Great for tracking dogs!. I have used several other GPS trackers designed for dogs and have found Tracki superior when it comes to tracking dogs in the woods. It seems to have the best coverage and updates much more frequently than the others. Battery life is also better.

Costly Subscription w/ Complicated Cancellation Process. A basic monthly subscription isn’t cheap and cancellation of that subscription isn’t easy. This app doesn’t even appear in your subscriptions, so to cancel you have to submit a request form to the app. Then they will apparently try to call you to discuss the cancellation. If they don’t get through they’ll email you with a number to call. Everything about this process feels shady and deliberately complicated. It’s easier to quit a gym than it is this app.

Not impressed. I’m disappointed how inaccurate this is. It also doesn’t tell you that each tracking device requires its own subscription. Got two trackers and two one year plans and it’s not accurate at all. Yesterday one of the trackers was 50 miles off. Tracked in the woods. In a lake. Wasn’t located on the road it was on. I’m overall just not happy with it.

Not just for monitoring your kids. I am so thankful for this app. I have a job that requires lots of travel. I travel all over the world, mostly alone, and lots of times I am driving from an airport to small towns everywhere. When Tracki GPS came out, my husband and I got the app, not for my kids, but for me. While some couples may balk at the idea, this gave us a sense of security, knowing if he could not get up with me or if something happened he would be able to see where I was last, especially in the case of an emergency. I am extremely thankful we have never had to use it for this specific scenario, but it has given us great comfort over the past several years. So much so, that we have also put my mother in law in our circle in case we cannot reach her for some reason. She still drives and it’s a comfort to know we can find her location if needed. Thank you so much for all work work and effort you have put into this app! Our family loves it !!!!

My experience. I love Tracki GPS . this app allows me keep my family safe at all times. We are able to share location with each other, send each other messages and alert each other when our phone battery is low. Also it will detect a car accident. My husband is a truck driver and before Tracki GPS I was so nervous and scared as I did not know if he made it to his destination and back. Now I am able to see every time see arrives safely.

Not working. I would give 5 stars but this one issue changes everything. The App has worked perfectly up until today. It stopped showing the address location. I am not able to see location of device. I also am not able to troubleshoot or check for bugs.

An useful app. Tracki makes my life easier. Now, I was not worried about my kids a lot because this app allows me to know where they are. Each family need this app in their phone.

Great easy to use app I’ve had this for 2 years. I don’t know why there isn’t many reviews but this gps is great!! I’ve had it for two years it used to have bugs but was fixed and runs flawless now, I get text messages if my car moves 1 foot. Tells me speed and location. The app is very nice and easy to use. When I have the car parked I turn on my text notifications but when I drive it I turn my text notifications off so I save cellular data and I don’t use up my messages. So the more notifications you get more Cellular data you use so make sure when you drive you turn off notifications. But the ease of mind having a GPS on your car is totally worth it.

APP not working. Paid for a two year subscription for my motorcycle. Every time I am trying to use this there is a glitch, not showing location, app not working, have to login on computer… you name it. Frustrating and time consuming to use and so far I only spent $$$ for nothing. 9 month left, so unless this will come through in the next 9 month… safe to say I will not renew.

Peace of Mind. My family has been using Tracki GPS for 2-3 years. I have older children who are not on my plan, but I have one daughter, almost 18, who has been on the plan with us since she got a phone and especially since she began driving. We do not use the app to track each other, but more as a safety feature - “she made it to the stables, she’s not home at usual time but I can see her car moving slowly due to traffic, etc.” I also have my parent's phones on my plan - they live 4 hours away. I can see if they are on the road to doctors' appts 1.5 hrs away from their home. I can see if they have left treatment center, etc. If I'm not answering phone, my family can see I'm at work, or my phone is dead! It works for our family in a very positive way. Highly recommend this app, but encourage using it in a + manner.

Works but has downfalls. The tracker works most of the time…. Some times it will randomly ping miles away from where it really is then update a couple minutes later to where it really is. The app also does not notify me like it should when vehicle moves or buttons are pushed on tracker. With all notifications turned on in the app and in phone settings these issues has still not been fixed.

Very useful app. I’ve been using tracki gps tracker for a few days now and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised. I am using this to track my employee car and it greatly increased the efficiency of my business. The tracking is accurate and reliable. Definitely recommended.

Worth it.... I was turned onto this app a few yrs ago by another Mom. My kids weren’t thrilled about it at the time & still aren’t sometimes, but my teenage son was at a party a couple months ago & the cops came to break it up & all the kids scattered. My son ran & called me to come pick him up, but he didn’t know where he was. I followed him on Tracki GPS & was able to pick him up safely. I then took the opportunity to talk about how important this app was to keep his location on at all times because you never know what could happen. Thanks Tracki GPS .

Life saved. My granddaughter was in a wreck where she tried to avoid hitting a deer on a dark country road. She flipped her SUV three times and had to crawl out. Tracki GPS alerted her dad, whom I was on the phone with at the time. He said something had happened to her. I rushed to babysit her younger sisters. He followed the Tracki GPS directions to a country road where he would never have found her without this apt. It saved her life. A family stopped, called an ambulance and stayed with her until my son got there. It definitely saved her life. I highly recommend it for everyone!?

Best app I’ve used!. This app has done so much for me and my family. Anyone with teenagers understands that we, as parents want to make sure our kids are safe. This app allows us that opportunity. There have been times that my older teenager is going into work before dawn, or driving home before the hurricane weather begins. Those moments can be nerve wracking for me. I am able to utilize this app to make sure she’s driving home or how far from home is is located. That way I am not calling or texting her which would be distracting. When my daughter first started driving to college, it was an hour away and she had to go through really rural towns. She had pulled over because the weather was so bad but she wasn't sure of her exact location . We were able to see on the app where she was located and it gave us directions to her and her vehicle. Most parents can relate, but There are times she goes to a friends house but forgets to let me know she made it. This app, once again, provides me the security of knowing she made it there so I do not worry. I will recommend this app a million times over. Definitely worth every penny!!

Do not update app until problems are fixed. My traki worked great for six months. One battery charge lasted 12 days. I recently updated the app and now the battery dies in less than a day. The new app pings and updates gps location every 30 minutes even though my settings are saved to only update location one time per 24 hour period. I purchased a new last week and it has the same issue.

Bad working tracker and app. This tracker does not work well. Got two of the devices and the app, bought the best tracking level and used the devices on my two vehicles. Went on the app and it did not update after three hours. Tried to message support but the send button on app doesn’t work. Very poor product or may just be the apps fiction that’s bad.

Next Level Good. Tracki customer service is beyond good. The were helpful during my setup and even more helpful when time came to discontinue its use. It worked great the entire time and the GUI easy to grasp. Buy it you will not be disappointed.

I can't find any applications better than Tracki. It's the most amazing app ever! Everyone should download it to manage all directions as well as to communicate with friends easily.

Giving them freedom. Tracki GPS has allowed my teen drivers way more freedom then if I didn't have this app. They would not be able to drive as far or stay out as late if I cant occasionally check in with them. They don’t have to know I am looking but I am glad I can look occasionally. Sometimes I dont check at all! I am also on the app so they can check on me! Love the safety it provides if needed with crash detection speed monitoring etc. They drive safer because they know the app is monitoring. Thanks Tracki GPS !

Needs a 30 second update cycle. Logging would be more accurate and effective if the update cycle was 30 seconds, rather than 1 minute. I’ll give the Tracki system 5 stars if they do that.

Helped locate my sick husband!. My husband was a truck driver and got sick in Arizona the end of last year. I had spoken to him the night before but couldn't get him to answer his phone the next morning. I was able to give the dispatcher at his company the exact address of where his truck was parked using this app so they could send emergency personnel to him. We live in SC so it was nerve wracking for me being so far away. They got to him in time and he/we spent a month in Arizona in hospitals and rehab. This app was a God send for me!

Excellent Customer Service. Had to open a support ticket for a billing issue. The problem was solved within 24 hours!!

Not as good as it used to be…. My experience over 3 weeks has seen over 50 glitches a day. I actually can’t think of a single thing with Tracki that had consistently worked over a 3 week period. Customer service has contacted me with some pretty exotic explanations. They also have ignored my requests for a full refund. It’s unfortunate… because a year ago, they were the best?

Track Everything!. This is a great app for not just tracking your Child. This can also be used as a phone finder as it not only tells you where the phone is at the exact moment, but it also allows to track where it has been, so you know if it's been stolen or it was just lost. All you have to do after sign in on this app just adding your device with the Add Tracker feature. This is awesome man!

Had to return. I had to return what was left of the device, because it fell off of my cats collar the first night I used it. I mean the entire thing. Clip and everything. However, the customer service agent Andrea was amazing! She gave me a full refund on my membership and was very very helpful. I would work with this company again, but they need to improve their product!

Return your Tracki immediately. I bought this with the intention to protect my car just in case it got stolen. The app is not great and crashes whenever I try to put in my information. I can’t even have push notifications without it crashing. Also my tracker bounced from location to location This app is a joke

Terrible Experience. The app is unusable. I was unable to add another device in the app. Pressing the button did nothing. Pressing other buttons produced expected behavior so it wasn’t frozen. After I added one app, the location it reported for that device was a house down the block! So if someone takes your stuff you might not be able to track them down to a house but to a neighborhood. Is that useful? I don’t know. Is that good enough? Absolutely not. Not for $20 a month per device! I immediately requested they cancel my subscription and to not charge me the $20 for 2 hours of frustration trying to set up more than one device. I’ll be returned the devices tomorrow! Look elsewhere. This is not it.

My go to app to make sure my family is ok. This has been one of the “BEST” apps I have on my devices. It helps me check on my family members in case anything ever happens I know exactly where they are at. It’s not my intent to spy on them. It IS my intent to know that if someone is running late, I can have peace of mind where they’re at. Also the convenience if I know someone is near a location I need something from, I can call and let them know to pick up something I might need. I wholeheartedly recommend this app to any and all responsible folks who care for their families and friends.

Peace of mind for all involved. Tracki GPS is insensible for our peace of mind, as a family (with twin high school students). While other smartphone apps provide tracking/location services, Tracki GPS provides a degree of precision that is above and beyond the others. Its features serve to give our family a level comfort that, if there ever were an issue such as an accident or disabled vehicle of one of our teen drivers, we could very quickly respond and get them help/assistance on scene.

First time trying. So far I’m testing it out this devices to prevent from my parents truck to get stolen. It happen to my uncle and it would’ve been nice to have something set up for him already. So im getting this for my dad and uncles to prevent it from happening again. It’s missing a very important feature which I hope then can add immediately. You aren’t able to copy the exact GPS OR TOGGLE OUT THE APP BY CLICKING THE GPS COORDINATES. PLEASE ADD THIS TO THE APP. Will keep updating the review as a test it in real life situations with my families vehicles.

Peace of Mind. I am thankful for Tracki GPS and the peace of mind it gives me. I am a mom of two teenage girls. While I want them to branch out and live their individual lives, I still no the real world dangers that come along with that. Even if they are the best driver, it doesn’t mean someone else couldn’t cause an accident. And even worse, what if they got into a situation where their lives were threatened. I like the peace of min in knowing I can find their last location if needed. I think I also provides a layer of accountability because they know I can see, and that might prevent them from getting into something they shouldn’t. Luckily my teens are good with it. They understand. I wish teens understood that we do things because we love them and want to keep them safe.

You NEED this!. Any of the bad reviews are clearly from people that aren't tech savvy whatsoever. I've been using Tracki for about a year now and it's AMAZING. For a very small fee of $20/month you get live accurate tracking! I purchased the battery pack extension so the device lasts about 1-2 months which Is mind blowing. Tracki has given me complete peace of mind and I couldn't be more grateful. Also, the customer service is absolutely perfect. Not going to lie, I expected customer service to be horrible but I was wrong. I've had to call them twice for minor issue and they answered right away and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

No Way to Pay Subscription. The service is not pinpoint accurate, my tracker always pings me to the nearest cell tower. So if the item you’re tracking gets put into a thief’s garage, you will never find it. And trying to pay the subscription fee will make you pull your hair out. I would be surprised if anyone jumps through all the hoops to renew their subscription.

Glitchy. It’s a good and accurate app, but after this update, when I zoom in on the devices location it sets me back to default view every time. Little annoying since I would like to see exactly where it is at and see if it’s still as accurate as before.

excellent. This app is amazing. We put it on our aging fathers phone when he first began showing signs of dementia. As the disease begin to get worse he would attempt to run away from home and dangerous areas. Multiple times we were able to track him down. Our entire family use this app now. It has helped me keep an eye on my teenage grand daughter. She does not like it but it was part of my bargain when she got a cell phone. told told her I would pay for the phone totally if she just got this app. Probably explains why teens do not like this app

The best choice for me. I found my favorite application. I like this app because it helps me know not only where I am but also my friends are. We can meet together more easily.

App Stopped Working. I use to like Tracki but now it’s crap. It locked me out of the app. So I went online and had to wait the 20 minutes to try again and then the website made me wait 20 minutes again with no explanation whatsoever. I thought the device and app were made to save my life but your problems are making it very difficult to trust you. I bought a personal locator to be safe because your app is going downhill very fast.

Problems?. I would also give this app 5 stars as it has worked without question for two years. However, as of today I can’t even get the app to open up. I don’t want to delete it and reload everything because I’m sure I do t have all that information at this point. Paying monthly, it should ALWAYS work without question.

Let’s kids roam safely. Remember the days when we roamed all day and came home with the streetlights? It’s a different world now. This app gives the best of both worlds by bringing the freedom to roam back while making sure your kids are safe. Knowing where to get them if there’s trouble and I can be there in a moments notice is peace of mind for a parent and having the freedom to explore is worth the price of being tracked (according to the teens). Having a teen driver, I’m also pleased at recording top speeds and seeing recent trips in the car. It lets me have some confidence that he’s following the rules we’ve agreed to and allows trust to solidify so that I, as a parent, can grant more freedom. I even track grandma with the app, knowing her propensity to ignore calls and texts could possibly, at her age, be because she’s busy being out and about or she’s home and in trouble. A quick check for her location tells me why she’s not answering and whether I need to make a stop to check on her.

It tracks but……. The app is super glitchy. It has no iPhone notifications. It’s somewhat delayed. That said, it does what it says it does and that is, it tracks! Please take these critiques lightly as I believe that if worked on can make this app and device way better! Thank you!!!

Mother at Peace. I love the 360 app. Many times my teenager has been out late with friends or traveled out of state, and I love being able to check on her and see she’s safe and exactly where she said she’d be. It also is great knowing how far away she is and how long until she will arrive home. I have a better sense of peace knowing I can just check her location. I also like that I can see her battery percentage so I can prepare for other means of contact if need be. I would recommend any parent to use this app. Not because you don’t trust your child but to give you the peace of mind of knowing where they are.

Great app. This is a great app for getting the location of a family member. We have been using it for years. It was a perfect resource when the kids played hs sports but couldn’t drive. We could track where the activity bus was instead of hanging out in the school parking lot. We use it less now that the kids are older, but is helpful to check an arrival time when somebody is heading home. The kids will also use it to track us when we are picking them up or meeting someplace. Much better than having to call to check.

THE WORST!!!. I hardly ever write reviews but I had to this time. Let me start off with the subscription is way to expensive. Starting off at 20$ a month and it doesn’t work good. The device takes forever to load location and on the maps it only gives u a straight line of the tracker. NOT TURN BY TURN on each street where the car is turning. STRAIGHT LINES FROM EACH LOCATION WHERE THE SATELLITE PICKs IT UP. I already got rob for the first month but it’s done for me after that. Buy a more expensive tracker and their subscriptions are a lot cheaper with turn by turn and live location.

It won’t charge. Is been okay. Sends alerts and then doesn’t send alerts (email or push notifications) then the speed limit keeps sending it as kmh when I have it set up to mph. And now it just won’t charge. Tried different charges just in case and nada. I guess it has an exploration date…

Rating for customer support. I have just started setting up the app and using the device so I can’t rate those yet, but customer service has been responsive. When setting up the device I did so on a computer and there was some lag time when initializing the phone app. Jared was responsive and helped me through those issues. I will do a review of the device and app after using it

Aweful. Buggy and glitchy app. Freezes and drops out constantly. The tracking is also pretty awful and usually can’t pick up a signal but that’s the device not the app.

Perfect device, app, accessories and customer service. I’m amazed how great Tracki is. There are lots of helpful settings that you can adjust to get the best out of Tracki. I once had a problem with the device, got in contact with customer service and didn’t have to wait in a line for someone to answer me. They put in so much work and time to help me and they solved my problem. The app hasn’t crashed a single time on my phone (I’m using an iPhone 13 pro). The magnet is so strong. The battery is descent but you can order a longer-lasting one too! Just perfect!

Dreck. If changes don’t happen soon, this company will soon be NO MORE.. I cant buy a month service on iOS app because it crashes every time I try. I can’t buy service on your website because I login, pick the plan then it goes to “Something went wrong” page. What is the deal? Why is everything so shoddy? This company could be making millions of more dollars in revenue but I see second-rate web design/hosting and even worse app development. There could be a few more products you could offer but - big surprise - not offered. Again - I CAN NOT BUY A MONTH’S WORTH OF SERVICE because NOTHING works. App crashes. Website goes to error page. Thanks for $50 paperweight. When I go to send an email to Tracki, can ya guess? It DOES NOT SUBMIT! I’m trying to give my money to this company and they have found every way to deny it. Absolute dreck.

Won’t let you cancel subscription. The app works great until you go to the subscription section and then it mysteriously “crashes” every time I open the section. It worked great for what I needed it for but I no longer need a tracker and need to cancel my subscription.

Doesn’t update. It only works occasionally, It will stop working and just not update for days even though it’s charged completely

Problems with all my trackers. My trackers are showing it’s two to ten miles from its actual location. And now, it updates every twenty four hours, even if I have it set to update every five minutes.

App got worse, not better. Most recent update has nearly broken the app - fails to update location info no matter how much you refresh or even relaunch the app.

Very dishonest billing practices. They make it very difficult for you to cancel the account once you’ve given them your credit card info. I tried canceling on the app, I tried calling them and sent them an e-mail to cancel my account but it is very difficult. My next step is to call my bank.

I want to like it but…. For something that has a monthly charge, it doesn’t work as well as I wish it did. Yeah it’s not too expensive compared to some but some days, and I mean all day, I can’t get any location on my kid.

Completely regret this. Do NOT buy this tracker. It is off by up to a mile at times and I followed all the instructions. Also when attempting to report a bug to get service in the app, the app auto logs me out. As if it’s designed to not take feedback. Super disappointed. Trying to contact my credit card company to issue a refund.

GPS Location. I wish I would have never ordered this particular brand. It barely tracks anything. It’s updating is terrible. I have to delete the app and download it over and over to get it to work half way. I do not recommend until they do something about it tracking capabilities.

Does not track. The app keeps telling me it is searching for a satellite, and does not track. What is the purpose of this device if it repeatedly is searching for a satellite and cannot find it. I will return and request a refund.

Works OK but cannot access account. The app is great for tracking. However, I cannot access my subscription. When I click on subscription then the app closes. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it does the same thing.

Very buggy app. It seems like the developers put out this app before it was ready for prime time. It is full of bugs. Some functions are non-responsive. Others freeze the app. The interface is unnecessarily complicated and non-intuitive.

Satellite rarely connects.. Sometimes the satellite connects, sometimes it doesn’t. Doesn’t seem to depend on where I am, acts differently at the same locations. Also doesn’t tell you it can’t find the satellite. You just have to keep checking the app and pressing update. Has take over a full date to update before.

Amazing App for GPS tracking!. Great customer service and best GPS tracker out there. Highly recommended. Easy to setup and the app works great.

Just another junk company. People don’t take pride in there work these days and companies only care about a minimally ducked taped together product that makes a couple of bucks. That also lies on there website about having 5 stars but that’s a given I guess.

Still charging my card. Got confirmation that I cancelled my subscription and my card has been charged twice since then

Doesn’t track. Tracker won’t update I put it on my cat and it won’t update for 10 hours until he comes back. What’s the point of a tracker if it only works at my house. This is in an open space area right beside a tower. I get 5G here.

Bad. This app need more upgrading/updating I bought the tracker and pay monthly for the service I feel like I’m wasting money my location never right and the app not working currently

Impossible to cancel. Cancellation on the app doesn’t work, you get stuck on a blank screen. You have to message support to cancel. They don’t cancel after you message them, they start calling you, leaving voicemails etc. Oh and look at all those fake 5-star reviews they miraculously received on July 18 🤦‍♀️

Worst tracking device app/system. Cool features that dont work, “Automatic Updates every minute” More like 10-30 minutes. Nonifications come in 5 minutes late, everything about this system is horrible, i just want a refund. Wont even let me submit bug reports.

Battery. How long does the battery last

Garbage. I pay 30 bucks a month for the 15 second refresh location and it never refreshes in 15 seconds and it’s so slow don’t waste ur money buy a different brand

Please fix the mobile app. For spending money on a subscription. You would think the app would be stable and working. better quality assurance testing.

Bad update. Everything was working fine up until this update, I’ll admit the interface is nicer than previous but the app keeps crashing, some settings will not stay enabled. It has a lot more issues I can’t write in this review. To the developer, if you are reading this, please fix the app.

Needs improvement. Inaccurate location. Slow on updates could be way better for the service fee

Not accurate, too many network blaming. It’s not accurate and when I call customer service they blame the network. This is not free. I pay monthly.. and it’s too much money to be having these kind of errors all the time.

Mobile App Broken. Works well on PC but mobile app not working since before the last update. Frustrating that I pay for a service to have interruptions like this. Am in the process of switching to something more reliable.

Cancel and they still keep charging. Talked them on the phone. Received an email. And they still keep charging. Don’t do it.
