💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Good free app, great with paid plan. I gave it 3 stars because what I got it for is great, but the other stuff is either just ok, too basic, or you have to pay in order to use. I got it just for the fasting tracker, which is great if you are doing 16:8 fasting. There is no other fasting option. But, you choose your start time and it lets you know your end time. And there is a timer that counts down, and it will send you notifications when to start and stop. This feature is great and really the only thing I use it for. The other features it offers for free are ok. The step counter works great. Just carry your phone everywhere you go and it counts your steps (as long as it’s not in your purse or bag). Works just like the built-in pedometer on the Health app. You can even set a step goal. The water tracker allows you to set a daily goal, but you can only count water and only in 8oz increments. (I use the Drink Water app-it’s free and works much better.) You can also have a friend join you in fasting. If you both have the app or an account it will track your progress together. You need to pay for a membership plan to access all the other features such as eating suggestions and meal plans, challenges, help, etc.

Not that great. There needs to be more up front information on how to structure diet and how to determine which fasting regimen is right for any individual. Also, i’ll have read other places that if one sticks with one regimen for a long period of time, the body adapts, which makes sense. The primary things the app does is 1) tells you to drink water, 2) gives notification reminders when to start and stop your fast (that you have to decide on your own which one you should choose, with not much information), 3) lets you record you weight every day. There are little daily reading nuggets, which are interesting and some are helpful, but I find much of the information would be helpful up front. Also, the diet “coach” or whatever it’s called is not a live person —— it’s just a list of recipes and recommended foods that you can scroll through. I have some very simple, basic questions like, is it ok to use stevia? I like the tiniest bit in my morning coffee. There’s no live support to answer a simple question, let alone a more complex one. My doctor has recommended “Zero Fasting” app. Will try that.

I’ve found success with this app!. I have tried 16:8 Intermittent fasting on my own before and even though the concept is so easy, I totally failed. And this is coming from someone who was a pretty thoughtful and healthy eater, and then toddlers happened. I found it difficult to keep an eye on my fasting/eating windows on my own bc I also was juggling two other schedules. But this app changed that completely. So easy, it’s really positive and motivating (you never feel defeated which I think is such an important aspect of reaching a goal), there’s so much more you can utilize out of it as far as additional habits, and you can go back and edit your times bc sometimes life takes us away from our phones but we still met our goals. I’ve lost weight, I drink wayyyyyy more water, and feel really good and it’s 100% bc of this app. PS I bought another app a week before this one and so glad I decided to ditch that one for this one!

Simple easy-to-use, great articles. I’m trying this and the Simple fasting app. This is easier to use and more intuitive. The articles are also more interesting and keep me motivated. I like that to can log how I feel. I tend to use this open field to note my meals as well. Wish: I wish there was a feature that sent me a notification to end my fast and gave me a button to click to end it. Because after 16-18 hrs, I’m just going to start eating. Then, a notification to start fasting, same deal. If this can be achieved, it’s be a game changer. Otherwise, it’s not hard to edit my fasts to reflect what I did. Though see the bug I noticed. Issue/Bug: Data graph does not show corrected fasting times though when you tap through it shows updated info. What it does show is an overstatement of my fast (22hrs vs 17 when I forgot to stop the fasting tracker). Again, much easier to use than the Simple app, which forces me to log my food and doesn’t make it easy to do so. Fastic makes it easier to make this a habit and be successful, without stressing me out. The just-right amount of graphs keep me motivated without triggering my perfectionist tendencies. Loving this. I’ve been tempted to skip a day of fasting but I want to hit that 21 day goal! And I will. Been using this for 1.5 - 2 weeks and dropped about 3 lbs. Steady and healthy and I eat very well. Thanks!

Quit Changing Displays For the Sake of Making a Change. Opened the app today after the recent update and the fasting display was changed. Your changed the colors, for whatever reason, and now I cannot quickly see the phase of my fast based on the color. You did not add information or make the information presented more usable, you just changed it for the sake of change. As a software developer of over 50 years experience, I despise changes that do not improve the experience or present new, valuable information but merely show that you are capable of making a change. I do not use Fastic as a sensual experience but rather as a mechanism for tracking and improving my fasting. Instead of changing the way information is displayed for the sake of making it “prettier,” focus on changes that improve functionality and usability like allowing me to set a fasting schedule for each day. I’d like to be able to set the length and start of my fast for each day so it can reflect my actual schedule/needs and not have the app expect everyday to be the same or that I will daily remember to make the required changes.

Love this app. If you want an app you don’t have to pay for this one isn’t for you unless you want the most basic option. But in my personal opinion paying for this app is so worth it! I just had my baby and I want to lose all this extra weight and eating salads and healthy foods just hasn’t worked for me. I tried fasting before and it really helped, until I got sick of salads and gave up. But this app shows you healthy foods to eat that you won’t hate i love the recipes and they have vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerant, gluten free and meatless options so if you can’t have certain foods they will acomidate that. There are three levels and the more I tense the level the longer you fast for so if you’re not comfortable fasting for 20 hours and only eating for 4 of them start off slow and you can get more intense the more comfortable you are with fasting. I recommend this to anyone that wants to lose weight!

Would be better if it was not a game. The app is great on many fronts. The aid to keep up with your water intake, the cycle of fasting calculations and the good information it provides alongside your fast. I don’t know anything about the coaches or any of the other paid sort as I’m on the free side. But get this: the app acts like a game! Even if you started your fast, if you did not activate it on the app, the app considers that day a loss. The app, like a game contains fire and stars and ice whatevers that you collect and use to skip days you lost to continue your progress and when you forget to notify the app of your fast and don’t have any ice or in game currency you automatically lose your progress. I get that the game is trying to keep you motivated, but the fact that it doesn’t activate without you checking in on it, ergo it shutting your progress so far because of it makes this app a complete money grab, and useless to say the least. I have only used it for 3 days, and so far it’s proving useful, but if you’re someone who lives life to the fullest and is too busy in the day to check your phone constantly to keep up with the app, then don’t bother. There are many other apps that do just the basics like calculate and time you while you fast! This app is no different when you’re on the free end and don’t bother with the “game” aspect of it...

I like it…but (Updated). Update: I have to give credit where credit is due. Upon opening the app today, I saw it had been updated to both allow me to change which day or days I wish to not fast, and let me set up daily goals once again. This has made my experience so much better, and I am very happy. I would probably recommend this app now, especially if issues like this are sorted out this quickly. Of course, the update could have already been on its way too. But regardless, I am pleased with it. I’ve enjoyed the app overall so far, but am annoyed by some things. One, the first day I set it up, I was able to set up some kind of daily goal of my own. After that first day, it completely disappeared and I could not find anything related to it again. Secondly, I wanted to have a free day on Sunday, but it was still tracking my fast for Saturday. So I thought well maybe I should move my free day to Saturday technically, and maybe that will solve the issue. Right? But then I found that I can’t move my free day without resetting my account and losing all my progress. Who decided that was a good idea?? I paid money for this app too, because I really liked it at first. But seriously, it needs some work still. Update: I tried resetting my account in order to change which day is my free day…and it didn’t give me an option to change that! So so dumb. I lost my progress for nothing. I’m really unhappy that I paid for this app now. Cannot recommend.

Great fasting app. My wife and I have searched for a couple apps for fasting. We found Fastic and it has everything we want in the app. We like that it can keep track of your water intake, food, intake, and other things. What I really like about the app is that it gives you very positive reminders. Also, there is tons of information in the app as to how far along in your fasting process you are and what it is doing for your body. You can touch the app in the section you’re at during your fasting. And it will tell you what is going on whether there is fat, burning ketones, ketosis and other things. Those things are very helpful and encouraging. I highly recommend this app. If you are starting a fasting program all the information is editable. If you forget to start your fast, no worries you can just edit the timer as to when you started and the same for when you finished. Very nice app. Kevin.

Wonderful app but a few minor things would’ve be helpful. So far I’ve been doing fasting for a month, I’ve lost 8 lbs and I haven’t seen weight loss like that since I was in my 20s and working out every day. I have not needed to work out and I’ve been drinking more water. The insights are so helpful and makes you feel like you are really accomplishing something and hitting goals. The down side is that you have to track water by cups and most people use a water bottle so it would be nice to track in ounces. Also the areas where reports are, tend to be hard to read and the profess can we hard to tell some weeks. One last note is that I have always been someone who struggled to stop eating once I started during the day. This app has helped to empower me to eat only during my window and the results spur me on to continue every day. I really like that I can change my fasting method each day as there are days that I need to go to events and eat before 1 PM. Overall wonderful app!

Amazing app. This app is so helpful! It easily organizes good information about healthy living so you know what you need to research (not that you need to, it provides such thorough facts), and the challenges are a super fun way to learn new ways to live well. I have no complaints except for one thing, which I know might be kind of annoying and is trivial but: on all of the courses I’ve read (which are super helpful, by the way) there is at least one place where something is listed and there isn’t a comma before the “and”. Oxford commas are so important so you know certain things aren’t in lists aren’t grouped together. For example: the bus was full of crazy people, you and your friends. Obviously there’s no sentences like this one in Fastic, but it could get confusing at times. I know this is kind of ridiculous, and I don’t mind if the commas aren’t there for any amount of time, but I just thought it would be a nice way to make the app more polished. Everything else is wonderfully done and I’m very impressed.

I’m not impressed. This app is fine for a simple timer to see how long you’ve been fasting and it includes a water tracker, which is great, but I have learned more from support groups and free online resource about how to fast compared to the lessons this app offers. I joined Fastic’s recommended group and everyone in there is hateful. Mocking and belittling others decision to clean fast vs. dirty fast; dieting vs. straight fasting (shaming food choices diring eating window). During my time in the group, I added some users as a Buddy. This resulted in tons of notifications when someone started fasting, multiple (5+) push notifications for one, single person who just began fasting. Also a notifications every single day when I reached 12 hours of fasting asking me how I feel, but it was at night when I was sleeping. That was not useful at all. Since I have no ability to customize notifications, I had to turn all off. Constant ads to update to plus membership in another language. I couldn’t read the offer to even make a decision. Yes, the language/location on both the app and my phone is correct. This app was more annoying than useful.

I love it but there are some minor problems. I started my bad eating a long time ago 10 years old to be exact. I didn’t eat anything other than junk. I think this app should be open for younger children who’s parents are concerned with their health. I wasn’t even able to get started because according to this app I was under weight. I am aware, but it’s difficult for most people to see doctors depending on where they live, I think this app should help me gain more weight so I’m not as underweight. That’s like giving birth at a doctor’s office but then them telling me since I wasn’t eating enough I can’t have a baby. I do love this app however, those were the only 2 serious problems I had with it. That I believe should be changed. My 13 year old niece told me about this since I was going on a diet, and she wanted to do it too but for some reason, even though on the app it states it’s for 12+ she was too young to join.

Just started, but I’ve already lost weight. I picked a difficult level from the get go (fast 6:30pm-12:30pm). It’s hard for me right now, but getting easier by the day. The app helps you track and reminds you to drink water, which I really need. It gives you daily challenges like “eat a handful of nuts to break your fast.” There are exercise challenges and it counts your steps. It gave me nutrition selections and recipes for vegetarians because I was able to select that option. If you forget to hit the button that you are fasting or done, then you can retroactively change it. It adjusts fasting times for you. I started at 6:10 pm last night so I fast until 12:10pm today. I’m using this for weight loss and 3 days in, I’ve lost 3-4 pounds. I have also stopped using artificial sweeteners, part of a challenge. Everyday, it gives you a lesson into intermittent fasting and they are interesting. I also don’t feel like my migraines are any worse with this. I don’t feel sluggish or foggy. So, only a few days in, but totally recommend this! I’m also pleased it’s helping me make better choices (like no artificial sweeteners in drinks and eating more nuts/dried fruit to feel satiated.

I don’t understand the hype. I’m so incredibly disappointed. I wish I hadn’t wasted 80$ on a full year membership. There is zero actual help on how to make the app function properly. The help chat is AI, responses do not actually help. The help center never responds. The food log DOES NOT WORK. Supposedly it helps you fill in calories and info. No, it DOESN’T. I have to fill out ALL the info myself every time. (It doesn’t even keep info I’ve logged multiple times) OR you can take a pictures of your emails which is wildly inaccurate EVERY TIME. Chicken patty it assumes it’s pork sausage. Cauliflower mash? Nope that must be mashed potato’s. It’s Infuriating. The nutritional info it “guesses” from each photo is also far off. Calories way lower then what they are. Fat too high. Etc. It doesn’t even offer a simple barcode scanner for packaged foods. How simple is that? Nope. Ugh I hate it so so so much. Why this is consider “the best” and has won so many awards is beyond me. I cannot find any help online. And again no one responds to sent emails. Personally I say only try the free one if you’re really interested. And if you somehow magically figure it out fill me in please!!!

Lost 61 lbs with the help of this app but….. The recent updates are horrible, the app is glitching, the AI is annoying and sends too many notifications, the ADs are out of control and when I press anywhere in the app not necessarily the ad banner itself the app forces me to go to 3rd party sites. So for example, I could be trying to start or stop my fasting clock and it kicks me out of the app and opens a window in my web browser to some website, that’s not right. I don’t want to be forced onto a possibly fraudulent website. I don’t care for the change of the water conversion from Cup/Ounces to Liters. Also when I start my fasting clock the app will keep asking me when am I going to start my fasting clock after I’ve already done it and it keeps sending notifications asking if I realized that I hadn’t started the clock when it’s already been clicked on. This app was not like this a year ago. When the app was good it was extremely helpful, and it still has its helpful aspects but I’m giving it 3 stars at this time because now it feels more like an annoyance when I open the app.

New Client. I have tried everything out there to lose weight. I refuse to medicate myself into “health.” This app has been the easiest and most user friendly guide I have ever used. To be able to just take a picture of my food and have it logged has been a game changer for me. I am in my first week. As a huge fan of nighttime snacking, this has really helped me understand how bad it is for my health (which I was well aware of, but just couldn’t ((didn’t)) stop). FASTIC has helped guide me. Granted, I’m only in my first week, but so far, so good. Also, I stand by the analogy that 30 days makes a habit. The first day I weighed in at 177. One week later, through increasing my water intake, monitoring my food intake (with very little change to my normal daily food choices), and adhering to a daily 14 hour fast, I am down to 173 pounds. That’s 4 pounds in 6 days. Again, user friendly, informative, flexible, multiple levels and degrees of fasting. I don’t have an Apple Watch or Fitbit, so my only problem is remembering to carry my phone everywhere I go in order to get a proper daily step count. I am loving this app and I am so glad I found it. 13-18 pounds to my goal weight. I feel much more capable of success with this app.

The only app that has really helped me lose weight. Fastic has far exceeded my expectations. There are so many features that this app includes. It’s amazing. You simply enter in when you start fasting, enter the length that you want to fast every day and you’re pretty much set! There are also challenges that the app encourages you to do every day. When you are fasting there is a timer that tell you how long you have left to fast and what is happening to your body in detail while you’re fasting. After you press the stop fasting button it’s shows you up in the top right corner how long you’ve fasted and it shows in the top middle how many days you’ve fasted. If you ate 30 minutes past the time you were supposed to stop, that’s okay! You can change what time you stopped eating or even when you stopped fasting! I’ll always recommend this amazing app and I’ll be using it until the app is gone! It’s not only good for losing weight, fasting helps get rid of bad toxins in your body. Who wouldn’t want an app that helps you be more healthy? This app is definitely worth it. Go for it! Get this app for a better healthier lifestyle.

Best thing since sliced pie. I’ve been using this app since Monday and I’ve already drop one pants size. I’ve been looking for something like this for a while I paid for a year in advance I believe this app is going to be life changing. I had been juicing since 2010 and I’ve lost some serious weight but once I stop juicing I put the weight back on. This app holds me accountable so I’m determined to finish my daily fast, complete my steps, and drink at least 12 cups of water a day. My goal is to lost about 70lbs. However I feel like this will be different because I’m going to stay on this program. This takes the place of making up excuses this app keeps you focused on what you should be doing all the time seven day a week.I love this app thank you Fastic you change my life I’m definitely a believer that this app works and I can wait to see where I am in a year.

I’ve fasted before, and I will fast again. I’ve been intermittent fasting for about 5-6 months now, about a month before quarantine, and this app is good at what it says it will do. As mentioned before, I’ve been fasting for a few months now, and I have very rarely broken the fast. I’m going to say only a handful of times in special situations, but it was always hard to remember the exact hours I would begin fasting. This app is great with keeping track of how long I’ve been fasting, and the feature of it alerting when the fasting is over is great as well. I don’t upgrade from the free version because honestly I just need something to help me track, and that’s exactly what this is. I’m aware I use it as a glorified stop-watch basically, but it meets all the needs I have in an app about tracking my fasting periods. I love the way that everything on the app is easily accessible and I can flip between screens as efficiently as I need too between breaks at work and whatnot. I love the little information that is given, even if it’s super basic information. It’s great as what it advertises to do, and it doesn’t make its advertisements all about the upgraded features that a lot of people don’t like to buy into. It’s a neat little app that is user friendly and I will be using for at least another month before I go back to college and get thrown off the routine. Keep up the good work guys!

Great for intermittent fasting!. I had been trying to fast intermittently for quite some time (since over a year ago) but I just wasn’t sticking to my goals. I’d fast for a week or two and then throw all of my progress out the window to eat a bunch of sugar and carbs. I repeatedly lost and gained and lost and gained the same 20 pounds during the last year. After downloading this app, I’m able to stay motivated and encouraged - seeing your progress is extremely helpful! I also love how it helps you track your water intake and daily step count, and you also log your weight changes and even mood changes! I went from struggling to make it to a 16 hour fast to confidently completing 72 hour fasts! I also really enjoy the updates it provides about what state your body is in based on how long you’ve been fasting, if you’re burning fat or in autophagy, it lets you know and that is a huge motivator for me to stick to my goals and finally lose the weight I gained when I had my son (he’s 3 now)! Thank you Fastic for helping me achieve my goals when I couldn’t do it all on my own!

Good, could be great. Pros: Good interface, encouraging, doesn’t try to tell you to fast 48 or 72 hours, sets you up for success (I love earning frosties so I can keep up my streak). Also in a world where everything is now subscription based I was able to get a whole year of plus on sale for like $24 which I decided was a really good price. I also like that I can find fun new recipes here. Lastly the “Academy” is nice and I like that with Plus I can track other goals too. Cons: I hope the app devs are reading this because I can’t find any other way to give feedback. 1) Should be able to set different goals for different days. With Plus I can choose some days to NOT fast but what I want is 15-9 5 days of the week and 20-4 two days. I have not found a way to set this yet. 2) Encourages “dirty” fasting with all sorts of fancy fruit flavored beverages. Anything that tastes like food is going to cause you to secrete insulin. A true “clean” fast should be nothing but water, electrolytes, plain black coffee and plain black or green tea. Check out the work of Gin Stephens for more on this. 3) No “up day/down day” fasting options, strictly a daily eating window model. You could fake it by setting your goal to 23-1 but only 1-3 days per week but it would be nice to see more information on different types of fasting models. 4) The “habits” don’t make much sense to me, whether I do the daily task or not it tells me it is finished?

Helpful and Supportive App. I have been using Fastic for the better part of a year now and am happy with the results. I find the app to be very encouraging and reminds me of both when to start, when to eat, and occasionally to drink water - all without feeling overbearing or gratuitous. From dietary tips to healthy habits, there are many useful tips and guides available to you. Without any change in physical exercise habits (I am working on doing more) I lost over 20 lbs just from being faithful to my fasting routine. Fastic uses a point system by awarding you stars (points / app currency) which are earned by fire king you fast for abs if you’re consistent throughout the week. Stars can be saved up and then spent on freezes. You can then freeze your fasting and buy a “cheat day” for things like a date night where you’ll be consuming calories being your eating window - or if you’re just wanting to indulge and treat yourself to that late night snack while bringing your favorite new TV series or whatever. I’ve really been enjoying this app and feel less bloated and more alert thanks to it helping me track, monitor, and encourage a consistent fasting routine. My only big feature request would maybe be to add a vacation option. I took a week long vacation recently and would have liked to pause during that time (let’s be real, I’m not fasting on vacation). Highly recommend this app!

Why is this rated so highly?. I have used this app periodically for a couple years. It is extremely difficult to use if you need to change your fasting time, unless you are able to do it as it’s happening. For ex: I began fasting yesterday at 8:45am, and I’m on the 23:1 schedule. That means I should have ended my fast at 7:45am this morning. However, I slept a bit late, then became busy with several things, plus I did not feel hungry in the least (I drink tons of water) so I waited until 6pm to eat. Trying to fix this in the app is a nightmare, and it ends up not awarding stars or points or whatever. Not very intuitive!! And, no matter how many times I try resetting my password and syncing and deleting and reinstalling, my ipad Fastic does not allign with my iphone Fastic. Really frustrating. Also not sure why you can’t alter the fasting schedule to personalize. Why don’t you allow more than 23 hours of fasting at a time? It’s certainly not healthy to do all the time, but it should at least have the option.

Easy To Use. I started using the app almost 2wks ago. I used the free version and thought I’d give that a try first before upgrading to the Plus version. I just upgraded today. It’s worth it. I like how it reminds you to drink your water and tacks it , has a built in step tracker and “education corner “ where there is a few courses to learn. There is also a menu with what looks like 100 or more recipes. Tips & recipes on what to eat when breaking fast. Track your weight and your progress with this app. I really like that it will tell you what process your body is undergoing at certain points of time during the fast. Very interesting and cool app. I’m sticking with my fast and while I’ve not gotten on scale yet to weigh in , I can tell I’m feeling much better and my clothes are looser. It’ll be easier to get into the habit of eating when I’m actually hungry (which I’m not during fast ) Vs eating out of boredom and this app helps with that. If you serious about changing your health , give it a try. The free version is great as is. I just wanted to explore a bit more and got the Plus version . Either is good. Do it!

good. so far so good im also doing chloe ting and i have been enjoying this app i don't normally writw reviews im also a teen starting my last year in middle school and i want to have a "glow up" because im decent and i do have self love but weight is one of my biggest insecurities i weigh 166 at 13 so im overweight usually i fast from 6:00pm to 8 am 14 hours its good but something is making me struggle is the fact that im hispanic taht sounded kind of racist BUT IM NOT!!! the point is my parents are from mexico and mexico has greattt fooddd and thats whats making me struggle in my family everyone is overweight and the thing tht has caused this was the food its great yes it is but its better to stop or get smaller servings im not saying starve yourself i mean take smaller portions and chew slower trust me it will change your life i used to weigh 170 lost 20 lbs gained them back after quarantine and ive lost like 3 lbs so i decided id lose 40 lbs so i could be around 130,120 its not unhealthy but i would just not be big yk but yea school starts in month as easy as i wish i want to get rid of it but it takes time and effort but i do recomend this app:)

Great app, but needs improvement. Overall it’s a great app when used in conjunction with a CICO monitoring app (like MyFitnessPal, etc.). But if you have this app installed on multiple devices, like a phone and a tablet, if you don’t open both apps every single day multiple times, one of the apps will think that you aren’t fasting anymore and will delete your streak or mess with your fasting clock. It’s frustrating to be on a streak only to have one of the apps stop your timer and delete your streak because it thinks that you stopped using it, when in reality you’ve been using it on your other device. Even being signed into my account on both devices doesn’t prevent this, I don’t understand why both apps don’t sync with each other when they are signed into the same account. Also every now and then I will do a 24-36 hour fast, if you don’t open the app with in that period several times, it will also assume that you stopped using the app and will reset or stop your clock, ruining your fasting and losing your streak. I understand and appreciate the coaching aspect of this app, but they really need to fine tune and relax these hard stops. Maybe extend the timer/streak resets to two or three days before automatically stopping the timer? I feel that about half the time I’m fighting with this app and I ultimately wish it would just leave my timer and streaks alone.

Fairly Easy. I just started this program and am hopeful for results. I’ve lost four pounds in five days, but I’m guessing that’s water. I do try to rehydrate. Anyway, the Fastic app is pretty straightforward and easy to use for the most part, but some features are confusing. I don’t understand the idea behind the flames and the “freezies” or “coolies” or whatever they’re called, for example. Also, I want to stop sugar, but I live with my boyfriend and his son and grandchildren. The son brings home sugar for the boys all the time, so I can’t remove it from my home, so I can’t progress in the app. I suppose I can lie. Also, since the little ones are so all consuming of my time and energy, I keep forgetting to use the app to record start and stop times and water consumption, though I am fasting and drinking water. It took a little bit to find out how to edit my weekend fasts, but I figured it out eventually. Unfortunately, I can’t add water consumption.

By Far A Better IF APP!!!. I had used Fastic in late December 2021 to early 2022 with amazing results! I lost almost 10 pounds! The automated timer, water tracker, and motivational tools & tips are such a facilitative tool to support you on your weight loss journey towards your goals. I paused my IF for a few months with undesirable results 😔 When I picked back up, I tried another IF fasting app, and it was then I appreciated the great value, cutting edge, and innovative technology Fastic provided. It was like night and day! Fastic is intuitive, easy to use, automated, visually appealing, motivational, and outcome oriented! It is by far a more robust and systematic app. It builds in continuity in the fasts. With the other app, I had to enter in my fast plan weekly. While that may present some flexibility, it was labor intensive and manual. It was also somewhat counter productive. Needless to say, I came running back to Fastic and have been using it again for a week. I’m excited at the results to come. I highly highly highly recommend Fastic as a facilitative tool to reach your health and weight loss goals. Kudos Fastic!!!

It’s what works for me. I’ll start by saying what everyone says when they find something that works for them…”I have tried lots of way to lose weight” which is somewhat true. I did Weight Watchers off and on for years, I did Noom, I even tried a different fasting app, Zero . Even the other fasting app didn’t grab me like this app did. I love the articles, the step by step of what is going on in your body, and encouragement. The BEST thing I have discovered with fasting other than weight loss, is something g that no other weight loss program has done. Fasting actually makes me FEEL better. I have finally given over to the fact that it is indeed the fasting that helps my body, especially my joints feel better. The deeper the dive I did into the fasting the more I realized I somehow missed the inflammation piece and how fasting helps calm that down.

It’s Helping. I’ve used this app for about a month now and lost 10 pounds so far. It tracks your fasting windows and allows you to adjust/edit the times so you don’t feel like you failed if you are off by an hour or so. I do not use the plus plan because I don’t like paying for apps; but this app has been very useful in helping me track my eating and fasting windows. Not only is it encouraging with their tips, the UI seems more relaxing and positive compared to the other calorie count apps where it is loaded with ads and tempting photos of food. Also, the latest update where you get to see what your body is doing during the fasting milestones has been a great addition. It keeps me from binge eating because it reminds me of how my body is working to help me lose weight. I appreciate this app’s graciousness for those who are using it for free and I will continue losing weight at my own pace. Again, there is no pressure and you get to document how you feel after every fasting period.

Great App Minus Community Chat. I loved this app! That is until my second day when I got into the community chat portion. I had a few questions about intermittent fasting, so I decided to give the group chat a try. I was instantly bullied, cussed at, and so were others who were trying to use the app for (shocker) intermittent fasting! I was then told to get off the group chat if I wasn’t going to “act sexy” or socialize on it. Then I was told I should not be on there for fasting questions. The horrible part (to make matters even worse) was that some of their employees were also involved in the inappropriate chat sessions. Nevertheless, I made my complaint and was only told they were “sorry” for my inconvenience. I wouldn’t pay half of the money that they are charging for this app to be bullied and cussed at. Truth is it’s a half decent app, if you’re willing to put up with the above crap and don’t mind paying for not being able to have full usage of it. I don’t think I will be renewing my membership at the end of the month. There are a tons of decent fasting apps for half the price.

Wish I'd found this sooner!!!!. Having developed a severe histamine intolerance and desperate to heal my gut (root cause) I started IF 6 months ago. To keep track of my fasting times I found a bare bones timer which worked OK, but not tailored to the fasting experience, of course. When Dr. Mindy Pelz recommended Fastic I tried it, and WOW, the real-time fasting guidance and information it provides is helpful even after 6 months of doing it on my own. I like that it encourages me to drink water (I get constipated when I don't!) and other features like steps that it syncs with Apple Health. My only complaint is that the design is for 23 hour fasts and under. It counts the fast hours over that, but the history green bars on days after the first 24 hours don't show up as green; it makes it look like you failed on the days you didn't eat at all except for the first day. But it's a small complaint that didn't even merit losing a star. If I could rate it 4.5 that'd be representative.

Buyer beware, Glitchy and deceptive marketing. I am an avid TRF/IF fan for therapeutic reasons, not just weight management. A friend of mine ask for help on the app, so I downloaded it, pretty straight forward, not difficult to use, limited capabilities. The main thing it does is bug you to upgrade constantly and say there is a 3 month guarantee. I went ahead and signed up for a year to see if it was worth it and if I should recommend the upgrade to my friends or the app to other IF enthusiasts, it doesn’t say conditional refund, but it certainly is. READ THE FINE PRINT. Conditional refund based upon daily use for 90 days, putting your weight in weekly and not losing 3% of your weight. So it is not a refund at all. You can not actually fast on schedule for 90 days and not lose 3% of your body weight. So perhaps there is some value in the free side of this, but paying anything is a waste of money, with no satisfaction guarantee. The help center is not in English. They do not have an Apple Watch app, which would be helpful, clearing up the crash instances would be good. It does not connect to Apple health other than for steps, so you must manually enter weight to track progress. It does not conform to CCPA and GDPR standards. So using the Free side, might be helpful, but there are many alternatives out there, that do not harass for upgrade. Good Luck, You have been warned.

Great but recent issues. I’ve been using the app for 9 months and am a paid user. It is the reason I’ve lost 30 pounds and have now finally achieved a “healthy” BMI again after the fluctuations of growing 2 human beings. It taught me the science of fasting to motivate me, prompts me to drink throughout the day, and in general holds me accountable. I loooove the graph of weight over time, which for me is quite motivational. But it’s not just the weight loss - when you take yourself to autophagy on a regular basis, you really do begin to feel “clean”. It’s really been very nice for me- which is not to say it will work for everyone. There are a few issues: 1. Support is suuuuuper slow. In early December, it took them about 5 days to auto-acknowledge they had received my message and another week to answer. 2. So. Many. Glitches. I have no idea why someone thought the latest major update was a good idea. As reviews show, newer people can’t figure out how to set their fasting splits. Also, the app is now telling me to fast before it’s actually my fasting time and WORSE tells me it’s time to eat before my timer is up! That’s ridiculous.

Fastic great app. I gained in weight a year ago. I'm 5’0, and I have been skinny all my life until my hormone starting kicking off a year ago. I have always been active, but since I'm getting a little bit, older. I'm getting lazy. My knees aren't healthy like it used too, plus also I got married since then my weight got out of control. I gain 20 pounds I used to be 110 now 130. However, I decide to pay for this app to help me reach my goal and learn to control my eating habits. So far I'm thrilled because I started on Monday and today is Wednesday I have lost 3pounds which I weight now 127 until I reach my goal I won't stop. There is a lot of support, great lessons and community support as well I have joined the Facebook fastic community, and there people giving you advice. Don't hesitate to give a try so far it works. Also, this app provides you a receipt for healthy food, and there is a lot another great thing they provide. Try you won't be disappointed. However, you need to be very strong, willing not to be tempted. Good luck.

So far so awesome!. I got this app a few days ago and am already feeling incredible. I am on a streak with intermittent fasting and although I don’t see too many physical changes yet (obviously lol still early), I feel so good mentally. I am already starting to notice my energy level increase, appetite for snacking decrease, etc. This app is super motivating and easy to use! The fasting tracker is really awesome because it tells you what your body is doing on a molecular level at certain points during fasting. It’s so cool to know what your body is doing rather than just twiddling your thumbs waiting for the fast to end. It takes 4 weeks to notice change on yourself and 8 weeks for family and friends to notice change. Use this app correctly and you will see results. In conjunction with good diet and exercise, intermittent fasting will put a torch to that stubborn fat that won’t seem to budge. 10/10 recommend!

Easy sustainable weight lose (self control needed). I have been doing the fasting diet first time almost two weeks ago. I was drawn to this cause I needed to lose weight. I had gained quite a bit of weight due to covid-19. I had realized I had topped my highest weight yet at 387lbs. I have lost just under two week at (two days left of second week) I have lost 13lbs. I’m a 36 year old male 6’5” with back issues and I’m able to cut back on sugar I’m able to add greens and vegetables. I lowered my walk to the lowest but try to push past that when I can I don’t walk ever day but I try to reach my goal 2-3 times a week and I do my best to drink the water recommended. If you can deal with not eating while you sleep and drink water and walk when you can you will see results fast! At my current weight loss and weekly progress I should reach my weight goal of 225 by the first week of January! Please help your self be healthy!

Pushy sales. App itself is neat. Has potential. Where they lost points is how pushy they are to try and get you to buy the plus version. They give you access to features like water and meal logging, then without warning take those away so when you click on their reminder to log your water intake, you’re forced into the “buy now” page. I get push notifications constantly telling me “you forgot something in your cart” while I DO NOT HAVE A CART. It’s irritating. I thought about purchasing the plus, but then they only give you the option to pay via apple store/apple pay. I emailed the customer service asking if Paypal is a possibility (I can’t find it on their website that’s equally confusing), and just got a auto generated response to check in the FAQ section for my question. In a nutshell, the app has potential, but the annoying sales pushing and lack of payment methods and customer service are unfortunately a dealbreaker.

The Community Chat Needs Work. The Fastic App has potential to be a great tool, however there are some key issues with the community tab. After being on here for about two weeks, I’ve decided to delete the app. What’s the point in fasting from food if you can’t fast from negativity. The chat room is toxic 90% of the time from toxic behavior and no moderation. Fasting is a difficult task already and part of the attraction to the Fastic App was the ability to engage in conversation with others also on their respective journeys toward a healthier life. However, other Fastic users repeatedly spam the chat, attack other Fastic app users, and engage in extremely toxic behavior well into the classification of cyber bullying. I wish everyone the best on their journeys and remember you don’t have to take part in bad behavior. Insecurities really show here and sometimes it seems normal to be abusive, while not even realizing it. The block and reporting feature do not work at the moment so one can’t ignore the other persons behavior. It effects the entire atmosphere of the community tab. Please fix this chat or the select few who are inducing this behavior stop. With some changes to give the user more control on blocking and reporting, moderators or filters in the chat room, the app will be a great too for the countless humans ready to take a step to a healthier version of themselves. Regardless if you care or not, Enjoy and much love to you all. 🙏🏽❤️🌱.

Love this app!. I am a type of a person who can download bunch of apps but soon to find that I am not using them. I had lots of stress after loosing my husband a year and half ago. My weight sky rocketed and I seem to be in a vicious circle. I learned a lot about Intermittent Fasting (IF) but it was hard to keep up with everything falling on my plate. With this app I feel I can totally do it! And actually doing it! My game now is to stick with it. It has been a week and since the way app is made I am logging in every day and with helpful hints I am keeping up with my IF. I feel great. I am not craving sweets or junk. More over my sleep is much better, which was a huge issue. I lost two pounds, in first week which is a game😃 every week loose two pounds . But most importantly my clothes feels loose. Yes I am loosing inches! I want to thank developers and creators of this app. I like the way you did it. Also reminding me to log in with my crazy busy schedule very helpful! It is like having personal assistant who is watching you for your healthy habits!

Best Fasting App (& I tried a few). The best easy feature of Fastic is the visual timer so you know where you’re at in the fasting or food window. Reading the courses and tips are served in bite-sized bits that are easy to consume daily like a brain vitamin. I thought I already knew a lot about nutrition, but I have been pleasantly surprised by how much I continue to learn. Today I’m on day 61 and this this has been the easiest lifestyle change I have ever made! If I want to use a “frosty” (a cheat day), I use one! This is a gentle approach to health and weight loss. I have been losing about a pound a week without even trying. Yes, that’s super slow, but my scale continues to give me smaller numbers each week and I will just keep on keeping on until my body plateaus at a healthy-for-me weight. An unexpected side effect is that I *crave* healthier foods!! The thought of having fast food now is not appealing. I cannot recommend Fastic enough to those who are on the fence. The people who have developed this are highly knowledgeable yet use a non-judgmental approach. If I could give it 6 stars, I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A caring coach. I love Fastic! I’m so glad for the reminders I get to drink water and when to start fasting. The information the app developers put together for users is so helpful. I love the fasting graphic on here so that if I feel I’m struggling to reach my goal of a 12 or 16 or 20 hr fast, I can just go into the app and it’ll tell me what phase of the fasting period I’m on and what’s happening to my body. I also like the weight scale and seeing that orange bar steadily working its way to my goal weight. Seeing my progress visually really helps me stay motivated. If you are young and have been struggling with hormones and losing weight after gallbladder surgery, thyroid or hysterectomy or any other gynecologist type required surgery, I can honestly tell you intermittent fasting, exercise and using Young Living Esential oils and supplements have been helping me so much! It’s been months now since I’ve been on any anti depression medication thanks to Young Living’s emotional support oils and Fastic for the coaching. Also using MyPlate to track what your eating is also helpful in addition to the Fastic program! My only bummer comment is that there’s so much other great information but it’s only available if you pay for Fastic plus and not everyone has the money nor wants a health app we have to pay for to see content that could be helpful.

Simple and effective. I struggle with eating whenever I feel like and overeating. I’m an above average size fellow frame wise at 6”1 and have always teetered between being in and out of shape. Sweet are a love I’m sure many of us share. I also smoke pot which give me heavy cravings of any kind of food. I used to be able to fast for several days at a time in my 20s when I was at peak performance. I’ve struggled in my 30s to maintain this level of focus. This little app has given me a goal and a schedule to follow. So far it’s only been 3 days but I’ve hit 16 + hour fasts each day in a row and I feel great. I haven’t ate before I sleep at night during this streak and that’s always been key for me personally. So for me, the app has a simple interface and is educational enough for me to feel like I see why I’m doing what I’m doing. It works for me try it. So far I feel better. I hope you do as well..🥰

This app is exactly what I was looking for to begin IF!!!. Love this app so far! It has everything I need. Even though there are added benefits I am missing out on by not using the Plus version, I feel like the free features are excellent! I LOVE that with the free version you don't have to watch ads every 5 seconds to utilize the services!!! No ads which makes it most amazing!! Most apps bombard you with ads unless you pay to upgrade. I love the countdown for the eating window that I set for myself. I love that you can change the fasting/ eating window at any time (even during a fast). I love the helpful tips they give you every day that give an overall way to think about health and things you can do to make those needed changes. I love that it is a simple way to track your water intake too. I have already recommended this to friends because it's a great app! I have only been using it for 4 days now, but it is going to become a daily part of my life from now on! Honestly, no complaints or recommendations because it's already exactly what I need!

Wasted my money. I should’ve stuck to the free version. I thought the plus would give me a reasonable food plan, but the selection of recipes is not practical (does not use common household ingredients) and if in the US you need a calculator to convert the measurements of grams and oven temp from Celsius. To have a buddy you have to invite your own personal friends. So, if you don’t have any that want to do fasting, you’re alone. Other apps have a community across all app users. The calendar is a day behind which throws me off, especially as certain components sync from my fit bit. But even that’s not consistent. Steps feed through, but the weight does not. What’s the point of syncing if it only partially works. In the beginning I saw “nutrition coaches”, passed on them but now I can’t find where to get one. Navigating the app for certain components is not intuitive. I tried to reach out for help, and that’s no where to be found on the app. I had to go to their website, surf around and finally stumbled upon how to contact them. Contacted them about the date syncing issue. Still no word. Save your money and only use the free version. Paying for enhancements is a crock.

Thankful, but…. I am grateful for the information that this app provides. I am also grateful for the accountability that having it in front of me and reminding me provides throughout the day. It is just what I needed to take control over my habits. However, with that said, I’m very disappointed that it seems to be all AI driven (a good use of it, for sure) and that that does not facilitate customer service or help. I have emailed through the AI chat suggested email address multiple times with no response. When I went to the app website I found a different address and emailed that one as well, again with no response. The only other contact possibility is to mail a paper letter to Berlin and hope for a response. I wouldn’t be frustrated at all if I just had the free app, but I took the extra step of purchasing the ‘Plus’ membership so that I could truly benefit from the daily ‘habit’ tracking features. They are not working in my app and I have no way of gent help. Not going to cancel, because even as it is I am making better choices daily than I had been on my own, but I sure would like to be able to use the stated functionality. Disappointed!

Basically an accountability aid and a spoon-feed textbook, in a good way. I like that the user has to go in and press “start” and “finish” for fasting periods. Just that little manual confirmation helps add so much weight to the commitment. Turns out, it’s easy to not eat potato chips at 10pm after pushing a button saying I won’t. So this cognitive model works well for me. I also like that there is a daily weight tracker function, as well as little lessons which explain the science behind fasting-driven metabolism in an easy-to-understand way. This app doesn’t have too many features, but most of them are very practical and helpful. My one suggestion is breaking daily goals down even more, like “did you eat wholesome for lunch today” or “list three occasions where someone helped you today” or “How many times did you say thank you?” Getting into that positive mindset can benefit from smaller but more frequent reinforcement.

LOVE!. I love Fastic! It has helped me stay on track and go from 157lbs to 125lbs in less than a year. It’s a good visual to be able to see how far you have come in a day and when you enter ketosis. My only disappointment is that somehow I lost all my info and had to start over so it looks like I haven’t been at this long. Otherwise this app has been a silent support to not say “no you CANT have that cake!” To “You just entered ketosis, if you wait you can still have the cake and not ruin your progress for the day”. I first read the book Feast, Fast Repeat by Gin Stephens. It’s amazing the science that backs this type of lifestyle. Being at this for months now, I actually have more energy and am in better spirits if I start the day out right. If I start out with sugar and creamer in my coffee and a donut for breakfast, I feel sluggish and sad for the majority of the day. This is not only physically healing but a mental recovery each new day.

Love it! Helpful and Encouraging!. I’ve wanted to change my habit of over eating and develop self discipline. They say “when you control what you eat, you can control your world”. The app without the Fastic plus has been amazing! There were times I wanted to give up and give in to the foods when my family would eat very late at night but it seems to know when you need encouragement. So far, I’ve been drinking more water, eating more veggies, and read valuable lessons that I have applied to my life. I have very little self control when it comes to food, especially meat. Veggies and I have become good friends now especially with my digestive system. I have more self discipline than before with food! I know if my family eats late, they always try to save me some for the next day during my eating period. A big plus was that I can have a fasting buddy! My boyfriend also has food controlling problems, he tends to eat very late at night and doesn’t have a routine applied. It has helped him lose fat in some areas of his figure! And develop a great routine for him to eat. And for me too! So far I’ve lost 7 pounds in the last week. I’m not starving myself, I’m drink more water and I feel so much better than before! The different levels of fasting also help too. I started with 16/8 but when things got difficult I reduced it a beginner level fasting then build up to 16/8 and that’s where I’ll stay and won’t go further. I’ll consider Fastic Plus in the future ❤️

It’s great… but lack of a Watch app and limited widgets may make me move on. I really like this app, there is so much to love which is why I’ll hang on for now. The fasting tracker is good, allowing you to set start and end times in an obvious and logical way (unlike some other apps). I also love the information/courses, water tracker and step counter. It’s more of an overall wellness app with IF as it’s starting pint, and I really like that. BUT, the app doesn’t have a Watch complication (or any integration). I’d love to be able to start and end a fast from my watch, with it linked/synced to my iPhone. Also, the widget counts up whilst you can set the fasting timer to count down. I’d like the widget to reflect my settings (or just add a widget option that counts down). Overall, a great app with room for improvement.

Still unsure. Good app for keeping track of fasting, but only if you want to do it every day. No use to you if you are interested in intermittent fasting. Easy to follow, notifications good so you are reminded of when to start fasting, end fasting, drink water, exercise, so that is helpful. Find it hard to earn frosties that allow you to keep your progress. Worst thing about it is I somehow lost flames, no idea how that happened, so reward system is a bit screwed up because you work hard to get rewards, then lose them with no real reason why. Also, no extra rewards if you fast longer than required, which annoys me as you can’t track any benefits outside of your allocated fasting window. Once it got easier I could fast an hour or so outside allocated time, but have no idea if this was a good thing or not. Kinda disappointed, don’t think this is the right app for me.

Its confusing and you won’t use it daily. Not sure where the hype around this app stems from. Its confusing to use and over time it discourages you from using it daily. Just opening the app means you have to wait 5 seconds for the ‘splash’ screen to disappear. Every time. Also the timers are strangely off. You start a timer and it immediately goes 30 sec into the future. I need an easy-to-use fast timer. This is not it.

Love this app. I decided to try 16:8 fasting at the start of the year, to give me something to focus on. I haven’t quit yet, which is amazing. I love the ability to log my water, the praise, reminders, and info about what my body is going thru certain points of the fasting period. It’s easy to use and I’m really enjoying it!

Great tracking app with bonuses!. I’ve been using this app for a week so far and thoroughly enjoying the lessons included, steps counted automatically, updates on what my progress means and more! Best fasting app yet! Especially love the information on what is happening in my body during each phase of the fasting process and how I can better feed my body exiting fast periods and maintain hydration with special recipes for fasting drinks to maintain the fasting period with a bit of flavor and still maintain fasting status! I have shared this app with my friends and together we can keep each other inspired by our continuing fasting streaks and balancing with free days! Thank you Fastic!

Pretty good but I don’t speak German. I love the app - I’m only using free version. It especially helps having the reminders to drink water, start and stop the fasting windows, etc. What I find difficult is that every now and again things come up in German (i think) which is pretty useless to me. I was asked to take a survey and then it changed to German so I couldn’t answer any questions! Please fix this.

2nd go round is a winner. I tried this app some time ago but nothing stuck and I soon deleted it. Im a firm believer that some lessons in life will only work and make sense when we are ready to learn and experience them. As such now is one of those times. I really like the simplicity of this app. You turn on and off your schedules with a tap, it reminds you when to drink your water and it has such good content to read and help you along the way. Im helpful for the discount on a years subscription and im looking forward to using it this year. With just under 1.5 weeks under my belt, my body is starting to clear out some junk, i feel better, have less tummy ache and my skin is clearing up. Its worth a go if you struggle with boredom eating and snacking at the wrong times like me.

Core concept is good, but…. The app pushes the “plus” subscription really hard. It is not clear there is a lot of value there, and pricing is quite high which continues as a monthly payment. Couldn’t there be a one off payment t for a premium version of the app, or a one off payment to cover a period of time, rather than being locked in indefinitely. Also, the interface is rather cluttered. I really only want to see 2 things most of the time - where I am with fasting and to track my water. The amount of pop ups and “to dos” to get through to track water seems a bit clunky - surely it could be made more streamlined for something that you are going into 8 times a day or more?

Love this app. If he’s great for all levels of fasting, constantly giving you new information and keeping you interested. Well worth having even if you only do the free version. Ended up getting a great deal offered to me and took it really well priced lots of education. Huge fasting fan

Tracking progress = More Progress. Use the free version (other than offering you recipes, I have no idea what the “paid” version does). It’s true though, tracking your progress helps you stick to it, loving this app! It’s encouraging me to be a better version of myself.

Can’t wait for updates to happen in certain areas. It would be fantastic if the free version gave more. I’m thinking on paying for the Fastic plus subscription but I don’t understand why people that don’t want to pay for premium features miss out on so much, like in the info for the app it says that the nutrition coach is there to help you but it’s not! If I want any healthy recipes I have to pay for it when you clearly advertised that you give healthy recipes. And another thing that would be great would be if the app synced to the Fitbit app as I have a Fitbit and do so many steps a day but it doesn’t count, the only way it counts steps is if you use the health app and carry your phone with you every step you take, which isn’t how I walk all day, most of the day I have my phone sitting somewhere and miss out on getting the steps just because I don’t want to have to hold my phone constantly as I’m doing anything and everything. So it would be greatly appreciated if you could fix these minor issues then I would be 100% happy.

Great app. I came across this app advertised while playing a computer game on my iPad, it caught my attention as just the day before my doctor said going with out food for 14 hours would really help my fasting BSL and insulin resistance. So I downloaded fantastic and have found it so helpful I was happy using the free version but am glad I took out a three month subscription to really get a good grounding

love it!. I like this app a lot because while there is a subscription available for extras like recipes and lessons, the fundamental features are free (e.g. fasting times, water tracker, step tracker), so it makes this app very usable for people like me who can’t afford/justify the subscription, as well as those who would buy the subscription. If it ends up working well for me I will consider investing in a subscription. Thanks to the devs.

Happy with it but. Have a new phone and can’t log into the same email address as my previous phone it just says address already in use Cant log into Facebook cause it’s already logged into on my old phone. So it doesn’t allow you to save any history or progress from other devices Other than that I’m happy with the app

Great app but…. Love this app! It could be better enhanced by having th ability to start and end fasts from your Apple Watch too. I often don’t have my phone on me when my reminders come to my watch start/end my fast…if you could then just do it on the watch that would be awesome!! Half the time I forget to go back and manually add the info to the app until much later time/day 🤪

App is a little clunky. App has some good features but I find the logging meals quite cumbersome. There doesn’t seem to be a way to add the meal suggestions from the nutrition coach against your meals which means manually entering them in. Also, no way to save your manually entered meals so again means having to enter each and every time. Also, the nutrition coach offers a feature to “love” meals however the filter doesn’t include “loved” meals so I don’t see much point in the function.

It’s not as hard as you might think.. I thought I would find it difficult as I have always eaten breakfast, but that’s not the case. I do get hungry but find that a glass of water kills the hunger pains, or a cup of black tea. I like the daily reminders that encourage me, and the meals are good too. I’m sleeping better and feel good. I have lost 2 Kg in the first week and I’m sure it will get easier week after week.

Fastic app. One of the best apps I’ve ever downloaded so helpful to keep track of what you eat, so informative keeps you up-to-date with where you’re at healthwise and so far, I’ve eaten everything I want to but best of all and without medication my reflux has taken a holiday first time in 10 years!

Ways to improve!. Loving the app heaps and is easy to use but I feel like some more information about eating times should be given. Would love to know more about if I need to be spreading out my meals during my 6 hours I can eat or if it doesn’t matter and I can go nuts. I’m a lazy 20 year old male and am not afraid to admit that I want the thinking taken out for me and have step by step for everything so if something could be provided about when to eat everything in my 6 hours that would be awesome

The best IF app – and I’ve tried a few. Friendly, informative, motivating, easy to use. You can use the free version, but having the stats and other extras is worth the sub. The best intermittent fasting app I’ve used. The bug a while back was troublesome (long story) but the Fastic team fixed things pretty quickly and were super-friendly despite my snippy email (it was a bad day). Even offered me free membership to compensate. Great support crew. Great app.

Great app needs just a minor fix. This is a highly informative and fun to use fast tracking app. The free version offers excellent information and is quite useful. The cons are the subscription necessary to unlock the full features. Instead of offering a one time purchase and then generate income trough other means they opted out for the suicidal subscription model. A one time purchase would generate a huge list of dedicated and ready to buy customers. A subscription generates drop offs as other apps appear. It is suicidal. The other con is that the app locks you in rigid fast times instead of allowing you to select what suits you best life the free “LIFE” app does. Well worth downloading it.

Lost fasts. Works reasonably well and the explanations are useful, but two fatal flaws for me. Firstly, too many reminders to do this or that - just let me start fasting with a single tap! Secondly, sometimes I go well beyond the initial set fast and when I come back to it I’m told the app stopped the fast for me, with no opportunity to edit start or end times, effectively cancelling the record of the significant fast I did! * Following developer response requesting an email to explain what I don’t like about the app... read the review to understand my issues with it!

Accessed data when permission was revoked. I connected it to apple health, realised some data was wrong and deleted it from apple health, but it didn’t change in Fastic. After over a week of emailing with support (took forever to reply) telling me useless things like “close and open the app”, they suggested adding incorrect logs to apple health and they would change in Fastic. I had already disconnected Fastic from accessing apple health data, but it still had access to it. Endless emails telling me to upgrade, while this was still going on, telling me my ticket number again. Support was useless and honestly rude, and most importantly the app will access data even if you revoke access.

Seems like a good app, but.... There are plenty of apps on the app store that seem good in isolation. But when it comes to health data I want to be able to sync as much as possible. It's a massive downside not being able to sync weight, BMI into apple health. But because the app itself looks good I can't bring myself to give 1 star. I also use the widget almost exclusively and in the latest update it’s basically broken. Have no incentive to use the app anymore.

Polished, but not perfect.. This is a very polished app and for some people, I can see it being well worth using - both free and paid version. For myself, it feels simultaneously too ‘pestering’ and inflexible. The daily list of tasks, including menu suggestions that I’m not interested in, just feel like filler. The fasting timer is good but due to my work/lifestyle, I can’t fast in reliably scheduled windows. I may have a day with only 8 hours fast and then one with 20 hours. It can be discouraging to break ‘streaks’ over and over despite overall improvement in intermittent fasting, health and weight loss. I can break a fast and be told I have only an hour before my next fast begins. I also find the ‘glasses of water’ measurement to be a bit confusing because I drink it by the bottle and don’t know how they measure glasses in ml. It is a good app, polished like I said, but I’m not sure it’s for me.

Misleading and False. I have a PhD in NeuroBiology so I am very familiar with these research. Firstly, this app is very misleading. How so? It is using different metabolic phases (low sugar phase, ketosis phase, autophagy) to impress people that it is actually happening. It’s not that easy, and if it was then many of the users would be very slim and healthy by low and would not require this app anymore. However, it is not that easy to get into ketosis mode and switch to fat burning therefore forget about autophagy. It takes an AVERAGE of two days to completely deplete glycogen even from the liver in order to produce ketones. Human biology and how energy is utilised is a very sophisticated process and app likes these makes people fool and is annoying to our science community who actually are researching on matters as such. Bottom line: Diet for ATLEAST two days without consuming any meal and then you can actually start timo produce a decent amount of ketones. Remember, 2Days!. You don’t need to purchase all these farce plans in the app to do such things.

I expected more. I honestly don’t get too much out of this app, I use it to keep track of timing and log my water and feeding windows however I feel like the app should be more informative which more science blurbs of what benefits are happening during the fast, and better reminders or support notifications that assist with this to keep you going. I feel the app needs a fair bit of improvement and the layout of the app is rather minimal I expected more tabs or things to interact with or log

Fastic is good but needs improvement. So I’ve been on here for a couple of days and it’s a great app with a great concept. However I do think the meal and eat section needs work. Yes it’s good that it’s got all these raw ingredients but I think that the app needs to have food items you can get from the store on it so you can scan it into the app then you don’t need to add all the individual ingredients. I also think that there needs to be a way that we can show that we’ve made one of the recipes on the app as well as our own recipe book section or regular meals section we can just refer back to it and just select it without much hassle.

Good but could be better. Lots of good stuff but needing to pay for some is a bit expensive for me. The step tracker is also inaccurate as I don’t often have my phone in my hand when I am on the go. If it linked with my fitbit, then I wouldn’t appear so lazy with my steps. As I do far more than the fastic app shows. I do like the short lessons. And understanding the different breakthrough points during a fast. I am only 11 days in and look forward to seeing what else the app has to offer.

Great coach for reflecting on life choices. I started 16:8 without this app, and then found it after I’d already lost a number of kilos. I was finding that I’d started choosing fast, carbo options to eat and wasn’t really staying focussed on exercise. Having the whole picture in one app helps. Weight, steps, fasting tracking, hydration is good. And the coaching tips help me change the little things that need changing to keep it up.

Fantastic!!!. I don’t normally like subscription based apps but I got an amazing offer and I thought, why not? It’s time to get serious about my health and fitness and I think it was a sign for me to make this change. I am so glad I subscribed because this app is so easy to navigate and use. I love the library section and the large selection of recipes which you can adjust the filters to show you vegan only or gluten free recipes!! I used to use a leading fitness diary which was great at counting marcos and such but I needed something to be more than just a food and exercise diary. Thank you so much for creating this app. Keep up the good work!!! 💕💕

Fastic has potential. The problem that I find with Fastic is that it assumed that you live with your phone. I find it extremely annoying that I cannot edit my times when I finally remember to switch the phone on. Also, I have problems with my feet and legs and cannot walk even short distances, however, I am able to use a vibrating platform and perform a program that would easily been equivalent to 4000 steps but again, I cannot edit my steps so it remains at zero. The vibrating platform vibrates so fast that the phone cannot count the vibrations. I like the idea of Fastic and I am losing weight but I am disappointed that it doesn’t work as I expected. For the money that I spent on my subscription I expected more. If I could edit my details I guess I could cheat on the results but who would I be kidding.

Only one thing missing. I love this app. So much interaction and the daily lessons are great at keeping me focused and accountable. I also love the time tracker with added info what your body is doing each stage of fasting. The only suggestion is maybe adding a food diary! One where you could input what you’ve eaten and how many calories perhaps to track when you’ve gone over recommended daily count? That would make this app a complete all in one tracking device. At the moment I use fitness pal and this so would be handy to have both incorporated? Otherwise I love the app and will continue to use! Thanks!

Awesome. Fastic is great for introducing anyone to IF. There is so much information to learn and understand what your body is doing during your fast. Seeing the different stages of IF during your fasting times gives you a great push to keep going and gives you little notifications to reminds you to jump back into the app and focus on you mr goals. I love this app! A great investment overall!!!

Best App. It is a great app I have only josh started my journey and this app gives me the confidence that I will stick to it. It gives you daily information and tells you what is happening to your body through the hours you are fasting I love reading it and learning what is going on. It is the perfect app for anyone who wants to start

A great tool. This app works so well to keep me going with my fasting! It builds motivation just by existing for me because I know that every time I open it up I see my progress. Seeing progress is all the motivation I need to keep going, even when it gets challenging! Highly recommend.

Very helpful and easy to follow. I’m new to fasting and have been tossing up giving it ago for quite some time but didn’t know where to start. Thought I’d give an app a go and chose Fastic. It’s been fantastic, very easy to follow, lots of helpful tips and even some great recipes included. It’s well worth a try if you’re a newbie like me!

Limited dietary preferences. The best feature of this app is the timer, although I’m doubtful that the phases are correct for everyone. It should ask if the user has T2DM as this affects blood glucose patterns. Also ketosis usually takes much longer to kick in. The worst feature is the dietary planner, which is biased towards an unnatural plant-based grain-heavy diet. For those of us who’ve tried that before (and damaged their health) the app should offer a low-carb healthy fat option as a dietary preference. A paleo/primal option would be good too. Fasting alone cannot undo the damage from a diet of manufactured food. Personally I’ve been much healthier (subjectively and objectively in blood tests) after cutting out grains, sugars (including fruit), and seed oils, and sticking to vegetables, fish, and pasture raised meat.

Very unhappy… avoid this app. The app was good but the last few times I log-in I’ve had to fill out advertising preferences… there is no simple button to reject all, I have to manually select ‘no’ for each option. And this is despite the fact that I bought a 12-month paid subscription. They make it harder to say ‘no’ to advertising & to agreeing for them to share my details with vendors. You’ve just made it easier to hit the ‘delete’ button on the entire app rather than fill out your stoopid form each time.

I like it!. ***Editing review: there is a problem with Fastic widgets. The fasting progress doesn’t show correctly. It still asks you to press to start fasting even if you are already fasting. *** I like the features, it’s very cute. And it’s not expensive at all. I tried noon, it has similar features and everything but it’s bit too expensive. I like every time when a milestone passes, they tell you okay this is where your body starts burning stored fat. And that gives you motivation to go on I drink a lot of coffee so generally I don’t feel hungry even without doing fasting. I was unconsciously doing fasting for years, but I never followed any professional guidelines. I think this is finally the app for me, because I tired so many weight lost app and none of them really worked. I will update my review after 3 months and see how it goes. Thank you developers! :)

Fastic is great; could use one change.. I have been using this app for a while now, and am loving the use of flame streaks to keep the motivation high. However, I have recently been appointed by my dietician to only fast 4 days of the week separated with days. There is no way for me to have frosties to make up for the non fasting days without losing my massive streak… so I ask the developers to allow users to set a “routine” or something of the like where they can schedule on what days they should be fasting and what days are left, that way the streak is built from a user set routine of fasting that they are motivated to continue, rather than having to keep it up every day of the week. Great app, would and have recommended it to many people and they have had a go and seen astounding results :) Thank you fastic team 🤙

No weight loss integration with apple. I use this app simply as a timer and to hold myself accountable. I would give this 5 stars if it could read my weight from apple health. I have a Bluetooth scale so it’s annoying having to type it into the app to see my progress. Other than that it’s easy to use, some other apps are way too over engineered and complicated than they need to be

Wanted add my weight progress and it started me from the beginning. When you are signed into an app there should not be an option to start again without telling you that you are already a member or a message to say this step will start you again. I deleted the app.

Read my review. This is possibly the fastest way to lose weight or get fit because it’s truly worth getting it. From day 1 I lost 1.8kg and I was shocked about my results coming out so fast. I realised that if u have a goal and u want to achieve it, it is possible and the help and efforts this app gives u, u will achieve ur goal. Also it makes a difference between eating when ur bored and eating when u are allowed does that makes sense, but totally recommend it 100% it never gets boring and has many activities u can do even thought u don’t have to pay, just go try it out. Good luck on ur next journey!

Motivating and enjoyable but not quite there. I’ve enjoyed this app and the animations keep you entertained and excited to continue with courses/stick to your plan. I recently upgraded to the plus and would really appreciate the recipies to include a proper measurement instead of “Units”. After googling what a unit is, it’s very easy to go over the calories that the app suggest. If the recipe would suggest table spoons or gram measurements, that would be ideal

Not based on good science. I have asked for a full refund. Fasting is a beneficial lifestyle, however this app limits to only up to a 24hour fasting window. While it offers an introduction to those new to fasting, anyone who wants an app that will take them through a complete fasting experience with a complete list of fasting options that include extended fasting will be very disappointed. There is no provision for anything longer than a 24 hour fast. Current scientific research supports gradually increasing extended fasting lengths up to 72 hours or more. This maximises autophagy and optimal health benefits. I would recommend you do not buy this app if you want to have all the benefits of fasting that can be individualised to all who seek fasting as a lifestyle, not just a beginner. My other concern is that there is no choice of support / meal plans for Ketogenic meals, which once again has great current science to support it. The app needs much more development, before it can support its claims.

Alternatives for frosties. I like this app, hence my rating. Thus, this is not a review. Improvements/feedback: -Awards: Could you introduce awards or badges to keep people motivated. Example: Award or badge for completing lessons, exercise goals, etc. -Frosties: Could you introduce other things to spend frosties on. Collectible avatars? I don’t want to spend frosties on food related rewards, i.e., skipping a fast. Macro tracking: It would be great if there was an option to track macros track as well. 😄

Simple, motivational and fun. I’ve lost 11kg using this app on the free version! (Coupled with calorie control). I like that it’s simple and not too invasive with its reminders HOWEVER the new release has a weird glitch that notifications are telling me to stop fasting half an hour early, I’m also not liking getting the ‘sign up for paid service’ notifications now which it didn’t used to do Overall a good tool

this is so nice. they make fasting seem enjoyable and make it all cutesy so it feels less like “I need to do this to lose weight” and more like “this is a fun new routine that i can do” Plus the water tracker and step counter that it has is pretty helpful and a little reminders to drink your water especially during fasts great app:)

Super App - just one query. This is a great app. I am using it everyday. Best motivation for fasting ever. Great graphics. Just one query - how do I edit the data I put in the weight section? I put in the wrong numbers on the initial couple of dates, a typing error, and now can’t seem to change it? When I click “Edit data” it takes me to those numbers and dates but I can’t change them. Any suggestions?

Doesn’t stop recording fasting.. I’ve issued it for all of two days. When I tapped to end fasting, it kept going!!! I’ve tapped to end fasting seven times now and it’s STILL GOING. It doesn’t work. What’s the point of this if it’s not going to work right? It says I’ve fasted for 18.5 hours now. BROKEN.

Won’t open anymore. Great app until the latest update. No longer will open for me. Jut get the initial splash screen.

Great Fasting Program. I’ve tried a few and love this app!! Definitely recommend.

Day two. So far it’s fine. Decent reminders. But the ads to buy buy buy are annoying but what do you want for free.

Beware: They collect a hell of a lot of data from you. They collect a hell of a lot of data from you from pages and pages of companies. You have to toggle off consent. It’s not obvious.

Steps not loading properly. Today is Wednesday but the steps that are loading automatically from my Health app are showing up for the past Monday? Otherwise I’m happy with the app, but I want to properly track my steps

A great reminder tool. Works as a tool to keep you on track. I would rather pay for an app rather than a subscription based product that masks the amount of money it costs over time.

Absolute scam and charged me twice. I got to a certain level in this app and it suggests a plan upgrade into something cheaper, I thought it would have switched my plan in the future but it ended up charging me 45 bucks extra when I already have the premium, what a scam! I want my money back!

Really helpful with tons of useful info!. Love that it notifies me when my fast is done! And there is so much more useful information than just when to start and stop. They explain why and how fasting is important.

Very confusing App. There is no explanation on how to use the app. Worse app ever. Please do not waste your money.

The site. I find it hard to manoeuvre around the site. It would be great if we could talk to our buddies right in the app instead of going to the Facebook group.

Most pushy annoying app ever!. I paid for the 1 year and I still uninstalled it. It annoys you constantly, wants you to check into the app constantly like it’s your crazy ex lover posting on FB with her new black boyfriend. Don’t use it. Just buy an hourglass on Amazon it’s cheaper and less annoying.

Great concept, nice features, widget has bugs. Pros: - Free version has all you need to track fasting. - Has good articles and information on intermittent fasting. - motivational notifications to help reach goals. Cons: - widget that tells you how long you’ve fasted has issues. It either shows a 0:00 or is a black/blank box on my Lock Screen.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. Ever try to delete your account on the fastic app? You can’t. And it’s done that way by design to get an additional charge off your credit card. Customer service plays stupid, and refuses to help. It’s borderline fraud DO NOT USE THIS APP

Easy to follow. I really like this app. Very easy to follow and gives you small daily goals to achieve plus it shows you and educates you what’s happening in your body with every stage of the process.

Ripped off. Took my money but did not provide the plan I purchased. Have emailed several times and gotten no response . Beware and save your money .

Terrible timer app. Here is a timer that will keep nagging you to subscribe, add “buddies”, to stay in the app, buy frostier, collect stars. To read their interstitials with fake countdowns and increase their sales numbers instead of giving you a product that adds anything simple and of value. Might as well stick with the native timer app.

I love this app. The app is so user friendly and cute! I love the staging and information about where you are in the fast and what that means for body function.

Great App. This is my first fasting app but so far it’s very helpful. I love the lessons and challenges. The food scan could use some help I’d like to be able to type and search some foods too which I cannot seem to do

Enabling bad eating habits on children?. This is a great app. However, I am concerned of how many kids are on this app. I’ve seen girls as young as 13 asking for tips on how to lose weight with fasting!! I am scared the chatroom is providing a space to encourage bad eating habits! None of the adults on the app seem concerned with the claims made by the girls and it scares me. I strongly recommend the chat be taken down since there is not a lot that can be done otherwise to prevent them from going on this app.

SO EASY AND MOTIVATIONAL. Fastic has made my fun. I love all of the tips, recipes and facts they share. If you’re looking for a fun, easy to use, motivational, inspirational and accurate app, then Fastic is for you. Thanks Fastic!!

Does not work on iPhone. Stopped working on iPhone after latest update.

Too many ads. Just too many ads, uninstalled.

Use to be great. Always interrupted by ads. Fasting app isn’t free anymore. Was great You can’t even use the same time to start fasting. App will say “ used time before “??? Poo app. Move on

Crashed. Depuis la dernière mise à jour, l’app ne fonctionne pas

Untrustworthy app BEWARE!. It appears I've encountered some unscrupulous practices here; caution is advised. While attempting to grasp the app's functionality, I mistakenly bought it. I promptly contacted the admin within 2 minutes to rectify the error, but they declined a refund. The app is now proving glitchy and user-unfriendly, contrasting with more reliable alternatives. I’ve joined “MyFast Tracker app and it’s 10 fold better and no issues whatsoever.

New update. Can’t open the app since the latest update. Please correct.

Easy to use app. The app makes it easy to stay on track. Nice presentation too.

Great App. The app is very educative and helps keeps you accountable.

Toppissime. J’ai perdue 3 kilo 1 mois

Not longer able to update weight. I loved this app but now the ability to update your weight and the see more option is gone. Not useful if you can’t track your weight.

Discipline is the key. Fastic assisted me to choose healthy foods. I am more self aware of my body and mind, it also helps me to know when is my last meal to wind down for bed. I am able to track how many hours of sleep I get each day.. love this app

Easy to use. I love the graphics Colourful and motivating

Informative and very encouraging to use. I don’t usually write app reviews but this app and the people behind it deserve my time and deserve to hear this. I wont lie i was hesitant at first when i was answering the quiz i was waiting for the part where its says i have to pay to be able to use the app/get the results, but surprisingly it didn’t so I kept going, I set my fasting schedule and I used it for the first time just for a test run. I’m actually very satisfied by all the information that I thought I know already like how fasting work but the way this app explain it and the graphic design and the tracking that pop-up in your home screen to inform you how long you been fasting. I really appreciate all of that. It’s a great app👏👏 and I’m looking forward to use it and achieve my goals with it. Thank you.

Dark mode. This app needs the option of dark mode disappointed they don’t have this

Keeps me on track. I tried a couple IF apps and have been using Fastic religiously for over a month.

ED. To be completely honest, as someone that has done a lot of research and had major curiosity into anorexia in particular, this app is literally giving you hidden Ana tips. The first lesson I got was to slow down my eating by counting how many times I chew. This is the kind of obsessive behaviour that people with anorexia have. So while I have always wished I had an ED, I feel that this app could push a lot of possible anorexics, (given the right amount of shove), and is actually quite dangerous. The motivation too closely resembles pro-Ana motivation.

Incredibly scammy to try the free version. Before committing to paying a weekly fee for this app, I wanted to try it out. All the free version showed you was how long you should fast for, everything else when you tried to click it would pop up asking you to start paying. It recommended that I turn on notifications to get all the benefits of the app, but all the notifications were, were ads for the paid version… it felt very scammy, I can just keep track of my intermittent fasting on my own.

Simple. I like to be in control. I don’t like being talked at or harangued by an AI quasoid.

Way too many ads. Is there a way to export my data to another app? I’ve been using this for a long time now, but in the last few weeks/months, the number of Ads has skyrocketed. There’s one every 3 hours. I keep notifs on so I know when to break and start my fasts. But 9 out of 10 times, their notifs are about a “sale” they’re having.

Terrible app. Terrible app. Doesn’t work Half the time.

Blood money. Made in Germany ruined it for me. Will not support Genocide and Holocaust lovers.

Nothing you can’t figure out for yourself. I MUST start out by saying I have never left a detailed rating for an app before this one. It’s usually a star rating if at all. I felt it was my duty to comment on this one. I downloaded this app because I had been doing intermittent fasting for over a year. I thought the fasting counter was great (which is why the one star) so when an offer for a 3 month membership at a discounted rate appeared I was all in. Outside of the fasting tracker there is nothing impressive about what you get for your membership. I can’t even choose low carb as a diet option so the recipes don’t apply to me. Also, I cannot seem to locate the body fat analysis page at all. All I can say is... thank goodness it was only $20. Don’t waste your money.

Intrusive ads. When they are pestering u with “deals” that seems happen all the time, they have ads that just take over your whole screen. I’d pay for no ads but not a subscription.

Widget. Le widget ne fonctionne plus depuis la dernière mise à jour

No way to contact you - support no good. Hi there! The app is good but there is no way to contact for support for the app. There is an issue with the app tracking weight and goal weight.

Where is Apple Watch app?. This is the exact kind of app that needs an Apple Watch compatible app. This is only half a service without one.

Refund. I wish I could get my money back. This app takes a simple fast and makes it complicated. I do wonder if all of other reviews were just bots because I cannot find anything good about this app. You have to pay for it to try it - rip off - I want a refund.

Widget doesn’t update. Since ios15 the widget doesn’t work anymore

Buggy as hell. Emails arrive telling me they’re disappointed that I haven’t kept up my fast-even though I have kept it perfectly since day 1. This level of testing is displayed in the rest of the app. Tried to edit a logged weight (when I found a more reliable scale), it says it’s saved the new amount but when I try to exit the view, it says it won’t be saved…and there’s no save button. Tried to log into the site hoping to log some water while away from my phone, but it would let me log in with my Apple ID (no option on site). So I asked it to let me change my password. Looks like it created a NEW user with the same email and deleted all my data. And now it won’t let me log into the site using Apple ID! Requested a refund from Apple, this is just too much amateur hour. STAY AWAY from this one.

Bugs, no way to report them. I’m a paying subscriber to this app and am encountering multiple bugs, but there’s no way to report them in the app, in the App Store, or in their “App Support” website linked from the App Store page. The problem, in case Fastic cares: It keeps resetting my fast start time to midnight, and it isn’t calculating or displaying my weight and BMI related data correctly. Functionality-wise, the app needs to include other ways of tracking weight loss, such as measurements. Generally, I’m also not sure what benefits I’ve gained from the app as a subscriber that I couldn’t have gained with a reminder on my phone of when to fast and when to eat, a simpler water tracker app, and a good book on IF. The bugs are new in the last week, and with no way to report them, my ho-hum opinion of the app has plummeted. Overall, very unhappy with Fastic right now. Unless they really improve the app, I will not be renewing my subscription next year.

Arbitrarily ends your fast.. I periodically have fasted for longer than my “preset schedule”. Whether it was a conscious decision or for the most recent reason I had gastrointestinal distress and couldn’t keep water down. My fasting window was extended. The app arbitrarily decides “she’s done”. Uses a frosty and you can not go back and undo the decision of the app. Yes you can change your time, but once a frosty is used, it’s gone. It would be nice if the app didn’t “assume” I needed the frosty to keep my streak going. I was unhappily in a fetal position wishing I felt well enough to get out of bed and eat something. Petty, I know. The accumulation of stars, a frosty and the like are small compared to the real reason I’m doing the intermittent fasting lifestyle. But it would be nice if the app actually left things alone and me inform it when I was in my eating window and when I was still fasting.

Track your fasting. I have been intermittent fasting for a few years and have always wondered when I was entering autophagy and hated remembering when I started fasts or would often have a snack cause I thought I was faster “a decent while”. This app allows you to track exactly when you start, when you should stop, lets you know when you enter each stage, allows you to easily adjust the schedule and ratio you want, and most of all having the timer gives you that little bit of encouragement we all need. If you only have an hour to autophagy which makes your body younger and then just a couple to get maximum benefit, it is easier to stay the course. Even as an old pro at fasting I have found this app very useful if you are considering or are doing fasting, or simply want to age slower or look and feel younger, this app is for you.

Easiest way to get started. I’ve heard of intermittent fasting for so long, but really didn’t even have the energy to do much research into it. And when I did it was overwhelming. So this app just makes it the simplest thing in the world. This is great for very busy people. I have lost weight before on programs like WW but there is so much planning and tracking involved, I just have times in life that I can’t keep up with it all and I fall off the wagon. This app has made it so simple that anyone can follow it. I love that the learning lessons are a very quick read. The only thing I would recommend is a way to go back a day and add to the water intake. Sometimes I fall asleep on the couch around 7 pm and don’t get my water logged before midnight and I loose credit for that.

Not always accurate but great for learning. So I have using the app for a year and a half before deciding to review. I have found that it works 75% of the time. The app has told me that my fasting window is to close even though I am only 3 hours into my 6 hour fast. The count down time shows that I have 35 minutes left. I mean I’m not a dope... I can figure it out but it is nice to be able to review your week’s progress. Other instances show that I fasted for 35 hours on a weekly view, but when you looks at the individual day it shows that it was my actual 21 hour fast. Anyways other than that I really enjoy the reminder to end and begin a fast. It helps me keep in line with my plans. It would be great if the link for app support worked as a link to an email to alert the app developers it has some bugs, but it is impossible to find a “contact us” button or phone or email.

Wish there was a food/calorie tracker. I mostly like this app but I really wish there was a food/calorie tracker. For me, it would double its effectiveness. Fasting is great but if you overeat in your eating time it can slow or even undo all your progress. There should be a calorie goal too for the meal. As well as food suggestions equaling the calories you should eat. And the fasting stages are not correct. It takes far longer for the body to reach ketosis, fat burning and autophagy. Those can take 2-4 days not just a few hours as they like you to believe. So the app isn’t exactly accurate. There’s also no long fast options. And it’s annoying that they stop your time or give you a frosty of you don’t log in. Like, bro! I sometimes fast for days at a time! Not just 23 hours or less. Just let me pick a long fast! It’s a cute fun idea but lacks depth.

Nice concept!. I have only used this app for a week and so far it’s very easy to use and follow. I’ve already recommended it to 3 other friends. Not on the plus version but it would really be nice if there was a way to try it for a week before committing. I wanted to see if this was even worth it before committing to a week/month/year fee but no option. It’s a bit pricey per week but might be worth it? From what I can see it offers daily education on multiple topics which would be nice as well as meal options. I’d pay if it were less $ after using it this week but couldn’t commit until I tried. I can say the free version is great!! Love the reminders too 👍🏼 Very nice app!

Measurements tracker. The app works great and provides really good encouragement with it’s keeping flames lit on a streak feature but also providing Frosties so that we can have a day off for holidays or vacations and save them up. The only two things that I would like is if all the plans that are advertised underneath the main homepage could be moved to a separate tab so that I can thumb through them in a more organized fashion and the second thing is that I wish there was a tracker for body measurements so that when the scale doesn’t give you an accurate interpretation of Weight loss you can use the measurements of your body to show where you’ve lost fat. A body fat amount and percentage tracker tacked onto the weight tracker would also be useful for those of us with a biometric scale that measures this.

Buddies and Water. I have to admit the idea of a buddy sounds great! The thing is, you can only have one. If there is a way to have more than one, it’s not very apparent. This really bummed me out and I’m thinking about deleting the app… Okay, we figured it out. But it took awhile and was very confusing. We had to use two different messaging apps. I’ll give the app four starts though instead of my original 3. Maybe it’s because I have an iPad, not a phone…?? Edit: Fastic made a new change to their app yesterday (May 26th 2022). They changed the water measurement from cups to liters. For me, as an American, it’s incredibly annoying. And I sincerely wish they would give you an option! So far though, besides that, I have been enjoying my experience!

I used to love it, bring the old stuff back. I’ll pay to use this app, and it used to be really easy to view your existing fasting week and progression but now all I can see is the previous week’s fasting, and then I have to go dig for the current weeks fasting and even that information is kind of convoluted. It also used to be easy and on the same page to update your water consumption and and weight and stuff like that. I like being able to view what it is I’m doing now versus what I do last week and the week before and so on. Also, it’s not calculating my steps correctly. It is saying that I only had 671 steps one day when my Apple fitness app (and watch in general) calculated 11,436. I think there’s just some things that need to be looked through in regards to the app.

Cautious optimism. Waking up day 3, I’ve been pretty focused on the time for 2 hours but now not hungry. So that’s great cuz I feel pretty good. The fact that it’s free and I don’t have to track foods and put a lot of time into this makes it great. I want to improve or enhance my life and health and I’ve been looking for something that is not all consuming like weight watchers or noom. So far looking at a clock, being deliberate drinking water and maybe being aware of my movement have been easy to incorporate in my life. For me I have odd day/night work hours so the timing may need tweaking but it’s been ok these few days. I only wish the free app had a question platform, and it may I just haven’t found it. To sum up I e spent more time on the review than I’ve had to on the program. YAY!!!

Unfortunate Update. I’ve used this app for a year now and gotten over 1700 fasting hours in. It’s always been a joy to use, mainly because not only is it (mainly) free, it’s been ad-free beyond the pop-ups telling you to buy premium. It’s unfortunate that Fastic is now deciding to implement ads, especially since the main reason I loved it so much was because it was one of the few apps i have that was ad-free without a subscription. Disappointed to say the least, especially because I’ve been using it since 2022 and only now is the app using the pandemic as an excuse to implement ads—far after most of the world has moved on. If you just need more money, that’s fine: say that. Don’t say “we’ve been forced to make this change because of the pandemic :(“ when it’s mid-2023.

Keeping me focused!. I am loving this app so far! It’s easy to use and I love that it tells me where my body is at during my fast. I love intermittent fasting and this app keeps me focused on my goal. I like that you can change your plan easily. I am on an extreme 20/4 eating plan but when I went to Sausalito and had lunch I switched to the more recommended 16/8 plan. I was able to have a wonderful fish dish for lunch and not get a “you haven’t met your goal” remark. Lol. I keep track of my water and weight too. They also offer wonderful meal recipe ideas! I like the lessons too. Lots to learn and I must say I am feeling great and in control! Not hungry! I am 65 and trying to reverse years of bad eating. I highly recommend Fastic and my daughter is doing it too!

Simply Sustainable and Encouraging. As one who has fasted intermittently during seasons and with pretty high frequency, I thought the benefits of this app would be minimal, simply something to record my lifestyle. The encouragement and structure from the app has FAR EXCEEDED what I was looking for, and fasting now feels much more like a lifestyle than second thought! It’s certainly nice not to feel hooked on opening the app every five minutes - I can have two five minute interactions and feel encouraged and driven to live with stable and sustainable habits. In tracking my fasting, many of my other healthy routines have felt more anchored, partially from the clarity and stable energy from fasting, and certainly from the simple tools found in the Fastic app! I’m so grateful!!

I could not have done this without Fastic. I have been IF for over two years now and use the Fastic app to keep me on track. It helps me know about my start and end time, daily water intake and steps. I also get to see weight progress and get to make adjustments as needed. It helped me understand how IF works when I first started out. You get to have buddies that help you move along in your fasting journey. Very easy to use app with a fabulous support team if needed and if you have questions. They are quickly to respond. I couldn’t have done this for the past two years without the Fastic app and would recommend it to everybody starting out in IF. It is a lifestyle for me now, I feel great and love the results. Thank you Fastic team.

Not impressed at all. I have been following the following protocol for over a year: no eating before noon and after 8 pm. I saw this app and thought I try it. Turns out the app costs money on a monthly basis to tell me to do what I am doing anyway. But to top it off, it forgets what i have put into it. For 3 days, I entered that I had started fasting, only to have the program tell me that I needed to start fasting. I continue to get instructions to fill out a survey and it keeps going back to day 1. Sorry, any app that I have to pay for, needs to have a better interface. This app continues to disappoint, no, to annoy. Last night, I started fasting at 8 pm. Today, I ended my fast at 12:36 pm. Got a couple of stars for it as well. It did say this was day 1, again, but I keep trying. Tonight I went it to start fasting again, only to discover that the program had me fasting since 8pm last night. I give you 1 star for your app only because I can’t give you zero stars. I am removing your app from my iPad

NOT graveyard shift friendly 😔. I really wanted to love this app. This is a problem with all intermittent fasting apps though and honestly it’s annoying. It will not let me see set my eating times for WHEN I AM ACTIVE AND WORKING. Not all of us live normal hour days. I work nights and start my lunch at work at 10pm . It would be ideal to start my food eating at this time and have another meal after work before I wind down to go to sleep for the morning. Which I usually do at 8am. For some reason it will not let me start my fasting time at 6am which would be ideal for me. I get that day workers should not be eating that late because they should be fasting/sleeping, however 6am to me is like someone else’s 8pm dinner. I really wish these apps would accommodate people like me so I can set alerts to remind me it’s time to fast a few hrs before bed. Someone please fix this for us people who are forced to be nocturnal to make a living. Super sad I have no options on this app. Best of luck to you all.

Data mining app. I purchased a subscription last year, and the app worked well enough for what I needed (track when to start and stop my fast, send reminders, etc.). I opened the app last night to change the notification settings and was greeted with a dialogue about what tracking I was willing to allow. The list was tediously long, and had an additional section for vendors with whom they share their information. There were close to 100, and on most of them the default “legitimate interest” toggle was enabled. I manually went through and disabled every single toggle, saved the settings, closed the app, uninstalled it and canceled my subscription. I paid for the subscription last year, naively thinking that by paying I was not going to have my data sold. I was wrong. This app gathers more information than any app has any business gathering about me and sells it. No thanks. Hard pass.

Simple, Better Control of Fasting Periods. Better than other apps because it gives you more personal control over your fasting:eating periods. Other apps set the schedule. It’s akin to getting on my bike, and setting your workout…I’m much more likely to complete the workout because I decided to start it. Ending it early feels like quitting, which motivates me to finish. Love the depiction of the stages of fasting (burning sugar, fats, ketosis, autophagy) on the fasting page. Keeps me motivated to finish the fast. Great educational and simple blurbs on fasting, and health. Knowledge is also motivating because it gives you the reasoning behind intermittent fasting, which gives me faith that I’m on a good health plan. App is simple and intuitive with easy daily routines to create good habits.

Encouraging and Educational!. I am really enjoying this app. The daily education and reminders of what good I am doing for my body as I fast keeps me encouraged and motivated. The “rewards” of stars and more are nice as well though I don’t really understand what to do with them, LOL! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that a longer fast (36 hours, for instance) is not yet available BUT when I asked support about this I got a quick reply saying it will be available in a future update. I completed my longer fast anyway and the app did ask a couple times if I was still fasting and let me say yes so ultimately the whole fast was tracked. Yea! When I entered my initial goal into the app it gave me a possible timeline to reach that goal using a 16:8 plan, but I can no longer find that possible date, or see if it changes as my goal (fat loss for me) is achieved. Regardless, I am seeing progress and I am happy!

So effective yet not demanding! Made my best progress because of this app. It’s so simple and easy to use and it REALLY helps to have this to keep me accountable to my fasting goals. I used to do intermittent fasting without tracking and even though I was able to do it for a while, I’d find myself not fully fasting way too often and eventually I stopped. With this app, seeing the small and eventual progress I make day by day has encouraged me to stick to my fasting goals more properly and for a longer period of time ! I can see how long I’ve been fasting for and how much weight I’ve lose over time and it’s such an awesome motivator. I see myself maintaining this lifestyle for a LOOOOOOOOONG time purely because of this app

Not what I expected. I like what this app does as it has guided me to the loss of 8lbs in only 7 days. It keeps me on task and makes fasting easier as it reminds you for certain goals. However, what I do t like is the constant pressure and reminders to join the Fastic Plus Subscription. If I wanted to do that I would, but I don’t so quit reminding me of something I don’t want! There should be a settings option to remove Fastic Plus from this app. That way I and others can fast in peace until we decide we want to join Fastic Plus. With that said there are other Fasting Apps and I’m now going to try some of them. Fastic team please make the option to block Fastic Plus reminders from the app or I will be deleting this app and using another. Update: This app has been deleted from my devices. CONSTANT reminders to buy the premium was enough, but the worst is that you have to always enter start and stops daily and if you don’t this app has a bug where you edit your fasts it won’t save your edited fast. I’m done with this German crap! I’ve gone to SUNRISE! It is simple and it works!!! CYA!!!

It keeps me on track. As I age and the aches and pains have slowed me down, my body forgot to upgrade me to an “eat less because you are not moving so much” version! I am not a foodie, but I am an efficient user of what I eat. So over the years I have accumulated some harmful pounds. This app - Fastic- has proven to be the key to my changing directions on my weight and health! I am on day 9 of my journey and have not only lost a few pounds but I have found that I also started sleeping better. I have also started to walk a bit more! As I shed the blubber, I seem to want to, and to be able to, venture further away! On Saturday I walked 2 miles to a restaurant , had a small delicious lunch, and walked back the 2 miles!

Amazing. I have only been using this app for two days now but I absolutely love how easy and simple it is! Even with the free version you learn educational things about fasting and how it works with your body. I also can’t get over how well it tracks my insights and gives me structure on how long my fasting period has been and what’s happening to my body during that time. I highly recommend this app, even my boyfriends impressed! Definitely considering getting the premium to see what that offers, but even without it, this app gets a million thumbs up! Health shouldn’t cost anything and I really appreciate the creators making the educational portions free to everyone.

So much unnecessary junk. The app just isn’t quick, making it a chore to use and unfortunately it’s all self inflicted. Let’s start with a huge load time from the start / open( Phone is def not dated). Just getting into the app is a pain in spite of it having just notified me that my fast is starting/over… it seems bewildered & unprepared that I would now want to access the app. Next is the time spent having to endlessly confirm you finished your fast. It’s FOUR different confirmations each time I end a fast, just to stop the timer. That’s with these stupid animations in between confirmations congratulating you for finishing, then awarding you “flames” or “frosties” which are completely meaningless garbage I won’t use to “allow myself” to skip a fast. No I don’t want to link my “buddies” and put them through this torture. No I don’t want to input my water consumption or steps. How long before we’re tracking breaths or heartbeats to make sure we couldn’t be getting more of them? All of these truly useless extra features are designed to get type A completionists hooked on getting their “gold star” in the hopes they’ll spend more time in the app and decide to pay for extra stuff like lessons, recipes, habits and other forms of half measured virtual coaching. JUST GIVE ME A TIMER THAT WORKS WITHOUT ALL THE EXTRA CRAP!

Really good motivator, small suggestion. Ive been using fastic for a good two months now and im already impressed with the app and how it’s been helpful in reducing my midday snacking habits and cutting out post-dinner snacks entirely! I dont really use the other features other than the timer and weight logging (used to use the water tracker but the notifications became too cumbersome so i turned it off), and its interface is clean and easy to navigate which is why i decided to use fastic over other fasting trackers. My one suggestion is apple watch support. I actually once stopped using fastic and tried using other apps because they have apple watch apps. If the watch app could integrate the water tracker, fasting timer to see your current progress, and a start/stop fasting button, it would be so much more convenient!!

I liked it but something changed recently. I have been using this app for about 28 days and I was beginning to really like it.. My only complaint was that it wasn’t tracking my steps correctly so occasionally. At night when I went to bed it had the right steps that matched my Apple Watch but when I went in the next day to look at my goals it looks like I’m not meeting any of my step goals for the last week and there’s no way to update those to match my watch. I’m very much goal oriented and like to see goals met so this is very frustrating to me. And then today I can no longer just hit the plus mark for every glass of water I drink I have to put in a value in liters. And there’s no way to switch that back to cups. I am still using the free version and have not purchased the full version yet not sure that I will at this point.

I love this app, it’s great!. This app is so simple to use, yet the features are so good. It gives you insight on the process your body is going through during a fast. It also gives you information every day to learn about fasting, healthy eating and more. I love that it reminds me when I need to drink water, when I need to eat and when I need to start fasting. It doesn’t do like other apps where it’s constantly trying to get you to submit to plus or show so many ads. It does so occasionally but not obsessively. Another neat feature is that it gives you challenges and ideas on what you can eat and what you should avoid or what exercises to do. It also gives you the option to count your steps, though I can’t figure out how to do that part so mine is constantly at 0 😞.

Buggy weight tracking. I like the fasting timer, the flexibility of fasting times and the educational content, tips and encouragement. However, the weight tracking is very buggy. The data for the week sometimes appears to be in kilos instead of pounds (set my target to 55 lbs at one point. The weight trend for the week usually looks OK, but then when I show the month trend, it shows a single weight data point that Is lower than I ever recorded. So, I figured there must have been an incorrect entry and went to edit my data and it’s all in kilos again. I ended up deleting about half of the data points, but it still isn’t showing correctly. If this continues to be buggy, I don’t plan to renew since I already have a more reliable weight tracker. Also, the food tracker is beyond bad. I couldn’t even find something as basic as bread to enter for tracking, so I don’t use it at all.

Just what I was looking for. I was skeptical about using an app for IF, and I initially downloaded three but immediately eliminated the other two based on which features were available for free (I fasted for six months without an app and lost 25 lbs so I wasn’t interested in paying for anything). This app has ticked all my boxes so far. The available features include a reminder to weigh myself, not too often of course; notifications at the beginning and ending of each window, and the rewards system, which I didn’t think I would like, offers “frosties”—a day off from time to time. This app has helped me to regain control of opening and closing my window and hopefully will see me through to another ten lbs.

Newbie here. I’ve only had this app a couple days now. It is not that difficult to figure out, but I seem to have difficulty in just navigating it right now. I’m sure because I’m new at it. I’m sure I missed something in setting it up as it has me on 14/10, which is great for right now. But it asked me at the start when do I begin eating and I said around 11 a.m. and when do I finish eating, and I said around 6:30 p.m. that is almost 8 hours. So it has that set for my start and finish which does not work with the 14/10. It took me awhile to figure out (and I hope I now have it set correctly) how to edit that. We shall see after further use. I’m sure with time and use all this will clear up for me. Still haven’t figured out the badges at the bottom-what they are trying to tell me. Somewhat confusing for an older brain. Lol

This used to be a 5 star app. If I had written this review a few months ago, I would have given it 10 stars. Helpful, easy to use, has great advice and tips for anyone trying to lose weight or just monitor their health. BUT THEN THE ADS CAME! Yes they have completely taken over. Every time I open the app I get an ad, every time I start or finish a fast I get an ad, every time I minimize the app and the switch back I get an ad, every time you click anything you get an ad. Those are just the pop up screens, the whole app and Home Screen are littered with more ads. I get it, the only this a company cares about is money, and they will destroy their own product to get more. But I don’t care about this company, and I would never pay to use an app, so this app is now garbage and I’m sure it will now wither into the useless ad-wall data-stealing battery-draining realm where all apps go to rot.

Chat Alert. The content of chat is 24/7 off topic, innapropriate, x-rated and abusive. The chat gives an option to block/ report within the chat group. But, it does not work. Teenage users appear to be targeted for bullying and worse. They are invited to join private Instagram accounts. The first thing seen in chat includes several pages of pornography content. Any attempt to dissuade this behavior is met with hostility from a group of bullies. The bullying is encouraged and cheered on. Good luck keeping this app successful. It appears the goal is to sabotage it. Update: Well? Since the chat group is not monitored and the incessant horrible behavior continues without intervention from the app developers I suppose it is time to let the world know about this. We all have the ability to snap shot the group chats and send them out for all to see. Maybe some parents, neighbors, friends or educators will recognize these chatters and out them. The chatters have been banned from other chat groups. Unfortunately, this fastic app cannot be bothered.

Has made a wonderful change. I love this application so far. It has educated, motivated, and supported. I have learned a lot and am continuously growing from this. I am about to recommend to my closest friends and family; just waiting for a full two months before I do. My only two dislikes are 1. That it does not connect to my Fitbit application and my Apple steps are only about 40% accurate. 2. It pushes for me to rate it and to add friends. I had planned to do both, but it asked me to rate too quickly; not giving me enough time to try it out (asked daily). Then, pushed for me to invite friends before I have had the full feel of it. Maybe a once a week reminder would even more reasonable? I do recommend getting this application, no matter what stage You are it.

Disappointing Developer Support. The app in and of itself is nicely designed, stable and easy to navigate. After the download, I decided to sign up for a subscription since the offer was to get a refund in case the app wasn’t as expected. Well, it was too time intense for me to keep track of all the daily ‘things to do’ so I attempted to cancel the subscription within 5 days of my purchase. That was, however, not allowing to be refunded. So I reached out to the developer and got a nonsense response that clearly indicated that my email had not been read. I ended up escalating the issue with Apple and received a refund. However, IF their customer support would have taken the time to read and understand my email, they could have taken the time to help to make their app work for me or help otherwise trouble shoot. Instead, I left as a disgruntled customer. Since then I hit the delete button for their app... too bad really.

Don’t purchase! Negative stars if I could. I purchased a 3 month subscription. On the first day I somehow got kicked out and brought to the log in page. I tried logging in all the ways you possibly can (apple; email; Facebook; google). None of my attempts brought me back to my paid account. I tried to contact customer support. Their advice didn’t work and they closed my ticket before my issue was resolved. Now I’m stuck on the page that is asking me to buy a subscription. I’ve tried deleting the app and logging back in and can’t seem to get past the subscription page. Thank God I didn’t purchase a longer subscription!! I’m hoping someone from the so will see this review and resolve the issue because I can’t seem to get a response via email and I can’t access settings to open another ticket. I rarely write reviews but this experience has been ridiculously bad from the start gate.

Mysterious $79 charges. I signed up for the $12 monthly program through my apple account which has PayPal as my payment source. I was charged the $12 for the month. I was also charged a mysterious $79 and a $5 fee that somehow bypassed my apple account and went straight to my PayPal account. In the PayPal transaction info it says this is a reoccurring payment of $79 every 2 months. So this is on top of and aside from the $12 actual subscription, and there is no mention of it anywhere. I’ve contacted them several times and they’ve responded a couple of times basically saying “we’re really busy, we’ll get to you when we can.” I’ve seen other reviews of folks saying they’ve gotten the same mysterious $79 fee repeatedly, even after they cancel their subscription. It’s a shame because I love the app. But I’m definitely canceling my subscription. And if I get any more charges I will fight it in every way I can.

Amazing App!. I downloaded Fastic after my mom recommended it to keep track of my fasting journey, and it’s done a wonderful job! I’m able to track how much weight I’ve lost, how much water I’ve drank, how many steps I’ve taken, etc. My favorite part is the countdown that allows you to see how long you have during your fasting/eating windows, and the step by step description of what’s happening inside your body as you fast. This app is super helpful AND educational! I highly recommend downloading it if you’re intermittent fasting. You don’t have to pay for anything unless you want some cool extra features, but even the free version gives you so many good tools to work with!

Nice and simple- missing one ease of use feature. I needed an app that tracked fasting with a beautiful interface and simplicity. This coupled with its widget does the trick and so I switched to this after trying two other apps. The only reason I give it 4/5 is I think there is a real lost opportunity that it doesn’t have a coupled Apple Watch version which other apps do. Every time I get a notification reminder to close my fasting window, I instinctually try to use my watch to do so and then am reminded that’s not possible. Since the app’s strength is its ease of use, I really think this should be considered as a good addition- not everyone keeps their phone by their side during their meals and I’ve had multiple times I’ve forgotten to close/open a window because I left my phone somewhere else. Otherwise, it’s very easy and visually pleasing.

10/10 would recommend, this app is great!!. Wow, first of all I bought the app and it’s worth every penny. this app has taught me so much. I was dieting and I plateaued and couldn’t lose any more no matter how much I ate healthy and exercised. I started fasting with this app and I’ve already lost 3 pounds in the 5 days since I have started. I’ve learned so much with the lessons. SO MUCH. I drink so much more water now and I can track it through this app. Overall I can’t believe how much this app has helped me even in such a small time window. Like I said I purchased it and its worth every single penny. If you are interested in fasting and are just starting out or just want to keep track of it and many other things, THIS APP IS IT!

Much Better Than I Expected!. Having a countdown timer, dedicated to helping me meet my fasting goals, has been of much greater value than I thought it would. I’ve been able to stretch my fasts out to the limit I wanted to, even when tempted, because the app lets me know that I only have to wait so much longer. Perhaps this new lifestyle change will become so ingrained in me that a timer will become unnecessary but for now this app works great! As for the training offered in the app - that is also valuable and encouraging. I recommend that as well. I mean why not, it’s offered for free in the app, and it can help make a big difference. I recommend this app unreservedly.

A great app with a few bugs and mixed customer service. Updated to five stars. After leaving this review the team became very invested in fixing it and sent some sincere apologies. Since then they have been wonderful and solved my concerns. ——- old review below I would give Fastastic Five stars, but I can’t get their step counter to sync with my Apple health as it’s supposed to do. I’ve tried everything they recommend on the self help and when I emailed them, the team responded with something like, “sorry, we don’t know what else to try. Maybe it will be fixed in the next update?” It wasn’t. Now the steps isn’t too big of a deal, but it does bother me that it doesn’t track them as it should and that their IT basically gave up in the first email. I am not sure why it won’t work and I would love to have the full experience with everything working in sync. If step tracking isn’t too big of a deal, I think you will find a lot to love here, but I definitely found that the lack of tracking bugged, and the sort of Ho hum response from the team knocked a couple stars off.

Easy and educational. I love the education notes. They are simple and basic and they work well for me. I read them every morning before I get out of bed. I also really like watching the stages that I’m in. It motivates me to know that in just a couple more hours, my blood sugar will stabilize. Or that my body will eat itself. Joking, but not. It’s also refreshing to have a weight-loss app that isn’t insanely complicated or too busy. My Fitness Pal hurts my brain. I also feel like I don’t need a carb counting app bc 6-8 hours of calorie intake is not that hard to calculate in your head. I try to stay busy during the low blood sugar stages. Walking outside helps. My issue is that I am a habitual snacker. I feel empowered when I survive 18 hours without a snack. I am proud of myself! I’m on day 8 and I’ve lost 5 lbs.

Annoying and Intrusive. Updating after developer response. The ONLY way to “adjust your notifications” is by shutting them off in my iPhone settings. The app could be improved if you could reduce the notifications rather than having to just shut them off. And, instead of responding in a snarky, passive aggressive manner, perhaps you should put some effort into making your app more intuitive and boosting its features. Time to fast! Are you fasting? Did you fast? Are you still fasting? You fasted for 17 hours? Are you sure? Do you want to continue your fast? How much fasting do you want? All the fasting? Great! Let’s fast! Seriously???? Besides being as annoying as a retail sales clerk who just won’t leave you alone, Fastic really needs to have an option to adjust its notifications and shut the fast off for the day. I don’t want to fast every single day. Maybe there’s a way to schedule it only for certain days but I haven’t found it yet. I am going to keep looking for an app that better suits my needs.

Perfect. I just got this app not too long ago but I got really excited to see that there was a water tracker. I am drinking over 11 cups a day (6 water bottles) and I have been seeing huge differences in my skin. I took a before picture of my facial skin before I started and just a week later I was able to see HUGE differences in my skin. It looks so much clearer and I have been getting less pimples. The app also gives advice that I use in my everyday life and it helps motivate me by so much. This app is so much better than I thought it would be and it has so many advantages to it. If you want to get a new routine, clearer skin, and a healthier lifestyle, then you need to get this app right now.

Lots of potential. I think it’s a good start, but there are lots of improvements needed. First off you should be able to log water by the ounce and not by the glass, that one is most irritating to me. It would also be better to be able to log your food directly in the Fastic app along with your fasting times, instead of having to use another app to do it. The recipes are ok, but you can’t log their nutrients so I’m not sure where the value is with this feature. Also it would be important to have audio files of the articles for the visually impaired or if you want to listen while walking, cooking etc. I would like to be able to log different kinds of exercise in the app, not just walking/steps. Once these are implemented then I would consider renewing the paid subscription, but for now I don’t feel I’m getting my money’s worth.

Buddy issues. The information that is shared from one buddy to another are flat lies. The goals are skewed to show less than actual and weight loss shows more than is actual. For example my goal is 180lbs and I have lost 4lbs so far. On my buddy’s screen is shows my goal 116lbs and my weight loss at 20lbs. If this is not a glitch in the programming, I find it deceptive and disheartening. People/women struggle enough with weight loss without an app pitting they against one another. If you are lucky enough to have the love and support of a friend and you choose to use an app like this, the information should be accurate. That being said, I do like how the app works for me. I like the information, education and recipes. Don’t get me wrong I love the buddy feature I just don’t want it to be like that. It seems like it could be fixed. Support please not greed.

I enjoy this, minus some glitches. The app is great for people new to fasting who need structure to help them with the schedule changes. I like that you can add buddies to encourage each other, and during my trial of the Fastic plus version, I did really enjoy the goal setting and academy information. Part of why I stopped using the app months ago was because I had a lingering red notification bubble saying that I was constantly missing something, but there were no updates, messages, or anything else warranting a red notification to stay up. I am one of those people who gets annoyed by outstanding notifications, so I eventually had so disable the notifications for the app which caused me to get off track. Also, a dark mode would be awesome. Just a friendly suggestion!

Two weeks in with positive results!. During the pandemic I managed to control my weight through exercise but I desperately need to lose and couldn’t, no matter how hard I tried. Figured I’d give this app a shot. Just in the first few days I noticed I was sleeping so much better! Within 10 days I had dropped 3 lbs! I don’t find it too difficult to fast 16 hours. I begin my fast immediately after dinner, usually around 5:30 or 6:00. I’m drinking more water, and in my feeding window I pretty much eat what I want for meals. No time for snacking, which is good for me. Still able to get in all 3 meals. Breakfast around 10 lunch at 1:30 and dinner at 5:00. I am saving my “frosties” for special days when we are able to eat out again. I am hoping the weight loss continues. It is so encouraging to see the scale move in the right direction!

Great features and nice clean interface. Update: 1 additional star!!! I’ve found many of the features I was requesting, although I would still like iPhone widget, and Apple Watch widget too :) I’ve been testing out several fasting trackers apps, and I have to say this one has been my favorite so far even at the free user level. Everything is clear and easy to use. I love the suggestions of what beginners can drink to still stay in a fasted state. I’m fasting for medical benefits of occasional ketosis, cell clean up and repair/recovery. I don’t see a feature in these apps for weight gain or maintaining, while getting the benefits OMAD fasting, I only see they target weight/fat loss. I’m trying to gain weight, 5-10 pounds but not fat with healthy keto vegetables fast with meat one/twice a week.
