Uninstalling! Horrible app!! Does not work at all!!. Used to work now it’s been months and it’s still showing people that are following me as Unfollowers and vice versa!!! Data is all wrong!! Zero customer service even for the PAID version!! Not compatible with Instagram! Uninstalling all it does is log me out of Instagram, and I have to change my password! It does not give me any current data. I would not recommend this at all! Pure garbage!! Did I tell you it is worthless?? Don’t risk your Instagram!

Wish i read these reviews… account banned. I should’ve realized the app was the cause of my recent log in issues. Each time i would use this app, Instagram would log me out of my account and a handful of times required me to create a new password… apparently if you do this enough times Instagram will ban your account or perhaps delete it permanently. No warning, no reasoning, just locked out with no access. Which is insane, plus there’s no way to reach someone or reset your password.

It doesn’t work - App is broken. I paid for a month subscription to get further insights on my Instagram engagement and ghost followers but the data is wrong. The app tells me my most engaged follower is also a ghost follower (meaning they’ve never liked or commented). This app seemed to be completely broken if it’s giving you wrong information. There’s no real way to report bugs as it’s in a different language. Please hear me out, don’t spend your money! I’m not sure if Apple gives refunds but I’m going to find out because the app would have been fine but it’s just doesn't actually work.

DONT DOWNLOAD THIS. It locked me out of my Instagram. I had the app and was clicking around exploring different options specifically the option of seeing what followers I lost. It somehow opened Instagram and my Instagram was tweaking out. I had a blank pop up and nothing would refresh on my feed. I logged out and couldn’t log back in. So I turned off my phone and tried logging in again after turning my phone back on. Didn’t work. Finally I had a prompt on Instagram to get a link sent to my email and i had to change my password. Hope my phone and all my account information isn’t hacked.

My experience. This app can be really good if you know how to use it. First of all you can’t unfollow through the app or else instagram will log you out and will need to verify, and it’s a very long process. If you just get the user and do it on your own you will be fine. Another thing about it is that when you first log in it kicks you out of your account but don’t get scared because it doesn’t do anything besides kicking you out and is easy to log back in. Overall I recommend :3

DOESN’T WORK. I downloaded this app and it doesn’t refresh past the day you download it. I thought maybe I had to switch to the paid one to get it to work, so I paid, and it still wouldn’t update. Tried deleting and reinstalling, and then it DIDN’T even recognize my purchase!!! I contacted the developer, got a robotic response about requesting a refund through, Apple, which I did and they denied, and haven’t heard back from the developer since!

DONT DOWNLOAD. I download this app to see who unfollowed me and who didn’t. As usual I’m very sketchy of these apps as I had bad experiences with my Instagram being restricted by “spam”. As I took the leap of faith to use this app, it did not give me that issue with my Instagram account. instead, it logged me out of my account forcing me to repeatedly log back into my account in a spam of 20 minutes. It also logged me out of my account through all my devices leading me to erase Instagram and download so it will stop repeatly telling me I was logged out.

i hate this app sm.. when i first downloaded this app, it was all good. my instagram account was fine and stuff. up until recently. whenever i went to check this app to see stuff about my account, it would log me out of instagram and constantly tell me to re-log in. and yes, i would because i didn’t suspect much at first. but then, this week when i was going to school i saw that some people unfollowed me. so i was curious. i should’ve just stayed curious honestly. everything was fine in the morning until i checked my instagram account in 5th period. i saw that my friends texted me so i went to try to reply, but it said that it got suspended. i panicked and was worrying about it because i had lots of memories on there and i also had over 1k following. so, i tried my best to get it back, but it recently said that it’s been reviewed and it’s final that it is now deleted. moral of this little summary. do not download this app if you are not willing to have your WHOLE instagram account at risk of being deleted. i’ve been sad for a couple of days because of this. because i’ve lost all of my memories, posts, highlights, and even following (mutuals is what i’m mainly talking about). i genuinely wish that i can reverse time to go back and not do that. never trust apps

This App Got Me Action Blocked for a Week. I downloaded this app yesterday and paid the $4.99 monthly pro fee so I could track and remove ghost followers. However, my account has been frozen now for a week and the pop-up on Instagram is noting the reason as, “Sharing your account with a service that helps you get more likes or followers goes against our Community Guidelines.” I know this app doesn’t do that, but it must have flagged something with Instagram, because this is my only Instagram-related app I have and now I can’t post, like, or comment for a week. While the other functions of the app seemed to have worked well, it’s not worth it if it freezes my account.

THIS APP TAKES YOUR ACCOUNT. Don’t download I used it to see who unfollowed me and to keep my followers cordial but it ended up logging me out my account and i now have no access to it at all always read reviews because you can be put in this situation they log you out and make it to where you cant access it and with no actual instagram help such as a actual working agent there’s nothing you can do but take your lost of the account my account is red flagged now and been traced down to Mexico where I have never even stepped foot and in order to secure your account back you need to pay 250 dollars which they say would be refunded but i didn’t try because getting scammed twice wouldn’t be for me.

I’ve had to change my password 6 times now. This app started out great but then quickly went downhill pretty fast. I went to this one after my favorite one got deleted so I just wanted to find something that’d do the job. After awhile, every time I would use it, Instagram would block me and I would have to change my password. I went to reviews to see if anyone else had the same problem, and someone said to not do anything from the app (like follow or unfollow), so I didn’t. I just used it again and did all the unfollowing from Instagram and I still got blocked. I’m going to find another app now

Complete waste of money. It is nothing but problems and inaccurate information. I paid for a year and I regret it. Even paying for a day would be too much. The information in the app does not update and never matches what I have in Instagram. It logs me out of my Instagram account every time I try to use it and I have to sign back in to use Instagram. All the data sets say “0” - so apparently I have zero people unfollowing me and I unfollow zero, etc. When I go to different tabs, they just say “empty.” I’m really upset about this app and the fact I wasted my hard earned money on it. Save yourself and don’t.

Garbage thanks to the developer!. I would give this app a “0” if I had the chance! It never uploaded anything & I WILL NOT pay for squat! So will not waste my money on garbage like this. And don’t understand the developer why make an app that doesn’t fulfill its users request. Do not recommend app and letting others know that the app will log you out from the app. Reminder DO NOT log into your IG account while on the app. IG will block your account. Many ppl at times aren’t aware. SMH

Don’t download waste of time and money. I downloaded this app with the intention of seeing who unfollowed me. I was prompted to pay for a subscription for more benefits so I did. The app is terribly non-functional and doesn’t do what it says. my results said zero for people who Unfollowed me and people that I’m not following back for days, and I was never able to see who actually unfollowed me even after paying. I reach out to their tech-support for help TWICE in the last month and still haven’t received a response so I’m canceling my subscription and deleting the app. It was a complete waste of time and money!

If you don’t want a virus on your phone leave it alone. Got this app to help me purge my followings on IG. Only miss type my user name one time, fixed it and everything seemed fine. After about an hour of using the app it stop letting me unfollow people. So I went to IG and it the page would refresh. After resetting my phone it said that my account has been locked due to suspicious activity. Due to logging into this app. Then after about 3 hours my phone get an alert that a virus has been detected, so I don’t recommend. Honestly this app was decent up til then.

Unfortunately I had to uninstall. Everything was going pretty good for about a year until about two months ago it kept logging me out of my Instagram every time I would log into this app ..after so many logging in and out they suspended my account.. fortunately I got it back. They were basically warning me ..next time I’m sure Instagram will delete my account.. so that’s it for me. I had to uninstall this …can’t have my account deleted..😫

it works for me. So i didn't have any trouble at all with this it didn't take my account nor did it have trouble loading the data but it did in-fact almost take my friends account when he logged into this app so i say be careful there is a possibility of almost losing your account and maybe actually losing it.

App used to be useful but not anymore. When I first downloaded the app, I loved it. However, now, no matter how many times I offload and reload, uninstall and reinstall, log out and log back in, the app still reads all my stats as zero. Users not following me back: zero. Followers lost: zero. User I’m not following back: zero. Mutual following: zero. So on and so forth. I can look at my actual account on instagram and I know these stats are blatantly wrong, and that the numbers are just not registering anymkre. The app has rendered itself completely useless now. I’m being nice by not giving it one star, because I have hope this will be fixed and I can go back to using it how I would like to.

Idk how to feel about this. I had it for a few days, maybe a week and it was working fine. I would use it if people unfollowed me and all. But then today I click on Instagram and it says something about my account be suspicious for fraudulent activities due to phishing and that it’s temporarily locked. I had to change my account password and log back in. If this is the risk, I’m not sure if it’s worth the reward. 👎🏾

TERRIBLE APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I downloaded this app and it does not track followers, it does not track those who have unfollowed you it stays at “zero.” It only updated the “followers”portion of the app once, when I tried to reload several times after that to get an updated stat nothing happened so I had to reset the data. And it’s NEVER worked since then. I have contacted the company several times including screenshots of what I am experiencing so they can see it there and it’s not working, I have yet to get any communication from them and it’s been a couple of months. Very, very poor customer service and product. Absolutely would not recommend!

YOURE GONNA WANT TO READ THIS‼️. i just got this app not even 10 mins ago. it asked for the login info, obviously, therefore i gave it. it connected and i started going through the people who unfollowed me until it said that my request isn’t working or something like that. whatever, might just be a glitch yk? i go into instagram and it tells me that i’ve been temporarily logged out of my account and needed to verify i was me. had to change the password and all of that. this isn’t a good app to use.

Something changed. Used this app for years until this month where every time I log into the app, my Instagram account gets locked for suspected phishing. I thought this was an error at first but for EACH of the several times I followed the instagram app’s directions to change my password and then logged into this app, my Instagram account got locked. Will no longer be using this app anymore because of the Instagram app’s suspicions of it

stops working after canceling subscription.. i hate to give 1 star because I never had a problem with this app... I wanted to see the difference between the paid version and the free version, but I found the paid version useless and was better off using the free version. I canceled my subscription about a week later, and now the app just doesn’t seem to operate the same way as before. and i’m unable to log in through the app. please fix this!!!

Good Start.. It has more valuable data than several apps I have looked at. I only wish I could click on a profile and go into Instagram and like there pictures and message that follower without having to leave, open IG, search for that follower... It would be helpful when you are focusing on people who don't follow you back etc.. But I like it.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!. I should’ve read the reviews before downloading this! Downloaded this app and when I returned to check the instagram app it said could not load page as many times that I tried. I then uninstalled and reinstalled Instagram and that did not resolve the problem. I had to log into through the website and change my password immediately. It was not till then that I could use the app. I also got a notification before changing my password stating that my account had been used on an unrecognized device!!!

Possibility of losing your account (challenge_required error)!. Summary: Don’t get it, you might lose access to your Instagram. Here’s my first ever app review, but to try to spare someone frustration, I’m doing this. So, short and sweet, the application works. BUT, big but, in order to fresh it (example, to see who newly unfollowed you) you need to log out and sign back in. Each time you log back into the the IG Followers app you’re gambling you Instagram account. When you go back to your Instagram app it will have logged you out for “suspicious activity”. Eventually, you could possibly have you long term blocked because they think you’re a “bot”. I spent 3 days trying to find how to fix it considering there’s no “Instagram Support” to reach out to. There’s only a useless “Help Center”. Don’t bother with this app. You’ll feel sick if you lose your Instagram account. This isn’t the first time I had trouble logging in after using the IG Followers app. It’s like each time they log me out for “suspicious activity” it’s a whole different set of hoops I need to jump through to get it back. It’s never the same. This latest time, incase this helps someone, the error I got on my Instagram was “challenge_required”. What I had to do was go to the safari browser and try logging into Instagram there. There’s like nowhere to find help or to know to do this, I just went around trying everything. But hope this helps if someone runs into the same issue.

App is what I need it for but account gets blocked. I wanted an app to help me unfollow people who were not following me back. This app definitely helped me out a lot. Within 24 hours of having this app, my IG page has been blocked for “sharing my account for services to get more like and followers”(which is not true). My account has been blocked for 4 days now.

Instagram Is Cracking down on 3rd Party applications. Idk what happened, it worked perfectly for over a year and then just recently started logging me out of my Instagram. I don’t believe the app is trying to steal my data but based on all the reviews on other apps like this one, it’s clear to me that Instagram is cracking down on 3rd party applications.

Instagram will block your account. I have never had this issue before. Downloaded the app and everything seemed to be great. Unfollowed about 6 people directly from the app and Instagram banned me from being able to use the app for a day. Did some research online and realized it’s because of unfollowing directly from the app. Just deleted this app because I got banned by Instagram again, and all I did is simply log into the app. Didn’t follow, unfollow, or do anything else. Find a different app. This isn’t worth the headache and I have no idea how this app still has 5 stars.

Terrible app, they sucker you in to pay for feature that don’t work.. App is slow and susceptible to crashes which, while annoying, I can deal with. HOWEVER, the functionality promised straight up doesn’t work. Tracking stories doesn’t show anything but who is viewing your story, but doesn’t work when you sort by “Not following me”, “I don’t follow”, etc. Sometimes, it can’t even show me who viewed the story correctly, and will display that only 20 people have seen a story when in reality several hundred have. The “Who admires me” section is just a chronological list of anyone that has ever left you even a single like on any of your posts. The deleted comments feature only gives you the names of the person who deleted the comment, not what post the comment was on or what was deleted. The fact that you have to pay just to find out that these features don’t work is absolutely ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this app.

Actually works. It’s pretty legit. I thought it was like the rest where u had to pay, but you don’t pay anything as far as I know. The only problem is EVERYTIME I go to see my “tracked stories” tab, it exits the app automatically. I have no idea why and it really bugs me because I wanna see. Other than that though, the app is great!

Not Working. I downloaded this app about a week ago and tried using the free version and it didn’t work at all. So I bought the six month subscription to see if that was the issue. Since buying it four days ago, it still is not loading anything besides, my Instagram, user name, in the top row of statistics with how many followers I have. I emailed and reported the bug the same night and I still have not heard back. So honestly, it has been a waste of money and I regret thinking that it would work lol.

I love this. If this didn’t have a pro that you have to buy it would be better I like it that you don’t have to pay only for exclusive stuff idk but I like this app it would be better if you didn’t have to pay for some stuff

Suggestion. This is a very good app, but I think it doesn’t scan my whole page, I have 220 posts but this app says total 87 posts and likewise the total likes and comments too. There developers should fix this issue! Other than that this app is super useful. I would subscribe is the issue get fixed. Thank you 😊

Got my account hacked. About 3-4 hours after getting the account my account was hacked. I have no reason to get hacked never told anyone my password and it says someone for a whole different city hacked me. They were on my account for 4hrs than got into all my other Instagram accounts. I had to quickly change all my passwords they logged me out all my accounts 2x I had to use my email to reset my passwords. They kept sending codes to my number attempting to get back in. Before this happened this app was working just fine I could see everyone who wasn’t following me back and everything said it was supposed to do. Other than that use at your own risk you could possibly get hacked.

It glitches your intagram. Don’t get this app after a few months of having it I had a problem with my acc It kept spamming me try again later each time I will be trying to text people it will Spam appear it lasted for a few day’s until it stoped I log out the app and removed it now that I get it again it’s happening again I recommend not getting this app at all it’s very frustrating trying to get rid of it lasted me about 3 day’s not texting now I am going trough it again.

Dont do it.. So I installed this app finally wanting to clean up my inactive and non mutual followers. I was drawn to this app because of the rating but I should’ve read the recent reviews first because I could've saved myself $5.99 and an Suspended account. As soon as I made the purchase for the Pro version the app would not load any of my information anymore. When I said “okay fine ill just get my money back and use a different app” I tried to log on to my instagram to revoke access to the app and I could no longer sign into my account. Not even through facebook or the web browser… successfully got my account back by using my daughters cell phone number just so I could further verify myself as an email verification wasn't enough. Please read the reviews and save yourself the hassle. I don’t even write reviews but yeah this needed to be said.

Waste of time, energy & money. App constantly logs you out, each time you’d want to check latest changes, you would have to log in, the IG logs you out, you’d have to do this over and over. If you have a double security on your IG account, this becomes a nightmare. I tried deleting the app and re-downloading it, the subscription doesn’t transfer automatically, so you’d also have to submit a refund through apple. And then buy subscription again. Just a waste of energy and time, and money, since second time Apple didn’t refund me the money for the annual subscription.

don’t download. if i were to be able to give a zero star i will. this app used to be fine back in like what 2020 but started like end of 2022. I would have problems with this app it everytime i will use it, i will get kicked out from my acc. Needs a lot of improvement.. At the end of the day the app does what is supposed to, but I’ve been having issues with it for months. My issue is that the app refuses to load every time I use it. I have to log out and log back into my instagram through the app, which messes up the results it shows me. It then causes issues from my Instagram from constantly logging in from the app.

App works without logging you out anymore.. They take you directly to Instagram to unfollow the person for example. No more bugs or issues of having to log back into the app and Instagram. My account has never been suspended or restricted from the app but I could %100 say they fixed that bug and seems to be running perfect. Would give a 5 star BUT we should be able to use even a little bit of insights on the app. But other than that, 4 of 5 stars for me.

Not up to date. I purchased the pro package so that I can see the complete stats of everything, and the app doesn’t even have the correct information from my instagram. The app also takes forever to load the stats, and the information isn’t even correct or up to date when it is supposedly finished loading. For example I posted a story on my instagram, and if the app worked correctly then the app should also show that I posted a story and it’s supposed to give me the stats on that but it doesn’t do any of that. I tried finding a way to contact the developer but everything’s written in Chinese when I try to. I wish I didn’t purchase the pro version.. I wasted $23 and I’d really like my money back to be honest.

Fraud alert on account when purchased. Downloaded and thought the app was great on the surface. Purchased subscription and was immediately (on my first click) notified that my account on IG had been locked due to fraudulent activity. Had to immediately cancel and change all passwords in all accounts to retrieve my IG account. That’s a huge problem if your linking to other accounts and now need to go back and change all passwords and then re-link accounts. Not worth the risk in my opinion. I’m a business and can’t risk IG deleting my account due to an outside app signing into my account and telling me who unfollowed me. Plus it’s from the time you purchase the app for information on your account so any past unfollowers or blocks will not show...

Nothing works in this app. Such a pathetic app, most of the paid features don’t work.. For example, “followers lost” option shows incorrectly all members who are still following me back. Likewise “missed connect features” shows all incorrect data, like options “users liked me/engaged but didn’t follow” comprises the list of all people who continues to follow even now! There are no options to track the latest unfollowers.. definitely this app should be avoid atleast the paid features, total waste of money..

HACKS YOUR ACCOUNT!. *Gave 5 stars to be at the top* This app sells your information to whoever-maybe the black web, but do not sign into your Instagram from this app! They will hack and change your information very fast. After about 5 minutes on the app waiting for the data to load ( it kept failing ) you’ll try to get back on instagram only to find out your logged out & password is incorrect when trying to log back in. They changed my email , phone number & even added a WhatsApp phone number so be careful ! Only way I was able to get back into my account was by sending instagram a selfie video to confirm it’s me!

Find a Different App. I downloaded this app because my favorite follower tracker app stopped servicing Instagram. It wouldn’t be an over-exaggeration for me to say I sob over the loss of the other app every day. At first, the app worked well at performing the most basic task: tracking followers. However, over time, I noticed my follower count kept going down, yet the app wasn’t displaying any changes. Turns out, the app stopped actually tracking what followers I lost. Therefore, it became useless at the one function it’s meant to serve. The app also has fallacies on other services if offers, such as tracking who I don’t follow back. I noticed one of my close friends was on that list. So, I went back to check and I’m still following them and everything. The fact that the app can’t accurately display this data makes it completely unreliable and overall mediocre. I wouldn’t recommend this app. Go download something else.

Save your money. Terrible. Paid for an entire year, money debited from my account days ago, and NONE of the features work. Any information shown, is already visible. Unable to get refund or contact customer service for assistance. If I could give less than one star I would.

Unfortunately I regret paying for the yearly subscription. I bought this app in hope that all the others were wrong. I have been blocked by Instagram and I can’t view the people I follow at all. This is what happened, I unfollowed some IG users, immediately after doing that I went to see if the users I had unfollowed were still in my account. Unfortunately, they were. I tried refreshing my feed and it was never able to refresh back to 100% again within this app. I went back to IG and I was unable to see any of the people I followed. My recommendation, don’t use the UNFOLLOW option within this app, it will trigger IG and disable you from viewing your followers or other’s followers. If this app would work as intended without disabling me from viewing who follows me in IG... this would be a 5 star app. But because it doesn’t function as intended, I have to stick with this ONE STAR rating.

So far so good. This app is pretty good so far. No issues. Just to help you guys out…I’ve had an app similar to this one that I used every day but eventually ended up getting my Instagram account banned by using it. And anyone who has had that happen knows it’s a lengthy process to get it back. The secret is DO NOT do anything from the app directly. DO NOT unfollow people directly from the app or anything else. Look to see who unfollowed you…then go to your Instagram and do whatever you need to do. This will keep your account from getting blocked as ig recognizes this app as a 3rd party way to collect followers etc which goes against their guidelines.

Worst app Do Not Buy. I downloaded this app a month ago and it has not fulfilled its purpose of providing stated information about my follower activities. I keep losing followers and this app still shows that 0 people have unfollowed me which is not true since it’s happening everyday. Very frustrating! And worst, there is no email address or co tact information to ask for assistance or request a refund. So this company is just taking money for doing absolutely nothing. Very disappointed.

Your app constantly logs me out. I can’t track anything because your app constantly logs me out! Every time I lose a follower and I go to check your app, I’m not logged in and therefore the data hasn’t pulled. Complete waste of money unless you guys get better than this.

Incorrect stats. Downloaded a few of the similar apps to compare and picked up immediately that this app gives the most incorrect stats - showing those who are following, aren’t following. Anyways, everything seemed wrong through this on comparison to the reality and other apps seem more reliable.

Severe Issues After Using ‘IG Followers. I am extremely disappointed and outraged after using this app. As soon as I entered the login and password of my Instagram account in the ‘IG Followers’ app, I immediately faced problems I had never encountered before. Every time I try to open Instagram, instead of functioning normally, a page appears that looks like a browser. On this page, there’s only a white screen and the Instagram logo, and I absolutely can’t do anything, and the app doesn’t work at all. This happened as soon as I logged into that lousy ‘IG Followers’ app. This has caused me serious concerns about the security of my account and data. After this experience, I feel strong disappointment and anger. I do not recommend this app to anyone due to its potential danger and lack of reliability

Be careful downloading this app. I had the app for about two years with no problem. But one day I was logged out of the app, so I put my information down to log back in. terrible. i have been waiting 4 days for the app to update new information. i even bought the membership. when i reload to refresh the data it keeps saying “last updated 10/2” and today i 10/6. it refuses to update and i PURCHASED the upgrade too. this is ridiculous. there’s no updates for it either. waste of money, i want a refund.

Crashed never reloaded. Found it not to be accurate a few times but not all the time. Went some time not using the app and when I tried opening it up again, the information was not refreshing and definitely was not accurate/matching with IG.

Terrible app. I almost lost my Instagram account because of this app. Every time I went and checked something on this app it would log me out of the Instagram app until one day my account wouldn't load, I couldn't access anything, not even the help center to report the problem. Fortunately, I was able to recover my account by logging in through the website.

Follow Back Check Useless. It will tell you who is not following you, but it will not allow you to search for a user to see if they are following you back. Meaning you get to scroll through your unfollowers to find a specific one. Pretty useless, another app I had included this feature but this one does not. Weak.

An Inconvenience. Hello, it seems that the app doesn’t legimately count the right number of followers that are not following back. It gave me a wrong number and wrong people, who are following me but the app counts them as people who are not following back. Thank you .

App Does Not Work Properly. I have the paid version. You should be able to unfollow people from the app, however, each time I tries to do that it says it time out. Have to manually do that. Also each time you log into the app, it logs you off from Instagram and have to verify each time. That’s very annoying. I’m only annoyed cause I’ve paid for the app. Yall should fix that asap. App Stopped Working Lately. This used to work great. But after canceling the paid version and going back to the free features the app is alerting me about people unfollowing me that haven’t actually unfollowed me. I know it’s petty but if someone unfollows me I return the favor and today it said 7 people did but when I went to unfollow them on Instagram it shows they are still indeed followers.

Scam. Constantly alerted by instagram of fraudulent activity after providing permissions and was logged out every time I tried to use the app. I was stupid enough to purchase the year subscription because initially it worked. Then soon after it became impossible to use. The app relies on staying logged into your insta account. But that’s impossible since instagram logs you out of the app. I emailed Apple and the developers attempting to get a refund but the developers never responded.

Beware - this is a scam app. All their positive ratings are fake. I paid for a subscription to access then unfollow feature and it still shows zero content and information. The limited info it shows is wrong and basic stuff you can find on IG insights directly. This is a pure scam company that made enough basic functionality and has a trash algorithm that doesn’t work.

App Doesn’t Update. App is useful when it reflects your current stats but it doesn’t update until you sign out and back in again. I’ve used the “Report Bugs” link a few times for help but there has been no response. I purchased an upgraded version and it is not worth the money or hassle. I do not recommend.

So this app is actually really useful and I use it a lot but today I payed the $4.99 and it said my purchase was successful , however I never got all the things that come with the pro version. I checked my apples account and sure enough $4.99 dollars where taken out so the purchase was successful but I never got the things. I’m not sure if this is something that I did wrong or if the app is messing up.

Trash, waste of money. You log in once and it gives you data then never refreshes even though you can pull down and it looks like it is going to refresh, the circle just spins. Also hit the actual defeat button and nothing happens. Logged out and back in and it resets the data. No way to tell who unfollows you which is the purpose of the app. Don’t waste your money.

Unsure. Idk but I feel like the “who admires you” section does not reflect accurate numbers and is way higher than reality. The “likes/ hearts” for each person keeps increasing every couple hours in this section which I feel is impossible.

A disappointment. I brought this app to keep track of my followers. Unfortunately when I added my account it never fully registers the categories just the number of followers that scrolls across the top. I assumed that I’d need to purchase the pro edition (yearly) to have full access and guess what…. Got me, it still doesn’t work. I want my money back this app is a bust!

IG will freeze your account. I’ve reviewed many of the follower analytics apps before, and this is a good application. It’s quick to drive analytics, simple UI, and enough functionality that you can last without having to pay for the subscription. However, the biggest fault in the app is that it triggers Instagram’s regulation bots, which will freeze your account for 24 hours. Without using any of the follow/unfollow actions of the app, my profile was flagged (twice), showcasing the IG error “We restrict certain activities for you until {date}. Tell us if you think we made a mistake.”, and effectively freezing my account. For this reason, I do not recommend this app.

Favorite… But not Anymore. This used to be my favorite follower tracker app and used it for years, but recently I’ve been getting notifications on Instagram and getting locked out of my account due to the app having my info. I had to get a new one.

Wish I Could Get A Refund. If you already did download it and instagram says something went wrong try to login to your account through a different phone. Scam. Don’t fall for the high-rating stars. Not only is it inaccurate with how you see who are your admirers once paying for it, but they also steal your information. I’ve tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but I’ve been phished TWICE using this app. Listen to all the low rating stars, as this makes me believe that the majority of the high rating stars are bots or paid reviewers.

Terrible. I’ve been using this app for a long time and had no problems at all. No w I paid to upgrade so I could use it for 2 accounts and now that they have my money it won’t work at all on either account!! This app does not work. I purchased this app on 21 January 2023, and it has not yet worked. I have logged in and out numerous times, but it’s not once told me who’s unfollowed me. My followers keep going down, but it’s not once told me who, what or why. I tried to contact support, but that doesn’t work either. I think I will have to contact Apple customer service for some assistance.

Do everything manually. Don’t do anything from the app, it will ban your Instagram account. Use this app to see who unfollows you and then manually go into the app and unfollow them.

A waste of money. The app did not refresh, or update, the entire month. Even on the day that I purchased the app, I had a change in the number of followers. And the app did not track it at all. BEWARE MALICIOUS SPYWARE. I’m not sure what type of spyware is on this app, but since using it I’ve received well over 15 emails from Instagram in the last 2 months about someone trying to hack my account.
