Great smart switches. Mediocre app.. The smart switches are super easy to setup and very reliable. The app UX is annoying and periodically buggy. Especially after the redesign. I’m not sure what made them waste time and energy to actually take backwards steps in ease of use. Also the scheduling can be wonky. I had an auto shut off happening that I turned off and it still would power off. So I deleted it. And it still would power off at that old time like a phantom ghost. Finally I set a new schedule for power on at that old time and did the trick.

Strong, well written app. Many pleasant surprises and so far -after 2 months operation, very stable app Am using for many Gosund wifi light bulbs, downlights, plugs, extension cords, Wall dimmer, and wall switches (approx 30 devices) but also found it supports Lumary devices. IFTTT is really nice to have - replace a motion detector decora switch with normal switch and now control with separate Wireless tags motion/infrared - much more flexible - using app to change timeout is great. Even found a way to switch light back off after 2 minutes - app has minutes and seconds granularity. Can get a bit confusing with 3 apps to setup - Gosund, Alexa and IFTTT, but if you add one thing at a time even a semi technical person will be fine. Each app has somewhat overlapping features - i.e. grouping lamps Sweet to just change bulbs or plug in an adapter versus rewiring switches, can do 80%+ of what I wanted with no rewiring Missing: haven’t found candelabra or large flood type bulbs

Constant ads so I can use my lights. Lol. Updated Review (29 July 2023): I stopped buying their products as this app is just so annoying. They won’t stop with the in app advertisements. I turn them off, then a few days later, they turn the ad notifications back on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Updated Review (20 April 2022): I just got feedback from this review that they now allow us to “disable popups”. They gave instructions on how to disable them (settings, Display Home Banner), then this: “It will automatically resume after a week but you can disable it anytime. Thank you!" WOW, thanks! NO REALLY, THANK YOU! I really wanted to know know to disable advertisements just so you could change the setting back to advertise to us again EVERY 7 DAYS. I will NOT be purchasing or recommending any more products from Gosund. These are the kind of terrible tactics that drive customers away. I would give them zero stars for this but it’s not an option. Original Review (early 2022): Wow, I can’t believe they are showing me ads every time I open the app. I don’t want to see any ads when I open the app. They could have a tab for ads. I won’t be buying or recommending this product again.

Excellent switches. I bought a couple of these switches about a year ago for a set of light switches located in an inconvenient location behind a door. They worked so well I bought 2 more to eliminate a Smart Home hub and WiFi light bulbs that were a pain to manage just using an app. Having a switch along with an app you have the best of both old and new technology. My wife hates using technology so she is able to control lights with the switch and I can use the app to set routines to keep our home lit when away. Another benefit is I can get rid of the expensive WiFi LED bulbs and buy less expensive LED’s.

Updated from “I hate this app”. “Commercials and alerts and pop ups everywhere. Please leave me alone… I just want to be able to turn my lights on and off…” I’m only giving it 3 stars (even though the company replied and thank god showed me how to shut off all the advertisements)… but I just think about people like my parents who who suffer through ads and even though you have an option of how to turn them off, would have no idea how to do it, even after being told…. Either way, I’m incredibly thankful you responded and told me how to shut them off… that was out of control. Thank you 🙏🏼

Stopped responding. It was working great until randomly it stopped responding to my phone. I tried everything I could think of yet it still didn’t work. I bought the lightbulb because when I moved into my house the string to turn off the light while still having the fan on broke. So I bought this so I can still sleep with the fan on without having to take out the light every time I want it off. The bulb itself still worked so I have no idea why it won’t connect. After around an hour of trying to get it to work I gave up and took it out

Love love love this product. I love being able to control my lights in my room without having to get out of bed lol 😂 I know lazy but I work sometimes until I can barely keep my eyes open and the Bluetooth plugs really help. They are easy to setup and no remodeling required lol 😝. I’ve had these for about 6 months now and had no major issues. I would definitely buy more and be willing to check out more of the products this company offers. You have my vote 🗳 Kira from Harvest AL ☺️

Ads when using app… why?!?. I loved this app and the fact that I was able to turn my lights on and off with my phone. I enjoy a lot of features and still to this day use this app. The last update came with Ads… why?!?! Now when I try to turn my lights on or off, I have to exit out of Ads!! That’s insane! I just want to turn on or off my lights! The number of times I accidentally clicked a pop up Ad while trying to turn off my lights to go to sleep is ridiculous. If I didn’t spend so much on all my lights, I would get rid of it, but now I’m stuck. Buyer beware. Maybe it won’t bother other people as much, but it really irks me when I’m just trying to go to bed and I get pop up Ads just to turn off my freaking lights.

Some bugs. For Christmas I got 4 smart plugs which required me to download the app, no problem. Next step is the 2.4 vs 5 ghz WiFi. Took me about 30 minutes, but I was able to separate my WiFi into that. Next was linking with Alexa. To link with Alexa’s skills, Alexa’s app wanted a phone number to log into Gosund, which I never provided to Gosund. On a whim I entered my email (into the phone number part, because it doesn’t give you an option to enter an email so I did to just see what happens) and password I created and it worked perfectly fine. The actual device works great, but the instructions are pretty much trash once it gets to linking your smart device to Alexa.

Finally!. I got my new place about a year ago and my sister got me these sockets when she installed my Alexa. I seriously just got around to installing one of them as a light and I couldn’t be happier. Since we all have our phones in our hands 24/7, it was nice to be able to work practically everything in my house with the touch of an app. It’s nice to be able to turn the light on before I get home so I don’t have to walk into a dark house. Super easy to install. Highly recommend.

Siri no longer supported!. I have had many of the GOSUND products (outlets and bulbs) for 2 years and have LOVED them. However, today my phone did an update to the app and it appears the app no longer supports Siri Shortcuts for iPhone. This was the main reason I purchased this product. I didn’t want to have to buy an Alexa or Google Home device and loved that I could just use my phone. Siri Shortcuts integration set them aside from all others because they were the only ones I could find that would work with Siri. But now there’s nothing special and my days aren’t as efficient or easy. 🤬🤬🤬

Ads that you can’t disable, despite what support says.. I bought a Gosund product and was fine with it for a while until I started deciding I wanted to use it daily. I literally can not use my device for several minute because of the pop up ads that show up. I have done every step and enabled/disabled every settings as told and 6 months later I still am getting these pop up ads plus they ignore my feedback. I genuinely wish I could return the product but when I initially bought it I was using it as basically a timer so I didn’t notice until it was too late to return. Now I tried to use it as a switch and honestly it would be faster and easier than having to deal with the ads to just get up and use a real switch or power button. App works to some extent but the company and customer service are horrible in my opinion. Use a different smart device/app pairing and save yourself the time.

Good in 2020, not good in 2023. Bought their wifi sockets back in 2020, and they worked perfectly fine. Was actually super happy with them. I use them once a year for Christmas lights and so on. Pull them out for 2023, and their app has been updated, which seems to be the problem. The sockets won’t pair at all. I’m actually fairly certain the app is recognizing the sockets, because in both the EZ pair and AP pair instances, the light is flashing appropriately until it tries to connect, and then the light on the socket just stops. Anyways - they’re going into ewaste now and I won’t be buying any products from this company any longer. Sad that they had a well functioning product before tanking it.

Good but latest update is a mess. Since the update a few weeks ago, I have to manually refresh the screen where all my smart plugs are to see if they’re on or off. The app doesn’t seem to automatically sync to the plugs anymore, particularly if I have Google Assistant turn them on or off via voice command. It is extremely annoying that pop up ads come up every time I open the app. I just want to turn my lights on or off and I’ve already bought your product, so the pop up ads are particularly irritating. Ditch the constant pop ups, please, so the app can function smoothly again. Other than those two gripes about the latest update, the products themselves (or at least the smart plugs) and the app work well.

Used to be great. The most recent batch of updates have ruined this app. After the first refresh which changed the UI the status of devices was no longer accurate. It would often show devices on that were not and vice versa. There have been several patches since the refresh, each one leaving me hoping they would fix it, but it still doesn’t work as well as it used to. The automation features still work but not showing accurate status is a real inconvenience and I hope it gets fixed soon

Okay. The bulbs work very well once you pair them. The paring process is very painful, I hope all smart bulbs aren’t that hard to pair. It makes me not want to buy more. But after you pair them they work really well so I would recommend these because of that. The app used to be great before they started adding a bunch of pop up ads. Since, then the app glitches a lot and does not work properly a lot of the time. I’ve had these bulbs for 2 years and have not had issues with the app until they started adding pop up ads in there. I have a group of light bulbs and sometimes it allows me to control all of the bulbs in that group and sometimes it makes me click on the group so that I can see the color wheel and then it lets me control them that way. It’s annoying because having the on and off button shortcut is very convenient. I’ve had to add my light bulbs back into a group for some reason and then the shortcut would work and then all of a sudden it stopped working again. A lot of glitches it’s annoying. If it isn’t resolved soon I would probably choose another smart bulb brand. 3 stars.

OBSESSED. I am obsessed with GoSund’s product line. I originally bought the LED lights for the back of my TV. They were easy to install and have added so much extra ambience to my TV watching experience. I decided to take it up a notch and order the LED lights that plug into a regular wall outlet for under my kitchen cabinets as well as the multicolor light bulbs for my bedroom and living room lamps. Everything is so easy to set up and I love being able to manage all of the lights from one single app on my phone. It might sound silly, but in this midst of such a crazy year, these lights have brought me so much joy and I look forward to the evenings when it gets dark outside and I can fill my home with colors that reflect what I’m watching or the vibe I’m feeling that day. I would recommend this brand to anyone (and have shared the links with all of my friends!) and will absolutely be purchasing more in the future.

Really needs sunrise/ sunset feature. I use this for simple control of my house interior and exterior lights and it works great. My only complaint is that there is no sunrise/ sunset feature. During the spring and fall months where the days quickly grow longer and shorter each day it’s annoying to continually have to adjust the “on” time of my multiple lights every few weeks. It would be a lot better if they could operate like the other wall switch timers I have where based on your location they adjust the timers to come on and off at “sunset” or “sunrise”. Otherwise a good app.

Good until it’s not. Once you manage to get your app to find your switches, they work great. Setting a routine with Alexa to turn the lights on and off, works great and is pretty darn easy. BUT if you happen to change anything about your internet, say your Wifi name, you will have to go through h-e-double hockey sticks to get the app to find your switches again. I have two switches and had to change our wifi name yesterday….after a VERY frustrating hour and a half, I finally got one of the switches reconnected. I was too annoyed to try the other one. Fast forward to today and I still have yet to get the app to find the switch. Reset-lights blink quickly-2 minute countdown-timed out….over and over and over again. Attempt to connect to GoSund hotspot instead, nope, does not exist. I’ll try again tomorrow but it’s looking like GoSund switches and app may go bye bye.

Previous versions were less privacy-invading. The latest version of this app requires me to both grant Gosund the right to share private information with third parties, and now requires me to turn on location information in order to connect to a device once it's been reset. There is no option to opt out of these privacy-invading choices. Unfortunately these devices seem to sometimes need to be reset, perhaps because of bad hardware design? Unclear why they sometimes just fritz out and stop talking to devices they've been configured for before, and why, even when the app knows the MAC address of the device, it can't reconnect. Hopefully the Apple App Store review team will look into this, and convince Gosund to stop requiring users to grant them the sharing of personal data.

Love the Access, NOT the ads. Three months ago I would have rated this five star. This app is super easy to use. I have multiple devices throughout my home and love that I can turn on the office lights while I’m in the kitchen making tea. A couple of months ago GoSund started advertising their new products on the top of the app page… Okay, annoying, but not too much in the way. Now a pop up comes up when I open the app. This is beyond annoying! I paid for your devices and am fine to know when you have a new product, but get rid of the pop ups!!!!

Clearly many of these reviews are bogus and this company is a disappointment. I was an early adopter of Gosund products. The original app worked just fine. Each update seems to break the product more. Popup ads have ruined things. I finally have turned off all notifications and I’m turning off notifications for the app on my iphone’s settings. Many times my lights just randomly turn off. I regret buying these. I bought smart LEDs in part to conserve energy and reduce e-waste since they should have a pretty long life. Now, I’ll probably end up having to toss these because they’re almost non-functional. If you read through the reviews, you see a common theme. There’s absolutely no way this app would earn 4.8 stars.

Recommend !. I purchased power socket controllers on a whim because they were about the same price as regular light timers. I live alone and I really love being able to turn on my lights remotely so I come home to a cozy, lit space. Also very handy for turning off lights at night. I underestimated how much I would like to just walk away from lit up living room and go up to my bedroom and turn everything off remotely with a click of a button on the app. The devices work really well and, although I only use a fraction of the functionality, the automations I do have set up are very convenient. Once the outlet is setup, it pretty much just works. Would recommend!

Great lights and power outlets managed in one App. Now I have the power to schedule when turn on and off all the lights around the house with any color I like. This was very useful during Christmas when the house Christmas lights and tree in the house turned on automatically when I was not at home and turned of before the sunrise so this is something else you don’t need to care of, great for people who is practical and like technology; the led lights, and power outlets are connected to internet and managed by the Gosund App in my Phone

WORST SETUP EXPERIENCE EVER. These reviews are either all bs bots, or just extraordinarily lucky. Got a light strip for my birthday and began to set it up as a backlight for my tv. I’m pretty tech savvy so this seemed easy enough. WRONG. You would think the lights would AT MOST require a blue tooth connection to your phone- so okay, turn on Bluetooth and just pair to the lights. NOPE. You have to first download the app and make an account, configure your WiFi to their specified 2.4, then enter your WiFi password BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN ATTEMPT TO SCAN FOR THE STUPID LIGHTS. This whole process was designed by a moron I swear to god. And even when you get to this point, you (or at least I) can’t even connect to the lights!!!!! Absolutely outrageous. Never buying one of these products again, and will tell anyone and everyone to avoid making the same mistake. HORRIFYINGLY BAD INSTALLATION. As in, someone should be fired immediately. A 12 year old could have designed a better set up process. Cannot underline my disgust enough.

Worked Awesome with Alexa. We started small with a smart wifi power strip and two wifi wall sockets. These integrated into Alexa’s skill for Gosund really well. Our kid’s room lights were now managed by the kid’s echo dots. After this we jumped in a little deeper and bought lots of wifi lightbulbs, more power strips and wall sockets. Now we have most of the house setup with Alexa routines intermixed with schedules on the Gosund app. Alexa and the Gosund app each have their strengths. They work together great with the Alexa skill linked to the Gosund account. Now we’re buying the same equipment for our parent’s house to modernize some of their standard household items. I’d recommend this for friends and family. Looking forward to the rope lights around the kids beds next, they are gonna be so excited. Already winning cool Dad points with my daughter.

Amazing piece of equipment. My son in law told us about how we could operate lights from our phone. It was kind of a joke at first. We installed two socket switches on lamps in our living room. We are getting to the age where it is difficult (Not Impossible) to turn on lights. Next we installed one in our pole barn lights because I sometimes forget to turn them off before coming in the house. We now have them on the garage lights. Nice to turn on before entering the garage. Now for fun we have one on each of our night stands in the bedroom Had a blast turning on and off lights when we had visitors. Some thought we have ghosts.

Automatically changes settings. For years I didn’t need to use this app to set up my lights. My son & husband accidentally flipped the switch too many times and I had to pair the bulbs again, but oddly I had to use this app. So I downloaded it, created an account (required to pair devices to Alexa) and while setting it up you have the option to uncheck a bunch of junk (such as “sign me up for emails” and “share my data”). I unchecked most of them and when I tapped on next it verified my wifi password and suddenly all the bubbles were checked again and it moved me to the next step. I had to find the options in various settings and remove them again. I have since deleted this app and am throwing away the bulbs I find that require the use of this app!

App is now glitchy. I’ve had 2 smart plugs and 4 of the smart colored bulbs for awhile now everything has always worked really well and I’ve liked it. However, with the most recent update the app doesn’t work well. My two main problems, the status of the plugs/ bulbs is often wrong. They will say on when they are off and off when they are on. The other issue is the groups keep resetting. I have two bulbs in my living room and two in my bedroom. They are grouped to each room but every time the app closes it says the groups aren’t set anymore. When you click the group to manage it, it shows the two correct bulbs and you have to re-save it. Over and over again have I had to do this.

Not working after ipad update. I had this set up and working perfectly for about a year. Then apple updated my ipad to the new os and it will no longer work. I thought that maybe a newer version of the software would work with the new os. So I deleted the app and installed the newer version. Alas, the new app starts but then closes after a few seconds so I have totally lost control of my fixtures. 3/7/23 Update: After fooling around with it some more and more ios updates I finally got it working again. Overall I really like these smart plugs. I now have 8 of them.

Smart plug. Right out if the box it was a bit hard to configure. After playing with the app i was able to get all four plugs working without trouble. Now my attempt to set up the app on my backup phone fails to execute startup even when I deleted the app and reloaded it. So now I'm not able to find info on weather the app will work in two phones to run the same group of plugs. Any ideas? Second phone is a iphone 6 and most apps still work on it but this one slams shut as soon as i start it up

Best gadget ever!. I purchased this smart plug over a month ago. I have been using it every day and its been working great. I was easily able to pair this with my google home mini. App is also great as it allows you to schedule timers and it also lets you control the plug even if you are not connected to the same wifi! Hack: if you don’t want to over charged your phone every night and kill your battery... set the timer or Schedule to turned off automatically.

Loved at first but recently experiencing issues. Absolutely loved this product when I first got it(single outlet units). Recently I started to have issues where it says offline whenever I open the app even while the light that’s plugged into the outlet is on. Will eventually come online but never had this issue in the past. Also having an issue controlling the unit when I’m not on the network at home which is an issue I’ve never experienced before. If the issues get fixed I’m sure I’ll love it again but until then I’m frustrated before It was perfect.

This is the best app ever invented. I suffered for 2 years using WEMO which intermittently crashed, barely worked and made me want to rip the outlets out of the walls and run over them with my car. I replaced them with this system and not only were they less expensive but the app actually WORKS EVERY TIME - it is functionally flawless, at least in my network. No rebooting, no saying it can’t talk to the outlets, no forced sign in every time you have to reboot the system.....it is an absolute pleasure to use. I would recommend this 2000% . I would send their development team a nice fruit basket if I knew the address . Thank you!!

A must add-on for “Smart” Cameras. These devices are easy to program and manage, including their dimmer switches, with which you can remotely dim or brighten outdoor (or indoor) lighting. For those who utilize security cameras like Nest, occasionally these need to be reset. Nest online help guide instructs that if you can’t reset a camera that is not functioning properly (such as a picture that entirely blurry and unfocused) by using their app, you need to do a hard reboot by unplugging and plugging the camera back in. But of course you can’t do the latter remotely. Adding these smart plugs, however, makes these remote power reboots possible — and it has worked twice already for me in the past five months.

This one works!. I was thoroughly impressed with the app and product. I had purchased a smart outlet about 2 years ago from a different company. It worked until I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 13, then for whatever reason I couldn’t get it to connect again regardless of trying different pairing methods or doing hard resets on my router and phone. These smart outlets paired with my phone and router after resetting the plugs to the slow blink method on the first try!

Skeptical at first. This product by far is the best I have ever seen!! Yes I was skeptical at first, but as I started using the items added on to Alexa it’s just phenomenal. No membership fee no service fee no charge. I can access my home lights radio thermostat light bulbs TV anything in the house home or away is just wonderful. I can monitor my house when I’m not even home. I can turn on or off any device in the house through a timer, scenario, asking Alexa, or by the app on my cell in where in the world. When I’m heading home from a trip? I can tell my app to turn on the central heat and air and set temperature to what ever setting. Then when I get home, it’s all toasty in the house. I love it it’s just wonderful plus a bonus feature is it plays as a security system if a fire alarm goes off? It notifies my phone if someone breaks in the house it notifies my phone what a wonderful system someone has created. I just love this product. It works well with my Alexa, I can ask her anything she will turn on or off any device in the house. Now they need to figure out how to make a device to bring you a beer??

WOW FACTOR. I bought these not knowing anything about accessory lighting. The hardest thing about the install was getting the power sources, as I have 4 sets on my upper and lower cabinets. I have been truly amazed by the respuesta from people who see them. They emit a nice even light, and the app is SUPER easy to use. The only complaints I have are that they tend to lose connection to WIFI on my network, and that you cannot purchase additional power transformers. I have close to 16+ft of “scrap”, and no way to use it. Other than that.... LOVE THEM, TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE!

Life made easier. Before purchasing I thought will I really use this, will I waste my money? Well I I use it all the time and found uses beyond just turning on and off lights. I’m glad I spent the money. I put a smart socket in my crawl space to turn a dehumidifier on and off as needed. I monitor the humidity remotely and the humidifier restarts as long as it’s power switch is left on and it receives power. I control two houses with the Gosund app. Both houses are displayed on the app, just click on the one you want to control. One house has Alexa the other Google. They work seamlessly. I highly recommend this product.

Fully regret using Gosund. I've had nothing but trouble with the plugs I bought from Gosund and this horrible app. I've had these plugs for a year and a half. I can't accurately control anything when I'm outside of my home wifi. The app will say that my products are on when they aren't, and off when they aren't. I have no idea if they are working while I'm gone. My schedules recently disappeared from view, I had to add new ones, yet they still keep operating on the old schedule that I cannot edit because it's gone, so I'm going to have to disconnect and reset all 4 plugs, but setting them up in the first place was a Herculean task that drove me to the edge of sanity. I've tried to use them with other apps and they *will not* connect. The app is so wildly bogged down with ads that I hate opening it. I added something to my cart once to see how much it would be with shipping, it was too much so I deleted it, yet got a million cart reminders. They are good about replying when you have a problem, but don't actually help at all. The just repeatedly insisted that I had the wrong time zone set, when I absolutely did not. I regret my purchase so incredibly much. I hate this company and I hope they fail.

App worked great for years, before updates. I have Gosund smart switches, smart plugs, and smart power strips all throughout my house; about 20, in total. They all worked great for several years, as did the app that controlled them. They still work with Alexa and I can manually turn them on or off with Alexa or the app. Since the last couple of software updates, my schedules and routines still appear in the app but they no longer initiate. Also, when I am away the app does not accurately show me what lights and switches are on or off, nor does it allow me to reliably control them remotely. I would have give. This app and these products six stars, if that had been possible, when everything worked. I adopted the Gosund products early on, when it wasn’t clear which products would endure. I bought Gosund because they didn’t require a HUB and their products and app were advanced at the time. If you only want to use this app and their products while you are at home, and control the switches through your HUB, their products might appeal to you, however, if you plan to control your lights remotely or want them to turn on or off on a schedule, this might not be your best choice. Until such time, when they update the app to hopefully bring back all of its functionality, I cannot recommend it.

Won’t work withAlexa. Useless!! Absolutely useless!! Why am I fighting with yet another “smart” app that is ridiculously trying to make it impossible to lync with me Alexa home. I create an account when I download the app and then I go to Alexa to sync and of course it says I have log into my Gosund account to continue. First ten times I try it just keeps opening my gosund app and then nothing. I tried closing both apps and starting from Alexa, but nothing worked. Until I deleted the gosund app and then seemingly tada and it takes me to a gosund login screen. Oh wait... it wants me to login with my phone number which was never asked for by gosund and seemingly there is nowhere in the gosund app to link your phone number to your account. This makes perfect since... gosund uses your email address to create an account and then tells alexa to log you in with a phone number. Yeah this is a seamless solution to my home automation.😤😔☹️

Great app and devices!. I started out by buying a four pack of smart plugs which I used for lamps to illuminate while on vacation and then also for my Christmas tree lights and the Christmas lights outside. Very easy to use the app and to set on/off scheduling. More recently I was in the market for smart wall switches and bought a Gosund 2 pack again as the prices were competitive and I knew the app worked well. Very pleased with the functionality of these devices and the app.

App is locked on shopping page and no tech support. Worked ok for about 10 weeks; although kind of glitchy. Despite setting up times on switches, lights came on and off randomly upon occasion. Beginning yesterday, when I open the app opens to a shopping screen - to buy more Gosund products - and is locked on this screen. Also my data is locked. I can’t operate switches. They seem to be off the settings. I have tried to find contact info for tech support and only found a site where you could post a question. So far no response. I may have to uninstall, and hope in reinstalling and setting up each and every switch again I can circumvent this problem. I wish I had bought Nest.

Very Annoyed About Push Ads. Within the past several hours I’ve received 2 push notifications for product promotions. I didn’t bother reading either of them because I have all the smart home devices I want. A “50% off” sale isn’t going to convince me to buy a product I don’t need or want! I went into the app settings and turned off the switch for push ads. Then I noticed the text that says turning off the ads only lasts for 1 week and then it turns itself back on. Why on earth would ANY company think this is a good idea? I’m done with this company and will never recommend their products again. Feeling embarrassed for all the people who have already taken my recommendation.

Great App. Has Potential. I do believe this app has come a long way in the last 1-2 years that I’ve been using it, however, it does still have some flaws, in my opinion. 1. I hate how now on my main page in the app, under my smart outlet controls it shows “Popular Recommendation”, in other words, suggested items for you that they also sell. I feel as though it just clutters up my app’s homepage, and I’m less likely to purchase additional items when constantly being shown to me, especially when I can’t find an option to turn that off, if I choose. 2. I hate how the app crashes quite often. I was in the app, controlling my smart plugs when a box popped up, asking me to review the app, which I did. Upon trying to write this review, the app crashed once again, and I had to go to the App Store, find the app, and finish my review this way instead, proving my point of the issue being very frustrating. Other than these 2 issues, I really like the current version of this app. In the past, it was very glitchy, so I’m glad a lot of those problems have been fixed.

Go Gosund!!!. I have been purchasing most of my smart home plugs, switches and lights from Gosund and i have to tell you - i am 100% satisfied with their products and this app that controls those devices. It is very easy to set up, use and share with your family. I never had any issues and i have been heavily using it for over a year. I just want to express my gratitude and say “thank you, Gosund, for standing by your product’s quality! You have made my life so much easier!”

Ads ruin this app. When I purchased the Gosund Lamp I thought it would be a smooth interface and present a good user experience. After installing the app I have found it to be a less than well thought out UI first and foremost the instructions did not include connecting to Google Home only Alexa. The second thing was the biggest issue the Home Screen is cluttered with over 8 products being advertised instead of it being a direct access point to the UI that controls the item it is connected to. These things may seem a little small but when you purchase an item you want it to be up and running without any unnecessary hassle or issues.

Need to be able to use on two devices at the same time. The app was easy to set up only works for their brand, when I went to logon to my iPhone I had to log off of my iPad to be able to log on, I would likeTo be able to logon with two different devices at the same time, then I could control it from different locations when my device at home it’s turned on such as iPad. One quit working the second time I used it, I had ordered four more but then I canceled them I need something that’s going to be more reliable add an app to work on different brands.

Ads ruin the experience & convenience. The hardware & software work pretty well. I like that there is an alternative pairing technology in case your wifi switches bandwidth intermittently like mine (between 5 Ghz & 2.4 Ghz). What really upsets me and ruins the entire user experience and almost the whole point of “smart” technologies - convenience - are the ads inside the app. I have already purchased several products from you Gosund. I have run out of electronics to plug in to them. PLEASE stop putting pop up ads in the app. It completely ruins the user experience. I was going to recommend Gosund to family + friends, but due to the infuriating in-app pop-ups, I will NEVER recommend Gosund to anyone as I know there are alternatives that work about as well and don’t use pop ups in their app.

Crashing. It keeps crashing so I can’t control my lights

App does not change schedule. I have plugs coming on & off based on old schedules. Entering a new schedule or editing a previous one does not seem to change when the plug comes on & off. This app is extremely flawed. I font know whois controlling my clubs - its not me.

Awful app. Really slow, full of ads, has a ridiculous and horrible “support” bubble that is always there…. You can move it but it’s ALWAYS there, no way to remove it.

Poor Update. I was a big fan of Gosund till the last update. Now I can’t find any of my schedules. They run now on a ghost mode all by themselves. Please reverse update and make changes to allow for keeping of programming.

Google. I outfitted my entire home and office, with the understanding that this would integrate with Google, and it did initially. Over the past month, it has stopped working, and it seems to be a ubiquitous occurrence. If you are downgrading the service, your clients should be informed.

No Siri. Not compatible with Homekit to use Siri , even though the app asks to use Siri.

Absolutely garbage. Do not spend your money on any of these products, if it’s to late don’t open the box & have it returned & get full refund. Terrible customer service & all devices will brake after just a few weeks of being used. I recommend any other company but this

CAN’T EDIT SCHEDULE. Hi, i used to be able to edit my preset schedule to turn the plugs ON AND OFF but this time I can’t seem to find my presets anywhere. There is no option to edit my previous setup but instead it only gives me an option to add a new schedule. Please fix this.

Terrible. Get ready to adjust all your modem settings just to be able to get these bulbs to work. Terrible.

Works. Pairing with the light takes a bit of time…to find out that the dimmer switch only works with wifi 2.4!!! I had to call my service provider to “split” my internet to 5 and 2.4. After that it is quick. Manuel or by the app the dimmer works well. Schedule works well. Happy happy.

Bad app and device. Really bad devices and app, hard to connect

Can't connect to Alexa. Tried several times and also on differemt devices.

Nice lights, great price. Easy peasey set up on the back of my tv. Adhesive stripping was strong, no issues here. Pairing to Alexa was smooth, done in minutes. May buy another strip for another room.

Can’t connect.. I have tried every which way to get these lights to connect. (Bulb) nothing works. App just hangs on connecting. “Make sure network is stable, make sure powered on “ etc. No help apart from useless FAQ.

Pairing works din in AP mode and not at all with EZ. Not sure why keeping offering pairing EZ mode, as it never works and waist of time (Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPad Pro 2022). Works better than Lumen. But it is NO match with Apple HomeKit. Sad you do not support Apple HomeKit. Forces me to replace your product with Meross, which supports ALL 3. Pairing with Apple made scanning QR code missing with GoSung. However the hosing smart plugs are way better designed, compact circle, possible to plug 2 on same electric (North America standard double plugs boards). Once plugged, integration with Alexa is easy. Again, no compatibility with Apple HomeKit is deceiving. As customer I don't care if Apple is the problem or is GoSung does not want to pay Apple royalties to integrate with HomeKit! I want a product compatible without being forced to use 2 different applications to manage smart home integration tools. It seems Only Meross understanding this, why can't you? Note: feedback form / Suggestion not working on iPhone 17.4 iOS. GoSung Application. Category is mandatory field and cannot be selected. So cannot submit! French language is pretty good except no setup appears in French. Schedule, colors, time selection... This is not new, and never corrected. And Time Zone America, should be USA /Canada And default Toronto, can be set to Montréal (550 km from Toronto) base on location. Application improved a lot over the years. But GoSung need to work on compatibility.

Gosund socket. Sockets work well, once there’s a hiccup in the house power system, sockets take forever to reset automatically, some need to be done manually. Resetting manually is problematic due to accessibility location. If Gosund could correct this issue, they would be 4/5 stars. We are moving on from this brand cause of the above issue.

Pop up ads in app. The app works well. But the pop up ads are very annoying. Won't buy this product again because of them. I don't like buying their product to get the privilege of receiving their non-stop advertising.

Can’t add smart plugs. I purchased four smart plugs gosung, I scanned the QR it gave me this application however it’s impossible to link the smart plugs to this application, pretty much useless.

Time zones. The devices do not update if you change the time zones

Awful. Biggest regret was getting this brand. It works horribly and after less than a year one of my two plugs stopped working. The app cannot find the device at all, and my other one is also not being detected by the app, only Alexa.

Product works; app is annoying. The product actually works pretty well. After all it’s not like it’s that complicated. My irritation comes with the pop-up ads that appear just as you’re about to touch the on/off switch on the screen, which takes you to the website. I already bought the plugs, so you have my money. I shouldn’t be treated like these are one of the “free” product apps with in-app purchases. If you want to have a banner or something on the screen, fine. But stop trying to upsell me when I’m just trying to turn off a stupid light.

Great little timers!. I’ve been using these Gosund timers for a few years now. They are very easy to set up and use. This year I hooked up my Christmas trees to them. Impressive, no more crawling on the floor to turn the trees on and off. Just set up the times I want them on for in the app and I’m good til I take them down. I highly recommend these!!

Horrible since update. I had to log in all over again. China keeps popping up as my location. I can’t change my account information. To change my email address I had to enter my password but the new app says I can’t use symbols in my password. I used to be able to. So I had to change my password with the new requirements before I could try to change my email address. Then when I get to the passcode step it just says “Address already bound” and won’t update. You all messed up something that wasn’t broken. This update was so bad I actually checked to make sure I didn’t install some malware spoof of the app by mistake.

Periodically deletes all devices. Gosund was the first brand of smart switch that I used and initially I was very happy with them. However, over the past 3 years I have found that the app will periodically delete all of my devices. I don’t know what causes this. My Gosund devices will all stop working and when I open the app it has logged me out. When I log back in, all of my devices are gone and I have to go through the process of setting everything back up again. This is very annoying and I would not recommend these devices or this app to anyone.

Class listen up. What happened?!!. I’ve used this app for one year along with its lightbulbs and smart plugs and used to love it all. As of a few weeks ago the app is sooooo glitchy. First off when controlling lights through Alexa it has the wrong color listed no matter how many times I change it. Also as of lately when I open the Gosund app my Norton protection pops up that’s it’s unsafe, very sketchy…. Also some of the lights show up as offline in the Alexa app and can’t be controlled with voice commands so I haveto go into the sketchy Gosund app to control them. I miss when Alexa and Gosund used to run in sync together and I felt safe about this app without being bombarded with ads. Fix your app Gosund!!!

Excellent light strip with seemingly infinite color choices. We love these lights! They are excellent quality, with a HUGE variation of colors plus some fun effect choices. More of those effect choices might be a nice improvement. I would have them rated them five stars if, as you hold the color wheel down, the color changed as you turn the wheel: you only get to see the color you are changing to once you lift your finger off of the wheel.

Lighting. I love the way the app has a place to buy its awesome I usually get things and plugs from here, it’s a cool app I recommend it for roof, bed corners, or any other! I LOVE the way the app has a density or low or high u want it, and the color can be changed it’s normal neon color or darker if u don’t want ur eyes to be super feel weird! I recommend the app! Love y’all people who made these it saved my eyes 😂👌🏻

Won’t stay on while on white light mode.. Purchased twelve bulbs, liking the 70W equivalent claim and price. Was unable to get to work through my iPhone. My iPad easily managed the job. I opted for the white light function which worked great, for a while, then the light show or I should say dark show started. Seven of the twelve bulbs began to blink off for a few seconds then come back on. Off-on-off-on, slowly and continually, quite distracting. I put all the bulbs on color mode where, to the time of writing are working steadily. All in all these are ok, barely. I’m disappointed.

Great product. These plugs are a great product. I use them for many things like turning on and off my grow lights, turning on and off a mixing pump, and turning on and off a sump pump all from my phone or on a schedule. They even keep their schedule if the internet goes out. I’ve been using them for about two years and they are still functioning the way they are meant to.

Loved it until the latest update. I was really happy with my Gosund smart plugs and the app for a year. But the latest app update rendered the app useless to turn on/off my devices that are attached to the smart plugs. Now they constantly show as “offline”. The only way to make them “see” my plugs is to get into the all devices/room management section, then go back to the plug. 80% of the time this works the first time. 20% I have to go in 2+ times before it shows my plugs as online. It’s super annoying and a waste of time. I’ll be switching to a more reliable product.

Light management. During the holidays, they smart plug hands help me to manage the lights while I’m home and while I am far away, I can turn lights on and pacific rooms outside Christmas decorations and backyard lighting. From my phone. Easy to install an easy to use once you do one all of the others will file right into place.

Doesn’t hold settings, Have to reconfig devices again and again.. The app is a mess. The devices keep on disassociated with the app and I have to keep them adding again. I have got five gosund smart plugs and I have set up the Wi-Fi connection with them using the app. After a few days I have noticed that the app is showing all devices as disconnected I checked the connection with the plug but I could see that the plugs all are connected and have red light on it. They can’t figure again with the app I have to reset the app and connect again all the plugs. This became an infinite loop, the devices keep on disconnect it from the App and I have to reconnect them again and again.

Life Changer. These plugs have been a real life changer! Between the lighting needs of a bearded dragon, corn snake, hedgehog heater and fish tank heater I would go crazy trying to regulate everyone with normal life functions. This way they all get what they need and I don’t have to worry about it. One less thing. I get alerted when something happens (on/off) but that’s for my piece of mind.

Love the peace of mind. I absolutely love that my lights are now scheduled. Going on and off makes life easier. I set them for early in the morning so we can see while walking downstairs. No more turning on huge hall light and waking up others. The app makes everything very easy. You can make groups. Using Alexa is also awesome. Hands free is always nice.

Shortcut stopped working after update. I’ve used this app for years and for the most part, I never really had a problem. I set it up where I was able to tap a shortcut on my Home Screen, which would initiate a turn off or turn on function for my wall plug. After the latest update, using the shortcut doesn’t work anymore. I now have to go into the app to turn on or off my plug. Which is not terrible, but I loved the convenience of having the shortcuts on my Home Screen. Please fix this.

Do you like being spammed to buy stuff this is the app for you.. The app works ok, my issue is that I’ve already bought the products, and have to use this app to control them(I’m fine with that the app works ok). The problem is every time you open the app it spams you to buy more stuff, there is a store section if i wanted something I’d go there. Stop spamming me I already bought something. If I had it to do over I se would not buy anything to use this app. I’m considering abandoning it and try to find another app to control my devices, so I’m not spammed ever time activate vacuum or change the thermostat.

Extremely Limited. It works just fine for the most part. The app freezes sometimes and I have to hard close it in order to use it again. And I’m using it on IOS with IPhone XS. This is the same (or similar) app to many others out there. They just change the name. Functionality is limited such as dimming the lights until it’s off, increase the brightness every 5-10 mins until it’s 100% and so forth. WeMo is a far more advanced system that I recommend over this one.

Impressed. I don’t normally write reviews, but this product has actually been doing very well. I’ve had it for the last year. And I’ve had it outside underneath the covered porch and for the price if it failed I wasn’t gonna be out any real big money. But it’s still working a year later I’m very impressed with the quality. And this is not supposed to be an outdoor device.

Worst…app…ever!!. Too bad cuz the light switches are actually really good. But the app is totally worthless! Initial setup wasn’t bad but now the app doesn’t connect to my installed switches. App is basically a sales site for additional products they are trying to sell you. Only way for me to manage the switches is to use the Alexa app. I would have considered buying additional products as I continue to migrate my smart home but if the app doesn’t work it doesn’t matter how good the physical product is. To the developer…make your app experience better and the products will sell

plant problems = solved. i use the Gosund power strips & smart plugs for the grow lights for my plants. having the app makes it so i can control the lights from anywhere — even on vacation. i’m able to have them on for whatever time frame i need which is ideal for my sensitive tropical plants. sometimes the timer confuses me when setting a schedule but once you set it, you can forget it! love the app & the plugs!!

No longer great, instead barely adequate. Worked great for a couple of years but now if you change a schedule the app just ignores the changes. Winter is ending and I want my lights to come on later. I change the times in the app but the old times just keep on happening. I delete everything for a day. Go back and start fresh. Nope, old schedule continues. Also the advertising is terrible. Sometimes it blocks usage of the app. But if a banner asking to rate “how are we doing” or “enjoying the app?” pops up I gladly respond in the negative. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Works great. The installation is straight forwaed/easy. No hub needed, unless u need voice control. Setting The Wi-Fi connection with the switch is: Press and hold the light on off button for 5 sec, then Wi-Fi modem password. automatically finds the switch, connects. all you have left to do is to label what room light it's control. The app is fantastic, simple to use without a fuse.

Junk. This item is pure junk. It fails constantly, and I can’t get it to reconnect. It’s impossible to set it back up again. Instructions in the app are either not there or cryptic. I spent 35 years working with all kinds of computers and electronic devices, and this product has proven itself as worthless to me. A momentary power failure or network disconnect renders this supposed smart plug useless. I tried turning it off and on again. I unplugged and plugged it from the outlet to no avail. I decided to just go back to turning my lights on manually, just as I did for the first 65 years of my life, and gave up trying to figure out this junk.

No longer works with shortcuts (FIXED). Live this app, but in the recent update, the ability to use Gosund with the Apple shortcuts is broken. Every time I run the shortcut it says “Tgere was a problem with the app.” If I open the app, and run the shortcut from within the app it works, it only doesn’t work on the Apple shortcuts. If this can be fixed, I’d be happy to change my review. UPDATED: The shortcuts now work again

Network reconnection difficult. When the power goes out, as it did today during a storm for about an hour, and then power is restored, there is no simple way to reconnect to the network. Each and every time for every single plug I have in the house, I have to reinstall the entire plug from scratch. What a nightmare for multiple sockets throughout a home! This app has a “check network” but does absolutely nothing!! It would be awesome, if like other competitor’s products, they simply worked when power is restored. Having to redo them each and every time is the cause for a poor rating.

WiFi outlets. I travel the world for work. I love these outlets. I am able to keep track and time my lights at home from anywhere in the world. They are very reliable and I have never had a problem. I tell all of my friends about them. I flick the outlets on and off in my home to say hello to my family when I am on the other side of the world. It means a lot to me. I love these. 100% recommend.

Started great but now not so good. I loved this app a month ago. It changed and now I don’t like it at all. I open the app fresh and it doesn’t show exactly the correct status of my outlets and switches. I have to close the app reopen it to get it to show it correctly. I’ve tried to reset the app without it working correctly. I just don’t like the updates they’ve done at all. Before it was awesome worked perfectly, never a single hang up.

Good! One thing tho…. Okay so I only gave it 4 stars, but seriously, it’s great! 👍🏻 My only complaint; when I got my product I plugged it in expecting it to pair with the Alexa app. Well no such luck, I then figured out that I needed to get a whole different app, kind of a pain. 😕 So then I started downloading it and it took literally hours to download, and I have an iPhone 11 pro! 👎🏻 So when it downloaded, out of the gate when I went to put in where I live, it spelled United Kingdom wrong 😑 After that it was good, but what kind of a hassle to set up with Alexa and my lights. Also, in my opinion there should be more features to the app, such as pairing with Apple Shortcuts. Anyways, I hope the developers are reading this, and although I have complaints, I hope they know they did a great job. Have a GREAT week. 😁

A cool and exciting app. I bought these LED strips from this company and it look so much better when I game. I have the one on the back of my TV and it look really cool. I also bought other one for another TV and still very cool. I think this app is really cool and the light are amazing, with bright LED. I recommend buy some if you want to make a room look lit up, and maybe have a cool experience with these lights.

Setup and Connection to plugs works great. Setup and the plugs work great it seems like a high quality and effective device right outta the box very impressive. On the down side 1) your instruction sheet is too small and hard to read; 2) renaming plugs isn’t straightforward and is more difficult than necessary; 3) the skill for linking with Alexa doesn’t work I’ve tried repeatedly; 4) you don’t have a microphone connection in your app; 5) without the Alexa skill for managing your devices they are basically useless and very unattractive. 6) because of the shortcomings above your device is grossly overpriced and your advertising about them totally misleading at best fraudulent at worst.

BIG KAT. I have spinal problems so getting up and down are hard for me so when I started using them I was skeptical at best, the price was so reasonable I was afraid I was buying an inferior product. Thankfully I was wrong. This is the best product I have ever used. As long as you can keep up with your phone, everything is a touch of a finger. Awesome products that I want to recommend to everyone.

Gosund Plugs Not Working (Alternatives). *I hope is helps many people* Around January of 2022, all 8 of my Gosund Plugs suddenly weren’t connected to my business’s internet. I tried multiple times, 3 days straight, trying to reconnect them, I even restarted and checked the internet if it’s 2.4g, but still no luck. I later tested it again by using another app “Tuya Smart” at my house and it connected instantly. So at least I know it wasn’t the router at my business. So I’m assuming the App is the problem.

Lights lights lights. Who would have thought a 71 y/o women would so get into modern technology. Well, talk about making life easy, these lights light up my life (at least at night!!!!). Very easy to install and can be managed with ones cell phone from anywhere. Could not highly recommend these enough..,oh, let’s put them on timers!!!!

Love Gosund. I’m electrician but I think anyone could install with the instructions. I have had two different houses with these switches and I have tried others that would lose sync after a power outage but this company does not they will always have my business. Buy them and try them you will love them

Working so well! Until lately.... I’ve been loving this app for a while now, but lately it freezes a couple of seconds after I open it, almost every time. I have to open the app and quickly turn a light on or off before the app freezes. If I need to turn multiple lights on and off, I have to keep closing and reopening the app. I’m not sure what the issue is, as the app worked well for months. I hope I get the 5-star-worthy performance back again soon!

They best!. Gosund is great! I would like to see more options in the timer drop down menu. It has the capability of the countdown timer to turn off. What about expanding those options more? Like a countdown to turn on versus setting a definite time? A cycle/repeat cycle timer(on for so long, off for so long, with an option to repeat)? Those would be great addition options!

Good product terrible app. We have eight Gosund ‘smart’ outlets spread over different locations. Timer settings disappear from the app and cannot be reset. This is the most basic of functions! Customer service tells you to do a hard reset which means manually disconnecting and reconnecting each outlet, then re-entering ALL data from scratch (locations, turn on times, turn off times, days of the week, etc.). We’ve had the outlets for years and they work consistently well even with mediocre wifi, but I would not repurchase them due to this lack of basic functionality.

Good. I have been using smart plugs and The Smart Life app. I ordered more smart plugs but unfortunately they didn’t go with the new plugs I brought so I down loaded Gosund. Set up was similar, but they put their product advertisements on my app. You can’t get rid of them. It’s annoying and buying one if their products should be enough. Two days later, their product ads were removed. I’ve changed the rating.

Obvious CCP spyware. I was using this app for a few months to control a couple of light bulbs. It functioned fine for awhile, until it abruptly stopped connecting to WiFi. Now the app requires a ridiculous amount of private information before it will function at all: access to your camera, all of your photos, your Bluetooth (even though my light bulbs are WiFi only!), your WiFi networks and all devices connected to them, your location, etc, etc. The app also offers to diagnose your WiFi connection, but only if you agree to upload certain data from your phone. I deleted this spyware!

Stop with all the ads. Ok, I pay for a product, not to be constantly harassed with ads. I get it you want to sell products. Just don’t appreciate that in order to actually use the device, I MUST close the ad first! I feel like I am in a poor Caribbean Island, were the locals literally harass you for a sale, even when just relaxing at the beach. Enough is enough! Folks if you are looking for a great product that just works without constant ads like a free video game, look elsewhere! As you won’t find that here!

Worst app ever. Who wrote this app? The Marquis de Sade? First, It’s so counterintuitive. It was a pain in the neck just get a few simple smart plugs up and running ... they don’t even correspond to what you show during set up. After a few months of both plugs working OK, for no reason whatsoever, my devices just disappeared off my and my spouse’s phones. The message center shows I deleted them which I absolutely did not. All I did was turn them on and off each day, going nowhere else in the app. Now I have to set up this crappy awfully-designed app all over again.I should’ve bought different smart plugs, as I am now stuck with this junk!

Love their devices, hate their app. After a power outage, I was having trouble with my current smart app and needed to find something that would pair with Gosund devices. I remember trying this app once before and couldn’t remember why I left, but after two days I do now: so. many. ads. It’s ridiculous the amount of ads and shopping garbage you have to wade through to be able to find what you are looking for. This weekend, I will be re-pairing my devices with the old app and deleting this sucker.

Hard to Connect. Tried many times connecting this, it just doesn’t work... I wanted to connect it with my Alexa but first I needed to get Gosund, make an account, add a device, it didn’t work with the fast click on the smart plug so I had to do the slow click where I had to change my WiFi and it still wasn’t working, this was really upsetting, I’m planning on returning the product and ordering a different brand. Not saying the fact that you could easily create a new Apple account and type a fake review because a lot of the newer reviews that have 5 stars look short and fake

Makes no sense. I like my wall plugs, they were easy to set-up and they work great - but the wall switches to me is a different kind of being bass-ackeard which doesn’t make any sense at all - when my lights are on so is the red indicator light is on as well, but when you turn the lights off there should but a little green light so you can find the switch in the dark but there isn’t any - why do I need a light on the switch when my lights are on that make zero sense - and every ad I’ve seen shows the green light on, so yes I feel as if I was lied to or plainly mislead by Gosund

Amazing. The products and apps are unbeatable. For the quality and price of the items you get really makes it all worth it. Have my whole house smart with these switches and plugs and all and I wouldn’t go with any other company. Easy set up and no connection issues. The app really helps set everything up! 10/10

As pop up SPAM don’t update app. Old device haven’t updated app in 6mo and NO POP UP ADS. I Only use my old device that I never updated. All this ad nonsense every time I open the app on latest updated version I need to close out of recommended products pop up. I just want to turn lights on and off and the pop up arrives. Sometimes I mistakenly click the pop up when I’m trying for the power control button and now I’m redirected to their ads website. I won’t ever buy another product. On the “bright” side my lights turn on and off. But I use my old phone I haven’t updated in months and avoid the pop up. DONT UPDATE AND AVOID THE HEADACHE. Dig out your old iPhone or iPad and don’t update this app. Much better AD FREE experience. Devs before you post that this can be DISABLED - no. If I go to notifications and disable EVERY SINGLE time it’ll be off for that day. It resumes the next time I open the app.

Me 2k. This is the easiest smart plug to set up and make changes too. Had another brand and it was very bad. It took hours to get each plug to connect and set up. With the Gosund, it was 10 minutes and I had four plugs set up and times programmed. It linked to Alexia with a breeze also. I will be buying more to program Christmas lights later.

I use it everyday.. The user interface for this app was pretty gross a couple years ago, but, it was always functional and easy to use. Now it’s beautiful, very functional, and even easier to use. You can tell they recognized any shortcomings the app had and listened to feedback from users. I do wish there were widget controls I could place on one of my home screens.

Easiest smart plug. I was skeptical about this plug actually doing what it says it does after reading the many reviews but for the price I decided to purchase it and try it. I bought this plus to control my snake terrariums lights and I must say this is pretty darn good it controls their lights without any worry from me. Definitely recommend and will purchase more in the future!!!
