App issues. Downloaded the app through the website and trying to apply for advertising and it’s not working. Contact support twice and no answer.

App one day ahead. Why is the app one day ahead I noticed that today Thursday and the app says I drove # of hours on Thursday when I haven’t drive on Thursday????

Accurate. I Can drive +12 hours and it still reports 0-2 hours of driving when I been driving for 300 miles

40 hrs for two weeks. Hey I've downloaded the app and have been driving more than 40 hrs the past two weeks. What happens next?

Stuck on Orange Firefly Logo Screen. Worked for a day now it won’t work on my iPhone X. Stuck on the orange logo screen.

App not working. I have the sign and it tracks some of my hours but it doesn’t seem to be tracking all. I’ve driven around for a few hours today and it still says zero. Something is wrong the app use to work better than this.

App not working. The app keeps telling to keep it running, but it is already. It’s been two day where it only displays an orange screen and does not do anything else!!

I don’t understand when the week ends and finished.. I had driven 36 hours until Saturday and on Sunday didn’t get any miles when I was diving for more than 4 hours. Then the app now shows that hours for next week. Very upset!!

I knew something was wrong.. After driving with this app for 3-4 weeks, I have yet to get the advertising sign. Ive drive 50/60(or more) hours a week. My spirt has been telling me that I’ve should’ve been accomplished 40 hrs but I haven’t. Now I’m looking at other peoples comments and I know I’m right now. It’s no coincidence that we’re all complaining about the same thing. Smh

Why bother?. Been driving for 40 - 50 hours each week since the app was released. The company hasn’t contacted me nor is there a way to contact them about getting the install completed. It’s just a way for them to psd their data gathering. Update- now it’s erasing the 13 hours I did this week (Monday and Tuesday).

Disappointed. It’s been 3 weeks driving with the app open and I haven’t had any news from the company. I wonder for how long more I need to drive for the sing on my car. By the way, any type contact with the company is useless.

Wishy Washy. This company is very wishy washy. You work your rear end off proving to them that you drive the so called 40 hours per week - which by the way even Uber doesnt require to have their ad kiosk on your car - and they make all sorts of excuses. Most responses in communication are copy/paste and not real. Once you know you qualify they say your car isnt a fit for their system all the while showing you a link that it in fact is. Then they stop responding. Seems scammish to me.

Such a great service to boost income. Very excited to work with these guys and the app makes it even easier to earn extra money.

App broken. I have been driving over 45 hours a week and it’s not counting ! Now the app is completely down ! I drive uber and I drive over 45 hours weekly so I’m more than qualified

Good income easy MONEY. Here in Chicago want to the place met with Brandon great guy. He explained everything easy ready to go and make extra $$$

Doesn’t keep accurate mileage. My ride share app reads I’ve driven 135 hours over a 3 week span but fireflyon app reads only 111. About a half a weeks worth of driving not calculated. You’ll never get 40 hours for a week unless you drive 60 hours.

Firefly. This app is getting better and better every week.

Question. How or where do I start on getting the electric sign on top of my car? Please help

Intrusive. This app is extremely intrusive. There is zero reason why this app should be open or why it should open by itself. I have other apps that are considered dinosaurs compared to this app but they track my miles in the background without opening. I’ve missed a couple of deliveries on uber and doordash because this stupid app gets in the way. Deleting, garbage garbage.

I’ve learned they are growing. I got my screen a few months ago and was a little skeptical, because the app itself is, ok. Luckily the app is only used to show your hours. The guy at the office told me the screen does the tracking, not the phone. So sometimes the app would be a few hours off, but when I contacted support everything was there. To be honest the whole point is to just do your normal Uber and Lyft driving and you get paid extra money. It’s not rocket science. I was at the office and over heard drivers complaining about free money, “it’s not enough” or “I drive 90 hours a week why can’t I get more?” Calm down. Uber and Lyft have ONLY decreased their pay since day one in every single market and will continue until they have driverless cars. Any driver that doesn’t know that just started or hasn’t met a driver who has been doing it for a few years. Google “driver pay rate over the years”, you’ll understand after that. My point is they pay me to have a screen up there and I can take it off whenever I want. My car is only used for making money at this point, so why not. All the complaints on here are from the old screens. They have 3 different ones.. it’s on their dang website. Anyone on the fence about it, Google is one of their backers and the company so far for me has been solid. Easiest money I make in a month

Make some cash. I drive from Orange County to Los Angeles’s county on a daily basis I average about 28,0000 miles per year I don’t drive for Uber or Lyft but I still want to make some extra cash. Can’t I make some without be a driver for one of those companies.

Confused step. You need complete drive 40hr first in a week. I complete but how next step? Nothing show up in app. I have to go your office or you need more sometime. It confused.

Great to keep track of hours!. Really great way for me to keep track of my driving hours!

About hours. the application does not calculate my hours correctly, I drive at least 50 hours a week, it says 30 hours.

Don’t understand. What I don’t understand is that I drive Uber and do Uber eats I have been contacting you guys for a couple months week in and week out about the app not counting my hours my brother has his and referred me to firefly he did not have any of the issues that I’m having please help me I can send my hours on Uber showing tht I’m hitting the hours some one pls call or email me I have left that and my number in the customer contact in the app

Worst service don’t download app!!!. I expected better from this company due to the fact I was referred to it , but the fact I was left hanging , due to my representative being impatient , I contacted them multiple times and never got a response , they totally ignored me

Does not work/subtracts hours. Stuck on orange screen and always subtracts time the day after. Please Fix asap and I’ll delete this review

App don’t work. The app is supposed to be running in the background counting my hours of driving. It doesn’t. I keep getting notifications that the app needs to be open (it is). It only counts my driving time when the app is open on top, but I can’t have it open all the time because I’m working. I drove for over 8 hours yesterday and I’m about to hit 12 hours today and the app thinks I’ve only done 13 hours all week.

Driver. One of the best apps to make some extra money. Thank you firefly

Broken. The app isn’t working, I drove 50+ hours last week, it counted only 13.

App Doesn’t work. Downloaded this app on two separate occasions. Both occasions the app doesn’t record my mileage correctly and is off by 15+ hours. I’ve reached out to the support team, but they don’t help at all. Would of loved to use this as I am an Uber driver doing 50+ hours a week but I can’t because their app doesn’t work oh well

Horrible app. The new app doesn’t record time and mileage. I have proof I drove 40 hours on my door dash and Uber eats apps and this app only recorded 4 hours drive time. The new update is garbage! I reported it and the support team is useless

Timer and battery usage issue. I am totally disappointed. The app just show you how many hours you drive you don’t see how many hours and minutes. I drive more than 8 hours and it shows only 6 hours. They stealing your time. Also if you drive 39 hours in 2 weeks you won’t get any money and if you drive 79 hours in 2 weeks they pay you only for 60 hours and after that 2 weeks you are going to 0 hours again. It is cheating. you used our car for extra 19 hours and not paying anything. I am not sure if it is legal to not pay for working for them. Also their display broke my car alternator. When I went for installation they told me that it wont damage your car. I had it only for one day and my battery failed. I changed my battery and put new one but after 2 weeks my battery failed. I took my car to mechanic and they told me my alternator failed and I need to replaced it. I earned from them only $500 and now I have to spend more than $500 to replace my alternator. It will break your car.

Went downhill fast. This was a decent program at first, albeit the negatives of the terrible gas mileage, wear and tear on your vehicle, limited options for parking and security concerns. Still, it was seemingly worth doing... maybe. They have now cut the pay in half supposedly due to the pandemic. Sort of feel like a lot of companies are using that for an excuse but whatever. Not the point, point is the app does not work. It does not clock hours. I have driven 40 hours in this pay period and the app shows 22 hours. Also, at least every couple months you’ll be summoned to come in for a service request which consist of a few hours of your day to drive to wherever their new shop is without a waiting room and let them tear your car apart. If you actually do drive for Uber like myself that time alone cancels out any earnings created from this program. I’m one of the very first drivers on the platform and can attest to the history and the degradation of this program and company. Hail to the good old days when the shop was in San Francisco, refreshments and a nice bathroom were provided for the hour long wait on the service request. Last I heard the shop is now in San Jose and some industrial warehouse park. None of the above are supplied for the drivers, just a parking lot to stand in. Installers are extremely overworked and I really hate to see companies use their employees like that. Anyways, think twice.

Unfinished. This app just keeps crashing, I have an iPhone 11 updated so I don’t know what the issue is

Last 7 days hours. This app has problems keeping track of my drive hours. 3 times already my drive hours went down this week.

Driver app not working. So I Drive it 60hours every week but I’m still not firefly driver can you guys helps me with this issue

Horrible customer service. I’ve been driving with firefly for almost a year one of their top drivers as logging in hours go. Last week a carwash threw the screen off my vehicle and caused some damaged to my vehicle. I reached out to them immediately and didn’t get a response till a few days later. I was told they would exchange my screen but instead they just removed it and left me with no screen. I guess it doesn’t matter what company you work for their first priority is themselves and not the employee. I’ve been a dedicated driver logging screen time for them and now that I had this incident (which by the way they said you could go thru automated car wash with the new screen) going thru a carwash which I’ve done countless times. I pretty much get thrown like a piece of paper. Not only did I have to reinstall the screen by myself back on to my car top but when I reached out to them they had only one speed snail mail. I guess is true what they say it’s to good to be true. Beware as Lalo says one thing and then changes his verbiage to something else. He can’t be trusted. Only good employee they have there is Jaime!

Timer issues. Started driving with the app on for 11 hours as I worked driving for Lyft and Uber. The app only counted 6.03 hours of drive time. There is no way to contact directly to notify FIREFLY of issues regarding the app through the app. Very frustrating.

Needs more transparency. Can’t even get installation. I completed the necessary steps to qualify for having the system installed. It took over a month to have an appointment scheduled. However I had an emergency that required me being evacuated from my house. I was told I could reschedule but every time I try to reach out to someone about a new appointment I get messages that read that they’re too busy setting up other drivers cars and that I need to become a “top ranking” driver (which you have no clue as to how close or far away from becoming) which makes me wonder how I could have dropped so dramatically if I was good enough to gotten that first appointment I mentioned earlier? As of this moment the only thing I see when I open the app is a message saying that someone will contact me for sometime, it’s been like that for months now.

Add more vehicles. Hey guys. Do you plan on adding more vehicles? I have a Chevrolet Spark :)

Disappointed. The app rarely even opens/loads, so my hours are waaaaaaay off. I do ride share for a living 5-6 days a week, 8-10 hours a day....yet its only captures 10 hours since Monday....it’s now Thursday. Highly disappointed.

Never worked. Don’t download this app

For some reason everyone who is about to get 40 hours the app doesn’t work.. this app didn't work for 2 days 04/19-20/2019. 04/21/19 is working perfectly with my past hours. once again 04/22/19 the app is not working. after waiting for a couple of hours to downloading it again. it works now. today once again the app is not working because it's not counting the time I'm driving since 1800-2130. I had 3 hours left to complete 40 hours and it's still stuck on 36.94.

Text with 6 Digit Code Never Arrives. How are you supposed to sign up when the app is broken and never sends you the text to confirm your phone number? Update your app!!

Not work. Not work

👎🏽. I been trying to get setup and when it ask for my referral code, I use the one on my drivers app and when I try to continue on to the next step I get a notification saying: Error mobile.driver.register.referrer.notfound. I’ve tried multiple ways thinking maybe it needs to be all upper case or lower case and nothing seems to work... it really makes me not want to do this anymore

Will not let me login. Downloaded the app, worked great until recently. Says to login again but code sent to phone was never received. Have been trying to log in for weeks.

App crashes immediately. Worthless. As soon as you enter verification code and hit continue the app crashes. Multiple installs does not fix. Newest iOS on iPhone XS

Cars. GMCs are not on the car list 🙄🙄
