Mixed feelings. At first this app was amazing and actually paid out. However since I did the latest update nothing is working. None of the surveys will load at all, when they do they show you one question and it won’t take your answer, it’ll delete it and make you answer over and over again so you can’t move on. I tried contacting customer service and got no response for the problem so I don’t recommend getting this app until they fix whatever bug they have going on at the moment cause it’s unusable and very frustrating. Update: I still haven’t heard anything in response to my complaint except now all the sudden I get a notification saying that I didn’t answer a survey truthfully and they took back over a dollar of money that I worked very hard for. The survey in question took me over a half an hour and they just take my reward back with no warning or reason. This is unacceptable. If you want to work and not get paid then this is the app for you, otherwise this is a scam and don’t recommend.

Terrible Survey App. I have used pretty much every legitimate survey app out there, and this is the absolute worst. I actually did get to $25 and redeem (very slowly) but there were quite a few glitches along the way where I would spend 20+ minutes completing surveys and then get a message that it wasn’t a good fit. This sometimes happens on every survey site, but the difference is that there is literally NO support. There’s no one that I can contact to get at least partial compensation for my wasted time. And finally, today I logged in and they apparently suspended my account permanently (which according to them is about a year). I have $6 in there that I can’t access now. I’ve been doing surveys for like 13 years, so I know I didn’t violate any terms of use. It’s crap. Don’t waste your time with this.

Good, but loads too much. The app is decent, one major problem is technical issues. I spent like 30 minutes on one only to get an error and nothing after that, I had to leave and write technical and got 1 cent for 30 minutes worth of the survey. Also it takes super long to load. Not a bad app at all, just a little annoying at times Edit: so many bugs too! I was half way through a survey a d then the next button broke! Its so annoying because I am willing to spend time on surveys but it keeps breaking! I don’t know if I want to use this app for too much longer as it has a lot of bugs. If you guys bug fixed it I would honestly rate this as the best surveys app I ever used.

SCAM!! How is this even allowed ??. I spent 40 mins filling out a survey, just to waste my time telling me that the segment was full. They already asked me questions at the beginning to see if I prequalified, then they say to be ready cause the survey would take 20mins. First it took longer and at the end of it they just said “SEGMENT FULL”. I gave you my info for free. You got my answers and you did not pay me. I’ll report you to apple for stealing to your clients. Getting free data to del to big corporations. This is their message: “ Segment Full Thank you for starting our survey. At the current time, you do not qualify to complete our survey because we already have enough people like you who have participated. There will be other surveys in the future.”

Not the Greatest. This survey app was honestly not the greatest. it’s good for when you actually complete the surveys but most of them you waste your time on. i’ve had so many surveys where I make it all the way to the end and then it kicked me out of the survey and compensates me a penny for my time... and they probably still take my answers for their survey anyway. A penny is not enough for the time we spend on the surveys we should at least get half of what the survey is worth if we get kicked out. I also wish that they would keep a profile of us so we don’t have to keep re-entering it on every survey and then wasting our time and getting kicked out when we aren’t qualified. if you were just looking to get a couple cents here and there then this app is right for you. if you are looking to make quick money you aren’t going to find it with this app unfortunately.

Horrible app!! And these bots are giving a 5 star review.. This app is horrible! Let not even talk about it, You waste your time answering boring surveys. Most of the time these answers are very personal. From asking how many kids do you have, To then asking their genders and age, To then asking how much do you earn to a year and then to asking your ethnicity (like if it even matter). Also you earn at least 3 cents by doing that. Most of the times it says “sorry, you do not qualify for the survey” and rather of giving you $1.30 cents it gives you 6 cents. Totally a waste of time and effort! Boring surveys and is very time consuming. Neither to say the least, DONT EVEN DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!! (Btw, lets take time to admire the bots giving this a 5 star review, don’t get fooled folks this is like to gather information to research statistics of races and etc)

Seemingly Not Worth It. I had read many reviews about this app. I decided to get it, as it seemed like something that could have good potential. I made about $7 and was feeling good about my decision. I logged in today to answer more questions, so I could hopefully soon cash out. I tried a few surveys & was rejected for demographic reasons. Okay, no big deal, it happens. I opened another survey and was asked to “describe a beautiful childhood experience in detail”. Sure, I can do that. I wrote about one of my favorite childhood memories and the things that my family did during it. It was at least 4-5 sentences. A small paragraph. My account is now blocked for 4 hours due to “not answering the question very well”. I have used many different survey apps and websites. I’m aware of what they are looking for in detailed answers. Never have I had an experience like this. Is this app worth it? Probably not. After looking at more reviews, this is quite common. It is very likely I will be deleting this app.

Terrible terrible app. I joined this app because I had seen other people saying it was another way to make a little bit of pocket money for mostly easy work. After a couple hours, I realized how poorly laid out this app is. They’ll have you do what feels like endless qualification questions for you to get surveys, just for when you finally load into a survey and answer one question they’ll tell you “you don’t qualify” and kick you out. Sometimes it happens at the start or you’ll get through the entire survey and then they’ll kick you out for not being the target audience, they’ll give you a literally penny for your troubles. I recently completed an entire survey only to not get paid the said amount because “I wasn’t the target demographic”. They also steal your time because a survey will be only 5 minutes long but once you enter, it’ll tell you it’ll be 25 minutes long and you’re only getting paid pennies on the dollar. They don’t let you cash out when you want and they try to block you from actually cashing out. If you’re looking to make some extra change, don’t get scammed by this app and try something else!

. I don’t even know .. To be honest with you, this is a great app. I think the way they find surveys that work for you is great. The way it shows the amount you’ll get before you click on the survey is nice. I just don’t like how time consuming some of these surveys may be. I could be 27 minutes into a survey and just because the owner of the survey doesn’t like my response, they will LITERALLY automatically reject my whole survey and instead, give me .1 cent for the whOLe entire 27 minutes I now wasted. Honestly, why make surveys if you’ll omit a response that you don’t like ? Makes no sense. Also, I simply just find it unacceptable to waste someone’s time if there’s not going to be a reward at the end. Yes, money isn’t free. You work for it . But I find it unrealistic to earn ONE CENT for a survey I didn’t “qualify for” when I spent a whole 27 good minutes being completely honest. It personally makes zero sense to me. Besides this, is there any way y’all could add a way we could manage our accounts ? I have found NO WAY to manage my account and it’s a bit unsettling. Please allow there to be a way that we can PERSONALLY contact you through the app as well.

Good but issues. The app is frustrating but you do get money which is why I keep coming back. However I just got a peanut labs extension that we can use for more polls, but it doesn’t work you will click on a poll and it will just take you back to the home screen. This wouldn’t really bother me if the actual app would let me do the regular option for polls through them but it won’t, it will only let me do peanut lab polls, which you can’t do. This only became an issue after the last update. A new issue has happened. It said that I had violated one of the terms by answering the questions differently but it was a question asking me about my race and I answered it the same as I always do, which is Afro American. This wouldn’t be a full issue if it was something I could contest but I am not allowed to and there is no support team to talk with it about. So it says I’m band for 120 years. It kinda rubbed me the wrong way and it won’t let me make a new account so I basically have to find another app. I just need them to fix their issues around this because I have heard it before and create an actual support team or at least a website.

Idk. You can make money but my goodness the surveys are hard to find because it kicks you out of them way too easily. All the bad reviews on here are true in my experience. You do a survey for 20 minutes or longer and then BOOM you get kicked out randomly and don’t get paid. It’s frustrating. Also, I was at $9.36 in my account and took a survey that lasted maybe 10-11 minutes and then my balance went down to $8.11 and I have no idea why. I know a dollar and some change doesn’t sound like a huge deal but when it takes so long to find a matching survey that you can successfully complete, it IS a big deal to have your balance drop down only because each survey pays anywhere from .20-$2.00 each. Idk. There’s many bugs in this application for sure.

HORRIBLE!. If I could give this app zero stars I would! I had been using Poll Pay for about 5 months and was able to make a pretty decent amount in my spare time. I was able to cash out at $15 PayPal about four times and then they updated the app to cash out minimum to $25. It took a little longer but I managed to get to $25 in a couple weeks. I tried cashing out and never received my payment. I checked to make sure it wasn’t my error by putting the wrong email address, but the email was correct. I then noticed that it said my payment was pending for “NAN” days for “suspicious behavior” and that I’m not supposed to contact support about the issue because it won’t make the process any quicker. Well, it’s been over a year and it still says that my payment is pending for “NAN” days, etc etc. I don’t even want to attempt to do any more surveys if it’s going to have the same outcome. Really bummed I put effort into this to receive nothing, especially when I was going through hard times. Horrible App!

Great app but...... The app and the concept is excellent but what is not is their new update. It’s so confusing and it only seems like is that they give you these peanut surveys, and also every survey I get the y eliminate me one time they disqualified me from the app for 45 min that was kind of AGGY. Another problem is the redemption limit like....... they barely give you money for these surveys if you don’t qualify they give you freakin 2 cents. And if you do it’s like 14-20 cents. And the limit for you to redeem is $25 boy please who is going to get $25 dollars with barely 2 cents a day. It’s like they don’t want you to redeem. Right now I only have $1.38, I would recommend Zapp surveys right not I have 8.56 and I have had that app for like 2 days and it is true they do give you a $6 bonus it’s incredible even though the limit is $25 for you to redeem you will get their fast maybe 5-6 days I’m not capping y’all should get it ASAP.

The biggest waste of time. They try and size people up with generic stereotypical questions republican democrat dumb stereotypes . These surveys do not pay enough I’ve been kicked out at 90% complete which should never happen and should be compensated. They ask the dumbest repetitive questions for way less than minimum wage. I probably put in 20 hours to just finally get 25$ (which did not show up in my PayPal), and I wasted three hours combined the past two days getting kicked out of surveys. A. They need to Pay much more than one cent for a failed survey how about five or ten cents. B. No survey should pay less than two dollars. if you complete most of a survey we should be paid-They say,” not answering truthfully” only for personal info like why do you need so much personal info like DOB and address? which is no one’s business.

The problems. The app is okay on its own. The biggest problem with this app is that the chances of you actually being able to complete a survey without being disqualified is very slim. Even a single wrong answer and you’re pretty much done for. Doesn’t matter if you spend 15 mins in one survey, you’ll get disqualified no matter what and worst part is, you literally only get 1 cent for all that time wasted. I think one way to make this app actually engaging is by giving surveys that are actually fun or entertaining to answer. A lot of these business or shopping surveys are just plain boring and disengaging. I literally just got disqualified from 6 surveys in a row and I wasted a total of about an hour and a half on them only to get 1 cent for each

It’s good just has issues.. Ok this app is credible. I did get a $10 iTunes gift card because of this (thanks Poll Pay) but there are two things about this that could be better. For one thing I can’t take any surveys off Peanut Labs because of “data inconsistencies” which is false and a very annoying thing to deal with, considering they pay the most and are like the main surveys a person can take on this. So is there a way to repair this or block them entirely from my survey choices? If so I would really appreciate it! Edit: I eventually started with again with a new email but now this is happening still with Peanut labs. It just happened today right after I finished a survey and I don’t understand how I could possibly have these “data inconsistencies”! It’s ANNOYING and I can’t make any money. Also there is CONSTANT elimination from surveys! I nearly finished a survey and got eliminated. This needs to be fixed or people need to be payed for all the time they spent on surveys. Can you guys please fix this....starting with the Peanut Labs thing....

No customer support email. The app is decent, you get kicked out but I’ve been able to make a decent amount. The reason for the one star is there is absolutely no way to contact them directly. I have to result to posting a review. The app had no email support just a page that has “tips” and if they don’t work oh well I guess. I cashed out $25 with PayPal it’s been 5 days and I haven’t received any form of confirmation and nothing is in my account. My email address is correct I have checked everywhere. I would like an email or someone to talk to not a generic “we’ll update the app” or “we’ll try to do better”. I would like the compensation for all the work I did on these surveys. The $25 was taken from my pollpay account but is nowhere in my PayPal nor my gmail confirmation email. Disappointing. Highly highly recommend survey junkey instead.

Scam!. To prove this app is a scam, you literally have to search it up on google. I wasted my time on this app and got $1.87 dollars, at first I thought it was a legit app by the reviews but when my brother asked me if it was really legit, I tried searching it up on google and what I found was shocking, it said “This website is a SCAM. They mislead you into thinking they're going to pay you for the hours you waste doing mind numbing surveys. In reality, when you get close to £5 (the minimum cash out) they freeze your account on the pretext that you've given "contradictory answers". Have nothing to do with these fraudsters.” I am in shock and now that I and you know this, PLEASE spread this rumor so people like us trying to make money don’t get scammed. I also read some other reviews, the app responses to the haters are pretending they are going to try to improve their app and make us happy, if they response to me or reading this right now, all I gotta say to you is that you are a bastard and you’re a horrible person.

Thank You. Thank you poll pay I got my $10 Apple Gift Card!! Trust me you will qualify for a survey, if your bored jump on the app, but don’t grind unless you have the spare time!! I don’t qualify for a lot of surveys but more come eventually!! I don’t like having to take a survey for 20+ minutes and than get disqualified, or have technical issues and be forced to quit, but I guess that’s a risk!! It’s happened numerous times!! However I’m updating my review to say I have now gotten my second pay out!! The thing I do like about poll pay, is that it’s instant, or at least within 10 minutes, you don’t have to wait 48 hours!! But you do sometimes work for an hour and only get a few pennies!! It is a crap shoot!! But I’m still using the app as I don’t have a job, so it does help me out with $!! I’ve made 25$ out of maybe 5 - 6 hours!! But I mean, money is money, and if you don’t have a job, use your spare time here!! I do indeed support this app!! You will indeed waste some of your time, you just have to accept that if you use this app!! ✌️🤟

Annoying, personal, and takes so long. I downloaded this app because I wanted to make a little extra cash but once I started the first survey, it took forever to finish it. Once I did finish it, I only got like 32 cents. I don’t want to be taking that long just for a few cents. The questions were also very personal. Asked all kinds of things but for some reason this app really wanted to know about my race/ethnicity, all the cities I lived in, if I had any diseases/disabilities, etc. I don’t recommend this app. Horrible just horrible. This app also tells the user that the surveys are 5 or less minutes but in reality they take 10+ minutes. Not worth your time. Also I want to add that they ban you for no reason. Many people I know got banned out of no where and lost all the money (a few cents) that took so long to get.

Scam!. At first all is great. Then after doing a couple of hundred I noticed that that the following keeps happening. U spend 30 minutes doing a survey and at the end they say the following questions are just for classification. So you have given all the answers to their questions and then you get disqualified at the very end of completing a survey. Major technology issues that happen in the middle or end of a survey. The amount of time that the post says it will take to complete the survey, should be doubled. Of all the time and 100s of surveys I have taken, I am probably earning less than a penny for all the ones I have been disqualified. I was very honest and a couple of them I read the question wrong and it doesn't allow you to change your answer. I then received a message that I was being dishonest.

Not worth it. The time it takes to complete the surveys is extremely misleading. You can be dropped from a survey at anytime and receive only $.01 in compensation for your time. In response to the developer, I was completely honest in my answers. If anything the app is dishonest. You quote a survey is going to take x amount of time and pay y yet the survey itself says it’s going to take 1.5x amount of time. Then I get dropped halfway through. For example the straw that broke the camels back for me was a survey that payed around $8 and was said to take 20 minutes. I got into the survey and it said it would take 50-60 minutes. After watching a 30 minute video I was dropped from the survey, payout was $.01. That’s completely dishonest.

What do you mean I’m not the one you’re looking for?. I swear every time I’m trying to take a survey, once I answer the first question, I’ll take away the survey and say “Sorry you’re not the person they’re looking for to take the survey”??? Bro then what’s the point of the survey in the first place in fact what’s the point of the app itself… pls I’m not the only one that’s complaining about this. Listen if you really letting us make money just with these surveys then let us take the surveys… let the very first question is what job or occupation you have or in the household the answer I’m looking for is not even there so i have to find a similar occupation that I’m looking for just to get rip off, like the questions are the same to me every time. Like keeps asking about occupation, if you have children. When the survey is about something else like the ones I’m trying to do is food related cause I work with food and I have better knowledge of food the knowledge of anything else, and asking me about my job that’s not even listed or asking if I have children and I keep saying I’m single and not even married dude that’s not good related…. Get your surveys right before you judge a person before you lock the survey stating you’re not the person they’re looking for.. developers this is a survey app not a job interview/resume app..

Occasional good payout but surveys are constantly rejected. I have mixed feelings for this app. When the app actually does let you complete a survey, you can make a lot per survey! Some surveys give you 3-5 dollars each, and when you actually complete a survey and get rewarded that, it’s a nice payout, especially compared to some other survey apps that give you 50 cents to 1 dollar. HOWEVER, surveys are CONSTANTLY rejected when you are DEEP in the survey or even if you’ve already “completed” it. MANY times I finished EVERY single question in a 15-20 minute survey because the payout expected was 3-4 dollars, and after finishing EVERY SINGLE QUESTION, my surveys are constantly rejected! Why?! I completed the entire survey, and poll pay gives a MEASLY 1 cent, even though you spent 15-20 minutes of your time taking a survey, and THEN they decide you don’t qualify for the survey? You couldn’t tell me that a couple questions in instead of wasting my time and compensating me enough for the time I spent? Absolutely ridiculous that you spend THAT much time taking a survey for it to decide that “you don’t qualify” and give you ONE CENT for wasting your time. BEWARE

Our time cost more money than yours !. First of all i have to say that this application is not fake , we do get a little bit of money . The problem is sometimes they simulate a ( rejection ) i did a task that took me 30 Minutes to do and truthfully , after i arrived on 91% they ''Rejected'' me . Well they didn’t rejected anything all they did is collect the most information of me for free , you robbers ! So you reject people because we never did a payment online ? We’re student in university ? Or you simulate it to not pay . Well americans gets 9$ for the hour and you robbing our time , my time is money . And if you do read my comment i can maybe ask you pity of us , we are humans , we live , our live all matters , we don’t deserve to waste time , in every second someone is born and another is dying and it could be us ! Our time is money . Time is the real money of our life so please respect it

Frequent drops, but one of the best. UPDATE: Down from 4 to 2 stars. All of the below is still true, but this app has dropped significantly in my estimation because the amount of times I’m dropped from surveys after completion has only increased. I’ve lost a lot of confidence in this app. They draw you in with the promise of higher rewards, but I’m now questioning with each tap how much of my time they may end up wasting. The risk is becoming less and less worth the effort. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Poll Pay is one of my three favorite survey apps and I’ve been using it for several months- whittled down from about a dozen. Poll Pay pays out very quickly and has reasonable minimum payout increments. Survey times are accurate, and there are far more $1-2+ surveys available at any given time compared to other apps. Unfortunately, I get booted from surveys in this app FAR MORE than any of the others I’ve used. I also get booted further into surveys (sometimes at the end) more frequently than other apps. Frustrating as that can be, the positives make this app significantly better to use than most others.

Buggy. I just downloaded this app. I did the initial survey and the “complete profile” one. First, their questions are very repetitive. I think they do this to try to catch you in a lie… but if you accidentally hit the wrong answer, there’s no way to go back. I haven’t run into that issue yet, but I’m sure I will.- Second, the app is extremely buggy. One of the questions to finish my profile asked me which devices I owned. I clicked on all the devices and went to go to the next question and told me my answer was in the wrong format. I’m just supposed to click the box! I clicked on “report problem” and it just had a message about “repetitive questions” being the issue when it was a technical issue. I had to skip that question which is unfortunate since I’m sure my answers would have qualified me for more surveys. Third, I finally got through the initial stuff and 3 surveys came up. Clicked on one, it said the survey ended. Clicked on another one, it said the survey ended. If the survey ended, why are you showing it to me??? I’ll give it a little while longer, but if these things keep up I’m just not going to bother. There are many other survey apps/sites out there to choose from.

No point , waste of time.. There’s honestly no point I’m downloading this app , the rewards aren’t even enough to amount to a homeless person. More importantly, you cannot finish any surveys if they don’t like your answers which random answers is the whole point in doing surveys. The requirements for a time consuming survey, that you most likely won’t finish because they didn’t like your answers doesn’t make sense. At the same time their target audience they’re requesting most likely doesn’t have 20 minutes for .50 , which again doesn’t align with the reasoning for even having a survey. 1/10 the design of the app is nice , they give you a prediction time is nice , and they tell you the amount your rewarded and cash out is nice. But I haven’t even made it there because they never liked my 3rd answer which is absurd. This app shouldn’t even be on the store what a rip off lol.

Don’t waste your time. It took me 3 days to finally make $10 after constantly being told I wasn’t a match for a survey I spent 15 minutes on just to get that answer. And I mean it’s never ending, realized it cost 0.90 cents just process your payment so had to spend anotherrrrrr couple hours making that just so I can take my money and run. Finally got it and when I went to check out through PayPal it tells me to put my number in to verify I’m a person or whatever.... I did that.... and it tells me my own number is invalid like what are you talking about. Just a scam. At first you’ll like it which makes sense based on its reviews because you actually get approved for the big buck surveys. But after 1 or 2 of those it’s like they know they have you hooked since you have 3-4 dollars in your account already but making to $10 is hell and is seriously not worth it. Plus....... I can’t even get my money so it was a complete waste of time and energy. Lameeeee.

Pay out. I enjoyed the surveys they’re interesting to learn things sometimes they’re funny when I earn the money to be paid out on my PayPal I did but I was supposed to do and it tells me to enter my phone number and I did numerous times and it says invalid phone number now I know my phone number is not an invalid phone number and I’m still yet to get my money because I don’t have a valid phone number I’ve been in my daughters my head and mine my grandmothers and none of them work what’s the problem with that and needs to be fixed thanks and have a good one

Great to a high extent. This app works well and did what I needed when I signed up for it looking for something to do with surveys for money and it worked well for what it does. My 2 gripes are this: I feel the pay needs to be more fair for each survey attempted but not worth it since only getting a cent for that is ok but a bit insulting. The second one is it got tiring not seeing many surveys show up or just going a week or two at a time without only seeing many to qualify for. For what it’s worth it was reliable while I used it and was definitely good with fast time reward exchanges, so yeah 4 out of 5 stars. I’m done with this now but if you need something to earn money with surveys with this app might be for you or not. Thanks

Always blocking my account. The surveys are fine and I like that poll pay does some work on their end to make sure you are getting ones you have a chance of qualifying for. Like most survey apps, you don’t get a lot in terms of payments. The lowest I’ve seen is $0.40 and the highest I’ve seen is $4.00. However, I’m always getting my account blocked for “lack of detail” or being “nonsensical” in my open answer qualifying surveys. I don’t understand that because I do my best to answer them. I spend a lot of time on them, I use words that are applicable to the topic, and I answer as fully and as detailed as I can, considering it’s not a college essay. There is no course of action I can take (that I’m aware of or have found) to ask why I’m always being kicked out. There are no guidelines beyond being detailed so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Because I get blocked every day, it takes me a long time to make any money. For that reason, I give this app only 2 stars.

ASKS WAY TO MANY PERSONAL QUESTIONS. Every time I even click on a survey to do it either instantly tells me I am not qualified or it tells me to complete my profile which pops up a question. That is way too personal like literally asking me what year my car is the make and model all kind of personal questions as it’s someone who made the app is trying to hack anything you have an act like you, so they have your personal information so they can pretend to be you. I was so excited to download this app even though I read a bunch of bad reviews because I always give everything a chance, but that was crazy. Good thing I didn’t even use my actual birthday because who knows they would’ve tried with the information I did put on there DO NOTTTTT DOWNLOAD

I don’t know yet. Well, so far I’ve had this for a couple days and have made a little over $2, the surveys are ok to take and interesting, however, literally almost every survey I click says I’m not the right person or it will start the survey and I’ll answer a couplet questions and then it will take me back the dashboard and say I’m not right person and to pick another survey. How am I supposed to get anything out of this app if every suervey keeps declining me? It’s very frustrating, depending how it goes, I’m gunna give it a few more days or so and then if it keeps being like that then I will be deleting it. There are plenty other paid survey sites that are way better and pay better and won’t disqualify you from every survey! Also from what I’ve read in the reviews in here, a lot of other people are having the same issues, what’s the point in even creating this app if no one can actually take the surveys? It’s very difficult to make some extra cash when you’re only making 1 cent per survey. But, like I said, I will be giving it another chance and then delete it if it doesn’t get better. Sorry, but this isn’t a very good app so far at all! Very disappointed.

The very first survey I took I got to the end and hit a loading screen that never populated the results, and I was dropped out of the survey with no payout. Okay, I figured I just hit a glitch it the app. The next few surveys I took collected a lot of information from me then randomly “dropped me out of the survey” due to not being a match? Thanks for the .01 cent for my wasted 5 minutes. If you’re going to have qualifying questions, please post them at the beginning so survey takers aren’t resubmitting all of the same information over and over again just to finally get to a survey and be dropped. You ask that survey takers be honest and reply with true answers but this is exactly why people lie about their answers and breeze through. Willing to give this another chance but I’m already weary of trying again. Not a good look, sis.

dissapointed at customer service. everytime i have contacted them for a bug issue i get NO REPLY. the first time contacting took WEEKS and i got tired of waiting so long without a reply. my gift card had a problem with processing for a few days and the balance got returned to me the first 2 times but after that, when my payment finally processed there was no link, just a blank bar with no website link or anything that hasn’t been working for weeks and my balance has not been returbed to me since that faulty payment processing. i only had one issue that i needed help with and out of all the times i tried to contact NOT ONCE was there a reply. customer service here is so dissappointing especially with the amount of time i spent on this app. i liked it at first because this app kept improving but now not really.

Not quite good enough 👎. Like many have stated you can make money on this app BUT this app is BUGGY!! if you make even the slightest finger slip in the wrong direction your account will be blocked for a period of time, from one hour to 4 hours! Surveys may be relatively high paying (even though there are other Apps which pay just as much) but it’s not worth the headache of the App being so unreliable! It only lets you cash out in increments of $15, $25, and $50 with an additional $0.90 tacked on that you have to pay to cash out through PayPal! Last night I went to cash out $25 through PayPal, this App said it sent my money to my PayPal account but it didn’t! Too often have I been too easily disqualified from surveys on this App and NOW I DON’T EVEN GET MY CASH I’VE EARNED!? I will be researching another Survey App to replace this one! Don’t waste your time, try Qmee or Surveys or even Eureka! At least when you cash out, you actually get the money! It’s legit about the free money but it’s hard…. I can barely make any money due to the fact I’m never “qualified” for a survey and get disqualified before I can actually start the survey I just completed a survey that took me 15+ minutes, all was going well and when I submitted it I got disqualified after I had given the information in the survey and did everything it asked and only got paid 1 cent for my compensation, and I explained all my answers in very good detail more than I should have thinking I would finally get laid but I didn’t. This is highly frustrating when your genuinely trying to get some pocket change and it keeps doing this. What would be a nice add on is to make it possible to see what the survey is about, what they want, and what there looking for so you’d be able to actually complete a survey without wasting your time and actually get paid. Unfortunately for you guys I will not be on this app often as I would indeed be wasting my time.

This app is okay but there are better survey apps. I’ve made some decent money on this app but you will get kicked out of a ton of surveys and I have completed a double digit amount of surveys where I have fully completed them and get kicked out in the end. I like that they don’t use points and show you the amount of money made and the one cent earned for dismissed surveys is okay too. The payments for surveys have also seemed to have gone down recently and it’s becoming much more difficult to complete the surveys. I would say I complete one out of ten surveys I try and even then one or two out of the ten I fully complete and get kicked out at the end.

No Offers.. While completing the sign up information, such as my profession, household info, etcetera — there was several offers I could see in the background — ranging from $1 to $3. They were clickable, but I decided before I complete a survey, I should finish my sign up survey. By the time that was completed, all of the surveys I had noticed in the background were gone. There were zero surveys to complete. Nothing was available. Now i’m not sure if it was because of my answers that I no longer qualified for said surveys, but I thought it was strange that they all disappeared. I wish I would have stopped the sign up survey I was doing to take advantage of the $1 and $2 offers before I was disqualified from them. So here’s a tip — answer as little as possible when it comes to the sign up survey, so as to not disqualify yourself. And if you see a paying survey, TAKE IT IMMEDIATELY! Don’t wait to complete anything. I will now be deleting this application, because what is the use if I do not qualify for anything. I’ll say it again — give them the bare minimum answers and be as vague as possible. The more info you give about yourself increases the odds that you will be disqualified from good paying surveys.

Great idea… poorly executed. The idea and premise of the app is great but the app itself has its flaws and most of them are on the survey participants expense. The surveys may range from 20 cents to a dollar each which isn’t too bad. However, the company or creator of the surveys can “disqualify” you at any time, I stress “ANY” time, they want. So, I have done several surveys that promise 50 cent or a dollar or something like that but am either immediately disqualified for not being their select audience or disqualified later into the survey for unknown reasons. Being disqualified pays 1 cent rather than the full amount. I understand being disqualified within the first test questions to check if you are what they are looking for, however when I have spent 5-15 minutes on a survey and then disqualified at the last question or close to the last question is ridiculous. After the user has been accepted as a participant, they shouldn’t be disqualified. It kinda defeats the purpose of surveys when the results are selected based on what the host wants. So, overall yes you do get paid for surveys but certainly not as much as what’s offered. And the times that are suggested are much shorter than what you actually have to spend considering how many disqualifications you’ll get. I’ve even been disqualified before answering a single question before.

Needs some fixing!. I just got the app, and I hope I can trust it because so far I’ve made a few bucks and I’m planning on getting a 10$ Walmart card when I make the rest. Anyways, there’s 2 issues I’ve got with this app. Number 1 is when I’m kicked out of a survey, which I’ve been doing for at least 15 minutes I may add, I only get rewarded 1 CENT?! WHY?! That’s so unfair! Also, the surveys are low key racist! I got kicked out of many of them for being white?! How?! Why again?! Issues. This app has been constantly frustrating. Every time I try to do about me survey, I always click to see it doesn’t register ANYTHING. I have to wait for 10 minutes just to register until suddenly it makes me wait for so long to the point I had to check my WIFI and delete the app. To see it wasn’t even my WIFI?? This app has major registering issues to the point it is so infuriating. Also having to do a survey until it declined me for no reason too, most of the time I would spend so many minutes on a survey and being honest, and it declines me and only gives me a cent. A whole 20 minutes for .01 cent. The thing is time is very important and having it to only decline cause it didn’t like the answer? Why not put a before poll to see if your qualify before actually wasting your doing the poll not to qualify. This app is also ridiculously hard to earn when you have these problems. It buffering/loading while it isn’t even your WIFI or phone and how little this app considers your time. Don’t download this app if you actually have time to waste and having to not be frustrated on bring decline. ‼️‼️

Not worth the time. Edit: nice to see the developers response BLAMING ME with accusations of being “untruthful” (calling me a liar), and blatantly ignoring the points made about surveys manipulating the time to completion. Confirm profile questions are ridiculously redundant- and after you complete them, you get asked again and again to answer the same exact questions to unlock more surveys without any payment for the redundant verification questions. When you do get a survey it will start off with the first 10 questions putting you 10% of the way through the survey, but then it’s 15 questions per 1% after that. They’re essentially sucking you in making you think you’re quickly moving through the survey before adjusting it to much higher number of questions per % until end of survey. They’re basically counting on you to want that $1 so badly you won’t care about the time loss vs time invested already after they’ve adjusted the questions/% to end ratio.

The app is garbage now. So I used to be able to use poll pay and complete surveys regularly. Now there are fewer surveys, although they are worth more money. The problem is I qualify for so few surveys it’s not worth it. I spent probably two hours today doing surveys that I didn’t get compensated for. I will literally finish a survey and then get told I don’t qualify. It’s a waste of my time and I only get a cent for 30+ minutes of completing a survey. I’m been extremely frustrated with this app and I think I will probably stop using it. Qmee has been much more reliable for me lately. I can’t recommend this app because I don’t think it’s worth the effort. The minimum payout is $5 and you also have to pay a fifty cent fee, so $5.50 to cash out. I would try different apps before downloading poll pay. I wish it actually had surveys I can complete and get paid for.

Great survey app. This is a decent app for taking surveys. I have been able to cash out twice so far. They do take a little bit of time to pay you the first time. However, payment arrived via PayPal when they said it would. Most survey apps you have to answer the same questions numerous times. It’s usually from the researchers conducting the surveys and not poll pay. When doing surveys just remember that your not going to qualify for all of them. Set aside specific times each day to do surveys, answer honestly and you will get invited to more surveys.

Money made easy. I only bought this yesterday and have made $5.16 in my account, then it said I need to wait for new offers. My only complaint so far is that it sometimes reaches the ends of a survey without any options to get my reward. I’m just really hoping that this isn’t one of those apps that caps your balance before you can actually get any rewards considering I need at least $25 to acquire any real rewards and it isn’t showing any offers after reaching $5.16. Looking forward to the next surveys so I can save up for my new game.

Good value surveys but a really glitchy app. I’ve overall liked pollpay because they pay really good for surveys. I have been dealing with multiple problems, though. I can get most of the way through almost all of the surveys, and then get disqualified. I’m always honest and take survey slow. I never mess up a disqualifying question. It feels like I’m getting ripped off. The other main problem I’m having right now is they decided to ban me for 24 hours due to my device having “anomalies that can lead to poor results in market research”. I don’t even understand what that means. I was just starting a nice survey and then it cancelled out and put the ban screen on my page. The only reason I keep coming back is because it pays really well per survey.

Good app but very annoying. This is a great app to do surveys and get money based on what answers you have given. They have a lot of questions set up to make sure you’re not putting fake answers which I find pretty good. However if you do like 10 surveys in a row it suspends your account for 12 HOURS!! It will tell you that you are “too active” and does not allow you to do anything for 12 hours. I find this very annoying because I have given honest answers and put lots of detail for the open-ended answers. It also does not allow you to pay out unless you have been on the app for a specific amount of time. I have to wait 5 days to payout. This makes no sense as to why they set that up. I do not recommend downloading this app.

In like a month of having it i've cashed out $55 all through paypal. there is a fee to cash out but i'm amazed at the fact that i got so much in the first place. Horrendous Customer Service. The app is ok for slowly accumulating money to cash out to PayPal or for a gift card but if you have any issues with pay outs or non rewards from their “third party” partners offers you better strap in for the merry go round of either being directed by POLLPAY to some obscure (possibly non existent) email contact or being completely ignored and POLLPAY not responding at all to any legitimate issues and questions. I find them rude and dishonest in the way they act and treat people so 1 Star and I’m thinking they are dodgy and possibly a scam site. And no need to reply telling me to get in contact with your customer service team or the developers or whoever. I’ve tried and get no response even though my issue with a non payout hasn’t been resolved after almost 5 weeks after completion of the required steps of the offer. So try fixing it instead of fobbing people off.

Complete scam. 100% a scam. At first I thought this app was great as it pays quite a high amount for surveys and there are a lot available. I now know that’s because they don’t pay out and it’s a scam. Tried to cash out at $25, 2 weeks later still no money and suddenly my account is ‘under review for suspicious activity’ despite the fact I carefully and accurately completed all surveys, and clicked out of any I didn’t feel I could complete properly due to lack of knowledge on my part, as to not skew results. Doesn’t take a genius to realise they will probably now ban my account for no reason and refuse to give me my $25, and of course you can’t get help from anybody or any explanation. Don’t bother. Absolutely horrible paying surveys, and they kick you out often with no compensation. To redeem $15 you have to actually redeem about $20! (They take 30%- it’s a joke!!!)

Very hit and miss. So this app was great until I claimed my first pay pal reward of $25, ever since then only about 2% of surveys work, the rest just cut out or they let you complete them right till the last question then say you no longer qualify. At first I thought it was my phone but iv deleted and redownloaded the app, iv also signed in through the safari app on my iPhone and iv checked for all updates. Currently iv been able to complete 2 surveys out the last 76. Half the time the survey just freezes and ya gotta close it. Format requested for birthday. I didn’t have troubles with the app at first but as I start using it more it made me put my birth date but kept asking me to use an specific birth date format. Though, I tried all types of formats but none worked.

FIRST TIME USER HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. I’ve did 2 surveys and went all through it and everything was going well till at the end it asked me the final questions like how many people live with me and my annual gross and after u answer those question your suppose to get the reward but I did not instead it took me back to the survey page. Perpetually Disqualified. After completing my profile, I was keen to start completing surveys and earn rewards—however, every time I tried to do one, I keep getting disqualified and kicked out of the survey. This happens probably 4-5 questions in, with no explanation, other than I’m disqualified. I would understand it if it happened one or two times, but I have honestly never been able to complete a survey, other than completing my profile. Very frustrating, this app was a waste of my time.

Keeps kicking me out. The amount of times it said “the researcher is looking for specific people” then kicking me out and giving me a 2 cent compensation after spending 7+ minutes on the survey is incredible. This is extremely annoying and i think they might be getting the small information then kicking me out so that they barely lose anything.

Doesn’t accept Australian Postcodes. Don’t waste your time if you’re in Australia as you can’t complete the initial survey. The initial survey ask for the first half of your postcode. Australian postcodes are usually four numeric digits. There are some 3 digit ones. The app won’t accept only two digits. Funny it knows it’s going to pay in Australian dollars though.

On top of that, I have never seen so many disqualifications. The preliminary questions before the surveys often don’t match the survey, but another one they might have on their survey. So you get disqualified either way. It does not work with surveys you have to record videos, so you have to leave. There are so many glitches to this app, it should not be allowed at the App Store.

Poor. The app has yet to pay out. It first indicated that the supplier is currently out of gift cards then said the account is under review for suspicious activity without indicating what will happen next. Scam. This app will take your user data and pretend to reward you with gift cards, but it’s all a trick. I tried cashing out $15 in PayPal on December 19, 2020 and I’m still waiting for a payment. Silly me kept up with the app and thought it was a fluke. Then, I kept going and filling out surveys until I managed to collect $50. This time I try redeeming in an Amazon gift card. I’ve been waiting since February 11 for that one. Now I’m out $65 total from these guys, not to mention the time lost that I put in. This app should be flagged as a scam to users!!! 😡🤬

It don’t seem like a actual site to work to it offers gift cards and says people have been rewarded. But I’m pretty sure those are just bots or people that work for the company. The amount of false advertisement around the world gives me mixed feelings about this. Maybe make it stop disqualifying people because all of my friends agree that this app isn’t working out for them.

it works but…. It works but i wouldn’t even attempt the higher paying Polls because they will disqualify you over ANYTHING. It really ridiculous, almost every high paying poll will disqualify you immediately for no other reason then “sorry this survey wants a specific person” i could understand maybe one or two doing it but all of them? Seems really shady. Other than that it’ll pay you it’s just going to take a while.

This app is legit. I made $25 within the first week doing surveys and now I’m just waiting on my iTunes gift card. The grind was rough but definitely worth it, I only do like 6 surveys every night of the day, you gotta have a lot of dedication and patience for your balance to accumulate. The surveys are reasonable and if you get lucky you’ll be assigned $4 surveys (I only got them once) but yeah I’d recommend you guys check it out.

I’m confused.. The weirdest app that I’ve ever came across! By looking at the app in the App Store, it showed that the surveys would be about entertainment and things of that sort. I’m constantly getting surveys that are labeled as “General” and they are just way too personal! Very misleading than what they promoted in the App Store. I don’t feel comfortable doing surveys about my personal life especially being that this is not me applying for a job! Another problem is the “We’re sorry, but this researcher seems to be looking for specific people” and this happens more than a few times when I do a survey!

Good app, terrible service. Sometimes I really want to love this app but when it comes to certain surveys, they be quick to disqualify you when it comes to a specified income, opinion, race and other subjects that would dispel you from participating in any high value surveys. As of recent, they have locked me out and I was close to getting a payout. I don’t know why but it ain’t fair. I raised a decent amount from this app, that’s the good thing but overall the survey application and requirements are absurd and needs to be tweaked.

Feel Robbed of 45 minutes. I just spent close to an hour tediously answering questions on not one but TWO surveys just to have them both malfunction in the middle of the surveys (between 35-50% completed) after answering LOADS of questions and providing the research company with a lot of data. So I worked for free and they scored information for free. Really annoyed with this. And clearly it’s a scam that comes from poll pay itself because the surveys were from two entirely different organizations. The first was regarding hospitals in my city and the next was regarding plant-based food. Don’t let these people steal your time and opinions like I did.

It works. For everyone saying it doesn’t work. It does I’m not a bot either. I cashed out 2 times already and made $20 two times for $10. This acually works idk what the others are sayin they cappin. Eh it’s ok. I really did like this app in the beginning because you really do earn money. But now it’s starting to irritate me because it’s starting to mess up A LOT!!! Mostly because the surveys say I’m not qualified after I’m more then halfway through it or just kicks me out and doesn’t give me anything. Then the past 2 days after doing multiple surveys all day it banned me for 24 hrs back to back, so 48 hrs total saying something was wrong with my phone when I know in fact there isn’t because it’s a brand new phone! Will probably look for a diff tone yo use because this one isn’t worth the hassle anymore!

Beware!!. I took surveys and got paid my first time I cashed out on PayPal. The second time I tried to cash out it said cash out successful and there was nothing in my paypal(still nothing). So I reached out to see what was going on and still haven’t heard anything back this was days ago. So I decided to try to write them another message and I woke up this morning blocked for a full 364 days. So I guess not only do they take your time for you to do their surveys and not pay you, but block you from using the app if you try to confront them about the money. They still owe me $25 but I’m blocked for a year I can’t even reach out to them. Very dissatisfied and angry

You Can Make Money In A Realistic Amount Of Time. I’ve cashed out at least $50 with this. It can be finicky sometimes, but you just have to be patient. Something that might slow you down is your demographic, so hint: they really like middle class white males. Anyway, you can expect to get 10 cents to $2 per survey, with each survey being 5-20 minutes. If you’ve got time, it’s easy money.

Very good app. This app is very good. It is simple to understand, it gives actual money, and it does not take long to do so. The only downside is how some surveys put the demographic questions at the end and disqualify you after 30-40 minutes of work. Also, when one chooses a gift card as a reward, how can they redeem it? I just chose to be paid out in the form of an iTunes gift card but cannot figure out how to redeem it.

Great concept - Many issues. Love this but I’m having multiple issues and have gotten locked out every 24 hours for no reason. Some surveys when clicked on pop up an error and the only option I have is to leave it, and then I’m locked out for 24 hours. This has happened 4 days in a row now and I’m not sure why. There is no customer support so have no way of contacting them to fix the issue. Once I even completed a survey, it credited my account and then locked me out...not sure what the issue is but it has been aggravating and not worth the time.

Couldn’t even get past the first survey. This app initially seemed advertised to make a couple dollars here and there filling out short and easy surveys. The first survey claimed to take 3 minutes to complete. 10 minutes later and it has asked me only a handful of different questions, but each with several renditions and rewordings. One of the questions and the responses that followed were entirely in Spanish. I stopped and restarted it, thinking maybe I ran into a bug before the same issues arose again. This app is either not at all ready for public use or it is simply a terrible finished product.

Fix the problem. I so agree with the first review, I hate it as well when you try your best to answer all questions and at the end of a survey you are penalized, you account gets blocked for stupid reasons, didn’t do anything wrong, I took a 30 minute survey and when I finally finished I did not even get 1 Penny.... I barely answer my age and it tells me I do not qualify, like wth.... discrimination... I did however cash out my first $10, but afterwards it made it impossible for me to continue to make money, been stuck on same amount for at least two weeks, it’s ridiculous, if this keeps up I will delete app and I will let my friends know not to waste their time on here.. 👎🏻

Doesn’t put all earnings. I have many surgery apps and this one I have the most issues with. While the survey amounts are great there have been AT LEAST 10 surveys where I was on the last question and it will say oh sorry you were disqualified and not give Amy credit when I’ve spent 10-30 minutes on them. The qualifying questions are in the beginning so it makes no sense. Since you have to have $25 to cash out I’m stuck either wasting my time or losing the $18 I currently have and all the effort I put in. Beyond frustrating.

Legit Pay 💸💰💵. You actually get paid a very decent amount of money for each survey that you complete. The surveys are easy so far! And they do not kick you off of the surveys halfway way into it, just to tell you that you do not qualify for this survey and then try to pay you pennies after pretty much complete the whole survey. Those surveys are complete scams but these surveys are legit

Rip off. Update- during cash out the app banned me and said I’m not doing good enough. Lost all that I had earned and several hours trying this app out. Sad waste of time. Used the app for a few day to earn almost $40. Now my survey page screen is gray and no surveys or questions to even answer. Tried to cash out and asked for $25 on my PayPal and 10 for Starbucks. Still have not received either or any communication as to where they are. What a waste of spare time! Also, a lot of the surveys lie about how long it’ll take or wait til the very end. 20 mins worth of questioning just to say your disqualified.. even though you can see you’ve completed the survey for them. Then you get .01 instead of $2-3

Don’t Waste Your Time. Downloaded the app and set up my profile…After answering numerous questions so the app can place me on which surveys I qualify for, I began clicking on surveys. I started clicking on the surveys that offered a higher payout ($3-$6), each one asks you an initial question to see if you “qualify”. After each question I answered the app asked me to choose a different survey because I didn’t qualify (what a shocker) and the $ amount went down each time. The amounts were getting so low, I just uninstalled the app. This is so typical of any entity offering $ for surveys, games, etc. As the title says on my review, don’t waste your time!

They just use you for information. I’ve been using this app for more than a minute because it does pay out good sometimes most of the time the survey company’s will qualify you for the survey then kick you out after you answered a said amount of questions, and poll pay will say it’s because you weren’t answering questions right or they don’t match previous ones but they do every single one of my answers are all the same you guys use us for a little bit of data and disqualify for no reason so you don’t have to pay us it’s ridiculous can’t wait to hear poll pays excuses though

It’s ok. I like this app I think it’s a great way to make money but there is one thing that makes this app 3 stars. You rarely ever get qualified for a survey! It’s so annoying because you give out so much info and they it says your not qualified. The worst part is you get $0.01 for every survey you don’t qualify for. I think you should take a survey when you sign up giving info about your age and what you do for work, then it recommends surveys that you WILL qualify for.

Good and bad. I’m up to $10 with this app. I haven’t cashed in yet. Hopefully they actually give me money. Pros:There are surveys 24/7 unlike or their survey apps where you only get like 1 every week. You can work up a balance with patience and the app working correctly Cons: There are several times where I will do the whole survey and it will say it cannot redirect me and so I have to close out and don’t get a reward which is really annoying. It also disqualify you most of the time which can get annoying too. They need to fix their links so you actually get your reward EVERY TIME after completing the surveys. I wish that they had shorter surveys too. Edit: There are so many technical problems with this app. I just click on a survey and it says I’m not qualified and gives me one cent. I also get a lot that say I already too the survey and can’t take it again and it gives me one cent. If I already did it why and I having the option to do it again.

BELOW average. If I were you, I would go download ‘SwagBucks’ where they properly compensate you even if you’re not qualified for the survey, you don’t just get one cent. I have to try 4-5 surveys just to find one I’m “qualified” for. And then it’s always the one for under 50 cents, and rarely at 50 cents or more. The only good thing is once you do get to redeem reward, that they charge you 90 cents to be able to receive , after you had to do 40+ surveys (disqualified attempts included) to be able to reach that point, after the first time , it’s been sending me reward instantly. Overall bad & extra time consuming experience.

Loved until they banned me. I’m a stay at home mom who enjoyed poll pay as a way to wind down. In comparison to other survey based apps and websites I wholeheartedly appreciated poll pay. First for the honest and inclusion amongst other things. HOWEVER, when I sat down to spend some time on poll pay, I opened the app only to see that I had been permanently blocked, with no real reason. It said even “support” couldn’t help me, I’m not sure if that’s a scare tactic or what, but it’s extremely disappointing and out of left field, especially since I was working towards my next payout.

Too much wasted time. It takes around 2 minutes to fill out a survey that is suppose to get you paid surveys based on your answers. Then when you get those surveys it takes around 3-5 minutes to enter enough information until they’ve decided if you’re a good candidate. After that 5 minutes i get rejected in 90% of the surveys. So After an hour of trying I’ve managed to take 2 surveys and have made around $1. The cheapest cash out option is $10. I’m not going to spend enough 10 hours of getting rejected. They need to find a better system to match you with surveys you’re actually eligible for

SCAM. At first was amazing then started rejecting my surveys after I got close to the end of them and kicking me out of them giving me only 1 cent! Waste of time!!! Then out of nowhere my account was permanently suspended saying I violated their terms???? Like how I was answering the survey honestly and then got kicked out in the middle of it saying I didn’t qualify! I guess if they don’t like your answers then they just block you! So you have to answer the way they want you to answer or else you get blocked and don’t get paid for your time! So in truth this isn’t a true survey company they don’t want your opinions they want to pay you to say what they want the results to be! Stay FAR away from this APP!!!

Suspicious Activity!! Right…... I tried to cash out to Pay Pal today, this would be my 2nd $15 pay out. I’m being told it’s being held for 16 days due to suspicious activity on my account!!! And of course they say don’t try to contact us!! Funny how I’m only hearing about suspicious activity when I try to cash out. I’ve answered all the questions honestly. I’ve dealt with buggy surveys, surveys that disqualify you after you’ve spent several minutes answering questions as well as clicking on surveys that say they will only be a few minutes long then as you start one it jumps to 15 minutes or more. 16 days😡😡😡😡

Just a scam. Endless qualification survey that asks your whole life story. Some questions that are nobody’s business. Once you get through that, you can start taking the surveys but you complete questions and they kick you out saying stuff like “Not the target audience” or “Sorry you are not qualified” then you’re given a penny. Because you can go far with a penny on an app. A 5 minute survey becomes a 25 minute survey, then if you somehow manage to complete it without their assumptions of qualification or demographic, you don’t even earn the the reward they say you’ll get. Don’t waste your time with this nonsense

Don’t Get This App. This app is definitely a scam. All of the positive reviews are not true. I had done surveys for the first 5 days in order to get a first payout as stated in the app. I selected to be paid out via PayPal and have not received anything. In the FAQs for payout it states that PayPal payment should be immediate. The app doesn’t have any contact information, I was able to find an email on their Instagram. I’ve been emailing them for over a week and still have not received a response. I simply asked how long is the process in order to receive payment. This app should be removed completely. Go and get Surveys On The Go app for guaranteed payout.

Ugh….terrible experience (seems like a common theme). Spend 10 mins answering qualifying questions to have access to surveys. Then Spend 20 mins taking a survey just for the survey to say “sorry we are looking for other candidates” and pays out $0.01 after spending at least 30 mins on questions. THAT IS SKUMMY….you should be prorating the payout or the surveys should only be able to disqualify someone within the first 5 questions of their survey. To be able to kick someone out of the survey 20+ questions in and 20+ minutes in is manipulative. This app is a master of getting information without having to payout to the users…definitely taking advantage of people…

I was skeptical. I really liked the app and I was able to take a majority of the surveys offered. The only downside is that once I was able to earn the amount to cash out, it flagged my account for “suspicious activity” and I had to wait 19 days for payout. So I figured it was just another scam app and I would never see the money. Well, to my surprise. I checked today and the $ is in my account. I will continue to use this app !!

Horrible. First things first, they advertise same day cash out. I earned $16 so that I can cash out via PayPal. Once I tried to cash out I received a message stating that the money will be on hold for 20 days to be verified. Then it said it looks like the supplier may have delivery issues . We will try to get your payout by 5/7. Today is 4/18. Why do I have to wait 3 weeks for a $16 PayPal payout.I’ve never had an issue with any other platform. At this point I just want to get rid of my account and the app but I would hate to have wasted my time. I 100% do not recommend unless you have time to sit here and do surveys for fun.

Horrible app !!. I had very high hopes for this app but sadly I have lost all hope. I’ve been completing surveys for about 2 hours now and I have not yet been able to qualify for a survey !! I’ve answered everything truthfully and took my time answering them yet I get kicked out and rewarded 1 cent, which I never received after multiple try’s. Also this app is very slow and I’m not sure why but it’s not much of a big deal to me compared to the fact that I haven’t qualified for any surveys after hours/received my one cents per survey at least. Complete 100% of Survey, Poll Play says ‘Dropped Out’; Locked Out. I can’t seem to find an option in the Poll Play app or through their website to be able to actually contact support. This issue with surveys has happened multiple times- I complete a survey in its entirety, but once I’m returned to the Poll Play app, a notification shows up stating “Dropped out of survey.”Most recently wasted my time completing a survey to be credited $0.01 instead of the $2.75. I just began a survey that’s first question asked me to “describe a beautiful memory from my childhood” which I did and now my account is locked? Would really love to speak with someone with Poll Play.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got the app and was able to complete my intro survey, I clicked on the available surveys and they said that they were unavailable at the time and the app gave me the option to report the survey. I didn’t report the first two I clicked on. I got blocked for 24 hours for reporting the third unavailable survey. I got back on the app today, three days later, and completed another intro survey. Once completed I clicked on the only other available survey and it again, did not work, I reported it, and am now blocked again due to “devise anomalies”. Don’t waste your time, definitely not worth the hassle.

Awful. Worst survey app I’ve ever used. Didn’t get my money both times I tried redeeming which was a waste of my time, they kept locking me out even though I answered every survey honestly and with detail. And now I’m locked out for a year (not that I care since they won’t pay me anyway) due to merchants not accepting my surveys due to them being (poor quality) which is bull because even parts where I had to answer in my own words I’d write honestly and with long thoughtful answers, such a waste of my time when survey junkie would have been better off for me but unfortunately I’ll never get all that time back (which was about 15 hours of my time for 2 weeks)

PLEASE do not use this app.. I know it’s tempting, especially if you are desperate for money. - BUT unless you’ve got nothing but time to burn, it’s a complete scam. You’ll get maybe 2-3 surveys right off the bat and then will repeatedly get scammed into taking 30+ minute long surveys that you will get disqualified for half way through and ONLY get 1 cent. That’s 2 cents an hour folks - for doing nothing at all of value. This app completely omits this information and makes you think if you’re initially accepted you’ll get the 39 cents to $1 range, but it so SO rarely happens. Please do something else and do not waste your precious time.

Smart idea, but no outcome. Whats the point of this app if you cant even “qualify” for some of the surveys and why doesn't it tell you if you qualify or not??? You can’t cash it out, the lowest it gives you if a $25 gift card. But you have to get $25 worth of surveys first. Each survey isn’t much money. And most of the times you can’t even qualify for a survey if you get one question answered “wrong.” Even though they’re all personal questions, that they shouldn’t be disqualifying people because their answer if different to the qualifications. I’m really mad because I’m really broke and I don’t have many ways of making money. So I thought this could maybe help with that but absolutely not.

Something is wrong. Now I love this app I’m trying to get a 10 dollar gift card for apple but I can’t and it seems impossible. Pros and Cons. Pros: I’ve gotten several really high paying surveys ($1 +) so far. I’ve used the app 3 weeks-ish. Surveys have been good quality. Cons: This is mainly the reason I can’t give you guys a 5 star. Cashing out to PayPal IS NOT FREE. They will take a fee from your earnings which honestly is a turn off. While your competitor app like Qmee has zero minimum for cashing out (yours is $15) and it’s FREE to transfer to PayPal. I have a dozen of these survey apps on my phone which I open daily. And you are the only company that’s charging users for PayPal. 😪

Banned for no reason. I just found out about this app and it looked good at first, high paying surveys, good interface and presentation. But then once I’m done answering qualification questions I then click on a survey that’s about 8 minutes for $2.61. As soon as I click the survey it closes and says I fell into a trap question and I’m banned for a day when I didn’t even answer a single question it just redirects me and I’m banned. I would be fine with this if there was an actual support team to talk to but nah. Anyways I was only banned for 24 hours so I’ll give it a shot tomorrow when I have time.

First Impression. Downloaded the app, easy sign up, answered all questions that were asked of me honestly. After spending over 3 HOURS STRAIGHT on this app during my first session of doing surveys exclusively, I now have a total of a rewards balance of $0.79. That is a high amount of earnings for the amount of time I’ve had the app downloaded when compared to similar apps. However, was that .79 worth almost 4 hours of my time life I’m never going to get back? No man, it really wasn’t.

Cut back on blocking accounts. This is a perfect app for making some decent money and one of the highest paying survey apps I’ve ran across. My only concern is please lay off on blocking users from doing surveys. My account was randomly blocked for 23 hours.. that’s not a good or professional way of getting new users to use your survey application.. if anything that will persuade people away from wanting to use this app.

Its ok but…. The app is pretty cool. You get surveys from 70 cents to up to and above 3 dollars but i cant tell you how many surveys ive wasted 10 + minutes on that say they are 6 minute surveys just to be kicked off the survey. One survey said six minutes which turned into over 30 minutes of math problems. Id say i get kicked off of surveys more then completions by far so be aware. In 4 hours i made a little over 4 dollars with most of that time being spent getting kicked off of surveys.

Great App!. I’ll admit was skeptical at first and for the first few days, but I can say now that this app has done me wonders. It’s been 10 days with this app and I just requested my second 10$ payout, my first payout was successful and spent on a gift. At first I had to wait 3-5 days to cash out due to security issues but hence my skepticism after that time was up payouts worked correctly, and don’t worry once you pay out it does take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. I’m not saying this app will make you rich or you will cash out quickly, though if you spend mad time on this app you will earn some good cash. I spend 2-3+ hours daily taking surveys hence my amount of payouts. Thank you Poll Pay for the wonderful app and I appreciate all the work.

Got permanently blocked for no reason. I really loved this app. I feel like I was doing well at the surveys and I was actually enjoying sharing my opinions on them. I had almost $20 in the account when all of the sudden I got blocked from my account. I was honest on all of the surveys I took and I paid attention to all of the questions. Now I don’t get any of that money and I’m really disappointed in this app. Don’t waste your time. If you want a better app, go to Qmee. You can cash out at anytime and they don’t block you for absolutely no reason.

You get money slowly if you have time to take lots of surgery’s.. I have just under 2$ now and I have had the app for 1 day. I’m not looking to make big bucks or quick cash, just got it to have something to do from time to time. One thing that I’ve found frustrating is when I have taken a survey for 20 minutes provided feedback only to be directed to a page saying “404 server not found” and then I don’t get my payout for completing the survey. I just did a surgery for Seventh Generation that took be 23 minutes and was worth 3$ but now I don’t get that reward. Seems like a scam to be directed to an error page...

69 year old white male retired $65k/yr. I had to drop a star. Hardly any survey needs my opinion. $.01 for your rejected opinion is about all you'll get and sometimes you don't even get that. Some rejections take just a few seconds, others waste a few minutes. I believe many questions are crafted to harvest good information before they kick you out. Updated: After finishing the above review I finished a half hour survey and I mean finished it complete. To no surprise, and this goes for other survey apps, it froze. That had nothing to do with my demographic but everything to do with Pollpay. I wonder how they scam the clients also?
