Different versions make it excellent!. While the KJV being the standard everywhere, having so many versions to read from really helps shape a fuller picture when trying to really shape my understanding

I Like The Options. I like having several versions from which to choose, but also the appearance of parchment pages that visibly turn. The options of fonts, type size, and line spacing are great for choosing your best personalized reading experience. A very nice (offline!) Bible.

GREAT BIBKE APP. Love using the listening feature where you can choose a voice and speed and listen to the word. Wished it went many chapters in a row before stopping instead of one. But hey, this is awesome.

Better late than never. A few years I said I wanted to start reading the Bible but never really put it in motion. Fast forward many years later I can’t put it down. I love how it’s compatible with my phone and most importantly .... I can read it anywhere.

Easy to Navigate. Once you get the hang of how to use the Table of Contents it’s really a quick way to find scripture while in church. I would like to be able to take notes in it as I am using it.

A tip for reading this Bible app.. If you put put your phone or iPad on airplane mode while you read the Bible, there will be no ads at the bottom to distract you while you read. I have arthritis in my thumbs, it makes it hard to hold the Bible and read for too long. So I really love to read on my iPad.

Minor changes. The option bar is difficult to navigate at the bottom. Perhaps make a side bar and add a daily devotional as well? Other than that I enjoy this version. Thanks

Good Bible App. This is the main Bible app that I use. It is my favorite. One thing that sometimes happens when turning the page, is it will skip over to the next chapter. It happens occasionally, and I’ve just had to go backwards a few pages and then come forward and it fixes the problem. Otherwise this is a very easy app to use and get to the other books of the Bible. I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for that occasional chapter-skipping glitch.

I just don’t understand. Its an excellent app except for one bad flaw. You are trying to read the bible and you look at the bottom of your screen and they are trying to get you to play the slots. It doesn’t seem to make since you are trying to concentrate on the word of God and at the same time they are trying to get you to gamble. And you can’t get rid of it. Any other advertising you can get rid of. My advice make it a paid app without any advertising.

My short review. The idea of a bible app is fantastic, sometimes you don’t always have the time to pick up the good book, but sadly we always have our phones. So this works perfect.

Understand the meaning. Great to get back to the beginning. Let’s you read at your own pace. Pick up where you left off. Gives great understand on the true meaning of life.

It is User friendly. Plain and Simple Bible App. It’s not the overly complicated ones where you tap one thing it leads you to many different things. It’s kind of cute how you flip the pages like a real book. It’s setting is very simple .

Superlative. This version gives you so many options! It’s a treasure to have and I’ll use it for many years to come! Get one and see for yourself- what do you have to lose?

Great app. As I said it’s a great app just a few things should be changed the one and only thing is that you should be able to change how the reader sounds

Audio needs to improve. Sentences are not read as a natural person would. There is artificial intelligence (AI) technology that does it very well. It’s hard to understand what is being read by the audio feature. There are no pauses after a comma or a period. There is a long pause within a sentence tht is broken by a page break. Otherwise, this app is really good.

The Bible. I like the fact that I can change the audio speed, font size, etc. Areas for improvement include using a real persons voice vs a computer voice and highlighting the section being read. Thx.

Hard to read. I just couldn’t get past the background color of the page itself: the muddy beige that frankly looks dirty. The lack of contrast makes it hard to read. Until they offer an option to make the background white, I’m going to take a pass.

It’s the word. Work pretty well most of the time but sometimes when I try to scroll one page over it takes me to the beginning of the chapter.

Great book. This app is the best app to read and to hear out loud in your earphones or when you’re at home alone or with family when ever I’m down sad or depressed it’s one of the best books to heal your soul I stop reading the Bible for a while now I’m back to listen to the word of Christ Amen 🙏🏻🕊⛪️

Disappointed in Advertising Messages. I was sad and greatly disturbed while reading the book of Acts that there was continuously streaming at the bottom of each page.. an ad for guns, the law and how to conceal weapons! I find it a beautiful time to read the word in beautiful peace and contemplation it is NOT the place I want to see ongoing advertisements on each page of the precious Bible to see anything to do with guns. I will try and find an app that finds better choices in advertising.

Bible. I really liked the Bible I downloaded from the Apple itun store it’s clear and I really liked the narration of the Bible and how clear it is and also how the person reads the Bible if you wanted it narrated for you

thank you God for guiding me. i never right reviews or ratings but here i am lol. my life is very complicated as a student, child, and friend because of having to do so much at once plus any drama which causes stress and even triggers my IED (intermittent explosive disorder). i thought that i would just continue going down hill because depression does not help but i gave my life to God and i've been better. maybe not ALL the time but i feel at ease knowing i have God and his son, Jesus guiding and helping me along the way and able to accept me for who i am.

Dated and Low on User Friendliness. While I thought it was cool to have access to the 1611 version, navigating and looking up specific scripture references was not very user friendly. I was also put off by the lack of modern and more easily understandable English versions of the Bible. I like to be able to look things up in multiple versions when studying the Bible. I couldn’t look them up in any version. I would enter in a scripture reference and it would return 0 results. Lastly, I did not prefer the ads at the bottom of the screen. They were distracting, inserting the world into my time with God. This app was deleted quickly from my phone. I don’t recommend it in its current state.

Bible. Super hard to understand many words... the words are misspelled to the extent that if you don’t know the Bible by heart just about you would be totally confused... using the v alphabet for many words is unacceptable and many words with so many misspelled words per sentence is just wrong... please re read your book that you are putting out there and correct all the misspelled words.

Bible. I really love the Bible ! I use it as I type what I read and am hoping to make a book of my writing! I have a head time to speak the the people in this 90 apartments but when I say any thing aboutJesus , they do tell me that they don’t want to hear any of that! Honestly, they say some really angry words and swearing! I just say to them that when this world is in chaos , what are you going to do when When all HALL BREAKS LOOSE!!! Navigating. I use this app all the time and I love it. I wish you could toggle between the new and Old Testament. May a back button. I’m lazy and going through all the steps to go through to switch is not so handy. Love the app👍

Weird Bug. I really like this Bible app because it has all deuterocanonical books and seems to be very easy to use. But there’s a weird bug where when you go into the catalog and choose what book and chapter do you want to read from it doesn’t give you that specific chapter but either the one prior or after that chapter that you chose. So if that could be fixed it will be fantastic. I almost misquoted the Bible today because of it.

Please fix the voice. It is nice to be able to listen to the bible on the road but the voice is really hard to understand and some on the voices don’t really work it would say the name of the voice and than a few other words than read the bible in the first voice

Keeps me on track. Love the different versions of the Bible. The reading plan option to read the Bible in a certain amount of days keeps me on track.

Good but…. Great app and all 9.5/10 love how it’s free and no paying for subscription but it has a few bugs and can have stuff that would be better. Randomly after any page the audio stops=bug. If you make it so the display doesn’t dim or the audio plays even when it’s in off so it doesn’t stop playing the audio. This isn’t a bug and isn’t related to the bug above but is good to have I guess.

YES, I believe there is one God and he is triune, Father, Son, Spirit. However the computerized voices with accents and M/F ( grandpa/grandma ? ) sexes, and speed is nerve racking. I desperately need an offline audio to help keep me in the word while driving, treadmill, doing word search, 15 minutes while sleeping, etc, BUT THIS ISN’T IT❗️ I can appreciate you spreading the GOoD news. However if this was someone’s first attempt to finding the truth you may have stopped any momentum they had and discouraged them. The world is funny that way, momentum one minute then household choirs the next - God who⁉️ If someone is looking for God, you have to keep them engaged long enough to receive the nourishment. God first. The word of GOD is always the right choice and your app by default falls under the umbrella of the right choice

Page skips. A lot of times while reading and turning to the next page, it skips to last chapter read or next chapter. Causes me to lose my train of thought

This app is not very user friendly. How do I go to a particular book? I have to go to settings!? That is clumsy. How do I get to a chapter in the book? I have to swipe through the pages?! Again clumsy. The choices of versions is also very limited. This app needs work!

Reading Older Texts. My choice of reading a Holy Bible is my concern about the time of translation. I prefer reading earlier editions.

Reference to biblical app. I love the app and have been using it to read through the Bible. But noticed that some verses were not typed out in the book of of job
