talent never disappoints. The entire creative flow, from filter picking to shoot and export, is so intuitive. Plus the looks of the UI and the logo itself are all heart-touching. It would be really nice in the future updates, to have the option of being able to use several frame rates during those clip shooting.

So fun. So easy to use and the experience feels like a digital version of shooting super 8 film. Your start and stop points are your cuts and you’ve got 60 seconds to make something fun.

Wonderful App..But. I love everything about this app; it reminds me of the earlier days of Social media videos.... sharing moments. Great varieties of choices and info on the creator and show previews in video. This app is as advertised with full delivery of vintage videos. A++ for that . The cons; If you delete a frame it’s gone forever no undo button. The app glitches and deletes the wrong frame . Can’t rearrange shots ;shoot accordingly. App Crashes at 2x at least during editing (could be the cause of footage deleting) Despite those cons it’s my new favorite way of sharing on stories and looking forward to updates.

Potential!. I can see so much hope for this app. I gave it 4 stars because I know what moment is capable of. Can’t wait to give it 5. I hope they make the option to duplicate clips instead of just delete and also make it easier to select multiple clips for editing. I was hoping to also select different filters for every film in the same project. And lastly I hope to see more audio editing options like adding music. Like I said I can’t wait to give it 5 stars.

Awesome app! Is $1.25/mo. really too much?. The app is great lots of options and settings to get SUPER sick looks. To all the people giving 1 star reviews because of the subscription option, congrats on being the CEO of Cheapskates. Moment has to pay devs to create the app, if you’re too broke to afford it, just move on instead of trying to tarnish the app’s rep because you can’t afford $15 a year

Too much fun. Love the retro looks, the app interface, and some thoughtful UI touches like swipe to zoom just like Instagram. Makes me want to shoot more even when there’s nothing to shoot.

A Real High Quality Thing. Been lovin it so far. The filters are unique and the controls feel real smooth. Most of my work is outside and I have to wear gloves. The ease of controls are perfect for grabbing quick little shots when every second counts. I also dig how the inspirations for each each filter are given. Each of them really come to life. For the best use of the app- pair it with a Moment Anamorphic Lens. That’s how I’ve been using it and the results are pretty wild.

Good beginning. Great app for version 1.0!!! The square format is great as is the b/w format. However I would like to shoot in square mode for better composition during actual shooting, but all good. This is my favorite new app. I am not wild about the subscription model for the extras and would to purchase the extras instead. I see you can do separate purchases with some of the filters. I own most of the Moment lenses and cant wait to try them out.

Solid start but.... Great app, love all the different themes, they really look great. I paid for the full subscription, which I think is totally reasonable. Would love to see more video features like time lapse and Slomo. Being able to shoot video longer than 1 minute would be nice too. I know they intended for this to be used to create stories and short form content, but it would be nice to have some other options. Considering that the themes and filters look so good, it would be nice to use them in multiple ways.

Super fun app. I love creating stories with this app. I paid for RTRO+ and don’t regret it. Taking photos, using the looks on old videos, and access to all the looks is worth it for me. I find myself waiting for the next update because they’ve been doing good things with this app. Just keep making it better and don’t let the updates fall by the wayside! Plus I’m a huge Moment fan and have 3 of their lenses. Maybe I’m biased...or maybe it’s just good.

Great app hindered by its own limitations. Honestly, this is such an amazing app that has so much potential. Unfortunately, it misses the mark by not including obvious features expected of a photography/editing application like adjusting filter strength or more importantly, photo import! 🤯 How it can exclude that really blows my mind. I can tell the developers and artist are trying though and very talented to boot. I hope to see some of the bugs I’ve been experiencing patched as well and features added to make this the well rounded app I know it can be.

It’s promising, but not great.. Moment does it again, the idea is amazing. I love the fact that we have the de-squeeze option available for the anamorphic lens, I love the filters and I get the idea of a subscription. The reazon I give this 3/5 is because of the prices. I mean you already charge $1.99 per filter if you don’t want to pay for a subscription, that’s fair. But does the framerate really has to be locked down to the subscription as well? And after purchasing the yearly option we don’t have basic exposure control. Will this be added at some point?

Subscription for a camera? No thanks.. I don’t rent my Moment lenses that I put on my phone, and I don’t rent the Moment pro camera app. I don’t rent any of my pro camera apps. I wouldn’t subscribe to an app that basically does filters even if I did have the money, and a $50 lifetime subscription is a joke. Do a $10 one time purchase or something like everyone else and stop jerking us around with this BS. I mean, you know I can buy Filmic Pro, Filmic Remote, and their Cinematographer add on for less than your lifetime purchase, right?

Love!!!… but there’s a huge issue with RTRO. This app is easy and straight forward to use. The looks are extremely varied and I enjoy pairing them with the different lenses I have. The looks are beautiful and very professional. I’d love to use them on some projects that I have but I can’t because of a limitation that can be easily fixed. There’s a flaw that I’ve run into that only occurs when using Moments apps( my preferred apps). When I’m using my DJI Raveneye to use the motion control feature, I can’t because Moment and RTRO orientation of the app starts vertically instead or horizontally like most other camera apps. This makes the camera rig I’ve created become extremely limited. I really hope Moment reads this and fixes this feature in their apps. Besides that issue(personally big for me), the app is well worth the price tag. I’d highly recommend it to further your creative efforts!!! Good job team Moment!

So RTRO!. I’m loving the app so far. Easily becoming my 1-minute journal. It would be nice if I could use my AirPods to record the audio. Other than that, can’t wait to see what comes of the app.

Love it. Love the app and the filters! I’ve been trying to do a little daily video clip thing to try and stay creative during these trying times lol. I do wish that there was a way to organise the filters and maybe favourite them. I hate having to scroll through to get to the ones that I like, especially if they’re toward the end. Other than that, it’s a great app! Keep it up, guys!

Great App but reasonably buggy. I’ve been a customer for moment for a while and their products always are satisfying. I enjoy the app but there are bugs. The app freezes a lot and the first few times I used it, had it for a week, I couldn’t upgrade because of it freezing. It would be nice to have an update soon to clean it up but I understand it’s early so of course there are bugs. The app also closes when I choose to give feedback through the app. Love the products. Love the company. Love y’all.

Love the filters but needs improvement!. Hi Moment! First of all, I want to say I love the app’s interface and the filters in it. I really enjoy that you allow the user to purchase each filter or subscribe to RETRO+. Personally, I’m tired of subscriptions but since I really liked the filters and pictured myself using them, I thought was better to purchase them individually. I was trying to find if there was a setting to remove the watermark when I found it, I was disappointed that the app makes you subscribe for this feature. You should let us purchase the feature as you do with the filters. If I would’ve known that in order to remove the watermark you have to subscribe, I wouldn’t have purchased the filters. I also wish if the app allowed me to take pictures in addition to video. And also the ability to import from the camera roll. I want to take my time and try the filters on my footage or photos and your current solution only allows you to select a filter prior recording. I also noticed that the app freezes and acts slowly after using it for a couple of minutes. Overall I’m excited to try this app and I hope you guys fix these issues and add new filters and features in the future.

dope app from a dope company!. I love this app from the interface to the subscription price point; which is very reasonable. the amount of customization it allows within the app is one of my favorite things. The only problem I continue to have with the app is it freezes and exits out when I try to cut/edit the videos with several small clips. This could be because I have an older iPhone or because it’s a relatively new app, either way I know it’s a kink that will probably get iron out as they make new versions. Hope to see more new filters soon!

Love the potential, but.... I understand that Moment is still early days with the app. But. My immediate frustration is using the app only to have it continually crash. Download it again & it’s more wash, rinse, repeat. Just a tiny bit...not happy making. I’m a long time fan of Moment & don’t mind the subscription model, so gonna stick around to see what happens. Oh, and please give us the option to remove the watermark. Thanks!

Love Seeing a New App from Moment. The filters are pretty high quality, and the intensity slider is a great compromise between ease-of-use and customization to get the look you want. I love that you continue to support the anamorphic lens, I subscribed for that alone. This would be a 5-star review except for two issues: 1) Feature-request: Please remove the one minute recording limit for paying customers, it’s arbitrary and creatively limiting. 2) Bug report: Turning on subject tracking with my iPhone 10, front facing camera, and the Sunset filter locked up the UI and I had to quit the app as it became unresponsive. Looking forward to improvements, congrats to the dev team for launching a new app. 🎇

Overall great app!. I literally discovered this app an hour after it was released and was immediately curious about it. Its really great if you just wanna do instagram stories and also great if you wanna vlog. Im happy that i came across this app and think anyone who enjoys photography and cinematography would love to use this app not just for making instagram stories better but honestly just a fun app overall. definitely recommend downloading it I haven’t gotten the subscription for it yet but definitely plan on getting it for some of the other filters and the ability to control the FPS👌🏻

Not ready for the price. I love Moment. The app, the cases, the gear, but RTRO is not ready. All the features and functions are a great concept and the bugs seem to be all worked out. In fact, they contacted me to let me know, which is a testament to Moment’s dope customer service. I paid for a full year based on my previous experience with Moment’s app and filters. The level of support for the app and the new filters and features in such a short time are really impressive.

Cool app, except the subscription for frame rates. I think the app is cool for certain looks and I love the anamorphic option, but I have two issues with it: it maxes out at 30fps so you have essentially no options to make a slow motion shot in these filters, and the frame rate options you do have require a subscription unlike the filters which can be purchased outright. Other than that, this company is amazing and I really love their lenses.

Not really worth it. I guess overall it’s not a lot of money anyway, but the filters aren’t as filmic as I thought they might be. The artefacts and grain on the filters look kinda cheap and overall it just doesn’t do much to make it look ‘retro’.

nice look. i like the look of the new filters but they are very expensive for just 1 filter.. the app is slow and seems to output lower res photos than the iphone camera, also confusing- i never know if it is going to take video or photo when i press the button.. i certainly wouldn’t subscribe or buy more filters at this pricing level

Often crashes. Hey team! I’m really enjoying the app and I love it in overall. One thing that keeps happening is it crashes constantly. If I use it for about 5-10 mins and after that go to saved videos in the app it crashes, or if someone calls me it does the same. Now actually I can’t even go to the library and edit filmed videos. Can you help me in this matter? BTW I updated it just now and still it doesn’t help.

Loud audio hiss and white noise. This app adds a massive amount of hiss and white noise to the exported video. The native camera app captures pristine clean audio, but this app creates very annoying and noisy audio. I want retro video filters, not horrible sound. Can you please fix?!

Not sold. Yearly membership is not appealing. I purchased the Moment App to shoot with their lenses but you cannot switch between video and stills without having to adjust all your setting again. Totally ridiculous. Downloaded this- 2 free filters only then $25 per year. Other apps doing filters for much cheaper.

Fantastic idea but insanely glitchy. I’ve been using this app for the last couple of months. I love the concept, I love the filters. The amount of glitchiness is almost unbearable at times. I’ve had clips “green-out” after exporting. Clips disappearing altogether. The filter I start shooting with will change itself to a different one halfway through for no apparent reason. When editing I’ve selected certain clips to delete only to have different ones delete instead. I select to export without sound/watermarks & they export WITH sound/watermarks still attached. The list goes on unfortunately. Keep waiting for the update that will solve these grievances but sadly nothing yet!

Expensive and useless. I’ve played with it for a while and probably I would bought it if it cost up to $2 to make funny Instagram video once in a while but subscription is too much for me. I might subscribe to an app that I will use daily or weekly but not once in year like this.

Definitely needs improvement. First of all the subscription idea is kinda dumb for an app that you’ll rarely use. Sure, charge $2 for it once off but not a subscription. Also it crashes and freezes and automatically starts recording when you open the app which makes it crash. If you fixed these two this app would be hectic

Not many options before paying. Two filters available in this freemium offer! So many other options available elsewhere. Now, you can edit your video in the Photos app on the iPhone.

Really nice app with a big paywall. I can understand the business model here but unfortunately the subscription model just doesn't fit with an app like this. Except this tho the app is really polished and works flawlessly!

Mixed feelings.. Filters are rather attractive but doesn’t seem “professional” or “high-end” enough to pay over 50$ for one time fee. it doesn't seem reasonable. There are many other apps that offer professional editing for much less... Also there is way to record from the front camera ?! I think I’ll pass.

Polished but free version is very limited. Free version is simply: - 3 filters - Watermarked footage - 3 crop options - Ability to mute/unmute If the watermark was gone &/or there were more free filters I may use it but not as is.

skip. Not worth your time unless you are in the mood to add another monthly subscription - if it was like a VSCO type of range for filters and some paid yes but it’s 3 🙃 also this logo design for both your apps is way too basic !!! C’mon guys you are better then that.

Capturing the best moment. I hope more features would make it to this app but so far it’s super polished.

Could be better. This app is nice. The better filters are locked which is a bummer. I bought two filters which i feel are the best ones which im gonna use all the time for $3 each. Would be nice if it this app has an option for flash so i can use it in the dark since thats what polaroids are usually about

No point listing this app as free. Few seconds in and I see basically everything setting is locked behind a pay wall. So disappointing.

this app crashes a lot. was trying to make a little story, some clips got deleted itself along when i exported, some clips went to other “stories” when i wanted to check and fix it, whenever i hit edit the app crashes (even tho the features are nice but the user experience isn’t the best) i’m using iphone xs with the latest updates for your reference

Don’t bother 👎. You barely get any functionality in the free app, and they want to you to pay a hefty annual subscription instead of a reasonable one-time payment. Thumbs down

Can’t save the video!!. I just purchased and sooo exited to convert my videos to these cool Retro style! But, none of them are successfully done to save..... it keep saying that “error to save, but you still can see in Story!” Please fix this problem and be worth, Moment! I know you can do it!!

Should NOT be a subscription model. The app is decent, but the best feature are behind a ridiculous subscription paywall. I’d consider for a reasonable one-time purchase fee. All these apps going to unreasonable subscription fees is just wrong.

Camera won’t even open. The camera, after the second launch of the app doesn’t even load properly. Like the screen is just dark blue.

Glitchy. App is incredibly glitchy to a point of not being usable. Kept on crashing. I’ll redownload after a couple updates. Wish it was a one time charge also, instead of a monthly fee.

Did the app upgrade recently?. My app recently upgraded and now it’s asking for camera permissions which it had before. However, I tried using the app and it’s asking for the permission but there’s no way to grant the permission and now I can’t use the app. I hate the bugginess of it. Has someone experienced this and can help?

One of those app. One of those app where you were given free subscription trial, tried it but don’t use it, then will get charged for the subscription after trial end, try to contact them but they don’t respond or provide support so end up paying for renewal for an app that you don’t use.

iPad version please!. Love Moment, love RTRO. This app truly deserves a native iPad version to make it a cohesive part of the wonderful Moment software ecosystem ❤️ Please do this 🙏

Nothing new. Paywalled filters.. I have moment lenses and i get paywalled by an app with filters that aren’t much different than instagram? Why bother? The FPS control and desqueeze is nice to have but those are the only positive things about this app. Let’s say you actually bought the plus subscription, you still have to save the video to camera roll versus direct export to your social media platform of choice. That’s another step to do. Again, why do it in a paywalled app when there are others that do the same for no cost.

Probably won’t use. Buttons stop working, switches lens randomly, lack of controls (exposure/focus), when you select certain setting there is no indication of which settings you selected (frame rate/lens), dolly zoom gets stuck fully zoomed. Just wasted $5. Have fun with my money.

Great Start. Great start to this app - very simple, awesome filters from some awesome creatives. One simple suggestion: Add a shutter button function via volume, so I can use my DJI Osmo button w/ the app. Thanks!

Subscription Based. The app is really cool and I tried it out for a bit but I just can’t justify another subscription for an app that does filters. If I was paying 4.99 for the whole thing as a one time purchase I wouldn’t second guess it. But I don’t feel that paying monthly for filters is worth it. Sorry, Moment. I REALLY wanted to love this but it fell flat for me.

The vibes have never been higher. Nothing will prepare you for how many vibes this app brings to your stories.

Love the idea!. This is such an easy and quick way to create content and stories. I wish there was a way to select “no” filter. Keep up the great work.

Please fix this for multi device users.❤️. My new daily favorite app, will be definitely in my phone sit and work side by side with FiLMiC Pro. The only issue that bugs me since day one: Restoring purchases doesn’t work on the shooting-purpose iPhone 11 pro which is not the one made the subscription. Please fix this ASAP, can’t use my primary iPhone 11 Pro Max coz it’s only 30G left out of 512G. Love ❤️ Peace Dax

Needs more flexibility. Wish you could apply filters to photos as well as videos.

Cropping broken at this time. Bought a $20 subscription before trying the app. At this time, cropping doesn't work so you will always see wrong frame edges etc. So, until this bug is fixed, this won't work for Instagram etc. Looking forward to a fix from an a otherwise good company.

Hmmm.... Only three free filters and then you’ll have to pay for the rest. I don’t know about that. Other apps provide more for free to let you really test it out and see if you love it to buy the rest of the features but this one isn’t really doing it for me.

Great app!. This is such a great app. The video and photos look fantastic, in just wish there wasn’t a one minute limit. I wish there wasn’t a limit at all. Besides that, great app!

Great app. Great app with great filters but a few added features would be great. Adding the filters to photos. Being able to use photos and videos that are already in the photos app added in RTRO to use the filters.

What?. Why aren’t you able to just upload a video from your phone to edit? Not everyone wants to interrupt the fun time they’re having to edit a video in the moment. I want to take the video on my phone, go back to being present and having fun, and then I’ll go back and edit when I’m alone.

Subscription for such a basic app?. The app is ok, the free looks are just ok. And you want $2 per look? That’s crazy. And you only priced them so ridiculously because you want that $15 a year subscription. No thanks. I hate subscriptions and to feel forced into getting one is not ok.

No user control in this area. This app is amazing but I wish I could arrange the filters in the order I want them. Stopped using it as much because I had to keep scrolling back and forth for the filters I wanted.

Unique app but need more time options. Love the app but I don’t understand the restriction to 60 seconds. Provide more time options but keep the countdown timer — a nice feature

This... is.... insane......!!!!. I love this download it then subscribe. I’ve tried so many vintage apps but this is by far the king of them all.

Awesome. I recently received my 18mm lens and Hoya filters and I have to say I love it. Can wait to go out and be able to take awesome care photos.

Can’t take photos on the app. The app is so amazing with awesome filters but since ios 14 came out I can’t snap a photo because the app glitches and closes out. :(

Slightly disappointed. I thought there was a way to import photos and videos into the app. But only importing video is supported. Could this be added?

Amazing concept.... but app does not work.. I watched the video that was made about this app and I was so excited for the app because of how amazing it looked. Once I downloaded it though, it just didn’t work. When I open the app the camera is frozen and then after about 5 seconds the app shuts down. I hope this will be fixed soon as I’m really really itching to try this app.

Where’s My Content 🤷🏽‍♂️. Been down with the movement now about 2 years solid even with this app but for some scratch your head reason my content has up and disappeared while i’m a monthly customer 🤷🏽‍♂️

App asks for permission for camera and mic but can’t turn on. This app updated and require camera and mic permissions which is fine but there is no option in settings to do so. Basically the app is bricked because of it. I don’t recommend this app until fixed.

Love 🥰. I love this app and it’s definitely a go too now. I would love if longer video and the ability to input photos were added . Either way I will remain a faithful user.

Slow downs entire phone (IPhone X). Since this last update, whenever I use this app the entire app slows down badly and causes the entire phone to slow down as well, when I try to close app for about a min.

So Far So Good🤘. Pretty easy to use! It’s a neat idea to use for stories on IG or FB. They offer various amounts of filters and has a few camera settings. No complaints as of yet!

Terrific Potential but Slows Down to a Crawl (IPhone X). Like the concept especially for vintage videos but unfortunately, just using it for a minute just gets so slow and crashes. Can’t get good footage from the camera.

Paid for it but can’t import video?. I’ve spent an hour trying to figure out how to import videos that were previously shot. It worked once but it refuses to show up any more. I paid foe the app and it is frustratingly unusable when it comes to this basic feature. Where and how do I import ?

Update Disaster - UPDATE/SOLVED. App crashes on startup. Unusable. Update: Had a quick and friendly interaction with support at Moment and problem appears to be fixed.

Nice effects. Feels like there should be a toggle for lens zoom next to the shutter button. Having to go to the settings icon in the corner to change the zoom seems inconvenient.

Wish I could edit photos. The app is great except for crashing and the fact that you can’t use your existing photos.

Very bad experience I’d ever had. This app will make your phone very unstable. You have to close all app or restart your phone after open this app 5 seconds. I try so many times, it stuck my phone so many time. Very disappointed! Waste money.
