Great app!! but a tiny problem. i’ve had this app for about a year and honestly this is the most amazing app out of all of my spiritual apps!! i really like it’s so aestheticly pleasing, it really is! but after a year of having it i ended up having to delete it because of something personal that was happening to me, i just downloaded it today again and i’m a little confused…….so when i downloaded it again i had down the whole set up of putting in all my birth info but then when the process was finished i found myself just starring at home page of the app with confusion, i could not find my rising OR moon sign listed to the top left screen? and things were a just a little different, but the main problem is that i can’t find my rising or my moon sign anywhere? help?? lollll 😭

An error right away?. So my birthday is August 23rd, which I know is on a cusp. However, in the app it says August 23rd is a Virgo, yet it says I am a Leo in the app. I understand the whole cusp thing gives me qualities of both, but in the app it lists the beginning of Virgo as August 23rd, but yet it categorizes me as a Leo, which ends the 22nd? I definitely listed my birthday correctly. I don’t understand why it would categorize me as a Leo, when even in the app it begins Virgo on the 23rd? Is it a fluke? If you’re going to categorize me as a Leo, then at least change the dates you categorize with so there is at least an explanation. Don’t categorize me as a Leo, but then say Virgos start on the 23rd when you won’t even categorize me as a Virgo. As for the app itself. The daily horoscopes are nice and even though it categorized me as a Leo instead of a Virgo, I was happy that I could still view the Virgo horoscope. As for the other features, you would have to pay to get anything else out of the app. Yes you get a free compatibility report, just one, if you wanted to try another you’d have to subscribe and pay. Honestly, I wish I could get past the Leo/Virgo issue I had, but it really bothers me and I think I’m going to have to delete the app. Please update your dates or fix the issue of having August 23rd-ers categorized as Leos when even in the app it says August 23rd is a Virgo.

Frustrating Bugs. I really like the accuracy and different features of this app, but I have had it for 3 weeks now and have had some of the same recurring issues. I never know when the app will connect. It will either keep me on the spinning “Nebula” screen or tell me that something is wrong and to try again later. This is really frustrating as a fairly new user. Also, since day one, my widget has not worked on my home screen. It is completely blank and displays no information. At first I thought maybe it was just mine as I got a iPhone for the first time and maybe I was doing it wrong. But then my friend who has been using nebula for quite some time said that her widget hasn’t been working recently either. These bugs need fixed soon or I will be finding another app for my daily horoscope.

5 Stars. This horoscope app is the most accurate one I have come across. I have been studying astrology myself for a few years and am really passionate about it. I had Co-Star for a while and it doesn’t even compare to this. I found co-star to be exceedingly inaccurate all the time, and also kind of a cynical app as well. Nebula tacks the moon as well and has so much variety for checking palms and compatibility as well as seeking real professional astrologers too. 5 stars to this app for gushing my day to day emotional, intellectual, and physical aptitude as well as a very accurate description. It knows when I’m going to be more emotional or click better with family. Or how I’ll feel good and it’s easier to attract love or how I may want to react. Etc. very good app love how it goes but all signs in the chart not just the sun sign !

It’s okay I guess. Right off the bat I’m going to say I’m eleven. I downloaded this app because I think zodiac stuff is interesting. So as I was setting it up and got to the part where you select your birthday, I noticed if you use 2010, 2011, 2012 etc, it would automatically go to 2009. I do not know if it was programmed this way or if it’s an error. I was really disappointed with this. I believe the app should let people use any age they would like, whether it’s for their children, a friend or just anyone, because zodiac stuff is super fun! Even though it isn’t always quite accurate. I hope that people will be able to use ages younger than thirteen in the future with this app :/ — btw I believe this is a great app, again, I’m a bit upset that you aren’t able to use ages under thirteen 😕 Response to developer: Okay, that makes sense. I would be looking up to the update if it comes out! Thank you for letting me know.

Great concept, weird notifications. I got this app because my boyfriend got it and suggested it to me. At first, I was happy to find an app that was accurate and gave me more information than other astrology apps. Over time, it started sending me at least 3-5 notifications a day and the WORST PART was that they all said something along the lines of “Talk to an astrologer—find out when you will get married” or “Find out when you’ll have kids”. My boyfriend hasn’t received a single notification like this (about marriage and kids). I am not even near the average age that people have children and got so fed up with these notifications that I deleted the app. I also didn’t enjoy the interface and noticed quite a few grammatical errors, but this wouldn’t have made me stop using the app if it wasn’t sending me misogynistic notifications all day about personal life events that I don’t even care for at the moment.

Great info, a few app improvements. The info provided in this app is very accurate and relatable. I like how easy it is to switch between horoscopes, day, week, month. I also like that they have the plan reading and actual astrologers you can chose to get a reading from. I don’t like that it has many different pricing for subscriptions. Some are deals are worse than others, but what’s advertised in the app is different from the phone settings subscription page. I also don’t like that you can’t go back to edit your info. I wasn’t sure what my birth time was so I left it, I found out and would’ve liked to go back and add it in. Not sure if it would make a difference but it seems like it is important.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!. I agreed to the free 7-day trial, on the 6th day, I could not find the unsubscribe link, so I emailed. Andrew” told me my request was received, and that I am now unsubscribed. After that, I was charged $9.99 three times. I emailed them about this, and they told me I did not unsubscribe in time, and that the subscription link was sent to me in an email, I should have used that to unsubscribe. I never received this link. All I could find in my emails is the support email. But they kept telling me I need to use this non-existent link. I went back-and-forth with them through e-mail, and all the while they were telling me that I cancelled too late and I am not entitled to a refund. This morning I got my fourth charge from them. They still have not cancelled my “subscription” which I never signed up for, nor have they sent me this link they kept telling me I received, which I didn’t. I now will have to contact my credit card company and hope they will do something about it. Do not down load this app, unless you want serious headaches down the line. Read the other reviews, they corroborate this horrible experience and terrible customer service.

It’s been fun and insightful. I have to say some of it has been great insightful and reassuring and most things have been predicted accurately it took me a couple tries to find the right one when it came to relationships you’d have the people who’d just say get over it move on instead of providing valid advice and criticism to help constructively move and build forward instead of saying brush off the anguish and anxiety you’re feeling my only gripe is that the time/meter for chat goes by quickly and sometimes they don’t respond fast so you won’t see the messages at all and there is a bit problem to join their telegram but those scams are obvious and most of the stuff is expensive so plan accordingly

Charges are ridiculous.. $10 a WEEK for the same features is ridiculous. Then anything else in the app costs more money on top of that, and is not clearly explained until you put in all the info and it finally tells you the cost. Not to mention- the very first time I did the compatibility, an option to get a more specific report was in a box on the screen within the description. When I put in all the info, the app alerted me that I would receive an email by 11am the next day. I did not, and reached out to the support wondering why. While the replies were timely and informative, they did not have a solid answer for why it told me that and didn’t follow through. They said i didn’t pay, but i was not prompted to. When I went to cancel the subscription, there are roughly 20 different pricing options and the cancel option. How was my pricing determined? Needs work- onboarding would make a huge difference, and being upfront with cost as well.

It’s good but…. So overall this app is a good one, but I do have some issues with it. For starters, I’ve had this app for a long time now (over a year). Every time you want to unlock something (like palm reading) you have to watch an ad. After you watch the ad and exist the “notes” (section of palm reading) it will be locked once again. So what I’m saying is that if you unlock something by watching ads it will lock once you leave the page. You can easily find the information on your sign on another app without watching the ads over and over again. The only way I see this app different than the others are the shop/store, but every time I open the store it opens up my settings for some reason.

Be extremely careful. I accidentally selected membership instead of the 3 day free trial. There was not a clear way to select the option and I assumed the 3 day free period was standard. Unfortunately, when I confirmed, what I thought was the 3 day trial, the full membership option lit up and I was charged $127. I IMMEDIATELY contacted Nebula and explained what had happened. I also contacted Apple’s help center. I was told that I am, for reasons unknown, ineligible for a refund. I’m extremely disappointed that I have been forced to pay such an incredibly large amount for this app. I signed up out of curiosity and am paying dearly for it. I am now stuck with either not using it and wasting my hard earned money, or using an app I DO NOT WANT. I can assure you that when this unfair subscription has expired, I definitely will not renew and will take great care to make sure this company never receives another penny from me. I’ve read through many reviews and have come to the conclusion that Nebula is VERY aware that their subscription process is confusing and causing a lot of people to mistakenly lose out on a LOT of money. This is obviously intentional. They are obviously doing it because they know they Apple won’t require them to issue refunds. This is extremely dishonest and shows a complete lack of integrity.

A truly great app.. Not only is this app crazy accurate, but it provides education on everything you would want to know about astrology, birth and gemstones, your birth time, palm reading, etc. though it has an option to pay to unlock the lessons, you are also able to watch an add to unlock them, as well! So, if your a bit tight on funds, there’s still an option to educate yourself! I love the fact of when you are setting the app up to your customization, it asks more than just your name and birth date, with the little bit of extra information you provide of what time you were born and where, it is able to open up so much more of your personal chart. I’ve learned quite a few new things about myself with this app that I didn’t realize before and I’ve been going through the lessons to learn more about them all. I am a practicing Wiccan, so a lot of this is already known by me, but there’s always more to learn. I highly recommend this app. If you were debating, just download it and try it out for yourself. After filling in your information it will ask if you’d like to pay for a vip trial or have a few days of a free trial, you can bypass that and continue to use the app, which is also an amazing thing, because usually with these apps, you can’t do that. Just try it out! I’m sure you guys will love it as much as I do!

Waste of time and $$$. I downloaded this app thinking it would be worth wild, however, I was sadly mistaken. I’m a HUGE astrology enthusiast who has already done most research into my birth chart. After seeing an ad for the app I thought, “WTH why not give it a shot.” When it comes down to it this app has a lot of work to do to not only for convenience but also functionally. After downloading the app the first thing that rubbed me wrong was the amount of times I was asked to subscribe (sign-up for a membership). The first time I was prompted I didn’t know it was optional until I noticed the X (close button) in the top right corner. However, after closing the subscription screen I was prompted several more times to subscribe in order to do almost anything on the app. The basic functions of the app are horoscopes and your personal birth chart, which are free. These can pretty much be found on ANY website for free and are just as accurate if not better on other websites. Secondly, I noticed that I accidentally put in the wrong birth time. When trying to correct this mistake I realized that there was no way to correct it or at the very least it is very difficult to find. Overall, in my opinion this app is not worth the time nor amount of $$$ for the features. The only thing I like about this app is the features it has such as the palmistry, however, you need to subscribe for $119 (annual) or 9.99 (monthly) to be able to access many or these features.

Anna. Crazy accurate!!! I am not sure who writes these or how they come up with them but it's almost crazy how accurate they are sometimes!! I'm usually not one of those swear by astrology sign type of people but this app really describes what I am going through most of the time and it gives you positive hope. And I even once had an appointment with an astrologer who was supposed to help me solve some of my personal issues, and that was of course a different experience. But for those who haven’t seen real astrologers, this app is the closest to it I’ve ever seen And I can tell you for sure that with the help of the stars you can find out the most important numbers in your life, which tattoo should people of your sign do, when is the best moon for a new haircut, and a lot more. And this app is great about it, it gives you so many tips from different parts of your life, that with the personal astrologer you’d have to pay a fortune for that! So this app ain’t be cheap, but the price for this detailed info is more than acceptable. But that’s only for people who care about real astrology, for those who should just read some random predictions, framed as your horoscope - go on with free apps. I don’t believe there would be people doing so much work to prepare horoscopes for free. So I definitely recommend this app to anyone I know who is at least a bit interested in astrology, thank you for making this app so great!

Friends. I love this app and getting to know and understand myself. But when I found the add your friends, I was very disappointed I couldn’t register my child considering the too young of age. As I want to get to know myself I would really like to see how I can understand my child better and do better for him and his progress through life. To do so, I have to seek outside of nebula services and I would appreciate not having to. considering how much I depend on nebula for understanding myself. As well, there is some compatibility glitches. I once checked the compatibility with an Aries and when it came to modality it said aries was a mutable sign instead of cardinal, but when you go to Aries specifically it says cardinal sign. I would do some extra proof reading in the app if I was the creators. I don’t want to be misinforming my friends when I direct them to nebula.

Alex. I really like getting my daily horoscope in this beautiful app and I absolutely love that this one has a daily reminder that lets you know not to forget to read your horoscope for that day .. And if you are so curious as I am you may sometimes read your horoscope for tomorrow, but I don’t recommend to do that. I prefer to read my horoscope in the evening, to analyze the whole day and to remember the details which my daily horoscope describes, it’s like you summarize your day and remember everything the most significant from it. Another way to have fun is that you can learn for instance how Moon in Libra, that is ending already, influences your life. You can learn that from astrology course inside an app.. And then you can discover what actually happens in your life and see this huge connection! Or you can learn about previous month and analyze it as well! And then you will be able to plan some important events by yourself, taking into account the planetary movement, you will choose the right time for some changes and for big decisions. Or you can just go for personal reading from astrologist, but this is more exciting for me. And so on, and so forth, I can actually tell a lot about this app. But you’d better try yourself. I highly recommend this app... The theme, the colors, daily reminder, and much more... Thank you for this app I rate it as 5 stars!!!

Darrani. I’ll admit this app has surprised me on how accurate it is, I’ll say sometimes it’s a few days off. For example, let’s say today my horoscope told me I was going to encounter a loss of money by trusting someone, it’ll actually happen 3 days later or so. Sometimes it’s the other way around, sometimes it actually happens 3 days before it tells me. LOL maybe I’m delulu but anyways one thing that does bother me though is how mixed message it is. My horoscope will tell me to “make sure not to make any important decision on this day” and then my tarot card will tell me to go “make an important decision today or I’ll regret it in the future”. It confuses me a lot😂like who do I listen to? Of course, I do what I want and what my gut tells me but it just shows how the message isn’t clear or maybe someone isn’t proofreading before posting. Anyways, over all I like this app and in important times, it give me hope to keep going.

Good for daily horoscope, but readings feel rooted in greed.. This app is very well made, and it is great for the daily horoscope and other information like your birth charts and much more information about you. However, I feel as if the prices for the readings are rooted in greed, and the paywall would be best for those making $100,000 per year or more. You get 3 minutes for free then every minute is 30-60 pts. 10 points is the equivalent of $1. So a ten minute conversation by text will cost you roughly $30. Not to mention the reading people will be on and off the conversation sometimes so you are occasionally paying while they are talking to someone else. This is definitely a critical issue. They need to rearrange the app to where you can schedule a 15ish minute reading for a reasonable price and have the reader exclusively. Some readers go up to 60 pts or $6 dollars a minute. I have local readings at a place that charges about $70 for 30 minutes. So I certainly feel like the prices on the app are quite excessive in my opinion. They are also basically sales people as random readers text me in the app every day to chat with them for money per minute. Decent app but a minute goes by instantly and it can take 2 minutes for them to even respond or look at your question.

Social media side. It is an amazing app as far as the chart, advise, and reading aspect of it goes and I would give that part alone a 5 star rating but I simply can’t with the social media side included in the calculation of my opinion on the app. It’s just insanely hard to navigate. I think you should have a notification box set-up to make it easier to see responses to your comments and comments on your post. I also think you should be able to click on someone’s profile and see their other posts. Finally, I think you should be able to search (by key word) for people and posts. In addition to that, I think you should be able to edit your profile picture and maybe even add friends/make friend requests but these things wouldn’t help with the overall working of the app (I think it would improve the experience though).

Tanya. Nothing but great things to say about this app! Accurate, honest and good intentions! It really makes me happy with all their caring notifications and so much interesting things to read in the app! I like the “Learn” section and the “Relationships”H section too. It’s just that every time I can’t wait to get access for the new lessons! This is so exciting and intriguing, I am studying astrology with an excitement like I am playing a game. And that is definitely a great way to study! However the love compatibility option needs to have gender options as masculine and feminine vibrations effect compatibility a lot! And that is not just about love compatibility, but also work, family, friendship, any relationship you may have with another person actually. Add gender options male female nonbinary and maybe a masculine/feminine chart for the non binary folks out there. Please consider this! This is actually really important right now. But as far as I know noone has actually done something like that, at least none of those apps that I’ve used before, and I am telling you this because I really like your app. And all the other features are absolutely great, that is the only thing I wanted you to consider. So think about it, if you do it your app will definitely be #1 among all the horoscope apps. So just keep rocking!

Absolutely hilarious. This is peak astrology right here. General life advice posing as specific fortune telling? Check. Mystical sounding words that are never explained? Check. A roll of the dice to see if your partner actually loves you today? Check. Whatever a biorhythm is? Check. The nebulatalk tab is a riot. I can waste hours reading people explain their real issues and then someone being like “Oh! Thats because Venus is prolapsing today 😌” as if that means anything. Don’t try to read it if you’re not prepared for some nigh-on incomprehensible grammar (not hyperbole, I think most of the users are having a constant stroke), but it makes it funnier if you’re prepared. 10/10 entertainment value if you like laughing at people who think this is real. I would give 5 stars, but 1 star has been removed for only including male and female in the gender select screen. I’m not surprised that people who think balls of gas billions of miles away determine your fate also believe in the gender binary, but I’m still docking points.

i LOVE ads!. It’s so amazing that every single time I want to read any single thing about my planets, I have to watch a 30-second ad about some woman with a Disney filter on TikTok! I love when I can’t just navigate an app on my own time, and I have to sit there and WAIT to read any single paragraph on an app with literally dozens of paragraphs! I used to hate the days when I could open up an app for just a quick moment and then go on about my day. I want to be forced to watch content that has nothing to do with astrology, on an astrology app! What a time to be alive, when we have the amazing technology to be coerced into paying for advice and introspection. I’m never gonna use an app that saves my time ever again!

great astrology app! too many notifs. I love this app, easily my favorite astrology app, and I actually much prefer the graphics and aesthetic over other apps, ones that rhyme with MoStar. HOWEVER, there are waaay too many ads for the paid services within the app. I sometimes get like four in a row, all trying to advertise the in-app purchases, specifically the astrologers you can pay to speak to. I used this service once and was happy with the answer and speaking to someone however I will use the service again on my own accord, not when it’s advertised to me three times a day. In fact— it makes me less likely to use it again when there’s so many notifs. There should be an option to customize push notifications! Overall very solid app and I would definitely recommend!

Don’t even try the get a refund. Look at all the bad reviews!!! First of all it is low quality content (from an astrologer). But that is not even my complain. I purchased the 3 day free trial (of course, who would buy without trying?) and instead it automatically chose the full $49 option. When I clicked purchased I realized the error and it was too late. So I went ahead and requested a refund explaining the situation. Technical problem, no intention to putt chase. And they said NO. Tried to dispute, because it is the truth, and accepted and then declined. Doesn’t seem reasonable or caring for its customers. But not only that. If the app was actually worth the money I would just keep it, but it is worthless. Even the newspaper horoscope, lol, seems better than this. I went forward to report as a scam, I noticed this happened to other people and did a charge back on my credit card.

Stole Money After Cancelled/Closed Account. Do not download this app! If you do, please do not sign up for the trial/premium plans. I downloaded this app in July and signed up for the trial which was $1. Agreeing at the time to pay bi-weekly, within a week of having the app I decided I didn’t like it and would be closing my account. Now it’s the end of October and I was confused why I kept getting charged $19 bi-weekly from Obrio Limited. Turns out even though my account was closed/cancelled, the company that owns this app continued to charge me. That’s over $130 since July that was stolen from me. Money that would’ve been used to put food in my children’s mouths! I emailed support immediately to resolve this issue, their response was because the payments weren’t refunded within the first 30 days of initial purchase/signup I’m unable to get a refund but can get free materials to an app I don’t use/deleted my account with. Yet how was I supposed to know they were going to continue to charge my account after it had been closed and cancelled? So again I do not recommend this app.

Great app. It gives you more insight to your sign by showing the positions of planets at your birth with explanation of what those positions mean, helping to understand different aspects of your personality better. It allows you to store and review the same information on your family, friends and significant others. It allows you to look at possibilities of different types of relationships (business, love, friendship) and how astrological signs may play a part. When I looked at my chart, I better understood myself. I’m a Pisces, with a Capricorn moon and Venus in Aries. While I’m a Pisces, because of my Capricorn moon I’m extremely logical and and grounded which some read as cold and Aries in Venus gives me a fiery, passionate sex drive.

Love the insight but…. As freakily accurate as the chart is, I am just now discovering there are various many other things that are taken into account—like your Pallas Sign among one… I paid for the lifetime thing and I hope that eventually in the future you include more of the other various miscellaneous things besides the planets! I’m excited to find out more! Also, if there is a way to include more info on some of the chart items like with the significance of the percentages for modality and also elements and fem/masc thing? Like maybe if I long pressed on the little percentage chart it could explain it more? Possibly? For example, it says I am a fixed sign under traits (I’m an Aquarius!) but doesn’t explain the significance of my modality actually having the largest percentage in mutable? Otherwise. I love this app a lot and I showed my chart to my friends and they were astounded at how scarily accurate its description of me was. I also (sorry I’m asking for so much stuff, but I will use this app for as long as you exist!!!) would love to possibly see in the future a section that can kinda summarize our overall strengths but also areas we may have a tendency to be weak in or areas to be on the lookout for to focus on for enhanced personal growth! Please and thank you, Nebula Team! Keep up the good work and love the app!!!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with an app. This app drained for than $25 from my account in SECONDS due to a technical failure. When I tried to get assistance for the situation the customer service team sent me through a loop asking for countless screenshots which I provided, I continuously asked for updates and they would only ask for more personal information, including a screenshot of my phones details. Although they admitted this was their fault, they refuse to refund the money and even made jokes during the interaction we had about leaving them a "positive review" as my feedback had put a "big smile on their faces" - I wish I trusted the other reviewers when they said this app is a scam and the customer service is anything but helpful. They want your money, they aren't looking to improve your life - this app is predatory and notifications will bring you directly into a transaction if you click on them. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. You'll regret it, I promise.

I’m giving us a three star because when you sign up you do get a 38 page report for free, the app does do what it says it does, I removed stars because it is not intuitive on how to cancel the subscription. But I will say that the customer service was friendly and prompt, and the people out there that are giving it one star and calling it a scam, aren’t really being fair. Yes, this is a subscription service and it says that when you sign up. As far as people not getting refunds, no they do not give refunds just because you forgot to cancel your subscription, that’s on you. I didn’t like this app as much as I like costar, which is why I canceled, not because of the fees. It was easy to cancel, I just sent an email and said please cancel my subscription and in less than one day I had a response letting me know that my subscription is canceled. From a real user 👍

Gender Offenses. Hey y’all, as a 30 something woman, I get bothered enough on the daily about when my body should be creating a human life whether I want it or not, I don’t need it in an astrology app. And I can promise I am nowhere near alone in this. There is literally nothing about astrology that should be “predicting” human life, this is not a period or ovulation app. Please remove this mysognist and frankly, invasive & plain rude part of your algorithm. Stop policing my body. Plenty of women struggle to get pregnant for years prior to conceiving, I imagine this would be extremely hurtful and offensive to them too. We are more than our bodies. I highly doubt there’s a “male”equivalent to this prompt I’ve received 3 times (the only one I’ve received multiple times I might add) since joining this app. Unless you are a period or ovulation app, you have no business talking about pregnancy or when my body should be “ready” stop telling women what to do with their bodies, in all capacities.

READ THE PRIVACY INFO. Nebula’s an aesthetic masterpiece. It also has gimmicks similar to the ones candy crush uses to get you to spend money. It’s a feel good app. I’ve noticed a few interpretation errors after double checking against non-AI-generated readings. There are a bunch of typos. They want you to pay for personal readings so there is a red dot (the only red dot in their UI) on that button (so anyone with social media conditioning will click it thinking it’s a notification…more than once). Most importantly: you can see how they use your data right in the App Store below the app description. They store and use your personal info. Most astrology apps dont. The one thing nebula has going for it is it’s the best interface I’ve seen on an astrology app. It makes you want to open it and read and click around. If you’re vulnerable to in-app spending you will likely end up paying them lots of money for more serotonin.

Careful, Subscriptions appear automatically!. I paid $1.00 for the quick question that I never got to ask because I ran out of points before finishing the question. Since I didn’t want to pay the outrageous chat prices, I deleted the app after browsing through it. I was reviewing my PayPal activity for the past month and found that two subscription options were charged to my account. I know that i didn’t enter those choices since I have a very specific protocol that I use when purchasing anything from the websites. The reason I still gave them 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is that their support services were very quick to help me resolve this issue to my satisfaction. That kind of support makes them top notch in my books !

Be Careful and Cautious with Readings. The website is designed so that your credit card gets automatically charged to extend sessions with psychics. Even after intentionally choosing do not auto replenish, it somehow clicked back on for me. And Nebula does not do refunds. So make sure you don’t fall victim to the traps of the way the website is designed to take your money. It’s a shame Nebula isn’t more transparent with their rules at the time of purchase in live readings and what different links to extend time with psychic really mean. I hope they can find a way to be more transparent. They don’t even show the number of credits you have remaining when you are in session. Unfortunately after emailing with customer service a satisfactory resolution was not able to be met. There is no area in the use profile to see, change, or remove your credit card information not sure if that’s even legal.

I love it, but none of my Nubulatalk will work, please fix. I feel the horoscopes are accurate 99% of the time and I like how specific they can be at times. I also love all the information given, all my signs and houses, along with lucky numbers, color, etc. but it’s bothering me now that nothing in my Nebulatalk is working. I keep getting notifications about messages within rooms but the app won’t load any of them, it did once at most. And I also had some direct messages and now I lost them because it says the data can’t be found. I would love it this could be fixed because I didn’t think I would enjoy being able to talk with people in the app as much as I do. It made me use it much more often. But now I’m just frustrated that none of it will load.

Not as expected. The app is very repetitive. Advisors are frequently not online and nonresponsive. It is a very expensive app to use for simply a few minutes you’re better to work with local advisors or someone you already have established. The support team is like a chat where you still have to wait for the next person to respond to you via email. I purchased credits from a wheel that you have the opportunity to each day and there is nowhere to find your balance. It is very cumbersome and redundant. The language on every horoscope or relationship guide is usually the same thing every day it does not change. Whoever writes their programming, is getting paid to never update, what users pay for. Do not waste your money on this app to pay for any other upgrades.

Scammer/fraud. I had to cancel a debit card because of this company. Not only that but I had to go to the bank and the bank had to flag the 3 attempts of false charges, because after opting out and deciding against the app subscription.. they still attempted to charge my bank account 3 times. All day I didn’t have access to my money in my account, had to change my debit card number and wait for it to be mailed to me, because of this company. I understand the need to pay for something if it is worth it, but this app/company isn’t worth the risk. **with the amount of reviews of STOLEN money from people, I truly HOPE they get sued and shut down. /update for the developers response./ I will not be contacting any “support team,” from this company. For all I know clicking on that website alone will result in another false charge. My bank is investigating the charges and I was assured they filed three separate police reports for the fraudulent attempts on my bank account. It is evident that this isn’t a horoscope app, it’s a front to steal money from innocent people. You take advantage of people’s curiosity and like I’ve said previously, I hope the company is sued and permanently banned.

The best. this is my favorite astrology app! daily horoscopes are lovely, I really appreciate that it reads both personal and love every day! also every day you get a power rating and an extra fun fact along with astro events, which i think is super cool and I have never seen done before so it makes the app feel special to me. They have a Love tab where they show super detailed info of couple/relationship astrology (aka Synastry), which I LOVE (they're presented to you aspect by aspect, so not only it’s unique but it’s not like an overload of information that you have to go through! which is just really helpful for me personally) Full access to all interpretations are not free though, but the first one and the most important summary is! There are options to order different personal reports, which I know I will eventually try out, but haven't yet! Which brings up an important point that even without the paid parts this is still my favorite app, because it has so many helpful features for free!

Nebula (is essentially for beginners). When I first got into this app and my spirituality journey it felt like this app was very accurate and I feel in love with it. However now it feels like the app doesn’t understand me anymore. I’ve made a drastic change in my journey and for some reason it’s like the app can’t see that I made this change, and is instead still trying to teach my past self something instead of new me. I feel lost, and when I came to this app for guidance, now I find none. Daily horoscopes feel repetitive and daily tarots feel inaccurate to my current situation. The app is still beautiful starting off with your spiritual journey, however now I feel like I have nothing else to gain from this app and now I need guidance from stronger and smarter individuals.

My horoscope still says August and it’s the middle of September. I just bought this app no more than a minute ago and was going through everything. I swiped over to the month horoscope and it says August for two of the categorizes. It’s in “love and relationships” and “health.” I kinda seems to me they just copy and paste and forgot to switch the months. I still have a trial and will probably be cancelling. I don’t know enough about the app yet but it dosent seem very genuine to me. I also tried to find a customer service email address so I wouldn’t have to post a review. Maybe it’s just a mistake from someone who got confused? But like I said it looks like it was last months post and just got recycled. I have pictures too if they need to be shown. Idk I’d at least like to have the right moths in my horoscope that costs over a $100 a year, or $9.99 a month. Everything else seems cool tho, but very run of the mill stuff you can get on any horoscope app or even websites where you put the same info in.

Pretty insane. In all of my 14 or more years of owning an iPhone I’ve never written a review of an app until now. This app is so accurate that I’ve had coworkers that think horoscopes are just gimmicks (especially ones on a phone app) end up totally mind blown and end up downloading the app after 2-3 days of me reading them their horoscope from Nebula. I would say a solid 85%-90% it’s dead on and the other times you can tell it’s someone different writing them because they sound more like a fortune cookie rather than helping you navigate and prepare for what’s lying ahead for your day. For some reason this app gives me such an ease of mind-even when it tells me my life is crazy upside down at the moment lol

This app honestly has impressed me because when I downloaded it I assumed it would be like all of the rest of the horoscope apps- mostly just ads and a very brief, short or dull daily reading. But I stand corrected... In the past 6 months, without even paying a dime, I’ve been able to get a VERY accurate daily and weekly horoscope reading, hair cut/coloring calendar, beauty tips relating to my zodiac sign, and more all thanks to Nebula. HIDDEN CHARGES WONT SHOW UP UNDER PURCHASES OR SUBSCRIPTIONS. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DOWNLOADING THIS APP. I signed up for the free trail but cancelled after I realized I wouldn’t be using it. I verified this under the subscription tab on my Apple account. HOWEVER, I soon started getting charged 9.99 WEEKLY from Apple and could not for the life of me find out where the hell these charges were coming from. Apple support could not help because they couldn’t see where the charge was coming from either and suggested that someone else in my household made the purchase. There is no one else connected to my account. I ended up moving all the money out of my bank account to avoid these charges. For months I’ve been inspecting every purchase I’ve made to see where it could be coming from. Finally after checking with my computer and cross referencing my phone purchases I see a Nebula weekly subscription charge for $0.00 4 days after the original purchase. Note that this charge does not show up on my iPhone X under purchases or subscriptions. After checking the app, I realized the in-app purchases add up with the random and constant attempts from apple to collect $9.99. As well as stating I am still subscribed to their weekly subscription. This subscription shows up as CANCELLED under my subscription tab and should be CANCELLED. This app is engaging in fraudulent and dishonest activities BEWARE.

It was great until. The ads for one downloadable feature or stickers or something arbitrary one day became pop up annoyances, I can handle the typical pop up ad window and watch some bs clip of some bs product I’m never gonna consider buying a couple dozen times a day, without question, I’ve even enjoyed a service enough to shockingly pay to subscribe and turn off ads as a side effect of the other membership benefits one appreciates. As mentioned this app was enjoyable and consideration to become a member would have easily lean in the affirmative, yet one particular ad was presented, closed and presented again like five seconds later, closed in an effort to glean the insight that I was accustomed to understanding daily and before the sentence content could be determined the ad reappeared again, a different ad may have been less frustrating, but the same ad like a dozen times in a row, no shirt, was frustratingly annoying enough to compel me to share my encounter with the strange uncle and the bad touches I felt. I hope one day it will reconsider recent alterations and restore a user.

So Accurate Its Strange. I was so skeptical about this app and astrology in general. This app though. I would read things and they would happen. I thought I was bringing it into existence by reading it so I tested it and read it after my day and yet it matches exactly. I sometimes wish I read it before that day though so I could brace myself for some of that crazier things that this app has predicted. I know it sounds weird, but this matches so deeply so accurately that I cannot explain it. I’m going to be buying a full rundown from them in a week and I am so nervous because they have predicted every day to a T, so nervous about my life. It’s been giving me anxiety. Lol. Thank you for working so hard on an app and guiding my life.

Scammy?. I signed up for this app on my phone from an Instagram ad and it is nice looking and well designed but the $19 subscription that I was somehow signed up for takes away anything good I had to say about the app itself. I tried to cancel my subscription after the trial and the app said I didn’t have a mobile subscription. I tried canceling the web subscription by entering my email and nothing happened. So I assumed it cancelled my subscription. WRONG! They’ve been charging my card for 5 months. When you go to their support page and submit a help request you get an email saying if you can’t cancel your mobile account it probably means you have a web account. Probably?!? I don’t want to delete this app before I get my refund but I’m definitely not recommending anyone else sign up for their “free trial”.

Scam app don’t believe fake reviews. This app is a scam. After trying their free trial and seeing it’s not all that great they charged me after the trial was over. I cancel it and think nothing of it but next thing I know they’re charging me $9.99 a WEEK for this, mind you I never signed up for this subscription. I go and cancel that then realize the next week they’re still charging me. After a month attempting to find a way to contact these people to cancel the app and having no luck I had to ask my bank to block this app from making charges. Skip another week or so and they’re STILL trying to charge me 9.99 daily and I get a warning from my bank everyday that this app is trying to charge me luckily it doesn’t go through but the fact they’re still trying is absurd. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP!!! If I could I’d give this app -100 stars for this shady activity. Stay as far away as possible from this!!! Also notice all the 5 star reviews for this are titled with random names obviously fake reviews

Messages and Posts. I would love this app but the chatting forum and direct messaging are screwed. I can hardly write a post, comment on other’s posts, or send direct messages because I keep getting “Unknown Error: Message contains inappropriate data” when I don’t say anything derogatory, I don’t say anything personal, I don’t say anything hateful or hurtful, and I don’t say anything offensive. There’s no reason for my messages, comments, or posts to be blocked but they get blocked very often and it’s very annoying. There are many times I try to help people who make posts about stuff they are struggling with and I can’t say anything positive or helpful because it gets blocked for “inappropriate data” without any indication of what is inappropriate and I reread what I wrote and see nothing inappropriate at all! Someone needs to fix this because I’m sure it’s common words that someone who wrote the rules for posting/commenting/messaging marked as inappropriate when these words, common everyday words, are not inappropriate in any way shape or form. If this issue gets fixed I’ll change my review from 2 star to 5 star.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT BEING CHARGED!. These guys are good! I was charge after downloading the app and it of course prompted me to try the premium version for 3 days free so I did and then when I subscribed it charged me for a 3 month subscription! So I had to search to find the info to reach out to support since they don’t have any of that information within the app and I reached out to them and the first person that responded tole me that I just already used a free trial with them before and that’s possibly whey I was charged. I never even heard of this app until today when I seen the ad on Instagram! I then received another email response from some Jim stating “ In our Terms and conditions of use clearly stated that only Apple can decide to refund as the payment went through App Store.” And who is going to read any of that before downloading an app! I’ll never download anything else Instagram recommends and this app is just as generic as all the other horoscope apps! What a waste of time!

Be wary of unexpected charges. Fell for an ad on Instagram, thought I was just opting in to pay what I wanted to try the service. Turned out I was, without my knowing due to a lack of clear communication on Nebula’s end, opting in to a recurring charge of $19 every 2 weeks. Nebula’s support was at least, after a bit of negotiating, willing to give me a full refund (after at first only offering a 50% refund). So that was a pretty good experience. But be careful of the $ gouging and sneaky subscriptions — especially on the web interface coming from Instagram ad; it’s seriously not clear at all that you’re opting in to a $19/2 week subscription… they make it seem like it’s a free trial and you can pay what you want to try it, that’s it. Nebula devs, take note of that experience in particular

Waaaaay too many ads. I really like this app, honestly, it’s info is great and and it’s interesting and works well, all that. But why must there be a video ad that takes me to the App Store literally any time I click on something!!!?? Like a ridiculous amount of ads

Too expensive, some messages unhealthy. The price is not affordable. I got told I needed to loose weight, I’m actually a very healthy weight now and to loose weight would be unhealthy. Please make sure the messages you are giving are positive, life affirming and portray healthy ideals. Other than that, the design of the app is nice.

Absolutely love the how accurate it is and really helps me learn but my only problem is recently the whole app has just stopped so that when I go into it there’s just a notice saying please try again later and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and it still didn’t help I’d love some help on that but other then that issue I highly recommend this!

This app is actually soooo good and if you have Snapchat you can use that to see what star signs your friends are and then use that on nebula it’s really fun to see the goal for the day and to read all about your star sign. Still Awaiting Refund. I ordered a reading for around $120. My question read - “My partner has been my rock since my Mum passed away and I want to know about our future health, kids and marriage. The reading response... Told me my partner is a bad match, there was absolutely nothing good said about us, everything was terrible - and we have a pretty awesome relationship... It also said my health is a concern, that I need to be careful; same with my partner. It was completely fear inducing, unethical and unprofessional of any Astrologist. I have sent two emails asking for a refund with no response - the astrologer who gave me the reading, responded, saying if I have questions... I could order them online - for more money. His profile is now removed from the App. I have many Mediums, Psychics and health care professionals as friends - to tell a person they will have health concerns; after they tell you their Mum has just passed... and then ask you for more money is completely criminal. It’s prying on the vulnerable for financial gain. Organise my refund immediately or I will take this further. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with this experience.

Hi, I’m very disappointed, I was charged $19 without my concern, not even was advised before getting charge, that is an abuse, at the beginning was told it was only $1 for a 2-3 days subscription. I know this is not a lot of money but how many people are getting scammed, plus this suppose to be a business to support individuals and what Nebula is doing is completely opposite. I’ve cancelled my subscription, and working on spreading my voice so no one else get scammed. I’ll report this “business” with the ACCC, Ombudsman and any other department needed and I’ll take it further if I don’t get a refund and compensation for the assault, stress an inconvenience. I appreciate your prompt action to solve this matter.

THIS APP IS GREAT!. This app helps me calm down in the mornings, being able to read about what might happen in my day and what I should focus on. The $180 subscription is a bit much, but there is probably many astronomy specialists that need to be payed properly! Also, $180 is for a life time subscription, and if this app interests you that much, and you think it would be something you will keep for a long time, then it is defiantly worth it. This app is DEFINITELY worth the cash. Many people would work hard every day to make daily paragraphs on your life, specialised toward you. This is a great app, thanks nebula!

Tried to cancel. I have tried to cancel as they instruct on apple subscriptions but it t doesn’t show up in my account? Have sent emails etc .. would like full refund please in money spent. All I wanted was my compatibility of one person then I was going to cancel straight away so I wasn’t charged for Ongoing subscription but it’s so well hidden in how to cancel that you’ll be duped of your money!! Not impressed Now I’m charged weekly??

Terribly misleading with subscriptions - avoid at all costs!. As many have mentioned, the subscription process is grossly misleading. They have taken $180 from my account! Who in their right mind would pay that amount willingly? When I emailed, they referred me to Apple, who simply blew me off not even bothering to review this and help me in what is already distressing financial times. Terribly disappointing, terribly misleading. I never write reviews, but felt I had to in this instance. This is how bad this whole customer experience has been! :(

Theft. Fraudulent. Scam.. update: it’s clear that you don’t treat your customers well because it a consistent theme in the reviews and i’ve already contacted your support with no response. so your reply to me review is a straight lie. Scam, should not be on the app store. They take money without permission. They use a “web subscription” which can’t be seen in your apple subscriptions, infact can’t be seen or canceled anywhere. The only way to stop is to email, which they don’t reply too. Forced to cancel card to prevent more fraudulent charges.

I LOVE IT!! however.... This is an amazing app and i would definitely reccomend it for witches and astrology enthusiasts. It has helped me dicide what to do in some cases and kept me up to date with the moon, which, as an aspiring Wiccan, I really need. I have only ONE problem- sometimes the predictions will assume that I am in a healthy relationship. I got a horoscope saying “you will throw a party for your partner” and I was confused because I am very, VERY single. Again, this app is fantastic but if the developers could fix this one thing I would be very grateful ☻︎☻︎☻︎

BUYER BEWARE. 3 DAY TRIAL CANNOT BE CANCELLED. I “purchased” a subscription with a 3 day free trial attached to it. When I went into my subscription management section on my phone to cancel before the trial ended the app was not listed at all in my subscription list. So I could not cancel it! I email developers immediately requesting cancellation. 3 days later I’m charged on my card and receive an email from developer advising it’s out of their hands and to contact Apple. They said something about a lifetime access purchase dues not show up in your subscription section of your app management - which means they CANNOT OFFER a 3 day trial in that if that’s the case. This is FALSE ADVERTISING! Do not click yes to the lifetime access with 3 day trial option! Apple have also rejected my request for a refund. I am furious!! To top it all off, I no longer have access to my premium features (nebula turned them off?) so I’ve been tricked into paying $80AUD for nothing!! DO NOT buy this app - they cannot be trusted.

Inaccurate readings. My ascendant sign was read very incorrectly for some reason and so therefore all my house positions were completely inaccurate. Not sure why this is since my time, date, location were all entered perfectly and every other reliable source I have used has not given me the chart that nebula did. This is unfortunate as I was quite looking forward to using the app based on my quick encounter with it before realising it had gotten it all wrong.

New update isn’t good. This new version is all over the place! Where is the section where I know when to cut my hair, water my plants, go to the doctor etc. whatever you did to the app it’s just become harder to understand… and why is there always tarot readers messaging me? It’s become increasingly annoying.

Don’t waste your time. You’ll be given three minutes for free to talk with a psychic. This time will be quickly chewed up as you wait for their reply. You’ll end up topping up your credits, for a hefty price….. and you’ll go through the whole saga again, burning through your credits with no answer to any of your questions. Absolute rubbish!

An incorrect placement. Hi, I must say your app is pretty accurate and its graphic features are stunning but I wanted to just tell you I think my ninth house is wrong. I have gone to three other websites and they are saying differently to what your app is saying about my ninth house so I was hoping if you could improve that situation Keep up with the great work tho!

Scam - Use of Financial Details. I bought a report a year ago and I was happy with it. After that, I get MONTHLY charges but it says I don’t have an account, because I cancelled it straight away. Their subscription is not listed under my Apple account (it’s a hidden dodgy way of doing it), I just can’t stop it the charges unless I cancel my credit card. They are using my financial details for a “subscription” that was cancelled A YEAR AGO - $79. It’s been so stressful. Don’t give them your financial details.

Falsely advertised. Saw on Facebook and in the headline said learn what your palm lines are and get your palm reading (not exact wording) Took me through scanning my palm and then told me to join for my reading. I downloaded app and joined and no palm reading. Page and app look great but to get someone to subscribe for a service that’s not offered is wrong! Especially for so called spiritual services.

Very good but it doesn’t have all the zodiacs. There’s one Zodiac you are forgetting well I technically can’t say it because my phone is broken I will get One next week

Nebula are SCAMMERS. They are fully aware that they are sneakily signing people up to their WEB services which are separate to their app subscriptions, so people are unaware until they get a surprise $$ charge. Im generally pretty good at preventing unwanted subscription charges but Nebula was a whole new level of sneaky and hidden. WEB SUBSCRIPTIONS do not appear in the app, apple ID, google play store etc so need to be cancelled on their website/by emailing them. After some reading it seems they have tricked a lot of people and continue to do so. Very dishonest business model to earn money. Deleted the app and hopefully my web sub cancellation request goes through and unauthorised charges stop.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. App will not let me cancel and have emailed them multiple times and they won’t respond. It says to cancel through subscriptions- I did and it no longer comes up but each month they take money. I’m out hundreds of dollars. You horrible horrible people and creators. I never even used it I tried to cancel it right away. For shame!

Unresponsive after awhile. One of the advisers was really nice at first and I actually bought more credit to talk to her but afterwards she went MIA and somehow my credits are also being drained even when she isn’t even responding. And right now she is online but does not respond. I mean talking to another advisor means I have to start from zero and pay more money. Is this a tactic?

Great app but unfortunately misleading. Fantastic & very informative & I found it to be extremely accurate & it would have been value for money if I had signed up for the subscription but I didn’t & am a struggling disability pensioner who unfortunately got the shock of my life to see that they have taken about $200 from my bank account. The last one just a few hours ago. I don’t understand how this has happened but it’s left me in a bad predicament & because I wasn’t even aware of it until I noticed the last payment taken today I could have at least got my moneys worth from the app I found once I tried to find out how to stop these payments from coming out. So I probably would have rated it 4 to 5 stars had it not have been for them taking money that I wasn’t even aware of

Literally amazing, even if you don't particularly believe in star signs etc. It's a really helpful app that allows me to notice the flaws I do have and make positive changes to my life, while also learning to appreciate all the good qualities in myself at the same time! DO NOT SIGN UP, SCAM. Nebula is evil, they put pop ups throughout their website everywhere which leads to you accidentally clicking on things and then subsequently being charged ridiculous amounts of money. Their billing and payment information is well hidden and confusing. The option to cancel any subscription is hidden very well also. Very sneaky and immoral, taking money from people in exchange for bulls***.

Just no. Within 30 minutes of setting up just to look at my own chart I began being bombarded by offers of readings and interpretations, all completely unsolicited. Some didn’t even both to ask if I was interested, just straight to pulling cards and giving meanings. Bots, people, whatever, completely insane. The chart itself is great, lots of info and lays it out just fine for someone trying to deepen their astrology knowledge or start out, but no better than numerous other places that aren’t going to bombard you with people/bots (feels far too bot-vibed to me). Number one rule for ANY reading or interpretation assistance is they should never approach you, you should reach out first. If they come flocking to you simply because you exist? It’s likely a con or a scam.

Not paying for “credits”. Disappointed to be paying for a subscription and having to pay for “credits” to get answers or details is rude and unprofessional. To pay for a subscription should include most things in a subscription fee/service. Have removed the app and unsubscribed.

This is a scam. This app has been charging me for 3 months on a weekly basis for approx $13-$14 per week!! I have never agreed to be charged for the app or signed up to a subscription service! Be warned when downloading the app! I have submitted an enquiry with the app support team and am awaiting a response as I type this review. So far with this being the experience I wouldn’t recommend this app at all.

THEIVES. DO NOT DOWNLOAD APP OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They are absolute thieves! I purchased a one off horoscope report which was completely inaccurate to so they know nothing about astrology! They advertised the report for $4.99 but charged me $9.99. I let that go but then 6 days later they charged me another $9.99! I did not sign up to anything or consent to them taking any money. I have emailed them so many times with no response! They are LIARS and will completely ROB YOU! STAY AWAY

Not impressed. Can’t leave a review for the actual psychic. The messages written were terrible and hard to understand no grammar ! the person I spoke to clearly didn’t read my messages and seems like they copy and past a script as they confused pronouns and seemed to have no idea what the previous msg I had sent said. Genuine conversation in an app like this would be appreciated. Especially seeing as you are paying for the service

weird. Okay so the only reason I put five stars is so people will see this review. When I first started used this app it was perfect, it's been about a month since I've installed it but it told me to put my birth date due to suspicion and it's not letting me put my actual birth date, so I had to put a different year just to get it to work but now everything is inaccurate, since it's inaccurate it literally defeats the whole purpose of the app. Sorry but if this isn't fixed I'm gonna have to delete the app because it won't even let me put my actual birth date.

Good when bored. I downloaded the app when I was kinda bored. Good layout and easy to navigate. You can manage fine without paying for anything although if you’re into that it’s good too. I found some parts of the horoscope are quite freaky, as some predictions were eerily similar to my life (although it could be coincidence idk). Overall great app I really enjoy uwu

DO NOT DOWNLOAD NOR CLICK ON THEIR AD. SCAM!. This app is a total joke. even if you don’t intend to purchase anything they made their website hard to navigate. They will let you pick the price how much are you willing pay to get the “compatibility report” and once they get your bank details, it will keep offering you different things then eventually you will accidentally click on something that will automatically charge your card with the additions you don't even want. I emailed them for a refund and they agreed to refund it on my account, 30 days later still haven’t received any money from them. Do not download, not even click on it when it appears in your ad. It’s a trap and likes take your hard earned money.

I'm Not Single. This horoscope stuff is great and all but it's really catered to single people. Telling me that I'll spark up a new relationship is very disconcerting and even though I know horoscopes are just for fun, it's really making my partner look at me weirdly as I do have some sort of belief in these things. I'm in a very loving relationship, it would be great if this app catered to my personal horoscope and circumstances regarding my love life with my boyfriend.

Frustrated. Enjoy the horoscopes - when the app opens!! For the past couple of months I constantly have to delete and re add as it doesn’t open just freezes. Hopefully this glitch will be fixed.

Plz rectify. Good app overall and remarkably accurate in terms of daily horoscopes. However in the last update they removed in the weekly horoscopes/outlook tab the “standout days” for the week which I was disappointed about as it gave me hope for what days I could look forward to and try manifest some positivity into… Last week (as of writing this review) the standout days for the week reappeared and I was wrapped and as to be expected all but one of 3 days predicted ended up being great per the horoscope prediction and outlook. This week however the standout days have once again DISAPPEARED and not included in the weekly horoscopes tab… PLZ JUST KEEP THIS FEATURE AND STOP CHANGING IT!! Thank you and kind regards

Beware of subscription. I enjoyed this app until I signed up for a free trial to one of the features and then couldn’t see the actual subscription being active in the settings, not in my Apple ID or anywhere via the app. I was then informed the information is in the fine print that you have to email to cancel the subscription. It should be much easier than that and I find it very unethical to not have it show in the apps accounts settings. Very expensive monthly fees, not impressed!

Very basic astrology, and my app doesn’t work any more. If you are after some horoscopes for yourself throughout the year, and some key points about your own chart, then this app is fine. But you cannot upload or register the birth chart of others, just use a basic sun/rising analysis. If you want to learn astrology beyond basic horoscopes, this is not the best app. I was enjoying the monthly horoscopes, but they don’t work any more - even after deleting and updating the app, I cannot read anything except the daily horoscope. If I click to see tomorrow’s, the weekly or monthly forecast, all I can see is the daily. So if someone could fix that, awesome. Also, the nebula talk is just a bit of a waste of time, and there is no way I would pay money for a reading on this app having no idea where it is coming from.

Beautiful App! Might need to update some information. The app is stunning! I love the graphics and beautiful wallpaper, with an lovely mystique. However, the information isn’t accurate as such. For example, the ruling planet is determined by the sign on the ascendant, not the sun sign (ie, Libra Asc = Venus, not Mercury - my sun sign). I think it’s important to give accurate information, as people try to learn about themselves and the world at large. The journey to understanding someone’s nature is amazing and profound, but deeply disturbing when given the wrong information. (Happy to help and consult if needed, I am an intuitive, and completed a diploma with the Sydney Astrology School) Blessings!

Compatibility. I love this app it is soo accurate I just wish you could use your friends that you add to your app in the compatibility section so there’s a better reading

Will take your money. Don’t sign up for a “free” trial, they’ll still charge you. Totally shonky and a lot of broken English used. Astrology advice is so so. I would maybe have liked the app better if they didn’t help themselves to my money. Certainly not worth $16-$17 per month AUD which I did not agree to. Hard to cancel, cancel option nowhere to be found on the app and also didn’t appear through my App Store subscriptions either, had to report a problem via PayPal and then gave me the option to stop it.

Ok. I installed the app mainly for the palmistry but I was a little disappointed to be honest. The reading was very basic - only a small paragraph for the head, heart and life lines each. For the money they want to charge for a subscription it’s not worth it since you get that information on the Internet. Aside from that it was hard to find the palmistry stuff as it’s hidden away in the profile section. Given that you scan as you sign up I figured it would be a main feature but it’s not. Otherwise the info seems ok.

Great app. Nebula is a great app that offers so much. The readers on the app are amazing. I also love the daily blurbs for each day of what can be expected in each area of life. Highly recommend!!

Can’t cancel easily. My teen got this app as a free trial without my permission. I have not been able to cancel the trial and there are no settings in the app where you can cancel. I do not want this app, I do not want to pay for it at the end of the trial but cannot figure out any way in my phone or in the app to cancel it. I have looked it up online and tried to cancel but again, Im not able to.

Crash. Keeps crashing when I try to open my birth chart.

Woooow sneakily asks for money. This app is so sneaky with money. I downloaded it, put in all the info like my date of birth for my horoscope, and as it’s walking me through how to use the app, it FORCES me to click where it wants me to click. It guided me to the page where you can “chat with a real astrologer” and made me write in a question. I wasn’t able to click out of it but I didn’t want to ask a question. So I typed a random letter and pressed send thinking I’d get out of it and immediately the screen charging my credit card pops up for me to confirm with Face ID. The app never indicated that I would have to pay for anything. If Apple didn’t have the security measure where you double click the side button, this app would’ve charged me $10 for typing a letter. Insane.

Scam. They automatically subscribed me after I paid $1 for a palm reading. I had to verify myself if a subscription was made in my name and it was even if I didn’t check anything. Really bad.

Hiding Cheaper Subscriptions..... Went to my subscriptions menu in settings only to find that there wee MULTIPLE payment options that they’ve hidden away...? You can pay $1.39-$13 for a week, OR $50-$100 for a year..? I confuse.

Free three day trial isn’t so free. I have had an app for a while and never paid for it as I wasn’t using it that much and was okay with the content I could access. Recently it was suggested on IG as there was a free trial for a few days and I decided to give it a try. To my surprise I found a charge of $28 for this “free” trial. In the Q&A they said you must have selected the option for a paid subscription by mistake. What kind of scam is that?! I contacted them to get my money back and no reply.

Con Artists. This app is a load of … thought to do a trial and my credit card was charged twice! The trial fee and then some bogus charge I’m not even sure of! I got suckered in and I’m sickened by the tactics these CON ARTISTS!!!

Upsetting. I did one trial and cancelled the app, but they keep billing me 26$ every month.

No moon phase matching. I just downloaded this app to check out my and my partner’s moon phase as it is advertised in the add. Unfortunately there’s nothing like that. Wrong advertisement… sad

Used to love it to check sign compatibility but now they make you pay or invite another person just to know compatibility and they ask after you fill personal information of another person, just weird they should switch it back when you only had to put the signs and watch a add. I NEED A REFUND IMMEDIATELY. Can you please change the way the subscription advertising is set up? What a dishonest scam. It clearly shows in the centre the free trial option in the centre - but highlights the option on the right so you pay $66 dollars right away! I thought I was selecting the free trial since it was dead in the centre. I did not notice the lit up border on the option on the right. I just paid $77 CAD for no reason. IMAGINE IF IT IS AN OLDER PERSON or someone who is not that great with technology, they would totally click on the option I did!!! it’s totally preying on people. So disgusting.

Scam!. Scam! They say free day trial but charge you right away and Apple won’t help you at all. I deleted the app minutes after download and was still charged immediately for a week.

Refund now. Pretty sure it said one month free trial but somehow I paid 2.00 that day and a week later hey took out around 50 bucks directly from my account, I have no clue how to delete the subscription when it don’t even show up on my apple account. Then I wrote the company and no one will write me back.. I want my god dame money back please and thanks.

Can’t do a thing without money. I read a review which was talking about how you have to pay a subscription. The app replied to say that there was lots of content available without payment. So I downloaded the app, filled in my details and after calculating, it asks for payment. You can’t exit it or click back. There’s no way to access the so called “free content”. Pretty disappointing.

Disappointment. A disappointment. I paid for a natal chart service, yet received a non-functional link. Contacted the support who told me that because of the glitch of THEIR system I need to pay them again via not an AppleStore but through a completely separate link (!!!). Otherwise, I need to ask for a refund from an AppleStore MYSELF even though their system glitched. Scammers. UPD: The link they provided me with sends me to the default website.

I feel tricked. I accidentally subscribed for the free trial to this app in a moment of distraction and have been trying ever since to cancel the subscription . The subscription is for a year of services and over $150 dollars!!! Ridiculous!!! Once you are inI keep being redirected to cancel the subscription and nothing is working and I can see the charges looming. Please save yourself this level of stress and do not download. I feel duped and I want out.

zero stars if I could. This app stated 3 days free on their subscription, it immediately tried to charge my card. Now I am unable to update any app on my phone or download new apps. I have asked for this to be fixed multiple times and no help was given! Extremely disappointed in this experience!

Rip off!!. Absolutely furious! I did not click on a subscription package and I couldn’t get out of the site. There was no way out then it said I chose the premium version account!!! Review. This app is very helpful. It rides a lot of information that I truly wouldn’t have not believed myself. The online psycho medians are very helpful and respond very quickly. Also some additional information you can find. Lunar calendar. Horoscope today. And any information on any of your signs and I believe with the psycho median say considering I was brought up Catholic and do not believe in it. Offered me a palm reading, which I never got. Once I paid for it, instead of giving me the reading, I was offered an unlimited vortex of additional pay for service features never got my palm reading to me. It resulted in a scam. Aggressive. it’s so aggressive and constantly pops up with things to say to you or make you pay money. Want to take a screenshot? “Hey, you just took a screenshot, how about sharing that with your friends? Here, I’ll open the contacts for you immediately so you can share it.” Want to skip through the tutorial? “Hey, here’s a random section where we force you to type a question in and press send so that I can open the payment options and hope your finger slips and presses confirm!” Like, really? Clearly all about money and getting popular. Congrats developers, you made an annoying app.

Scam. I downloaded the app out of curiosity and used the free three day trial and cancelled my subscription within an hour or so of downloading the app. I was charged nevertheless and multiple requests for refund were denied by Apple. Very disappointed in this app, and also, Apple.

Disorganized and unhelpful. Nebula has many shortcomings. You can’t change the house system, everything costs too much money… it’s really not worth it. There are far better astrology apps for those who want to learn. Also, many of the things I’ve seen in the ads for this app don’t seem to exist on the app or webpage. Don’t waste your energy on this one.

I enjoy using this app and it is now one of my go-to apps. I will describe my thoughts about this app like a review you might read for a video game. To me this app is more analogous to a Co-Op/Multi Player game, than a Solo/Single Player The Horoscope side of things aka: The “Single Player Game Mode, is pretty good. They give you a decent look ahead and that’s about par for this genre. Half do it this way and half do it the other way, a day or two at a time. They also have a Questions side of things, aka: The Multi-Player/Co-Op Game Mode), is where a lot of action happens. At first I didn’t really like it because it didn’t seem very attractive. Once I tried it out, I ended up looking forward to seeing the answers to the questions that I asked the Psychics/Seers and Readers. I wish we could give half stars because it really is Better than a 3/5. If I could I would give it a 3.5/5. If they made it more esthetically appealing then I would have given it a 4/5.

Awesome!!!. It’s so awesome! I can’t believe that they would be so awful as to not provide a clear and easy way to unsubscribe on the app. I’m on a free trial currently and make it a point see where and how to unsubscribe to any free trial. No smart link and not able to copy and paste the web address on the “help” or contact info. The developers are unable to refund which is fine. Money was withdrawn before the free trial was up. Literally hours within starting of the free trial I was charged. No notification email was sent, which it does for all purchases I make. Emailed the App Store. Buyer beware.

got ripped off. be careful as this application claims to provide you certain services for a certain amount of (discounted supposedly) cash just to end up taking a lot more without making it fully clear in advance, obviously just to get you to be tempted into paying and thinking it's nothing when in reality they keep withdrawing money. I paid for what was supposed to cost $2.99 and eventually ended up having $53 withdrawn from my account on different time intervals but within two weeks only. I paid $19 twice when I didn't even know anything about having to pay it as it wasn't clear in the subscription message. and was hardly provided a proper service for the $53 but it is what it is. I just thought it should be clarified that things aren't clear and straightforward when it comes to payment on this app.

Pretty cool astrology app. I really enjoy this app. I appreciate the positive horoscopes. I do think that it is way too expensive for premium, however it’s a pretty cool app. Honestly love everything about it, especially the haircut calendar. That is something unique that I’ve never seen on a horoscope app before. This is my favorite feature, but it’s been missing for the the new year. I’ve given it a couple days, hoping that it will show up. I even tried the free trail, looking to see if it was a premium thing (which I would/could never stomach paying that much)... which I’m really hoping that it’s not. Is there something wrong with it? Will it be released for the new year? Please let me know! Please don’t get rid of it! Please keep it as a free feature, it will draw a lot more customers!

HORRIBLE!! THEY WONT GIVE ME MY REFUND!!. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! IT IS A SCAM! I downloaded this app a few weeks ago and i decided to try out the membership that was had a 3 day free trail. I got it then I canceled my membership and day before the free trial ended and then a few days after they charged my account $19!?!?! I was so upset, i tried contacting them so i wrote them a email but they did not respond! So eventually i decided to leave a review. Also the way their texting with astrologists work is horrible, you get a limited amount of points and get a large amount of points taken away just for sending one text even if it is a “Thank you”. I had wrote a paragraph explaining my situation and asking for advise to 3 astrologists ( which only 2 answered) and they answered by asking me another question… i feel like this was done on purpose so i can waste my points! Never again!!! I WANT MY REFUND!! PLEASE!!

Don’t fall for “Free Trial” Offers. Don’t even bother signing up for any of the “free trial offers” Nebula offers you. They aren’t free trials, funds are removed from your account the second you start the free trial. This should be very clearly stated to someone when entering the trial as MOST apps don’t charge you until your subscription starts at the end of a trial. You can ”free trial” subscribe and cancel immediately after, but the funds are already out of your account. Just watch the video add if you want see a “premium” feature. This is an overpriced app and they only want your money every opportunity they can. Even their “Fortune Wheel” is a gimmick, where nothing is a gift and everything is a “discounted” offer at a still very overpriced required purchase.

OMGee!. I never, ever, ever leave a review on apps, just a few stars here and there so some people know what their signing up for buuuut, this app has me floored. The horoscopes have proven to be crazy, crazy accurate which almost never happens, and even going past that for those who don’t know much about astrology or are new to it, there is a portion that teaches you about it which could be very, very useful to others. It’s not just horoscopes, and I love that. You can ask the astrologers questions, and they don’t just send you some crazy guess back, they ask detailed questions backing the question. Highly recommend this app!

COULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT!!!!! only one fix needed. This app is a great basic tool for anyone who has an interest to learn more about their personal astrology. Well laid out and easy to navigate. Before you have access to anything you must create your profile by imputing your information. However you also MUST select a gender to proceed: male or female. I do realize that masculine and feminine energies heavily effect ones birth chart. There must be a way for you to incorporate an algorithm that switches up the standard male and female details that are marketed towards the user. There are a lot of the non-binary community that would probably love to use your app but cannot even get past the start up screen. Hopefully these improvements can be made sooner than later to be as inclusive as possible.

I agree this app is a SCAM. I purchased the lifetime membership and all I’m getting is the SAME thing that I would have gotten if it was free, except no ads. You don’t get access to the astrologers and the terms are very poorly written at best. I understand paying for no ads, I do it all the time, and I like supporting small businesses, however it usually costs a few dollars, not over $100. When you contact nebula’s support they give you a generic answer (exactly like the ones on all of the 1 star ratings) that they’re sorry you didn’t read their terms and conditions on what you’re buying (you never get the chance to before clicking) and that they can’t offer you a refund. I guess the only good thing is that since I did the lifetime they can’t charge me again unlike some of these other poor souls on here. Shame on you nebula, karma is real you know...

The chat rooms can use some adjustments and cobweb clean up with the words that aren’t allowed in the public forums either let us post, tell us which words are not allowed in the post. ***Look for Lola when you need an astrologer** she is astounding🤩. She answers swiftly and is always kind. which is great because the credits seem to flow like water out of a faucet during the readings and we ask personal questions, and she hasn’t left me feeling unanswered or that I didn’t pay for a service I received. Yay Nebula!!!

The accuracy surprises me. I just downloaded this out of curiosity, I never really read to much into these things. But my daily horoscopes have been crazy accurate ! The level of accuracy is just mind blowing. For a moment I thought that it was just because I was reading it in the morning, so I must have somehow suggested my brain lol but I started reading the horoscope of the day at the end of the day and it really depicted what happened or the emotions I felt throughout the day😯 Maybe it’s because it goes not just by the day but the exact hour you were born? And it scans your palm lines too….

App has limited offerings and plans and Astrologers are expensive. Tried 3 astrologers and 1 had a good knowledge. Rest appeared budding ones so wasted money. Let’s get technical. Apps draw back is it uses a fixed Ayanamsha - “precision of equinoxes” OR simply put “finding my link to Universe”. So you cannot play around to see what relates to you. Recommendation will be to make it more flexible. As user picks the Equinoxes of his choice the app predictions should change. Will be more fun - then probably will be liked more and Value it brings while exploring. It can have a default setup for a start. Final thought- Not worth at all in current state. No value to your dollars so hunt around and you will know.

I am pleasantly surprised. I’ve always been big on the Zodiac as a whole. Like if you told me you were a Capricorn I would feel like I had a general idea of who you are . I never wanted to get deep into the charts and stuff bc I felt that would seriously betray God (I’m a huge believer and struggle with loving both separately , just being honest) But one day out of curiosity I said, let me just find out what time I was born. Ever since I put that new information in things have been scary accurate. I wanted to accuse Nebula of listening to my conversations, then when I realized certain things I didn’t say out loud I wanted to accuse Nebula of reading my mind. I purposely check horoscopes at the end of the day as to not “cheat”… then it was so accurate I get addicted to having some info abt the future and skip to the next days horoscope. It gets me that excited with its accuracy. Im gona go back to checking it at the end of the day. But honestly , beautiful app.

Don’t waste your money. Hard pass. I have waited several months to leave this review to see if the app improved at all but it hasn’t. The app mainly addresses the sun sign in the daily horoscope and basic compatibility features, and largely ignores other aspects of the chart. I can get that info for free on a lot of websites. The astrologer services are questionable. I paid $50 for an astrologer to put a compatibility chart together for me and my partner and she admitted to doing it wrong but wouldn’t create a new one so I had to ask Apple for a refund. On top of that there were other issues with my partner’s individual chart. They just used a software program to create these charts. There are always typos in the app, which seems unprofessional, and random generalized advice on a lot of pages, which lacks personalization. Other apps I use are mostly free and look at all aspects of your chart in the daily readings. They offer compatibility chart services that cost way way less money and are more accurate. I wish I had not invested in this app at all because it’s a lot of money for not a lot of return. At least I have my other apps.

Feels like a scam. UPDATE: I followed the instructions Nebula provided and it does absolutely nothing. NEBULA IS A SCAM AND WILL STEAL MONEY. I paid for a $1 trial through Instagram. I was immediately taken to the page that had guides and couldn’t navigate out to other options via the website. I tried the app and had better luck with horoscopes and such. I decided it wasn’t for me, but there is absolutely no way to get to your account or to contact the company. It didn’t show up in my subscriptions, so I thought it was ok and deleted the app. Yesterday, my credit card company blocked a $19 charge from them. Since there was no way for me to get ahold of them through the website or the app, I asked the cc company for a possible phone number. The one they gave be does link to Nebula but it goes straight to voicemail. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!!

Typos/Grammar Errors.. This app is wonderful, the readings are accurate for the most part-when I can understand them. I would give this app 5 stars if it wasn’t for the typos and sentences that do not make sense. For example, my app told me “ you will either be full of energy and completely out of it. You might get into arguments.....so try to control you energy by doing sports od meditating.” This threw me off because huh? Lol. At least it makes you feel like there are actual people doing your reading and not some robot. I suggest maybe a proof reader before sending them out to the users though. Typos makes things look less professional and can be hard to understand.

Just be mindful. Far too many commercials/ads. Not sure if I can trust the natal chart, the horoscope be so far off. The tarot card doesn’t even makes sense to whatever I’m feeling, questioning, or going through. The community is pretty cool, but even after they review your post before posting it. They still place it in pending if it receives too much attention. I find that so crazy because it’s the only outlet for someone like myself to correspond with other likeminded individuals. There’s no notification setup to be alerted when a person private messages you. You can’t create your own name. There’s really no profile. And I’m definitely debating with myself to delete the app especially since my post is back in pending state.

I have a suggestion. It’s a nice app but my only issue is the gender selection it is only male and female. There are far more genders than two and if you disagree go ask a scientist. Anyways there should be at least an other choice or maybe custom option. Also as afab (a female at birth I put female bc I just wanted to try the app) when there is mentioning of relationships it was assumed as he bc I put female. Just so ya know creators not everyone likes the opposite gender. To solve this you could use they/them bc it is neutral. Although this could be very small to some people making it normalized on the most random apps are playing a part in something that is natural. If you don’t think it is natural ask yourself what’s the definition of natural? Then use google and look up homosexual behaviors in other species.

Suggestion. I have yet to explore the app, because I do not have the option that best suits me in the gender question. I would like to know whether or not that question is about someone’s gender or sex (what the doctor calls out, reproductive organs). Though, even if it was about someone’s sex, you would still be leaving people out, intersex people or hermaphrodites. If it’s about gender And not the sex of someone, I’d suggest simply adding non binary because it’s both a term people identify with and an umbrella term people might use when they don’t fall into the male or female binary. If it’s about the sex of someone I’d suggest straight up saying that instead of using gender as the term because they don’t mean the same. And if it is sex the please do add intersex or hermaphrodite, both preferably. Until I’m either told what it is directly or until you add those options, I will not be able to go further into the app as I am unwilling to have incorrect pronouns. Thank you - Someone hoping to use this app because they are very interested in astrology (Speaking of which [Im not sure if this is a feature] can you add options to change gender or pronouns because not everyone is entirely sure of gender or pronouns)

Accurate but kinda sexist and not inclusive. First of all, yes this app has been pretty accurate and I enjoy MOST of the info it gives me. But the choices of gender are not very inclusive, I’m gender fluid and there is no option for that whatsoever. I chose female since I’m AFAB, but now I get good days to color and cut my hair? And all the tips underneath are fashion and styling tips? What does this have to do with astrology? I’m not sure what picking male would have done differently, but overall I feel actual astrological information would have been better suited than fashion and shopping tips. Maybe entrepreneurial tips, self care and love tips would be better in general. And maybe an option for non binary and gender fluid folks.

Do Not Pay For This App.. I downloaded this app in hopes it would help me on my process of learning more about astrology. It seemed good enough so when an offer popped up offering a sale on there annual subscription I figured why not. It said something around being charged .49 cents a week maybe a little more but I know it was in the cents which would be the equivalent of 50 dollars at the end of the year. I figured if I got it used it for a few weeks and didn’t like it I could just cancel only losing at most a couple of dollars. The app was not for me seems it’s designed for extremely novice astrologers. Then I checked my bank statement and they had full out charged me the 50$ and I had only been using the app for three days at this point. I canceled my subscription and contacted Nebula and never received a response or any sort of refund. It’s a scam don’t do it.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.. I NEVER do reviews, but I was motivated enough to do one now. Anyways, you should read all of the One Star reviews if you’re thinking about getting this app—-there’s quite a few of them, and they are ALL about how THIS APP STEALS MONEY!! I got it and opted for the three days trial and instantly disliked it. It was nowhere near to accurate. When I tried to get out of the free trial it wouldn’t let me. There’s literally NO SETTINGS on this app, so I had no idea how to unsubscribe, I even tried deleting the app from my phone, by this time it had already charged me. I had to look online for like twenty minutes before I could figure out how to unsubscribe. By then I’d already been charged. Again. I unsubscribed AND IM STILL GETTING CHARGED FOR IT!!!!!!! I don’t even have the app anymore!!! You’d think after so many bad reviews the creators would have done something. Why haven’t they? Because they’re getting free money.

Meh.. When I do remember to check the horoscopes, theyre usually pretty alright. Sometimes relevant to my life, sometimes not but that’s how astrology goes. It's all up for interpretation. The app is easy to use and I love being able to add friends/partners/family to your tree of horoscopes. The bad outweighs the good unfortunately. Like most apps nowadays, everything useful or fun is locked behind a paywall. I'm only writing this now after having the app for a year, because I just noticed they changed the compatibility readings. They used to give you a little information for free, and then have the rest you pay for. Totally okay! But now you have to pay for it to see anything. Super disappointing.

Accurate, fun and easy pricing. I "test" horoscopes at first by checking them at the end of the day, after journaling and coming to my own conclusions on events. Happy to say that each day so far has been quite accurate (Virgo / Leo, Aug 23). Perhaps it's from updates, but I've never had a problem with unclear pricing. Basic horoscopes and the new tarot card feature are free. You pay more if you want to chat with an astrologer or other add-ons. Pretty straightforward. They're constantly improving the chat and messaging features which I like.

AVOID - SCAMMY AND ANNOYING. I bought the premium subscription for $10 a week, but never had access to the premium features. I’ve gone back and forth for too long with customer service about this. When you pay for the subscription, you get an email to “activate premium,” which is just a link to download the app. They give you some convoluted instructions saying “A purchasing screen may pop up when you open the app for Premium features, but you already have premium features. Just close out the screen and enjoy premium!” Well.. I did that and still don’t have premium.🙃 I asked them weeks ago to cancel my subscription, and they confirmed my subscription will be cancelled “soon.” I’m still being charged and will be reporting this company to BBB.

Notifications are annoying. I used to love this app, I’d been spending time getting closer to God and this app was almost leading me into my own destiny. Everything it said would happen on a day to day basis. But then it started sending me notifications about buying this and that and chatting with whosever and whatever every 30 minutes. If you’re off your phone all day you’ll come home to 20 notifications from nebula saying 2.99 to chat with this person, and half off for this purchase. It made it feel like they’re just money hungry and the readings weren’t real at all, just random generated messages daily. Ruined my experience haven’t checked my horoscope in weeks.

Love it but needs 1 feature!. I love almost everything about the app; however, I didn't know my birth time when i entered all my info. Now, I foud out what my birthtime is and tried everything I could to add the time and doesn't seem like there is a way to? I paid the lifetime fee (which is pretty hefty) but I wish there was a way to reenter the data. Same goes for the palm reading feature. Can you please make it to where I can re-do the palm pictures? I don't think I did it correctly the first time but there doesn't seem to be a way to go back and try it again. Please add the a feature for resubmission of information. And if you can already.. How do you do it? Maybe I'm missing something..?

Waste. Do your own research for free.. First- On the initial screen, my birthdate is incorrect. However when I swipe to the next screen it is listed correctly. And there is no “settings” that I can find on the app to fix this. This misinformation could have a detrimental effect to my reading. Second- I’m not sure what I’m paying for. I’m not impressed with the information I’m being given that is not available through other places. You’ve offered me no additional insight about myself, my compatibility, my planets, etc, that I didn’t already know. Third- I wanted the relationship info. It said the report would be ready. But it’s a breadcrumb trail released by days to keep people paying for 4 weeks. However, there is no way for me to go back when I missed a day or go forward and read the next day. That’s a waste of my time and money. I’m disappointed. And I’m canceling. Not even 1 star.

Stole my money/ FAKE GARBAGE. Let me clarify two things, one being, I have NEVER felt the need to write a review on an app so horrible. TWO, I have been a spiritual person all my life thinking this app would help me connect and become more in tune with myself. I have never been more wrong. After spending 10 dollars on a psychic evaluation, I was left with the most dull, unprofessional responses I have ever read. I spent TEN DOLLARS, on a one minute session that granted no sense of comfort. The “psychic” did not even answer my one question that I had the time to ask. Feeling disappointed, I tried leaving a review under the ladies profile and couldn’t. Be warned, this app is money hungry and infested with ads. If you truly want to know more about your horoscopes and astrology I would recommend reading online or picking up some books. Reach out to a PROFESSIONAL psychic and not some pretentious wannabes.

Great until this happened... I literally love this app but I tried purchasing a wallpaper and since my debit card on my iPhone was out of date, I was then taken to my Wallet App to update my debit card information so that I can get billed for the wallpaper, and once I did all of that, I was notified by my Chase App that I had been charged but when I went back to the app, it just said “Error” and I wasn’t able to get the wallpaper. I then looked for a customer service number for the app and couldn’t find that on the app, so I searched online and still nothing. So then I contacted Apple Support. I would’ve given this app 3 starts but the fact that it was so difficult for me to do all of this because there was no phone number available for me to call, I am giving it 2.

Great app bogged by big problem. I genuinely love this app. The information it provides is pretty detailed and accurate, and the UI is amazing and easy to navigate. I also like that you don’t necessarily need to sign up for an account, it just uses your birth information. The reason I have to give it 2 stars is because no matter where I go, I will always get a full screen prompt to download the companion messages stickers app literally every 5 seconds even after dismissing it. It literally makes the app unusable when I can’t even load certain information because I get a full screen prompt asking to download this companion app over and over again. This happens even after force quitting and deleting/reinstalling the app. Hopefully the next update fixes it and it isn’t a wide spread issue. I’d love to continue using this app if I can!

PLEASE FIX THESE. Heyy, so the app is pretty good. My only plight is the Nebula talk feeds and stuff. Please make it to where, we have an actual profile and we get notifications on our post and can actually go to them. I notice when I get a notification it takes me to the entire feed and I have to find my post. The community should be an actual community where we can have small profiles with our pictures so we know who we’re talking to at least. Also, if you can make it to where we can post videos as well and bigger picture sizes. Please fix the community part of the app. It’s frustrating trying to find your post and it limits what you can actual say or see.

Money Grab. After MANY years of using this app, sadly I will be uninstalling. And I warn other to DO NOT download. This app was once great, however it has now turned into a money grab and frankly a scam. You can’t do ANYTHING anymore without having to pay some ridiculous amount of money. I was slowly seeing these changes, and even fell into the trap of paying once because the features I enjoyed were no longer free, however I draw the line at having to PAY for a compatibility comparison that honestly you can find more accurate ones on Google. This app has become more generic with their responses and as a psychic medium myself, it just feels like one big ol’ scam that preys on vulnerable people. Please be aware before downloading.

not worth paying for sure. the app is fine. it’s just fine. it’s like any other app you can buy, slightly worse than just a regular online website that talks about your chart. they only base things around your sun sign although you do get a (incredibly brief talking like 2 sentences each house) reading. it’s definitely “accurate” because of how ambiguous it is and the relationship reading isn’t at all telling. they give you a free $3 relationship reading then make you wait 3 days (when the trial period ends of course) for the reading and if you cancel ur membership it before those three days then they cancel your reading as well. the reading itself is literally laughable. 3 days for an ai generated report ONLY on your sun sign. if ur a astrology baby who loves apps like this don’t get this one, web sites will give you everything this app can’t.

Question regarding natal chart. Hello! I am really enjoying the app and within the first couple of days having it I decided to do the one time payment of $50 for premium Nebula. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find where my natal chart is or even how to restart it (within the app). If I attempt to retrieve it from my email it asks me to sign up for a paid trial; as I already did the one time payment, I would like not to have to pay again. How can I see my natal chart within the app?

Lost my credits and my chat with advisors. Saw this app ad on Instagram, signed up for it all, paid for the 7 day trial, wrote in a chat towards an advisor. I downloaded the app thinking my credits and everything would transfer from instagram, but it did not. I signed up for everything with the same account in the app and wound up with the chats disappearing and having no credits. My advisor sent me a message stating they were online and ready to answer my question, but when I click the link to view it, it stays stuck loading. I’m pretty sure this was a glitch but it’s still disappointing. I was looking forward to my reading, and now I don’t have any extra credits. Never got a free reading or anything. I’ll be cancelling before the trial ends because I have no idea what I’m paying for now.

Not worth it.. Personally I’m more into Vedic Astrology but for this app I had a Western reading done. The response I got from this person was the complete opposite of my Vedic readings and my other western readings that have been 100% accurate from the 2018 to present events in my life... Updating my comment based on response by Obrio Limited. Let me clarify what I meant. You can claim and say Astrology is not a science all you want but I am a firm believer of the stars and planets. Reading the stars and planet movements was considered science from many ancient civilizations and have predicted many things. In other words, I don’t doubt Astrology, your readers are either not that great or not very enthusiastic working for your platform... Since the last reading, I got another one done from a different astrologer on your app. Although he was a little better, still both were very lacking... Astro Veda and Yodha Pro is SOOOO much more thorough and accurate.

Very Much A Scam. I do not typically write poor reviews. However, this warranted warning others who may be in the same boat. I signed up for this app online, not realizing that when you do so, you are not allowed to simply cancel your subscription through your Apple account. I cancelled my subscription through Apple subscriptions when the free trial was up, and was confused why I’ve been charged $10 a week for two weeks… because they kept my PayPal information through the website and are charging it through that. Completely shady and under the table, and completely misleading. Which they’re fully aware of. I will absolutely NOT use this again, and highly recommend others just stay away. Sites/ apps with business practices like this are not to be trusted.

Unusual billing/subscription practices. It is difficult to track down customer support for this app; I did finally find his parent company, which offered me no help as to my billing and cancellation issues, said that I should go to subscriptions on my phone and cancel any subscription from there. This is usually how it works, but somehow, even though they use my Apple card, they do not show up in my subscriptions. I tried several URL‘s and emails on pages associated with Nebula, and found no help, not even an address or a phone number. Please note, the email given for support is not functional, because the web domain does not exist. The community forum said to talk to Apple Card and they would take care of me. Apple has indeed disputed the transactions. I’m not sure how this app got around my subscription list, but it strikes me as very sus.

Nebula constantly reminds me that I am not white. I love this app, it is super accurate and very helpful. However, when I scroll to the bottom for style advice, I am constantly reminded that I am not white. What I mean is that the hair advice is usually for individuals with straight hair—and now only “colored hair” for some reason—and the style advice suggests items that would only suit a white individual. For example, puffy headbands; this is an item that is exclusively worn by white individuals. I’m not sure if Nebula has BIPOC on their creative team, but regardless, there needs to be more diversity in the style section/suggestions, which is so clearly rooted in whiteness.

Terrible online readings!. I have been using this app for about two years, reading my daily, weekly, monthly and yearly horoscopes religiously. Sometimes the predictions are on point, and sometimes they don't match at all. And that is about as much as I enjoy this app. The other tips, regarding fashion, etc feel like a bad fashion column. They lack quality and relevance. Today I tried taking to an online astrologer, in the online astrology section. Actually two of them! I payed once, the basic plan. It ran out of credit almost immediately. Bought a second one for almost $50 dollars and the same happened. Somehow the app charge me a third and fourth time! That money got me two separate readings all with answers that weren’t concrete, and the money flew off. I do not recommend these readings at all. This is a joke. $50 bucks for a couple of minutes and you have to keep buying time because you can even get a question answered with the basic $10 dollar plan.

Scam. I downloaded this app and at first was very pleased with it. There was a feature called relationship where you answer some questions then they take a few days to write a report for you. I was super excited to view this. My report was supposed to be ready Friday at 11 am. I’ve had so much going on I haven’t had a chance to view it. I log in today to actually read my report only to see a message “ you’ve had 3 free views now you have to upgrade to view this feature “. Excuse me? I haven’t even viewed this once! Why in the hell would I pay for a feature you didn’t even allow me to properly preview? If it was meant to be a pay to view only, you could have stayed that as such. DON’T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND SAY WE HAVE VIEWED SOMETHING WE HAVE NOT!!! One star for trying to scam me. Otherwise your app is fine.

Careful!!!! Do not download, it is a fraud!. I kinda never sent reviews like that but since I got more than $100 unauthorized paiements from the app on my credit card right now I think I should not stay silent! Full story is I downloaded a $9.99 report by Instagram one day and then it was told I got a premium access to an app. I was happy so I downloaded it, but then it does not really work. Everything was lock on the app and the support told me I needed to pay $9.99 more. I was a little unhappy but I said ok, so I could have the app. We are a month later and I just discovered 11 paiements of $9.99 on my card. I contacted them and they said it is normal???? Because it wasn’t through Apple I cannot get any refund, they deny everything, and now I am literally stuck. So I advise you to NOT download the app, unless you are ready to pay a lot for knowing that the moon is in Aries….. ❌❌❌

There’s a lot wrong with this app. If anyone decides to download this app please make sure you read everything as far as “free” trials are concerned. Even if you do read everything additional charges are left out. They do not share everything that you are getting at all! Also you cannot speak with a astrologer even if you do pay for a subscription. It is an additional 20 dollars! When i hit submit to ask an astrologer a question, My iPhone was looking for my face to complete a purchase ! This was not stated prior to asking the question. Please be CAREFUL! I definitely don’t recommend ANYONE getting this app. Very disappointed. I’m sure they will have an excuse like they gave everyone else in the reviews, but my recommendation to everyone thinking of investing in this app. Do not do it.

Great app but it sometimes just doesn’t work. I love this app! The information that was provided about our day, week, month, and year has been decently accurate so far. The problem is is that the app sometimes doesn’t work on me where it would say “Something went wrong… Please try again” every now and then (a common occurance ever since October-ish. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but I would still receive the same message. Is there a solution to fix this? Overall, if we disregarded the occurance, this app is a good source to track our astrology charts and horoscopes!

Poor customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. This company advertised a love report for $9.99. I decided I didn’t want it and hit the back screen and it said “before you leave we have given you an additional discount new price $4.99” so I decided to keep the report only to still be charged the $9.99. I sent an email to the customer service email given, and never got a response to have my card refunded as well as the subscription canceled. I found a different email when I googled the complaint and forwarded my original and finally got a response a week later after my card was charged yet again $9.99 . And I was denied a refund for both times my card was charged even though they didn’t respond in a timely manner and their website was misleading about the price of the love report. This company has terrible customer service.

I like this app but. Whenever the moon is full or new or a first or last quarter it always has a notification that says “who will suffer from it” Why not say something like “what changes are coming” or “will you benefit from it” or something like that. I know it’s just an app but it’s kind of depressing. You just going about your day happy as a clam & then you think you’re gonna suffer cause there’s a full moon or something. Why do people choose to bring worry or pain into others lives instead of hopes or happiness? Yeah this is just an app. But if the smallest act of negativity could change someone’s mood, can’t the smallest act of positivity & kindness do the same? Especially being an astrology app. Bring light not darkness.

HUGE SCAM!! They take your money!!. “dont go! Now ONLY 4.99!” So I paid only to see they took 9.99 from my account! Their fine print and ways to cancel are NOT conspicuous and they need to be sued. I emailed MULTIPLE times trying to cancel and get a refund but was told my reason for a refund wasn’t valid. Never heard from them again but they proceeded to charge 2 of my chards for 2 separate payments on 2 different days. They continued to take about $20 consistently in 2 separate charges until I was fed up at no response via email and NO APPARENT WAY TO CANCEL! Again. They don’t respond to emails so all these developer responses saying “email is” is bogus. I’ve sent numerous emails and have not yet heard a response other than. Your reason for a refund is that valid enough.

It’s super cool. This app is so cool! I recently picked up astrology as a hobby, and have been learning about it a lot. Thanks to this app, I now know much more! I literally just got it 2 days ago, when my friend recommended it to me, and I’ve already learned different things about the signs, and palms! I myself am a Cancer, and I never really cared about the zodiac signs. I used to not like being a Cancer because of the name 😂 but now that I read about it, the more that I realize it’s pretty cool. My mom is a Scorpio, and she totally acts like one. She’s always stinging me with her stinger 😂. But my crab shell protects me 🙃. Awesome app!

Ascendent sign glitch. I’ve had this app for a while now and love it, but recently starting to have issues. It has always showed me as a Scorpio ascendent, as well as other apps I’ve used. Now all of a sudden it’s switched my ascending sign to Sagittarius. I’m using the same correct birthdate, time of birth and birthplace as when I first got this app. I’ve tried logging in and out several times and putting my information back in, but it still keeps showing Sagittarius rising. My sun and moon sign is still correct, only my ascending has changed, and now my chart is all thrown off. Please fix this or I don’t feel the need to use this app anymore, when it’s showing me incorrect information.
