Concise and outstanding form of presentation. Keeping it brief: There only few sources for this level of concise news and analysis. No other in the USA. Go deeper: Axios practices new-school-journalism, as opposed to the ‘talking-head, fear-mongering, bias-sensationalism’ that passes for journalism these turbulent days. Net-net: Give it a go, because one can be up to speed in as little as 10/15 minutes, regarding the news that matters to your life, both personal and professional.

Great summaries on major news. Axios presents a number of brief daily overviews of major news in major areas such as politics, trade, labor, technology, economics, public safety, environment, health, guns and race. I find these daily overviews easy fast reads that summarize main facts. They are backed up by options to read a deeper more complete discussion of the event or issue. I rely on these daily Axios presentations to keep up to date with news in number of key areas.

Persistent Audio Interference Issues. The content itself is great and certainly 5 star quality. This ranking is for app functionality and anytime I open this app all other media is paused or turned off which is inconvenient for multi tasking. I’ve noticed this issue across most forms of mobile apple devices (iPhone SE, iPhone 8+, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, etc) and seems to be an app dev issue. Hopefully this can be resolved!

High Tech Information Dissemination.. Short and directed News make me understand the distorted information coming from manipulators who want to get profits/make headlines nowadays. Unreliable sources of information are a disease and is therefore not good for public consumption. But this app introduces the topic and breaks down the reasons why such an information matter and even go further to discuss if you want to go deeper for more information. All very short and on point. Information dissemination made easy. I have started considering signing up for the Google IT upgrade to help me find better jobs. I got the information from this App. Thank you for a great job. Formerly great app marred by darkness. The app is great and the reporting is refreshing. I wish more publications would adopt a similar style because I had to uninstall this app. 1. They introduced infinite scrolling. This decision tells me they are changing priorities. Infinite scrolling is only good for one thing: higher engagement and more ad impressions. Neither of these things is consumer-friendly. 2. They fired a reporter in Florida for speaking out against propaganda. It really makes no sense unless they’re under some kind of pressure. This has shaken my trust in them.

Excellent source of news. I’ve been waiting my entire adult life for an app just like this. Everything is so easy to read and the articles just seem to flow one after the other. Kudos to the developers and kudos to the investigative journalists, all of you made a truly magnificent tool for everyone to use.

Had to delete app due to battery drain. I used to like this app, but in the last week, it’s been running constantly in the background. When I checked battery usage in the battery settings section, the Axios app was at 57%. It was causing my phone to uncharacteristically overheat. My battery was running out much more quickly than it ever had in the past. I’m not sure what changed with the app but I had to uninstall it. I enjoy Axios‘s news coverage, but I can’t keep the app on my phone if it’s going to cause this degraded performance on my phone. I’ll just stick with the email updates and their website.

Suggested Feature. Overall I like the app. Being able to access news without going to Safari on my phone is great. However, there is one feature I’d like to see added. For most apps, when you tap the menu bar option you are currently using on the bottom of the screen, you scroll to the top of the window. I know I can tap the top of the screen to make the same thing happen, but I find myself hitting the menu bar out of habit and nothing happens.

News for humans! A must-have!. Fantastic reporting and information delivered in short, digestible segments that’ll leave you feeling knowing enough to be dangerous but curious to go deeper. I love how the app lets me curate topics (highly recommend “charts”) and customize mobile push notifications on topics I want to stay immediately informed on. Highly recommend!

Just the facts. I use the Ground News app daily and have found Axios’ reporting to always be center and of high accuracy. Today I downloaded this app and love the simplicity and ease of use. Glad to be able to expand my reading of more Axios content with the confidence of gaining more truth and snuffing out all the real Fake News!

Interesting App, destroys battery life in background. Great news app and very good interface, but cut my battery life by 70% from running in the background somehow. Even tried closing it but sometimes still would have the issue. Great app except that it makes my phone die within 6 hours, so I can’t keep it on my phone. After deleting, battery life returned to normal. Will redownload after an update to fix battery usage issues.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Really as unbiased as you can get. It’s logical, based in fact and reason, and couldn’t be more to the point. I love how they break stories and issues down to the basics and do so in a way that makes it easily digestible and (this is rare for news these days) palatable.

The best news web platform turned into an app. I’ve been using Axios to keep up with current news since 2018 in it’s website form. When I found out about the Axios App, I RAN to the App Store to download this app. The UI interface is sleek and intuitive with easy to read news “cards” and different categorical breakdowns if you want to keep up with emerging events and trends.

Streamlined News App. The Axios app provides important news stories in a streamlined format. I personally love not having to deal with glitchy graphics/videos and pop-ups obscuring the screen when I’m trying to read the latest news. I also really like that they stick with actual news content, rather than infotainment. The Axios app is the first site I check when looking for updates on what’s happening in the world.

First rate. I so appreciate that Axios presents pertinent up-to-date news factually and succinctly without all the hyperbole, opinionated comments, and second guessing of the press. I’m not saying that those news media are wrong, just that I most times don’t have time to wade through to get to the point. Axios is my first go to each morning.

Best News App You’ll Ever Experience. Incredible interface. Unbiased and interesting news stories. Brief and to-the-point, while also giving you all the information you need. This is the best and only news app you’ll want. Guaranteed.

Dislike the change. I like the app but there has been a change that is highly annoying. The go deeper button on the app use to just expand the article, now it directs you to another page and when you’re done reading instead of just scrolling down now you have to go back. Pls change it back.

Brief and informative. Axios offers a brief, intelligent, competent and comprehensive news summary for those with only a few minutes available. There is also the option to go deeper and read further. With several “packages” available such as AM, PM, WORLD summaries plus podcasts that respect the listeners’ time limitations, Axios news has been an invaluable addition to my daily information intake.

Great app and journalism — designed for iPhone. I love Axios. The reporting is brilliant and succinct. My rating has nothing to do with the actual reporting you will find in this app. Seriously, it’s great and this app should simply exist on your phone if you care about great journalism. On a more technical note, despite the app being offered for iPad it is clearly designed for iPhone. Now, I love reading the news and staying in-the-know, I use my iPad the most to consume news. This app is simply not optimized to take advantage of the iPad’s large display size. I also like to read content in landscape mode, but this app was clearly designed for portrait. (If you open the app in landscape mode, you get a ton of empty white space.) Even the app images show the app in portrait mode. Overall, a very minor issue. I can still get and read Axios content on my iPad. Great. I just wish it was better optimized on iPad versus a pure clone of the iPhone version. The New York Times does this incredibly well. Axios, please take advantage if the large screens iPads have! The content is all great - it just needs a better, more beautiful, more custom home on iPad.

Best news reporting ever.. After reading their about us page on their website, I was ready to have Axios as my main news source. The information is quick to read, gets to the point easily, and tells you exactly why it’s important. There are also subscriptions on their website so you can choose what info is emailed to you. Want to learn more about our relationship with China? There is a weekly subscription for that! Axios doesn’t have traditional advertising so their website & app are so easy to navigate. You’ll not feel bothered by pop up ads or accidentally click on something that takes you to a different page. I love Axios, and you will too!

Definitely a work in progress. This app is a bit of a mess right now. There are newsletters that collect various stories for you to read but they all overlap and the layout is confusing. To make matters worse the app frequently crashes or notifications don’t lead directly to relevant stories.

Just the good diff, no filler. Axios truly sticks to the upside-down pyramid of journalism. It’s like eating the artichoke heart without having to go through all the leaves first. Each story will start with 3-5 sentences that tell you most of what you need to know, then the “go deeper” function gives more meaningful detail. This supplants CNN, Fox, and Huffpost for me.

Axios is great and easy to read. Axios app provides all the great reporting and graphics you get from the website. I would definitely recommend subscriptions to specific channels they have for politics, tech, autonomous vehicles, etc. The news letters are great as well and they give all the information you need on that topic.

Going Deep. I enjoy the in-depth reporting that I get. I see information before it hits the Big Three News Media. Sometimes they are late reporting. When I see those snippets of stories they broadcast, I sometimes already know and understand the whole story or the back story. I am a reader for information. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

Strange power drain. I hardly ever looked at axios on my phone. I didn’t even have the app open, but I noticed that I couldn’t keep my phone charged enough yesterday. I went to sleep and the next morning my phone was dead. Went to charge it and look at battery usage and it was 100% Axios running in the background. Deleted app. Didn’t like it’s news notifications anyways. Weird emojis and not enough info in the notifications to tell you anything.

I read the Axios morning brief first in the morning. Great synopsis of current headlines with options to read more details. They also have local coverages of some cities. I read the Des Moines addition and learn more interesting facts from Axios DM than the DM Register or local news.

No Overkill. Thank goodness, I’ve been going through basically every news app to find the perfect one and this is it. Axios brings your news in a scroll feed that offers not just titles but previews of the article that highlights all of the major details from beginning of article to end. None of that 20 min read that quickly turns from one viewpoint to the next and talks you from point A to point Z and some more. These are quick reads with all the RELATIVE info you need on the biggest stories. I LOVE IT

The modern day “morning newspaper”. One of the best news sources around, delivered in a modern way. The Axios newsletters are to me what the morning paper was to my parents 20-30 years ago. The articles are so well written for mobile consumption, accurate, impartial, and the app itself is designed with minimalistic perfection - a stark contrast to the overcrowded mess that is the CNN app.

Love the content, the app is sloppy. I really love the Axios approach to news and have found it’s note my first news site of the day. But this app is pretty sloppy. It regularly fair to render articles correctly, logs me out all the time, and runs silently in the background sticking up battery. Anytime I realize my battery is suddenly at 50% in the middle of the day, it’s almost always because this app was running some kind of video in the background.

Where’d This Come From?. I’d never heard of Axios before this month. Somehow I stumbled upon it two weeks ago and now it’s what I pull up after I shower in the morning and before I read for bed. Never written a review for an app before so hopefully it’s enough to encourage you to DL it. You’ll appreciate this after you do!

Climate Koolaid. I hoped this news feed would be free from snowflake theory, but it too is a victim of the climate change hoax. Although it is true climate change is real and has been around since the earth began, the false narrative that man has any effect or control over it is at the least asinine and insane. Anyone doubting this needs to answer one question to prove me wrong….. What fossil fuels, manufacturing plants, or cow farts ended the ice age??? Sadly no one was around to record it, but it is indisputable truth man has absolutely no power to either increase or decrease the naturally occurring phenomenon of climate change. The proponents of the flawed theory are nothing more than snake oil salesman profiteering from a manufactured crisis believed by the ignorant masses.

I’ve been waiting so long. I love reading up on news via bullets. I feel like it definitely adds to the amount of relevant information I keep. I’ve been waiting for an app version for such a long time and it’s almost a seamless transition from everything I need off the web site. I would only recommend adding a switch from dark mode directly on the app. Currently, having dark mode applied to my iPhone presets the app in dark mode as well, making it difficult to read text on a dark background. Other than that the app is perfect!!

Great functionality - great content. I love the way Axios shares information and this app makes a great job of presenting it in a clear and easy to navigate way. Gives you the option to choose the topics you want to follow and scroll to a series of highlights that you can choose to “Go deeper” in. Great app! Shout-out to the great developer team!

Very clean, well done.. I use most of the news apps available today, but this app will probably change the way I consume news, it’s very clean, fast, the articles follow their short style and you can also focus on the topics and authors you like.

A respectably accurate news company getsA fantastic app. Axios smart brevity is what makes it stand out as THE source for quick digestible news with deep insights. This app is a great way to support this, I love it. Only suggestion is to make the Axios alerts look a bit nicer when you get them, maybe a word count tweak with your new titles?

The app your inbox is worried about. Axios has been my go-to news nearly since its conception, but my sole complaint to its brevity, option to deep-dive, and top quality writing has been the stack of newsletters that floods my email inbox and slightly increases increases my anxiety. Consider that gone with the app: same layout you expect, same great, simplistic graphics, consolidated in a digestible way in the app. Plus dark mode compatibility? It’s come a long way since the design stage and my inbox is feeling empty inside (literally).

Great app. Smart brevity wins!. Love the bottom line up front style with Go Deeper option. Bravo for not filing the news feed with clock bait like all the other news sites. One request — please add a sans serif font option for the news copy text. The font you use is not easy on the eyes.

One of the few sources I can trust. Axios is my go-to for fair reporting that hits the perfect meld between quick information and a deep dive should you require more info. Their website structure is also built beautifully to allow for related articles should you be interested in gathering more context around each storyline.

Background usage. I like the reporting of Axios. What I don’t like is that for over 12 hours the app was doing something in the background and is the top user of my battery at 38 percent! (iOS battery report) What the heck is the app doing? Sadly I need to delete it. Please fix your app. There’s no reason it should do anything in the background that consumes so much time and battery.

The news app I’ve been looking for.. When I subscribed to IBD I enjoyed their encapsulated news section that provided the essentials of a story in a short summary, so I could dig deeper with other sources if I wanted to. The Axios app provides this structure and also provides the additional detail in an optional expansion of the story’s section. Hoping for an expanded section on world news.

Love this news app!. I love this app because it delivers both local (Denver for me) and national news. More importantly, I really appreciate that I can customize what kind of push notifications I receive so that the notifications are tailored to my preferences.

More info in notifications please. I like Axios because it covers different stories and in a slightly different way compared to other news outlets. I have to delete the app though because the notifications are cryptic 3-4 word epigrams. Please give me more detail in the notification — at least a sentence — so I can determine whether the story is of interest.

Good content but a lot of bugs. The articles are well written and mostly focused on business/tech and not so much popular fluff. But the app is full of bugs: if you open an article from the widget often it only loads the title, sometimes articles only appear as a single letter in the feed, sometimes the settings screen is blank - and today the app ran for 3 hours in the background, making my phone get really hot and running down the battery quickly. Developers are not always responsive. I think I’m going to stick with the website and avoid the app for now.

Similar to web experience but forces sign-in. I used the Axios app because it was a slightly more customized version of the website - which I liked. It is all around simple and clean. However, the app has been forcing me to sign-in or not use the app. I don’t have an account so now the app is useless to me. I get that # of sign-ups is an important metric for them but why be so aggressive?

Almost perfect. I have subscribed to Axios emails for a few months now, and one of the emails suggested trying the app. I have only had the app for a couple of days now, but it seems to be working well. The sharing options support emails/Slack to coworkers, as well as sharing to other social media platforms. The ONLY thing that is lacking is a way to distinguish unread articles from already read articles in the timeline.

Layout style of entire news reports. Liking the clearly defined brief description of each news story. Articulate information about content of each article saves time by presenting a quick description of each one. Thanks for the thoughtful presentation of important information - every day.

Looking for straightforward news?. I have followed Axios since its inception. The app is excellent. Short and to the point news articles. The option to read further on a topic. Fantastic visuals alongside stories that make the writing that much easier to understand. You won’t be disappointed with this unbiased news source.

Honesty. It’s difficult ,if not impossible to find any news source that can claim any banner line quotes “All the news that’s fit to be news”. I’ve been gobsmacked over Flu/ Covid so much so, that my vocabulary has taken a hike along with my smarts. The last 4 days were a nightmare of Halloween gone really bad. The symptoms, were mild mental hallucinations and a low fever100.8, knee joints acting like ball joints so walking was iffy and often required help or hanging onto the sides, torrential sweating, electric side panel headaches triggered by coughing, and now adding insult to injury that my dog might catch Covid? She has been my constant companion during this hellish event, hasn’t left my side. Therefore Flu/Covid, does it really matter when your in the inferno of the disease, it seems the symptoms are the same and you’ve reported that succinctly enough. The medicines to win back health are the same. I believe I have been the victim of Flu/Covid and it was hideous, I haven’t been that ill for 40 yrs.

High Aniticpated App of 2020. Thank you to the Axios team for finally rolling out the app. I’ve been reading Axios for the greater part of 2 years now and appreciate their fair and balanced view to reporting concisely. Relying heavily on daily newsletters to stay informed, I look for to not having a cluttered e-mail inbox full of news letter. This app is straight forward and intuitive. Will updates as I start using this app daily.

If you only care about left leaning issues, this is the app for you. If we were in a socialist country, Axios could run for the official organ of the party. All articles are written to establish or excuse left wing decisions, which is curious to see from so called “journalists”. The left wing bias includes of course a massive daily dose of how the US is the most racist country in the world, last one being that racism is killing Latinos. It’s almost embarrassing. And as far as advertisements, if your message supports a right wing idea, you need not apply.

Facts not bias. Concision & facts. What every rational thinker should want.

Great App, Bias news. Good looking UI on the app, very well made. News is very bias in terms of politics, everything else is great.

Axios. News, not opinions. Concise, balanced and relevant. Cutting through the rest of the noise.

Axios app. is tops. Concise but comprehensive news stories in an excellent, easy to use layout. Regular, subject-specific newsletters on a wide range of topics are very good indeed. And no ads or marketing emails!!! App is useful for overview of all available subject areas in one place.

My favorite news app!. This is by far the best quality news app out there, highly support!

Appreciated. As an expat I appreciate the concise, and well written reporting. When time allows, I especially enjoy the option to “go deeper.” I have been reading Axios since its inception. Thank you!

Finally a clean app. It is difficult to find an app as clean as this nowadays. Please keep up the good work!

Smart and brief.. A daily news letter that lives up to its name. Why it matters. Short and concise information delivered in a format that invites the reader in knowing you don’t have to stay very long. What it doesn’t do. Not available in Canada. We’re an interesting neighbour that needs this style of daily reporting.

font issue. need more font size options. on 13 pro max the next size is too big but the current font size is too small.

Great app. Love the reporting, the app format is great.

Axios. Everything should be this good. Simply great, briefly perfect.

The BEST. EVER

Best news app. They guys are figured out how to share news and a very easy to understand format, they aren’t making click bate which is refreshing. I’m very excited for where Axios is heading.

Poor user experience. Continuously asks me to rate the app while I'm trying to use my phone. Turn off the demands to rate your app.

Best news source. No fake news

Axios. Excellent reporting, and kudos to all of you, who can report so very much, in less words, from Canada🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

This is how news should be reported. Great looking app, great reporters. Cuts through all the noise

Awesome. Most compromise analysis of the latest news.

Very well organized app!. This is a well designed app - so well designed that you see the news first and you’re not distracted by layout, etc.

👉 Are you looking for an Adsense alternative advertising platform?

Adsterra is the most preferred ad network for those looking for an alternative to AdSense. Adsterra is the ideal choice for new sites with low daily traffic. In order to advertise on the site in Adsterra, like other ad networks, a certain traffic limit, domain age, etc. is required. There are no strict rules. Sign up!

Nice balance between just headlines and TLDR. This isn’t a place to find long, in-depth articles and op-eds. However it’s a good place to pick up the days top news topics and go deeper than just the summary of you want to.

Quick, easy, informative. The app works smoothly and provides information I can truly use. As with any news site there is some exposure to politics, regrettable but necessary - but to offset that there is insightful takes on markets, finance, technology, and Felix Salmon. What more do you need?

Battery drain. Even with background app refresh disabled it drained the battery on my iPhone XR. On iPad Pro it seems much better behaved, only used battery when I use the app. Feed shows only headlines but no content unless Notification is enabled. Good source of news, buggy app.

Fair and balanced. A term that is overused in today’s news reporting. I have been an early adopter of Axios as my primary news reporting source and have never been disappointed by that choice. Fair, balanced, concise, and little to no editorializing in the reportage Axios provides.

Great news app!. I think my only suggestion is when tapping on the home icon it doesn't bring you to the too of the page, I think if you fix that it will be even better!

great news app.... esp the links to downloadable court documents... important in these days of political lawsuits. most other news apps don’t include these links, and I like to read the court documents for myself. recent favorites: fact-filled Dominion voting lawsuits against Sydney and Ruby

Appreciate facts, brevity, credible sources. Axios keeps getting better, reading it daily for couple years now. App has easy way to subscribe to topics that match what is driving our world today, and they seem to allocate their resources and coverage accordingly.

Love this news app!. I love this app because it delivers both local (Denver for me) and national news. More importantly, I really appreciate that I can customize what kind of push notifications I receive so that the notifications are tailored to my preferences.

My favorite outlet for news. Axios in tandem with The Economist have quickly turned into my go to for a comprehensive look at the events in the world. The level of journalism is brilliant along with the option of brevity or a more in depth look at each issue. Keep up the great work.

One of the top news sources available—period.. In a short while the founders of Axios have established a new source for the most important news categories. Varied, most current and always trusted.

I love Axios but I deleted the app because I had to login. I really love axios. I read it everyday, but I have switched back to the browser version because after like three days you can’t “go deeper” without logging in. Seems like a design anti-pattern, get me used to the app then make me log in so you can sell my usage data to advertisers?

Not what I wanted. After spending more time with Axios, I found the ads too long and intrusive. OLD: I wanted a replacement for Google news, which as of late 2022 has a layout I don’t care for. Axios wastes too much screen space, and is actually too wordy. I was not impressed by the way it prioritizes articles, either. It seems competent, but not compelling.

Brief, à jour, and witty. This is the best source of quick and relevant info sourcing in the DC area. I like how it is brief and to the point as it is just the right amount of witty. The scope is perfect: A little of everything from politics (not too much than God), to economics, weather, and entertainment.

Accurate and timely news delivered in a digestible manner. Great app to access important news stories and get to the meat of the issue without having to read a lot of fluff.

Warnings heeded: thanks guys!!! ❤️. After reading about the horrid battery drain this app allegedly is, about the data mining attempts and privacy issues, about the lack of ability to stay signed in, and most of all about the radical left partisan bias within each article which reflects only editorial content rather than objective journalism, I will be instantly be deleting this app that I’ve just now finished installing. No thanks. I’m not a sucker for lies and manipulative propaganda.

Digestible News. Many news outlets are trying to do what Axios has already mastered: concise, easy to read breaking news stories without sacrificing journalistic integrity or important context. Great to finally have it in app form!

Facts based news and quick reads. Great content on the app. All articles are quick and to the point. I only wish I could categorize what I am viewing in the app by type of news story. Otherwise, it’s great! I recommend the widget.

Search function missing. Why is there no ability to search for news articles in the app itself?

Good app poor information. I have been following Axios news for a while now and really enjoyed what they would produce seem very informative and really not nearly as bias as most news outlets. Sadly over the last few weeks that has really changed and it’s almost hard for me to call these guys news anymore. Really pretty sad the lack of a back bone they have but not surprising as most people do usually crumble to big money.

5 Stars. Only one of two news apps on my phone. I find the news stories to be balanced and well written, unlike other outlets. No stupid ads and distractions either. Worthy of 10 stars!!!

Great app and great reporting but….. Occasionally the app will freeze. Usually after I’ve clicked on an image. My iPad 2 has plenty of available storage and I'm using the latest software and updates from Apple. The only recourse I have is to reboot the iPad. This is a fairly recent phenomenon for the app.

Amazing access to important news. I can’t believe the quick and easy access availability of current and ongoing news. Plus the categorization of types of news; easy bookmarks; ability to share; easily integrate to Twitter & audio formats create a seamless experience. Excellent!

Great app for people the live and breathe news. The app has a unique layout that is engaging with content you can choose to skim over or dive into. The quality is consistent with their show on HBO; highlighting stories that fly under the radar in a new light. It’s not ‘ctrl+c what every other network is saying.’

Fast and Accurate News. I start my day with Mike’s top news and it gets me up to speed quickly (honestly don’t know if the dude sleeps ever, but I hope so). The app works perfectly, every time and I am able to forward articles easily.

Battery Usage. I love the Axios app and the quality of the news. However, the app uses enormous amounts of battery; 55% of my phone’s battery usage went to Axios app background activity yesterday, and I had to charge my phone more than once. I am removing the app from my devices until this is fixed.

Neutral. In a time when it’s so hard to decipher what news is real and fake, I’m so thankful for Axios. Reporting the TRUTH is the most important thing in today’s world. PS. I would add an archive to the app. I tried looking up an old article but could only go back a couple weeks. Just a suggestion. Not a critique. 😁

I read the Axios morning brief first in the morning. Great synopsis of current headlines with options to read more details. They also have local coverages of some cities. I read the Des Moines addition and learn more interesting facts from Axios DM than the DM Register or local news.

My favorite news app. Clean and easy to use. I love their smart brevity format and am particularly fond of their local morning newsletters. It’s a great way to stay on top of what’s happening in my city and in those cities in which my friends and family reside.

Axios is awesome. Love the quick summaries and headlines. I am a teacher for a business class and the articles you share are useful for the students to read! Thank you. Keep up the great job!

Battery hog kills my phone overnight. Runs my battery to zero overnight. No background app refresh but still runs for several hours in the background according to battery monitor. Phone is dead in morning and so I missed my wake up alarm. Might have something to do with airplane mode? No response from developer for my support ticket. I deleted the app from phone and iPad. Inexcusable!. Bye bye.

Reliable. I like Axios for getting straight to the point. I really like the HBO segment as well. I hope that continues. The app has been a great RELIABLE resource for COVID, the circus that has been this USA presidential election as well as work news and any other topic you need more information on.

Love this app!. Just like the Axios website and it’s newsletters, the app is clean, simple and easy to digest. I appreciate that Axios doesn’t waste my time and gets right to the point. I also like that I’m able to personalize the type of news I want to read

A Brilliant Concept. Top-notch capsules of important breaking, current and ongoing news stories, with multiple levels of background instantly displayed should I want to dig deeper — all presented in a (usually) eminently coherent manner. And you’ve been getting noticeably better at it with time. Brilliant!

Great summary of important news. This app has replaced all of my other news apps. Axios does a great job in summarizing important news so you don’t have to read long articles to stay informed. Love it!

Great news source. From local to national to international this has become my fav news source. I live the format. I feel more inclined to check out the journalists backgrounds and find them to be very credible. I chk it every morning.

Straightforward News, Less Controversy. I’m glad to have easy access to Axios on my phone. Their take on news is pretty straightforward. They lay out the facts with little controversy and some context to understand why they covered it. Always consider bias when reading news, even Axios.

News. The news on axios is the reason to use the app. But the app is very good, it is responsive, especially when compared to other news apps. One of the best ios apps I have.

Axios. Like the quick headline-like feature of Axios. Wish the format of the advertisements were notably different than the stories. Hard sometimes to tell the difference!

It takes a bit... Been using Axios for about 2 months. It is a different perspective, organization, depth than the other news apps I use. A learning experience, both of news and the mapping of news. I’ve still much to learn...

Quite balanced!. My satisfaction is based on choices made on stories of interest for a wide swath of political views. I was surprised, however, on the recent education report. No mention was made of school choice nor charter schools! (A large number of DC children are allowed the resources for school choice.) Kudos to the investigative reporter on Chinese targeting of Swalwell.

Fantastic. This app is fantastic. It is everything I love about axios, clean, simple, diverse. Axios is my go to source for news, this is now my go to app, I’ve had it for a few weeks now and it’s one of the first things I open when I pick up my phone.

I’m smarter, faster.. And with less rage! Finding Axios has been a revelation and the friends I’ve recommended agree. Excited for Axios Local and look forward to supporting them to help them stick around. Being informed has never felt more important.

Axos. Timely, well-researched articles with clear editorial oversight. Excellent formatting and choice of greater content. You have to admire a news site which highlights its own errors while providing updates and context.

Truly Excellent. A factual information seeker, I have found Axios to be indispensable. It has become my first morning read on the economic happenings and informs me throughout the remainder of the day with behind the headlines info on a wide variety of subjects.

Lazy notifications. Axios is a nice concept, but notifications need some work. All that is provided is the author and a cryptic title to the story, no additional context. It's understandable that they're trying to draw you in the app, but sometimes all we have time for is a snippet of the story outside of the app, comparable to what other news outlets offer.

Have been a fan from the beginning—it gets better every year. I have been a fan from the beginning—and it gets better every year

Worthy of my time. I’ve been waiting a long time for Axios to finally develop a native mobile app! I love the stream, reporter driven coverage and visuals. Breaking news alerts seem faster than competitors and all the articles are written in a very scannable format - great for busy readers on the go.

My thought. I value the journalistic approach to news. I like that Axios presents the news first, and then dives deeper from both perspectives. I can then research both sides of an issue further to make informed decisions in order to develop my own opinion.

Quick Snapshot. Axios allows me to consume the right amount of news without feeling overwhelmed. Love that if you want more, you just select a link. I’ve deleted the many news apps I had and rely on Axios to keep me up to date. Perfect for me.

Battery Hog. This app is great with the exception of one major issue - it often consumes huge portions of my battery when I’m not actively using it. Appears to be a bug that has it chugging along in the background and consuming battery power in the order of 30 to 40% of the battery report in the settings app. Uninstalled until fixed
