Canceled sales with no transparency. This company consistently cancels sales for “badly damaged box”. Even if you know you sent a perfect box and can provide photographic proof of the condition on the day of shipment, they will refuse to send any pictures of the supposed “damage”. Also, they have no guide for what they consider acceptable, so you really can’t know why they might cancel your sale. I have pretty much stopped selling on Alias unless I have a PERFECT box AND I can sell for a premium compared to other sites like StockX and EBay. Just know that if you sell on this platform, there is a significant chance that they will cancel your sale for an unsubstantiated reason. You must calculate that in to your potential profits when choosing whether or not to sell here.

Selling. DO NOT link your account Goat account to this app. Its easier to sell your shoes on Goat away it won’t let u sell shoes on Goat. And I straight up would rather use Goat to sell my sneakers but I can’t do that because I linked my account

Shady company. so I sent in two new Fear of God ESSENTIALS tshirts for verification. They emailed me back saying they had to sent it back because it’s a wrong shirt. Charged me $9.01 right away and mailed the first one back without a problem. Next day, I was told my second T-shirt has discoloration, and got charged for $9.01 again. But this time, there’s only a tracking number which never updates any status. I’ve kept contacting them through emails for days now, stopped responding me after the third email. Now I don’t have my T-shirt, don’t have payout, got charged for shipping that doesn’t have anything. I don’t know what to do… What a shady app. I’m surprised that GOAT referred me to sell here, I had zero issue selling there, but alias is just not it….

Stay away from these crooks. These people claim to be selling your shoes & on goat, I bought 2 shoes Recently one from flight club & one from goat. Received the shoes but didn’t like them so i decided to re sell them on this app, shoes was shipped & delivered brand new just as I received them in the same box and everything. Now I’m receiving an email saying there’s an issue with the verification. This is a perfect example of why you should buy any shoes from goat & flight club!!!

Stolen shoes boxes. Damaged shoe boxes. No support.. Thing went smoothly at the beginning. Things turned south when I started receiving notifications about damaged shoe boxes or missing shoe boxes. Sellers only have the option of offering a discount to buyers when a discrepancy occurs. This is completely unacceptable. I spent the extra time and effort to package shoes so I wouldn’t receive notifications of damaged boxes. That didn’t matter. An original shoe box was stolen by an employee at alias. Shoes returned with no box. On top of that, I was charged for return shipping. There is no way to reach a human being at alias. Customer support does not respond. There is no number to call to speak with someone directly. I won’t be using this app anymore. I wouldn’t suggest this app. Beware!

Dope concept just buggy.. I really liked traversing the platform on Wednesday when I first downloaded this app, I even listed a couple of shoes. Though on Thursday of this week till now I have not been able to open the app at all no matter how I open it. I've tried deleting and redownloading it and nothing works. The only reason I'm writing a review is because one of my shoes sold on the app last night and I've had no response from the support team with opening it back up successfully so I can confirm the sale.

Ok app - bad service with no explanation of issues. App itself works great! List your shoes and sell your shoes. However, be forewarned you are at the mercy of them deciding if a shoe is new or not. A new shoe is a new shoe, not that hard to determine. I sent brand new, deadstock, and unworn shoes and my sale was cancelled and I was charged shipping back to me. I have reached out multiple times to receive and explanation and sent pictures of every part of the shoe to get some sort of reason why they were determined unfit for sale, to no avail. Be forewarned it may not be as straightforward as it seems.

Good until they stole from me. I’ve used Alias to sell the majority of my sneakers mainly due to my loyalty to GOAT. However a recent mishap has me extremely concerned about their legitimacy. I sold some Travis Scott 6’s on here and they falsely marked them as fake then “lost” the shoes. It’s clear to me someone saw them, falsely marked them as replicas and took them for themselves, thinking they could get away with it. Well they did, Alias did nothing but give me $100 back on my $400 sale. Gee thanks. Top things off I got the worst customer service rep ever, “Asia”. Just the worst.

Need a sort setting. I love the app and how easy it makes to list everything for people with hundreds of listings but at the same time it’s missing a key feature. I need to be able to search my listing so that I can find the ones I need to take down because I have cross listed almost all of my 1000 listings and when something sells on another platform, it’s impossible to try and find the item on goat by scrolling through all of my listings every time. We need a feature that we can search for our product that we want to deactivate the listing for so that I don’t have to cancel orders every day and lower my score like I have been thanks

Loyal seller with 84+ sales. What I love about alias is that you can see the exact payout you’re going to make when you sell anything. It breaks down the fees for you even the cash out ach, only thing I wish they could do is let you buy shoes in alias but then again that’s why GOAT exist because alias is it’s affiliate !

App & service A+. This review is for the app, as much as for the peeps over at ALIAS, FC, and Goat: Simply put, if you do part right (list proper size, shoe, ORIGINALS, etc), they will make your life a breeze (in the resell department anyways). Drop off at 11:23, $ available at 11:48, can’t beat it!

Scam. Sent them a pair of $300 sneakers, checked in to see where the processing was 2 days after delivery. They noted that due to high volume they would need extra time to process. 12 days later received an email that my package was lost and I would need to provide 4 different documentation sources to proceed with the claim process. No number to call for support. Absolute scam and joke of an app and business. DO NOT USE this app. Better off selling on EBay.

Great interface and no major issues. Feels cool using this compared to GOAT. It’s like a if you know type of thing. The interface is a little more convenient than goat, and I’m sure they’ll improve it over time whatever ways make sense. I

Alias (Goat selling app). I really appreciate the Alias app for clothing since there is not much seller competition like stockx. The only bug is the when I open the app it asks for my finger iD than does nothing. I have to go home than back into the app to access my account. Other than that big props to the developers for a mostly seamless app!

Worst costumer service ever. So I finally get lucky on SNKRS for once and I look and I could get some good money from them so I list them and boom the next day they sell. A day later I bring them to ups to ship. They get there and they say that the box is damaged. Understandable, because sometimes shipping clmpanies might damage shipments. But now it’s been almost a month and they won’t send my shoes back, made me pay 10 dollars for return shipping, and won’t tell me what is going on and taking so long. Just use StockX or find a local retail store if you want to actually make some money

Great app. The app is great cause most of my sales are on alias but there are a few things that could use some work. For instance if we sell an item and it ends up damaged when they receive it we have to offer a discount to the buyer which I’m ok with. But if the buyer never responds they make u co-sign or ship it back for 15 bucks💀. I just think u guys r put more pressure on the buyers to make a decision because having it shipped back and all tht is a unneeded hassle.

This is a 5 star app with a 2 star function. I’ve been selling on GOAT for years. When moving over to Alias, they improved on many aspects from the GOAT selling process minus 1 thing: NO Inventory search bar. PLEASEEE update and make it possible to quickly search through your selling inventory. When having to scroll through hundreds of shoes and no ability to easily maneuver, it creates cause for many canceled orders. So please PLEASE create a search bar for selling inventory

Terrible Business. After dealing with GOAT for year having no problems, I started selling more sneakers and now having issues with every sale (New & Used Sneakers). I have photos of everything I ship out to them and I always get (Damaged Box, Wrong Sizes, 2 Left Shoes) but when I receive the item back there are no flaws or anything. I don't understand what has happened over the past year but I do not recommend using this app to sell anything.

A great app. I love the app for its simplicity !! It is so easy too post your sneakers, and the fees are lower than StockX, and your able too cash-out much quicker. Soon as you’re kicks are authenticated you get your funds immediately there’s no waiting!! GREAT APP!! ROBERT SMILEY.

Don’t recommend selling nor buying. I sold my first pair of Jordan's on alias and I’ve had such a bad experience. It’s been 2 weeks since I dropped off the package and it still hasn’t been verified at the warehouse. I’m supposed to cash out quickly have this go smoothly. Yet it’s taking forever and I get no updates on what’s happening. Sadly at the same time I’m also struggling with some shoes I bought on goat. They are taking forever to get here. The worst is I don’t get no estimated delivery date so I practically can’t work with anything here.

Trash customer service and authenticators. I’ve sold almost a 100 shoes with alias and never had much problems. Just recently 3 shoes in one week which all had perfect boxes were marked as “severely damaged”. Ik this is not true so I reach out and ask for pictures and I get no response. I reach out the next day and no response again. Where is the integrity?? Something shady is going on with the authenticators. Then y’all want to overcharge to send the shoes back and when y’all consign them they are marked as damaged box. Y’all send pictures when a shoe is marked as tried on but when the box is supposedly damaged we get no pictures. They are ridiculous and need to hire new members. They were my favorite selling platform but now I’m considering using just eBay and StockX. Fix it!!

It’d be nice if you actually are able to sell your shoes. I sold items to both GOAT and stockx on the same day, and shipped out both on the same day (Sunday) My shoes arrived at both GOAT and stockx warehouses simultaneously. Stockx already verified and sent me my payout last night. GOAT/alias still have my shoes sitting in their warehouse awaiting verification. Usually it was the other way around and it would be GOAT the ones verifying and paying out faster than stockx. Ever since I downloaded alias my whole experience with GOAT has been garbage. I still have a pair of fragment 3s sitting in their warehouse for almost a month, because they refuse to ship them back to me after verification failed due to yellowing defects. I reached out twice and I got the same response saying they’ll consign the shoes instead. If you downloaded alias and already linked your account them you’re pretty much screwed because now you won’t get money nor your shoes

Too basic. This app will not let you mass delete products. If the items you want to delete are at the very bottom, you’ll have to scroll down. Once you delete what you wanted to remove, it brings you back up and you’ll have to scroll down again all the way at the bottom. This becomes very annoying when you have to delete multiples.

Quick and professional. I haven’t ran into one problem. Quick and easy. No hold ups. As long as your kicks are legit, there’s no problems.

Go with StockX or eBay instead. I would advise anyone with buying and/or selling footwear to steer away from this app. Their authentification process is very sketchy. Someone at their facility/warehouse must be mixing up the orders. Otherwise, I’d hate to believe one or more of their employees is making money from ripping off buyers and sellers. Either way, customer service is a joke as they will not or cannot actually do anything. Do yourself a favor and avoid being scammed by the people behind this service/app.

Great concept but needs some work. I sell almost all of my shoes on Goat and have a seller score of almost 600. Alias is really useful for being able to see more sale data especially for used shoes which is primarily what I sell. However this app is really buggy. Currently I am having an incredibly frustrating issue for my goat storage listings where the inner angle photo disappears when I am submitting them for sale, but I cannot retake this inner angle photo because I don’t have the shoes with me, they’re in goat storage at their facilities which is the whole purpose of doing goat storage flips. I know the photos are there because relisting used shoes in goat storage uses the same photos from when I bought them including the inner photo except it disappears when the shoes reach goat storage. I have had this happen 4 times in the last 2 weeks and the goat employees don’t seem to understand what I am talking about when I email them. Overall I love goat and believe it is infinitely better than StockX and I feel like alias is an amazing idea but it needs a lot of work.

Something Shady Here. They had me bring in a pair of sneakers which they said was sold. They held up the sale saying there was an “issue with verification.” A day and a half later they email me that they refunded the sale saying it was the wrong SKU or size. They relisted it exactly the same way I delivered it so the whole premise seems to be very suspicious. On top of that, the only return options are for me to pay $10 for return shipping or leave there for consignment. Something shady is happening here!

So far so good except…. As a frequent seller who consigns, it doesn’t make sense that after a sale I still have to await verification. The purpose of me consigning and dropping off my shoes is to have them pre-verified and handled at the FC/Goat warehouse. After I make a sale I should be able to receive my payout, instead my item has to be verified once again prolonging my money another day or two. “VERIFICATION PROCESS Our specialists inspect everything from the label to stitching, texture to color, and so much more. If your item is found to be falsely advertised, we'll notify you.”

Really bad customer service with Alias. Customer service is extremely bad. Still currently an unresolved problem with cashing out. Joint accounts with Goat and Alias users seem to have some type of interference where you cannot cash out what you sold. It’s been 1 week and the turn around type with responses are 2+ days. Very disappointing. As far as ease in using the app, it’s good. 2 stars because the lack of customer support.

The app is fine. However, the company's shipping policy is extremely confusing. It has no clear policy about a lost package. They force the sellers to use UPS, which is not accessible to everyone. What's even worse is UPS often loses packages. Then the company cancels your orders and penalizes your seller score. The sellers are being put in an extremely unfair position. I'm not a transitional sneaker reseller. I alway sold dead stocks that were already way below the MSRP. Besides losing money on these stocks, I had to deal with complete lost packages due to the irresponsible behaviors from UPS and Alias. What a terrible duo they are! I already quit.

Best app for shoe resells!. Quick. Easy and simple interface. All ach transactions are done faster then other sites. Shipping is quick and fees are standard. I’ve sold the most on this app and will continue to use it. No issues!

Customer service worsts. I have sold my supreme stuff through alias from February and they said it had “odor” so it gonna ship back, but until then i tracking the ups number its say lable was created thats mean they didn’t send my stuff to ups. I sent an email to customer service to ask about how my stuff going, and day by day i just have the answers from them is “ our team are working on time” and NOTHING HAPPENS, WHERE IS MY SUPREME STUFF ????????

Greatness. I love this website, they have a lot shoes to pick from for sailing purpose and I also want my previous money from when they close my account please and thank you. Respectfully

Would not use if you paid me to.. I will start with the list of issues with alias and goat and why they are trash. 1) fees. $5 fee every sale, 9.5% every sale, 2.9% cash out fee. 2) buyers put bids up on goat and the same people but items for sale on alias to there by manipulate the lowest price shoes and highest bids. StockX does not allow you to do this. 3) no recourse when people fill your bids and never ship the item. I’ve had this happen 20 plus times and my order history documents it all. 4) these authenticators will tell you issues with a badly damaged box so you have to offer a discount on the sale or pay to ship it back to you. They do not provide photos. Box could be damaged by poor shipping policies at shipping companies especially around holidays when they are busy and throwing boxes around or stacking them sky high. They do not offer insurance on damaged goods so as a seller you take the loss. 5) customer service is garbage. They send generic emails and do not care at all about their customers. ~I will avoid this app and the goat app like the plague. I rather burn a pile of money then ever give these crooks another dollar.

Joke. I never write reviews but my whole experience with this app has been a complete joke, so much so that I feel the need to express my disappointment. I sent shoes is perfect condition both sneakers and box. When received for verification the box was “badly damaged “ which could not be further from the truth. Unless of course they damaged it or the shipping company did. I contacted support but so far nothing yet. These people working there need to get it together because there is something shady about all of there bad reviews with the same concerns….. and Alias is the common denominator. GET IT TOGETHER!

The slowest customer service for the size of its company. I’ve had an issue withdrawing thousands out of my money out of my account for more than a week and it just doesn’t seem like they care. It’s literally a technical error on their app and I can’t take my money out because of that. Their customer service replies at the most awkward times, always many hours after I send. I’ve sold so many shoes on here and I have other issues that I can handle but not even being able to take my money out?? 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

The app is disapointing. The app is terrible honestly. You can’t even search for your orders or listings on the app, you can do this on the goat app. All this app does it make it look fancier for sellers. No added features, in fact it’s worse then selling on goat app. Your orders are not listed in order by date, rather it seems they are random and could be weeks apart. If you sell a lot this is terrible for spreadsheets and such. This app is overall trash, it’s like they didn’t even try.

“Badly Damaged Box” Option. Alias/Goat should include pics of them receiving ‘badly damaged boxes’ from the seller to the buyer and allow the buyer to determine whether it’s just a ‘nick, a hole, crushed and/or badly damaged’ before canceling the order or letting the buyer continue with their purchase. Having just 1 option for ‘badly damaged box’ isn’t fair. There should be a tier or something else because even some damages aren’t all that ‘bad’. Consider changing things alias/Goat and keep up with your clientele’s needs. Do better like we all know you can. You’re better than your competitors. Show and prove by your actions that you truly are the goat. Talk is cheap.

GOAT, but better. I previously only used stockx as opposed to goat because the system felt faster and easier to sell and manage. With alias, this fixes all the issues. It allows you to see ask prices and other useful stats, along with a beautiful UI. It is literally GOAT, but better.

Wish I Had Read the Reviews First. I had a really horrible experience with Alias. My completely new item was rejected by their sham of a verification team. When they sent it back to me, they mysteriously forgot to include all of the accessories I had sent with it! When contacting customer support, the person I was talking to took 3 days to respond every time, and couldn’t even keep our conversation straight. He started talking about shoes, when my item was a sweatshirt. I ultimately got the return shipping comped, but my accessories were still stolen and I wasted my time on this. I also still had to pay the cash out fee for my refund. Just use a different app, it’s not worth the headache.

Great idea but this place needs a-lot of work. Tried to sell a brand new item (TS x PlayStation sweater collab) Item is new, tried the item on once, didn’t fit, repackaged and protected until I was able to sell, packaged it safely and left a note for the buyer with the same information, sale was denied because this terrible app thinks that means it is used and they are canceling the sale as well as charging me for return shipping. Don’t use this seller as they do not have any common sense nor do they care about either the seller that used their service or the buyer that was excepted to Receive their purchase.

Not worth linking goat account.. Goat app has been my absolute favorite app for buying and selling apparel, I have been selling for over 2 years. After I download the Alias app a pair of shoes I sell get rejected and get sent back to me. The address I gave Alias was mysteriously gone and a completely random return address appeared was entered. My shoes are now sitting in a post office for 4 days because the address is incorrect. I contacted support before the package was even shipped to make sure it was the correct address and they told me it was correct. I then go to USPS after waiting multiple days on an update and they tell me that they can either ship the package back to to origin and have it reshipped to me or I can pick up on a time frame that is unable to co-exist with school and work etc. extremely disappointed with customer support.

Not recommend. I had a bad experience with this app. I sold a pair of used 9.5/10 AJ 1 shadow 2018 bought on nike app with receipt . Few days later I got an alert from the app saying I got and issue with the shoe authenticity. The reason they gave me was the glitter 🤦🏻 The authenticator didn’t pass saying the wasn’t real because the glitter when we all know glitter in J 1’s was a thing those days. I went back and forward couple of times with customer service on this absurd. They change the issue from the glitter and saying that the shoe didn’t passed authenticity because it was used. The shoe was posted as used!!!!🤦🏻They ended asking me to mark down the price of the shoe. 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻 it looks like it was the same authenticator trying to get the shoe for the low low. I ended asking em to send back my shoes. I sold em on goat app no problems. So if the shoe was fake? It wasn’t , How passed goat? Just avoid this Alias.

Scandalous company. WARNING BEFORE YOU USE. First you list an item. Then you sell it. But you have to use their shipping label. If the Item gets lost in mail. But you and your account get a strike and get threatened with suspension for not completing the sale. They blame you for the shippers issues that they make you use. Now you’re out of the item you tried to sell and you got no money. Plus your account can be suspended. That was just one review from a seller. No thanks app gets one star. The exact same thing happened to me. Fake company scamming your shoes and your money. I can not recommend this application to any one. Customer service is a joke. It’s all through email. I don not recommend at all. BEWARE you have been warned.

High standards for sellers and subpar product provided to buyers. If alias is going to consistently say that my well taken care of DS pairs I've sold through their app aren't up to their standards because of ghost "scuffs" that simply aren't there or for being "tried on" (Guess what alias sometimes shoes are unboxed and reboxed to take photos for selling on other platforms. My shoes aren't unds'd just because I didn't fold the tongue and laces back into the box the exact same way as the factory after taking pictures for sales listings.) I feel like if Alias is going to hold us sellers who are literally making them all of their money to such high standards then they should probably at least take care to protect shoes when they send them out to buyers so that the box doesn't come crushed due to them being lazy/ cheap and using barely any packing paper. The fact that Alias doesn't even try to protect the goods they're shipping to us is more than enough to let me know they don't care about any of us consumers or seller. I will be moving all of my sales and listings elsewhere from now on. 💁🏻

Unnecessary second goat app. What’s the point of this apps when there is goat?? Goat listing also appear here...goat also have cross platform listing too. Why don’t they focus on making goat apps better? Offering better customer service too Instead of creating a second goat. They could have done something different for this alias as in selling hyped clothing only. And to top it all, is dark or black background the only color u have access to?

Customer service. On two different accounts I received two different errors. First error I was told the shoe I sent was the wrong size for the order, with screen shot proof they claimed I was wrong. I let that one slide. Second error was the “original box”. The box that comes directly from the manufacturer isn’t the box they’re looking for. It’s original if has the sku they’re looking for. I contacted multiple manufacturers puma and nike. Both said it’s no such thing. In attempts to resolve these issues customer service was horrible with communication and seemed to either be 16 years old or a autobot.

Scammers. !!!STAY AWAY!!! I’m not the only person with this problem they lie about your box damaged so they can pay you less or charge you to ship your shoes back and give you no options for insurance on your package or show you photos of so called damage complete scam and no one to call honestly sell you shoes to anyone else this company charges you 10% to practicality do nothing are the absolute worse and I’ll make sure to let everyone know it.

Don’t use. Save yourself some money and don’t use this app. Sold quite a few pairs of shoes on here. Always take pics before of perfect brand new shoes and a couple pairs arrived there with mysterious markings that weren’t there before. Or they say brand new shoes are worn when they are not and in perfect shape. I’ve also purchased and the shoes I’ve received are extremely creased but we’re suppose to be new. They then still charge you money to return the shoes when you sell or buy and ding your rating. Very inconsistent verification and customer service is pretty much non existent. Don’t use

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. I dont think I have ever seen this aggressive fees for just shipping your shoe back. Also customer service is completely useless . Do yourself a favor and use GRAILED.

Scamming Sellers. I sold a pair of shoes 2 months ago and I haven’t received the funds. They claimed they successfully sent it but when my bank asked them to do a trace & recall the payment because I haven’t received it. They refused & wouldn’t give any explanation as to why.

DO NOT SELL ON ALIAS!. I sold two shoes back in April 2023, they had arrived at their authentication facility early into May 2023. I quickly realized that the verification process was taking longer than I felt it should. I reached out to customer support and spoke with someone named Asia M. Through email for going on TWO MONTHS now. This afternoon she informed me that the packages are “lost” and they will not be pursuing an investigation. I provided drop off receipts for my items and tracking shows they were in fact shipped to the destination. Alias app also confirms that the items ARRIVED at the facility and were waiting verification. This is straight robbery. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Irritating. Unless you are from the US you will have a hard time getting ur money. Once i get my money ive been waiting for since april 6th and it is now april 29th ill never you this garbage app every again. Customer service is so delayed and you get a new person to talk to like every reply u send. Having to re explain, absolutely terrible. If i could give this app zero or minus stars i would.

Fees. The amount of fees they take from your sell on this app is crazy. They charge you an automatic $20 “seller fee” and then two extra fees just to take away from any profit you have left. Ridiculous.

Worst app for sellers. I sold two items on the 31st of January and 2nd of February. I cashed out that money instantly, it has now been 18 and 16 days and they still haven’t paid me. The support is absolute garbage, they don’t even have a number you can call. I’ve been emailing them for my money over and over again and I’m just not getting paid. They owe me over 500$ and are not paying me with no support. Seriously this has to be the worst app ever, I make less money on stock X but at least they pay they’re sellers.

Worst experience while attempting to list an item. Posted a listing only to have it rejected and removed due to “incorrect sku #” even tho Goat had the same sku# listed. Great Market. If you’re trying to sell shoes and make some extra funds I highly recommend this app send updates on what’s happening with your sale/order but also give you step by step instructions to make every sale as simple as possible for you.

2 months for payout?!?!. After 2 months of fighting with their costumer service they finally able to pay me out for selling 2 pairs of shoes. Please avoid using this app if your not in The USA just use StockX! It’s miles better and I’ve never had issues with them.

Mishandling Sellers Product. Im rating this app this because its the second time this has happened my packages were all sent the same and they fail to make it safely to the facility costing me money and wasted time. I would highly suggest filming products before shipping to sale to ensure you are covered because they will punish you for their negligence.

Give me MY MONEY!. It has been a MONTH since I turned in some shoes for sale, I get money I can cashout and it asks for a phone number for 2fa. Ok sure. I put in my number? Whoops! Accidentally mistook a digit! No biggie! It says contact support! Great I submit my claim, one week later NOTHING. FINALLY get an answer. Asks for personal info “we’ll get back to you” it has now been a month. I have had over a grand stuck with you guys and no response. I WANT MY MONEY

Beware Scam. This app is a scam. The sizes on the app don’t match the actual size you get. They will not let you change your apparel for a bigger/smaller size. I’ve lost over 800 hundred dollars from this app for a jacket I can’t wear. The customer service is garbage. No one is helpful and they basically tell you to f off with a smile on their face. I will never use this app again.

Terrible platform. They just canceled two my sales without proper inspection and verification of the orders . Both pairs were listed as a women's with a proper women size which is confirmed!!! By their support team ! Size 38 for example were listed as a size 8 women that is the size on my order for these shoes , they canceled and then listed these as a size 5 womens ! Are you crazy?????

Terrible Process. I downloaded the app to try to sell an Essentials hoodie and once I set my price and a buyer agreed to it, I thought the app was very well made. I shipped the product and did not hear back from the company on the status of my delivery, so I had to email the team. Fast forward, they tell me that my UNUSED hoodie has been used and therefore, they could not sell it. Sell your apparel somewhere else.

App & service A+. This review is for the app, as much as for the peeps over at ALIAS, FC, and Goat: Simply put, if you do part right (list proper size, shoe, ORIGINALS, etc), they will make your life a breeze (in the resell department anyways). Drop off at 11:23, $ available at 11:48, can’t beat it!

No search feature. I have 1000 shoes listed on Goat, so the ability to search my inventory for a specific shoe is vital. Unfortunately Alias does not have a search area for your listed inventory. I had to request to be changed back to a Goat account because of this. Please fix this Alias!!! I have apparel to sell. Thanks!!

Thieves!!! Alias stole my lost and found Jordan 1 ! DONT DOWNLOAD!!!. I’ve recently switched my GOAT account to Alias and I sold a pair of Jordan 1 lost and found size 7Y on Goat but since I switched the account to alias. I’m guessing an alias employee stole my shoes because I got an email saying I only shipped 1 shoe ?? I never had an issue selling on GOAT but my first sell on alias and this Happens . Smh. Switching my accounts back and never using alias again.

Extremely High Fees. Just sold two pairs of shoes on this platform. Barely made any profit considering the you end up paying 12% in fees, and then there is an additional cash out fee which is another 2.5%, even if you choose to do it via ACH. Will never use this platform again.

UI faults. Ok so which one of you UI designers didn’t even put a back button during setup. Thanks. Now I'm stuck with a password that was put on accident that I can’t change.

Overly complicated for no reason. The app is too complicated for no reason. There is no reason it should have the ui that it does. The ui does nothing for the experience and makes the app harder to use. You can’t bulk list multiple sizes of the same shoe anymore. And the dumbest part of the app is why do I have to watch a 10 second animation of a changing price when I just want to change the price.

Cant post new sneakers. This app is killing me right now. Had to download to sell apparel now I have to use it to list sneakers on goat and cant. Keep getting an “that record can’t be found”. When something messes with my money flow I have an issue. Get this s%*+ fixed asap

I sent in some balenciagas they get to Alia’s the next day so I’m like ok cool this is almost over with but no I check on it the next day and it’s telling me it’s an issue with the sale. 2 days later and I’m still waiting on them to tell me what’s wrong with the order.

Refuses to pay me. I sold them my shoes and they have a two factor security that’s using my old phone number. They won’t let me update my phone number. They won’t reply to any of my emails. Very unprofessional. Will never use this useless app again.

Thieves!. An Alias warehouse worker stole my sneakers. They acted like they never received but the UPS tracking number says different. On top of that Alias isn’t trying to do anything about it. You are only able to speak with customer service thru email which takes about three days for them to reply. Smh

Worst place to sell authentic items. I got a cactus plant flea market ye must be born again hoodie 100% authentic and decided I needed extra cash so I listed it here and it sold. Sent them the hoodie and they claim it is replica and charged me $10 to get it sent back. Horrible place to sell anything, look for a better place to sell

Just look at all the other recent reviews. App has gone downhill significantly. Authenticators are atrocious, customer service is non existent, fees are substantially higher than competitors, just an awful company all around. Recommend literally any other app over them.

Customer Service. This app customer service is worse the GOAT app! I would contact them for help and they don’t even care to respond. At this point what’s the point of this app if I can’t add a payment method. On the GOAT app everything works fine, but on here everything is full of bugs and glitches. If you do want to switch to this app, stick to GOAT.

Made selling on GOAT even better. Really like alias so far - took a minute to get used to, but I really like being able to see more info about past sales and current listings. Have been selling more apparel, so that’s a bonus too

Easy to use. Alias is easy to use! It is an awesome way to make some extra money. Their customer service is also very helpful

Various issues. The app experiences various issues such as pictures provided that meet the standard but won’t accept, certain sneakers having a cap of $2,000 when they clearly sell for more, used sneakers are unable to get offers even though you can link your GOAT account and have pending offers through GOAT. Couple all this with a slow response time to emails and you can miss various bids and offers.

Slow/Inaccurate Verification. Verification process took multiple days just to find out that the shoes didn’t pass verification. Wasn’t told why this happened until I contacted customer support over 3 days later, just to find out that they didn’t pass verification because of a tiny glue mark. They even made me pay for shipping to send the shoes back to me. Just ridiculous!

Alias app. This is a good app super underrated, which I like good selling platform only thing I dislike, is the amount if fees, which sometimes it might push me to sell on eBay.

Sketchy. Sent in a pair of olive dunks. Clean pair, clean box, and clean paper inside box. A week later got marked for “badly damaged box.” I was confused so I asked for photos. They refused to provide. Ended up paying to have the box shipped back to me. Box now has a ripped lid, the paper is trashed and ripped, and I’m convinced it’s not even the same shoe box! I don’t recommend them. Going back to StockX

Can u make drop to local somewhat different. I accidentally hit the drop to flight club rather than ship. I need to contact customer service to fix this? This is so stupid. At least make the button apparent and look different pls. Also the selling experence is so trash than stockx and worse than goat. The only thing good about this app is the a little bit additional data. Please hire some real product designer to design the app good

Scam. Sent them a pair of $300 sneakers, checked in to see where the processing was 2 days after delivery. They noted that due to high volume they would need extra time to process. 12 days later received an email that my package was lost and I would need to provide 4 different documentation sources to proceed with the claim process. No number to call for support. Absolute scam and joke of an app and business. DO NOT USE this app. Better off selling on EBay.

Damaged my goods. Sent a bunch of shoes to be consigned, with extreme bubble wrapping, and they damaged multiple of my boxes. No clear way to call or get quick support other than ticket submission which takes well over a day to respond. I have full videos of me packing my goods and their condition plus the extra bubble wrapping measures I took. They are difficult to work with. Should be a crime!! Never again.

Untrustworthy. I recently tried reselling shoes on Goat that I originally bought via Goat. During the review process they were deemed “Replicas”… so either my shoes aren’t fake and their review team is incompetnet, or they sold me fake shoes to begin with?!?! I contacted them about the issue and they dismissed my case. Goat is either INCOMPETENT or a SCAM… either way I’m NEVER using Goat/Alias again and highly recommend nobody else does either

Sent back legit items. I sent them a supreme shirt and they said it didn’t pass authentication because of watermark issues... It’s a brand new shirt... I have the email confirmation for it and It is literally still in its packaging. And on top of all of that b.s. they talked about with the watermark they charge me 9 dollars. They also didn’t send me a picture of what was wrong. I will never use this platform ever again and I suggest others don’t use it either.

Lost Money/Horrible Customer Support. Tried to transfer $400 dollars to my bank account and failed, but my money was supposed to have been returned to my account and never has. Alias basically lost my money and their customer support is horrible, they never help out and put in the least effort they can.

Horrible. Bad experience both times trying to sell brand new shoes through goat/alias. Most recent item was flagged for having the wrong sku but it’s correct and I have video proof to show so prior to shipping for verification in case an issue occurred like last time and what do you know … Don’t waste your time most likely you’ll be paying for shipping to get your shoes back.

App is good, but constantly logs me out. Title pretty much says it all. The actual functionality is good and intuitive; much better than stockx’s new app update. However, I am constantly being logged out which gets quite annoying after the first couple months.

Robbing the users!. So I was just about to sell a pair of shoes when I noticed all the fees that come with it. First of all I don’t mind fees but Alias is taking 9.5% of what you sell your shoes for to begin with. On top of that their is a sellers fee which is 5 dollars, and if you thought that was it their is also a cash out fee, 2.9%, add that all up and that = straight theft. Those shoes I was about to sell for $300 are only getting me $258 after alI the deductions.

Unnecessary second goat app. What’s the point of this apps when there is goat?? Goat listing also appear here...goat also have cross platform listing too. Why don’t they focus on making goat apps better? Offering better customer service too Instead of creating a second goat. They could have done something different for this alias as in selling hyped clothing only. And to top it all, is dark or black background the only color u have access to?
