Easy, user friendly. I have gone to other urgent cares around town & usually try to schedule ahead, it typically becomes an annoying process because their websites or portals aren’t very user friendly. With the isolve app I have no trouble what so ever making appointments for my kids and I. They have many locations around town so if they don’t have the time slot you want at a certain location, chances are they have it at another. I wish all patient portals were this easy.

Awful. Tried multiple times to make an appointment for my son. The app first showed no appointments at all then showed available appointments. Tried to make an appointment twice at 2 locations but when I hit the “book it” button, message said “sorry this appointment is no longer available” and to choose another time. Tried the next time, same message. But the EXACT same times STILL show available!!! We ended up just taking him down to wait outside in the parking lot for them to open to try to get a walk-in time. Not sure what the deal is but why is it showing available appointments only to refuse to book it but still show the time as available? This is making an already very difficult situation worse when we’ve now on our second day trying to get our son seen by ANYONE.

Great service. They have always been great to us the staff is very friendly. This is the only place that has been gentle with my daughter when it comes to getting swabbed for COVID other places have hurt her and she’s afraid to go elsewhere. Very easy to get appointments through the app and this is the place I recommend my family member and friends to take their kids.

Care at Nite Hawk Wylie. Currently in waiting room- seems like the care for children has gone done I’ve the years. I did attempt a new “urgent care” recently- they charge more money. I guess it is a toss up- want GOOD care - pay more Want mediocre care - go to Nite Hawk!! The furniture is dingy and even though the app Nite Hawk uses … Solv … repots you are next in line- other kids are going before you. Your stay ends up being way longer than anticipated. Just truly disappointed over time with how Nite Hawk is representing themselves.

Covid Care. I was in a panic when I tested positive for Covid 19. I could not get a response from my primary or specialist provider. Essentially I felt abandoned and knew if I didn’t get a consult from a provider I was in big trouble. I was able to speak to a compassionate PA and I chose to start on steroids . My Covid symptoms got worse with coughing and exacerbated my asthma. Thanks, to a wonderful health team that provider life saving care. Thank you Jennifer God bless you and give you much health.

I love this service. I love that you do not have to stay in the waiting room especially when you are sick. When you are not feeling well, you do not feel like being around people in general no less other sick people. I check the waitlist about every five or ten minutes depending on where i am on the list and i enter the waiting room when there are three people ahead of me. Who ever invented this system is a genius and I wish more clinics used it. I truly believe this is what puts Nextcare above the rest. The Physicians, Nurses, Physicians assistants, and Nurse assistants are so so lovely. I’ve never had a problem and i’ve been here four times in three years. Thank you to all the Nextcare Staff YOU ROCK!

Professional. A friend of mine referred me to this ER and I can say I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is relaxing and staff happy to help you in any way! They had a different diagnosis than 2 other ER’s and proved to be correct! They have at least 5 locations in the Tampa Bay Area! Very convenient! I took a friend who was in a lot of pain to the Largo Facility yesterday and in the course of 2-3 hours had determined the root cause and made a referral for surgery! They also helped in reducing her pain drastically! She was very grateful! Highly recommended! Gary

Had to wait an extra 1 1/2 hours after appointment to see Dr. Made an appointment for 12:30 online, drove my daughter 30 mins to urgent care only to be told I would have to wait an extra 1 1/2 hours in my to see Dr. The app should have a way to adjust appointments when there is that long of a wait time so that you can wait with your sick child at home. I could’ve made an appointment for 2:00 and got right in. The app also did not state anything about COVID-19 policies for my clinic. Had to drag my sick child out of the car only to be told to go back. All of that could’ve been cleared up with a simple message of policies on the app. Was given the excuse that that’s how urgent care works. Nope! That’s how urgent care who uses careless app making works!

Great app that actually does what it states in description plus more. ost humbled app se en so far with person in mind when you need help at the moment and check on you even afterwards. As if that’s not in itselfA reason to at least check it out for yourself there’s no as really there’s no as when you’re not using it actually leaves you alone when you’re not using it does he keep popping off, doesn’t kill your battery…Do use a lot of tabs for a lot of things so if I’m in prison it’s not like it’s my first medical app to check off a win on no basis. I’m also a nurse.I’ve been interested in where medical actually going all of our roles in it that can revolutionize the healthcare system. I’m excited for it! Ty Solv!

Scam. This app and company are a scam. I have gone to two locations in Illinois and never received results from either location. Called the testing site and gave my info and they said they would email me results by the end of the day, I have not received any emails, texts, or calls from them - and even verified they had my correct contact information in the app. The app will allow you to make an appointment, will show you your appointment, but nowhere on the app does it show results. This has to be some kind of major scam, do not waste your time or give your information to Solv.

Love it !. I took my almost 2 year old here this past weekend for a head injury. After hitting his head on the wall and actually breaking through the drywall, my toddler was a bit wobbly. His regular pediatrician office was closed but they told me over the phone to take him to urgent care asap to get him looked at for possible concussion. This was our first time visiting this office, I really loved the environment and all the colorful walls and cute designs. It definitely made my toddler feel comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly during check in and filling in paper work since it was our first time. The doctor was really nice and my son was comfortable with him. The visit overall was the fastest visit I have ever had! My son is totally fine. But I will be honest, after reading several reviews, I do wish the doctor would’ve taken a little more time checking my son for a possible concussion. I’m not a doctor so I will be honest, I don’t really know what to check for, but all he did was check his eyes with a little light. Is that enough?? I’m not sure. I did ask a few questions, and the doctor answered all my questions politely. We will be coming back here for emergency visits. Hopefully the doctor takes his time when needed :) but no complaints here! :)

Best DOCTOR and STAFF. I wont go anywhere but here. Dr. Ahmed is absolutely AMAZING!!!! She honestly cares about you and really listens to your concerns and will do everything she can to help you. The staff are awesome too. They make you feel very welcomed and comfortable regardless if you’re there for something very minor or something major. So if you’re needing to see someone give them a try…you will be very happy you did. They are AMAZING!!!!!

Amazing for scheduling medical appointments!. I booked an Urgent Care visit for a symptomatic COVID appointment in less than 10minutes and was able to do all the registration online beforehand. Everything was clear and easy, including uploading my insurance. For reference, I use Henry Ford services within the Blue Cross Blue Shield network- other businesses may vary. Only issue I had is that some times were listed as “available” but when I attempted to book those earlier times it stated they were unavailable. Eventually found an available time. I’ve been using Solv since 2020 to find nearby clinics who handle COVID testing and it has been a phenomenal resource!

Nice start, but..... Our immediate care clinic started using this app to control registration for local COVID testing. However, the confirmation text tells us to “check in” when we arrive, which is 10 minutes early. Please give us a way to “check in” on the app. It’s covidtimes right now, so we cannot go inside the building. We tried calling the facility, but no one has picked up the phone all day. We’re now officially one hour past our appointment time, and we don’t even know if the staff knows we’re out here in our car waiting to be tested.

Rapid Urgent Care. Rapid Urgent Care on Veterans Hwy at Cleary in Metairie is by far the best, most professional medical facility I’ve been to lately. The first contact by phone was most quick and thorough; the young employees running the clinic (I’m 63 years old so “young” is relative) are so professional, so accurate and assuring. Today was a doctor cyber day where the clinical assistants took all the information needed and prepped me for a cyber visit with the doctor which was quick, thorough and easy. My Covid test was negative and they gave me a steroid shot because I’ve been sick for almost a week. Meds were e-scribed to nearby CVS and I was done and on my way home in an hour without contaminating anyone or being exposed to others. This is the way healthcare should be run. This clinic could teach other private and urgent care clinics a lot. Thank you all at Rapid Care Urgent Clinic!

Perfect⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This is my third or fourth time using the app for a quick visit in the clinic. Or a rapid Covid test. So fast and convenient. Very easy app to use. And same day appointments is the best for my situation. I have five kids with my husband and we have a ton of responsibilities so it’s. A blessing to find apps like these that’s easy quick and efficient and beneficial for my entire family. Thanks to the creator of this app. Very helpful and I’m very grateful!!!!

Solv is amazing. I’ve been so stressed because of the delta variant and have been using Solv to easily book COVID tests for myself and my kids. It gives me such peace of mind to know we have an easy, affordable testing option at our fingertips. And to know that if we get sick we can book urgent care through the app and get seen that day has been a game-changer.

Urgent Care Walk In. This is a phenomenal place to go. They get you in and out, but you don’t feel rushed. They take all the time needed to properly explain and they make sure to answer any questions. Like I’ve said before, I don’t normally like walk in clinics, but this place has been our go to place fir the last year. The staff are the sweetest people ever, with most of them working 15 hour days during this epidemic and they’re still just as sweet. My whole family goes here and they are the best!

Travel COVID Test. Riverside is convenient, fast, friendly staff and easy when it come to COVID testing. I have used them several times over the past year for testing related to travel. The Solv app makes it easy to make an appointment. Only down side is you can’t schedule weeks in advance. You have to schedule appointment within 48 hours of the appointment. The process from start to finish is typically under 30 minutes with PCR results in hand when finished.

So convenient & easy to use! Lots of resources. Easiest online Check-in and app is so user friendly! Able to store all my information, including my insurance card, making check in fast and efficient. LOVE LOVE the live waiting list feature!!! Rather than sitting in the waiting room wondering how long you’ll be sitting here, nice to follow the wait list so you know when it will be your turn. The wait seems to go very quickly too! Love all the extra features the app offers including reminders for health checks (I.e. teeth cleanings, eye exams etc.). Just very impressed and think this is a GREAT app!!

Will Never Use Again!. App keeps reverting back to the ‘add credit card’ screen while waiting in the Telehealth room, repeatedly. My Telehealth was at 6:05pm, it finally went back to the Telehealth after the multitude times automatically switching from the credit card screen, and stabilized at the waiting room and stayed there at -6:40pm! Then when connected with a doc I was trying to turn my camera around to show the issue, then the cam would not revert back to show me! Because of this I continued to talk with the the doc with a view of my floor! Ridiculous service/app. This was my first time using the app, and I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN, EVEN IF I’M DYING!!!

Prospective patient. I have tried to log into an appointment previously scheduled on line. I’ve been waiting for over an hour. Fortunately I am not very sick or in need of emergency services or I would have been in serious trouble. If they do not have the appropriate staff they should not schedule appointments. If you try to call them you get a prerecorded message. My only fear is that they will bill my medical insurance and I will have to spend more hours on the phone with them to correct this. In conclusion this is a very frustrating experience using this app and did not provide any time saving as they claimed. I believe this is the definition of fraud.

Urgent Care WITH Solv= 🤘🏻🤘🏻, without =🤦🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️💩. Solv made all the difference in the way I will now view making a Urgent Care visit in the future! Booking an appointment that day and not having to take a blind guess on when’s gonna be the best time with the shortest wait time to drop in cause you dread how your irritable 3 year old is going to get through a potentially less than desirable long wait time, and then I wonder how I’m gonna make it dealing with him! I’m SOOO grateful to have made my appointment earlier that day. I have already been a huge fan of the Woodcreek family, but it just got so much better thanks to Solv! Knowing now that I can go online, book an Urgent Care appointment (if I can’t get an appointment with anyone that day and it’s not a life threatening emergency), and that they honestly will honor my appointment time ( which in my case it was putting me in front of a dozen other people who were there before me as a walk-in), the whole experience from start to finish was extremely fast, easy, and took all of that dreaded hectic chaos and out of the equation that would’ve been a nightmare no doubt otherwise. And it left a big chunk of my day to me instead of waiting in a clinic for hours trying to please a unhappy toddler.

Solv App review. The app is fair. It lacks customer service number for phone questions. Such as, I keep getting an incomplete profile email. What is incomplete? Privacy is a bigger issue. Corporations & Healthcare providers keep getting hacked. I don’t want my information being sold or given to 3rd party providers. The worst is getting my Identity stole on the web. I tried searching for a customer service number. All I got is an email communication to contact customer service. The Solv App is too general. It wants details about colon screening, Blood Pressure, etc… My Chart App is there for this purpose. The CDC V-Safe App has specific COVD only questions. I believe Solv should stick to COVD related issues. I get the feeling that Solv is a third party entity. I my be wrong. If I can not phone customer service, it raises a flag.

Original appointment was falsely book. I could not check into for my virtual appointment required for me to get a COVID-19 test. I made an appointment at 9:44a for the earliest time of 1:33p and got an email confirmation for it. At 1:30p I click the link in the email and was prompted to enter my telephone number affiliated with my appointment. I did this on my phone and on my computer with no luck in progressing to my appointment . I clicked the reschedule button at 1:34p. The next available time was 6:36p. I was prompted to then confirm my profile information which included the phone number I had been typing in the whole time. Upon entering in the program I find there are two profiles with my information in them (the same information with that same phone number). I additionally never received an email confirmation for my newly 6:36p appointment. Working with this application amplifies the headache of dealing with COVID-19.

Great environment! Awesome staff!. Fast, easy and friendly service! Went for an std screening (walk-in) and was seen even though they were close to closing. The testing process was a piece of cake and there was no wait time. The staff was very sweet and welcoming. Plus, I’ve gotten my results back within 48hrs. I strongly recommend this place 100% for your physical needs, rather you’re looking for a primary doctor, or just a go to spot to be tested.

Luckiest day when I found this place/Doc. I’ve had awesome experiences with this place in Federalway wa. I found Dr Teves kind of by accident when I needed a new provider she’s got a wonderful bedside manner very smart and cares which means a lot. She does as much as she can for u.the secretary nurses just everyone is nice& they will also help you best as they can. I’d recommend this place to anyone. If you’ve had a bad experience or something it must have been a fluke of some sort bc all my times in office & on video has been great. Thanku

Amazing urgent care. This urgent care is the most amazing one by far it was easy to make appointment online and when arriving the nurse at the desk was polite, the doctor listened to what I was there for and they made sure I felt comfortable and was took every step to make me feel better thanks I will be coming here and will refer there’s to come here as well plus the waiting area was very clean

Terrible. I book an appointment for a Covid test through here and when I went to the address there was a line of cars and a women administering test. I mention my appointment and asked how to get in the line. I was told they do not take appointments and that they were done giving tests for the day. My appointment was for 11am. She asked if I booked through this app. So, obviously there have been others such issues. They text you a number to call when you get there so someone can come out to administer your test. I called that number and got a recording that said the party I was trying to reach was not available.

Stress free urgent care experience. I used Solv to book an appointment for an urgent care visit to avoid the emergency visit costs associated with my insurance plan. Not only did they make the booking experience flawlessly simple, they provided incredibly useful information that answered all the questions I had about my insurance right on the initial landing screen. Thanks to the design I was able to see the full picture of my insurance plan as it related to my upcoming appointment and understand what questions I needed to ask to make sure I was receiving the care that worked with my plan. I can’t overstate how thankful I am that Solv was available for me, for free! It saved me from hours of calling hospitals and clinics, and likely saved me thousands as without it I would have surely given up trying to be economical and gone to the emergency room to address my issue. Thank you Solv 💕

Response from company is terrible. Are you legitimate? It is now 4 hours since my test and I have yet to receive the result! I spent 20 minutes on hold and finally spoke to someone in California who said my result was negative. She said she would email me the result and repeated the correct email. It is now another 3 hours and I have received nothing Are you legitimate?

Infuriating. This app is infuriating. Why do I have to enter the same information every time I make an appointment? Including photos of my insurance and ID? These do not change very often!! In fact, I had to take photos of my insurance card, front and back, two separate times during the same process!!! Madness! Just keep this stuff on file! And the same with the rest of the “paperwork” I must have wasted more than an hour in the last couple months by having to repeat the same busywork every time I make an appointment. You’re a computer! You can remember this stuff!!

Online Appointment Process - Good but Disappointing (see comments below). While your app was relatively easy to navigate, I found, upon arrival, that some data/info entered via your app was not received by the clinic, even though some entries were made/edited several times. Also, I found the waitlist to be deceiving because we still had to wait 2-hours, even though the wait list showed only 5 patients ahead of us. So, it gives you a false sense of expectations upon arrival. It would therefore be extremely helpful to provide a rough estimate of wait time before arrival, using additional or more up-to-date information using available clinic data, such as delays due to walk—ins, staff shortages, etc. Interestingly, check-in desk was able to instantly provide estimated wait time based on walk-ins, available patient room availability, etc. Therefore, I urge you to seriously look into using more up-to-date information. Definite issues.. The Solv app itself is potentially okay. However the records according to it have my name wrong with no way to correct it. It does not show my insurance information accurately which resulted in my being prompted for a copay I actually do not have. It doesn’t give me an option to correct my name or insurance information. In fact I am sitting at my urgent care now and had to use a second profile because it wouldn’t let me into the initial one. And the new profile it created it arbitrarily decided I was born today despite my putting in accurate information This is not okay whether it be a fault of the app and app developer or my local hospital system who uses this app for their urgent cares.

Better than expected. This is my first time using SOLV and I am very impressed. I joined the call 10 minutes early as suggested, and to my surprise the Provider joined a few minutes after I did! The appointment was effective and efficient and couldn’t have gone better. I am so grateful that I did not have to drive to the Urgent Care feeling as sick and miserable as I do, even though they are less than a mile from my house. I have already told my spouse how great my experience was so he can utilize it if needed in the future. Setting up my account in the SOLV app was a bit time consuming, but now that I am set up it will be easy to use going forward.

Carolina Urgent Care. I had to book a last minute appointment, just before closing, but these ladies never rushed me once or made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them just before closing. Yet they still worked fast and efficiently, utilizing time and resources accordingly. Not to mention they did all this while maintaining genuine beautiful smiles and exemplifying their competence and professionalism. I felt so comfortable and at ease even during my own personal stress which was the reason for my visit in the first place. Thank you Ladies!!! 💗 💗 💗

Horrible app. I can’t believe this horrible app has such a high rating. Did nobody notice that when you want to review a provider’s rating on the app, it only provides the “Top” 20 reviews?! So you can’t read all the reviews about a provider - just the good ones. I had an appointment for a Covid test last night that I had to book through the Solv app. I have had a problem with the testing site unrelated to the Solv app that I am trying to resolve. Last night my appointment was visible on the app, but today, there is no record of that appointment in “past” or upcoming appointments. The app sends appointment confirmation number - which you need for your test - through a website and not by email or text, so you better take a screenshot of your confirmation number or it will be lost if you need to retrieve it later. I will be deleting this app, which unfortunately has a lot of my personal information, as soon as possible.

Never again !. I wanted an appointment to talk about my mental health. I got a call from the “front desk” I guess to ask me a few questions. Then my “provider” or lack there of joins the meeting. From the first 10 seconds of a first impression I was uncomfortable and disgusted. Her attitude was terrible, THE APP let me make my appointment for 8:30pm. That’s not my fault, I could tell she was annoyed with taking my appointment. She said they close at 9 and asked me if I can reschedule or I can continue. I said let’s continue. Then she asks me some questions , very rudely she asked me why I haven’t seeked help after 12 years of struggling with my adhd. It seemed like she was profiling me or something. The whole experience was terrible. She put me on hold for a few minutes and in that time I decided I was better off somewhere else being treated better. So I hung up on the virtual meeting. She ended up calling me a minute later on my phone. I told her that her attitude the whole time was off and unprofessional, I went on to try to tell her I felt like I could tell she didn’t wanna help me, as soon as I started speaking again she cut me off and said “that couldn’t be farther from the truth blah blah blah” To some it all up, it wasn’t my fault the meeting allowed me to schedule for 8:30 at night . And if you don’t wanna do your job then maybe you shouldn’t be in the medical field. Her name was Victoria Ike. Never again will I try this platform for help.

Best of the best!. Solv is a great way to book last minute appointments. I love how only top rated doctors are available for appointments. I also appreciate that the app walks you through what your insurance covers vs what it doesn’t. I have used ZocDoc before and it was terrible. I once went to see a doctor and according to the site was in network and only after my appointment did the doctor tell me I was out of network, in which I had a $800 out of pocket fee I had to pay. When I tried to post a review, ZocDoc didn’t let me (as the dr’s need to confirm you actually went to their offices for a visit). I’ve never had that kind of experience with Solv. In short, great app and I would highly recommend it

Awesome place. Came here to see what is going on with me on my way back home in Morganton and the lady at the front desk Brooklyn is very nice, respectful and friendly and very pilot. She made sure to actually take a minute and listen to the reason I am here today. I definitely have to say if I lived closer this would most definitely be the place I would start coming to without a doubt. Beautiful place inside and nobody except me is here. If you haven’t been here and need to get checked out stop in and check this place out!!

Wait times??. App is well done in terms of user flow but doesn’t actually accomplish what it’s supposed to. Made an appointment for 7 at a pro health got there at 6:55 and still have not been seen right now as of 7:40 (so a 45 min wait time). A couple people were walk ins who apparently registered before 7 on the iPad in the urgent care which bumps them before me? Even though the app kept indicating I was next I watched as the two people below me were removed from the list. My issue is not with the pro health center but the partnership with this app. Do not offer making appointments ahead if they mean nothing. Why bother using this app at all if it doesn’t do its job?? Could have walked in and had better results.

Great app for a great service. I have been using Solv for a while and the service is absolutely top notch. The doctors are very caring, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely keep on using them in the future and would recommend to my friends and family or anyone who needs quality health care. They even take Medicaid and most other insurances. Great app great service. Hands down the best way to have a doctors appt. The app was so easy to use, no glitches, and had a clean presentation. I made an appt online, downloaded the app, followed the directions with ease, and spoke to a doctor at my exact appt time. They called in my RX, and I’m on the road to recovery. I’m thrilled I didn’t have to drag my three little kids into an urgent care facility to wait for an unknown amount of time, and in the middle of this COVID nightmare. I’ll definitely be using this app and service again!!!

Satisfaction. This app is simple to use when scheduling a urgent care appointment. But moreover, it’s the people that work for this urgent care. That’s what makes it fantastic. The bedside manners everybody has in this organization is fantastic. I couldn’t ask for better medical care. It is rare, in my opinion, they have a doctor and a nurse and a front office individual look you in the eye every time you speak to them. When an individual looked me in the eye, I know the deer hearing me and listening also.

Solv or to Whom it may Concern. I have had to use Urgent Care twice in the past. The first time I was a walk in. The doctor and the staff were extremely kind, especially given the circumstances. Even though they were extremely busy and took the time to see me. The young lady working the front desk told me about the app they have called Solv. You can do everything from the app like book your appointment and the time that works best for you. You can go ahead and fill out your paperwork and put in all your insurance information. If you’ve been there before the app will store all of that for you and you can always update any information if you need too. I highly recommend them for anything. I’ve told all my family and friends about them, which a couple of them has used them in the past. I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for your warmth, kindness and all you do. Awesome Service. I visited the Integrity Clinic today, as I could not see my Primary Physician until Monday, an I wasn’t feeling well at all. I cannot Praise the Staff and the service I received enough! Each one of the staff was absolutely Amazing and made me feel so comfortable! From the time I walked in until the time I left I was very well taken care of! So Easy. Using this app more often. I was on vacation looking for someone to give me stitches after stepping in some glass... this app helped me find a urgent care and I booked an appointment right there. The clinic accepted my insurance and knew I was coming so I was back to the beach in no time. Amazing! You can even add your family and see into your insurance. For someone who knows nothing about insurance this app made it so much simpler. Love the hot pink

Why bother making an appointment?!?!. At 8:00 AM. today I made a mid afternoon appointment I arrived promptly and gave my name and appointment time to the receptionist. I then waited half an hour when I noticed on the “wait time screen” hanging in the waiting area posted me as “next” BUT under the “Arrived” column it indicated “NO”. I went back to the receptionist concerned that this misinformation be corrected and she informed me that I was supposed to sign myself in (even though I spoke with her directly upon arrival and she gave NO instruction that I was supposed to do that) I foolishly presumed that speaking with her directly she’d log me in as arrived. At this point she informed me that there were three people ahead of me. I asked her if they had appointments and she said “This is Urgent Care” we have to take everyone as they arrive and that one person who HAD an appointment was already waiting AN HOUR AND A HALF!! Now earlier on the phone with a Physicians One rep I was told it was always better to make an appointment because those patients get priority over walk ins. NOT TRUE—my appointment meant nothing to her. And she rubbed more “salt in the wound” when she said there was no way she could give me even an approximate wait time. So don’t bother making a reservation and certainly don’t bother spending time filling out on line forms for a service that is full of baloney.

Not ready for prime time. I download after i made an appointment. Some how it set my account as my daughters. I entered nothing about my daughter. A big mess. I then try to add my wife and more problems. My wife had an appointment but it doesn’t show when she is selected. Took to much time trying to straighten things out. As a software architect, I would not have released this. They obviously missed many testing scenarios. When you are dealing with healthcare, you should never release an app with these types of bugs.

Appointment. My son was sent home with earache yesterday. Had to wait till today to get an appointment. Got here at scheduled time 4:30pm. It is now 5:30pm and we are still in the waiting area. We were told it would be another hour once we are in a room but the rooms are full. Walk ins are a 2 hr wait. Why are we offered an appointment if we are not being seen in under an hour? This is really poor service and should be noted on the website that they are not seeing patients according to check in and appointments rather how the provider prefers. People are sick. People are waiting to get in. Patients are following procedures but providers are not? I was told this rotation of how patients are being seen was new to staff as well and changed up in the middle of the day?! Ridiculous!! Especially after the price we pay for the service and spend about 5 mins with the provider! This needs assessed.

Covid 19 test site. I love everything about this Solv app. I love how easy it is to login, enter your information/insurance and make your appt. The day of the appointment the Nurse who took care of me was caring, extremely gentle in the nose and accurate. I was seen at Advanced Cardiovascular Specialist in Bpt. Bringing urgent care into 2022. My children’s after hours clinic uses Solv. This app makes my kids being sick so much easier. I don’t have to call, wait in line, etc. I book from the app and they text me when to come in so I don’t have a bunch of screaming kids in the lobby. A+ from a tired mama.

First Virtual Appointment. Took several links before the right link worked, so my appointment was 30 minutes behind. But quality of video and audio was excellent. Obviously the convenience of making a virtual appointment is awesome as well.

Excellent Care. I’ve only been twice but both times I was happy with everyone involve. The receptionist was helpful and understanding. I have some special needs and they handled them 100%. The medical staff was friendly and attentive to what i told them. The care they showed was excellent. I would recommend them to everyone. I’m 66 years old.

Get my prescriptions refill. I went to 3 other places in Fayetteville nc No would take the time to see me to help me get my bloody presser meds refilled they all turned me away even though I had no pills left Not this place took me right in Awesome place this could be my primary care home now

DO NOT USE FOR COVID TESTING. UNRELIABLE. I was required to install this app to make an appointment at a testing site. When I showed up at the site 10 minutes before my appointment, I was told that I would not be served because they would be out of tests, because they have been serving walk ups all day. I was exposed to Covid and I’m trying to find out if I am contagious. I still have not gotten my test results from the two days prior. If your life is in danger from Covid do not rely on this app to help you get a testing appointment.

Excellent care. My husband and I both have used Ascension Walk-in clinic. We are very pleased with the service and care we have been given. We have a PC doctor but couldn’t always get in when needed. This clinic has been a great option for us. A+++

Fast and simple. I went into the urgent care on mouse creek road in Cleveland, Tennessee. The women in there are nice, willing to work with you and keep things moving very well. I’ve only had to come in a couple of times for an illness and this isn’t the closest to my house but it’s the one with the best staff

Unclear When Setting Up as Parent. Set up an appointment for my teenager and its not clear whether to use my information or hers. I stopped midway through setup as i am afraid it will cause confusion in the future. For example I set up an appointment for her which is confirmed for today but when I set up the app it says I have no upcoming appointments. I will have to schedule by calling for now until they clarify where to specify the patient is a child.

Easy to use, easy to understand—a real lifesaver when you’re sick. I’m so thankful for this app! I woke up at 3am with the worst sore throat of my life, and I just knew it was strep. Through Solv, I was able to quickly find an urgent care half a mile from my house and pre-book an appointment for first thing in the morning. It’s super reassuring to know that a trip to the doctor is just a few taps away!

2nd Video Appt - so happy with it!. So glad to have this option. Not everything needs an in-person Dr. visit. So convenient and time-saving yet very confident and comfortable with my diagnosis and prescribed treatment. Had shingles - was able to show it on the phone video.

Best Medical/Doctor App EVER!. I hate writing app reviews because it sometimes makes me jump through extra hoops. This app is worth it. It’s my medical care dream come true because it tracks my insurance deductible and max out of pocket. I can see reviews and keep track of things with my own notes too. Using Solv App. I love this app!! It’s very user friendly, simple and to the point and it doesn’t make you go through any unnecessary hassle when scheduling an appointment or finding a doctor. I also love that I can take care of all my new patient forms through Solv and not have to hassle with it in the office.

Love this app!. This app is amazing. I love my local urgent care down the street from my house but have been a little worried to visit because of COVID being up in my area. Today, I went into the app and noticed I could do a video visit. Booked and saw a doctor within a few minutes and now I don’t need to worry about the rash on back. Also nice to know my urgent care offers COVID tests if I end up needing one.

The worst app I’ve ever used. Let’s start with it deleting my info four times in a row, so I had to keep re-entering it to make my appt. Then it created, and still has, duplicate accounts for me. Then it confirmed my appt with multiple emails and texts, even encouraging me, by text, to show up earlier for my appt if I wanted. I couldn’t go early, showed up on time, and was told there was no appt for me from Solv. Without a doubt, this is the worst app I’ve used in 10 years. Don’t use it, and definitely don’t trust it with your personal and medical info.

Efficient or Not Efficient. Not sure how I feel. My appt was 4:30 and that part was timely. Brought me back; did all the normal stuff that nurses do - temp, weight, what’s wrong. Even did a Flu& Covid test - which took 15 min for results. Stuck my head out the door - twice. So sorry we are slammed with 5pm patients. Hello my appt was 4:30. 90 minutes later a Dr finally came in. This is why I hate these places. Thank goodness I don’t come here often. Will have to be much sicker to ever comeback.

Nick. As a healthcare provider it is really nice to have an app like this that simplifies the process of seeing doctors and getting treatments. Not only does it help the people seeking medical care but it also helps the medical offices themselves by having all insurance info and benefits ready and easy to discern. It also saves time for those offices so that time can be spent on patient care.

Confusion During Patient Intake. After completing the online form and getting two acknowledgments/confirmations by text and email from Solv, I was told by the front desk that they didn't get my digitally completed form. Because of that, I had to fill out the form manually. The initial customer experience was bad. I have a screenshot of the text confirmation, and I saved the email confirmation both from Solv.

Cedar Hill Urgent Care was great!. Upon arrival we were greeted by both security and the front desk person, they were both kind and friendly. The environment was clean and the lighting was appropriate. The wait time wasn’t bad and the Nurse Practitioner Jeffery was knowledgeable and professional.

Wow this is so easy!. This is so much easier than any app I’ve used for healthcare! I downloaded MyChart but then I can only see providers connected to the hospital. This lets me see everyone available around me! I just took my 7 year old to urgent care and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Every mom needs this!

Wait time. I made an appointment with Med First so we to avoid the long wait time. The app has a live wait list option but it was very incorrect. There were several walk-in patients that were supposedly moved back since they did but have appointments, but they were seen as arrived anyway. Setting the appointment online with the app was a complete waste of time. Apparently, First Med doesn’t pay Andy attention to the Solv system and I would have been seen faster had I gone into the office as a wall-in.

First Timer. Reason for visit: child with allergic reaction to food. Sign in and paperwork is done through your cellphone which makes everything so efficient. The Pediatric Urgent Care was modern and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The staff immediately took care of my child and made her feel safe.

Exactly what I needed!. Everything in one place about my health, making it easy to access. I wish this would work internationally but it’s definitely a great step in the direction of personalized healthcare and normalizing following up with your health

Amazing. Could be set up to be a little more clear because when I kept booking an in person appointment when I needed virtual for my Urgent Care visit. Other than that it’s a great app and speedy booking really makes me appreciate it for the slower rate of regular doctor bookings in office or online.

Understanding is key!. I really like the convenience of this app. This is the first time I used it and I was able to check my wait time status without having to interrupt the office staff for an update—key to my understanding why there was such a long wait time even with an online booked appointment.

Excellent staff and doctors. PrimaCare has never failed us. Especially this location. I have came here for many second opinions and for late hours for small emergencies. For the three years I’ve came here the staff has been nothing but great with services and direction.

Awful! Waited over an hour after getting to alert to join now. This app has so much potential but the actual experience was horrible for us. We got an alert to join for the appointment a few minutes before the time and I’ve been on the screen saying your provider is joining soon for literally over an hour and I can’t do anything else on my phone. I get that the provider may be running late. Fine give me that alert but don’t keep me hostage.

Phil. The simplicity is impressive. It immediately gets your medical insurance information, verifies it, tells you if your insurance is accepted, then tells you what your co-pay and/or out-of-pocket costs will be. I scheduled a same-day pediatric appointment for my son right through the app. Surprisingly simple and no unnecessary extra steps that feel unimportant. Every doctor’s office should have this set up. 👍🏻

Best Urgent Care In Mooresville. This is the absolute best urgent care I have ever been to. First of all, it is so clean! I feel as if they really care about you and your health here too. Very nice staff. I only waited about 10 min. before I was seen. I so appreciate how well they took care of me! Dr. Emmett Montgomery was so thorough!

Guidewell. From the time we walked into the facility until we left, everyone is smiling and so pleasant. We did not wait. We were brought into a room and they did what they needed to do. They are very thorough and quick with results. Facility is very clean and nice. Would recommend highly.

Unreliable. I spent many hours searching for a rapid Covid test in my area as I needed it for an event the next day. After stumbling upon Solv. which offered an appointment at a close location to me, I booked through their website only to be told upon my arrival that Solv does not and has never been a valid booking option for their site and that it was not possible for me to get the test. I am quite upset with the blatant disregard for my time and Solv countinues to offer appointments through their site

Service. So slow, no point in having an appointment and still you have to wait over 2 hrs to finish. I do not understand why this is called “urgent” care and not sure why you make an “appointment”. Make sure you have ~4 hrs of time if you want a service from this place. Walk-in forget it during busy time….During my wait time I have seen few patients leave since they did not even get to talk to front desk.. guess what there was no one at front desk fir a long time….

The best. Took two of my daughters were not feeling their best . Register them very quick and we waited for like 30 min the booom all done . We walked in and got tested and all went nice and smooth . Ver nice clinic and the staff are great and friendly . Thank you doctor for your help as well .

A great app!. This is one of the best apps I have ever used! I do not have to remember a password. I just supply my mobile phone number and they give me the passcode. It is so useful to have a way to schedule an urgent visit to a doctor . The app helps to end the endless hours of waiting to receive help. Thank you for developing this application!

The one stop you’ll ever need for appointments and coverage intel!. Thanks for giving us one place to book appointments (especially in last minute situations) and also understanding our insurance! I’ve used ZocDoc for years in the past but the experience has always been subpar / incomplete compared to Solv - this is a real game-changer!

Perfect for moms!. I’ve recently used this app for a virtual visit as well as in clinic and it’s super easy and fast. Books appointments on the spot, and keeps your insurance in mind with recommendations. Also allows you to see why walk in clinics are busy or have availability today!

They treat people with courtesy.. They listen to your case and treat you quickly and give you the right treatment that you deserve it. They are great people I like it. All the doctors are very happy to see you when you get to the office it’s great to have this kind of service in the community. Thank you.

New patient. I had an appointment scheduled but still had to wait for over an hour to be seen. I liked the PA she was very good. They charged me $35 even though I had met my out of pocket max for the year and within 2 days my insurance paid 100% of agreed charges. I assume they will refund the $35 that I paid at the time of my visit but no one in the front office knows if they will refund my $35 or when.

Check-in is a breeze. I’ve been waiting on an app like this. Why does the check in process have to be done in the office every time you visit the doctor. This is heaven all paper work done before you step in the door. Genius!!!

User interface isn’t great. The app is a good idea, surprised to see some data from a visit a couple years prior. When trying to upload a profile pic, it automatically rotates the photo, so they are all sideways. Once you try to “save test results “ it brings you to your profile. You then can’t get back home where test results link is without completely exiting the app and clicking back in to bring you to the home page. The user interface is missing some connections between pages to make it a little easier to “go back”. Test results should have an automatic option that converts to a printable pdf for work/school purposes, instead of having to show the phone.

Helpful in Scheduling. Helpful in ease of use for scheduling. Did find that it was recommending a pediatric urgent care with an adult search filter. Also if you’re not a regular to urgent care, you’re not making an appointment, it’s a “place holder” which means you are in line once you check in…. Also the check your place in line live - doesn’t seem to be very helpful as far as accuracy.

Why use it?. I used the app to make an appt for COVID testing. I got an appt for 11:20 but when I arrived at the site, I was put into a line with everyone and appointments weren’t even a factor! And the app supposedly tells you where you are “in line”, but that isn’t remotely accurate, either! Why use it? Hoping that if I should need Urgent Care sometime this may come in handy, but so far seems like a waste of time

Great app but costly aftermath. The service is amazing and couldn’t be happier. Got in and saw physicians exactly as promised. Couple days after last visit I’ve been getting nonstop spam calls from various locations. Current with all my bills and odd timing I got these calls not long after signing up with this app and spam email to prove yes it came from this app. I would advise creating a fake email only to use when needed and not using phone number otherwise have fun with daily calls from around US

Appointments are useless. It is absolutely useless to book an appointment when you still have to wait over an hour to be seen. I booked my appointment at 7:15 this morning online, the first available appointment was 12:30, I check in 5 minutes early and the person at the front told me it’s first come first serve and wait time was over an hour. If I had known that I would have been at the door first thing this morning at 9am! Thanks for wasting my time today!

My info ended up on the dark web. I took a picture of my driver’s license as instructed for this app. Two days later I got s notice from my credit monitoring service informing me that my drivers license number was found on the dark web. Coincidence? You need to doa better job of securing patients’ information!

Ap pointless. Schedule through app but still had to wait an hour. People arrived after but were seen before us. Also fill out paperwork online but they had me redo paperwork because they had no record. I am worried I gave private info to an app thinking it was for tge doctor. They wanted Ssn pictures of DL, insurance cards everything but the dr off had none of it. Then you check in online but it’s not hooked to the dr they had no idea we were there we finally went to window and that’s what put us waiting so long. Don’t use app it appears to be a scam.

Carrie & Greg. Becca was so kind and caring. She treated us like people not just a test she needed to perform. She took her time with us, explained exactly how the test would work and afterwards explained how and when to expect our COVID test results. Her bedside manner was perfect, she put us at easy with her calm & empathetic demeanor. Thank you Becca you are an amazing medical professional!

Incredible Experience!. I am not one to write many reviews. In fact, I rarely write a review; however, when you come across an outstanding experience with friendly helpful staff and friendly knowledgeable doctors you want to let others know. So I highly recommend both video and in office appointments at Priority Urgent Care on Mt. Vernon.
