Very Slow, Glitchy, they will NEVER ship your items. The app is just annoying to use. Glitches everywhere, super slow, hard to navigate. Additionally, despite all the money they have, they’ve done literally nothing to improve their shipping issues. I know myself and several other individuals who have placed orders that didn’t ship for NINE MONTHS TO A YEAR…. Just for it to START SHIPPING. Not even including the time to ship to my house. They refuse to answer emails as well. I sincerely hope they fix this because I am not longer buying merch going forward since they are holding my money and STILL haven’t shipped items of mine from 4-5 months ago.

Please add Louisiana to the Place where it says Country. Hello I love to shop at WEVERSE shop but there’s one thing that’s stoping me when I went on add shipping address it said select country or region but I live in Louisiana now and I got a new phone so for the phone number the beginning starts with 985 and I scrolled down the list but I could not find Louisiana or 985 ( I am Filipino but I don’t have my old phone that was registered in the Philippines)

Customer Service is Awful. This app has to have one of the worse customer services. I had sent an inquiry about an order on January 28th, was given an automatic response and haven’t heard back since. I’ve since tried to make another inquiry but the bot customer service will not allow me to. An item I preorder has not shipped yet the same item I ordered months later ships AND delivers? Something doesn’t add up there and they won’t give me any answer. Another issue I have is I had ordered TXT albums specifically for the photocard benefits. I ordered 5 albums in hopes I’d get one photocard of each member. They gave me 5 photocards of the same member. Really Weverse? Does that make sense to you? Why wouldn’t you at least mix up the selection even a little? Weverse, you were fine in the beginning but as time goes on, it’s like you guys don’t care about your customers anymore.

Iffy to navigate. I can only speak for BTS shop. I want to be able to search using keywords, like “hoodies”, “in the soop” and the app doesn’t have much function. It’s so annoying to scroll and browse through so many different categories of merch to find what I need. The merch aren’t very well organized either. For bts US shop, I don’t get why some tours or online concerts have merch is in the ‘merch’ section while others are in the “tour merch” section. Serious just make a desktop version please. Hybe laid out tons of ambitions to grab money in every corporate meeting, but years after launching their shopping app their fans (aka me) still struggle to find a single tshirt. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Customer Service is Horrific. I’ll start this by saying the merchandise offered is great and I’m glad there’s an app for it. However, my customer service experiences have made me seriously pull back on what I buy in case there’s an issue. If you get the merchandise without it being damaged, great! If it’s damaged though? Be ready to get frustrated. The customer service team seems more like artificial intelligence rather than an actual human being responding to you, that or they’re stuck with a script they can’t alter. Half the time your question isn’t fully answered or they tell you you’ve put in the wrong type of request (apparently you should open a return request when you want to replace a damaged item instead of an exchange request….🤨). Overall, it’s gotten to the point that when I get something delivered I hope it’s not damaged because then I’ll have to deal with their support team instead of being happy my merchandise is here. Not the type of reputation you want to have as a brand. Also, if you live in the US be prepared to wait forever for the merchandise to ship. For some reason they can’t use statistics and data to make a reasonable estimate on how much product they’re going to have to ship stateside. You’ll see fans in other countries get their items several weeks before you do despite them having a distribution center here. Long story short-love the merch but Weverse shop…..get it together would you?

so frustrating. Obviously i’m glad that there’s is an app i can go to where i know i’ll definitely be getting official kpop albums/merch. However, with that being said, the customer service and the process of actually getting the item to you after purchasing is absolutely horrible. the customer service (at least for the usa shop) is a nightmare. the responses you get after sending in an inquiry are very automated and unhelpful which makes it feel like there’s no point in asking questions at all because they will almost never get answered correctly, and occasionally they don’t get answered at all due to there being no response from the weverse team. My current situation im in is what compelled me to come onto the app store and write this review in the first place. I preordered bts’s 2022 season’s greetings from the usa shop on weverse almost three months ago. it said that orders would begin shipping a little over a month after i purchased for preorder which i was willing to wait because it made sense. However, after messaging customer service three times, i still have no current information about my order/package. It’s been almost a week since the latest date for orders to be shipped out and i still haven’t even gotten a confirmation email about my order. Overall, it’s a nightmare purchasing items from this place and i overall don’t recommend it unless you have to, especially on preorder.

I never got my SUGA necklace, nor my money back. I can’t remember how much it was because of how long ago it is, maybe $80 or $100 with shipping. I ordered Jan 2022, it says delivered by Sept 2022 but I never got it. Asked for customer service and they said they’re investigating the case. I sent 2nd and 3rd inquiries and now I’m seeing all the cases are closed. It’s so ridiculous and so unprofessional. $100 is not a small amount and I guess I just lost it forever. I cancelled all my photofolio orders.

A nightmare.. 0 stars. (speaking on global BTS shop only) i’m so sad it’s the official shop for BTS. If an online shop was a type of nightmare, this is it. LOL. It’s the worst it could possibly get: expensive! extremely slow shipping! expensive shipping! horrible! customer! service! you better pray nothing goes wrong with your order because goodluck trying to reach customer service. i received an album with no photocard and i lowered my expectations of them trying to fix it. i was right. it’s frustrating because you spend a lot of money but there’s no help avail if something goes wrong. the app itself is very basic that it almost looks sketch — they don’t even have a search function. wish they could fund it better with all that money.

Customer Service is awful. Honestly, if you ever have a problem with a shipment or item don’t waste your time contacting them. I got the same response 3 times with no results. I would give their customer service 0 stars if I could. I think they shouldn’t market as a global shop if they are this unequipped to deal with global fans and issues. This lack of caring about global fans has made me want to stop shopping there many times. I’m seriously very close to taking my business elsewhere where it’s wanted and valued and where the customer service didn’t just give you a generic answer all of the time.

Need to address bots. Bots have clearly become a major problem as every BTS merch release now seems to end within minutes as products are snapped up while fans have them in their shopping carts, only to reappear at inflated prices on eBay and other resale sites. Implementing basic anti-bot tech like captchas or even just protecting items in folks shopping carts so they don’t disappear mid-checkout would be a huge improvement. Currently there’s just no point to downloading this app as you can rarely ever buy anything off of it, you have to go through resale sites. Would also love it if America stopped getting stock 2 months after everyone else.

Shipping. Honestly the shipping of this shop is the bane of my existence. I completely understand the amount of orders they have and ordering items from a different country but I figured with the opening of the USA shop things would get better. Shipping is almost always $15 and for every purchase I make from the USA shop it takes from 3-6 months for it to arrive. That is not worth the price that I am paying. Bighit and weverse do better.

Add other places. They have many place but they don’t have some place o love the app but I live in Arizona and the don’t have the option to order in Arizona and I used to live in Indianapolis Indiana and still could not order anything there because they don’t have that option but it would be nice if they did have those places but the app it self is really good .😔😔😔😔😔😔

Reviews and Restocks. I love how easy this app makes to get BTS merch, but I’d like to read and write reviews on the items. Especially with the more expensive items, I’d like to see people’s thoughts on them before I make a purchase. I’d also like to see restocks on older items. Some items sell out very fast after launch, and I’d like to have the opportunity to get them later. I would also love to purchase older concert DVDs! Again, the app is good, but I feel like with these changes, it could be great!

It’s great!. Makes it simple to view and purchase merch. They make it incredibly easy to track and keep tabs on your package. My only issue is that there isn’t a search bar to look for any specific item

notifications. I love the app but I notice we don’t get notifications when there are restocks so I think they should change that so it’s easier for us to be alerted in advance.

Good app💜. I really like this app i can get official BTS merch and more but the only problem I have is that when something gets sold out it doesn’t let you know when it will restock. Well for some.💜

Customer service is a mess. When it works, this app works well. When it doesn’t work, oh lord. If Weverse sends you the wrong item or defected items, be prepared to fight them for MONTHS before them possibly offering you a refund since an exchange is impossible if you live overseas. Even then, they don’t refund you shipping, just the product prices. It’s such a mess. They also make you jump through 10 hoops to prove your order was incorrect. Like they’re determined to make you give up and just take the loss. I love their artists but this is insane for a shopping app to not have proper customer service.

Only spend money you can afford to lose. Shipping takes months from the time you order, and customer service is downright unhelpful. It takes six months or more to get your BTS Membership Kit, while they have your money. The last straw was ordering the BTS Festa calendar, which was supposed to ship May 30th, and did not actually ship until today (June 3rd). By the time it arrives, Festa will be 2/3 over. What is the point? You know what date Festa is already every year. Ordering from Weverse is a leap of faith that you’ll actually get what you ordered, and in good condition.

BTS Artist Launch. This is seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had with anything merchandise related. The app is so slow and won’t load properly even though Hybe is fully aware of how many BTS fans are waiting to to get the boys merchandise. It is infuriating as a paid member that we are not given priority in these launches. It’s is beyond sickening because you can be on the app and right when it hits 11 kst everything is sold out. How does that happen? I was infuriated today when I was paying for my stuff to all of a sudden be bumped off and told with a message that my items where out of stock. I am fuming and I hate Weverse and I seriously hate Hybe. The way the treat army is unacceptable and it gross. This has been the worst experience ever.

Latest update bug. Weverse shop app just had an update and now it will not connect to PayPal when checking out, it stays stuck on hand load screen. I tried in both US and global. Tried closing app and reopening, tried logging into PayPal app itself. Issue is only with the Weverse shop app. I finally had to go to the desktop site to order

Works fine. EveryTime I’ve ordered my package has got here safe and in good condition I’ve ordered from global and USA! You have nothing to worry about! But I hope they add a search button because sometimes it’s hard to find things And a feature where they send you a notification when something is back in stock!

Weverse. love the app and can buy albums and watch people go live Hi Weverse I know you just started to collaborate with vlive but can please add Astro lives and information becuase it was on the old vlive app and be much appreciated

App problem. I like using this app but I couldn’t scan some of the QR codes I have for some of the albums I have for when I got them because the app wouldn’t work to let me get the badges and Weverse cash and now that I downloaded the app again after so long and I can’t now because its pass the time

Weverse hates the United States. I buy from this shop all the time. I wanted to know when something was shipping because I was going to be out of town and it was expensive. I tried contacting them three times and the ignored me. So I contacted the Better Business Bureau because it is very concerning when they don’t respond to you. I got the rudest response telling me that they don’t have to talk to me and that I need to just wait. The last thing they told me to do was to check myself. Then I started checking all of the reviews on Facebook. They do this to all Americans. They hate Americans, they don’t respond to anything we send them and they aee openly hostile and slow.

Worst online shop ever. I am an ARMY and as much as love buying merch of my fav group ever , I rather never do it on this shop. Literally the worst ever experience with an online store. Bought the ARMY membership with kit over an year ago, and it cost around $75 and did not receive the kit yet. It has been more than 1 year and contacted the customer care 15 times in one year and still get excuses and automated replies. Literally the worst shop ever that I have encountered. Not going to renew the membership or buy any more merch from weverse. Had thought that since it is owned by BH, the service would be better and we wouldn’t need to give our money to 3rd party sellers to procure merch but this is the worst online shopping experience ever especially as an I-ARMY! Ridiculous shipping fees and they never deliver products! Lost my money and don’t know whom to complain to!

... I love the app because you can get your stuff there but they don’t give you a lot of options to pay in and NOW i can’t get anything because i don’t use those paying methods 🙄

Great!. While this app is great for all shopping needs (whether BTS, Seventeen, TXT, Enhypen, etc.); it would be even greater/better if all pre-orders relating to the same bands could be put together rather than separate. That way it’s one shipping fee rather than paying multiple shipping fees. It’s from the same pre-order so I do not understand why they’re not put together.

cant change info. Since it concert season i know a lot of people try buying the membership for fa! presale but it must be the same email/ account for both weverse and the shop. I tried changing my info for them to match but i can only do it when I’m making an order. It’s a bit frustrating and i hope they can fix this too for the phone number as well.

Absolute Terrible- Zero Stars !. I have had so many issues with shipping and customer service, each order I’ve placed has been a hassle and a problem. I preordered my BE album early and it took forever to ship out. It came damaged and customer service never got back to me about resolving the issue. I preordered the most recent seasons greetings package on November 11th, 2020. My order still never shipped, meanwhile all of my friends from different places in USA all received theirs in the first week of January. I contacted customer service and they immediately closed my case and told me to allow for delays. This is honestly ridiculous. This is the worst online shop in the entire world. I wish I could give zero stars!

Customer Service. I love this app, it's where I get all my BTS merch if I can't get it here, HOWEVER I don't like the customer service! I've been trying to get a question of mine answered for so long but there is no button for me to ask them. I ordered an album on pre-order right now and I bought it when it said it could still ship to my country, now it's telling me it's not available to ship to my country when you go on the icon to buy the product A MONTH after I bought it! It looks totally different and tells me something else when I tap the icon of my purchase, so it's just very confusing I can't get this directly answered by them.

horrible customer service and pricing. their customer service can take weeks to respond to simple questions, there is absolutely no consistency to when you will receive your package even though they give you an exact date. there’s a major problem with obvious scalpers where they will sell out in a minute then resell within minutes for 400% of what it originally was and the shop is doing absolutely nothing about it as long as they sell out. their prices are already absolutely ridiculous and even BTS were upset and surprised with how expensive their products were. these are issues they NEED to fix

I LOVE IT. I love this app so much! You can buy official merchandise/albums from your favorite artist! I have bought 2 bts albums so far and the SE Army Bomb and they came to me well packaged and totally fine. I’m so glad I found this💜

Needs to Add Bot Verification Test. I’ve been trying to get the exclusive Artist-made merch and have not been even close with each drop. Weverse Shop needs to implement a bot verification test with each transaction because it cannot be humanly possible to check out within 15 seconds. Secondly, within minutes of the merch selling out, there are multiples of that same item selling on eBay. I’m sure BTS would be upset knowing that their merch is consistently sold to scalpers and their true fans are unable to purchase. This is such a simple implementation measure and I hope Hybe does so sooner rather than later. All of these let-downs are heartbreaking when we truly love and want to support our boys.

Love it!. It’s great for buying official merch and ofc that’s what I use it for. Even though the products are quite pricey, I’ve bought some! But it would be helpful if there was a search bar??? Or maybe a notify me when something comes back in stock please

Let’s get Weverse on Macs available.. I love this app on my phone but I can view it on my MacBook Air. And that’s sad because of the concerts that I won’t be able to use my computer. Please come to an agreement with Apple so it can be available for download for MacBooks. It’s even available for download at an Apple Watch tiniest screen ever . Why not on MacBooks ?… Thank You.

notifications. I think this app is good for buying merch but you guys need to do something better about notifying us. I get you make announcements about preorder items but there are multiple times where you restock an item and you didn’t make an announcement on whatsoever. This is very frustrating because they get sold out very very fast which makes it difficult for me to get the items I want. Like I’m more than happy to give you guys my money just give me a chance 😃 I have my notifications on but I rarely get notified about anything 🤨 p.s. please restock on the muster dvds i missed it on it both times 🥲 pls just take my money.

As a devoted customer, I hope these changes will be for the best. I had bad experiences in the past but I believe that slowly it’ll be for our benefit and satisfaction. Keep it up!

Lightstick. I’m about to get a lightstick and I saw someone complain about shipping, yall have to understand it’s shipping from a whole different continent ofc it’s gonna be expensive shipping fee’s there’s not much we can do about it like seriously 😭

Never updates. I’ve been using this ever since it came out. But suddenly i now can’t open the customer support page at all and none of my orders are updating to indicate they are either on their or preparing to be on its way. I have an order that’s been marked as “in transit” for two weeks but it got delivered so it’s just not updating at all. I’ve tried resetting my phone and logging in and out of the app. I’ve tried accessing with and without wifi. But nope. Nothing. I’m tired of it. Before all of this? Barely any issues.

Stock update. With the speed at which many products sell out, it would be extremely helpful if weverse shop added a “notify me” feature to receive an email or notification when a specific product comes back in stock! Especially when there’s a very popular item that gets sold out, it would be really nice to have such a feature to let those interested know when it comes back to the shop.

Can’t request 1-on-1 Support. There’s a lot wrong with this app, however my most recent issue is that I get a message “An error has occurred.” when I try to submit a 1-on-1 request for merchandise I ordered that was missing a component. (A TOMORROW X TOGETHER Official Light Stick Case; received the Case but did not receive the Strap.) There is no email address or phone number to call with order issues, so customers are left with a buggy customer support platform. Ridiculous.

Quick payment!!!. There needs to be a FASTER way for us to buy products on this god forsaken app!!!! I shouldn’t have to go through all these steps to get one thing!! Especially when it comes to product that sells out in seconds..

Weverse to Paypal. I know things here can sell out fast however if I had the product in my cart and was on the paypal paying page as in one click from having the money taken out, I should be able to have the product not it say it was "the pay was canceld by provider." Weverse need to change the system to if the user is already at the Paypal screen the items they have are secured as they pay.

Payment Methods and Cash Rewards. Honestly I hate that PayPal is the only international way of paying. I live in the US but I don’t have PayPal and now I’m unable to buy things from here because I can’t pay for it. I’d hate to buy from a third party, but it’s my only choice. And the cash rewards don’t work if you live in certain countries. For example I have a Dream Chapter: Eternity album that came with a Weverse cash rewards card, but I can’t redeem it because it’s not allowed in the US.

Broken. Every time I try to go to the pop up section of the shop, the app glitches and doesn’t let me go there or shuts the app down. It’s very rare that it will let me into the pop up section of the app and when it does, it just glitches and kicks me out at some point. It has been like this since the first release and everything I want always sells out because of it. It’s ridiculous

Customer Service & Merch. After the launch of Artist-Collection by BTS, this app is truly horrendous. It says coming soon at 11 KST and when you refresh, it says sold out. Not only that but the customer service is worse. I’ve ordered the BTS Membership Kit in July of 2021 and have yet to receive it. This makes the second time trying to buy it and it never been shipped yet. It’s about to go on a year and have yet to receive it. Honestly thinking about just canceling the membership.

Have merch in your cart? Say goodbye to it. This has happened to me not once but THREE TIMES ALREADY where I’m close to buying the members merchandise and I’m about to pay and I can’t buy it because it’s sold out even though I have already went through PayPal and was about to pay?? Very disappointed in Weverse for not doing something about this, it’s literally ridiculous that you have staff members and A LOT of money to get this fixed but don’t. At this point we’re all sick and tired of this.

Placed order 3 months ago and still hasn’t come. Placed an order for a membership kit on February 10th, it’s April 26th and still no package. Asked them where my package was and they told me because I placed my order in the first quarter of the year, I wouldn’t get it until the second quarter of the year (which is a four month span). Excuse me? What business is operated like this? Don’t waste your money.

booooooo🍅🍅🍅🍅. glitches, high shipping prices, slow to load items, payment, anything at all really. when merch drops, it doesn't even update from "coming soon." it just goes straight to sold out :) so there's no chance of buying anything. they should develop a website instead of continuing to work on a glitchy app 😊 reloads the app everytime you swipe out so you have to find your item all over again. Simply do not recommend.

What's the point?. Why would this app be on the Australian App Store if nothing can be shipped to Australia?

Shipping is too expensive... and they’ve stopped shipping to many countries.... I understand with the way the world is right now that shipping had to stop for some time, but it has been nearly 6 months if not more since they stopped shipping to Australia, and they haven’t even provided an estimate to when it might start again. Frankly there is no reason why they can’t ship here (and if there is, they have not provided one and have ignored everyone who has asked). I have ordered multiple things online during this time from multiple different countries with zero problems. How come Weverse Shop seems to be the ONLY online shop that hasn’t resumed shipping? And speaking of shipping, the price is outrageous. More often than not it costs more than the product itself, and is no faster or more reliable than other shipping. The least that could be done is offering more than one shipping option, perhaps one that is cheaper but takes longer, or one that doesn’t provide tracking so it’s cheaper, but no, you have one option for shipping and that’s it. Shipping for one small item should NOT cost $20 USD. I have had to pay upwards of $50 USD on shipping on multiple occasions, and have had to pay as this is the only reliable way to purchase merch as Australia only stocks albums in store. Shipping should not cost this much, and I hate leaving bad reviews, but I will keep my 1-star review until it’s fixed.

Um no shipping to Australia??. so I was on the txt weverse shop and wanted to buy something but it said “can’t be shipped to your default address”, there are a lot of kpop fans in Australia so please make it so that weverse can ship to here

Still no Australian shipping. Australian fans are being shut out from buying BTS merch. Why? I’ve been receiving packages from Asia and the US without issue for the last several months so they can’t say it’s because they can’t ship here.

Need to ship to Australia plssssssssssss. Guys, we have a big group of ARMYs in Australia. Not sure why from Weverse shop, we always get the message that can’t be shipped to Australia. We urge you to add Australia to your global shipping. I really wish I can buy merch and all other cool stuff but really sad that I can see it from the app. Big love to BTS 💜

Australian Shipping. I’m sure many have addressed their concerns, but why is Australia excluded from shipping? I desperately want to buy TXT albums from Weverse, and why are normal Korean retailers able to sell it here but not the actual company.

shipping. the fact that australia is excluded from shipping doesn’t make sense?? like i know that airmail from korea is suspended but surface shipping is still available 🤨

Have more merch available or improve cart. So far, I haven’t had too much of a problem with weverse shop but it is extremely frustrating when you are in the middle of paying for a merchandise, and you get a notification to say that the item is sold out. Please fix your shopping cart to reflect that once an item is in your cart, it’s considered yours. A lot of us army miss out because of this. The other thing is, please shuffle your photocards so that when we buy a few sets, we actually have a variety of photocards and not duplicates. Once the above are fixed then I can give you more stars.

Shipping. Hi!, I'm an army but I'm from Australia and there is no shipping to here so there is so no where I can get merchandise please fix this so I can purchase things and army please leave reviews asking for Australian shipping so they can see this thank you!

Need more options. I love the app and I enjoy buying directly from BigHit however has an international shopper who isn’t from America it is annoying to have to find out how much money that is for me as well as not having enough payment options if you could some more currencies and payment options it would be greatly appreciated

It was nice at first but eh. It was nice at first. I can buy membership. But time goes by that the quality of the merch goes deep south. I can buy on other S.Korea’s merch that can ship to Australia but Weverse is the only online shop that’s lazy enough to consider. They also cancelled the orders before the lockdown without reason even if I’ve been giving them POSSIBLE solutions. It’s all about money now and not client centred. Really bad customer service.

Why Weverse is not able to ship to Australia?. I really want to purchase BTS albums and merchandise from Weverse but it says shipping is not possible to Australia! Can I know why? AUSTRALIAN ARMYS EXIST. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love weverse but this is an issue that needs to be addressed hence my rating + review. The shipping rates are ridiculous and something needs to be done about finding alternatives. There is no need for the cost to be that high. I strongly suggest having different shipping options, like express but also a cheaper option (could take longer) but definitely need a reduction in rates otherwise more often than not the shipping is higher than the product. Also, not shipping to Australia makes no sense we need some updates on our purchases... I would really like to order from weverse because there aren’t a lot of official merch places here but i’m afraid i’ll have to find alternative places if a) you don’t do something about the pricing b) you don’t start shipping to australia and other countries... armys are all across the world, not only in USA and Korea/Japan c) you have more reliable shipping (maybe not in these times but even before the pandemic the shipping took unnecessarily long) There are so many aussie fans please hear us and make the change! Good. It’s runs smoothly and easy to navigate. The tracking on the package is also very accurate. Shipping is quick but very expensive (especially to Australia) and keeps on going up. It would be nice to have more then one option for shipping as I’m sure many people will gladly wait a month or two then spend 40 bucks on shipping.

worst customer service. I have been waiting for my 2020 bts membership kit since 2020 january, which was just before the covid-19 pandemic hit the fan. Australia ended up being excluded from the list of countries that could be shipped to, so I got a Korean address online so that I could ship it to myself. The customer service assistant was nice enough to change my address, but I never heard back from them so I contacted them again and they continuously tell me that I should be patient with my global shipping fee refund AND the actual item being shipped to Korea. Like the item should be shipped already, since I changed the address around 2 months ago, but whenever I contact customer service, they tell me to wait. Due to some issues, I requested that my address be changed back to my original Australian address, but customer service is now refusing to change it for me and keeps repeating that the refund will come soon. I don't want a refund, I want the item to be shipped to my actual home whenever the shipping ban is lifted. The worst customer service experience I've ever had. Honestly, I love bts so much, but buying from weverse is a nightmare. I will never shop here again.

Shipping. Actually it’s ironic because before the pandemic weverse actually shipped to Australia (when it was still called weply). However i noticed they seem to have discontinued this and excluded Australia which is quite infuriating as other countries have access to shipping and we don’t. It’s already difficult as is to find kpop merch in Australia meaning we usually have to order online. This is ridiculous. As far as i’m informed it’s not only Australia being excluded either and considering the state of the pandemic currently i don’t see why you would continue to ship to other countries and not some others. Shipping is a problem but lack of customer service is the real issue. As many have stated, Weverse and BigHit continue to exclude Australia from its list of shipping countries. Why? At this point who knows. Other Korean retailers can ship to Australia so unsure as to what the real issue is. I do have a US address, used to forward my Weverse purchases to, so am still able to buy products but the severe lack of accountability from BigHit and Weverse is disturbing. Refusal to issue refunds on delayed items of more than one year, faulty items being returned at the expense of the customer, inaccurate item description, lack of diversity in clothing sizes...the list goes on. When these issues are fed back to the customer service team we consistently receive responses that are either not relevant to the request or non-personalised auto generated based on key words. From a billion dollar company it’s just not good enough.

Shipping—. You should honestly take in consideration of other fans outside of America, Japan and South Korea, as there are many fans who cannot get in touch to official merch. Shipping is the problem. Well it is a good app to find K-pop merch but the shipping fee is way too much.

Poor customer service, shipping prices outrageous and no stock available. While it started out great and I was very happy to use this as an international shopper. I received my first few orders no problems. But (and here’s the big one) one of my shipments never arrived. I read all that I need to do to wait on the times for it to arrive and still nothing. I then contacted 1:1 customer support for information. They directed me to contact my postal service (which I had already done) and that was that. I emails a 2nd time advising this and again was given the run around. After 4 emails and 6 weeks of waiting on this matter to be resolved (items now 12 weeks over due) I have just been told to “provide proof” I don’t have it and that the postal service doesn’t have my item and lost it!!!! How am I suppose to provide proof other than the tracking? There are items that have been out of stock since the first week the app was released and you can’t ask them when items are going to be restocked or you get a nasty replay!!!

Hmmmmmmm. It’s a good app in terms of purpose and aesthetic. But everything else is mediocre 👁👄👁 I’ve used weverse for 2 years now and everything is just… not to it’s potential. Especially being created from a trustworthy and well known brand, outcome is not to its names standard. Now specifically with Weverse shop, there are various issues which lead to low satisfactory user experience. International fans & Shipping As an international fan ordering, this company is only bothered to invest to its 3 biggest market’s, understandably. But for this reason is very inconvenient. The only currency available is USD, KRW, and JPY. When I first ordered from this site I thought it was in my countries currency but when checking out the price charged was almost 2x extra. I actually planned everything on book and told my mum the price 😂 There should be more currency options. Well in general the prices are high. Again, understandably, the prices are not cheap. But it is quite overpriced. A full set for MO7 was $112 AUD + $30 shipping. Now this was when it could ship to Australia. Now I hear there’s no option to anymore 😭 Along with many other counties which is upsetting. The layout of the app is nice, however there’s a small bug and room for improvement. When I switch fandoms it’s still on the same screen so I have to press it twice. And the cart menu is inconvenient as it only lets you check out of one store. If only there was an option to check out together or group items. Overall, it’s a trustworthy app but for international fans is a pain. What I can say now is that the prices are more affordable as I saw the BTS seasons package only $80 compared to another site which is $130. But then again it’s shipping is higher at 30+ dollars. I suggest buying but be sure to compare first and make sure you’re in a country they ship to. Weverse itself is another story.

Terrible experiences for an otherwise ok app. The app itself works fine. The most important thing is that it only has a few currency options (no CAD option, but has USD) and the time zones are usually in KST and you usually need to convert them yourself if you’re going to be on when the merch drops. The reason I’m giving it such a low review is because my order was completely butchered. The whole order was about 280USD, and had about 15 albums in it. When it arrived at customs, it had a huge 400+ dollar import fee. When I looked to see why, EACH ITEM was listed on the invoice as being 280USD, so the package said it was 3000+ dollars worth of goods. Obviously this is untrue, so I contacted both the shipping company and WeVerse to get it fixed. The shipping company said I need an updated invoice, but WeVerse continuously marks the customer service tickets as completed without actually solving the issue. At this point I may as well cancel the whole order and bite the bullet on the shipping I paid (which is ALWAYS a lot, by the way). Absolutely ridiculous that a company with this much prestige can get away with completely screwing up the invoice of a delivery. 1/5, but I would rate it lower if I could.

I love it. I find this app very great, although a Canadian dollar option would be much appreciated. The only problem that many people including me have been experiencing is that when trying to buy a membership, we never get the verification code that is supposedly sent to our number. Besides that, the app is great!

Fix the shipping for international places. I’ve ordered multiple times from weverse shop and it has always been a poor experience. The shipping takes way longer than the expected time the app gives, you can’t track and see where it is because it always says in transit.

Weply was better. Shipping fees are ridiculous for Canadians. I wish we had other options apart from DHL since the extra hidden fees are sometimes more than the shipping itself. In addition to that, it takes 1-3 weeks for items to get shipped out after they’re supposed to be released for a preorder. ummm....no. As a Canadian this is ridiculous. The Canadian currency and the currency of other countries should be available. Confusing. I received an email about not being able to ship to my address and to change it. I have not changed my address at all since getting the app and have had no problems with orders being shipped before. They have me a form to change the address but it was only for America. When I went to the app again to inquire about this issue the “contact us” under customer service was no where to be found. This was after the app was updated. Now I am stuck between emailing people telling me to go through the app for help and no being able to go through the app and I have no idea what’s going to happen with my order. I also have May things pre ordered that are gifts and “BE” that I am now concerned about. Very frustrating and stressful.

Never marks my order as delivered and mistakes with inclusions and damaged packaging. 1.) It’s probably because I live in a small city in Canada, but that shouldn’t be an excuse. It bothers me seeing my orders just end up getting marked with ”in transit” forever. Please fix this. 2.) I received my ENHYPEN albums today and the plastic case was folded and created a crease. I wouldn’t mind if it were small, but I can’t even straighten it! I previously ordered another ENHYPEN album, and they sent me the wrong poster. It was for the Dawn version of the album when I got a Dusk version. My albums were also wet. There was water on the clear story cover, the cd, and the outsides of the photobook. Everything was wet except for the inside of the photobook. It surely wasn’t dripping, but it was bad enough that it could potentially damage the paper on the album. On the bookmark, the ”peel to reveal the message” sticker wasn’t there. I also ordered the ENHYPEN neck pillow because I wanted the photo cards that came with it. I was extremely disappointed when the package didn't come with the photo cards. It must’ve been a limited time only deal, but I am sure that I had purchased it when the photo cards were still given out. The stitching on the neck pillow was also inconsistent. It was perfect, except for about 3 inches of stitching. That spot was stitched in a zigzag pattern and some of the stuffing was coming out! 3.) We should be able to write a review for products because how else would we be able to give them feedback about the merch we got? It’s beneficial for both the seller and buyer, so I don’t see why not? The sellers can see what they have to improve on, and if they get good reviews, they get more sales. The buyers would be able to trust the shop with reviews. We’ll be reassured that our money won’t go to waste. I also want to be able to help them see their mistakes, and inform other people about what happened.

Terrible ARMY customer service. I have been purchasing official BTS merch long before weverse came along. I used to be able to communicate with a real person whenever i have issues with my order. I still have multiple items pending from my previous membership kit package that is not delivered to this date of writing this review and when i tried to contact them, it is that damn computer automated answers that doesn’t save the day. Also, weverse use DHL who is a bunch of crooks asking for extra payment for duty taxes. I used to receive my merch via Canada Post without being taxed!!!! It is a hassle having to self clear the item tk avoid dhl’s extra money making scheme. Does HYBE own weverse? Anyone has an idea? I want to write to Bang Shi Hyuk to complain because i have been a loyal BTS army who supported BTS with all of my earnings! And yes plus the fact that all of my orders are from CANADA & they use USD as form of payment is also another issue for us Canadians

STREAM BUTTER ITS GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN 🧈 ✨😌. It’s an awesome app for those who can afford extra BTS merch and other artists merch. I personally go in there and “online shop” lol. The only issue that I have with this app is that there is NO GODDAMN SEARCH BAR. For the longest time, I’ve waiting since getting the app for maybe an update where they’ll add one but NO, nothing 😭. I love the app and layout don’t get me wrong, it’s just a little difficult and tiresome going through every category till you get where you want to be. Keep the layout of course just add a search bar please. Also there’s a lot of Canadian users as well and they should take into consideration that prices. When we convert the prices of the products from USD to CAD, it’s adds like $3-$10 extra dollars which really sucks cause some of the smaller and inexpensive products then aren’t worth the money cause it gets expensive for its value and size. The only thing I’ve bought is a bang bang con ticket so you wouldn’t know how much shipping cost but I’m sure (because I’m in Canada) that it’ll be around $7-$15 dollars or more which is even more discouraging when shopping. But I didn’t receive any presale code at the day of the presale! Customer support isn’t responsive!! I love but HATE it. I preordered a TXT album and I never got my preorder benefit. I also contacted Weverse but they have yet to respond to me. I love the merchandise sold on Weverse, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible. Weverse also tends to make a lot of mistakes and dumb choices which is so annoying and frustrating.

Restock. PAYPAL🙄. Can you guys restock the moa bong I’ve been waiting very long, I would also like if you guys give us notifications when something goes in stock, especially if it’s a popular item. Could be better. I am a BTS and BP fan. I was excited to see BP had joined Weverse along with BTS. Here are some of the issues I have constantly encountered with buying from BTS’s shop. If I select the US shop, I have to wait two more extra months than the global orders. Which to me doesn’t make any sense? Also the last few times I’ve ordered I tend to save to save when my item is supposed to ship, but I’ve noticed that they’re delayed by like almost a whole month. What doesn’t make any sense to me is why is the 2022 seasons greetings getting to US fans starting February? I should have just bought it from the global shop and spent an extra $5 to have my order here in time for Christmas. Another issue I have is because of how delayed everything is, there really is no ideal shipping date. It would be nice if there could be like an ideal shipping date placed on the order page. Not on the page where you buy the product because that changes if the company stocks more. I have been struggling to remember when my stuff ships these last few times and I can never find the ship date for when I ordered. I feel like I am in the dark about why everything in the US is being delayed. The last few times things have been delayed the only explanation I really have been given is due to the COVID situation. Which okay sure, but it doesn’t give us any new dates or when they have a deadline to get everything shipped with the delays. It’s confusing to me. Why even have the US shop if all you’re going to do is delay the shipment by two whole months?

horrible service and shipping takes months. an album hadn’t arrived for 8 months and i was never notified of what was happening with it. i emailed a staff member and they pretty much said “it’s too late now. you’re not getting your money back” they make it extremely difficult to reach customer service because they have you talk with a robot instead

Shipping is horrible. Please allow us to purchase a CD of jhopes new album! I use cd’s in my car still and I’m very disappointed that it’s only available digitally.

My order got returned but they didn't return my money. I ordered my season greeting on November 2, 2021 but it got returned because the DHL company and they returned it but my money still hasn't been paid back to me. I contacted the website but no respond yet.

Cant get it to respond. I have tried to buy something from this app for 2 days, and it won’t recognize my email and password repeatedly. When I try to reset the password, I cannot get any prompt to do that. I cannot reset on either the website or the app.

Bts membership kit. So I bought the membership and the membership kit in August 2020 and I have not received my membership kit and it’s already January 2021!!! I went to customer service and that didn’t help at all. What is going on?! When will me kit come??? At least they could send a notice or an email or something to let me know.

Trash. Terrible customer service, takes days to reply for a simple issue. Shipping is to expensive. Even the US shop is higher than global. Most quality of items aren’t even that good, especially the albums. Don’t recommend buying merch from here, a waste of money.

FRAUD. Completely and utter fraud. Don’t do any work with this company as they’ll steal your money without giving you anything you promised. Then they’ll refuse a refund as well.

No support for return exchange. When I have an issue with my order it want me to upload photo and submit but it keep saying I did not upload photo, no way to submit my return.

Terrible customer service. The customer service section is a nightmare. It might as well not be included in the app. They have charged my account and have never sent the items.

wont load. The app won’t load, i’ve been waiting for a while after I clicked on something I want to purchase & the app just won’t load. This obviously is a problem considering the fact that groups can have online concerts or just things you want to buy and you can’t because the app won’t load.

Only PayPal ?. I have bought something off of weverse before and it mutiple payment methods but after it just says PayPal and I don’t have PayPal. Is there another way i can pay for things without PayPal?

add more payment options !. i tried buying the member ship through the guest thing on paypal and it kept saying card declined or it wasn’t working? the only option it had was paypal ... and the shipping is also more than the membership itself? i never had good experience with this app.. they literally robbed like $74 from me.

This app is amazing!. My first order was excellent! But the shipping fee to USA is too expensive. (Around $14 USD) I order an army bomb on 12/5 and arrived on 12/15. It was still kinda long but I’m happy with my package! I absolutely recommend this to buy your group merchandise.

Shipping cost. I don’t know why the shipping has now doubled was the $30 not good enough the shipping is not $40-$50 which I think is just not worth it.

TERRIBLE Customer Service. Terrible customer service. It’s possible to get a refund and even to request the exchange. Unfortunately this is the only platform that sells “official” Kpop Merchandise with participating Kpop groups. You can purchase these merchandise on third-party sites but comes with the cost and potential fraud. The app glitches when there’s too many people on the app.

widgets. love the app but can you do another update so i can put the app as a widget for my iphone?? it had that feature before but after i updated to ios 15 it wasn’t there anymore and it’s still not there even after ios 16. pls i want to track my orders easier without having to open the app everytime

Defect Item/Bad Customer Service. I got the DNA pouch but it came totally defected. The design was printed upside down AND inside out so I couldn't even close it. Customer service told me they would refund me if I ship it back.. not even free shipping back to them when I already paid $23 for the shipping to get to me?! Really makes me second guess getting more items from Weverse Shop.

Worst App Possibly Everr. Horribly slow, can never get what you want, crashes all the time. You would think after 3 years of developing they would have some changes but it’s about as bad as it was when it was first launched.

I love it. I use it for all my TxT, BTS, and Enhypen stuff, it’s great. It makes it so easy, plus the stuff is cute. I ordered so much stuff off there rip my savings acc💀

SCAM. Placed an order in February for a BTS membership when it was global shipping only and throughout the year I’ve contacted support multiple times wondering when the physical box was going to arrive and kept getting different answers. Now I can’t contact support anymore. Horrible communication and steals money. If I ever get my package I will update but I will never trust this store

Scam. I placed an order on Feb 28th and I still didn't get my order. I was told to wait wait and wait but now 2020 is over yet still my order didn't come. Be aware. You might donate your money and never get the product.

I like using this app but I couldn’t scan some of the QR codes I have for some of the albums I have for when I got them because the app wouldn’t work to let me get the badges and Weverse cash and now that I downloaded the app again after so long and I can’t now because its pass the time

notifications. I love the app but I notice we don’t get notifications when there are restocks so I think they should change that so it’s easier for us to be alerted in advance.

The worst customer service and scam. Followed every step to register for blackpink presale and received no code(same situation as links a million other Blinks). Customer service would not resolve the case and not hello at all. Definitely felt like robbed and total scam. Be aware!!!
