Defaults to PM for time. Can’t calculate overtime rate.. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that I can’t add an overtime pay rate with this app! I often work overtime hours, and I get paid time and a half for overtime. This app calculates my pay at the regular hourly rate. It’s 2024, and this feature could and should have been added to this app. I have no idea why the developers would choose not to include such a crucial feature. If I am wrong, and there IS somehow a way to add an overtime rate, please let me know, and I will be happy to edit my review. I also hate that when I enter my start time for the day, the app defaults to PM. If you’re creating an app for full-time employees, common sense would tell you that most people are starting their jobs in the morning, and the default setting for the start time should be AM, not PM. Also, it’s incredibly annoying that the app keeps interrupting my data entry by asking me to rate it over and over again. So here I am. I’m finally giving you what you kept endlessly nagging me to do. I am finally rating you. Now, hopefully, the annoying, incessant pop-ups will stop asking me to rate the app. But I will say this: on the weeks where I don’t have any overtime pay, the app is OK. It would just be so much more useful if users could enter their overtime pay rate.

Okay. Honestly it’s the best app if you are looking for simplicity, however there are a few things that could use adjusting: 1. A break feature for taking lunch. 2. I wish there was a setting for making the pages a bi-monthly 1st-15th and 16th-month end. 3. You should be able to have multiple entries for the same day. Sometimes I work two shifts and have to add the hours for the second shift onto the end of the first shift, which isn’t ideal for seeing exactly when you worked and for how long.

So far so good. This app is too convenient to keep track of paycheck and work hours. I love everything about it bcus it makes it too easy to make a table of my week timings. The only thing we miss here is data sync with apple I'd or may be any other platform. And by the start of next week it doesn't show me next date right away I have to wait for like 2 3 days to enter the data for my days I don't know if it is some sort of glitch or what but I appreciate if you guys can work on it or can give me a solution to that.

End time won’t work. As much as I love this app & how much it saves me from having to calculate my hours, it hasn’t been letting me set my end time for some reason. It lets me put my start time and I’m lucky if it lets me put my end time. It also doesn’t allow me to put an “AM” time anymore but SOMETIMES allows me to put a “PM.” It’s strange .. I never had this issue before & it’s stating to get in the way. I just want to put my hours in 😩😩 Other than that annoying glitch, I love the app. Total life saver!!

Worked well at first now glitches. I really liked this app at first. Simple and kept track of my hours great. But over the past couple months I have noticed the new week already has hours posted which I didn’t do so I have had to clear them. Then there have been times when I entered hours but then they will also show up on a following week which is not accurate but when I delete them it also deletes from the week those were accurately entered. Now I am questioning how many times it made mistakes without me realizing it. Please fix these glitches.

Great idea, a few suggestions…. Thank you for the app, many jobs have a lot more going on that leads to the paycheck, so if you have time please include some of these options… Allow individuals to select their starting day, my start date is on Sunday not Monday, but the app only allows me to calculate for starting on Monday. I write in my Sunday as Monday but that is a bit inaccurate Contributions to retirement and other benefits need to be subtracted from take home. Unpaid meal breaks should also be deducted from hours, I subtract mine and adjust my end time, but it would be easier if the app allowed you to put those blocks of time in. Weekend and night differentials need to be included, some jobs pay higher if you sacrifice nights or weekends. Any form of bonuses should be allowed to be calculated for the weeks when assessing total pay.

Thank you. I work at a job where I set my own hours and this has really helped me maintain my 40 hour/week goal. The app is extremely basic and works just fine but some features I would like to see are: 1) allowances for breaks. When I take a break I normally add it to clock in time but it might be nice to account for it within the app 2) my paycheck comes twice a month as opposed to every other week, so I have to mentally split up weeks after the first and 15th to make sure I am on track hours-wise. If there was a way to group the “week totals” that way, it would save me some trouble ✌️

Great app with need for one small improvement. This app is perfect for tracking work time. There is only one issue (which I believe has been mentioned by others): when choosing a start time, the current time is default, while when choosing an end time the start time is the default if one has been set. It would be amazing if this could be fixed. Thanks!

Love It!. Does its purpose for free but stopped on December 1. Having the same problem every week it, stops on the 8th this time. Is this app free or not because it really was simple to use and serving my purpose. But this is annoying each week that it is stopping at each weekly pay period when it is said everything was totally free. This app stops weekly, why I do know, but I do love it, but it started this in December. Can you please fix this problem or tell what’s the problem.

Great app but missing one thing.. It would be awesome to see an update to where we can input our lunch for each day for us people who have different amounts of time we eat lunch. But get paid by the hour but not our lunch. And also the app definitely needs a overtime option for those who work over 40hrs that our pay can be changed for when we do go over 40hrs in a week.

Easy to use—wish it were more customizable. I’m glad that this app is so easy to use because it means I will use it. I’ve been getting overwhelmed doing subcontract work keeping track and submitting hours. But because I have multiple clients, I wish there were a way to keep track of which hours were for what client. At least a “notes” column would be handy so I could write the name of the client next to my logged hours and what I did for them.

Great app. This app is great you out in your hours and your lunch and it gives you the total very easy to use and an excellent way to keep track of your hours cause y’all no business be messing with our hours. The only thing that would make the best better would be It would auto calculate ur taxes based on your claim number and then just a side option to put prevailing wage

Mixed dates. I really like this app, it’s truly convenient l, but I gotta knock it down a star because each week, it’ll put hours on the next week from a week or so before, therefore I forget which hours are correct or not. If they fix this or I figure out the problem, easy 5 stars. P.S. it would be convenient to put an hourly wage spot in the settings rather than doing it each week because sometimes I feel lazy…

It’s Useable. Con: if you’re the type to have you shifts end at or pass midnight (like me), then there is nothing you can do. You can’t even write yourself a note about it. (You could sort of cheat it by adjusting your hours so it shows as 3:59 PM to 11:59 PM instead of 4 PM to 12 AM. Not helpful if you want to mark it down exactly) Not recomendable if your work is at night. (I’m going to stay with an excel sheet. If you’re not a techie, keep a physical copy.) Other Con: Would prefer if dates were added to the side. For instance, the header will be “Oct 3-9” with the date column going Monday to Sunday. Will be nice if it can give the exact date right such as “7 Fri”. Neutral: it only shows you a weekly screen which you can scroll. No monthly or yearly option. Pro: it’s simple. It’s ad free. It’s straightforward. Recommend if you work morning to afternoon.

Simple and effective. It is a nice app that only serves one purpose, to count your hours. It is a very simple interface, with you being able to figure out how it works in 2 minutes. I love the salary and export feature, its a nice addition that makes the user experience smoother. 10/10, would recommend

Overtime feature?. I have only been using the app for a couple weeks now, and so far I do like the simplicity. I have a couple suggestions I’d like to make however. First and foremost, would be nice to be able to add an overtime rate for more than 40 hours. (This has been mentioned by others too, I know). Additionally tho, might want to think about having a setting for OT to be calculated either after 40 hours for the week, or after 8 for the day as some companies are that way. Have a setting to be able to select either time and half or double time. Secondly, it would also be great to be able to select your break times that will automatically be entered for each day instead of having to manually add them per entry. For instance, most get either a half hour or hour for lunch, so to be able to set that accordingly as a default would be nice. Aside from that, so far app is working as expected based on the current available features. Just some minor improvements would be greatly appreciated. Can’t really complain too much for it being a free app, and also ad free to boot. I would gladly even be okay with paying a small fee for the additional features to be added.

Pretty good, for what it is.. I gave this app 4 out of 5 stars. The reason why, is because I think it could use some additional features added to it. I would like to see under the hours worked - an option to select to add notes for the days. Maybe have where you can select the “Day”, and select it as “holiday”, or “personal day”. Or even if you take a couple days off for vacation, put that as the reason for not entering the hours for work. Then be given the option to include the number of hours per day for your vacation (typically “8 hours”, then be able to “export”, and apply the details for that day - to additional days of the week. Overall, it does work. I do wonder if having the option to “set it and forget it” for the amount per hour would make it even better. Good job on the app, so far though. Like with everything, there’s always room for improvement.

Super useful except there's no help. I work for a small business (I'm the only employee). This is the easiest way to track my hours. The *only* issue I have is that suddenly when the week turns over there are already times filled in. It was very confusing when it started to happen. I just hit clear at the beginning of the new week and put in the correct hours. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could.

J Suárez. I have the same problem that someone reported 1 year ago and it is still doing; the date on top of the page is updated by week, but the number of hours of the start and end days remain. In order to type the new start and end times in those fields, one has to delete the prior ones and loose the data. So you can’t go back a week or a month to see your total hours worked because you have to clear the history. I like the app and would buy it if it worked correctly, but I can’t use it in this way.

Great free app with no ads.. I just started a new job and I have to keep track of my own hours so send in on Friday. This app is perfect for this. I also like that you can put in your wage and it calculates it. The only thing I would like to see added is once you hit 40 hours if you can set it to calculate overtime pay. That would be pretty cool. I showed this app to my other co workers and they have downloaded it as well.

Avoid this app - it is extremely flawed. There do not seem to be any good time tracker apps on the App Store that don’t require a paid subscription. I thought I finally struck gold with this one: it was easy to put in my time, I could easily add break time if I needed to. Other than a few interface issues that could be structured better, the app was flawless. That is, until I tried to enter my time for the new work month. For whatever reason, this app is designed to overwrite the data you have entered for previous months to where all months display the same hours. I cannot think of a single good reason on this planet that they would design the app this way, but they did. Now I’ve lost track of almost a month’s worth of time that I’ve worked, and I am having to go to great extents to figure out how much time I have worked to date. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Do not rely on this app.

Love it! with room to improve!. I love this app! It’s by far one of the easiest I’ve used and it has no adds.! I do wish that it had some other functions. Such as an option to add a pay period. So that it would calculate multiple weeks instead of just one week at a time then having to add those weeks up. Not a big problem it’d just be convenient! Another thing is, I do some driving from time to time for work and I get paid drive time. It’d also be really handy to have a section that could calculate drive with the week view. One last thing, it’d also be kinda nice to have a optional note for each day to document what you did that day. With that being said you’d be able to track how long a certain job took you over a period of time.

Almost Perfect. Great app guys! The only changes I would make would be an option to add different wages throughout the week. For instance, if a client wanted to pay more for a certain day, we'd have the option of adjusting that pay-rate's field. One way to implement this would be to add the salary and all the days would automatically show that specific wage . . . but if we wanted to adjust one or more of the rates, we could simply tap on that day's rate field and a pop-up would let use adjust the wage for that specific day. Great App for tracking hours. I work for a tyrant manager who doesn’t believe there’s such a thing as overtime for salaried employees and also will not hire additional staff. I’m using this app to track the number of hours I actually work for my records in case the moron takes me to HR. It would be nice if you could either put in break times or have more than one in and out time per day, thus minus one star. My department has to be on call 24/7, so it would be nice to be able to keep track of the time we are called in after regular hours.

Great app but...... As a waitress I would truly be able to use the app to its fullest by being able to submit various time frames for a single day as well as being able to add daily tips to each day. These features will allow anyone who works under a service really tie down their earnings and manage their time.

Love it! Maybe a little too simple…. For someone who has ADHD & has a hard time finding something super simple to organize my timesheet with, this app is amazing. All of my hours are in one place, listed together. Some thing I’d like is to be able to change is what day (and/or date) the week starts off on. For example, in the app, the week is listed Monday-Sunday. My pay periods run Saturday-Friday, so the payment calculator doesn’t add up with my actual pay dates & weeks. One more thing I would like to add is moving forward in the weeks, versus being stuck on the week we’re currently in. I’ve been using this app for over a month and am loving it for the most part!

Hourly app. Great with keeping up with amount of time spent from start time to end time for each day. Calculates time spent each day and then adds those times together all week for a total amount of time for the week. Then what makes it even better is how you can put in how much you’re getting paid per hour. So it calculates everything for you. After each day you can see how much time and how much money you’ve made. Then adds it all up so at the end of the week you have total time spent and total amount due. Great app! Use it EVERYDAY, EVERY WEEK. Plus helps out the boss man so he doesn’t have to add up how much to pay me haha

A nice start but.... I need to be able to count for my time in multiple chunks of time. If I work for a few hours at one project and then lunch and then a few hours at another project, then possibly dinner, and then a few more hours at yet a third project, I would like to be able to account for these hours independently. I would also like a small narrative for each of these locations so that I can describe what I did at those places. So far this app is always at least half wrong. Either the hours are incorrect because it does not account for breaks, or the total number of hours is incorrect because it does not account for breaks. An example; 9 to 5 is not 8 hours. 9 to 5 is 7 1/2 hours because there was a half an hour in there for lunch. Fix the app please.

Almost perfect. This is a basic app for a one job application with one customer at least per week which works for me. Been using it for three months and found out that you cannot rely on this to store your hours for more than a week at a time. It looks like it would be able to but there is a glitch where new info is overwriting past entries. This glitch was noted in another comment. Other than that it’s great. Love the simplicity and ability to send a weeks worth of hours via text. I’m using an iPhone X.

Nice, needs just a little more!. Tested and it was simple and would absolutely work for me, but the only thing I don’t understand is the fact that the report generates a column for a “Break” but I don’t see an option to add in one during the work day? I need to track Breaks and this is the only reason I moved on to another app! Let me know if this a way to add a break or an option that is coming soon and I would be glad to come back!

Easy to Use, minor adjustment needed. As far as I can tell so far, this app is really easy to use and very practical. My only suggestion for improvement would be that when you set the end time, program it to synch to the clock like it does when you set the start time for the day. Right now, the starting point for setting the end time is the same time as the previously set start time.

Input. I’ve been using the app for a while, and it really works for me to keep the hours of the week organized, I really would love to have a option to write couple notes. There’s good a unused part of the screen on the bottom that could be used for writing down some information about the jobs. I really appreciate if the developers could do that and make this amazing app even better. Five stars all day !

Nice app!. This is a nice, simple app that helps me keep track of my hours. I like that they can be exported too if need be. I have experienced a bug with the app where the first week of the month is already pre-filled with the hours I worked the previous month. This only happens on the first week but when I go to delete them it also deletes the previous month . Very odd. So I lose that data. Would be great if this could be fixed.

Good, very handy, could be better. In my company if you work over 6 hours a day you have to take at least 30 min lunch break. If you don’t punch out, they subtract 30 min automatically. It’s easy to do it manually but hard to keep track when lunch breaks are flexible and many times longer then 30 mins. It will be great to have option for customizable lunch breaks. Other then that, LOVE it! Thank you for making it free of adds.

Love it. So very simple. Was using a different one for years that I had one a old phone, but the phone finally quit. Was looking for a new one to put on my iPhone but could never find one that just did what I needed to do and that was just to keep track of hours without a bunch of other junk. This one fits the bill to the tee. Does just what I need it to do without all the frills. Finally the search is over!!! Well done!!!!

Ok app, a little inconvenient. I have never developed any apps for phones or anything but I do have a job as a programmer. I don’t know what nonsense the makers have done to cause the app’s calendar to break after 1 month. They likely don’t know it happens. This isn’t really a problem though because you can just keep exporting weeks with the knowledge that the date is wrong. It will look like all your work was week 1-4 after you downloaded the app. I guess that might get you into legal trouble if you tried to point to this app as a record of hours worked. But anyone who wants to use the app to log time for personal records can. The broken calendar just makes the app look bad and forces a little bit of proactive work from the user.

Simple but useful. I like this app, it meets my basic needs for tracking my working hours. However, one small issue: when I set the punch in time, it’s the current time. But when I punch out, it is still the same time as punch in, not the current time. I need to scroll down to adjust to current time. Could you please set to also the current time? Will be a lot easier to log times. Thanks again!

Very simple app. Does as advertised.. Only thing I would suggest is an overtime calculator/ toggle and maybe a notes screen you can go to for each day. A small icon you tap and it takes you to like a blank notes page would help me wonders because I have to use the notes app separately to write down locations and other details about jobs. If that was implemented I would give 5 stars.

Great app. This app is exactly what I was looking for. One thing that would be helpful is if there was an option to change the day the week starts with. My boss considers a week Sunday - Saturday but the app is Monday - Sunday so every other week I have to make a note of the Sunday date because of the way my schedule works. Otherwise the app is flawless.

Good basic app but lacks 1 major important feature. A lot of major company start pay periods on sundays, there’s not a way to change the week format to start the dates on a Sunday so they only go mon- Sun which can make it very hard to track accurately by not being able to select what day the week starts compared to some other apps. If it had this one feature, it would be perfect

Perfect for what I was looking for. I hire babysitters, yard people, random help from time to time and this app has helped me keep track of the hours. What I like the most is the reminder to add hours. For example… Our babysitter comes every day for approximately 4 to 5 hours. This app reminds me 15 minutes after she gets here and a couple of hours after she leaves. (I set the reminder times) I’m able to update her time on this app and it works out really well. At the end of the week it tells me how much I owe her and how many hours she worked (all info I enter). I don’t think it could get much better than this…. unless you were to write it on paper and then you don’t have the reminder. The only downfall I could see would be if you wanted to add Taxes… I don’t see a spot for that but that’s not something I need. So I’m 5 star happy.

Possible Change. I really like the app because it serves it’s basic function however if the app developers could add a way to insert break time start and break time end that would be great. Also if there could be a way to adjust the work week from Sunday to Saturday rather than only Monday to Sunday that would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise this app is great!!!

Missing key feature. I downloaded this to keep track of my hours for work, they have their own program but I like to keep an eye out for wage theft. I like this app's simplicity and the ability to export to a spreadsheet. Unfortunately, deducting time for a break isn't thorough enough for my needs; I would prefer to record the actual times that I clock in and out for lunch, so I will need to find a different app than this. If you ever add that feature, lmk.

Very good app. I would love it if the developers added an icon on each day to see how much you made on that specific date because I get payed on Fridays and when I do work on Saturday and Sunday I have to make a separate calculation it would just be easier to see how much was it for that day. Another thing is that sometimes I work from 2pm to 1 am from the next day but it won’t let me set it so I have to make a separate calculation. Other than that everything else is great the app es great!

Best free hours tracker. Been using this for quite a number of years, very easy to use and screenshot at the end of the week and send to the boss. Only complaints, adding lunch is easy but would be nice too see displayed and every once in a while the hours from last week will copy to the current week and delete that week. Only happened a few times and I think it was because I was leaving it on in background for a long time.

Great concept, but needs to fix crashes and work. This app is great in concept. However, it crashes often and does not let me scroll down to see my total hours or total pay. It does not allot a space for break time , nor tax deductions. It confuses previous weeks hours with a new week and changes both weeks info when submitting changes. Positive thing about this concept is that it does allow you to download an excel sheet of info. (Since you can’t scroll down to see totaled info, and you lose info because of the glitch of mixing dates together)

Seems good, till I realized it’s useless and bugged. Like other reviews on here, after a couple months of using it, I realized that the app will take the oldest week from your log, and write it over the most recent week and or upcoming week. Makes it basically useless since you can’t trust it to keep a proper log without altering it randomly. If they fixed this issue it would be perfect and a lot easier than the apps that have weird punch in punch out systems that are way more complicated than they need to be

Needs an update. Please consider left and right side swipe. You can keep the top nonfunctional arrows if you like, but the app needs a bigger swipe function. When swiping left or right on the arrows it doesn’t want to turn the page forward or back if you want to look at last week hours or you want to put in next week Monday hours on a Monday you worked, but you have to close the app and then tap the icon to bring it back.

Great potential!. This app has great potential however, it is not there yet. The app does not allow for OT after forty hours in a work week. Work week beginnings vary, mine starts on Sunday, so I can’t adjust the app to accommodate me. They lay out and functionality is great though. Also in the History tab, the app shows me to be working in February of this year. I did not start my job until March. An obvious glitch there. This could be a greater app if one could store up to one year of data before the app began to delete the oldest month of information beginning the 13th month. Overall, to the creators of this app, please don’t give up on trying to improve the app. This app has potential to help many many people. It just needs some more creativity and know how!

Are you going to update?. Love this product, the simplicity is exactly what I was looking for, but can you add a notes section? I’m not getting paid what I’m supposed to be and need to calculate what I’m actually getting paid, I also don’t get paid every single week, so it messes with the numbers. An OT /holiday pay option would be helpful as well, since that’s more pay for most people!

Does the job, some improvement possible. This app is ok, it would be handy to type in the numbers rather than scrolling for them.

Time issue. Please use 24 hours clock . This app has a bug which should be resolved if I have started a work at 0300 pm and finished at 0045 after midnight it didn’t set the hours and mins please add this function it will make your app top app in Apple store. Thanks

Lunch break. Great app but what about lunch break 1/2 hour added so end time is correct

Notes function. Please add a function where you can put notes of what your tasks were for the day. Comes in hand when I show the boss where all the hours were used at.

Not Bad, needs tweeking. Calculates hours nicely but would like to see the breaks deducted. Would also like to be able to set the total hours in decimal points

Nearly There. This has been a great help but have a few suggestions: Salary: could this be moved to settings and be remembered? And as another user mentioned have options for different rates for weekend. When inputting the start time, it pops up with the current time which is great but it also pops up with the same time when you hit finish. Ability to change past weeks. The dialogue pops up but doesn’t do anything Thanks for the app

Hours appear. When it comes to pay day I have all these days filled in with bourse and minutes of work that I never completed. It gets too confusing trying to figure out what hours I actually did and what hours are “fake”.

App is great. The app is great but I sometimes work night shifts and I can’t add my times in for work eg start at 6pm and finish at 4am it won’t let me add finish time would be great if I worked on 24 hr also and allowed for ot rates also

Spot on. This app is perfect for tracking your weekly hours, and when you input your wage, it’s calculates you’re net pay accurately

No spots for-Brakes, split shifts, over night shifts.. Needs a spot to add your brakes in. And a spot for split shifts or when you work an over night shift. Other then that it is a good app. Would give a 10 out of 5 if it had them.

Not accurate. Not a good app… because I Can not add my penalty rates.. weekends rates.. in settings no option for 24hr time format.. time calculation doesn’t support if start date and finish date are different 👎🏻

I like this app but. I’ve been using this app to track my hours and i like it! however it always pre-fills hours every week. I dont even know where those hours came from and I don’t know what the problem is. I have to clear pre-filled hours and put down new hours again. Other than this, I recommend this app.

Great app but needs more love. All this app needs is a few tweaks here and there. Especially time and a half and double time settings!

Need 5 minutes intervals. Great app but need an option to change it to 5 minute intervals, would make it so much easer and faster to use

Great app but so frustrated. Why does it allow me to fill in previous weeks, but never weeks in the future, even when the new week has started !!!!

Useless. After a weeks of use the recorded time all scrambled. Then recorded time from earlier week started to show in current week table before anytime is entered for the current week.

One thing missing!. Great app and very useful but it would be even better if you could input hours for weeks in advance. This will help track time a lot better and like another review said to have an option to change pay for different days I.e weekends thanks!

App doesn’t move to the next week. I used the app for about a month but now it won’t move to the next week. The arrow pointing right is greyed out. How can this be fixed?

Overtime. Where can I see my overtime cause we got paid only 40h week and the rest of it is overtime. Can I see it somewhere ? Would be nice!

Great app - some suggestions. This is a great, simple app. A few of suggestions that would really take it to the next level: 1. Be able to export ALL data or all data for a specific period (eg 1 July XXXX to 30 June XXXX) 2. Be able to hide weekends 3. Have the date eg DD/MM next to each day of the week for clarity. Needs date. The date needs to be included on the exported spreadsheet to make it easier for employees to email it.

Helps make doing my weekly invoice a dream!. Very useful app. Would be good to be able to put pay rates in settings with ability to differentiate double and 1 1/2 times rate. But maybe you have a more detailed app that I’ve not seen yet 🤔

Mail break. It doesn’t allow for meal breaks start and stop time for meal breaks we don’t pay for i.e. stop at 12:30 start again at 1 o’clock the calculator is good but doesn’t calculate for a meal breaks

Week bug?. For DEV: it’s now 6pm Wednesday and I cannot access this current week. It’s still stuck on last week. How can i get my hours in for the current week? UPDATE: I have to delete the app and reinstall it to access the next week now (which is the current week) Such a pain as I’m doing it every week now. Can we please fix this, or can anyone please give me the name of another app that works and is as basic and virtually the same as this one!

Simple to use but could do with some improvement…. I like how functional the app is, it’s very straight forward and essentially does what you need it to do however it would be good if it accommodated for shift workers. I use it to keep track of my partners hours as he works on rail and differs, he doesn’t have a record of his hours as such as it goes on a gang sheet with the rest of the workers. He starts work at 6:30pm and works until 6:30am but I’m unable to accurately enter those hours into the start and end columns. Also would be great if a tax calculator could be incorporated or if you could manually enter the tax rate - not just the hourly pay rate.

Great App but one thing missing.. Hey Guys, I love this app!! It helps track my hours very accurately. However it would be a great improvement if you adjust the pay rate for each day instead of one pay rate for the whole week. As the pay rate is different on Sundays and Public Holidays for me. If this feature can be added to the next update I will be happy to give 5/5 :)

Awesome app. A break setting or some way of taking out your unpaid breaks would be fantastic but otherwise great for timekeeping

Ask for review. Would love to give it a bit more time than 10min after downloading and repeatedly being asked to review something I haven’t used, especially asking after every day time submission

Just needs lunch break and tax options. Very handy, though it would be good if there was provision for lunch break, as well as income tax, to ascertain a more accurate income figure. Still useful though.

Basic app. Very basic app but then it’s free. Would like to be able to input hours in advance. Would also like different pay rates for different days. The ability to be able to add a break would also be handy as mine are unpaid.

Back and forward buttons.. The back and forward buttons are really hard to press, if I tap the exact same spot every time it still doesnt go back every press. Very annoying.

Slightly improvement required. App seems quite handy. It would be better if the pay rate for public holidays or weekends is customisable. All day to day pay rate should be customisable in different pay rate tab/slab. Next update if i find the solution then i will give 5 star. Thanks.

Can you allow forward scrolling into the next week. Would be great if you could scroll to future weeks and insert estimated times rather than wait until the date for it to become accessible

Great app. Has a bug. I love this app. Very simple and straightforward. However I’ve noticed that the hours are sometimes mixed up. I would enter hours in February then a month later I go back to check and it turns out the hours were moved to March. Please fix. I can’t rely on it for now, would love to tho because it’s awesome.

Cannot use if you do Night Shifts. This app doesn’t let you log your night shift hours, for example it will not let you enter your logbook if you start at 5pm and work until Past 12Am

Kept quitt. Would be 5/5 but it kept quitting every 10 seconds.

Break Times. For the next update it would be nice to be able to input break times. I work from 0800 to 1700 hrs, but because the app doesn’t take break time into the calculation I have to say I’m off at 1600 Hrs. Just started using this app (:

Huh?. I used to have this app. I'd use it most of the time but it's kind of laggy. But then when I stopped using it, when I opened it once it'll immediately crash.

Great!. Great app that I use every day. Huge thanks to the developers! But I ran into a problem that when the countdown of a new week starts, the data is filled in automatically copying the previous weeks.

Bugs. I recorded hours on Mar 31, 2022 and they got duplicated on Mar 3, 2022. First test failed. Deleted the App.

Perfect. This is exactly what I need to track my daytime hours. Having worked 12 hour back shift years ago I can understand the need for a back shift schedule recognition within the App. Also, the option to set the week’s start day manually. For those of us who pulled those 12 hour nights from 8:00PM to 8:00AM the week ends Sunday morning at 08:00.

It’s ok. It’s a good app but a few improvement that could be made is -The option for monthly time sheets instead of weekly -the option to write some notes on the days.

Tax Deductions. Hi, this app is very effective but you need to add a place to enter your tax percentage deductions around where the salary is, probably label it “tax %”

Could be great with a few extra features. Really good app and simple to use. Would like to see the following updates to make it more accurate: 1. Overtime feature (being able to set daily and weekly overtime rules) 2. Ability to combine weeks for bi-weekly pay schedules. 3. Option to add vacation pay calculation (different provinces in Canada offer different vacation rates, ie. 4% of earnings) 4. Option to add tips for service workers.

Not useful for midnight shift. It is not possible if our shift start evening and it ends at the midnight

Not bad. Not bad, but REALLY wish you could choose what day of the week your work week starts at, like Sunday for example. Small thing but that would be a huge improvement. Or maybe just have one whole month and you can scroll up and down from day 1 to day 31 and input your hours that way. Also would be nice if it entered your overtime automatically (you can’t even input it manually!).. just some thought's.

Great for tracking hourly pay. I had an issue at my other job of them inconsistently messing up my pay and I was worried If I was getting paid wrong the whole time so I need a solution to make sure that this wouldn’t happen again so this app was the first one recommended and it is perfect you can type the pay you get and the days and hours you work and calculates it correctly so it shows you the hours you worked and the money you get payed. Totally recommend this to anyone with the same problem.👍

Needs more.. Would be better if there was a note option for the day worked to add details of tasks completed.

Lost a many months of hours. I was using this app to record every hour since I started my apprenticeship and now have lost many months of data. I am not happy I used this app. I should have kept a book as well. From the start I didn’t really trust it because it is such a simple concept and was still clunky (not user friendly) but I used it anyway and now I regret it. Maybe there are better apps out there for keeping track of hours but I do not recommend this app for long term records and I will be deleting it. This is also not good for people with irregular hours or shift work.

It can’t calculate overtime.. It can’t calculate overtime making it pretty much worthless.

Medium. App works, but the logs are self filling in for me. All of my hours for the past month are all messed up from this auto fill problem

Not practical at all. This timesheet lacks even basic features such as time spent on lunch, breaks, vacation, etc. I am not asking for a comprehensive list here, but even the basics are not in place. What a waste of time to even encourage company employees to install this.

Good app if you don’t work shifts. I cannot use this app because night shift is not supported. It will not allow me to set a start time as pm and an end time as am as this confuses the app.

Works good other than…. I really like how it works but it kicks you out randomly quite a bit. It doesn’t loose your files or any thing like that but its still a little annoying.

App constantly quits and deletes info. Don’t bother, bugs in the system cause the app to constantly quit, won’t stay open and deletes all information inputed.

There’s a bug with this app!. When you have weeks In a month the start and end with the same calendar numbers, for example April 11-17 and here we are in July 11-17 the app automatically duplicates the previous set (April) hours and applies that value to the post setting (July) and you cannot adjust those hours to be different. Please fix!

Glitching. I really loved this App and I have been using it for 3 months or so. All of a sudden it’s randomly imputing hours into days and weeks that are just starting or changing what I had put in prior. This is very inconvenient and irritating. Unfortunately as I need to have a reliable source to keep track I’ll have to go elsewhere but if that wasn’t happening it would be amazing!

Serious problem. The app keeps track for a month but duplicates everything to the next one. But if you clear the week you are now. It erases the same period of time last month. Really dumb design. So on march 27 my hours were already there. But I had to edit because it was not accurate. I ended up changing the hours of February 27 as well! Now I don’t have the history of my hours for last month

Good app!. I love this app for what it is. No ads, very simple to do. My only wish is, options. As a sitter. I work with different families different days sometimes, same days and different rates if there was a way to split days/hours/rate I would really love that. But if you are someone with one job, one rate, this app is great for that.

Good basic app. A good basic app that does what it claims. It’ll even calculate your gross salary if you input your hourly wage. It’s nothing fancy but it does exactly what I need, keeps track of my hours so that my peanut sized brain doesn’t have to lol. I’ll buy you a coffee if you add a setting to change the pay periods. As in, currently it runs each week Monday to Sunday. My personal pay period runs Thursday to Wednesday. Kinda annoying to have to switch between weeks to calculate my paycheck each week. It’s only a small change but would be much appreciated if it can be added. Thanks for reading! ❤️

Honestly. The app kept insisting that I rated my experience, THUS FAR… this app is 5 stars, I have yet to fill out everything else though so this might stay or might change. Good Until It Wasn’t. My week begins on Sunday and it was allowing for that. I thought I did that through settings. Suddenly, Monday starts the week and Sunday ends it. Also, is it supposed to calculate your wages for the week? I can’t get it to do that either. When the days were showing correctly, I really liked the app as I need to keep track of hours since the company’s time clock can be wonky. If you can tell me how to fix the first day of the week, I’ll be up to a 5 star rating.

Golden App. This app has been around for a while; doesn’t advertise or spam. This app is a representation of what the AppStore used to be prior to the gimmicks. It simply works, doesn’t try to sell you stuff. Doesn’t do everything, but what it does, it does well.

I love it!. This app is very helpful! All I need to do is put in the time I clocked in and out and also it allows me to add my 30min break then it will automatically deducted 30mins from my hours without me having to do the math in my head. This app literally solves it all!!! I downloaded this app today and I already love it!

Database issue. I just started using the app and it works for what I need it for, but has an issue. While adding my hours into March 2022 days/weeks, it is copying them also into days/weeks in February 2022. I’m hoping this will get resolved before April or I will have to find a new app. It would also be helpful if there was a place to add notes or project info by day.

Good but could be better. The app is good but if there was a feature to be able to put “paid weekly, biweekly etc” it would be nice to show us what our next pay check will be. In addition to that, many of us have multiple jobs so if you have the option of have a second job in the same day each day in the set time page, that would make your app better!

Little fix. Honestly not a bad app, but I was having an issue with the end of shift part. See I work from 4pm to 12am and for some reason when I try to put in 12 am it won’t go through so I have to enter it in an hour back (11pm) if this small change could be fixed, definitely 5/5 stars

Needs a few more features. Great app, easy to log hours, but my work week starts on Thursday. Adjustable starting points would be amazing. Just downloaded the app 10 minutes ago and that was my first issue. Otherwise, it’s minimalistic and functional without a subscription fee. Developers, please add this function

Good but missing 1 key thing. It’s great nothing wrong with app BUT I just wish it gave the option to clock out for lunch and back in . Not everywhere does that but a lot of places still do , so rather than having the exact hours I’m in and out I have to subtract lunch hour for my end time which is confusing and then defeats tracking my exact hours .

Absolutely Perfect for what I need, however.... I just wanna start with the fact that this app is perfect for what I need it for. I use it daily for tracking my work hours, and I’m starting to introduce it to the rest of my co-workers and management since we seem to have trouble with keeping track of hours lol. But the app is great!

There’s something off. It’s a great app for calculating time and so on but I been noticing a bug recently that is driving me crazy. Using the app for over a year consistently but lately a whole weeks worth of time seems to glitch to the following weeks date. I had scrolled back and haven’t seen where a missing weeks worth of logs could be so idk why it does this but it keeps happening and I hate the fact I’m losing data I want stored. I was better off writing it all down in my notes app at this rate.

Easy. This app is simple and gets its job done. The only thing I wish it had was the option to log hours for multiple jobs. I work two jobs and it would be nice to have a log of hours and pay calculations for each so I have a better idea of what my checks will look like week to week. Please make that an option. Other than that really like the simplicity of this app.

Time card notes. I would really like to see an option to add notes. Being able to add specific things. For example yes you can deduct a time for lunch. But how can you put in a doctors appointment that you had that day. So that your work knows. Or how do you put in a day for vacation. So that they know to use vacation hours. Or sick hours. Thanks

Started out great. Not so much now. When I first downloaded this app, it was great. During the last few months, when Monday comes around, I go to add my starting time and the new week that has just started has the times already filled out, obviously not by me. Also it’ll change an entry from the previous week. Only reason I am still using this app is because I haven’t been able to find another one that I like.

Good but... Very solid app. If you’re looking for tracking your hours Monday through Friday, export button is very helpful along with the friendly reminders daily to log your hours. On the downside, you cannot customize pay periods. For instance, my pay period starts on a Wednesday and ends on a Tuesday. only calculate Monday through Friday, I’m sure this can be fixed in the future until then 3 stars.

Great. I truly love the simplicity of this app! I work for myself and with this app, I don’t have to think about the amount that I am owed. It keeps a running track and at the end of the week I already know how much my check is going to be. It’s great!

If only. I like this app. It is very simply. The only thing is, I wish it would give you the option to set the first day of the week to Sunday instead of Monday. That is the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star. If you are looking for something simple to keep up with your hours and pay then this is a good app for you.

Love it. I use the app to track my school hrs and i love it!!! So easy to document, reminders are amazing and i can export info. I don’t know if there is an option to export total hrs logged? Maybe, i haven’t been able to figure that out.

All work weeks start on Monday. The start of my work week begins on Wednesday and ends on Tuesday so it is that I have to keep going back to the previous work week. This app does not allow you to enter overtime pay after 40 hours.

Upgraded rating. I recently rated this app a 1 star because I had issues exporting it to Excel. However, I discovered that if I export as Excel into my email, then I can download it as an Excel file. That, I am pleased with. So I upgraded my rating to 4 for now. I will review it again after I start using it more.

Salary set. Overall nice and simple app. Only would ask to assign a default set pay rate in settings. So you would not need to manually enter each week. If not set in settings then a manual each week works for varied based projects pay. On the first set for a given day addition of a radio dot for regular hours being normal with a vacation/holiday pay with a spinner for the hours needed.

Compilation help.. I have been using this app for the most part for the year. I don’t know if it’s because it close to the end of the year or if something is wrong but it won’t go passed the week December 5-11. Does anyone know how to fix it or if this is when the app stops ?

Helpful but has some flaws. Great, have reminder to set time in and out, calculate your pay, but You have to set pay rate every week, can’t customize start and end of pay period, doesn’t calculate overtime. Overall is a great tool to track hours but inaccurate pay.

Has glitches. Worked really well for the first year but recently has started to randomly put times on weeks not yet worked or changing times on weeks in the past. (Example enter time on March 3rd: changed time on Jan3). Going to have to update and go to something else. Do like the export feature (only reason I know times changed). Most recently wiped out the entire month when I got to a new week and it was already filled in.

Messing up entered times and new weeks. Very simple to use and just what I was looking for. Though recently I’ve noticed when a new week starts it uses all of my times from the previous week. When I go to the previous week it isn’t showing those times it’s showing the times from the week before… haven’t noticed this happening until I believe about 3 or 4 weeks ago.

Thank goodness for this app. I just started a new job where I need to keep my own hours and it’s great to just clock in and out with my iPhone am great full for all of the things I can do with this app “thank goodness for this app” I will keep writing my reviews as my experience with it goes on

Problems. When I go to set my start time like today, I started work @ 4:00 pm and didn’t get off till 12:10 am and it would not let me set my ending time for some reason, and there is a few others things that would be great to have with this app. Like breaks and overtime amount and stuff like that but it doesn’t have these things I might be asking for to much in a free app. But it would be helpful to have it some how! Crashes constantly. After asking me to review the app every 30 seconds for a hundred times after only opening it for 30 seconds. It would finally stop when I said yes, however I didn’t review it at that time I just wanted it to stop interrupting me, then everytime I would set a time, or try to export it, it would crash. I have an iPhone 14 Pro. On iOS 17.4. I updated the app as much as I could. Which was 0 times. And it still crashes all the time.

Deleting hours. They should make a button to delete all of the hours (When the year starts over). Or save the hours from previous years, and just keep restarting every year.

Great app could be better. I’ve been using this app for awhile now and I love it. I do wish I could download two weeks at a time instead of each week. I also would love to put in date either in the beginning or at the end of each day, but honestly other than that this app is so helpful.

Great app but I have a suggestion. I think you guys should add a job category of some sort because there are people that does more than one activities weekly, having the option to have hours for more than one job would be really helpful.

Modify start of the week. Like how the app is simple and easy to use. A feature I would like to see added is the ability to change the start of the work week day. For example, instead of the start day being Monday, I’d like to change it to Sunday under settings. Seems easy enough for the app designers.

simple and effective but not perfect. I use this app every day and for the most part it's great, but I work weird hours and sometimes it just won't let me enter the hours that I've worked. For instance, today I work from 1:40 PM to 12:30 in the morning and it just straight wouldn't let me set my clock out time.

Good app but can’t enter 1:00pm to 1:00am. The app its good and simple, all you need to track your hours but for me its missing something really important, when it comes to my job I start at 2pm and sometimes i work a 12 hours shift till 2am, well the app doesn’t let me put 2am cause it might think its the next day, hope one day gets fixes, i know it can be done.

Perfect. Clean, simple… perfect for what I needed. A suggestion would be the option of using a numerical keyboard to enter start and stop times. The rolling dial from Apple takes a little more attention to use versus typing 4 numbers for each entry. Otherwise I really like the app.

This app is a life saver. I got this app to help me with my time card that way I can write down everything before I turn in my card all at once. Helped with keeping track work hrs and I can get an idea of what my check will look like. Big thumbs up!

It doesn’t keep correct hours. I tried to use this to keep track of my hours for a side job I have but somehow entries from last week will appear on this week. For example I just opened the app for the first time today on Monday and there’s an entry for today... The app needs some minor UI improvements but none of that is relevant if I can’t trust it to keep the hours correctly. I’m going to try to remove and reinstall the app but I feel like I can’t trust it now.

Worked great until you install OS 14.2.. Loved this app. Just needed a simple non complicated not detailed way to tracking hours and this was it. Every other app has way too many options which not what I needed. Worked great right up until I installed latest software for phone yesterday (14.2 version) then BAM it stopped working. Can no longer move to next week for tracking. No updates avail on app either. You may want to check your app for compatibility now and please make it work bc I really liked it; but now I’m forced to go to another app. Please fix this!!!!

Won’t allow graveyard overnight schedule (?). it won’t allow me to put down my actual hours of PM-AM I understand why because Pm for example is Monday and AM would be considered Tuesday so I just put it down as Am-Pm =still same amount of hours worked

Needs a update. I use this to keep track of my hours at work and it seems to move last weeks hours to this week so when I go to put my hours in last weeks hours are there

Very practical. Obviously, one could use EXCEL as an alternative. But, as an App that offers easy access with minimal effort, this application serves up just what one would need in a pinch. However, I would not recommend it as an accountable method of tracking your hours.

AMAZING. This app is great for tracking your hours, it’s very simple and easy to use! The only feature I’d add would be an option for different pay periods, like I get paid biweekly, so it’d be nice to see the totals for each pay period. Not a big deal since I can add them myself, but it’d still be a very convenient feature!

Time lost = money lost. The app is fine other than fact that often a weeks hours are written over with data from months before. I thought it was just a glitch the first time until now where I currently have hours being written in for future dates with months old data. I have lost some hours which is of course not acceptable and will result in me being paid less. Avoid the app, it just doesn’t work.

Simple, good funtionality, would love 1 improvement. I’d love it if there was a way to re-organize the days of each week. The pay periods at my work start on Saturday and go through Friday. I’d love it if we could arrange the days in each week in the tracker to start with any given day. Otherwise, great app
