Limited use on iOS. I have this app installed on my work phone and it works great; but on both of my iPhones, this app has issues with anywhere I try searching for information. ASK SAM, he will only let you see his answers while the keyboard is on the screen; if you try to send the keyboard off screen to easily read; the screen goes white until you reopen the keyboard. Same issue in the MY TEAM section. And when the keyboard is open on my team; you can’t see anything useful so I can’t even use that section of the app. I have tried seeking help but they just tell me the new update has fixed this issue; but I have uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app and it still has this same issue.

Constantly signs me out. The app constantly signs me out on both my personal phone and work issued phone, and I am required to create a new pin each time once logged back in. This happens once to twice a week. It is nerve racking to have to do this. I hope there will be a fix to this issue soon! And why do I need to create a nickname to submit this? Simply imputing my first name should work! Why make it so difficult? I don't want a nickname. I want to use my name! First name last initial at best. Multi billion dollar company can’t make things easy! Shame.

An app thats so unintuitive it can (and has) costed people their job. when requesting to use ppto your only able to use it in 15 minute intervals, perhaps thats more so something with company policy but that isn’t the issue. the scroll wheel by default STARTS at 8 hours. There is no induction that this can be changed unless you figure it out by sheer luck or if someone else physically does it for you the first time to show you. Second there is no system in place to double check if or confirm that you made the right selection. now keep in mind you need to work 30 hours to earn 1 hour of ppto. The way its set up, and ive even checked Reddit for a solution on how to recover my own ppto and apparently the same issue seemed to have been present two years ago and absolutely nothing has changed. literally all it would take to fix this is an extra screen that has what the request is, a small 5 second timer before you can select anything at all other than to go back and change (and even thats not entirely necessary) and a message says “are you sure?”. the lack of effort (by whoever runs the app’s systems or the higher ups within corporate, not necessarily within the individual stores) put into fixing this problem is insulting.

Interrupts music. No really, it does. Anywhere. At home listening to music and want to check your work schedule? Gotta pause your music for you. Listening to music before your shift and want to take a look at your hours for the day? Pausing your music for you again. There’s no functional purpose unless your intent is to pause the music of associates are currently on the clock. This is just as dumb because 1. If an associate was on the clock and on their phone and as bad as that function would make them out to be, they probably wouldn’t be looking at the associate app, and 2. Your good associates look at the app on their breaks usually, if not just to find merch when they aren’t on break

Major problems. First lets start with this app constantly trying to access my background data and facetime (why is it even trying to access facetime?!?!?!) and when trying to scan it constantly tries to turn my microphone on when trying to scan an item(which it’s scanning barcodes why does it need the microphone) Secondly when scanning items it consistently tells you the wrong location or that it cannot read this upc also if yu side by side them with a working scanner(handheld) it comes out completely different then the app and yu still need a handheld because yu cant fix shelve counts or anything and crashing every 10-15 scans Do not use this app!!!

It’s okay.. My main issue w the app is that I will enter my PIN I correctly by accident, so I type it again. It’s wrong, I doubt it but okay. Do it one more time, wrong again. Have to reset PIN. Even if I enter it correctly it says I didn’t. It’s easy to reset, thankfully. But when I need it rn, the PIN likes to screw up. I been w Walmart 3 weeks & already had to reset it 3 times 🙃. The clocking in function works for me, but it always says “can’t verify current status”. I look at it tho, and I am clocked in. Takes forever to load though. Also, many items I scan don’t have a spot, but use a team member’s device and it most likely has a place. 😑 Why does it make a difference? For the most part, it does what I need it to do.

App. Thank you for listening when associated voice there opinion on the app. The app is great we can do everything on here. I did hear there a when you call out through the app they don’t register that we call out. We still have to call out with the call out number. I don’t know if he was informed or if the issue was fixed but I know my HR was saying that could never register that we called out so we get a no call no show because we’re going through the app but I love it so much don’t really wanna call the 1- 800 number . It’s like a one stop shop website for employees.

Can’t handle transfers. I transferred from a store in CST to a store in EST, and though everything has transferred over work wise, the app still assumes I’m back at my old store, and still lists that as my old store and position weeks later. I can’t review my schedule, it clocks me out an hour in the past so I then have to adjust the next day that way I don’t lose a whole hour of work each day, and now, it won’t let me clock back in from lunch because I still have “23 minutes left before I can clock back” even though I’ve been on lunch for a whole hour. Everything I’ve tried hasn’t fixed it yet 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ask SAM has room for improvement. As an associate at Walmart, I believe that ask SAM is one of the best things introduced, however Sam isn’t always the best when it comes for searching for an item. For example, searching for an item using a description has a chance of Sam searching using keywords and not your entire search bars content. Additionally I think it would be a great improvement if Sam could be used to look up an item based on its merchandise name for example “Gv fzn peas” (that’s not an actual product I know) but if you could type in just the merchandise name and get the exact product that it matches it would make searches a lot faster, that being with Sam using descriptive words as a search description when looking for a product you don’t know the name of. Other than that, the app works great and I’m really happy with it. I think Sam has a lot of potential here and if these things are introduced it might help a lot of people find things quicker.

Me at Walmart. I’ve worked for the company for 7 months. I was hired for stocking associate. My first day they stuck me in the freezer. So my job was to pull items that were needed and put them on the shelves. Also to put the overstock items back into the main freezer. Let me say I did the job amd figured it out. So I was stuck where no one wanted to go. It’s brutally cold at -10 degrees in the main freezer. Also stocking the shelves is cold. But the problem is they don’t provide you with cold weather gear. That’s on you. So all the other employees get a nice cushy job while you freeze in the clothes you brought. So you have to buy your own gloves and jacket and hat. No reimbursement. Then come to find out that no one wants to work that department. You are on your own. It’s cold and the work just piles up. There is no way one person can do the job. Oh. And if the job isn’t done…they reprimand you. Lol I put my notice in yesterday. What a joke. And this is the company that brings you your food???

The Ask Sam. Since working at Walmart this app has helped a lot with my needs. I’ve never had any issues before and clocking in and out has never been a problem. Same goes with everything else, scheduling, scanning, and logging in. But.. since the new update on this Iphone the ask sam feature is not working. This makes it difficult to help customers or to find items. I’m a shopper that runs around the store so it’s a big inconvenience if i can’t find my items. I’ve tried updating my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, clearing all my history with app, and nothing has worked. Please fix this issue, and I am not the only at MY JOB that has this issue. Multiple people are asking to fix this problem.

Very t’d off is the least I could say. This app has continuously logged me out and not allowed me to log back in. Yesterday I worked a 9-6 and the app worked just fine my entire shift. My shift ends and the app won’t let me log in and EVERYTIME I try to it says “invalid credentials” my own team lead doesn’t even know what to deal with this. I reset the app I updated it re-downloaded it. Nothing works. I can’t check my own schedule to even see when I work. Not to mention the time it takes to clock in and out through the app and how it clocks you out on its own. Y’all are a billion dollar corporation and you can’t even afford to get an app right. How am I supposed to see when my next shift is? I have no clue if. I work today or not. This is completely unprofessional and watch somehow if I miss work I will still be held accountable.

So so on update.. Maybe a little below so-so. The update was last week and it came with the option to clock in/out of work as well as for lunch. However it works about 20 percent of the time. I’ve been late clocking in twice already because I relied on the fact that the app would take care of me. This update needs a update and soon. Also, the new push to talk between employees works about the same. I get a text saying I have a message but rarely get the ring. That function I can do without. I will give more stars and a better review if I see an update concerning these problems.

Check nearby stores. In the latest update that I had, there has been a change to the locations shown when you are checking inventory nearby for a customer. I used to be able to check a lot of stores but now it only gives like 6-8 stores. This does not help the customer if they are trying to find an item and need it right away. If I can’t tell them in which direction they may be able to locate the item they need then they may choose another retailer. We need to be able to see more locations with in stock inventory.

Glitches really bad. The app does work sometimes but there are times where when I got to clock in or out that it won’t accept it and sometimes glitches and won’t let me clock in or out or allow me to start/end my meal breaks. Everything else seems to work fine though. My main concern is the clock in and clock out. My badge doesn’t work and this app is the only way for me to clock in or out at this time. It was just this morning I clocked out and it said it took it then I loaded back into it after I had left the facility so I could check my schedule and it told me there was an error with my clock out time and therefore I had to turn around and go back to the facility to clock out. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me and it really is quite an inconvenience. Please fix ASAP!

The app Is Great!. This app here from Walmart is pretty good. I called is the app a breakthrough because it really help me with my livelihood as well as planning out working for Walmart. I can always go back and fix my schedules and always go back and talk to people around the store as well as supervisors on this app. A little bit more efficient than I had in the past when I didn’t have the app so big stars on this app is pretty good thanks.

Shopping 🛍 and Comparing Prices 👍. Walmart Super Center have the greatest deals on Clearance especially the pajamas. I purchased $165 worth,And I am pleased for the price $7 a set. 🤩 I love them as gifts especially Christmas is around the corner. With inflation the prices$$$ every where else, it’s called comparing and shopping at the right Walmart Super Center. The Associates are very helpful. They also, work tremendously hard to make sure the store is up to par!!👍👍👍👍👍 Keep up the good work 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Time Clock disappeared. So this app was working really well at first, and then about a week ago, my time clock option disappeared and I can’t clock in and out from the app. Also, when I click on the “Me” tab, my name isn’t there. My name says Not_found and my hire date says Invalid date. My role also says Not available. Like..am I no longer an associate there or something??! I’m really mad because no other associates seem to have this problem. I can still see my schedule and associates working so that’s the only good things. Also, the walkie function doesn’t work. Or I don’t know how to work it.

BRING BACK THE ROSTER FEATURE. Love the new app & being able to clock in & out. Must still be some bugs because I occasionally have to reboot my phone to get the clock feature to work. Also, please bring back the Roster feature. Without the TMAT, we are unable to see who works. The Roster showed associates in order of time they worked, which was great, whether I was on the clock or not. The AskSam does show schedules, but if an associate has several work areas, it doesn’t show the complete work day. 🙁 BRING BACK THE ROSTER FEATURE! 🙂

App Function. This app is very useful and definitely helps when your work phone does suddenly fast, would definitely suggest that the ask Sam function is changed to Scan Item like on the work phone for more accuracy so associates who are on the clock can assist customers better especially when it takes months to get ordered phones in. As of now only salaries management has this option but would benefit workers helping customers also.

Just ok. The app lets you clock in and out from your phone which is nice. They take away more features then they add, the PLAN IT app was wayyyy better. This app used to let you see your team roster for the day before clocking in. They recently removed this feature from me@walmart because they know how understaffed we are. You could also check your co workers schedual on PLAN IT which they recently conveniently discontinued. Also to enter ppto the wheel that you have to scroll is terrible the app freezes every time you try to request time off you have to re start multiple times and the fact that you can only get ppto in 15 minute intervals is ridiculous

The app worked great the first month but then it stoped working. So I started working for Walmart the in may of 2020 and the first month but then it stoped working it would not allow me to log in. So I redid the two step verification and it still didn’t work so I deleted and reinstalled it still didn’t work. So I called the support that Walmart gives you and they said that there’s not much they can do but give a ticket that someone can look into later. But about 4-5 months after getting this ticket they canceled it with no reason or s as anything. So I tried and do the two step verification and also uninstall and reinstall and still didn’t work. So now I’m really mad still and I would like for someone to help but there’s not anyone willing to help with my problem.

Great concept. I am enjoying the new features. I couldn’t use the clock in feature today because I worked past midnight last night and it made my time all wacky. The walkie feature never sends the message, it’ll send the notification of it being sent. But then nothing comes through and no way to replay it. Also, the roster not having it sorted by time is super sad and not being able to plan for the next day is a bummer too. I am excited for the direction and hope the bugs get worked out soon!

Missed the mark. I’m not sure what the app designers were going for but this app needs major work. Everything I would want or need the app for, this app can’t do. Want to check your paycheck? You can’t you have to go to Walmart one. Need to call in an absence or a tardy? You can’t, you have to go to Walmart one. I work in the distribution center and we’re not even allowed to use the app to request time off. We still have to fill out paperwork. Need to put in time for a vacation day? You can’t our distribution policy is that you have to put in time specific time as in I work a 10 hour shift so I have to put my time request in from 6:00AM to 4:00PM. You can’t do that on this app it puts your request in as a 24 hour time off request automatically and you can’t fix it! These are just a few issues I’ve found with the app I’m sure there are more. I would love to recommend this app to my coworkers but I can’t.

Kind of good. Most of this app is pretty good. It is simple to use and the information it gives is simple. The only thing that I dislike is the fact that it takes forever to clock you in and out and for lunches as well. I can walk the whole store and not be punched out and have to wait at the door to make sure that it does punch me out before I leave. I want to make a punch and have it be done in a few seconds, not long enough to walk the whole building and never have it finish, or to have it say that it couldn’t punch me in or out.

Keep the drop down on STORE. Many times when I am signing into the app; the location automatically is on Headquarters!!!!! Please make it to stay on “ store “ for location!!!!! This will save time for team members logging in to clock in!!!!!! Please make it default automatically to “ store “; if we go to headquarters; THEN we can do the drop down to “ Home Office “!!! Thank you so much!!!!! It is the little things that help us not get frustrated!!

Frozen White Screen Glitch/App Not Working. So a few weeks ago I was trying to help a customer find a product on the app but it was taking a really long time to load so I decided to try uninstalling the app and redownloading it because that usually fixes the problem but ever since I did that, every time I try to go in the app it’ll make me agree to the terms of service, ask whether I wanna enable my location and notifications, and then it just does a blank frozen white screen… And when I say a white screen I’m talking like the entire screen.. like there’s nothing to click on. I’ve tried refreshing the app, uninstalling the app then redownlading it, turning my phone off and on like literally nothing fixes it. I thought it might’ve just been a problem with my phone because I had an iPhone 6 at the time which is pretty old but I just got a new iPhone SE and I still have the same exact problem I did before so it’s clearly something to do with the app. Like the app is quite literally useless to me now because I can’t use it at all.

glitchy. when I clock in/out, sometimes it will say punch fail and I have to wait 1-3 minutes in order to try again. sometimes it gives me a proximity error even tho I’m connected to their wifi. Everything else seems fine, it’s just that when it comes to clocking in/out it gets annoying when it doesn’t wanna work the first time around. It’s my 4th week at Walmart and they wanted me to use this app since they are gonna get rid of the actual clocks, therefore idk how to actually clock in with my badge, so this app is all I got.

please fix your app. everything i list is a problem not only i, but every associate in my store has had with this app. the biggest issue is with it being very slow. there have been numerous times that i have had problems with the app upon clocking in that caused me to be late and have to use my ppto to cover. many problems with it saying “proximity error” whilst inside the store and attempting to clock in, usually takes several tries to get it to acknowledge that i’m in the store. “unable to get time zone” is another pop up i get often as well as just flat out refusal to accept my time clock punches. lots of issues with the “item information” scanner, again, mainly with it being very slow. there are many times when i will scan a item and it will say “unable to get item information” or do something along those lines. has issues with linking to a printer for case labels and/or will print the labels incorrectly. sometimes the scanner will not scan barcodes at all. here lately i’ve had a lot of issues with the app randomly crashing and also with the screen continuously loading when trying to print a case label. all of these app issues make my job very frustrating and take time away from doing my job effectively. a lot of these issues are not new and have been going on for months. it’s disappointing for a multibillion dollar company to produce a app this faulty for its associates. please do better walmart

Update. Unable to pull WOSH and OT data for my store. Says I’m not allowed even though I should have access since I am salaried. Would like the ability to view/download my paystub from the app. I know many of my associates would also appreciate this option…also the option to print the paystub to the main laser (or another printer in the store) through the me@walmart app would be amazing as well. Similar to how the mod flex tool can print to the main laser. I have several associates I help each week with printing out their pay stub and it can be time consuming especially for those who have trouble remembering the log in information needed.

As of now this is crud.. Every half a year it seems this gets an useful update. Such as the cross reference. But with that update the camera has slowed when trying to scan. Press it and it won’t load press it again won’t load then when it loads you hear tick sounds for however many times you had press the button. Then there is the inability to change shelf caps. A shelf cap of 30 items on a shelf that can only fit 3 is not helpful. So when things are picked you get more but have no space so are sent back only to be picked again the following day. Please show some intelligence and give us access to EVERYTHING you took away when you took the TC70 away.

Overview. The app is a great idea and I love it! There are some issues and glitches to me worked out. One I was like to see fixed is the issue with price changes not showing up right for everyone. I will see no price changes while another AT will see thirty of them. The app also has a terrible lag issue. It will start to run slower after a minute of using it. Sometimes I have to reset the app just to look something up for a customer. Some customers don’t understand and get a bit frustrated having to wait on me to reload the app.

Horrible. If I could give it no stars I would. As with everything else that Walmart does it seems like this app has fallen by the wayside in favor of something new or something else they have their attention on. I have used this app as a way of conveniently putting in my requests for time off and yet here we are AGAIN having to go back to using the old dinosaur of a computer that Walmart has in their stores.

Location settings bug. I have been working for Walmart since February of 2023 have had little to no issues with this app. However, since the last update I have not been able to clock in, go to meal, come back from meal, or clock out on this app. I have signed out, reset the WiFi on my device, deleted the app, reinstalled it and still nothing works. It keeps giving me a location error even when I am in the store and have my location on for the app. Would love to see this issue resolved.

App does not work. Walmart fix this app and give everyone the opportunity to clock in and out through it. Our time clock is a mess and doesn’t work better either. It’s really nerves wrecking struggling to clock in at work cuz time clocks are not working. Since the introduction of this app I have used it twice and that’s about it. Am literally standing inside the store and the app tells me in need to be close to clock in am wondering what close it’s really talking about. I have gone to the break room, by the customer service desk, towards the pharmacy, by the SCO, by the door, outside the building and nothing seems to work cuz according to the app am not even in the store facilities 🥵

I can’t open the app. The app was working fine yesterday but now when I go to open it now says that I need to create a PIN number, except I can’t. When I go to create my PIN number the number pad on the screen appears enlarged with the 0 being cut off. Also the numbers on the pad that do show only show the top half, and the seven eight and nine buttons will not respond when touch. So how am I supposed to set a PIN and access my schedule and other features in the app if everything that is supposed to show doesn’t and what does show everything still doesn’t work. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting my device, but that does not help. Now the app is useless to me. I can’t scroll down either.

Use to be A Great App but Major Problems that no one knows how to fix.. I used to be signed on to this Walmart App. But when I got a new phone and download the app and the verification for it. And try doing the two step verification. It kept denying saying that the wrong numbers for the step verification. And when I tried to go in and delete my two step verification it won’t let me delete it or add another. And with HR saying that soon they will get rid of time clocks how will I be able to clock in, going on meal, and clocking out when they app refusing me and other people. With HR not knowing how to fix it. Putting in tickets for it to get support on to fix it. Been past 5 months and still haven’t gotten it figured out for us people who are having these problems.

Inconsistent performance. Although there is a lot to love about this app, they really need to improve the bug fixes on it. Many times I’ve gone to login and it makes me sign in all the way from the beginning and re-establish my identity. Also, when there are punch errors that are corrected it continually gives associates error messages which is confusing. The walkie feature is practically useless as it is now. Texting would be a better option. Also, as a people lead or manager it would be great to have an option to be able to message ALL associates at once. Sometimes there is communication that we used to be able to send out as a time clock message which we can only do to associates that are on the clock. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Some few kinks. It’s definitely a work in progress but it’s pretty good. Other than the fact that when I walk into lawn and garden I can’t clock in there. I’d like to clock in then so I can head to my department (housewares) to find my team lead and know what I need to do right off the bat. The other thing is the check for update page I get when opening the app. My store doesn’t have the best wifi so it takes a while just to get into the app to help customers find something they need. Other than those two things it’s a pretty great app. I think it would be cool to adjust your true availability through the app too.

Useful but needs improvement. I used to have an issue with my two-step verification. I changed to a new phone and so I had a hard time enrolling my new device to the app until I sent a ticket through One Walmart site. Surprisingly, it was fixed after a day. One thing (among the many) that I want to suggest is regarding the “Ask Sam” feature. I wish it would auto-correct typos because it will save the customer’s and associate’s idle time. One time, I looked up “bread crumbs” and it didn’t give me results because it wanted the correct spelling. I know this is a minor issue but I hope this will still be given attention.

One stop shop. I really like the one stop shop feel from the Me@Walmart app. Almost everything in one place. The only criticism I could give is not being able to see the category numbers. It’s not important for everyone but in the Entertainment department it can go a long way for setting mods and getting merchandise to the right location faster. Also I noticed that sometimes the app doesn’t show cross reference items, but Inventory Management will show cross references. All in all, great app for busy people.

Needs Work. I have been an employee for about a month. Each time I go to clock in or out while in the store, the app just spins for a period of time. Eventually, most of the time, if I go out and back into the app I will be signed in or out. There is a flag “unable to determine clocking status”. This has caused me to go home only to discover I was still clocked in. I had to contact my Team Lead to do a correction. Also, lately there has been a red punctuation mark on Tasks but there are no tasks to complete. These issues are very frustrating. Please fix! The app is not working at all now!! This is crazy as we cannot check our schedules, clock in/out nor can we help customers locate items.

Needs work. Honestly it’s not that bad of an app. The idea of it is good but there are something’s that need fixed. The app every 2 weeks for me locks me out and makes me make up another pin. Sometimes it refuses to clock me in, even if I’m sitting in the breakroom, it’ll say I’m not on Walmart property or it’ll take my entire lunch break for it to meal start I’m just glad I can adjust my time in the app itself. It’s just the random little things that need fixed but other than that the idea is nice. I just hope they get fixed before they get rid of the time clocks at my store.

Developers need to fix. First: the app is great, when it works. I love having my schedule at my finger tips, and easily being able to see available shifts. However, since day one of trying to use this app, I have had a constant issue with it just signing me out and then no longer being able to load it or sign back in to it. I worked with app support for over a week to get it back the last time, only for it to kick out again after only a few weeks🙄😠. I am obviously not the only one with this problem, yet nothing seems to be being done to fix it🤷‍♀️. Please, Development Team or App Support, do something to fix this. Since this is supposed to be such an important tool for us to utilize, make it possible for us to use it. Thank you.

New update. It’s been 2 weeks since the new update and during those 2 weeks I haven’t been able to login to the app at all. The app crashes completely every time I try. I haven’t been able to assist customers as well as I usually did when I could use the app to find the items they are looking for, and I still cannot clock in and out through my phone. It’s pretty annoying that I’ve been clocking in and out through the other way all across the store, when I used to clock in and out through my phone easily. Please update the app again and fix this problem, im tired of having to deal with this every single time I work.

As a People Lead I should be able to see Overtime and other features!. The app does amazing things, but needs a lot of improvement. Not only is the rollout for features slow, they don’t come out with things before decommissioning on other devices. I noticed that salary managers have access to seeing people related metrics such as overtime. Hello… people leads should have access to all functions that salary managers do on this app. Also a message feature to go along with the walkie feature would be great. I’m talking about text messages, almost like a time clock message for the app. We should be able to leave messages when the associates clock in.

Solid. The app is pretty good for what it is, the Ask Sam feature is useful to help customers as well as when I’m off shopping in order to scan prices (especially considering that the shelves are often shuffled). My only downsides are that the clocking function sometimes glitches out and stops working, or that the app randomly freezes, and there are other times where I try to clock in and it gives me a completely different time than it currently is (for example, I could be clocking in at 10:57 and the app will ask me to confirm for 7:59). But when the app works, it works.

Won’t let me swap shifts. Since the newest update everything has been working fine up until now. I requested to swap shifts with one of my coworkers but after a couple days they never accepted or denied it. I asked them about it and they said they never got anything in their inbox. I canceled the request and tried again but he still never received it. He then tried to request to swap shift with me for the same days. I got a notification that he requested to swap shifts but when I opened the app there was nothing in my inbox. I have tried several times with other coworkers but nothing ever shows up in their inbox or in mine.

Clocking in and out issues. Lately I have noticed when it’s time to clock in and out from my shift it freezes. I’ve had to turn my phone off and on to make it work. Now I have to delete the app then loading it back on. Having to start over for my password ect. When I think it’s working I get an error message. Then I have to log on a computer to see if I was clocked in. I have had times where it says I clocked in and I wasn’t. The time was saying I clocked in at this time but I didn’t start work till 1 hour later. It’s confusing and time consuming. This issue will have us thinking we are clocked in and started working when in fact we have not due to this glitch. This issue will put our jobs in jeopardy. So please fix this ASAP. Thanks!

It get the job done, but recently I’ve been locked out. I think the app is very streamed line and simple to understand alway room for improvement. I just can’t come up with one because I’m not a app developers or someone with a idea. The only problem I have is a big one in my opinion is being locked out of the app. I’ve been locked out over two weeks I think at least, me, fellow employees and even managers have tried and failed to resolve my issue. It keep telling us that I have to setup a 2 step verification. Enjoying it.. For a work app I really enjoy it and it is helpful, but the walkie talkie part of the app I would let mind being updated. Maybe like a Facebook message system so you can review messages and can hear messages when they are sent instead of keeping the app open. I really really like that feature so I am not handing out my personal number to those I don’t normally talk to. I enjoy it though.

Time Clock is completely broken. For the past month, the time clock on the app has been completely broken. I have not been able to clock out or clock in after lunches. It started out with the app freezing on my Note 10 after going to the time clock screen, preventing me from clocking out. I then got an iPhone X and for a few days it worked... but now the time clock option is just gone! Literally! I cannot clock out at all. I HAVE to use the incredibly slow computers to clock in and out. How is this system so broken?

Review. Works well. Only thing is I wish we could access some things while not at work, and also the buffering while it tries to clock in or out isn’t the best. Just slow connection. It would also be nice to be able to see everyone’s schedule not just my own so I could plan on who will be working with me on whatever day, and in case I’d like to trade work days I’d be able to know who has that day off and whatnot. Otherwise it’s good for what we need. :)

This app is super frustrating.. The ppto thing is indeed a problem by it trying to automatically use up 8 hours of that time. On top of for the past week I’ve been locked out of the the app and I can no longer sign in at all. There’s no where to update an email or a number for the app to send you a push notification since it’ll just lock you out whenever it decides to. No one has been able to help me at all and there’s no help option on the app itself. So now I have no way to log in and it’s just a useless app just sitting in my phone.

issues with signing in. it’s a great app it has always worked for me, but all the sudden it signed me out and when I tried signing back in it’d asked me to verify by sending a text to my phone. The text never came in and I couldn’t log back in. I sign in one of the computers at walmart and made sure the correct number was on the 2 step verification. Now when I try to sign in on the app it does not allow me to verify, it just says to visit a link to add a form of verification. So I cannot use the app. What can I do?

Supervisors can’t let go of control. Employees were using the app as it was designed to sign up for OT and swap shifts. The supervisors and upper management couldn’t handle not having full control of who gets OT and who’s swapping. They went back to the old sign up with supervisors on paper method of signing up for OT and now swapping has to be pre approved after a paper submission. Employees felt empowered for the few months we were using the app properly but leave it to wal mart management to bring a good thing to an end. The app itself was great but if we can’t use it it’s not helpful.

White Screen. Is a solution/app update to fix the white screen problem coming soon? I haven’t been able to use the app for almost a month now. I’ve already submitted my details to app support and I haven’t heard anything back. Reminder: when I open the app it skips the login page and just goes to a blank white screen. I’ve already deleted the app, reinstalled the app, after doing this it does ask if I accept terms and conditions, want to allow location tracking and notifications. Then when it’s time to actually login it goes to a blank white screen.

Allow Company Phone Features on Associate Personal Phone. This app helps associates a lot but sometimes there are not enough company devices. It will help to allow the features of work phones on associates in states not allowed. It really helps to help customers when there is “no location” if theres any items in the back, or to assure them there are more items in a nearby store.

A suggestion. I think being able to see your worked hours (so far) would be useful. I also wish we could see how many points we have. Information like that can only be found on Onewalmart and that website never works unless you log in at a store computer.

Where’s my time clock?. Overall I think this is a pretty decent app. I have the occasion clock in trouble but other than that it’s great. Today I was unable to sign in at all. I had to clock in through a computer. I went to the App Store and saw there was an update so I updated it. Now I am going to lunch but my time clock option is not here at all. I removed the app and reinstalled but it is still not here 🤷🏻‍♀️

Downgrade. The new update took away viewing attendance roster so now you must be clocked in to see who is scheduled for that day. The app also doesn’t show trucks or deliveries unless, again you are clocked in. Sometimes people like to know who’s gonna be there, sometimes we like knowing what trucks we have going in to work without having the first info we get be right when we face it. They took away showing relevant info for no reason. Hopefully the information will show agains clocked in or not. A lot of people liked having that inside knowledge and info before going into work.

Good but still needs work. Glitchy some days and not some days if I get too far away from the middle of my store then it won’t let me clock in. Time wheel for ppto and pto isn’t the most user friendly but yeah I mean I definitely like it versus using the old time clocks when we would all have to line up and race to get clocked in on time I’m sure over time the bugs will get worked out hopefully sooner rather than later

I use it for work but it doesn’t work. The app overall isn’t bad it just glitches a lot. It always says it won’t clock me in because I’m not at work but I’m standing right inside Walmart. Another thing I can’t stand is please fix the option where when you put in pto or ppto PUT AN OPTION TO FIX IT IF WE MADE A MISTAKE ON THE HOURS. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve put 8 hours instead of 1 or 2 hours. And I can’t even fix it so there goes all my paid time off. It’s so annoying please fix it.

Four stars. I would give five stars, but at times it shows employees clocked in, when they are not, and not clocked in when they are. Also the messenger does not make a sound when receiving a message. I can only see the notification in my notifications window when I look at my phone. I’m not going to look at my phone all day, so I miss important messages.

Laughing stock!. As a employee for the company, I must say this app is dead on arrival! Why are we being force to use something broken when they fix something that never was broken in the first place. Scan outs is a joke! They won’t even let you key in the item number. Price changes still not available, pathetic! What a joke! They need to rename the app to Jokers@Walmart.

Frozen white screen. I used this app daily since I’m a cashier and now all I get is a white screen. At my store we all use the app mostly for everything since none of the time clocks work and now I have to go find a computer not in use to clock in and out which is easier said then done

Awesome. Latest update fixed the issues I previously had but for some reason supply chain associates cannot use the shift swap function. Another associate and I tried to swap and it didn’t notify either of us of the swap and the inbox says it cannot load schedule updates. Also was curious to know if the time clock feature would be implemented in the supply chain as this could alleviate some congestion we have at the time clocks during shift starts.

Changing Direct Deposit. So i guess they recently added a feature where you could change your direct deposit information, which is helpful considering the HR at our store literally refuses to help people unless it’s a utter emergency and even then no help is guaranteed 😂. So i’ve been trying to change it to another checking account i have and no matter what, it won’t change but it says “payment method updated” or something like that. My question is why add something that literally just doesn’t work? Would be a dope feature if it did

Completely glitched now I can’t get back into it at all.. Absolutely terrible. I can’t even use this app anymore because it completely locked me out after two failed attempts at my passcode because I was typing it in too fast. And then when I tried deleting the app and re-downloading it, it still thinks the app is downloaded so now I can’t even use it to clock in and out anymore. So now I have to completely restart my phone to see if that works because I have tried EVERYTHING. The ask Sam feature was fantastic when im working but nope can’t use that anymore.

Two associates/ big problem. I loved this app as it made things easier but I live with my son who also works at Walmart and about a week ago I checked my schedule and the schedule was wrong and it said I was clocked in when I was at home and I realized it was my son’s schedule.. I tried logging him out and deleting the app and nothing works and my son has never signed in to my phone and I can no longer clock in or find my schedule.

Subpar. This app always seems to have some set of problems that are seemingly easy to resolve. I realize Walmart of all companies isn’t going to have a stellar development pipeline in their coding department, but come on. Like choosing to make the UI in-app for certain inputs is just dumb for example, when you could just use Apple’s, and as a result it’s a bug fest at random. Just seems like their devops is inexperienced somewhat, or they get shut down easily. Clocking in and out is also a gamble due to how inefficient the whole GPS system operates store to store. Whole app needs a lot of work.

The last big update broke features. Whenever I go to do a price check with the app and scan the barcode the system will tell me to use the other barcode so I have to hand key in the UPC for it took work makes it too tedious to do when your in a hurry. The clocking status is unreliable constantly shows unknown. Then when I go to use my pin to log into the app it tells me my pin is incorrect so I have to close the app and use the Face ID to get logged in then the pin works fine again

Invasion of privacy. When you go to ask Sam you can type in a persons name and find out there whole schedule. There are things happening that are very serious at my store and come to find out this person is keeping tabs on people coming in and out. This NEEDS to be fixed! It used to be only management who can see your schedule but anyone can. Please get this fixed soon I am tired of getting harassed by this person and I have no way of hiding my work schedule so they can leave me alone.

Great Start, Has potential but needs work.. This App has so much potential. To start the clock in feature is great when it works as well as the other features. Features that need to be added. 1. Timesheet history such as punches by day and total hours worked for the week etc. in app 2.Paystub, allow associate to view paystub and print paystub new and old in app. 3. Allow Associate to check attendance exceptions balance in app. 4. Allow Associate to call out Sick/Tardy directly from the App. 5. Face ID question at beginning needs to be disabled once you request not to use it. Instead of having to hit no every time app is opened. Give option in settings to activate it later if wanted. 6. Be able to adjust benefits such as 401K % and ASPP deduction etc. 7. Be able to adjust direct deposit amounts and accounts Thank you for continuing to make this app better for everyone.

Time clock. There are times when I try to clock in that the app doesn’t work properly. It tells me that the time clock function isn’t available, yet it says that the function is available below. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. It’s extremely frustrating when I have to clock in on the computer at customer service. Having to do so sometimes makes me late for my shift.

Got a notification that I can’t even click on for an app update. Glitchy and unreliable and then when I go to schedule nothing loads so many problems with clock in and out feature not convenient at all… sometimes it works to submit ppto and sometimes it doesn’t. It won’t load time off requests that are current and on top of that 4 days ago I got a notification for an app update and it didn’t let me click to see the update. Went to my App Store and it’s “up to date” Says the last one was a month ago.

Roster please. Please bring back the ROSTER feature!!!!! Otherwise the app is great. Only a few times I get a spinning cog when opening pages. Love being able to clock in and out now. Used to waste 3-4 minutes waiting for the computer to log the last person out and me back in after they changed the desktop app. But Please bring back the roster!!!!!

No time clock feature. I like where this is going but I am unable to use the time clock function. Actually my whole store, 5608, is unable to use it. The feature doesn’t even show up for us. It would have been a great option for us while waiting sometimes 10-15 minutes for a health screening on the side of the building. So many times I had to fix my punch so I wouldn’t get an occurrence. Hoping this gets fixed soon.

Stop exporting your business to our personal phones!. I didn't care about how good or bad this app was when using it was optional. But now you are rolling out plans to make us use our own data, our own battery power, and surrender control of our own phones settings just to do our job. These are our devices! You don't get to require we give you access to our location or notifications. You are more than capable of providing a time clock and your own handheld devices for us to do our work and there is no acceptable reason to take those alternatives away from us.

Useless. This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever been forced to deal with. Considering it deals with my job, it should work the way it’s supposed to. Clock in feature doesn’t work, or just spins for up to 5 minutes. App constantly crashes or logs you out. Impossible to put in time as it just freezes up halfway through your request. Every update the bugs just keep getting worse. Please get a better team on fixing this app, I want to be able to actually use it the way it’s intended since my job is forcing me to do so.

Automotive Service Mgr. The Walmart app is awesome any associates working for Walmart will be walking to there areas and a Customer asking how much is this idem cost and right there associates can look up the price that fast and the app also has ask Sam and Birthdate from our associates and tasks for the associates and many more being updated next year thank you Walmart

Unable to Clock-in. Every since the last update I have not been able to clock-in for work. It stays in thinking mode I have to just get out the app. I have trying deleting the app and reinstalling which usually works. I have even tried turning my phone completely off to reset the phone same issue it’s been over three days now.

Too many sign ins. Constant sign in and recreation of passcode. I understand the security behind it but as an online grocery associate sometimes I am in the middle of dispensing with my work phone and I get stopped by a customer so using my personal phone is the only other option to check inventory or to see if we carry an item. But to have to sign in, send the push notification, create a new pin then use my Face ID takes up a lot of time. Some customers just walk off before I even finish

Self Assessment not working. This app is great, but I’m a new associate and my COVID self assessment does not work. Every time I click it, it says I have to wait 15mins prior to the beginning of my shift. So then I do, sometimes 5-10 mins before my shift and still get the same message. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. This is a disappointment because I leave my badge in my locker and don’t want to have to give my WIN # every time and tell them my app isn’t working. If this could get resolved, I’d have no issues.

White Screen. There have always been bugs and issues I’ve been able to deal with. Scheduling and time punch not showing up (have to restart app) and proximity errors even though I was standing in my store. Recently though, regardless of how many times I uninstall and reinstall the app, or restart my device, it only shows a blank white screen. Never really had issues with the app prior to the past few changes and updates that have been made. Seems as if the main focus of development is on the amount of features and not how well the main features of the app work.

Schedule. One of the main reasons I use this app is to quickly see my schedule. For some reason it’s not showing me my schedule at all, nor an option either. It’s missing on the Home Screen and under the Me tab the icon is missing. The icons next to where it’s supposed to be, appear as though the schedule icon was never there. So now I have to log on to the Wire to see my schedule, which in itself takes awhile because that website is also buggy. Just ridiculous.

My First Experience. I’m a 74 year old, low tech person, using my cellphone to communicate in ways I never realized was possible! Our “People Lead” (Sarah R./Store Club 536) instructs and guides everyone with patience, skill and knowledge. She “rescues”; when the cellphone decides not to communicate…for some “unknown reason”. She’s invaluable: A “people person” and a “computer wiz” too. My part time job, fills a compassion to serve others. I appreciate Walmart (IH351/Abilene), working with my schedule, to make this possible.

Cannot Access or find anyone to help. This app was working fine. When they removed the mobile time clock, I could not login . The two step verification will not call me back. I cannot find anyone to help. I cannot get in to see my schedule. All calls go to nowhere. I called a couple of weeks ago and actually got a person that assigned a ticket number for the problem. Now I can’t get a live person anywhere and support chat only works if you’re on the wire?? Come on!! So frustrating! At least with the old app I could get my schedule.

Good app but time clock doesn’t work right. I tried to use the time clock feature to clock out for lunch when I was doing the door host position and it said proximity error even though I was in the store. You have to be like in the middle of the store fir it to work at store 2361 but besides that i like the new update. If you can fix the time clock issue then I will update to 5 stars. Ps it also takes like 30 seconds for it to register the clock in or clock out I really hope you can bring down thirds times

Just The Worst. Was showing up 30mins early for an orientation and was called 15mins before the orientation by the HR herself to tell me orientation doesnt start for another hour and a half… (already here 30 mins early) asked cant make it may i kindly reschedule was told no cant do it, wont see you till another month… i show up early do everything im suppose to do and you guys as million dollar company can’t reschedule a day or even a week later but another month… but if im hired… i call 15mins before im suppose to come n… im fired… but HR can do it no wonder that location is always hiring need smh.

Awful. Company needs to improve this app if they want us to use it. I can’t even get signed on because it can’t find a wifi signal. I’m a floater pharmacist so I constantly have to go in and out of different stores and it’s just more than this app can handle to recognize a different WiFi each time. Right now I can’t even sign in to my home store ! They are supposed to phase out the GTA time clock and right now I have so many edits to make because of the failure of this app. I guess they just want me to work for free. That’s not happening. I’ll go somewhere else.

Wally World. From the name to the people it truly is like that Chevy chase movie where they went to Wally World. Only thing with that movie is it’s just a movie. John Candy is in it with Chevy Chase. He finally gets to Wally World with his family and the park is closed. So Chevy decided to to matters into his own hands and hold John candy the security guard hostage to go onto all the rides and have some enjoyment. It’s quite a place to work quite a job for sure.

New App. Please add roster functionality back. I’m an Entertainment Lead and I love being able to check who was scheduled today and tomorrow even while off the clock. Also the My Team section of the app, it would be nice if it would actually separate the teams. If I want my Entertainment team I have to view the entire GM side of the store and can’t narrow it down.

Bugs bugs bugs. I can’t take the assessment “15 minutes prior to the start of my shift” like it says I can, I can only do it at the start of after. This app runs in the background even after I’ve toggled background app refresh and audio off only to find out it’s still using those resources. Ask sam is ok and the only reason the app gets 3 stars is due to clock in feature. Please make sure this last one continues to work.

update for issues with me@walmart. So i’m a Team lead and have been trying to help associates fix the issue with the new work phones walmart had provided for associates what i found out is if you go to settings in the personal part of the phone and reset the settings you will be able to log into me@walmart also make sure you don’t have the me@walmart app in the personal part of the phone this might also be an issue so before following the steps delete the second me@walmart app. Following steps: settings General Management reset all settings reset your phone by putting in you pin and once it resets enter the same pin and try to now log into me@walmart it should work for you

Terrible Performance. Are the developers of this application aware of how integrated it is for Walmart staff? Are they aware of how often we need to use it? If so, how could the in good faith place this on the App Store? Terribly optimized, horrifically unresponsive, and plagued with bugs. Please, stop trying to add additional, unnecessary features before you streamline and simplify the most basic features we use everyday. Just bringing up the scanner UI is terribly slow and unresponsive. On top of that, I’m using the “latest and greatest” iPhone 14 pro max. It is not a hardware issue.

Recent update didn’t help. The approved time off requests are now no longer showing. I have been scheduled twice on days I had approved time off requests so far. I’m not sure if that’s an app issue or WM. I am also never able to clock in on the first try. I have to clear my app, make sure WiFi is off, reopen the app, turn on WiFi, then the clock in feature works. The ideas on this app are nice. It it still seems clunky

User Friendly. This app is the Best app for employees!! It’s so easy to clock in and out for the day… It’s easy to find item locations and product information, even if it’s not your current department.. It’s even easy to find your schedule, points and deposit history, request days off and so much more.. I give it a big thumbs up!!!

App is ok, Bunch of kids complaining here!!!. I like the app a lot, it’s easy to clock for lunch and back, the only thing I notice is when you clock in take a moment spinning but for sure record the time you did punch, people don’t understand not matter how long it take it actually will record your time fine!!! Stop wining people 🤷🏻‍♀️. I would like to be able to open my availability on the app!!!

Help. Hello, since the last update I have not been able to use the app on my iPhone anymore, it freezes. I have installed it several times and restarted my phone several times. I would like to use it again on my iPhone. It started happening to me since the last update.
