DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!. I am warning anybody and everybody. Do not start anything on HIMS. You cannot get out of your purchases or subscriptions. You can only pause them. Super hard to delete your account and customer service is horrible. Had a guy named “NOAH” helping me out and because I didn’t responde in 5 minutes he told me he was leaving the chat because it had been a while since I responded. They had me waiting 24hrs for a response or any help. I had a phone call I needed to answer for work and instead was told “take care and wish you the best” after being told I was taking a while to reply. Didn’t realize 5mins was an inconvenience as I was given 24hrs. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and my account and they’re dodging me. Going to have to leave a comment and review on BBB. They added more stress in the past 3 days and I was supposed to be getting treatment for it. Not helpful and horrible that you can’t cancel either or.

Horrible company. Miserable customer service experience and lacking ethics.. I was a customer for years and really liked the products after trying most. Basic features have been removed. Control over what you receive and when has been systematically removed over time in a clearly overt effort to boost profit. Everything is structured to keep you subscribed and make it a pain to cancel, then burn you on what you’re owed once you cancel. Basic customer service is a completely miserable experience. Literally one of the worst I’ve ever gone through and it’s 2023. They won’t refund or change anything no matter how soon you try after an order is “placed”. They won’t provide itemized receipts or even any coherent receipt that says anything about what you’re paying for. They won’t allow you to remove all cards from your account. The accounts get cancelled as a “service” so any prepaid services you have prepaid for and not yet received are just theft by this company. No partial refund for unused services and no fulfillment of prepaid services up to the point of the end of the prepaid time period. All around a bad company that’s clearly ethically devoid and lost us as long term customers.

Information. Overall information was very helpful I learned a lot from watching the videos I am grateful to have this chance to be able to experience the affect of taking my medication and how it will improve my relationship with my woman.

Unhelpful staff. I have been trying to get a provider to reach out to me about getting my medicine quicker, 5 people have told me a provider would reach out to me but hasn’t, after Ive been complaining about withdrawals, them not even fulfilling my medicine to ship out over a 5 business day period of me asking for help shows they don’t care about customers this led to me having to go to ER for violent withdrawal symptoms the staff thinks that if they use kind and professional words it makes them seem like a better company but you have to actually listen and problem solve not just be understanding low rating from me

Would highly advise against using this service. I tried to use this app when experiencing some anxiety. Did the online exam and after three weeks I reached out to customer service because I hadn’t heard anything back. Next thing I heard was that I needed to redo the exam because it was expired. Then the program wouldn’t sign in after I redid the exam. Which I was told is some bug they’re trying to work out. You can easily schedule a visit to real doctor in the time it takes this place to respond.

Works for me. Been using hims for two years now and I have no complaints. Just know what you’re signing up for. It’s subscription based so their not going to make it easy to cancel like many other subscription based services. Just how she goes. Products work for me, but do your own research. If your cool with the possible side effects and don’t feel like making a doctors appointment then hims is the way to go.

It surprised me. Honestly I didn't know what to expect from it. But I'm happy I got it. I thought it was going to be one of those apps where you fill out all of your info and then it tells you, you have to pay to see the results and that's not the case. And it was super easy to use. I did it on my 20 minute lunch break and it responded fast. I got my medicine in the mall the next day. Would strongly recommend it to anyone that doesn't have the time or doesn't like going to the doctors to try this app

Over charged twice. I won’t be using hims anymore after my second bad experience with them. Over charged twice. I canceled my subscription with them after the first time, then signed up again a year later. The second charge was more than what they said, by a lot! I canceled again after this last experience and won’t be returning to do business with them ever again. I will say though, the first time they refunded about half my money after being charged for a whole year at once. The second time they refunded my money that day. I do appreciate that.

Can’t cancel subscription in app. You can’t cancel the subscription in app - what’s the point of even having it if you can’t manage your subscription on here? No notice of renewal either, which is also a huge bummer 👎🏽 When you do go to cancel on the website, it takes like 8 steps to cancel the subscription. Using dark UX patterns to trick users / make it difficult for them to cancel is so unethical. Up to this point, I was really enjoying the overall experience. UPDATE: there’s no return policy, and support in-app is powered by automated responses from bots. Deleting my account as soon as they allow me to (by the way, signing up is consenting to giving your health data, so deleting your account is not the same as other apps). Don’t bother reaching out to support - you won’t get any responses.

The New App is Amazing. Love the experience of this app across the board. The programs that go along with my prescription are really educational and helpful in keeping me excited about my improvements. Shopping experience is great too. Can’t wait for the new products to drop!

This New App Is Soooo Good!. As a long-time Hims user, I have to say, I always thought the site experience was good but nothing that really stood out. This new app has totally changed that. Super easy to navigate, full of really helpful content—both created by Hims and from the Hims community—and very easy to utilize to chat with your doctors, set up a new consultation or explore products and service you may not have otherwise thought about. Simply put, if the site experience was something that I would try to get through as quickly as possible, the app experience makes me want to hang out, explore and discover. Not to mention the visual appearance is fantastic. Check it out! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible. Worst app in the world. They sign you up for auto subscription without your knowledge, make it almost impossible for you to cancel, and then when you finally figure out how to cancel and spend 30-45 minutes doing so they will still charge you and say you never canceled. You have to open up a live chat to cancel but you can’t do anything else while you’re doing so because if you go to a different app or tab it will back you out of the chat and you have to start all over again and rejoin the queue. They’re gonna make someone lose their license.

Excellent customer service. I am a new customer, and had a couple issues with someone stealing my mail. The customer service was amazing. Very quick to respond, quick to send a replacement free of charge, and even gave me a partial refund on an unexpected automatic refill. I am very impressed and happy to get my prescription with minimal hassle. Would highly recommend!

Long delays and no support. After over a week of wait my order has still not been fulfilled. I’ve heard nothing from Hims about it. I tried to contact support. The concierge in the app doesn’t reply, the phone nr rings for minutes before telling me to call later and my email was answered with a message that said it’d take up to 7 days to get a reply!!! Not sure what to do next other than advice everyone to avoid this company. Low inventory happens to most companies from time to time. However, hiding it and letting people still order is criminal!

Horrible Service. Most bizarre interaction with a doctor I’ve ever had. It’s clear these people don’t know what they’re doing. I came to Hims for ease of use and price, but I’d already been assessed, diagnosed, and treated by several doctors in the past. I filled out the Hims assessment, which is sparse and leaves no room to explain anything, and waited for the result. They got back to me and told me that they could not see me. No explanation given. Surprised, I responded with my history, thinking that since their assessment does such a poor job providing the necessary information for a doctor to make a decision, they’d see my response and change their minds. The doctor responded by saying that because I had taken a particular medication in the past, they couldn’t see me. Here’s the problem: I was prescribed it 20 years ago for reasons other than the reasons it is usually prescribed, only took it for a few months, and then stopped taking it. Any other doctor would have asked all of these questions to get a full history. Instead, Hims just denied me service without getting my history and without any consultation. Bizarre. I’ve never felt so unheard by a medical professional. Stay away. These people don’t know what they’re doing.

$. Everything way over priced, in fact you can actually buy their shampoo at Walgreens for only 2/3 the price. Advertises their minox with a picture of a big bottle for what looks like $45 but actually costs $130, which won’t really last you 3 months like they claim and with their recommendation of only using once per day you definitely aren’t going to see any positive progress. Instead go to RO and get the minox pills and fin pills. You will see improvements that way ;)

Credit card required, no cancellation option. I wanted to try out Hims to get a fast convenient refill option. It was expensive and didn’t work for me since I found a MUCH cheaper option for the same thing. They take your credit card and start a monthly prescription that is charged and sent monthly. You can pause this but then you have to remember to go in and change it regularly or it will automatically send and charge you. The medication I chose is “as needed” so I don’t need it on a regular schedule. I need it when I am ready for it and will request it. I tried to cancel my account but the instructions to do so on the website and the app are false. I cannot cancel myself. I have emailed customer service and am waiting to hear back. I hate having my credit card held ransom by companies.

They don’t care. After paying for my three month prescription I waited three weeks to have them say it was delivered when I never received anything I asked my neighbors and no one had seen it after going back to the app to chat with support they acted as if they didn’t care when I got it or to make it right and here I thought it was gonna help me instead made my condition worse I’m never gonna use them again and I don’t recommend anyone using them if they don’t care about there customers

Nice update. Seems like there's been a huge update to the app, looks impressive! I wish there were more payment methods as it's a bit inconvenient for me to manually provide credit card details

Gee. Hello the videos is very helpful. Help me understand more about erection dysfunction. I’m trying my personal subscribed prescription for the first time this holiday weekend with my partner. I’m looking forward to pleasing her and hopefully get back to enjoying the sex that we used to have so these meds and the videos makes sense together and I should have a lovely holiday. It’s been four years I talk to my doctors nothing seem to get done nothing seems to work so I’m hoping that this one does he goes nothing thanks and I will give update on my performance after the holidays. Please stay tuned.

No easy way to cancel your subscription!. Careful! I’m the manage subscription area, they only offer a snooz for one month option. There should be a clear and easy way to CANCEL your subscription!!! I don’t want a surprise charge on my bank account in a few months, I want to be able to actually cancel my subscription.

Happy customer. I have been using Hims now for more than two years and could no be more happy with their products. I am happy with this new app, i can now manage my account and order products easier. I have progress pictures of my hair and a long list of friends and coworkers that can attest to how bald i was. I love their products and now im loving the new app.

Absolute scam. Medication is way over priced, they’ll send out lexapro or etc but can’t send the required medication to combat the symptoms that the medication will cause to increase meaning you need to go to a doctor for that. Then charge you randomly saying they charge seven days before your subject to run out. Well I paid on the 1st recieved my medicine on the 6th and got charged again on the 23rd the math doesn’t work it’s a 30 day supply and now they refuse to refund me although my new order hasn’t shipped and I canceled on the 23rd as soon as I saw the charge pop up in my notifications. And their response is you can safely dispose of the medication by reading said link in the email, this is an absolute scam

AMAZING PRODUCTS!. I’ve been using Hims not for a couple years. I don’t go a day without it now. It has been a total refresh. My favorite products are the night cream, everyday moisturizer and of course the sleep gummies to help me sleep! I’m super excited they have an easy to use app now!

disappointed. I was eager to use the Hims hair product I heard good things, so I went online and made my order when the order came I was so disappointed because each bottle was missing at least a third of the spray on oil product. I contacted him immediately to no prevail. It seemed like chasing a rabbit down the hole I sent pictures of the bottles as soon as they directed me to, however, it didn’t seem like anybody really wanted to ensure that I was satisfied and received what I paid for. This is of a cheap product so to have a third out of each bottle missing was very disappointing. I’m still waiting and hoping that they will rectify this so we can move forward, I hope no one else has this problem hopeful that the product will work

Subscription scam. They use predatory behavior to ensure that they get their money for your subscription regardless of whether you need it or were told by their doctor to stop. They send no notifications when you’re order is going to ship and only afterward and then tell you there is nothing they can do because it “shipped”. Even if it’s sitting in their warehouse. Be very careful as if you are told to stop using the product due to side effects from a doctor on the platform, they don’t do anything to your subscription and will just ship and charge you for it.

Terrible App. Face ID does not work. Changed password successfully via email reset and website. New password does not work for the app. It’s 2 days prior to my auto-refill payment date? Coincidence? I actually wanted to order a refill sooner so the jokes on you, Hims. But yeah, your mobile app is basically worthless at best, and at worst this is a premeditated attempt to prevent people from cancelling auto-payment. I ordered more on the website which I can sign into. Thanks.

Simply great. The new app makes it way easy to manage and get a prescription, much easier than the website. I ordered some face wrinkle cream for my aging 50 year old body, and thought it worked quite good. There seems to many new products coming as well in the app, like mental health, back pain relief, acid reflux, birth control, etc. compared to Teledoc, this company seems much easier to get your basic health care needs. Thanks

Website has more info. Not sure what the point of the app is when the website shows more information. Funniest part, if you click on “Track my order” it has an ad asking you to download the app (that I’m already in). I guess if you really want push notifications this is app is for you. Otherwise just go to the site.

Must-Have Healthcare App!. I’ve been a long time supporter of the Hims&Hers brand! Their products have all hit the mark for me and this app is no different. Everything you could ever want and need in a healthcare app and not to mention it’s extremely intuitive and easy to use! Would definitely recommend downloading this app 👍

Can’t even make appointments for anything. It’s been over two weeks of waiting to make an appointment to talk with a physician and absolutely none have been available. For one day, there were some slots for the end of September, but there were only 4 and they were all during work hours. This service is absolutely unusable if you don’t have anyone available. Heck. I waited on live customer service for 20 minutes as number 1 in queue without being helped. Your entire service is absolutely useless if you can’t allow time slots to make appointments. It’s been almost 3 weeks for me waiting on a time, and there’s nothing available. I will never recommend this to anyone at all

Product worked, but they hook you and you can’t re order. The product is expensive and it works well, but when you go to re-order, the product gets lost in shipment multiple times. They gave me hope for a solution to my hair loss…I ordered my replacement with more than enough time for my refill to be received, but estimated shipping through the app is far from accurate. I have seen results, but who knows how long it will actually take to receive my second order. My first re-order.

Amazing customer service!. I only had to wait on the phone for 10 seconds before someone picked up, which is unlike any other local pharmacy or telemedicine service I’ve ever used. Plus they have lots of options and easy to use app.

ED treatment proven. I was thinking that I would not have to experience good sex again in my life but when I met HIMS things went differently. I’m happy that I gave it a try and I’m satisfied. Now I know how to face ED. Thanks to the HIMS team for your effort, it’s really appreciated by everyone who tried it. Be blessed.

Behind the times. Hims & Hers products are okay at best, but the shipping time is absolutely behind every other company on the planet. You can very easily have something shipped from across the world trekked through tropical rain forests, then canoed the Nile river, loaded onto Santa Maria and unicycled to your house. Faster than what these folks can get you a simple subscription that they have no problem with charging you for 2-4 weeks before you get it. I know ‘Roman’ 2-day airs their stuff. Maybe they can steal their logistics coordinator because this one isn’t very up with modern times.

Best Yet!!. I have tried a lot of different online mental health sites! With Hims I was instantly connected with an awesome therapist who I connected with right away! I’m super excited to start the medications I have coming! Give a try! If it’s not for you it’s not for you but I will 100% recommend Hims and Hers to everyone I know!

This app is a SCAM. They lock you into a subscription you don’t even know you’re signing up for by hiding the language in the middle of paragraphs long disclosures. Then 6 months later without any warning whatsoever you get a shipping notification for more product and are hit with another charge for hundreds of dollars. Again, there’s NO WARNING this is about to ship/be charged/etc. Other subscription services I’ve been a part of have had the moral fortitude to actually warn you before another payment is about to be due. To not do this is morally bankrupt, especially when you’re talking about a non-refundable charges of hundreds of dollars. Customer support is absolutely useless, it’s clear this is part of their business model because they are quick to tell you there are no returns and no refunds. The product had just shipped that very day and it was already too late to cancel, return, or get a refund. Save your money and shop elsewhere, this place is a SCAM.

As advertised. I think that really sums it up. They offer certain medications for certain reasons. You tell them what you’re interested in, they ask you questions and if you qualify based on your answers then they send you the meds you ask for. If you want to change your prescription be it a different medication or a different quantity you can literally get on the app and it’s stupid easy. If you don’t have the bread to cover it at the moment you can just “snooze” the prescription, and then if you end up with the money later you can simply click “refill now” like I just did and you get your script soon after. I honestly don’t pay attention to how long it takes to ship but it seems fairly quick. I don’t remember ever feeling like I was waiting forever for them. Oh, and also you can chat with your medical provider at anytime though the app and I’ve never waited longer than a few hours for a response. Under normal circumstances you just get your little brown box in the mail and you don’t have to mess with anything but enjoying feeling better or giving it to your wife. The only negative I have… is that it seems expensive. I’m not really knowledgeable but it seems very expensive for the sort of thing it is. Surely it’s not that expensive to produce and provide, but what do I know. I’m a satisfied customer though, that’s a certainty.

Solid app and interface. I was using the Hims website prior to downloading the app. The app makes it easier to buy products and stay up to date with any community or information updates. Found it useful and I’m definitely happy with the products they’ve sent over.

Great app, easy access to what I need. Been using the app for therapy and it’s so simple to use. First time I’ve ever done therapy, and the easy onboarding and no-pressure approach is great. More than anything I love the price transparency. I HATE being caught off guard by medical prices months after an appointment. With Hims, I always know what to expect I’ll pay. Love it.

absolute waste of time. update because the reply ticked me off more. “medical reactions” while the real doctor that i actually believe knows what they’re doing flat out approves and has now put me on the exact medications i needed (that you offer) after confirming there would be no reaction expected other than what is possible from known side effects. stop making excuse and just admit y’all keep screwing up. by far the worst experience i have ever had. i let them know i use thc once daily and was told i was a heavy user and that was the cause of my mental illness. if these are in fact real doctors they need to do some research. and learn tableside manners. i have many screen shots over the 72 hours it took to even convince someone to review my request. this is ridiculous and an absolute waste of energy and phone storage

Love this app and their hair products!!. The Hims app makes it super easy to order their products right on there. I love their hair masks they help so much in the winter when my hair gees super dry. Their melatonin is great too. The app is super user-friendly and there are so many different forums you can use to get help!! 😊

Feeling optimistic. I haven’t received my medication yet, but I’ve been watching many of the videos that they provide as helpful and educational information about what Ed is, what Pe is, the main underlying causes of these conditions. Suggestions for multiple types of treatment and or combinations of treatment, like as in, therapy + specific exercises + a recommended dosage of a recommended medication or any combination of 2 of the 3. There’s much more information, suggestions, and a team of licensed physicians specialized in this field that are truly there to help and accessible through the app to speak with at any time.

Buyer beware. They make it extremely difficult to cancel once you have a prescription. The instructions to cancel in their help center don’t work and they make you wait for providers to reach out to be able to cancel. They’ll tell you this is for safety so they can provide tapering instructions, but they’ll let you delay shipments whenever you want without provider approval. They don’t take insurance and charge full price so this should be a last ditch effort to use their prescription services.

Better way to see a doctor. The app is great. Overall this service is a much better way to see a doctor for basically all typical health needs. Getting mental health and general health care in the same place is brilliant and not having to drive to the pharmacy is an extra bonus.

Shady business. Not only is the medicine not effective for me but the worst part is that there is no way to cancel future subscriptions. They say there is but when you try to cancel there is no option, only to snooze. Plus there is notification that they have intentions of shipping until it’s too late and they take another $239 from your checking for a product you won’t even use. Very shady. Should have straightforward cancel button but this is done deliberately so don’t be fooled

They’ve helped me improve my life!. I spent much of my life knowing that I should seek treatment for my anxiety and depression, however I was always too anxious and embarrassed to bring it up with a doctor. I’m glad I chose Hims to help me take the steps needed to feel better. They have done a good job working with me to find a treatment that works for me. I’m happy to say that 3+ months into treatment, I’m doing A LOT better! (A life changer for me!)

Wow! It’s about time!. Wow - who knew that accessing psychiatric care through an app could be such a massive improvement from in-person care! I have 35 years of dealing with our broken mental health system and literal trauma from extremely bad care. This app is thoughtful, proactive, compassionate, informative and most of all…wonderfully accessible! All I can say is THANK YOU for creating this! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

They will not delete your account. Tried to use and was denied so I naturally wanted to delete my account. Well the only way to do that is to email them and after months of waiting for an email saying they will not delete it. I emailed back asking why and have not received a response In months. Save your time and just see a doctor. Edit: now the company updates their website and sends the same response to every negative review instead of actually reading why people had bad experiences and trying to solve them. It has been two years and I still have not gotten a response to why they refuse to delete my account, don’t waste your time.

Password issue. Can’t even get into the app. I set my password using a web browser initially, then tried to log into the app and it keeps saying incorrect password. I have reset and re-entered my password 3x and have tried numerous times to log in, and it keeps saying incorrect password. Weird cause it works when I enter that same password on their website using a browser.

Simple Process. Hims is an excellent app, simple to use and quick, I had my prescription approved within several hours.

Doctors mislead to sell faulty products. I was on the fence about using a hair loss treatment program, and was convinced by the “doctors” on the app that the side affects were minimal. I didn’t realize that the doctors are hired by HIMS to push a product, not to provide independent medical advice about it. I stopped using the product after a few days into the 6month program, and they refused a refund. Stay away from this app if you know what’s good for you.

I’m happy enough with it. Took the money out immediately then 3 days later it got fulfilled 4 days after that I got it

Terrible. From doctors who don’t know what they’re doing to a pure scam for money. They will wrongfully diagnose but also refuse treatment for anything the same category. Responses were almost automated and they didn’t care to listen or ask questions just sent prescriptions without asking at all the primary care pays or subscriptions are considered a co pay and you will not be refunded even if they refuse to try and treat you in the categories that they said they treat on websites.

Watch out for the “subscription”. The app and the products are fine. They work and generally easy to maneuver the site. Everything is fine there. However, it’s a subscription based company and they don’t give you a heads up when you renew. They also won’t return products after/during shipment. Beware.

App is awesome. Great job to the developers and team who put this app together! Easy to navigate, use, and get what I need done quick!

It works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I got some hims to help me last longer and it works grate I can’t even have sex for the amount of time it works. I get to exhausted and sweaty. So I take a brake and go agin and agin in tell it stops working. Witch seems like forever. It works to well. Lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer support. I find that your business model is such that you don’t deal with customers and it is extremely difficult to get in touch with a real person! I’ve been trying for days to get my prescription straightened out and having a difficult time dealing with customer support in real time, very difficult!

This is the way to go. They’ve prescribed me what I need with some very simple questions. There was no hassle and they are understanding. I look forward to my relationship with hims.

Scammers and high pressure sales people. I ordered some ED pills over the holidays. Then they tried to charge me again a few months later . I had to call them and they agreed to give me a refund but not first without trying to gaslight me and telling me that I must keep renewing because I am their patient. Then they want me to wait 5-10 days for a refund. Go somewhere else .

Warning! Delays in shipping. I’ve been using hims for topical finasteride and minoxidil for 6 months, I’m starting to see progress and improvement. But now, their pharmacy is delayed and I’ll be without the medication for over a week, jeopardizing the results completely. What’s worse, you cannot get topical finasteride from a local pharmacy and the concierge does nothing to help solve the problem except offer future discounts. Really frustrating.

Finally an updated App!!. Love shopping on the website- glad with this new app, there are so many neat interactive tools and a Live Chat! Can’t wait to place more orders and start using some of the neat features

Nice update. Seems like there's been a huge update to the app, looks impressive! I wish there were more payment methods as it's a bit inconvenient for me to manually provide credit card details

Can’t set up an appt in the app, and no appts available. It took 5 days to even see an appointment option, all while actively trying to get help from a Hims rep, which is nearly impossible. Once it was setup, it apparently takes more than 2 days to even ship, let alone the actual shipment time. Feels really inefficient.

Charged again for something I don’t need. They make you subscribe without your notice . I took the medication for the first time I got very dizzy and had to rush to hospital X I never had one after that . Hims still decides to ship me another time without my confirmation or without any doctor checking up on me before sending the next batch .

Complete scam. Absolute waste of money and time. The useless video tutorials are just crappy infomercials for the product you already bought. They are of NO help whatsoever. It’s also impossible to cancel your subscription without contacting customer service to have them do it. Just an all round awful experience. I feel stupid for trying and being duped.

Really easy. The App makes it so easy to understand the different types of medications out there. Gets you in contact with a doctor. Pretty quickly. I defiantly recommend Hims.

Unresponsive. Waste of space. The app stays on the white screen with “Hims” forever. Never goes past this screen. Waited for an update to see if it would be fixed, and nothing. At least the “Hims & Hers” white screen is replaced now. Probably will delete and just rely on the Safari website portal. Will try again in a few months I guess.

Slow boat from China. I ordered this product end of last week and have yet to receive it. That’s entirely to long! Not happy at all with the fact it has taken so long.

Completely useless. Absolutely useless unless you want medication to become suicidal, had me waiting 5 days during a benzo withdrawal which had me hospitalized, took 5 days for them to tell me they can’t prescribe useful medication, only the ones with severe side effects, I’ve been on alprazolam since I was 13, I take my meds as prescribed, yet the doctor reached out to me finally, had zero sympathy and treated me like a junkie if I could give 0 stars you’d be in the negatives

Not made for smaller screens.. I have an iPhone SE and the first screen that comes up I can’t scroll it up to see the button at the bottom you are supposed to press to advance to your messages. It sits just beyond being able to press the link at the bottom so I can’t advance any further. It’s unusable with my phone so 1 star.

Great products!. I originally started hims for depression/anxiety treatment but they offer so many other great services and products! From mental health to sexual health they’ve got you covered :)

HIMS is GREAT!. The app is really great! I am a HIMS user and have seen tremendous hair growth using their products. I highly recommend this to anyone. The products are effective and show up at my door with little to no effort from my side. The convenience and effectiveness is amazing!

Ok product bad company. Asked for a refund same day I was charged for my renewal and they said their was nothing they could do, also there are no notifications for telling you you’re about to be charged, they’ll give you a notification for a new product to sell you but not one to let you know you’re about to be charged over 300$

Great Update. I’ve been a hims customer a while and this app feels like the app I expected all along from hims. Amazing update. Only thing I’d still love to see is Apple Pay!

Take your money and stop responding. My finasteride medication has been “being filled by pharmacy” for almost a week. Reached out to support days ago and still no response. Quick to take your money though, but once that’s paid good luck getting any service. I’d recommend going to a local doctor, by the time the medicine is filled I’m going to look like Mr. Clean.

Sign in needed every time I open the app!. This is one of the most aggravating applications I have on my iPhone. Every single time I launch the app it requires a fresh sign and it doesn’t save any sign in information even though it’s in my keychain. I’m tech savvy as heck and this is ridiculous. Other than this issue support is incredible within the app and I’ve really been impressed by how thorough and easy it is to access assistance once I sign in.

Service. Horrible 2 weeks before they started to ship an order they were saying the reason was because my cc info was wrong and denied. In fact payment had been processed 2 weeks prior and they had arrange for 2nd order but hadn’t filled the first. They only filled when I sent an e mail and told them the had 24 hrs to send my order. Next day said my order was on the way. Just cancelled subscription and mints didn’t work. THIEVES,KROOKS,SCAMMERS

Hims/ ED. I feel like it may have initially aroused me, but as far as the increased sex or getting hard or staying hard I have yet to see that in my performance.

Joke “medical” company. Medical company yet they won’t provide a detailed receipt that lists and prices what you buy, your name, billing info, etc. go to a real doctor so your insurance or health savings account can reimburse or cover you. Called customer support about this, told we don’t provide a detailed or itemized receipt for what you buy. What kind of medical company does that? Going somewhere else.

Just see a traditional doctor. The hims provider recommended multiple medications I was not familiar with. After I expressed concern at the number of side effects, they told me that being concerned with side effects was an indication that I wasn’t ready for treatment and that I needed to trust their “trial and error”. It was truly unprofessional and honestly frightening that a physician would speak to someone in a vulnerable mental state seeking help that way. Avoid this app.

Confidence change. These pills work after a long marriage I was not use to other women and had trouble these helped me get over the awkwardness fast.

Lots of useful information, occasional glitches. I always get quick responses on this app which I appreciate! The app also has a lot of really useful resources. The Face ID doesn’t work on this app alone on my iPhone 14 Pro. Is this an issue for anyone else?

Future of Telemedicine. Do not sleep on this brand! This mobile app is truly transformative which covers an incredible array of health topics. I’m loving everything from it so far

Do not take your health serious. They are in it for $$. Doctors prescribed me something that was directly against what my in person doctor recommended. They do not prescribe or ask you enough questions to be able to prescribe you meds. They will still charge you even if you try to cancel. Don’t use HIMS. Go to an actual doctor.

Best customer service. Love this app. Great way to get medicine without going to a doctor in person. Whenever I’ve had an question customer service has helped right away.
